Stallmigo Rand Paul Is Upset That Rachel Maddow Exposed His Plagiarism!

Stallmigo Rand Paul got his panties in a bunch when the liberal agitator Rachel Maddow exposed him for lifting quotes off the internet.

From the filibuster to the plagiarism, from his perennial loser of a father to the drunken son, U.S. Senator Rand Paul, Republican of Kentucky, is a pathetic politico.

Again, why are we giving The Stallmigos airtime?

Why are we giving Republicans too much airtime?

I understand that President Barack Obama's 2009 comments were a disaster. But his comments don't kill anyone. If you just have patience and decent health insurance you have nothing to worry about.

Unfortunately, everything the president says is prime restate for conservative agitators.

The Kentucky senator has no legislative accomplishments but gets so much attention.

People speculate that he'll be running for Republican nomination.

But his latest mishap may have him scrambling.

Paul refuses to debate Rachel Maddow. When he won the nomination for the Republican senate bid, he went on her show to discuss his past statements. He now heads to Sean Hannity's (aka That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) program. Of course, Maddow ratings increased and That Guy got his ass demoted.
While campaigning for failed gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli, Paul lifted quotes off Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. While in the beginning he denied the charge, he blasted his critics.

One in particular is a common foe. Obama News liberal agitator Rachel Maddow put the spotlight on the Stallmigo's constant idiocy.

After the dust settled, he finally acknowledged that "maybe" some of his quotes were lifted off of Wikipedia.

Well it didn't suit well for The Washington Times. They immediately dropped his opinion columns.

The people over at Breitfart couldn't resist taking a wounded member of the conservative movement. They welcomed Paul with open arms and now he'll be throwing his two coppers to the right wing extremist blog.

Yeah, one happy ending right?

NOPE.

Because it proves to the general public that if you don't have the temperament to handle criticism, then you have no business ever running for president.

That's why you wouldn't see perennial losers Ron Paul, Sarah Palin (aka Palin Da Ass), Mitt Romney, Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich no where near the White House. They'll never taste the opportunity of being a leader. They'll just be who they are!

A bunch of bitter losers!

No Longer A Blockbuster Night!

Blockbuster logo
Blockbuster Video will close all American and Canadian stores by the end of December.

Once the nation's largest video rental service, Blockbuster went through a whole lot of changes.

Unfortunately, it's not working for the better.

You can't make it a Blockbuster Night anymore!

It's announced that Blockbuster will end domestic services for all its stores worldwide. That means it will close all stand alone stores effective immediately. It will also mean that current owner DISH Network will take the unusual step of absorbing the remaining portion of the company into a new entity.

With the rise of Netflix, Hulu and YouTube, many people weren't spending money in the DVD and VHS rental stores.

Yeah, VHS is so like so long ago, people.

Blockbuster tried to compete with it and lost.
There were less than 200 stores left by Blockbuster. They will be closed soon.
Now all the United States and Canadian stores are going to be officially closed by the end of December.

All international stores will be operational but with limited naming rights and partial support from DISH Network. It means that the independent franchises will switch names.

Kind of sad though, Blockbuster use to have over 11 locations in my community.

Family Video is now the undisputed video rental service in the United States.

The Simpsons Take Aim At Loserville!

Kent Brockman reunited with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow after he rejected her offer to host his own cable news show.

The Fox animated sitcom took another shot at Loserville.

To make it even better, the invited Rachel Maddow on the episode.

The Simpsons is the longest running primetime sitcom. With 533 episodes and running, America's most successful comedy is not a fan of the conservative leaning network.

Sometime ago, Loserville warned the producers not to run a ticker on the program. They seriously believe that the ticker could confuse viewers.

The Simpsons also managed to take a shot at CNN for their horrible ratings and The New York Times for its decline sales and readership.

The Simpsons reflect on a death of a character. Channel 6 anchor Kent Brockman played by Harry Shearer (talk radio host/voice actor) meets Maddow and felt regrets about missing his break to enter cable news.

So he heads to New York to take a job with Loserville and had second thoughts after a Loserville executive gave him remote control to make a Republican lawmaker become a Democrat after he said some embarrassing stuff.

Harry Shearer is the host of Le Show on NPR stations. He is the voice of Ned Flanders, Montgomery Burns, Symthers, Principal Seymour Skinner, Lenny, Otto The Bus Driver, Reverend Lovejoy, Dr. Hibbert and Reiner Wolfcastle.

Yeah, it's an ongoing feud with the producers and the conservative news network.

Other members of the news media include: Keith Olbermann, Dan Rather, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Rupert Mudoch (CEO of NewsCorporation), Larry King, Anderson Cooper and Brian Williams.

MSNBC recently added actor Alec Baldwin to their weekend lineup. Lawrence O'Donnell is off on Fridays, and in order to fill time, Baldwin was given a spot. His program is on at 10pm.

Ironic he actually is feuding with That Guy Who Helped Obama Win. That Guy was demoted to the 10pm spot when Chief Roger had enough of the sideshow. Chief Roger replaced the 9pm spot with Kelly The Ambulance Chaser.

Tragedy At L.A.X.!

One of the nation's most busiest airports experienced a mass shooting event Friday morning.

Paul Ciancia, a 23-year old man opened fired at the terminal near TSA check in station killing an officer.

Some point that the individual was suicidal and expressed anti-government feelings about the TSA.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

The president was notified of the situation around 1:00 pm (10:00 am in Los Angeles). The situation once again brings a bit of unease in the case of a shooting inside a terminal of an airport.

The LAPD quickly took him down with a slug in his chest. He was apprehended and taken to a hospital.

He's under guarded condition and will be facing federal charges in the coming days.

Developments comes from The Chicago Tribune and Reuters News Service. They report that the gunman shot at least two Transportation Security Administration employees, one fatally, said Special Agent David Bowdich of the FBI. The slain TSA agent, identified as Gerardo Hernandez, 39, was the first from the agency to die in the line of duty.

Los Angeles police officers would be wearing black mourning bands in honor of Hernandez, Chief Charlie Beck of Los Angeles Police Department said on Twitter.

The Los Angeles airport said on its Twitter feed that it had no timetable for when the FBI would complete its investigation. Passengers who had left luggage and other property behind as they ran to escape the gunfire are still not able to collect their belongings, but the airport says it hopes they will be allowed in soon.

"Stay tuned. Thanks for your patience," one post said.

Several airlines, including Virgin America and Spirit Airlines, warned of delays and cancellations, while another, Frontier Airlines, announced it would operate out of Terminal 2 on Saturday.

Late on Friday, FBI agents armed with a search warrant combed through Ciancia's home in the Los Angeles area, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said.

The gunman had an assault rifle and touched off panic and chaos at one of the world's busiest airports. Hundreds of travelers ran for safety or frantically dove for cover behind luggage, and loud alarms blared through the terminal.

Traveler Lauren Stephens, 47, said she had just put her luggage on the scale at the ticket counter in Terminal 3 when she heard a series of gunshots. "Somebody just yelled 'Run' at the top of their lungs. ... I just left my bag and I just ran like hell. Everybody ran."

The gunman, a U.S. citizen who appeared to be acting alone, pushed through the screening gates and ran into an area where passengers were boarding flights, before law enforcement officers caught up with him in a food court, Patrick Gannon, chief of the Los Angeles Airport Police, said at a news conference.

The officers shot him at least once and took him into custody, he said.

Stephanie Rosemeyer, 26, of Naperville, was awaiting a flight to Chicago when she saw people running toward the exits. She stood up in search of the source of the commotion, she said, and found herself looking directly into the gunman's eyes.

The man was dressed in black, Rosemeyer said, wearing what looked to her like a bulletproof vest and carrying a large firearm.

"We made eye contact," Rosemeyer said. "He just looked so, so angry.

"... He was just angry. You know that look that people get when they're just beyond anything that they can handle.
Dramatic Images of Shooting at LAX
Bloody massacre.
"So I started trying to put my hands up to show him that I wasn't armed."

Rosemeyer said the gunman shouted profanities about the Transportation Security Administration, then fired at least five shots.

The FBI late on Friday could not provide a total number of people shot in the attack, Eimiller said. Paramedics took five people wounded at the scene of the shooting to area hospitals, Los Angeles Fire Department officials said. But they could not say if all of those people were wounded by gunfire.

How long do you think that Breitfart will label the shooter as liberal Obama supporter?

How long do you believe that the NRA will dismiss this as the fault of the guy and not the person who gave him an opportunity to use the firearm?

How long will it take before the U.S. government use tactical responses such as drones to strike down a threat on the homeland?

Ted Cruz Even Insults Trayvon Martin's Mother!

The new Jesse Helms. Conservatives love this shitkicker.

This asshole politico is the scourge of the liberals and the rational. He is really hell bent on taking the mantle of that old ass bigot Jesse Helms.

Republicans: You're on the verge of losing everything. Continue on. Please do so!

The racist right can't stand Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin. The racist right continues to smear the name of the deceased teenager Trayvon Martin.

In the minds of these irrational people, they believe Trayvon Martin's parents are "money hungry NIGGERS" who want the world to believe that "THUG" is an "ANGEL".
More White people dressing up in Blackface as murder victim Trayvon Martin.
After the most polarizing court trial, many conservative agitators believe that George Zimmerman was "vindicated". Of course, being vindicated means that he got away with murder. Murdering a teenager who didn't do anything but get an ice tea and a bag of Skittles.

Many victims of gun violence have went to Congress to pressure Florida's governor Rick Scott to ease up on the "STAND YOUR GROUND" laws.

Sybrina Fulton's appearance at Congress was to be a rally cry for all mothers who lost children to gun violence. But in the mind of that annoying ass Stallmigo, it's just some BLACK BITCH who had no business talking about guns.

AtlantaBlackStar reports that the controversial U.S. Senator Ted Cruz made headlines again when he explained to Sybrina Fulton, mother of slain teen Trayvon Martin, at a Senate hearing yesterday that the “Stand Your Ground” laws are not racist and, in fact, are beneficial to African-Americans.

But Fulton fired back in an appearance on Rev. Perm’s MSNBC show, “PoliticsNation,” saying that there was “some disconnect” in Cruz’s remarks and he is “not aware of the real law and how it affects us as a community.”

This perception is borne out of a Quinnipiac poll released over the summer, showing that a majority of Blacks oppose the self-defense law, while a majority of whites support it.

The Quinnipiac University poll revealed that white voters support “Stand Your Ground” laws by a margin of 57 percent to 37 percent, while Black voters oppose them by the same margin. As for political divisions, Republicans support the laws 75 percent to 19 percent, while Democrats oppose them 62 percent to 32 percent.

Overall, the nation backed the laws by a margin of 53 percent to 40 percent. More than 30 states have such laws on the books.

The poll mirrored previous polls showing a majority of whites supporting George Zimmerman’s acquittal in the murder of Trayvon Martin, while a majority of Blacks opposed it.

On his show, Rev. Perm offered numbers from the Tampa Bay Times to rebut Cruz’s claim that “Stand Your Ground” is helpful to Blacks.

Rev. Perm put up a graph showing that when the victim is Black or Hispanic, the killer walks free 78 percent of the time, but when the victim is white, the killer walks free only 56 percent of the time.

“‘Stand Your Ground’ is good law for minorities? He’s wrong,” Rev. Perm said. “The numbers tell the story.”

Cruz first offered his condolences for Fulton’s loss. But after defending the trial by jury process that found Zimmerman not guilty of murder, Cruz said, “the subject of this hearing, the “Stand Your Ground” laws, was not a defense that Mr. Zimmerman raised. So this entire hearing—the topic of this hearing—is not the issue on which that trial turned.”
Sybrina Fulton responds to the Stallmigo's criticism.
Although the Zimmerman defense team didn't explicitly use a “Stand Your Ground” hearing, it was discussed obsessively in the months leading up to the trial, it was included in the jury instructions and was something Zimmerman was well-versed on when he pursued Trayvon.

“We know that some in our political process have a desire to exploit that tragic, violent incident for agendas that have nothing to do with that young man who lost his life,” Cruz continued. “We have seen efforts to undermine the verdict of the jury and, more broadly, to inflame racial tensions that I think are sad and irresponsible.”

“No one could reasonably believe that Stand Your Ground laws protect those in the African-American communities who are victims of violent crimes,” Cruz said. “A great many African-Americans find themselves victims of violent crime and have asserted this defense to defend themselves, defend their families, defend their children.”

Cruz even tried to pull President Obama into his argument, pointing out that “in 2004 a state senator in Illinois by the name of Barack Obama co-sponsored an expansion of Illinois’ law providing civil immunity for those who use justifiable force to defend themselves” as evidence that similar laws could not possibly be racially biased.

“The notion that ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws are some form of veiled racism may be a convenient political attack,” he said, “but it is not borne out by the facts remotely.”

On Rev. Perm’s show, Fulton said she was taken aback when Cruz said “Stand Your Ground” wasn't part of the trial since she had been hearing everyone talk about it for more than a year.

“It wasn't something that we made up,” she said.

In his mind as well as those in the racist right, it was Trayvon Martin's fault for walking in a neighborhood he wasn't suppose to be. Even though his father lived there, according to the racist right, it's a fucking BLACK TEEN who could commit a crime over there.

After all, they seen pictures of him blowing smoke rings and throwing up the middle finger.

Republicans are hell bent on trying to defeat the president's agenda. One in particular is gun control.

After the horrible tragedy in Newtown, I thought that we can actually get this on the table. I mean the president experience one of the worst tragedies in American history. Surely there could have been something done.

Well this inept Congress is doing nothing memorable. The Republican lawmakers have wasted most of their time trying to repealing Obamacare. They have taken the country through a government shutdown.

They've obsessed over Benghazi, the Healthcare Marketplace website, Fast & Furious and the IRS.

Not concerned about jobs.

Not concerned about the thousands of lives lost to gun violence.

Lou Reed Passes Away!

Legendary rock singer Lou Reed had died this weekend. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of the famed entertainer.

Louis Allan Reed (March 2, 1942 – October 27, 2013) was an American rock musician and songwriter.

After being guitarist, vocalist, and principal songwriter of the Velvet Underground, his solo career spanned several decades. The Velvet Underground were a commercial failure in the late 1960s, but the group has gained a considerable cult following in the years since its demise and has gone on to become one of the most widely cited and influential bands of the era – hence Brian Eno's famous quote that while the Velvet Underground's debut album only sold 30,000 copies, "everyone who bought one of those 30,000 copies started a band."

After his departure from the group, Reed began a solo career in 1972. He had a hit the following year with "Walk on the Wild Side", but subsequently lacked the mainstream commercial success its chart status seemed to indicate.

In 1975, Reed released a double album of feedback loops, Metal Machine Music, upon which he later commented, "No one is supposed to be able to do a thing like that and survive."

Reed was known for his distinctive deadpan voice, poetic lyrics and for pioneering and coining the term ostrich guitar tuning.

In the spring of 2013, Reed underwent a liver transplant in Cleveland. Afterwards he claimed on his website to be "bigger and stronger" than ever. On October 27, 2013, Reed died at the age of 71 from liver disease at his home in Southampton, New York, on Long Island.

His physician Charles Miller noted that Reed "was fighting right up to the very end. He was doing his Tai Chi exercises within an hour of his death, trying to keep strong and keep fighting."

Tributes were paid to Reed on Twitter, including Iggy Pop, Samuel L. Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Ricky Gervais, Ryan Adams, Elijah Wood, and many others.

David Bowie posted a comment on his Facebook page saying that Reed "was a master".

Rock band Pearl Jam dedicated their song "Man of the Hour" to Reed at their show in Baltimore and then covered the Velvet Underground's "I'm Waiting for the Man".

John Cale, his Velvet Underground bandmate, posted on his Facebook: "The world has lost a fine songwriter and poet…I've lost my 'school-yard buddy'".

Later, Universal Music revealed Cale's full statement on Reed's death: The news I feared the most, pales in comparison to the lump in my throat and the hollow in my stomach.

Two kids have a chance meeting and 47 years later we fight and love the same way - losing either one is incomprehensible. No replacement value, no digital or virtual fill ... broken now, for all time. Unlike so many with similar stories - we have the best of our fury laid out on vinyl, for the world to catch a glimpse. The laughs we shared just a few weeks ago, will forever remind me of all that was good between us.

Former Velvet Underground drummer Mo Tucker responded by saying that Reed was "generous, encouraging and thoughtful. Working with him sometimes could be trying to some people, but never to me. I guess we learned from each other. We all learned from each other.

Reed became an important influence to numerous singers and songwriters, including British musician Morrissey:

He had been there all of my life. He will always be pressed to my heart. Thank God for those, like Lou, who move within their own laws, otherwise imagine how dull the world would be.

Others from outside the music industry also paid their respects, including the Vatican and Salman Rushdie, who wrote, "My friend Lou Reed came to the end of his song. So very sad. But hey, Lou, you'll always take a walk on the wild side. Always a perfect day."

[Take A] Walk On The Wild Side.

Octavia Spencer Will Star In Reboot Of Murder She Wrote!

Octavia Spencer will be starring in reboot of Murder She Wrote.

Oscar award winning actress will star in a reboot of 1980s drama. Playing her famed role in the movie The Help has granted her critical praise and an opportunity to make television history.

I recently seen Octavia Spencer on the Chuck Lorre sitcom Mom this past week and I didn't know that NBC was desperate to revive its standings.

NBC is usually the first network that have shows canceled after the first season. They can't revive the magic of the 1990s. So in order to stay in the market, they'll revive old shows and cast new faces.

Spencer made her film debut as a nurse in Joel Schumacher's A Time to Kill based on the book by John Grisham. She was originally hired to work on casting, but asked Schumacher if she could audition for a small part.

Other film credits include: Never Been Kissed, Big Momma's House, Bad Santa, Spider-Man, Coach Carter, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! and Pretty Ugly People.
File:Mswss.jpg
NBC will try to bring the 1980s back.
She has made a number of guest appearances on television series including Raising the Bar, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Big Bang Theory, Wizards of Waverly Place, Grounded for Life, ER, Titus, Becker and Dharma & Greg. She is best known for her starring roles as Serenity Johnson on Comedy Central's Halfway Home, and Constance Grady, the amorous INS caseworker on Ugly Betty.

Angela Lansbury was the star of the CBS show Murder She Wrote. It ran for over 12 seasons.

There's A Phone Number For The Healthcare Law, You Idiots! By The Way, We're In A Government Shutdown, Too!

Jan Crawford of CBS News interviews controversial Stallmigo, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas). Turdporter trying to use GOP talking points to discredit the healthcare law. Tell her to butt dial 1-800-312-2596 if she has trouble on the computer trying to sign up.

Waking up to CBS This Morning and I got the opportunity to hear the news agitators talk about the "rocky start" to the Affordable Healthcare Act's website. We hear millions (or thousands) of people trying to access the website and they're having problems. We even hear talk from President Barack Obama's former press secretary and campaign adviser Robert Gibbs tells Obama News that people should be "fired" for the rollout.

Yeah, I can say this clearly that turdporter Jan Crawford of CBS News is a god awful.

She's doing the Republicans a favor by reporting on the minor glitches over at Healthcare.gov. Giving the notion that the whole law is screwed up and the president overplayed his hand.

One thing in particular is the system server crashing or continuous mentions of "PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" on the website.

That's common when you're also in a "GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN". Obviously every government website is down.

But also there's a phone number 1-800-318-2596. It's toll free and you can call it. Depending on call volumes, you should be able to have a live operator to help you sign up for affordable healthcare.

Understand, that computer users may have some form of frustration with the website. It's perfectly fine.

Here's a scenario. If you have rolled out a website and it has frequent glitches, do you just shutdown the website or work on making improvements to it?

Apple, Inc. has the most glitches on their software. I own a iPod (4th Generation Touch). Do you know how many times I've had my apps crash or be updated?

Do I think the iPod Touch is a great product? Yeah.

Do I understand that the iPods, iPads, and iPhone have problems? Yeah.

That's the same way I feel about the Affordable Healthcare Act (Obamacare).

It's a great product. It has problems. They will fix them.

Anything that's part of the United States government is slower and it's nearly down.

So hence forth, a stupid Republican talking point.

The government website for the Affordable Healthcare Act is down. We can scream that the whole law is bad and we can win elections.

You got to be the most gullible person on the planet to not use other methods to access a product.

I mean you can get mailer. You can call a phone number.

Are you vulnerable without a computer?

It's funny that Republicans failed in stopping this. They wanted to defund, delay, repeal, legally challenge, filibuster and now intentionally taking the country to the brink of an economic disaster because of a law.

Why?

They hate the president and his policies. And of course, they're not satisfied with his race. Either way, it's not helping them with the general public.

People who run these websites are government workers too. So with this government shutdown, government workers who work in the domestic sector are furloughed or placed on leave.

Congress is messing with people's lives. The media elite are enabling them by putting on more Republicans who bolster concerns without solutions. And of course, we the gullible audience believes them.

Miley Cyrus Takes Aim At Michele Bachmann!

Entertainer Miley Cyrus takes aim at Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota).

Being a mainstream pop star is like having a target on your back. When you're on the top, people want to take you down, hard. People are saying that entertainer Miley Cyrus is a "trainwreck".

Why?

Because she's loves to twerk and stick out her tongue. She embraces the shout outs from rappers and her name is slang for a "club drug".

Gone are those blonde wigs and Disney-themed songs. Them days are over!

Now she's a top billing pop star and she's hot. When you're hot, you sell!

She got the opportunity to host Saturday Night Live. The SNL cast welcomed her with open arms.

She was promoting her new album Bangerz. It was executive produced by her and rumored boyfriend Mike Will Made It.

It features the hit singles We Can't Stop and Wrecking Ball. Also the single 23 (also a featured single on Mike Will Made It's album) is out too. Her featured guests include Pharrell Williams, Britney Spears, Future, Nelly, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, Ludacris, French Montana and Juicy J.

Her album will likely go platinum.

Her viral video We Can't Stop is produced by Mike Will Made It. It was parodied by SNL and it made the rounds on the internet.

Somehow whenever she does something, she gains fans and detractors. Today, she's gotten the ire of the Republicans and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win.

That Guy Who Helped Obama Win is not one happy conservative agitator. He had his string of bad luck during his crusade to stop "LIBERAL HOLLYWOOD" and President Barack Obama.

He's failed and now he paid the price for his failure.

He no longer host the Freedom Concerts. The Freedom Concerts turned out to be a scam. None of the money raised actually go to the families of servicemen and women who have children attending college.

One of his former headliner acts was Miley's father Billy Ray Cyrus.
Mocking the Weeper of The House, Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio).
That Guy Who Helped Obama Win was recently demoted to the 10pm spot and his right wing carnival show continues on despite people tuning him out.

He whined about how he's "disappointed" in the entertainer and how she shouldn't attack on a woman like Bachmann.

Miley Cyrus takes aim by parodying We Can't Stop. The SNL skit We Did Stop takes aim at the NO ACCOMPLISHMENT politico Michele Bachmann, the Republican congresswoman from Minnesota. Also it mocks the Weeping Speaker John Boehner, Republican congressman from Ohio.

Of course the parody is raunchy and its on after 11pm, so I don't see anything wrong with it. Other than giving Bachmann too much credit. She's a comedy landmine in her own given right.

Bachmann is by far the most misinformed lawmaker in the history of the U.S. Congress.

Bachmann can't stop from putting her foot in her mouth. It's too lucrative.

This week the controversial politico claimed that President Barack Obama is funding al-Qaeda and the end of days are coming for the United States.

So for those who thinks Miley Cyrus a trainwreck, that's your opinion.

She admits that she's no "angel"!

So why are we still fixated on her days as a preteen?

Miley Cyrus appears on RCA Records.

Gun Hyphy!

Bullets hit Oakland rapper.

Oakland, California the hometown of rappers Too Short, E-40, Yukmouth and the late Mac Dre.

The hub of hyphy and gang violence.

Amir Ashad, better known by his stage name Kafani is an American rapper from Oakland. He is one half of the Oakland-based rap group Babyface Assassins. He is also signed to Thizz Nation, a subdivision of the late Mac Dre's label Thizz Entertainment.

Kafani gets his "street cred" by being shot. But will he live though it?

There's reports that Kafani was filming a music video when a gunman ambushed him. He was shot five times and is in critical condition. He was injured extremely bad. If he should survive, he may never walk again.
I hope the god this is Photoshop.
The 33-year old rapper was in the midst of a beef with fellow rapper Philthy Rich, and was actually said to be filming a video for a diss track towards the rapper when he was hit.

Police haven't ruled out the possibility of the feud being an element to this shooting.

An unidentified man allegedly told Kafani and his entourage that they could not film at their current location, before proceeding to unload his weapon on the rapper. This happened around 11:39 PM.

Special thanks to Janet Shan of The Hinterland Gazette for the hat tip.

Also HotNewHipHop for the story.

Kafani and his partner Kashmere created the group the Babyface Assassins. Their thirteen-year long friendship developed into the business relationship. This duo has collaborated with some of California’s foremost musicians including Too $hort, Yukmouth, Choppa, Freeway, and Keak da Sneak. After building a name for himself in the streets and with the music industry heavyweights in the Bay Area, Kafani was looking for a way to break through on a major level. The Oakland rapper thought he was onto something when realized he had some choice slang at his disposal. Raised in such a vibrant yet potentially perilous environment, a young Kafani excelled at academics and athletics as he tried to figure a way to escape his ghetto surroundings.

Kanfani released a diss track towards Philthy Rich called "Philthy You a Verse Lick".

The next day, he released another diss track entitled "Philthy Bitch".

Kanfani appears on E1 Urban Records.

It May Be Over For Boehner!

He did everything but lead the Congress.

When the junk food media turns on you, it's over for you!

Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio) is probably going to be ranked one of the worst leaders in Congress.

No tears for fears.

The weeping speaker has gambled his political future as a lawmaker and his legacy is going to be tarnished by this. The government shutdown is now in effect and thousands of Americans working for the federal agencies will have to be sent home, demoted or not get paid for work.

Everyone suffers. We just had a mass shooting last month. We had that mass shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Only but two weeks ago, a man who worked as a federal contractor let his gun sound off on 12 people.

Those workers suffered an already horrible scenario. Now just as they go back to work, they're told that they'll be laid off because those in Washington refuse to pass a budget.

Say if you're trying to get a passport for a vacation overseas. You can't get it on time. If you just applied for it July or August, it may come in November. If you applied for a passport in September it may come in December. It may affect your plans.

You can't visit the national monuments or parks in the United States. Famed National parks Yellowstone to Yosamite are closed. National parks from North Dakota to California and from Hawaii to American Samoa are closed.

NASA is closed. You can't visit the facilities in Florida and Texas to see rockets and aircraft. Only essential workers are allowed.

You can't visit the Air Force Museum or Gettysburg. The facilities are closed.

And the blame lies squarely on Republicans feet.

John Boehner catered to political novices like Michele Bachmann, Steve Stockman, and Steve King. These three lawmakers have no legislative accomplishments and are deemed corrupt by many Washington insiders.

Mitch McConnell catered to Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. Four politicos who have legislative victories since they've been elected to the office.

The New York Daily News report that this event is an embarrassing disruption that angered President Obama. He said this event was “entirely preventable” and Congress would “throw a wrench into the gears” of the country’s recovering economy was triggered as a midnight deadline passed without agreement between the Republican-controlled House and Democrat-run Senate.

The shutdown would keep 800,000 federal workers at home on Tuesday and inconvenience millions of people who rely on federal services or are drawn to the nation’s parks and other attractions. Critical workers, from the Border Patrol to air-traffic controllers, would remain on the job, unpaid.
The New York Daily News trashed then House Speaker now political agitator Newt Gingrich for what was perceived a temper tantrum caused by then President Bill Clinton not budging to the Republican proposals.
Even more troubling than the shutdown was that the partisan stalemate that caused it sets the stage for an even more high-stakes clash, as Congress must soon deal with raising the debt limit by Oct. 17 — a matter in which both sides concede that failure would be perilous for the U.S. economy and economies worldwide. Republicans also want to attach conditions to that vote. Democrats said giving ground now would encourage Republicans to take a harder line in that fight.

At times Monday, Washington seemed like a real-life “House of Cards,” the Netflix drama in which D.C. power players are motivated by dark self-interest rather than the national interest.

Congress, and the government, needed to act because there was no authorization for the government to spend any money as of 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, the start of the new budget year.

For the first time since the showdown began, there were fissures in the Republican strategy that has been carried out at the insistence of conservatives aligned with the Tea Party. Twelve lawmakers sided with Democrats in a late Monday vote on adding an Obamacare delay to a spending bill, a minor revolt by moderate-leaning Republicans.

Shellie Zimmerman: George Ain't Right!

A woman tells her story about the acquitted shooter.

Walking away from murder and the acquitted shooter now faces another downward spiral. Today it was revealed that Florida State Patrol officers had pulled over the shooter in August. George Zimmerman got pulled over in August for tinted windows and a dark license plate cover. He beat a ticket by telling the officer that he's an unlikely celebrity due to his high profile trial and he gets death threats.

His wife is still considering pressing charges on him after he got into it with her. And she may be facing court if she lied about the domestic dispute at their home in Lake Mary, Florida.

Many outlets are reporting that Shellie Zimmerman is now opening up about her estrange husband and tells the junk food media, that talking points given aren't true.

No duh, Shellie.

You let your husband spin a tail of him being pummeled by an unruly teen who happens to be unarmed. He shoots an unarmed teenager in the chest without showing an ounce of remorse. To this day, he still has "no regrets" for killing Trayvon Martin.
The men who divided a nation.
An unarmed teen who managed to be minding his own business on his way home. Somehow, a man who trained for MMA fighting himself told the tale of him being beaten by a teenager who was doing it MMA style. A man who claims that he reached for a concealed firearm.

A guy who was told not to follow the individual, did it anyway. A man who wanted to prove to the neighbors he's the captain.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that since the domestic dispute earlier this month, both parties were thrust back into the news. Shellie Zimmerman said on national television today that her husband snubbed her after he was acquitted of murdering 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in July.

"He just kind of treated me like I was disposable," Shellie Zimmerman said on the Today Show. "He went on a victory tour without me."

Shellie Zimmerman appeared with her attorney, Kelly Sims, discussing the trial, her divorce and the domestic dispute that erupted Sept. 9 when she called 911 and told police George Zimmerman was threatening her and punched her father.

"In hindsight, I should have pressed charges," Shellie Zimmerman said.

She told Matt Lauer that she didn't see a gun but felt threatened after George Zimmerman kept gesturing toward a holster on his hip and saying "step closer."

"I absolutely stand by my story," Shellie Zimmerman said. "He had a look in his eyes I've never seen before."

Despite standing by her story, Shellie Zimmerman said she didn't press charges because police made it very clear to her that if she did they would all be going to jail that day but she would be the only one staying in jail.

That's because Shellie Zimmerman is serving a year of probation after taking a plea deal in a perjury case.

Her perjury has lead to a "credibility issue" with the public, she told Lauer.
And your point is?
Zimmerman with her attorney.
Shellie Zimmerman also told the Today Show host she has doubts about what happened when her husband shot Trayvon Martin Feb. 26, 2012.

"I think anyone would doubt that," Shellie Zimmerman said. "I don't know the person I've been married to."

Still, she said she does not think George Zimmerman profiled Trayvon Martin.

Since the trial Shellie Zimmerman has lost 40 pounds and is working on herself, she told Lauer.

Of course, will Shellie may be throwing her support to Marissa Alexander?

Alexander got 20 years in the iron college for firing a gun in the ceiling. She used the "Stand Your Ground" defense and lost.

She won an appeal for a new trial.

The case of Marissa Alexander, a Jacksonville mother of three, has been used by critics of Florida's "stand your ground" law and mandatory minimum sentences to argue that the state's justice system is skewed against defendants who are black.

The 1st District Court of Appeal ruled that Alexander deserves a new trial because the trial judge handling her case did not properly instruct the jury regarding what is needed to prove self-defense.

The ruling, written by Judge Robert Benton, said the instructions constituted a "fundamental error" and required Alexander to prove self-defense "beyond a reasonable doubt."

But the court also made it clear in its ruling that the judge was right to block Alexander from using the state's "stand your ground" law as a way to defend her actions. That law generally removes people's duty to retreat in the face of possible danger and allows them to use of deadly force if they believe their lives are in danger.
Marissa Alexander is spending 20 years in the iron college for firing a gun in the ceiling. The controversy surrounds her sentencing has drawn parallels to the George Zimmerman situation.
Faith Gay, one of the attorneys representing the 33-year-old Alexander, said she was grateful for the "thorough consideration" provided by the appeals court.

"We are looking forward to taking the case back to trial," Gay said.

Alexander had never been arrested before she fired a bullet at a wall one day in 2010 to scare off her husband when she felt he was threatening her. Nobody was hurt, but the judge in the case said he was bound by state law to sentence her to 20 years in prison after she was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Alexander has maintained that the shot fired was a warning shot.

The sentencing sparked criticism from the local NAACP chapter and the district's African-American congresswoman, who said blacks more often are incarcerated for long periods because of overzealous prosecutors and judges bound by mandatory minimum sentences.

State Attorney Angela Corey, who oversaw the prosecution of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, has stood by the handling of Alexander's case. Corey said she believes that Alexander aimed the gun at the man and his two sons, and that the bullet she fired could have ricocheted and hit any of them.

Jackelyn Barnard, a spokeswoman for Corey, said that the conviction was reversed on a legal technicality and that the office was gratified that the "stand your ground" ruling was upheld.

Benjamin Jealous, president and CEO of the NAACP, called the ruling a "welcome development in a case that represents the double standards in our justice system."

"From the streets to the courthouse, race continues to influence the judicial process, and it certainly seemed to have played a role here," Jealous said in a statement issued by the civil rights organization.

The state's "10-20-life" law was implemented in 1999 and credited with helping to lower the violent crime rate. Anyone who shows a gun in the commission of certain felonies gets an automatic 10 years in prison. Fire the gun, and it's an automatic 20 years. Shoot and wound someone, and it's 25 years to life.

On Aug. 1, 2010, Alexander was working for a payroll software company. She was estranged from her husband, Rico Gray, and had a restraining order against him, even though they'd had a baby together just nine days earlier. Thinking he was gone, she went to their former home to retrieve the rest of her clothes, family members said.

An argument ensued, and Alexander said she feared for her life when she went out to her vehicle to get the gun she legally owned. She came back inside and ended up firing a shot into the wall, which ricocheted into the ceiling.

Gray testified that he saw Alexander point the gun at him and looked away before she fired the shot. He claimed that she was the aggressor, and that he had begged her to put away the weapon.

The judge threw out Alexander's "stand your ground" self-defense claim, noting that she could have run out of the house to escape her husband but instead got the gun and went back inside. Alexander rejected a plea deal that would have resulted in a three-year prison sentence and chose to go to trial. A jury deliberated 12 minutes before convicting her.

Alexander was also charged with domestic battery four months after the shooting in another assault on Gray. She pleaded no contest and was sentenced to time served.

Supporters of Alexander have asked Gov. Rick Scott to pardon Alexander, but her case has not yet been taken by the state's clemency board.

NRA: It's Not The Guns Fault!

Wayne LaPierre is a gun rights advocate and huge bonehead.

In Ohio a man shoots a 12-year old girl in the face.

In Florida, George Zimmerman was accused by his wife Shellie that he threatened her and her father with a firearm.

In Colorado, two state senators were recalled after they supported one of the state's most strictest gun control laws. And even in that state, a young girl gets a lead suit when she surprised her armed friend.

A little girl loses her life in a self-inflicted shooting at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.

A little boy injures his sister. The father wants the little boy to tell the law that it was just an accident and he didn't have a custom size firearm.

A shooting at Washington, DC shooting at the Navy Yard. That mass shooting ended up killing over 12 people and the gunman was killed by the law enforcement.

A shooting in Chicago injures 12 and a little boy was one of the victims.

And of course, even overseas, there was a mass shooting at a suburban mall in The Republic of Kenya.

And on GOP Sundays, Wayne LaPierre once again uses the narrative, that "more good guys with guns" would prevent violence.

Once again, violence is violence. It's a no win situation for a gun shooting victim. Whether it's pulled by a criminal or a law enforcement officer, it's an injury or death.

The spokesperson for the National Rifle Association has been the most colorful figure of the gun rights movement.

He stands firm in this notion that if there were more guns, then mass shootings would have been prevented.

The controversial statements aren't helpful to those who lost family members in mass shootings.

The National Rifle Association's muscle is the voter with a gun. Democrats and Republicans fear the NRA because of its impact on elections. The NRA can scream they're coming for your guns, and those Elmer Fudds would vote Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny out of office.

Judge Orders Abercrombie & Fitch To Pay Up!

http://ww3.hdnux.com/photos/07/14/72/1887930/15/628x471.jpg
Young woman sues suburban clothing company after she was fired for wearing a hijab. Hani Khan (right) won a legal victory against Abercrombie & Fitch. The company is ordered to pay her for damages. They were ordered to hire minority workers.

Federal court awards woman punitive damages for Abercrombie & Fitch's discrimination of her.

Hani Khan was told not to wear a hijab while working. She was fired after a confrontation. They claim that she "unproductive" and the hijab wasn't a reason for her termination.

Well she filed a lawsuit in regards to it. A federal judge in San Francisco gave A & F a smack down.

Truth is, this stuff is purely an example of the constant discrimination of those who practice in Islam.

Blacks and Latinos aren't the only ones who are profiled by law enforcement and agitators in the junk food media. Muslims are also targeted because of their religion and reactionary fear to extremism from those who plot attacks upon the country.

Women and men who are Muslim considered "terrorists" in the eyes of White extremists!

The one thing I can say about how conservatives view "others" is simple:

BLACKS ARE NATURAL BORN CRIMINALS!

HISPANICS ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS!

MUSLIMS ARE TERRORISTS!

AMERICA IS ALWAYS NUMBER ONE!

OBAMA IS A SOCIALIST, MUSLIM, NIGGER!

POOR PEOPLE ARE RUINING THE ECONOMY!

This type of thinking hurts Republicans with minorities and women. So hopefully, this court decision is the beginning of putting the smackdown on bigots.

Now this comes as one of the many controversies surrounding the suburban clothing company.

The controversial CEO Mike Jeffries and his "friend for life" Matthew Smith are under fire for their apparent rules of engagement while working there. They bossing the staff around with these strict rules. The woman's lawsuit also mentioned that the company clearly wanted to hire suburban white teens and young adults to promote their clothing.

The company claimed the head scarf violated its policy governing the look of its employees, which it said was part of its marketing strategy. The store argued that deviating from its look policy would affect sales.

http://wac.450f.edgecastcdn.net/80450F/943thepoint.com/files/2013/05/Mike-Jeffries-AF-300x199.jpg
Mike Jeffries is the CEO of the Abercrombie & Fitch. He refers himself to being a 69-year old "boy" who runs A & F. He's a controversial figure.
But the judge said Abercrombie & Fitch offered no "credible evidence" that Khan's head scarf cost the company any sales.

"Abercrombie only offers unsubstantiated opinion testimony of its own employees to support its claim of undue hardship," Rogers said.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit on Khan's behalf in 2011.

"Abercrombie & Fitch does not discriminate based on religion and we grant religious accommodations when reasonable," spokesman Bruce MacKenzie said. "It is our policy not to comment on pending litigation."

A trial on the company's liability is scheduled for later this month. The judge said the jury is free to award punitive damages if it chooses.

It's the latest employment discrimination charge against the company's so-called "look policy," which critics say means images of mostly white, young, athletic-looking people. The New Albany, Ohio-based company has said it does not tolerate discrimination.

Abercrombie has been the target of numerous discrimination lawsuits, including a federal class action brought by black, Hispanic and Asian employees and job applicants that was settled for $40 million in 2004. The company admitted no wrongdoing, though it was forced to implement new programs and policies to increase diversity.

Jeffries and his "friend for life" Matthew Smith have pissed off one of the company executives. That company executive released details surrounding the company. The executive told some bombshells about how male models must adhere to standard.

The standard for male models are skinny jeans, neat haircuts, topless (six pack muscles), A & F cologne, flip-flops and smiles.

Jeffries openly criticized overweight women. He was saying that [fat women] have "no business" ever setting foot in his stores. He had to take that comment back after he faced the wrath of Hollywood celebrities he once called his "friends".

Are you wondering if I ever wore A & F clothing?

I can openly admit that I've never set foot in Abercrombie & Fitch. I probably felt they would assume I would have acted "suspiciously".

From her official YouTube page, a protest rally at University of California Davis Campus. Sharing her thoughts on being profiled for wearing a hijab. I think this co-aside with the Trayvon Martin rallies.

Keep doing your thing, Ms. Khan. You're beautiful and we here at Journal de la Reyna wish you well on your journey.

Conservative Outrage Over Obama's Foot On His Desk!

Seriously, this is what conservatives are outraged about.

As I gather my thoughts together on the looming potential for military force in the Syrian civil war, I want to tell you about the stupid things conservatives waste their time on.

I'm listening to The Bill Press Show and I am hearing the liberal agitator Bill Press talk about the latest phony outrage by the conservative agitators in the junk food media.

The president puts his foot on the presidential desk while on the phone with Republican Congressman John Boehner of Ohio, the Speaker of The House. It's created another "controversy" for the embattled president.

The racist right thinks it's unbecoming of a leader to put his foot on the desk. Some had word vomited their outrage over this situation.

It was posted on That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall's website again. So you already know the extremists are out and about.

This Obama Derangement Syndrome is so severe it's almost embarrassing. Erick Erickson had it right on this overreaction to everything the president does.

In his RedState personal editorial Erickson stated that: [They're] outrage pimps on both sides of the aisle whipping the respective bases into a frenzy and fury against the other side. I don’t have enough time or energy to be outraged about it all. There are things to be outraged by, but not everything, and certainly not with full energy dedicated to every perceived slight and grievance.

Outrage pimping.
Erickson added that outrage pimping among conservatives isn't helpful. He said that there is too much outrage, piss, and vinegar. He basically saying that is stuff is furthering their chances at winning. He believes that conservatives are becoming humorless. A bunch angry WHITE EXTREMISTS instead of happy warriors willing to selling better ideas. He's right they're not even selling ideas, they're selling ignorance masquerading as patriotism.

Yeah, Erick Erickson is right. Conservatives, frankly, have become purveyors of outrage instead of preachers for a cause. Instead of showing how increasing government harms people, how free markets help people, and how conservative policies benefit all Americans, they're bitching about "birth certificates", "Benghazi", "Obama Phones", "vacations" and "Fast & Furious."

Let's not forget "Trayvon Martin", "Obama prayers", "Obama flags", "Obama tattoos", "I Love Obama bumper stickers", and every other ridiculous thing conservatives whined about.

Erickson said the conservatives agitators are professional victims dialed up to 10 on the outrage meter. Who the hell wants to listen to conservatives whining and moaning all the time about the outrage du jour?

Seriously? Mitt Romney ran a campaign on just how bad things are, but he was rejected by a majority of Americans who felt like he really did not care about them and really had no plans to improve their lives.

The Daily Mail once again tells it like it is. They report that it's another ho, hum, sigh!

Basically, The Mail is saying: Conservatives, George W. Bush done it! Where's your outrage over that?

Of course, you can't mention Bush to the conservatives. They don't accept that as an excuse anymore.

They're only accepting blame cards for Obama, Clinton and Carter. Bush and Reagan are off limits.

That's probably why it's necessary to keep watching them outrage over things like this. This stuff makes conservatives look like the racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic, condescending, assholes the liberals point them out to be.

REPUBLICANS: WHEN WILL YOU MOVE PAST RUSH LIMBAUGH, THE DRUDGE REPORT THE BLAZE, WORLD NET DAILY AND FOX NEWS?

Ariel Castro Commits Suicide In The Iron College!

Inmate Photo
Convicted rapist killed himself in the iron college.

Breaking out of Columbus, Ohio. Overnight, the Cleveland kidnapper and rapist Ariel Castro puts the bed sheets over a rail and hung himself. This scumbag decided he didn't want to be a wife to some guy named Jim.

Castro was convicted of raping and kidnapping Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight and held the women for 10 years in his home. He was sentenced to life at the iron college.

Amanda Berry and her child managed to escape the situation and tipped the police off to the man.

Castro fathered a child with Berry.

Castro abused and raped the woman causing them to have miscarriages.

When he was arrested, he apparently left a suicide note in his home in case he was to be caught. The Cuyahoga County Jail had him on suicide watch at the time.

He was at the Orient Lockup near Columbus when the guards found him unresponsive. They rush him to the Ohio State University Hospital where the pronounced him dead,

He died at 10:00pm. Tuesday.

As he was convicted of his charges, he faced the victim Michelle Knight.

"I cried every night. I was so alone. I worried what would happen to me and the other girls every day," Knight, 32, said, as she addressed her abductor head-on during his sentencing. "I will live on. You will die a little every day."

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight in April 2013.

He was told that he would have to forfeit his properties and lose his home. It's since been demolished and the neighbors hope Cleveland will make a memorial park.

The women's representatives haven't spoken about the issue.

But the nightmare is over for the three. Back in 2003 and 2004, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus were kidnapped and the local junk food media was covering it. Their stories were pushed aside for the more sensational stories. Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teenager who was missing in Aruba got a lot of attention.

It propelled ambulance chasers Nancy Grace, Greta Van Susteren, Geraldo Rivera and Rita Cosby into the spotlight.

Again, we here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers to Michelle Knight, Gina DeJesus, and Amanda Berry. The young women and Amanda's young child suffered horrible fate by the hands of this monster.

This monster should have gotten the gas chamber. I guess a bed sheet is good enough for me.

Hopefully, they use his organs will be donated to the hospitals.

Dr. Cornel West: Get Me A Ticket Outta Al Sharpton's Coonsville!

Black agitators feuding with one another.

The feud seems to be boiling between Black liberal agitators Rev. Perm (Al Sharpton) and Dr. Cornel West.

You see the New York righteous ones are Black civil rights leaders. Rev. Perm is the host of PoliticsNation on Obama News. He also is a talk radio host and signed entertainer on Cash Money Records.

West on the other hand is a professor of African American studies at the Union Theological Seminary. He was the famous professor of studies at Princeton and Harvard University. He's a frequent collaborator with PBS news agitator Tavis Smiley and they both host a radio show that is on WCPT in Chicago.

West offered harsh words for the March On Washington and the primary speakers.

“Brother Martin himself, I think, would've been turning over in his grave,” West said of the event. “[King would have wanted] people to talk about Wall Street criminality, he wants people to talk about war crimes, or drones dropping bombs on innocent people,” he asserted.

“Instead,” he lamented, “we saw the coronation of the bonafide house negro of the Barack Obama plantation, our dear brother Al Sharpton.” West then declared that Sharpton’s decline was “supported by [MSNBC analyst] Michael Dyson and others who’ve prostituted themselves in a very ugly and vicious way.”

West was once good friends with President Barack Obama and Rev. Perm. All that seemed to change.

He would talk to Amy Goodman of Democracy Now about his outrage.

“…Lincoln isn’t Lincoln if Frederick Douglass isn't pushing him. FDR isn't FDR if A. Philip Randolph and Eleanor Roosevelt aren't pushing him. LBJ isn't LBJ if MLK isn't pushing him.

“We don’t believe in making excuses. We believe that if [Obama] is not pushed, he’s going to be a transactional president and not a transformational president. And we believe that the time is now for action and no longer accommodation. But that doesn't happen unless you’re pushed.”

West even knocked at fellow Black educators Melissa Harris-Perry and Michael Eric Dyson. They are liberal agitators who a featured host on Obama News as well.

I love Brother Mike Dyson… but we’re living in a society where everybody is up for sale. Everything is up for sale. And he and Brother Sharpton and Sister Melissa and others, they have sold their souls for a mess of Obama pottage. And we invite them back to the black prophetic tradition after Obama leaves. But at the moment, they want insider access, and they want to tell those kind of lies. They want to turn their back to poor and working people.

I would expect that Rev. Perm and Melissa Harris-Perry will no longer invite Tavis Smiley and West on their programs for the time being.

Scratch that! Melissa Harris-Perry will address West in some fashion soon! So I will say she'll debate him in the coming weeks.

Now didn't I say I can't stand West and Smiley!

Okay, here's your moment in the sun. There are Black extremists. You may think of people like Rev. Perm, Cut His Nuts Off Jackson, President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, or even the First Lady Michelle Obama to be extremists.

You're dead wrong!

The president is an elected leader. You may not like him whether for his policies, his race or his actions. That's fine. But he's no where near the extreme some of these folks paint him out to be.

I call Rev. Perm and Cut His Nuts Off Jackson, two civil rights leaders that piss off the racist right. They're Black liberal agitators who inspire action. Just like Chalk E. Becker and Palin Da Ass, these guys are in the game of group hoarding. If they speak, people will listen.

You don't have to be Justin Bieber to know that the old school folks love to see people they've grown accustomed to see everyday ranting and raving.

But for Tavis Smiley and Cornel West, I can at least say their the Black extremists the racist right outta be focusing on. Sure they're good friends with White people and all. I understand that. But deep down inside, I think they're actively supporting a race war just like That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall and other extremists.

These two bozos are B-list Black agitators who are jealous of Rev. Perm getting a show and they're being shown the door.

You can't blame them for being passionate about the Black community and issues in the world. They have a right to say whatever they're programmed to say.

But do we have to listen.?

Just like those dolts who support that "no accomplishment" turd Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky). They idol worship a politico who (like his daddy) has nothing but conspiracies masquerading as accomplishments.

Name one thing that Paul has accomplished in the nearly three years of him being in the U.S. Senate?

And I am talking about legislation victories he sponsored.

Anyways, Black extremism is alive and well. I didn't pass off on the extremism within the Black community.

It's not a gang ritual or a group mentality.

It's a few individuals who are so off the rails with issues they don't see clearly or they are the vocal minority in a group that's overwhelmingly against them.

Cornel Ronald West (born June 2, 1953) is an American philosopher, academic, activist, author, public intellectual, and prominent member of the Democratic Socialists of America.

Cornel West publicly supported 2008 Democratic Presidential candidate then US Senator Barack Obama. He spoke to over 1,000 of his supporters at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, N.Y.C., on November 29, 2007.

West has described himself as a "non-Marxist socialist" (partly because he cannot reconcile Marxism with Christianity) and serves as honorary chair of the Democratic Socialists of America, which he has described as "the first multiracial, socialist organization close enough to my politics that I could join".

West criticized President Obama when Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009, saying that it would be difficult for Obama to be "a war president with a peace prize"; West further retracted his support for Obama in an April 2011 interview, stating that Obama is "a black mascot of Wall Street oligarchs and a black puppet of corporate plutocrats. And now he has become head of the American killing machine and is proud of it."

In November 2012, West said in an interview that he considered Obama a "Rockefeller Republican in blackface."

Melissa Harris-Perry, a professor of political science at Tulane University, criticized what she described as the "utter hilarity" of West's statements, writing that his comments are a "classic projection of his own comfortably ensconced life at Harvard and Princeton Universities" and that West "offers thin criticism of President Obama and stunning insight into the delicate ego of the self-appointed black leadership class".

West later called Harris-Perry a "fake and a fraud".

In 2011, West participated in a "Poverty Tour" with Tavis Smiley, his co-host on the Public Radio International program Smiley & West. The tour became a two-part special on their radio program as well as a five-night special on the PBS television program Tavis Smiley. They recounted their experience on the tour in their 2012 bestselling book The Rich and the Rest of Us. The stated aim of the tour was to highlight the plight of the impoverished population of the United States prior to the 2012 Presidential Election, whose candidates West and Smiley stated had ignored the plight of the poor.

I wonder what Dr. Cornel West thinks of Senator Tim Scott (R-South Carolina)?

Here's the video.

Cory Booker: It's Alright If They Think I'm Gay!

Newark mayor Cory Booker is addressing gay rumors.

The candidate for the open U.S. Senate seat in New Jersey may have stepped one foot out the door and may eventually come out the closet.

The Newark mayor Cory Booker is one of the rising stars in politics. He declared his interest in running for senate a few years back to take on ailing Frank Lautenberg.

The ailing senator died this year and now it streamlined Booker's intent to run.

Now as he's now the Democratic nominee, he's getting flack from the left and the right. The left thinks that Booker is too inexperienced and they think his business intentions along with his cozy relationships with Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and the Republican governor Chris Christie are too controversial.

What got the news buzzing about the Super Mayor is his love life.

The Washington Post interviews the Newark mayor and they get to talking about why he hasn't settled down with a woman.

After that, Booker says, he started dating more — although, he clarifies, not with Arianna Huffington, with whom he was rumored to have been involved. But he has kept that part of his life private because he says he needs some sacred spaces. Huffington is the president of AOL News and founder of The Huffington Post.

“Because how unfair is it to a young lady to put them in the spotlight if they haven’t signed up for that yet?” he says. “And people who think I’m gay, some part of me thinks it’s wonderful. Because I want to challenge people on their homophobia. I love seeing on Twitter when someone says I’m gay, and I say, ‘So what does it matter if I am? So be it. I hope you are not voting for me because you are making the presumption that I’m straight.’ ”

The right openly hates this guy. They think he's another Barack Obama. They think of the president as a "Socialist", "Marxist", "racist", "anti-American", "ineffective leader". That's what Booker will be facing if he should intent on running for president in 2016.

Now if he would win the U.S. Senate special election, he will serve out the remaining term. He will join Senator Tim Scott (R-South Carolina). Scott is the only Black senator. Mo Cowan, the first Black man to served as a Massachusetts senator. He served the term for eight months. Scott has signaled intention to run for a full term in 2014.

Ed Markey (D-Massachusetts) is the current senator. He won the special election and took office this month.

The Washington Post stated that during Saturday’s events for the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, Cory Booker dabbed his dome with a white handkerchief on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and bellowed, “We still have work to do.” The next morning, the mayor of Newark appeared as a guest on NBC’s “Meet the Press” and bemoaned “too much division going on in our politics.”

Booker is no stranger to Washington. His parents met here. He was born here. He spent his Christmas breaks from Oxford here. Now a political sensation and media darling with nearly 1.5 million Twitter followers, the 44-year-old seems to have been engineered in a political lab to walk the halls of Congress.

He has gained a reputation for his personal involvement in public service, including going on a ten-day hunger strike outdoors to draw attention to the dangers of open-air drug dealing, living on a "food stamp" budget to raise awareness of food insecurity, shoveling the driveway of a constituent upon request, allowing Hurricane Sandy victims into his home, helping a constituent propose to his girlfriend, rescuing a dog from freezing temperatures, saving a woman from a house fire at his own risk and rescuing a dog that had been locked in a crate.

Considered one of the most prominent Democrats in New Jersey, he formally declared his candidacy for the United States Senate in the 2013 special election to succeed Frank Lautenberg, who died in office. Prior to announcing his decision to run for the Senate, Booker had been considering a run in 2014, and following this announcement Lautenberg had announced (prior to his death) that he would not seek reelection in 2014. On August 13, he won the Senate Democratic primary, and will face Steve Lonegan in the October 16 general election.

Laura Ingraham Pops Off At John Lewis And Civil Rights Leaders!

Apparently the conservative agitator hated the March On Washington celebration. She goes off on the civil rights leaders and Congressman John Lewis (D-Georgia).

And she knows Congressman John Lewis (D-Georgia). Media Matters for America puts another huge one out there for the folks to decide on.

Laura Ingraham (Lo-In) is a fixture as the official stand in for Bill-O.

Lo-In competes in an industry of sharks. She been bounced from network to network affiliate for the last ten years now and it's apparently going to happen again. Sometimes some of the stuff she says is pretty stupid.

Media Matters has always keep the conservative agitators in the spotlight whenever they say something so offensive, the advertisers distance themselves from them.

The Raw Story reports that Ingraham was bitching about the March On Washington commentators.
Congressman John Lewis (D-Georgia) is an active participant in the Civil Rights Movement. He was criticized by that conservative agitator. That agitator personally knows Lewis.
Following the lead of conservative media outlets like Breitbart and The Blaze, Ingraham lashed out Martin Luther King III for saying on Saturday that “the color of one’s skin remains a license to profile, to arrest and to even murder.”

“But it all comes down to just George Zimmerman?” she asked. “The goal was, as our caller said, to divide. To co-opt the legacy of Martin Luther King into a modern day liberal agenda, a left-wing agenda, progressive agenda. Whatever you want to call it.
