GA Teen Rescued After An Armed Robbery And Kidnapping!

Teen was kidnapped by armed robbers. Found safe in Atlanta suburbs.

Ayvani Hope Perez, was found safe today after the law found her in the suburban Atlanta area of Conyers, Georgia. The nation is relieved that her young life was spared today.

The young teen along with her brother and mother were held hostage by two individuals who demanded money. The two individuals ended up shooting and killing their family dog. When the neighbors tipped off the law to a gun going off, the two individuals panicked and took the girl as "collateral".

There were suspects. These individuals are being sought. Two others were caught after botched robbery and kidnapping.

The suspects who would later be sought after and caught. They were caught after numerous tips led to the whereabouts of the young girl's location.

Clayton County Police Chief Gregory Porter in a press conference this afternoon. "This is a good day for the family," Porter said.

He credited "hardcore law enforcement, boots to the ground," for helping authorities locate the teen, who he said was found in good health but is undergoing an evaluation.

The teen has since been reunited with her family, Porter said, and two suspects have been taken into custody.

The suspects were identified by the FBI as Wildrego Jackson of Atlanta, and Juan Alberto Contreras-Rodriguez, a 40-year-old Mexican national who is being held on immigration-related charges.

This is an open investigation because the individuals arrested weren't the ones who were described in the mugshot detail.

Perez was in her pajamas when police say two men broke in the back door of her Ellenwood, Georgia., home Tuesday at 2:15 a.m. looking for jewelry and money. When Perez's mother said the family didn't have any, the suspects shot the family dog and fled the home with Perez, according to police.

The family had just moved to Ellenwood, a small community about 10 miles southeast of Atlanta, a month ago and police believed they had no connection to the abductors.

Ohio Deadbeat Dad Goes To Iron College After TV Judge Appearance!

http://media.cmgdigital.com/shared/img/photos/2013/09/10/f7/4a/1319023.jpg
Daddy dearest.

An Ohio man spawned 27 children is going to be facing a judge and possible time in the iron college.

Is Oxygen going to give this man and his children a "reality television" show like Shawty Lo?

He's probably got the Duggards passed by seven.

Oh of course, if this happens to reach That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall's website, it's about to be a word vomit of NIGGER and his NIGLETS. They'll probably be mentions of President Barack Obama and references to a ZOO or a bunch of MONKEYS.

This is what a White conservative extremist thinks of this type of person and his family.

Nathaniel Smith is the "worst father of the decade" for bailing out on the numerous family he's created.

He's got the taxpayer's expense in the Montgomery County Ohio lock up after he appeared on the Fox syndicated television show Divorce Court.

This man has 12 sons and 15 daughters by at least 17 women and he's 39 years old. So that means he's got children probably in their 20s at the time he reaches 40.

Yeah, he's a grandfather at 39. His oldest child had a child and his youngest child is about a year old.

He was a featured player on the show Divorce Court is hosted by former Cleveland family court judge Lynn Toler. Toler, a mother herself was astounded by the callous actions of this asshole and how many women he's slept with to have this many children. Most of the women he's messed with are knot-headed 18 - 29 year olds. Some are probably biracial seeing that he's messed with White, Hispanic and Black women.

Dayton Daily News reports that Smith, who hopes to get a reality show, said his estranged wife Jasmine Cotton has been contacted by two TV talk shows since the episode aired.

A poet and performer who goes by the stage names of Brave Nate, FlexLuthor and Hustle Simmons, Smith says he is a “full-time parent” and sees at least one or two of his children nearly everyday. Some do not received all the attention they need, but Smith says he does his best.

“If I am absent, it is because the moms (are) keeping them away,” Smith said. “I am not a danger to my kids.

I am not in the streets. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do none of that.”

The show Smith and Cotton appeared on was taped in June. Smith said he contacted the show hoping it could help with his divorce. Instead, the show compensated he and Cotton $570 each and paid for their flights to the taping and their hotel rooms.

Smith faced strong words from TV judge Lynn Toler. He denied preying on young women, which Cotton and Toler accused him of doing.

His wife is 23. Smith said the majority of his children’s mothers are at least 28 years old.

He said he has custody of two of the children and is currently trying to get custody of another. All said he says he is in contact with all but five of his children and has 21 child support orders.

Smith wouldn’t reveal how much money he owes in child support or say how much he pays monthly.

He said those amounts are of no one’s concern.

Child support information is not available for public inspection.

Smith said many people in Dayton knew he fathered several children before the show aired.

“With me, it really wasn’t a big deal because I know of people who have even more than me,” he said. “The difference is I take care of mine or at least attempt to.”

He said he personally knows two people with as many children as he has and one person with 40 children.

He said his attorney told him of two fathers with more than 60 and more than 70 children.

Smith’s oldest child is 21 years old and is a mother. His youngest is almost a year old.

He knew his Divorce Court appearance would create a splash, but he didn’t know the reactions would be so condemning, smith said.

“To judge me? I read somethings on the website that were like, “wow.” People say I need to be in jail. If I were to go to jail, what about my kids …, what about them?” the Patterson Co-Op High School graduate asked. “People are going to be people. They get someone who has abortions all the time and they give them the thumbs up.”

He said he would be alarmed if one of his daughters introduced him to a boyfriend with several children, but he said he wouldn’t judge the person without getting to know that person’s intentions.

Smith said he has always been popular and his personality has helped attract the opposite sex.

“I am no different from a football player in college or high school,” he said. “They are coming at you.”

Before losing his barbershop a decade ago and his barber license around 2006, Smith said he had plenty of money. In recent years, his children’s mothers have contributed more.

“They had to step up. Nobody is missing a beat. I don’t have no poor looking kids,” Smith said. “I am blessed is all I’ve got to say. If I was to die today, doesn’t mean they are going to go without. Everything is going to be fine whether I am in their lives or not.”

He said he loves his children and would not change a thing if making that change would mean a single one would not be born.

“What is done is done,” he said. “One thing I would change is different moms.”

Ariel Castro Commits Suicide In The Iron College!

Inmate Photo
Convicted rapist killed himself in the iron college.

Breaking out of Columbus, Ohio. Overnight, the Cleveland kidnapper and rapist Ariel Castro puts the bed sheets over a rail and hung himself. This scumbag decided he didn't want to be a wife to some guy named Jim.

Castro was convicted of raping and kidnapping Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight and held the women for 10 years in his home. He was sentenced to life at the iron college.

Amanda Berry and her child managed to escape the situation and tipped the police off to the man.

Castro fathered a child with Berry.

Castro abused and raped the woman causing them to have miscarriages.

When he was arrested, he apparently left a suicide note in his home in case he was to be caught. The Cuyahoga County Jail had him on suicide watch at the time.

He was at the Orient Lockup near Columbus when the guards found him unresponsive. They rush him to the Ohio State University Hospital where the pronounced him dead,

He died at 10:00pm. Tuesday.

As he was convicted of his charges, he faced the victim Michelle Knight.

"I cried every night. I was so alone. I worried what would happen to me and the other girls every day," Knight, 32, said, as she addressed her abductor head-on during his sentencing. "I will live on. You will die a little every day."

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight in April 2013.

He was told that he would have to forfeit his properties and lose his home. It's since been demolished and the neighbors hope Cleveland will make a memorial park.

The women's representatives haven't spoken about the issue.

But the nightmare is over for the three. Back in 2003 and 2004, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus were kidnapped and the local junk food media was covering it. Their stories were pushed aside for the more sensational stories. Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teenager who was missing in Aruba got a lot of attention.

It propelled ambulance chasers Nancy Grace, Greta Van Susteren, Geraldo Rivera and Rita Cosby into the spotlight.

Again, we here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers to Michelle Knight, Gina DeJesus, and Amanda Berry. The young women and Amanda's young child suffered horrible fate by the hands of this monster.

This monster should have gotten the gas chamber. I guess a bed sheet is good enough for me.

Hopefully, they use his organs will be donated to the hospitals.

Steve King: Black And Brown, There's Criminals Around!

Since Tom Tancredo is gone, Steve King picks up his mantle.

Did you know that legislators Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota), Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), Steve Stockman (R-Texas), and Steve King (R-Iowa) have never accomplish much while in Congress.

These legislators have the least amount of sponsored bills. They rush to the television to attack President Barack Obama. Yet they have nothing to show for it in the long haul.

Why is the conservative junk food media even giving them and senate members Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Marco Rubio (R-Florida) even an ounce of their time?

Because if you're the loudest voice in the Republican Party, you'll get the most donations.

They always seem to be promoted the by the racial extremists in the conservative media.

Louie Gohmert and Steve Stockman are from Texas. They join Palin Da Ass, Mitch McConnell, Michele Bachmann, Rand Paul, Lindsay Graham, John McCain, Ted Cruz, and Steve King in the crowning of idiots within the Republican Party.

These Republicans get more exposure than House Speaker John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor.

It's a shame that they get media coverage. Because these individuals are hurting the Republicans in general.

The state of Texas has a growing Hispanic population. In twenty years, the state will be the minority-majority by Hispanics. The Hispanic population in Texas is at 32% (Non-White Hispanic).

That's pretty high for one of the biggest states in the nation.

Texas has 36 members of the U.S. House and two senators. It gives the state a total of 38 electoral votes.

The state is heavily Republican but all could change if the impending demographics change and the Republicans stubbornness to immigration reform doom them in the long-term.

Enter Steve King, the Iowa Republican. He has no accomplishments as a legislator but yet he gets plenty of air time to vent off his hatred of Hispanics. He even got into it with a Latina who votes Republican.

Ava Narravo was on Obama News. GOP Sundays have program like Meet The Press. The program is declining in ratings and the network is hoping that David Gregory can muster enough ratings to keep his spot.

Narravo is a Republican strategist. She is trying to debunk the liberal agitators claim that the Republican Party is racist. She has a lot of work ahead of her. Just like those Black Republicans who continue to endorse the White extremists.

She was debating the panel over the president's accomplishments and failures. The president's immigration reform is on the ropes and Republican House members are hoping to kill off the Senate's bill.

The U.S. Senate passed immigration reform a few months back. The House Republicans are grumbling and they're hoping that stalling it would kill it off.

King was a feature on GOP Sundays. He made an offensive comment about the young woman and she got into him.
Ana Narravo takes on Republican congressman who is accused of saying racial slurs about Hispanics.
The Raw Story reports that Narravo took King to task over this.

David Gregory told King that his assertion that many immigrants had “calves the size of cantaloupes because they’ve been hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the desert” had been debunked.

“My numbers have not been debunked,” King insisted. “My characterization was exclusively to drug smugglers, and anybody that understands the language and the culture should be able to watch that tape and know that.”

“I think that Congressman King should go get himself some therapy for his melon fixation,” Navarro replied. “I think there might be medication for that. I think he’s a mediocre congressman with no legislative record and the only time he makes national press is when he comes out and says something offensive about the undocumented or Hispanics.”

“I spoke only of drug smugglers, and if Ana understands the language she should know that,” King shot back. “I didn’t insult her, I didn’t insult other Republicans and I didn’t violate the 11th Commandment, that Reagan gave to us.”

“I’m not undocumented, Congressman, I vote,” Navarro interrupted.

“We need to secure the border first, restore the rule of law, then we can have this discussion that you want to get to,” King remarked. “And not be insulting people in the process.”

“You’re going to talk to me about insulting people, Congressman?” Navarro asked.

This is who she wants to help win in elections. Ms. Ava Navarro, you're crazy if you still support this party.

Now you tell me if this isn't your modern Republican Party. Because the way their going, they'll eventually prepare themselves for defeat in the next presidential election.

Raven-Symoné: I'm Coming Out (For Gay Marriage)!

Entertainer Raven-Symoné acknowledges that she's gay!

The 27-year old actress/singer may have came out the closet!

"Straight out of the A"

ATLANTA, GEORGIA IS THE MECCA OF THE BLACK LGBT COMMUNITY!

This news has smashed all hopes of every straight man in the country! For me, it's another wow moment!

She is very attractive woman and is the next in line of celebrity shockers.

Raven-Symoné is putting her business on the social networks telling the world that she's "coming out" for gay marriage.

The internet was buzzing about this stuff over the weekend. I happen to click on the news agitating blogs and found out about the former Cosby kid.

The actress was dogged with rumors about being married to an R & B singer, her weight and being pregnant some time ago.

I am certainly sure that she's either coming out as a lesbian or bisexual!

The actress has one child. That's confirmed.

Well wishes to Raven-Symoné and AzMarie Livingston.

Actress "comes out".
Raven-Symoné Christina Pearman, (born December 10, 1985), known professionally as Raven-Symoné (pronounced /ˈreɪ.vən sɪˈmoʊn/, as though unaccented), or simply Raven, is an American actress and singer. Raven-Symoné launched her career in 1989 after appearing in The Cosby Show as Olivia. She released her debut album, Here's to New Dreams in 1993; the single, "That's What Little Girls Are Made Of" charted number 68 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
The next album, Undeniable, was released on May 4, 1999.

Raven-Symoné appeared in several successful television series, such as The Cosby Show and Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, in the late 1980s and early 1990s. From 2003 to 2007, she starred in the Disney Channel series, That's So Raven in which she played Raven Baxter, a psychic teenager who tried her best to keep her psychic powers a secret.

During her time on That's So Raven, Raven-Symoné released her third studio album, This is My Time (2004) which was her best selling solo album to date, charting at number 51 on the Billboard 200.

After a year of the end of That's So Raven, she released her fourth studio album, Raven-Symoné (2008).

The album peaked at number 159 on the Billboard 200. During 2003 to 2006, she participated in four soundtracks from Disney, RIAA-certified double-platinum album, The Cheetah Girls (2003), RIAA-certified gold album, That's So Raven (2004), That's So Raven Too! (2006) and RIAA-certified platinum album, The Cheetah Girls 2 (2006).

The soundtracks sold a combined 4.1 million copies in the U.S. alone. As of April 2008, Raven-Symoné has sold 314,000 albums in the United States.

Raven-Symoné transitioned to a film career, starring in several films aimed at young audiences, including Dr. Dolittle (1998), Dr. Dolittle 2 (2001), College Road Trip (2008), and successful television films, including Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century (1999), The Cheetah Girls (2003), its sequel Cheetah Girls 2 (2006), For One Night (2006), Revenge of the Bridesmaids (2010).

Raven has also lent her voice to the animated series Kim Possible, for the character Monique and films such as Disney‘s Tinker Bell.

In 2011, Symoné starred in the short-lived ABC Family comedy series State of Georgia as Georgia Chamberlain, an aspiring actress with a huge ego who moves to New York City to try her hand at an acting career.

In 2012, Raven-Symoné ranked number eight on VH1's "100 Greatest Kid Stars Of All Time" list, and ranked number one on Loop21's "10 Richest Black Actresses Under 40" list.

According to Huffington Post, the rumors were spreading about the actress' sexual orientation.
Raven-Symoné and girlfriend AzMarie Livingston.
In 2012, she posted on Twitter: "My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I'm datings to know. I'm not one for a public display of my life!"

Rumors surrounding Symone's sexual orientation were first ignited by sources who told the National Enquirer that the former "Cosby Show" child star was shacking up with a female love interest -- openly gay "America's Next Top Model" contestant AzMarie Livingston -- in her New York City apartment.

“Raven has hidden being gay for a long time now,” a source told the National Enquirer. “But about a year ago, she was introduced by a friend to AzMarie, who is absolutely gorgeous. The two began seeing each other, and a few months ago, Raven finally got the nerve to ask her to move into her lavish Manhattan condo. When her family found out, they blew their stack and it’s created a gay scandal for Raven."

Despite the Enquirer story, Symone feels no obligation to respond with a definition of her sexual preferences.

"However that is my right as a HUMAN BEing whether straight or gay. To tell or not to tell. As long as I'm not harming anyone," Symone continued via the social networking site.

Raven-Symoné appears on Hollywood Records as a singer.

Florida Juror Tells ABC News That She "Regrets" The Zimmerman Verdict! He Got Away With Murder!

The juror from the George Zimmerman trial says that she regrets the verdict.

The outcry of the verdict still continues. Even two weeks since George Zimmerman's acquittal, the nation is even more divided when it comes to race. The WHITE EXTREMISTS are using every opportunity to gin up Republican support for more relax gun laws.

As predicted, the first Black president has generated a stronger presence of extremism. The conservative agitators in the junk food media have stirred the hive and it's soon going to bring out the hornets.

There are more than 1,300 hate groups as of right now. There are probably more anti-Black, anti-Obama and anti-Hispanic websites as of right now.

There's thousands of White men and women who share extremely conservative views. These conservative views may lead to them to plotting a domestic terrorist attack upon groups they've deemed "inferior" to the White race or to the name of conservatism.

WHITE EXTREMISTS ARE LIKELY CONSERVATIVE MINDED INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BIGOTRY TOWARDS RACE, GENDER, SEXUALITY, RELIGION, POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDINGS!

They don't care about the plights of Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims and those in the LGBT community.

The want to see the genocide of these groups. That's probably why they cheer when the Blacks are killing each other. They are hoping that America drops bombs on the Middle East. They hope the Mexicans and Hispanics get electrocuted by the 12 foot electric fence. The hope gays die of AIDS.

These people are conservative-minded and likely Republicans at heart. There are conservative Democrats too, but they'll drop the party to become a Republican the moment the Democratic Party changes a narrative.

That's probably why the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman controversy is so toxic. It opened the Pandora's Box of extremism. This whole issue probably helped WHITE EXTREMISTS recruit more members and will spark more incidents like this.

Good Morning America's Robin Roberts gets the opportunity to meet the one juror who was the only minority during the trial. The woman goes to ABC News with her lawyer to tell the nation that she in her honest heart believes that Zimmerman "got away with murder", but stressed that the evidence wasn't there.

As ABC News reported the woman (Maddy) was the Hispanic juror who has seriously believe that he was guilty. But she eventually went with the other jurors in the decision that gave Zimmerman a pass.

“A lot of us had wanted to find something bad, something that we could connect to the law because all six of us — let’s not speak for all six of us. For myself, he’s guilty because the evidence shows he’s guilty.”

“But, we couldn't prove that intentionally he killed him!”

“I was the loudest,” she said. “My voice was heard.”

“I feel that I was forcefully included in Trayvon Martin’s death,” The juror added with tears welling up in her eyes. “I carry him on my back. I’m hurting as much as Trayvon's mother because there’s no way that any mother should feel that pain.”

Last week the first juror who went to CNN and talk to Anderson Cooper made the rounds. Her interview was the most anticipated. It was the most controversial of post trial. The controversial interview made her the scorn of the nation. She sympathized with Zimmerman and even thought of getting a book deal after the trial.

That ginned up a outcry of jury misconduct claims.

The U.S. Justice Department is looking into how the Sanford Police handled the case. The NAACP and Al Sharpton (Rev. Perm) want to have the Justice Department charge Zimmerman with a hate crime.

I bet That Guy Who Helped Obama Win (aka That Scumbag On Loserville) will talk about it on his show today.

The Six Flags Texas Rollcoaster Tragedy!

Rosy Esparza pictured here died in horrible tragedy in Texas. She died on a ride at Six Flags in Arlington, Texas.

A woman died while riding on a rollcoaster in Arlington, Texas. The Six Flags Over Texas is located about 14 miles equally from the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Rosy Esparza.

The woman was sitting beside her son when she fell to her death after something went horribly wrong on the rollcoaster she rode on.

File:Wooden roller coaster txgi.jpgThere was talk that she was concerned about the seating and the restraint. But somehow the Six Flags ignored that concern and the proceed on the ride.

Somehow the woman fell upon the turns and fell about ten stories to her death.

The woman and her family first visit to the Six Flags Park makes this tragedy even more sad. They didn't expect this thing to happen on a joyous day.

The Dallas Morning News and Fort Worth Star Telegram has done extensive coverage of this tragedy.

According to the Dallas Morning News, there was an outpouring from across the nation.

Her son on his Facebook page described his mother as adventuresome and said she had been having a good time at the park.

The Dallas mother died Friday evening when witnesses say a restraint came loose and she plummeted to the ground from the Texas Giant, a hybrid steel and wooden roller coaster.

Family members of Esparza confirmed her name but said they were not ready to comment further. One family member said an attorney had been retained to represent the family.

But on his Facebook page, her adult son, Amado Esparza, wrote in Spanish: “I’ve never discovered a day as long as this one. It’s very sad that I lost my mom, but I’m happy that I was able to enjoy her to the maximum while she was alive.”

Neighbors in their southeast Oak Cliff neighborhood said Rosy Esparza lived with her husband, Antonio, Amado Esparza and a teenage son. The couple also has at least one daughter.

One neighbor said Antonio Esparza is a preacher.

Maria Padron, one of the family’s neighbors, said Rosy Esparza was very religious and frequently invited people to her home to study the Bible.

“We cooked a lot for each other; anything you can think of we made for one another,” Padron said.

“Tamales and rare Mexican espresso was our trade. I’m going to miss those simple days of just hearing her knock on the door.”

Padron said Rosy Esparza was a “woman who lived for her family.”

Alfred Cannon, another neighbor, said he had been talking to Amado outside the family’s home Friday and had asked him to work on a water heater.

He said Amado said he would have to do it later because he was headed to pick his mom up at Six Flags.
Later, he received text messages from Amado about his mother having died at the amusement park.

“Her belt went lose and she flew away,” one of the text messages said.

The investigation could take months to determine what happen and the necessary means to prevent this from ever happening.

I wonder if Governor Rick Perry (R-Texas) aka Governor Oops will do something about it!

HIV Testing Day!

Yeah, I know it's hard for you, me and millions of others. But if you don't get a check, you may never know and it's could result in a deadly fate.

Today is National HIV Testing Day.

I hate tests! But this test here ensures that I live a healthy life!

"KNOW YOUR SCORE!"

I want my woman to know I keep myself healthy! And passing this test ensures that I have her feeling safe when we share our love!

Millions of Americans are living with HIV. Some may not even know they have the virus that may cause AIDS.

HIV/AIDS is a epidemic disease. It affects any age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality and it's transmitted from unprotected sex. It's transferred from sharing dirty needles. It's transferred through blood transfusions.

It can be spread from mother to child.

Besides cancer, HIV is one the top five health dangers in the world.

I share some of my experiences at the health clinic.

Get a HIV Test! It's the most important test of your life!

Immigration Reform Passed In The Senate!

Bipartisanship works.

The low approved U.S. Senate has passed the immigration reform.

A great move by the Democrats and the very few Republicans who put aside their differences for the sake of those who dream to become leaders. And of course, for the sake of their overwhelmingly White political party.

First they'll claim it's them who are credited for Civil Rights of 1965. Now it's going to be a redo of Republicans claiming credit for Immigration Reform of 2013.

Who gives a crap about the Democrat presidents John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson and Barack Obama?

I never get enough of those ridiculous Republican commentators saying that if it wasn't for them, things couldn't get done.

No, it's because of the Republicans, nothing isn't getting done.

You have many members of the Senate (i.e. Republicans like Ted Cruz (Texas), Jim Inhofe (Oklahoma), Rand Paul (Kentucky), Rob Portman (Ohio) Mike Lee (Utah), Tim Scott (R-South Carolina)  Jeff Sessions, Richard Shelby (Alabama), John Cornyn (Texas) and Mitch McConnell (Kentucky) who will rule the day they voted against immigration reform.

These Republicans will doom their party.

Enough about them. This historical bipartisan vote was 68-32 on a measure that sits atop President Barack Obama's second-term domestic agenda. But the bill's prospects are highly uncertain in the Republican-controlled House, where party leaders are jockeying for position in advance of expected action next month.

Republican co-sponsors Senators John McCain (Arizona), Marco Rubio (Florida), Jeff Flake (Arizona) and Lindsey Graham (South Carolina) were joined in voting "yes" with Lamar Alexander (Tennessee), Kelly Ayotte (New Hampshire), Jeff Chiesa (New Jersey), Susan Collins (Maine), Bob Corker (Tennessee), Orrin Hatch (Utah), Dean Heller (Nevada), John Hoeven (North Dakota), Mark Kirk (Illinois), and Lisa Murkowski (Alaska).

Spectators in galleries that overlook the Senate floor watched expectantly as senators voted one by one from their desks. Some onlookers erupted in chants of "Yes, we can" after Vice President Joe Biden announced the vote result.
There is a high influx of African and Asian immigrants.
After three weeks of debate, there was no doubt about the outcome. Fourteen Republicans joined all 52 Democrats and two independents to support the bill.

In a written statement, Obama coupled praise for the Senate's action with a plea for resolve by supporters as the House works on the issue. "Now is the time when opponents will try their hardest to pull this bipartisan effort apart so they can stop commonsense reform from becoming a reality. We cannot let that happen," said the president, who was traveling in Africa.

In the final hours of debate, members of the so-called Gang of 8, the group that drafted the measure, frequently spoke in personal terms while extolling the bill's virtues, rebutting its critics - and appealing to the House members who turn comes next.
A great message.
"Do the right thing for America and for your party," said Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., who said his mother emigrated to the United States from Cuba. "Find common ground. Lean away from the extremes. Opt for reason and govern with us."

Arizona Republican Sen. Jeff Flake said those seeking legal status after living in the United States illegally must "pass a background check, make good on any tax liability and pay a fee and a fine." There are other requirements before citizenship can be obtained, he noted.

He, too, spoke from personal experience, recalling time he spent as a youth working alongside family members and "undocumented migrant labor, largely from Mexico, who worked harder than we did under conditions much more difficult than we endured."

A piece of America includes immigrants.
The legislation's chief provisions includes numerous steps to prevent future illegal immigration - some added in a late compromise that swelled Republican support for the bill - and to check on the legal status of job applicants already living in the United States. At the same time, it offers a 13-year path to citizenship to as many as 11 million immigrants now living in the country unlawfully.

Under the deal brokered last week by Republican Sens. John Hoeven of North Dakota and Bob Corker of Tennessee and the Gang of 8, the measure requires 20,000 new Border Patrol agents, the completion of 700 miles of fencing and deployment of an array of high-tech devices along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Those living in the country illegally could gain legal status while the border security plan was being implemented, but would not be granted permanent resident green cards or citizenship.

A plan requiring businesses to check on the legal status of prospective employees would be phased in over four years.
Senators Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) (center), Mike Lee (R-Utah) (left) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas) couldn't muster enough members to filibuster the immigration reform bill.
Other provisions would expand the number of visas available for highly skilled workers relied upon by the technology industry. A separate program would be established for lower-skilled workers, and farm workers would be admitted under a temporary program. In addition, the system of legal immigration that has been in effect for decades would be changed, making family ties less of a factor and elevating the importance of education, job skills and relative youth.

With the details of the Senate bill well-known, House Speaker John Boehner said at a news conference the separate legislation the House considers will have majority support among Republicans. He also said he hopes the bill will be bipartisan, and he encouraged a group of four Democrats and three Republicans trying to forge a compromise to continue their efforts.

He offered no details on how a House bill could be both bipartisan and supported by more than half of his own rank and file, given that most of the bills that have moved through the House Judiciary Committee recently did so on party line votes over the protests of Democrats. None envisions legal status for immigrants now in the country illegally.

Boehner declined to say if there were circumstances under which he could support a pathway to citizenship, but he made clear that securing the border was a priority.

"People have to have confidence that the border is secure before anything else is really going to work. Otherwise, we repeat the mistakes of 1986," he said, referring to the last time Congress overhauled the immigration system.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California, the House Democratic leader, also said he favors a bipartisan approach. At the same time, she noted that Democratic principles for immigration include "secure our borders, protect our workers, unite families, a path to legalization and now citizenship for those" without legal status.

Hopeful that the House Republicans get things done. But I doubt it. House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio isn't likely going to do any favors for the president or his Republican majority.

They've threaten to usurp him if he compromises with the Democrats.

The Associated Press and Huffington Post contributes to a portion of this article.

Here's a few assholes who continues to slide the Republican Party into the abyss of ignorance.

Moms Are Becoming The Breadwinners!

Over 40% of American mothers are breadwinners.

Mothers of the 21st Century are the leading breadwinners. Over 40% of the American mothers are becoming the sole breadwinners knocking down the stereotype that men are the leaders.

The Washington Post reports that In a trend accelerated by the recent recession and an increase in births to single mothers, nearly four in 10 families with children under the age of 18 are now headed by women who are the sole or primary breadwinners for their families, according to a report released Wednesday by the Pew Research Center.

The report reveals a sweeping change in traditional gender roles and family life over a few short decades: The share of married mothers who outearn their husbands has risen from 4 percent in 1960 to 15 percent in 2011. The share of single mothers who are sole providers for their families has increased from 7 to 25 percent over the same period.

“The decade of the 2000s witnessed the most rapid change in the percentage of married mothers earning more than their husbands of any decade since 1960,” said Philip Cohen, a University of Maryland sociologist who studies gender and family trends. “This reflects the larger job losses experienced by men at the beginning of the Great Recession. Also, some women decided to work more hours or seek better jobs in response to their husbands’ job loss, potential loss or declining wages.”

But the Pew Research report shows that Americans are decidedly ambivalent about mothers who work outside the home. Three-fourths of those surveyed say these mothers make raising children harder, and half worry that it’s bad for marriages.

About half of those surveyed felt it was better if mothers stayed home with young children. In contrast, 8 percent thought it was better if fathers did.

But at the same time, the report notes that other polls have found that nearly 80 percent of Americans don’t think mothers should return to a traditional 1950s middle-class housewife role.

“The public is really of two minds,” said Kim Parker, one of the report’s authors. Traditional gender roles “are a deeply ingrained set of beliefs. It will take a while for those views to catch up with the reality of the way people are living today.”

While not perfect, it’s a lifestyle that suits Lisa Rohrer, who works at Georgetown University Law Center, as well as her family. Rohrer became the primary breadwinner when her husband, JJ, started his own business. He now picks their two kids up from school, stays home when they are sick and does much of the housework.

“For us, it has been ideal in many ways, because it has allowed JJ to pursue his dream of starting his own business and has allowed me to take jobs that require a lot of time and travel. I’m also glad our kids see an alternative way of handling careers, marriage and kids,” she said. “On the other hand, I have a lot more sympathy for dads in families where their wives are staying at home. There is a lot of pressure when you’re the main breadwinner.”

Although the trend toward mothers who pull in the biggest part of the family income has been on the rise as more women have become educated and entered the workforce, the recession has accelerated the trend, said Sarah Jane Glynn, an analyst with the Center for American Progress.

“Part of what’s happening is that more men have been getting laid off and are having difficulty finding work,” she said, noting that the number of married wives who are sole earners has increased since 2007. “And with the way the recovery’s played out, some men who lost their jobs wound up taking others that paid less.”

The Pew Research report found that married mothers are becoming increasingly better educated than their husbands: 61 percent of husbands and wives in dual-earner households have similar education levels, but 23 percent of the mothers are better educated than their spouses, compared with 16 percent of fathers.

Women began graduating from college in greater numbers than men in 1985 and now earn more advanced degrees in many fields.

The stigma of women out-earning men appears to be waning, at least among those with college educations. About 30 percent of those surveyed think it’s better if men earn more, down from 40 percent in 1997. Those with a high school degree or less, however, are twice as likely as college-educated Americans to think men should earn more.

Heidi Parsons, 44, who owns her own recruiting firm in Alexandria, said attitudes such as that can make being a breadwinner a challenge in a relationship.
Thanks mom, you're the best.
“My husband is a massage therapist. The disparity in income is hard for him. I don’t care. I signed up for it. I knew that going in, and it’s never bothered me,” she said. “But it’s hard, because it’s hard for him. What I like to look at is how it was nice that he was home for two years when the kids were little. That’s a contribution there that goes unrecognized on the dad’s side.”

Cohen said the trend toward breadwinning mothers can be disconcerting because it upends the status quo.

“Mothers have historically been responsible for the majority of child care and rearing, and single motherhood represents an extension of that role in a way that does not challenge traditional gender norms,” he said.

Single-mother breadwinners are at a severe disadvantage, the report found.

Compared with their married peers, they earn an average of $23,000 and are more likely to be younger, black or Hispanic and have less education than a college degree.

“The makeup of single mothers has changed dramatically,” said Wendy Wang, one of the report’s authors. “In 1960, the vast majority of single mothers were divorced, separated or widowed. Only 4 percent were never married. But now, it’s 44 percent.” Now, 40 percent of all births are to single mothers, she added.

Julie Guyot-Diangone, 42, a divorced, breadwinning mother of two who works on Capitol Hill, earned a PhD in social work and specializes in orphan and refugee displacement. But since both her parents died a few months ago, she has no one to help her take care of her children, much less buy the groceries, cook or do laundry.

“I used to think, when looking for employment, I would look at my area of expertise. But those aren’t necessarily 9-to-5 jobs,” she said. “I find that I’m looking for work hours. Flex time. Teleworking. I’m looking for that, as a priority.”

Marcia Greco, 57, who works in Fairfax, had no choice about becoming her family’s breadwinner when her husband was laid off nearly 20 years ago. Her husband took care of their two children and went to school at night. He felt isolated. Sometimes, people thought of them as a curiosity. Despite that, and despite the unease with mother breadwinners that Pew Research report found, the situation worked for them. The two just celebrated their 30th anniversary.

“We showed our kids that anyone can be a nurturer or go out and be a primary breadwinner,” she said. “Your gender doesn’t matter.”

Single parenting is usually a mother with children. There are single parents who are fathers.

We're living in the age where the independent woman trumps the traditional conservative woman.

The independent woman is likely voting Democratic. The reasons why are purely simple.

The independent woman believes in equal pay for equal work. That's why it's essential to have fair pay laws passed.

The independent woman is split on gun control. Since the Sandy Hook tragedy, many women are split on the gun control debate. Most woman would prefer stronger background checks but limitations on firearms restrictions.

The independent woman supports a right to choice. That means no government interference in making family decision as in abortions and adoptions.

The single mother is more likely higher in a Black household than Latina and White households.

Before I go, I wanted to say this. The folks over at Loserville and their turdporter Megyn Kelly debates two asshole men who run this theme about women being breadwinners is another failed "liberal" experiment.

This network is the old White boys club and its chief Roger Ailes allows this network to continue the discourse against the independent woman, the Black family, the Hispanic family and President Barack Obama.

Conservatives: [Republicans] Drop The Kumbaya Act!

File:Phyllis-schlafly-2007-03 cc.jpg
The crazy old lady warns Republicans to drop the act of trying to win Blacks and Hispanics.

You could be a member of the Republican Party if your only goal in life is to keep Blacks and Hispanics away from the polls. You would throw your crap on the wall claiming that Blacks support President Barack Obama because of race, and the Hispanics are illegal immigrants. You concluded that Blacks and Hispanics want to make babies so they could get "gubmint" entitlements.

In other words, Republicans and their conservative allies believe that the White race is declining because of these "parasites" taking out of the taxpayer's pockets and that Nigger Obama is allowing this.

The Republicans don't want Black and Hispanic women to have abortions.

The Republicans don't want Black and Hispanic families to get food stamps and welfare.

The Republicans don't like it that Blacks and Hispanics vote on race. Yet, perennial loser Mitt Romney had a strong turnout of White voters.

The Republicans want to pass legislation that require voters to have a state issued identification to prevent voter fraud in a minority precinct.

The Republicans don't want Blacks, Hispanics, and Muslims to own firearms. Some Republicans believe that violence in America is caused by the entertainment industry (i.e. rap music, video games and movies).

Republicans want to attack President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Attorney General Eric Holder, and UN Secretary Susan Rice. They attack the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by claiming that he supported the policies of the modern day Republican Party.

The Republicans advocate racism through their associates. These individuals King Hippo, Crazy JonesThat Guy Who Helped Obama Win, The Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall, The Palin Da Ass, The Turd Flipper, Bill-O, and Chalk E Becker are part the junk food media. These paid agitators openly advocate violence and hatred of the Black and Hispanic communities.

Our friends over at Addicting Info found a nice little article about that crazy old lady who founded the Eagle Forum. She issued a warning to Republicans. The crazy old lady wants Republicans to drop any attempts to pass immigration reform.

Her words: The Hispanics who come in like this are going to vote Democrat. There isn't the slightest bit of evidence that they are going to vote Republican. The people the Republicans should reach out to are the white votes — the white voters who didn't vote in the last election. There are millions of them. I think when you have an establishment-run nomination system, they give us a series of losers, which they've given us with Dole, McCain, and Romney and they give us people who don’t connect with the grassroots.

So if you're looking at this comment, you notice that the crazy old lady is blaming the three former Republican nominees for being too easy on winning the rainbow instead of the White vote.

If she really want to have a honest discussion to why these three candidates lost.

Richard Nixon was the Vice President. He lost the U.S. Presidential Election the first time. He went on to win the presidency in two election victories. He ended up resigning at the peak of a scandal.

George H.W. Bush lost to Ronald Reagan in the Republican nomination. He would later become the Vice President of the United States. Bush would later lose to Bill Clinton.

Perennial loser Bob Dole lost as a vice presidential candidate. He lost to George H.W. Bush in the Republican nomination. Dole would eventually lose to incumbent president Bill Clinton.

Perennial loser John McCain lost the Republican nomination to George W. Bush. He lost to Barack Obama in a landslide election.

Perennial loser Mitt Romney lost to John McCain in the Republican nomination. He lost to incumbent president Barack Obama.

So in other words, this crazy old lady wants to ignore the fastest minority group in the nation. Forget Hispanics, Republicans only need white voters.

This is your Republican Party people. This stuff is why they're losing the elections. It's fossils like this crazy old woman who keep the Republican Party the condescending, the sexist, the homphobic, the Islamophobic, the racist, and down right stupid people most American liberals paint them out to be.

The Heritage Foundation Advocates White Nationalism!

Former South Carolina Republican senator Jim DeMint leads the conservative organization. The Heritage Foundation is quite controversial. I am wondering how far the conservatives will go before they destroy the Republican Party.

What pisses me off more than anything, is the fact that professional bigots in academia want to compare Black and Hispanics as "inferior"subjects. What drives the conservative/white supremacist bubble is the fact they can't stomach a browner nation.

They don't like well-educated figures such as President Barack Obama. So in order to take away the successes of Black and Hispanic, these individuals in the white supremacist bubble want to prove how intelligent they are and the world around them are a bunch of idiots.

Only in the professional bigot's mind, intelligence is apparently skin deep. The agitators of the conservative media are trying to encourage Republicans to derail immigration reform.

After getting their butts kicked in the last election, the Republican Party sought for improvements.
Former senator Jim DeMint runs The Heritage Foundation. It's under fire for its commentators ill advised writings calling minorities (and immigrants) inferior.
The Republicans are trying to "reach out" to young, Asian, Black, Hispanic and college professionals.

So far, they're not reaching the "promise land" as they've claimed. The Republican Party outreach to minorities is really screwed up.

So far, they've allowed Senators Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky, Minority Leader), Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), Representatives Steve Stockman (R-Texas), Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota), Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin), Jason Chaffez (R-Utah), Trent Franks (R-Arizona), Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) and Peter King (R-New York) make the Republican Party appear to be more intrusive.

Conservative agitators on talk radio, the blogs and the comment sections aren't helpful either. They've gathered through the talking points from Loserville and the white extremist asshole blogs.

This organization explained today will explain why the Republican Party is destined for political failure.

The Heritage Foundation is an American conservative think tank based in Washington, D.C. Heritage's stated mission is to "formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense."

The foundation took a leading role in the conservative movement during the presidency of Ronald Reagan, whose policies drew significantly from Heritage's policy study Mandate for Leadership. Heritage has since continued to have a significant influence in U.S. public policy making, and is considered to be one of the most influential conservative research (an extremist organization) in the United States.

Jason Richwine, a Harvard educated PhD scholar along with Robert Rector wrote an offensive piece claiming immigrants (i.e. Mexican, the American Hispanic and Black people).

In this offensive piece Richwine claims that unlawful immigrant households have more wage earners per household: 1.6 compared to 1.2 among non-immigrant households. However, the average earnings per worker are dramatically lower in unlawful immigrant households: $24,791 per worker compared to $43,413 in non-immigrant households. Contrary to conventional wisdom, non-elderly adult unlawful immigrants are not more likely to work than are similar non-immigrants.

The heads of unlawful immigrant households are younger, with a median age of 34 compared to 50 among non-immigrant householders. Partly because they are younger, unlawful immigrant households have more children, with an average of 1.6 children per household compared to 0.6 among non-immigrant households. The higher number of children tends to raise governmental costs among unlawful immigrant households.
Jason Richwine, the professional bigot who wrote that he's "smarter" than the average Mexican or NIGGER!
(Both lawful and unlawful children in unlawful immigrant households are eligible for public education, and the large number of children who were born in the U.S. are also eligible for means-tested welfare benefits such as food stamps, Medicaid, and Children’s Health Insurance Program benefits.)

By contrast, there are very few elderly persons in unlawful immigrant households. Only 1.1 percent of persons in those households are over 65 years of age compared to 13.7 percent of persons in non-immigrant households. The absence of elderly persons in unlawful immigrant households significantly reduces current government costs; however, if unlawful immigrants remain in the U.S. permanently, the number who are elderly will obviously increase significantly.

Unlawful immigrant households are far more likely to be poor. Over one-third of unlawful immigrant households have incomes below the federal poverty level compared to 18.8 percent of lawful immigrant households and 13.6 percent of non-immigrant households.

The low wage level of unlawful immigrant workers is a direct result of their low education levels. [Chart shows that] half of unlawful immigrant households are headed by persons without a high school degree; more than 75 percent are headed by individuals with a high school degree or less. Only 10 percent of unlawful immigrant households are headed by college graduates. By contrast, among non-immigrant households, 9.6 percent are headed by persons without a high school degree, around 40 percent are headed by persons with a high school degree or less, and nearly one-third are headed by college graduates.

The current unlawful immigrant population thus contains a disproportionate share of poorly educated individuals. These individuals will tend to have low wages and pay comparatively little in taxes.

In his mind, he believes that immigration reform is a horrible mistake.

After the backlash, Jason Richwine resigned from the Heritage Foundation. Richwine is the author of a the Heritage report, "The Fiscal Cost of Unlawful Immigrants and Amnesty to the U.S. Taxpayer." In 2009, Richwine earned his doctorate from Harvard University, and his dissertation was titled "IQ and Immigration Policy", which argued that Hispanic immigrants have lower IQ than white native immigrants.

Sex Symbol Angelina Jolie Reveals Bombshell!

Those big things that keep the junk food media focused. Actress/activist Angelina Jolie makes a shocking announcement.

The 37-year old actress and activist shocked the junk food media today with a bombshell about her health.

The international press is covering the shocking story about Jolie having her breasts removed after undergoning a preventive double mastectomy after learning she had an 87% risk of developing breast cancer. Jolie has a defective BRCA1 gene resulting in an increased risk of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. She said she decided to go public about it to encourage other women to make informed medical choices.

Jolie engaged to actor Brad Pitt is the mother of six (three by Pitt and three by international adoption).

Jolie travels frequently and is currently living in France.

In a New York Times opinion piece, Jolie explains her decision was very tough but it had to be done for sake of her children. She introduced her piece to the last years of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand. The actress was once married to Jon Voight, her estranged father.

She held out long enough to meet the first of her grandchildren and to hold them in her arms. But my other children will never have the chance to know her and experience how loving and gracious she was.

We often speak of “Mommy’s mommy,” and I find myself trying to explain the illness that took her away from us. They have asked if the same could happen to me. I have always told them not to worry, but the truth is I carry a “faulty” gene, BRCA1, which sharply increases my risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

My doctors estimated that I had an 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer, although the risk is different in the case of each woman.

Only a fraction of breast cancers result from an inherited gene mutation. Those with a defect in BRCA1 have a 65 percent risk of getting it, on average.

Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy. I started with the breasts, as my risk of breast cancer is higher than my risk of ovarian cancer, and the surgery is more complex.

On April 27, I finished the three months of medical procedures that the mastectomies involved. During that time I have been able to keep this private and to carry on with my work.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are a power couple.
But I am writing about it now because I hope that other women can benefit from my experience. Cancer is still a word that strikes fear into people’s hearts, producing a deep sense of powerlessness. But today it is possible to find out through a blood test whether you are highly susceptible to breast and ovarian cancer, and then take action.

My own process began on Feb. 2 with a procedure known as a “nipple delay,” which rules out disease in the breast ducts behind the nipple and draws extra blood flow to the area. This causes some pain and a lot of bruising, but it increases the chance of saving the nipple.

Two weeks later I had the major surgery, where the breast tissue is removed and temporary fillers are put in place. The operation can take eight hours. You wake up with drain tubes and expanders in your breasts. It does feel like a scene out of a science-fiction film. But days after surgery you can be back to a normal life.

Nine weeks later, the final surgery is completed with the reconstruction of the breasts with an implant. There have been many advances in this procedure in the last few years, and the results can be beautiful.

I wanted to write this to tell other women that the decision to have a mastectomy was not easy. But it is one I am very happy that I made. My chances of developing breast cancer have dropped from 87 percent to under 5 percent. I can tell my children that they don’t need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer.

It is reassuring that they see nothing that makes them uncomfortable. They can see my small scars and that’s it. Everything else is just Mommy, the same as she always was. And they know that I love them and will do anything to be with them as long as I can. On a personal note, I do not feel any less of a woman. I feel empowered that I made a strong choice that in no way diminishes my femininity.

I am fortunate to have a partner, Brad Pitt, who is so loving and supportive. So to anyone who has a wife or girlfriend going through this, know that you are a very important part of the transition. Brad was at the Pink Lotus Breast Center, where I was treated, for every minute of the surgeries. We managed to find moments to laugh together. We knew this was the right thing to do for our family and that it would bring us closer. And it has.

For any woman reading this, I hope it helps you to know you have options. I want to encourage every woman, especially if you have a family history of breast or ovarian cancer, to seek out the information and medical experts who can help you through this aspect of your life, and to make your own informed choices.

I acknowledge that there are many wonderful holistic doctors working on alternatives to surgery. My own regimen will be posted in due course on the Web site of the Pink Lotus Breast Center. I hope that this will be helpful to other women.
Actress Angelina Jolie makes a personal sacrifice.
Breast cancer alone kills some 458,000 people each year, according to the World Health Organization, mainly in low- and middle-income countries. It has got to be a priority to ensure that more women can access gene testing and lifesaving preventive treatment, whatever their means and background, wherever they live. The cost of testing for BRCA1 and BRCA2, at more than $3,000 in the United States, remains an obstacle for many women.

I choose not to keep my story private because there are many women who do not know that they might be living under the shadow of cancer. It is my hope that they, too, will be able to get gene tested, and that if they have a high risk they, too, will know that they have strong options.

Life comes with many challenges. The ones that should not scare us are the ones we can take on and take control of.

The media lavishes the power couple dubbed Brangelina.

They also lavish in the ongoing feuds with her father Jon Voight and Jennifer Anniston as well.

Jolie divorced Billy Bob Thornton and was single for brief moment besides a few dates. On the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Jolie took a liking to the chemistry on set with Pitt. The media stirred rumors they were dating while Pitt was still married to comedian/actress Jennifer Anniston.

Heavily tattooed and widely considered the world's most beautiful woman,  Angelina Jolie Voight; June 4, 1975) is an American actress, film director, and screenwriter. She has received an Academy Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards, and was named Hollywood's highest-paid actress by Forbes in 2009 and 2011.

Jolie promotes humanitarian causes, and is noted for her work with refugees as a Special Envoy and former Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). She has often been cited as the world's "most beautiful" woman, a title for which she has received substantial media attention.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers to Angelina Jolie and wish her well on her journey.

Kermit Gosnell Will Be Heading To The Iron College!

The controversial late term abortion doctor is going to the iron college for the death of premature babies.

Expect a right wing email to spring forth with the mention of convicted abortion doctor being the reason for why President Barack Obama exists.

The verdict was released and the controversial late-term abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell is found guilty of murder. The controversy driven into the mainstream by the ever so annoying conservative agitators claiming that a "media blackout" was instigated during courtroom hearings.

Newsflash: The last thing that the junk food media reporting on was the Boston Marathon Bombings and the release of three women held captive in a man home in Cleveland.

So what does a culture war issue such as abortion have to do with some news of tragedy?

Ever so, says conservatives!

Conservatives claim that the junk food media buried this. They believe that if the story was covered, the junk food media would take a consideration into abortion doctors and Planned Parenthood, an advocate and family assistance organization.

Today, the verdict was read to the news media. Gosnell was found guilty of three counts of first degree murder. These charges carry the death penalty. The decision was read and the junk food media was barred from being inside the courtroom.

What was described as a "house of horrors" by former workers, Dr. Kermit Gosnell's Philadelphia clinic was a bio-hazard. The doctor would gradually kill 37 week premature baby with no shame. The doctor would collect jars to hold the fetuses. One family claims that his treatment of low income women would result in painful memories. Even one of his pregnant patients died because of his reckless behavior.

In the age of President Barack Obama, the doctor Gosnell is going to be raked through the coals. The junk food media caters to conservative rancor from the likes of King Hippo and the Guy Who Throws Shit on The Wall. Despite there chatter, the nation is moving forward. If this last election meant something, I can tell you that it's likely going to be more defeats for the opponents of change.

This controversy has become a rally cry for both parties. The anti-abortion activists have the case to say that these doctors are killing babies. The abortion activists also have a case. They're saying that if there wasn't so many restrictions by Republican legislators and preventive healthcare, then you wouldn't see women go to this monster.

The New York Times reports Kermit Gosnell, 72, operated a clinic in West Philadelphia catering to poor women that prosecutors called a “house of horrors.”

The case turned on whether the late-term pregnancies Dr. Gosnell terminated resulted in live births. His lawyer, Jack McMahon, argued that because Dr. Gosnell injected a drug in utero to stop the heart, the deliveries were stillbirths, and movements that witnesses testified to observing — a jerked arm, a cry, swimming motions — were mere spasms.

But after deliberating 10 days, the jury found Dr. Gosnell guilty in the deaths of victims known as Baby A, Baby C and Baby D. He was found not guilty of murdering Baby E.

Prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty when the trial moves into the sentencing phase next Tuesday.

While abortion rights groups argued that Dr. Gosnell operated far outside the legalities and norms of women’s health care, abortion opponents seized on the case to raise questions about the ethics of late-term abortions. Put simply, they asked why a procedure done to a living baby outside the womb is murder, but destroying a fetus of similar gestation before delivery can be legal.

“What we need to learn from the Gosnell case is that late-term abortion is infanticide,” the Daily Beast columnist Kirsten Powers wrote last week, after starting an online furor earlier with a column suggesting that the news media had ignored the case for ideological reasons.

Abortion rights supporters said it was opponents who politicized the trial. What abortion opponents really sought from the trial, they said, was an acceleration of restrictions at the state level to effectively end legal abortion.

“Justice was served to Kermit Gosnell today and he will pay the price for the atrocities he committed,” Ilyse Hogue, president of Naral Pro-Choice America, said in a statement. “Anti-choice politicians, and their unrelenting efforts to deny women access to safe and legal abortion care, will only drive more women to back-alley butchers like Kermit Gosnell.”

In recent weeks, the case was cited in Congress to support restricting abortions past 20 weeks of pregnancy, and it was invoked by an anti-abortion political action committee in radio ads to attack the Democratic candidate for governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe.

Although the trial has not brought new issues or tactics to America’s long-running abortion wars, it provided an emotional jolt through five weeks of graphic testimony and an earlier grand jury report.

“This is a visual argument that no one would ever want to have,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the Susan B. Anthony List, which works to elect women opposed to abortion. “But if we’re going to have it, let’s go ahead and have it. What are the limits? What are we as a society willing to forbear?”

She and others predicted greater support for laws banning abortions past 20 weeks, which have been adopted in several states in recent years, on the disputed theory that fetuses of that age feel pain. Dr. Gosnell was found guilty of 24 counts of performing an abortion beyond 24 weeks, the limit in Pennsylvania.
Racist right wing emails claim the media ignored this!
Opponents of the restrictions argue that later abortions are very rare: fewer than 1.3 percent are past 20 weeks of gestation, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Abortion rights activists say restrictions before fetal viability, generally 24 weeks, violate the constitutional protections of Roe v. Wade.

Nonetheless, “the imagery” of later abortion “is very powerful,” said Elizabeth Nash, state issues manager for the Guttmacher Institute, a research group that supports abortion access. “In 2010 Nebraska banned abortion at 20 weeks post-fertilization,” she said. “That bill was seen as the type of bill that was going to catch fire across the country. It did.”

Dr. Gosnell was also convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of a 41-year-old patient, Karnamaya Mongar, who died of an overdose of sedatives. Among lesser charges, he was found guilty of 211 counts of not waiting 24 hours after consulting with a patient before performing an abortion.

Activists on both sides debated whether the deplorable conditions at Dr. Gosnell’s clinic — including broken equipment, bloodstained recovery chairs and an untrained staff giving anesthesia and other drugs — could be found at other clinics.

Anti-abortion groups cited the case to press for more regulations of clinics. “By pulling back the secrecy that cloaks this industry that preys on women’s misery, we have a real agenda moving forward,” said Charmaine Yoest, the president of Americans United for Life, which pushes for stricter clinic rules.

But abortion rights groups attacked the regulations as a backdoor route to shut clinics by requiring costly but medically unneeded upgrades, like wider hallways and bigger closets.

“What’s going on with these laws is really about the agenda of having abortion eventually made illegal again,” said Nancy Northup, president of the Center for Reproductive Rights in Washington, which has challenged the laws in court. “And if that were to happen, unfortunately you’d have a lot more Gosnells out there.”
The junk food media wasted no time trying to question the president on Kermit Gosnell. The conservative agitators are already comparing the president to the convicted doctor.
The scathing grand jury report in 2011 on Dr. Gosnell’s clinic, the Women’s Medical Society, on Lancaster Avenue, detailed how despite complaints and malpractice suits, no inspector had visited in 16 years. The clinic was raided only after a tip that it operated as an illegal prescription mill. A month after the report, Gov. Tom Corbett fired six employees of the Health and State departments.

In the witness box, clinic employees said live births occurred regularly, and they believed Dr. Gosnell’s explanation for snipping necks with surgical scissors — to “ensure fetal demise” — was accepted practice in late-term abortions. An abortion doctor who testified for the prosecution said such practice was unheard of.

One witness, Steven Massof, testifying under a plea agreement to avoid first-degree murder charges, instructed jurors to feel the backs of their own necks and said, “It’s like a beheading.”

Another former employee, Adrienne Moton, sobbed as she described the death of Baby A, aborted when his teenage mother was about 29 weeks pregnant. Ms. Moton was so upset she took a cellphone photograph of him, which was shown in court. She said Dr. Gosnell had joked that the baby was big enough to walk to a bus stop.

Ms. Moton, who also testified under a plea agreement, said she cut the neck of Baby D, who was delivered into a toilet while its mother, given a large dose of a drug to dilate the cervix, waited for Dr. Gosnell to arrive.

Another clinic worker said she followed Dr. Gosnell’s instructions and cut the neck of Baby C after it moved an arm. The doctor told her was an “involuntary movement.”

Dr. Gosnell was originally charged with seven counts of first-degree murder, but Judge Jeffrey P. Minehart of Common Pleas Court earlier threw out three other cases of infants said to have been born alive, known as Baby B, Baby F and Baby G.

Several weeks into the trial, which began March 18, anti-abortion activists and some conservative commentators accused the national news media of skipping it, a charge amplified across social media.

On April 15, President Obama’s spokesman was asked if he was following the trial. “The president is aware” of the case, said Jay Carney, the White House spokesman.

Even as reporters from national newspapers arrived in Courtroom 304 of the Criminal Justice Center, a blog war continued between abortion-rights supporters, who had written of Dr. Gosnell’s abuses from the time of his indictment, and conservatives, who continued to fault broadcast television for a “blackout.”

On Monday, there were 29 reporters in the courtroom and a row of television crews on the sidewalk.

Jon Hurdle reported from Philadelphia, and Trip Gabriel from New York.

Charles Ramsey Faces Backlash From Junk Food Media!

http://abcnews.go.com/images/US/abc_charles_ramsey_jef_130508_wblog.jpg
Cleveland man who saved kidnapped women is hailed a hero among the majority. The minority hates this because he's a Black man. So they find ways to paint a negative picture of Charles Ramsey.

Even an unlikely hero still gets called a NIGGER by those in the conservative/white supremacists bubble.

Part II will deal with the Castro brothers. They're in fear of retaliation because of the junk food media's coverage of them.

The junk food media is looking into the history of viral sensation Charles Ramsey. The unlikely hero and others were responsible in rescuing Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.

Ramsey is a colorful figure. The internet is blown up with "autotune" of the often brash and straight to the point Cleveland resident.

What I don't see is how the conservative/white supremacist bubble treats this individual like's he's criminal.

According to those in the junk food media, he was once a criminal.

Who gives a...........(Well you know)!

My problem with this is simple. The junk food media just can't give a man a break. Even though he may had done wrongs in the past, Charles Ramsey admitted that he's paying for his past sins. He's even cautious about the media attention given to him.

I see he's a honest man a heart! Even though there's a reward in this, he wanted to give it to the victims.

Charles Ramsey Criminal Record
They used the picture to portray heroic Cleveland resident as a criminal.
WEWS-TV (Newsnet 5, NBC Cleveland) apologized for putting his business out there for the conservative/white supremacist bubble.

Cleveland's WEWS-TV issued an apology on Thursday after the local news station reported on Charles Ramsey's criminal record.

Ramsey was one of two neighbors who helped Amanda Berry, who had been kidnapped for 10 years, and two other women escape from captivity earlier this week. While he was hailed a hero for his role, his presence on TV was mocked and even autotuned. Al Sharpton defended Ramsey. "He kicks in a door to rescue those women and some are criticizing his diction?" Sharpton said of Ramsey.

Soon after his TV debut, reports surfaced about Ramsey's record, one that reportedly included convictions for domestic violence. Multiple outlets, including WEWS, reported on Ramsey's criminal past.

After facing backlash from viewers, WEWS apologized in a post on the station's Facebook page.

TO OUR READERS & FOLLOWERS: We heard you. Wednesday night, we made a poor judgment call in posting a story about Charles Ramsey’s criminal record and how he’s since reformed. While the story was factually sound, the timing of it and publication of such information was not in good taste, and we regret it. Your comments prompted us to quickly remove the story from our website and Facebook page, but we know we can’t erase what we’ve already done. Ramsey is a hero for his actions, and we recognize that. Thank you so much for your feedback.
