The Law Looking For Springfield Ohio Man Who Let His Friends Die In Car Wreck!

Juan Compton (left) and Tristin Sherman (right) killed in crash in Springfield on April 7, 2015. (Photo/Springfield City School District)
Two young adults were killed after their friend drove reckless on Ohio roads.

The night when Angel Rajas drove his vehicle, he may have been under the influence of alcohol.

Angel's night on the town turned fatal for two of his friends. And it seems like Angel's on the run and the Springfield Police, Ohio State Patrol and Clark County sheriff wants him brought to justice.

Tristan Sherman and Juan Compton were killed after Rajas drove on Old Columbus Road in Springfield Township and lost control. He ends up hitting a telephone pole and the car flipped.

Compton aged 21 and Sherman aged 18 were riders in the Mazda that Rajas drove. Sherman and Compton were thrown from the vehicle. They died on impact. Two other passengers, Devan Moore and Ashley Predmore suffer injuries. Predmore was released from the Springfield Regional Hospital and Moore was transferred to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton fighting for his life.
Angel Rojas is wanted in connection with a double deadly crash.
Angel Rajas is a wanted man. U.S. Marshals, OSP, Clark County Sheriff and Springfield Police would like to see this reckless driver locked up.
Sherman and Compton's families were in attendance at a memorial near the accident site.

The families want Rajas to turn himself in. For the sake of his decease friends, he has to turn himself in.

The charges for vehicular homicide is punishable up to 20 years in the iron college. If he's an illegal immigrant he could be deported.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the families of Tristan Sherman and Juan Compton. We wish a speedy recovery for Devan Moore and Ashley Predmore.

Dayton Could Put An "I" With U.S. 35!

Interstate 575 traveling through Dayton, Ohio could become a reality.

This normally doesn't come up in the discussion. But sometimes I want to talk about things that I often think about whenever I travel through the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio.

I had this feeling today about the future of this city. I conclude this area in particular is doomed. I think that Dayton is on the verge of being a "ghost town".

The mayor Nan Whaley is trying to dismiss the notion of Dayton being a "ghost town".

She hopes that the latest developments help bring Dayton back to its glory.

Dayton has recently announced they were developing the Water Street Residential District. It is a mixed retail commerce center that sits on the border of the Great Miami and Mad Rivers.

It is a slow rebound from the failed Ballpark Village and Walmart proposal. Bear Creek Capital was going to develop the area but it turned sour after the economy went south.
Water Street District is being built. But will it bring the people to Dayton?
Crayford Holdings is now in charge of this project. Hopefully this Water Street District will help the city bring in residents. I mean it's risky move, but Whaley and city leaders are hoping for a win.

Dayton is trying to curb the economic losses of businesses closing up, people leaving en mass and the negativity of urban blight.

It lost 30% of its population in the last 20 years. It's population at present time is 137,000 residents.

In its prime Dayton had over 200,000 residents. Once that all this dried up, the people were left without jobs and sense of happiness. So some who could afford the opportunities moved out.

The city has seen a gradual decrease in its population due to the loss of manufacturing, white flight and urban sprawl. The Midwestern city is caught between Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Columbus. These three cities have most of the area's major attractions.
U.S. 35 travels from Michigan City, Indiana to near Charleston, West Virginia. It passes through the Appalachian plateau.
Dayton's basically surviving on the military's continuation of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the mid level services (i.e.the Love's and Flying J truck stops, The Hollywood Gaming racino, and the health care industry).

Dayton's metro area includes its inner and outer suburbs with the addition of Troy, Xenia and Eaton as its extended areas.

I am traveler and love to get around town once in awhile. I like to visit areas in America that are quite unique. My community is no different.

Dayton, Ohio is the county seat of Montgomery County. Dayton is the sixth largest city in the state.

The main highway that travels through it is Interstate 75. It is a major north-south highway that travels from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to the suburbs of Miami, Florida. It is one of the many routes that goes toward the Canadian border.

The other interstates are Interstate 70 which doesn't pass through the city and Interstate 675 which bypasses the city.
The Federal Highway Administration has to confirm the U.S. 35 freeway is up to Interstate standards. If the freeway is up to standards, it will be labeled an interstate highway.
The secondary highways are Ohio State Route 4, Ohio State Route 49 and U.S. 35. They are limited access freeways that often have stop lights or stop signs on the pathway.

What determines a controlled access highway from an interstate?

The AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) releases a standards manual called A Policy on Design Standards: Interstate System. For a certain highway to be considered an Interstate Highway, it must meet these construction requirements or obtain a waiver from the Federal Highway Administration.

I had a thought that comes to mind. Could U.S. 35 be designated for Interstate standards?

Ohio residents could petition the state and FHA for 10 miles of  U.S. 35 to be co-signed with a 3-digit interstate highway. If approved by the Ohio Department of Transportation, the proposal would then go to the Federal Highway Administration for final approval.

Could Interstate 575 become a thing here in Dayton?

I believe that Interstate 575 would start from the James H. McGee Boulevard exit to Beavercreek at the North Fairfield Road interchange. Alongside the Interstate it would be co-signed with U.S. 35.

From Beavercreek, U.S. 35 begins it southeastern journey all the way to West Virginia.

Eventually U.S. 35 will be formally developed into a complete freeway with exit ramps and no street level intersections.

Spring Backwards!

Since Republicans took full control of Congress, we've seen the beginning of a weaken economy. The president will continue to issue executive orders to get the ball rolling.

Well, we're in the first two months of a full Republican controlled Congress. Since they've taken control of Congress, we've expected that the job market was to start stalling. I am proven right.

The month of March netted less than 126,000 jobs giving this Spring quarter weak growth. That means the unemployment number will stall at 5.5%

Numerous factors come forth. Weather.

We've experience a rough Winter in the month of March. Many of the factors according to the AP include a weakened U.S. economy.

The Labor Department says the unemployment rate remained at 5.5 percent. Economic growth has been hammered this year by winter weather, factory slowdowns and lackluster construction activity. The manufacturing, construction and government sectors each shed workers, while hiring at restaurants plunged from February.

Job gains in February and January were revised down by 69,000.

Wage growth remains modest. Average hourly wages rose 7 cents to $24.86 an hour in March.

Past job growth along with cheaper gasoline has yet to significantly boost consumer spending. A continued deceleration in hiring could delay the Federal Reserve from raising interest rates mid-year.

This ends the longest streak of over 200,000 jobs.

See Republicans haven't passed legislation that offers incentives to businesses, a jobs bill,  a student loans bill and unemployment benefits. Things that the spineless Democrats were going to pass until they got fired out of the cannon.

Harry Reid: I'm Out!

Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) announced his retirement. He will finish his term as the Senate Minority Leader.

This latest development may have given the Republicans an opportunity to pick up a crucial swing.

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has announced he's pulling out. He declared his retirement.

This along with Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Sen. Dan Coats (R-IN), Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-MD), Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) and possibly Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) are exiting the stage.

Republicans are hoping to hold on to Indiana, Louisiana, and Florida. They hope that pickups in Nevada and Colorado could boost their majority.

Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) is the most vulnerable Democratic member of the Senate.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL) are the most vulnerable Republican members of the Senate.

Reid's exit may help the Democrats get more of a backbone. Reid may have fought for the majority, but he let the conservative agitators tear him apart and make him more evil than the devil. He and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) were sent to the status of Minority Leader after Republicans swept to victory in 2010 and 2014.

Reid had suffered a serious eye injury in 2014 after falling on his exercise equipment. The injury could permanently blind him in the eye.

The race for the White House began when Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) announced his intentions to run.

He is the first declared clown running for the Republican nomination. The insurgent senator is off to a rocky start. He declared his intentions to repeal Obamacare despite him signing up for it. He caught a lot of flack after admitting that the "federal exchanges" were the only thing good about the law.

So some of his most staunchest supporters are scratching their heads and also quietly whispering.

They wondering what the fuck just happen? They were so excited, and now this!

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) another member of the insurgency is thinking about jumping into the clown car.

Reid's exit is good for America. We can't have a Koch sucker like him in the Senate. I rather let the stupid ass Republicans have it then let them spineless Democrats continue to protect it.

Another Schocker!

One of the youngest members of Congress is out. Rep. Aaron Schock (R-IL)  is caught up in a federal investigation.

With another scandal in the midst, the party that claims themselves as the better governance has now another seat missing a member. The Michael Grimm fiasco has died down. Grimm got busted by the FBI after allegedly taking bribes. He once threatened to toss a reporter over the Capitol balcony.

Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) sparked a fire after he admitted he attended a White extremist event when he was a nobody.

He managed to skate by this scandal. Now here comes the third youngest member of Congress facing a huge scandal.

Young gun Aaron Schock (R-IL) decided to bounce before the Department of Justice serves him a meal ticket.

According to his official government website, Schock is who represents the 18th District of Illinois, a historic region of the country that is home to Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan. First elected to Congress in 2008, Rep. Schock was re-elected in 2010, 2012, and 2014.
Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) can't govern his party. Rep. Aaron Schock (R-IL) can't control his spending.
Schock currently serves on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, which is the oldest committee of the United States Congress and the chief tax-writing committee in the House of Representatives. In the 114th Congress, Schock was appointed to sit House Committee on the Budget. He concurrently holds a seat on the House Administration Committee.

As a Senior Deputy Republican Whip, Schock is responsible for assisting House Republican leadership in crafting legislative strategy and floor votes. Schock is also a member of the House Republican Conference Advisory Committee. As the first Member of Congress born in the 1980s,

Schock has raised the profile of young leaders in the Republican Party and has built a record of working on a bipartisan basis with young elected officials at the local, state and federal level. A principled legislator, Schock has forged alliances with conservative groups and Democratic colleagues alike.
This is the lawmaker's Washington office.
In the 113th Congress, Schock sponsored legislation to expand religious liberty exemptions under Obamacare that sailed through the House of Representatives with no opposition. He has worked to pass legislation that helps surviving military families, strengthens the middle class, and creates economic opportunities for all Americans. He’s also sponsored legislation to provide charitable organizations with greater opportunities to raise funds and continue their important work of meeting community needs.

Schock is one of the media's favorite sons. He was featured in Men's Health showing off them abs.

But also he's gotten a lot of attention from the law after Citizens for Responsible Ethics in Washington reported that he's not clocking in his expenses.

In February 2015, the Washington Post reported that Schock's congressional offices had been lavishly redecorated in a style inspired by the television show about English aristocrats, Downton Abbey.

From Wikipedia, the lawmaker's troubles began when he ducked and dodged.

In response to that story, the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) file a complaint that alleged Schock may have received an improper gift. CREW's executive director Anne Weismann stated: "Again and again, Rep. Schock's seeming obsession with his image impedes his ability to conduct himself in [an] ethical manner."

Schock dismissed the criticism with the statement "Haters gonna hate", which was in turn criticized for its apparent flippancy. Schock later stated he intended to pay the decorator. Schock had previously spent campaign money on workout DVDs.
A real snow job.
Further media scrutiny of congressional expenditure reports showed that Schock had spent over a $100,000 in government funds on office decorating and renovations between January 2009 and late 2014, mostly during his first term. Other media reported Schock had charged thousands of dollars for private flights, legal expenses, new cars, tickets to the Super Bowl and Country Music Awards, as well as cufflinks, massage, "gold equipment" and cigars.

to his government-funded office account. The Associated Press accessed the location metadata on Schock's Instagram photos and correlated it with private flight records to identify flights that did not correspond to his campaign finance disclosures. In response, Schock's office stated it had begun an internal review of the reimbursements.

An aide to Congressman Schock resigned after it was revealed the aide had made racist remarks on Facebook, calling for people to "gentrify" black neighborhoods and comparing black passersby to "animals" from the National Zoo.

In March 2015, further exposures of spending and disclosure irregularities, showed that Schock had accepted money from an outside group, the Global Poverty Project, to cover the cost of bringing a photographer on an all-expenses-paid trip to India organized to discuss sanitation and access to clean water.

The Associated Press also reported that much of Schock's personal wealth had been built with the assistance of political donors.

Prominent conservative commentators began calling for Schock's replacement.

The conservative magazine National Review called him "a crook" and stated: "Politics shouldn’t be a ticket to a celebrity lifestyle on the public's dime. For a man who has enjoyed such a short and undistinguished career, Illinois's Representative Aaron Schock (R.) has sure packed in a lot of corruption."

On March 17, 2015, Schock announced his resignation from Congress, effective March 31

Schock, insurgent Jason Amash (R-MI), insurgent Lee Zedlin (R-NY), insurgent Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-WA), insurgent Jason T. Smith (R-MO), insurgent Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL), insurgent Ron DeSantis (R-FL), Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), and Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) are the youngest members of Congress.

Stallmigo Tom Cotton (R-AK) is the youngest member of the Senate.

He is the only member under 40.

The Secret Service Under Fire Again For Drunk Agents!

Who can the president trust?

The Washington Post reports that two Secret Service agents were fired out the cannon after it was reported that two of them got drunk and crashed into a White House barricade. The agents were inside the government vehicle.

One of those agents were on the president's personal detail crew.

Another reckless event created by the men and women who protect our president.
The Secret Service has really screwed up. The president had to fire the cannon and let Mark Sullivan and Julia Pierson fly out of it.

The Salahis crashing an invite only party, the prostitution scandal in Colombia, the fence jumper, the bullet holes in the White House, the drone, the fake credentials standing near the president, the numerous death threats to President Barack Obama and his family, the threats to Vice President Joe Biden, Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) and their families hurt the credibility of the Secret Service.

Joe Clancy the current director of the Secret Service promises the hammer to drop on those agents who fuck up.

These fuck ups are dangerous.

GOP Leaders Skip Selma!

Today is the 50th Anniversary of the Bloody Sunday march in Selma.

The only Republican who is attending is former president George W. Bush. The elected Republicans House Weeper John Boehner (R-OH), Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA), Senate Majority Leader Mitch The Turtle (R-KY) and Pro Tempe Orin Hatch (R-UT) are skipping the event.

Even the insurgent Black Republican lawmakers Rep. Mia Love (R-UT), Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX) and  Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) refuse to attend.

They're too busy unzipping their pants and letting Benjamin Netanyahu plow his dick in their asses.

They probably planning an attack ad to claim that the president has more time to attend a rally that involves him apologizing for America rather than standing with leaders in France during the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack.

Top Republican leaders on Capitol Hill won't join the largest bipartisan congressional delegation ever in Selma, Alabama, this weekend to mark the 50th anniversary of the Bloody Sunday civil rights march.

President Barack Obama, along with his wife and daughters, will be in Selma on Saturday's anniversary, as will former President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush.

It's worth noting that not all top Democrats are planning to be in Selma either.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is going, according to her spokesman, and Minority Whip Steny Hoyer and Caucus Chair Xavier Becerra will also be there, said Rep. John Lewis, the Georgia Democrat who was a leader of the Bloody Sunday march and is heading up the congressional delegation. South Carolina Rep. Jim Clyburn, the No. 3 House Democrat, is also going.

But Sen Minority Leader Harry Reid is not going as he recovers from eye surgery, his office said. The second and third ranking Senate Democrats -- Dick Durbin of Illinois and Chuck Schumer of New York -- also won't attend, according to their spokesmen.

On Wednesday, Lewis told CNN 96 members were expected on the chartered flight to Selma and some 15 to 20 more were planning to meet up in Birmingham and Selma, calling it "the largest group ever."

At least two dozen Republicans were expected to be part of that group, according to a congressional staffer.

Asked if he was disappointed more Republicans weren't making the trip, Lewis said, "no, we continue to work and continue to build, we cannot become disappointed."

He said it "certainly" would be helpful to have leaders there to further the discussion on the Democrats' efforts to push for voting protections.

"We will not give up on anyone," Lewis said.

Top House leaders have gone to the annual event before. McCarthy traveled to Selma in 2012 when he was the No. 3 House Republican and then-Majority Leader Eric Cantor attended in 2013. Cantor, who had been a key Republican supporter of efforts to update the Voting Rights Act in the last Congress, lost his primary in 2014.

CNN reports that on the same day last month that the House voted to approve a congressional gold medal for Selma marchers, Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wisc.) and Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.), both members of the House Judiciary Committee, introduced the Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2015, a bill aimed at updating and strengthening the law.

In 2013, the Supreme Court overturned a key provision of the Voting Rights Act that required certain states with a history of racial discrimination at the polls to "pre-clear" any changes to the law with the federal government before implementing them.

But there is no indication that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) plans to take up the legislation to update the law. At a Christian Science Monitor breakfast in January, he said he believed the Voting Rights Act was sufficient as it stands.

"We have continued to study this issue, but to this point, we have not seen a process forward that is necessary to protect people, because we think the Voting Rights Act is providing substantial protection in this area right now," Goodlatte said.

Stewart noted that a delegation of Republican senators is planning to attend, led by Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina and including Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions and Ohio Sen. Rob Portman, who is a member of the leadership team in the Senate, serving as counselor to McConnell.

And as for Republican potential presidential hopefuls -- none of them will be in Selma either. Sen. Rand Paul's (R-Kent.) office said he will be in Kentucky. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) will be in Iowa participating in an agricultural summit and Sen. Marco Rubio's office did not respond to questions about where he would be this weekend, except to say that he was not traveling to Selma.

Boehner spokesman Michael Steel said that while the speaker will not be in Selma to mark Bloody Sunday, he was looking forward to granting those who marched to Montgomery Congress' highest civilian honor.

"Speaker Boehner was proud last month when the House passed legislation awarding the Congressional Gold Medal to the civil rights marchers in Selma 50 years ago, and will be proud to welcome them to a ceremony in the Capitol to bestow this honor," Steel said.

Both the House and Senate passed legislation in February to grant the awards.

Okay, when you hear those concern troll claim that it was the Democrats that were ones who turned the water cannons on American civil rights leaders, you kindly tell them, "Where are the Republicans now?"

The Democrats nominated and the American people elected the first Black president twice. So it's time to do the walk.....Republicans.

McCarthy and Scott had a change of heart. What about the Weeper and The Turtle?

Marching Along!

I know that the Republicans and their conservative allies are not worried about the improving economy. They're concerned about radical Islam and ass kissing Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to them, 92 million are out of work. Again according to the fact checkers, the ones who claim that are wrong, wrong and just plain wrong.

But seriously, the real unemployment numbers are here and for the month of February, the Department of Labor reports 295,000 jobs were added despite bad weather affecting most of the United States. It dropped the job rate to 5.5%.

The Republican-controlled Congress is ineffective. They stalled many of the president's proposals during the Democratic Party control and now they'll try to take credit for it.

But the decline in the rate occurred mainly because some people out of work stopped looking for jobs and were no longer counted as unemployed.

The strong job gains weren't enough to boost wages by much. The average hourly wage rose just 3 cents in February to $24.78 an hour.

Still, over the past 12 months, 3.3 million more Americans have gotten jobs. More jobs and lower gas prices have led many consumers to step up spending. That's boosting the economy, offsetting sluggish economies overseas and giving employers the confidence to hire.

The strengthening job market could give the Federal Reserve room to move toward raising interest rates from record lows. Most analysts expect the Fed to pave the way for higher rates by adjusting the statement it issues after its March policy meeting, to be followed by the first hike in June or September.

After the jobs report was released Friday morning, investors sold ultra-safe U.S. Treasurys, a sign that many anticipate a Fed rate hike. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note rose to 2.18 percent from 2.11 percent before the report was issued.

The U.S. job market and economy are easily outpacing those of other major nations. Though Europe and Japan are showing signs of growing more than last year, their economies remain feeble. The euro currency union's unemployment rate has started to fall, but at 11.2 percent it remains nearly twice the U.S. level.

The U.S. economy expanded at a breakneck annual pace of 4.8 percent in last year's spring and summer, only to slow to a tepid 2.2 percent rate in the final three months of 2014. Many economists estimate that growth is picking up slightly in the current quarter to an annual rate of 2.5 percent to nearly 3 percent.

Still, economists remain bullish about hiring despite the slowdown in growth. The fourth quarter's slowdown occurred largely because companies reduced their stockpiles of goods, which translated into lower factory output.

But companies focus more on consumer demand in making hiring decisions, and demand was strong in the October-December quarter. Americans stepped up their spending by the most in four years.

And though consumers are saving much of the cash they have from cheaper gas, spending in January still rose at a decent pace after adjusting for lower prices.

Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics, expects the economy to grow 3 percent this year, which would be first time it's reached that level in a decade. That's fast enough to support hiring of about 250,000 a month, he said.

Bibi Netanyawnhu!

This whole ordeal may affect the U.S. and Israeli relations.

The controversial prime minister of Israel came for the Joint Session of Congress. He did the usual song and dance. He undermined the Six Party Talks and use the same rhetoric about Iran developing a nuclear bomb, and yawn!

Yawn. American lawmakers give multiple standing ovations.

The American junk food media, conservative agitators, Republican and Democratic lawmakers who support this guy should be reminded that our country comes first. The United States of America is the country that you declare allegiance to.

American lawmakers pledge the support to Israel despite it's history of war crimes, espionage and false accusations against other countries. The United Nations and Arab League have tried to push war crimes upon Benjamin Netanyahu but the United States continues to block them at ever whim.

President Barack Obama and his team were pissed. The president went on the offensive by saying that Netanyahu continues this assertion that Iran is still trying to wipe Israel off the map.

He went all out to compare the Iranian government to the Islamic State.

House Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) had went out his way to invite this asshole. Boehner didn't come forth to the White House. Basically thumbing the president in the eye with this.

This whole thing was a big publicity stunt.

I was bored listening to Netanyuhu.

It's your turn to listen or watch him.

Try not to doze off.

Conservative Outrage Over An Alleged Report About Obama Threatening To Shoot Israeli Jets!

Eye of the beholder.....

The racist right again worked up over a rumor and not a confirmed fact.

See the Craigslist of conservative agitation calls this a paper and not a website. That's the first misleading thing to read on that racist watering hole.

See they don't rely on the Associated Press, Reuters or the American media sources. Heck the agitators can get the Agence France-Presse as a reliable foreign source. They would believe a foreign website that got its sources from another foreign source. Obviously, you can't believe everything off the internet.

But the racist right regardless will believe it.

Like I seriously don't often go off on this stuff. But the lies and countless misinformation campaign led by conservative agitators is seriously graying the fact-checkers.

They're worked up over a report that President Barack Obama may order U.S. warships to down Israeli jets if they attempt to attack Iranian nuclear facilities.

But here's the kicker, it was in early 2014. So why hasn't this been mention in the American junk food media?

The Bethlehem-based news agency Ma’an has cited a Kuwaiti newspaper report Saturday, that US President Barack Obama thwarted an Israeli military attack against Iran's nuclear facilities in 2014 by threatening to shoot down Israeli jets before they could reach their targets in Iran.

Following Obama's threat, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was reportedly forced to abort the planned Iran attack.

According to Al-Jarida, the Netanyahu government took the decision to strike Iran some time in 2014 soon after Israel had discovered the United States and Iran had been involved in secret talks over Iran’s nuclear program and were about to sign an agreement in that regard behind Israel's back.

The report claimed that an unnamed Israeli minister who has good ties with the US administration revealed the attack plan to Secretary of State John Kerry, and that Obama then threatened to shoot down the Israeli jets before they could reach their targets in Iran.

Al-Jarida quoted "well-placed" sources as saying that Netanyahu, along with Minister of Defense Moshe Yaalon, and then-Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman, had decided to carry out airstrikes against Iran's nuclear program after consultations with top security commanders.

According to the report, “Netanyahu and his commanders agreed after four nights of deliberations to task the Israeli army's chief of staff, Benny Gantz, to prepare a qualitative operation against Iran's nuclear program. In addition, Netanyahu and his ministers decided to do whatever they could do to thwart a possible agreement between Iran and the White House because such an agreement is, allegedly, a threat to Israel's security.”
President Barack Obama with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The sources added that Gantz and his commanders prepared the requested plan and that Israeli fighter jets trained for several weeks in order to make sure the plans would work successfully. Israeli fighter jets reportedly even carried out experimental flights in Iran's airspace after they managed to break through radars.

So this is an alleged report of the president threatening American military action on Israeli jets.

Anyone who supports a foreign leader over an American president should renounce their American citizenship and declare their allegiance to that country.

No kidding. I don't care what political party our president represents. We are Americans, we declare our loyalty to the United States, not a foreign country.

You can go at the president on policy and every other outrage mustered up. But to just take the side of foreign leaders is just an example of the pot calling the kettle black.

I don't support foreign leaders regardless of who they are!

Bibi And Wings!

American lawmakers kiss this foreign leader's ass.

The junk food media, the conservative agitators and Republicans have declared their allegiance to the Israeli government. They have made Israel the 51st state.

They pledge their loyalty to the State of Israel.

Instead of working on a peaceful end to the Iran's nuclear ambitions, the Republican Party, the junk food media, the conservative agitators and Benjamin Netanyahu will push for more sanctions that could derail international talks.

His anticipated speech has caused an uproar. The Weeper of the House John Boehner (R-OH) has invited Netanyahu to address a Joint Session of Congress without proper acknowledgment to the White House. The president was none to thrilled about this. Some say this is an attempt to scaremonger and help Netanyahu win his bid for reelection as Israeli prime minister. This breech of protocol has gotten to the point where now it's out in the open, President Barack Obama had enough of Netanyahu meddling in the affairs of America.

The president will not meet Netanyahu during his visit. Vice President Joe Biden will not attend the Joint Session. A handful of Democratic politicos are boycotting this.

American Israel Public Affairs Committee is cautiously supporting the decision to have him speak.

The controversial conservative leader has maintained that Iran is "close" to developing nuclear weapons, and he's vowed to attack the nation if the United States and its allies refuse to do so. He opposes the two-state solution for the Palestinian territories. Netanyahu continues to advocate building Jewish settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
No new friends.
Britain, France, Russia, China, Germany and the United States have worked hard to negotiate a deal to halt Iran from producing nuclear weapons.

President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry are working with the five leaders in Switzerland to accomplish this. The Six Party talks are extremely important. These talks will hopefully give the United Nations an opportunity to inspect the Iran's nuclear plants and defuse any reactors that could be used in producing a weapon.

Republicans made Israeli defense a top priority among their obsession to stop the Islamic State.

They gotten tired of claiming the president is hurting the economy with his policies. So now instead of playing to this"Obama's not working" narrative, they've figured now "Obama's is weak on terrorism and foreign policy".

For one thing, I do not support foreign leaders. I have unanimous support for the United States and the president. I don't care what party the president represent. As long as I declare my loyalty to the country of my birth, no other country matters.

Israel has nuclear weapons.

Israel has a espionage service called the Mossad. The agency has been notorious in killing people without due process. They are considered terrorists.

Israel's military has committed war crimes. In the 2014 conflict in the Gaza Strip, over 3,000 people (mostly innocent people) died and Netanyahu doesn't give a fuck about them.

I'm going to be upfront with you.

It's about time the United States start cutting ties with Israel. I mean this ongoing debate over a two party solution has been over 60 years of failed policies and a bunch of stubbornness.

We've put too much time and effort into a failure.

Netanyahu is not willing to work for peace. He benefits from war and his speech to the Congress is another attempt to drive the Western backed powers into an endless war.

Weeper's Creepers!

The weeper appears on CBS to bitch about the president.

GOP Sundays continues to be fixture for the Republicans. They appear more than the Democrats.

And on these programs, Republicans are bitching and blaming as usual. They have control of Congress and yet they can't get along. They rely on the Democrats to bail them out of tough spots.

Yet, they appear on these programs to sit the blame on Democrats for "doing nothing" and being the party of "no".

The agitators are discussing the results of CPAC, terrorism and funding for the Department of Homeland Security.

This is by far the worst legislative body to ever hold power. The Republicans are in serious trouble.

The insurgents are not willing to pass legislation without fingering President Barack Obama in the eye. They rather let the country suffer in order to prevent the president from getting things done.

The American people gave the Republicans an opportunity to do things and yet they've already put it in trouble. The junk food media has allowed them to get a pass on most of their stupidity.

The Department of Homeland Security will be funded for a few days.

House Weeper John Boehner (R-OH), Racist Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Douche Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) appeared on the GOP Sunday news programs. Insurgent Jim Jordan (R-OH) was on CNN.

Each of these lawmakers were pointing fingers at President Barack Obama over the possible DHS shutdown.

They are trying to stop the president's executive order on immigration. The extremist wing is trying to prevent nominations and bills from being passed because they oppose the president.

Instead of governance, it's pure politics and utter stupidity from the Republicans.

Boehner appears on CBS with John Dickerson.

Jeh Johnson: Congress Doesn't Seem To Care About DHS Workers Not Getting Paid!

It's pathetic I got to tell thousands of workers protecting our country, they're not getting paid.

The stalemate in Congress is over the president's executive orders over immigration reform has the Department of Homeland Security on the ropes.

Jeh Johnson the first African American to be secretary of the DHS is pissed that Congress is playing Russian Roulette with the national security. The junk food media spooked the Americans into believing terrorism is coming to America. The DHS is pushing its only hopes to get funding, push the blame game onto the political partisans who were elected to do nothing but agitate.

The insurgents want to fund the DHS but they want the president's executive orders repealed.

The Democrats want the DHS funded, but they want this to be a "clean" bill.

The old geezers of GOP Sundays are barking about the latest online video by those extremists. The soft target Mall of America is mentioned by these boogeymen. Now the Republican senators and the current Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson are barking on GOP Sundays about it.

The Congress is coming back from vacation. They have four days to get their act in order or the DHS will start issuing furloughs and back pay for thousands of workers.

It would be nice to have a paycheck for the 24/7 operation called the Transportation Security Administration. It would be nice to have paycheck for the 24/7 operation called the U.S. Customs and Borders Protection Agency. It would be nice to see the 24/7 federal agencies such as the Secret Service, Immigration and Customs Enforcement workers get their paychecks.

Talk about the Federal Emergency and Management Agency. You know those people who help aid Americans in the wake of a disaster. Do you think they should get a paycheck?

Even the U.S. Coast Guard is a 24/7 operation that is funded by the DHS. Do you think these men and women who work our seas deserve a paycheck?

Wow, the DHS anchors more than these organizations, but what about the people who cleans those toilets, fixes the food, parks their cars, and landscaping?

The Republican leadership is concerned that "all their talk about being the grown ups in the room" is being squandered. The Republicans must have Democrats support their bills. They can't pass them without some jumping to the other side.

The Republicans got the blame for the 2013 government shutdown. They sat on their knees claiming that the president didn't want the government running. They will be blamed if DHS runs out of funds.

Let's hope they get their act back together....

Iran Leader: We Want Peace Obama!

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei wants to call a truce with America and Israel. But some in the junk food media are willing to destroy the peace plan that is proposed.

The secret talks between Iran and the U.S. has the agitators angry. There's talk to calm the tension between America and Iran. They are trying to reduce the nuclear intentions by the Iranian government. President Barack Obama knows that sanctions and military action isn't helping the cause for peace. But some in Washington, DC still kiss the backside of foreign leaders who make a living scaring Americans into supporting countless wars over in the Middle East.

How could the president sell out to our enemies? He didn't of course.

Because diplomacy doesn't often have to be rosy colored. It's complicated and hard work. The best advance is talks. It's not about who's got the bigger bombs. It's about trying to squash their unnecessary conflicts overseas.

Iran isn't funding the Islamic State. They actually are trying to keep this from spreading. With turmoil in Syria and Iraqi forces are not willing to protect their lands, the American military must once again step into the quagmire

Define enemies?
These two dopes don't want peace.
I've long gotten tired of hearing this tired narrative of "good guy vs. bad guy" nonsense. The Islamic Republic of Iran has 35 million people, do you honestly believe that the Iranian people are determined to destroy the United States and Israel? I bet you outside of the American junk food media, I bet you Iranians are willing to work, play and enjoy life.

Some obviously do, others don't! For all this smoke and mirrors rhetoric I find nothing wrong with the president talking with "hostile leaders". The cat cowling of the warmongering lawmakers to the partisan rancor of the agitators is basically for the

Benjamin Netanyahu will continue this "scare the world with evil" speech. Weeper of the House John Boehner (R-OH) invited the controversial prime minister of Israel for a Joint Section of Congress.

He acknowledged that he was deliberately undermining the president by inviting this foreign leader two weeks before Israeli national elections.

GOP Insurgents Partying Like Rock Stars!

Insurgent lawmaker Blake Farenthold (R-TX) caught up in a real scandal. It's not his pajamas.

Paging Melanie Sloan. Paging Melaine Sloan.

You're needed to once again uproot the corrupt lawmakers in Washington. I got two of them the junk food media has focused on recently.

Ms. Sloan is the CEO of the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. Her organization tracks the money and corrupt lawmakers in Congress. The organization also follows governors and state lawmakers as well. See Oregon's former Democratic governor for example.

Congressmen Blake Farenthold (R-TX) and Aaron Schock (R-IL) are in the limelight.

I ignored this clown Farenthold for a moment. I remember he wanted to arrest Attorney General Eric Holder for not providing enough access to the failed Fast & Furious ATF gun run scandal.

Farenthold is a member of the insurgency. He's a strong supporter of its "SAY NO TO O" strategy!

He's caught up in a personal scandal. One being his pajamas and his bunch of hot girls. Some of the insurgent's funds went to a website called blowme.com

Lawmaker Aaron Schock (R-IL)
Another being an alleged sexual harassment lawsuit with one of staffers.

Schock was one of the youngest members of Congress. He's heavily covered by the local and national junk food media. He is one of the most outgoing members. He still parties like a 20 year old.

The 33 year old lawmaker is under fire for his staffer posting racial insults about his neighbors and the lavish spending by Schock.

Schock's communication director was told to shake after he called a Black neighbor an animal and the neighborhood being a zoo.

His office looks like Downtown Abbey according to some. He hired a woman to do his office and failed to disclose how much it cost.

Also he's being targeted by the out party. Since Schock is a single man and dressing like a gay man, the out party is trying to dig dirt on him.

It's kind of funny that with Trey Radel, Michael Grimm and Vance McAllister being in the limelight for their shortcomings, one could wonder if the Republicans are trying to get rid of the problems before this stuff surfaces in the 2016 U.S. presidential elections.

Righties: Obama's A Greasy Muslim Israeli Hating ....Uh, What Else!

I pledge allegiance to the United States, not Israel. I don't support foreign leaders. I support our president.

The freedom of speech, the internet and the most sensationalist things to come from the racist right.

A few lawmakers, a few conservative agitators and of course the word vomit of their supporters makes the list of controversy today.

And like me, these people are sitting in the comfort of their homes saying stuff they come to regret say if the junk food media spotlights in the public.

Broken Hearts!

The Republicans spent their first month as a majority in Congress trying to stop the president's first term achievements.

First month since Republicans took control of Congress, I was expecting this to happen. With the Republicans wasting their time on passing bills such as the Keystone XL pipeline, the ban on taxpayer abortion, halting the president's executive order on immigration reform and the 59th repeal of Obamacare, a jobs bill is not likely going to pass.

With that being said, it's been reported that 257,000 jobs were added for the month of January and the unemployment rate ticked up to 5.7%.

Of course, this is going to be challenged by the ney sayers who actually believe unemployment is 23% and 92 million are out of work. And gas prices are down because of fracking.
It's going to be a rough two years.
Non-farm payrolls grew and the government upped the totals by a 100,000. The worker seen a .12 cent increase in their paycheck.

CNBC reports that full-time workers surged, gaining 777,000 and numbering more than 120 million for the first time since July 2008. Their wages grew as well, with hourly earnings up 12 cents an hour, representing an annualized gain of 2.2 percent and the largest monthly gain in the economic recovery.

It was only the second time in the last 11 years that January's numbers beat Wall Street expectations and came amid a powerful run for nonfarm payrolls. Over the past three months, job creation has averaged 336,000, with upward revisions for both November and December, good for a total of just over one million during the span.

Gains came across the board, with retail leading the way in January with 46,000 new positions. Construction added 39,000, while health care grew 38,000.

The report could help ease some anxiety about the pace of growth, particularly in the wake of some mediocre economic reports to start the year.

Former Dem Guv Going After Rob Portman!

Former guv is thinking about taking on candidate who rarely loses.

Former Ohio Democrat guv Ted Strickland is thinking about challenging Senator Rob Portman (R-OH). It's going to be a hard sell for the former guv. He is going against a candidate who never lost a bid. Strickland preceded over Ohio when its unemployment rate reached 10.2%. He was one of President Barack Obama's strongest supporters. Originally a Hillary supporter, Strickland turned his support to Obama during the 2008 bid.

Portman was then a congressman and former President George W. Bush's budget director. Portman was the most sought after politico during the 2008 and 2012 elections. They call him the right hand man to a Republican presidential nominee.

Portman won the seat during 2010 U.S. Midterms. George Voinvoich (a former Republican guv) retired and placed Portman against a weak Democrat named Lee Fisher, the former second banana to Strickland.

Strickland was the one term guv of Ohio. He lost to current John Kasich, a former congressman, talk radio agitator, and Loserville host in a closely watched race. Kasich handily won reelection and is thinking about putting on the makeup and jumping into the clown car.
Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Rob Portman (R-OH). Brown is a proud liberal senator. He appears on many "friendly" primetime agitator shows. Portman is a conservative but most see him more moderate on most issues. Especially since his son came out as gay last year. Brown won reelection. Portman will face a Democratic challenger in 2016.

Why don't Strickland use his time to compete for leader of the Democratic National Committee?

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL) may give up her leadership role and it could be up for grabs.

The congresswoman successful lead Obama to victory in 2012 and the Democrats to defeat in 2014.

It's going to be some intraparty fighting over how they going to get their groove back. The party is divided over too moderate or just nearly conservative. There's no liberals in the Democrat Party. If they were, then we would see more of Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and less of Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV).

Brent Spence Bridge Will Be Replaced!

The Brent Spence Bridge (far left) is going to be replaced. Ohio and Kentucky agreed to it being a toll bridge.

Often when I travel to Cincinnati and the suburbs of Northern Kentucky, I often would cross the Brent Spence Bridge. Interstate 75 starts from the Canadian border to the northern suburbs of Miami passes through Cincinnati. The Brent Spence Bridge has over 400,000 vehicles travel it daily.

Did you know that bridge shakes?

Well the federal government and state leaders have known that and they fear that day will come when it could collapse. So the bridge connecting the states of Ohio and Kentucky will be replaced. It will be built at a "later time".

There are some pretty concerned that the billion dollar project will require a little bit of change out your pocket.

Senators Rob Portman (R-OH), Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Majority Leader The Turtle Mitch (R-KY) are in favor of getting that bridge replaced. They support the toll. The only one I bet will not support it is Stallmigo Rand Paul (R-KY).

Democratic governor Steve Beshar of Kentucky and Republican governor John Kasich of Ohio both compromised on giving the Brent Spence Bridge a major overhaul. They agreed that the new bridge will be huge and it may require a toll.

Interstate 71 and 75 shares connection for at least 25 miles. From Downtown Cincinnati to Walton, Kentucky. This is the beginning of improvements from metropolitan Cincinnati to Dayton.

The Dayton Daily News reports that the Kentucky and Ohio state transportation agencies will working together to develop a plan to save money on a $2.6 billion replacement of the bridge. The agencies are expected to deliver ideas by March 30 and build a financial plan for the bridge’s future by the end of this year.

Revenues from the toll charges will be split evenly between Ohio and Kentucky, according to a statement from the governors. A 50 percent discount on toll rates will be available to frequent commuters.

The governors said Wednesday they want to develop a solution to improving the bridge soon and start construction as early as 2017. A five-year delay to construction could costs taxpayers $400 million because of inflation, according to to their analysis.

Replacement of the existing Brent Spence Bridge will double the number of highway lanes from eight to 16 and is meant to improve access to Northern Kentucky and downtown Cincinnati

The Ohio River separates the states. Kentucky begins once a southbound vehicle crosses the river.

Kentucky will contribute to a majority of the project.

Mega Mall Coming To West Chester!

Mega mall being built in West Chester, Ohio.

As I passed through Liberty Way, this afternoon, I happen to notice this huge development being built near Interstate 75. I happened to take a glace at the billboard near the property and saw that it's going to be a shopping mall.

Liberty Township and West Chester Township is located in Butler County, Ohio. It's a growing area.

The area is represented by the Weeper of the House John Boehner (R-OH) and establishment lawmaker Steve Chabot (R-OH). It's a heavily favored Republican area. It's an area surround by sprawl. About 46% of Butler County and 49% of Warren County have been urbanized.

The area's population has spiked. The region is located between the Dayton and Cincinnati area. The area is probably one of the fastest growing in the state. Columbus, Ohio is by far the only region to see a spike in major growth.

Liberty Center is being built between Interstate 75 and Ohio State Route 129. It will be the newest mega mall to hit the area. The arrivals of the Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall and Miami Valley Gaming have benefited Butler and Warren Counties reasonably well.

The project is being sponsored by Steiner + Associates. According to the website, Liberty Center's dynamic and appealing combination of luxurious live, work and play options is destined to leave an indelible mark on the region.

Poised to emerge as the premiere mixed-use development in greater Cincinnati, Liberty Center co-developers Steiner + Associates and Bucksbaum Retail Properties are thinking big. Set to open in 2015, the first phase of the project will include approximately 1.2 million square feet of diverse and dynamic retail, dining and entertainment options, including 75,000 square feet of Class A Office, 98,000 square feet of restaurant and dining,  250,000 square feet of upscale residential, a 67,000 square-foot cinema and a 125-key hotel.
Residents were told to bounce. The property was sold to Steiner - Associates. The mall is coming.
Basically it's going to slay the Towne Mall.

The Towne Mall is considered dead. It's located in Middletown, Ohio.

It's going to hit the Dayton Mall, Tri County Mall and Forest Fair Valley Mall. The suburban residents are going to avoid the suburbs.

They might as well just stay in their community developments.

The Greater Cincinnati marketplace includes 2.2 million residents, making it the largest in the State of Ohio. Within that market, perhaps no single region is hotter or more desirable than the young, affluent, and fast-growing communities of North Cincinnati.

The North Cincinnati communities of Liberty Township, Mason, and West Chester that surround Liberty Center are ideally situated at the center of the high growth I-75 corridor that connects Cincinnati and Dayton and are consistently ranked by the national media as top places to live and raise a family.

Bracketed by 280,000 square feet of anchor retail, Liberty Center features approximately 364,000 square feet of multi-level inline specialty retail fronting parks and a series of retail and restaurant pavilions.

Tree-lined pedestrian walkways bisect the site. The project’s dynamic and appealing combination of luxurious live, work and play options is destined to leave an indelible mark on the region.

Your thoughts on it!

Steiner + Associates have built the Easton Town Center in Columbus and The Greene in Dayton.
