Pro Israel Democrats Won! Withhold Your Vote!

Evanston mayor Daniel Bliss wins Illinois congressional primary.

Withhold your vote.

They don't get it.

They are doing it with James Talarico and soon Daniel Bliss.

Democrats need to learn that if you want to continue the status quo, you will withhold your vote. 

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and allied groups heavily targeted Illinois Democratic primaries, spending millions to support candidates supportive of Israel.

AIPAC is a threat to the United States.

Kat Abughazaleh loses to Daniel Bliss in a closely watched primary in Illinois. I am angry that AIPAC and pro Israel Democrats are winning. They actually are going to depress turnout for the general election. Laura Fine, a candidate backed by AIPAC was defeated as well.

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) retires and thus a crowd field.

Kat, an unapologetic progressives won over a base but she had Bushera Amiwala as a competitor too. Amiwala, a progressive carried at least 5% of the vote and AIPAC's last minute tactics made a big difference.

Bliss who supports Israel but wants restrictions had won by 5,000 votes. The progressives blame the rival who they also backed.

The Evanston mayor will have to win the general, which is likely but if progressive Democrats withhold their vote, then he will have a low turnout.

Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton will be the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL).

Stratton, backed by Gov. JB Pritzker is a Black woman. She beats two House members who both had AIPAC backing at some point. Reps. Robin Kelly (D-IL) and Raja Krishnamoorthi will be forced to retire since they lost to Stratton. 

Progressive agitator Kat Abughazaleh defeated by Bliss in tight race.

Stratton is wishy washy on Israel as well. While she hasn't taken money from AIPAC, she has stated that that apartheid genocidal ethnostate has a right to defend itself and advocates for the farce "two state solution."

She vows to oppose Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) as the leader at the start of the next session.

Melissa Bean, an AIPAC backed candidate beats Junaid Ahmed. Bean, a 64 year old career politician who lost to then Republican now Democrat Joe Walsh won the seat that Krishnamoorthi held. It was a fucked up situation to have this fossil win.

Donna Miller, a Cook County commissioner won against Robert Peters and Jesse Jackson, Jr. In this race, Miller had the backing of shadow AIPAC groups and the establishment. Peters had the backing Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), IfNotNow, TrackAIPAC, J Street and CAIR.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

Republicans continue to offer extremely unpopular ideas. They will find out the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies.

Former president Joe Biden, former vice president Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party failed at understanding what is more important to the country. President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance and the Republican Party have already failed at understanding as well.

Both parties support of Israel had made some Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters vote against them. Israel has cost Biden a second term and Harris a historical victory.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. You want no more qualified immunity for police officers who use deadly force when it's not justified. Let them know that deporting law abiding immigrants seeking refuge is inhumane. You want the U.S. to improve the immigration process. You want the U.S. lawmakers stop dehumanizing human beings. You want the U.S. to prove to the world its a beacon of freedom. You want our American military and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents stop harassing people (regardless of nationality) out of our cities. You want the U.S. military out of the Middle East and every fucking international conflict in the world. Let them know that you are no longer tolerating Israel as a legitimate country. You want the complete dissolution and elimination of the apartheid genocidal ethnostate of Israel. You demand an end to the platitudes and the talk of a two state solution. You want a single state of Palestine. You want legislation to focus on lowering the cost of rent, lowering the cost of food, lowering the cost of hospital visits, improving healthcare and building relationships with other nations. Let them know that you tired of being lectured about oppresive regimes overseas when the very people running our state and federal government are doing the same in real time. Let them know that you will not tolerate a government shutdown which affects federal services for Americans in need or in support of services. Let them know that pulling out of the UN Human Rights Organization, World Health Organization and Paris Climate Accords will put the U.S. in danger when catastrophic event happen. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel and Ukraine. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism because you support the freedom of Palestinians. You are tired of the propaganda being forced on your media platforms.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire, a weapons embargo, sanctions and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more domestic or foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists and special interest groups.
