Neighborhood Nip!

If Nipsey Hussle was alive today what would he think of Trump's chaos?

All money in...

I often miss the anniversary years of a tragedy because life is hectic and folks, I am only human. However, we come to realization that gun violence will not stop.

Even famous entertainers are vulnerable to the gun violence.

In 2019, Ermias Joseph Asghedom was gunned down in front of his Marathon Clothing Store by this asshole named Eric Holder (not the former U.S. attorney general).

Two other men were shot.

The two got into a heated argument and the shooter decided to shot in a crowd of people.

Asghedom who was 33 at time was a rapper, actor, activist and media personality.

Many you knew him as Nipsey Hussle.

Nip was on top of his game. He was engaged to Lauren London, the actress known for her role in the T.I. film The ATL.

Nip was a person who focused on "giving solutions and inspiration" to young Black and Latino men.

He told the tales of being a trouble teen who rolled with the domestic terrorist group the Rollin' 60s, a Blood-affiliated group.

He was trying to build a legacy. From ownership to leadership was the motto of Nipsey Hussle.

He even had a minor appears in The CW series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The series star Rachel Bloom had invited him to write the song "The Sexy Getting Ready Song" and it helped build his talents.

He recorded his latest album at the time Victory Lap which was nominated for a Grammy.

Tragically as he was preparing for his new videos and role in a film, Holder decided to take his life.

It kind of sucks. You never hear about them until they pass away. Trust me, folks who never heard of Nipsey Hussle are now claiming he's like the future Tupac.

No, Nipsey was Nipsey.

He was his own style of rap. He never shied away from being a West Coast rapper who turned his life of being on the streets to being a legendary rapper and activist.

We miss him.

The Marathon Continues!
