Crook Tasted A Lead Sandwich At Bun B's House!

Hip-hop star Bun B counts his blessings. He fended an armed robber. He shot the robber.
Rap veteran had to defend his home. Wondering if the NRA would sing praises?

This happened in Houston, Texas, the metropolitan city of 1.8 million residents.

He used his Second Amendment remedies to fend off a burglar. Bernard Freeman (known as Bun B) the legendary Southern rapper who was one-half of the rap duo U.G.K.

Bun B is the sole member left of the group. His rhyming partner Pimp C died over 10 years ago after having a syrup and cocaine drink. His heart stopped and he passed away.

The rapper had to shoot a burglar after the guy tried to jack his ride.

Houston Metro Police confirm the veteran rapper and activist will face no criminal charges.

Bun B's wife heard the doorbell ring and open the door without looking believing it was an Amazon delivery. When she answered the door, a man with a ski mask pointed a gun at her head and demanded property as he forced his way into their home.

Fearing for her life, Bun B's wife pleaded with the guy. She told him to take the car out the garage.

The rapper confronted the guy after a commotion downstairs. He rushed down to grab his firearm.

The guy was close to starting the vehicle when Bun B decided to fire on him. As the guy tried to return fire, he was shot in the arm. He managed to escape.

About an hour later, the guy shows up to the hospital. He was treated for the injuries and booked into the Harris County lockup.

The suspect was charged with aggravated robbery and burglary. He will also face weapons charges.

The suspect got at least 20 years on the table if convicted. He will also have to stay away from Bun B and his family, pay for damages to their home and property. He will undergo mental health screenings and possible restrictions from use of firearms.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
