Today, Bowe Bergdahl pled guilty to desertion and misconduct while in uniform. Those charges could put him in the federal time out at Leavenworth for up to 20 years.

The former U.S. Army sergeant was captured by the Taliban for almost five years. He was tortured by the Taliban. Now he's being tortured by his own fellow Americans.

Barack Obama and Ash Carter negotiated a deal to free five Taliban members in exchange for Bergdahl's life.

Conservatives show no compassion towards his release.

They use the whataboutism excuse to claim that his freedom cost the lives of six American troops. Trump on the campaign trail called Bergdahl a traitor.
