Remember now is not the time to talk about gun violence says the Republican Party. The party rather have you riled up about the latest controversies going on with the NFL and Hollywood.
Donald J. Trump and Republicans rather have you spend your time trying to digest the NFL punishing players for not standing for the national anthem. They also want you to blame Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for the actions of a disgraced movie producer director and media mogul Harvey Weinstein.
Clinton did speak out against Weinstein.
"I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein," Clinton said in a statement through her spokesman Nick Merrill. "The behavior described by women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior."
Obama and wife Michelle also spoke out.
"Michelle and I have been disgusted by the recent reports about Harvey Weinstein," the statement said. "Any man who demeans and degrades women in such fashion needs to be condemned and held accountable, regardless of wealth or status. We should celebrate the courage of women who have come forward to tell these painful stories. And we all need to build a culture -- including by empowering our girls and teaching our boys decency and respect -- so we can make such behavior less prevalent in the future."
And it's still not enough for the Republicans and the conservative agitators who consistently bemoan about the hypocrisy in Hollywood.
Conservatives want to blame Barack Obama for the actions of Harvey Weinstein. |
A man who believes that he can get away with anything but yet has the audacity to talk about another man who thought he had gotten away with everything.
The same party that wants Hillary Clinton to shut up now wants her to speak out against this guy.
Hollywood is officially terminating its relationship with disgraced media mogul Harvey Weinstein. New revelations have come forth detailing that the disgraced Weinstein had allegedly raped numerous women.

Rose McGowan, one of the main accusers said that all of Hollywood should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this pervert to continue his reign of terror upon women. McGowan slams Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Russell Crowe, George Clooney, and numerous other male actors for not speaking out when the accusations came forth.
Damn, Weinstein as over a laundry list of 30 women who claim that he did inappropriate things towards them.
Weinstein had jetted off to Europe for treatment to sex addiction. If the law of figures out whether there was criminal misconduct, he will face charges of sexual assault. Them charges could carry up to 30 years in the iron college. He will have to register as a Tier 2 in Offender U.
Donald J. Trump and wife Melania with Weinstein and Georgina Chapman. Two old men with trophy wives. |
Mind you Trump had just signed an executive order to eliminate birth control mandates on the grounds of religious freedom. The Republican Party also passed in the House of Representatives a bill that could outlaw late-term abortions after 20 weeks.
The Republican Party already has a handful of members who are already scrutinized for sexual misconduct. So don't think that Republicans are spared.
They can't throw stones at glass houses when they have Donald Trump as their leader.
