Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) is a staunch defender of Trump claims that Russia isn't involved in the meddling of the Democratic National Committee's emails. Rohrabacher met with rouge agent Julian Assange and believes he got his sources from entites not associated with Russia.

Rohrabacher complains that Kelly is not allowing access to the leader. He wants to prove that he thinks the investigation is a waste of time.
The Los Angeles Times wrote about the lawmaker's frustration. The lawmaker believed a "coalition of people in the White House" are keeping him from talking with Trump about what he learned from Assange regarding the theft of emails from the Democratic National Committee. WikiLeaks can least publish the emails before the 2016 presidential election.
"The White House staff and other top people in the administration are trying to protect the president from himself," said Rohrabacher. "That's what they think and in fact they are usurping his authority to make decisions --- the important decisions --- himself."
