Does Wendy's Restaurants Support Rush Limbaugh?

Is the fast food giant supporting a controversial agitator who has an ongoing obsession with attacking women.

I often am that guy who listens to conservative talk radio whenever I get bored with hip-hop music stations.

I listen to him and that other guy who appears after him frequently.

Do you remember in 2012, Rush Limbaugh (aka King Hippo) told his audience that "Susan" Fluke was a slut?

That was probably one of the reasons why perennial loser Mitt Romney got his clocked cleaned in the 2012 U.S. Presidential elections. He could control the insurgency. He let them loose and they destroyed the campaign.

The controversial agitator was so pissed off over a Georgetown law graduate's pleas to Congress over contraception. She told a story of a friend who had to suffer a miscarriage after she testified to the Congressional panel being led by "impeach-ready" Darrell Issa, a California Republican congressman.
Obnoxious agitator still has national chains endorsing him.
Sandra Fluke was subjected to verbal assault by the conservative agitator and his allies. That prompt a backlash that caused him to loose hundreds of advertising partners.

He also suffered setbacks on the AM dial. He may still dominate the airwaves but the signal strengths gotten weaker and the public is tuning him out.

Now cause of him, everyone suffers. Not only him but Sean Hannity (That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) and every conservative and liberal agitator took a nosedive.

The sales partners believe that cause of the firestorm, many decided to say goodbye to advertising on political talk radio.

That forced Ed Schultz, Randi Rhodes, Quinn & Rose, Mike Huckabee and numerous others off the airwaves.

The conservative agitator has made it so bad for talk radio, most commercials are AD Council sponsored.

One company that continues to be radio station is the Dublin, Ohio-based restaurant chain Wendy's.

Now I am not sure if the commercials are localized or nationalized, but I can tell you that I am not sure if a fast food chain that caters to families should be associated with a controversial agitator like this.

I mean they've gotten through so much... Such as the woman who hoaxed them with the finger in the Chilli.

I mean seriously, should we endorse an agitator who has no respect for Sandra Fluke, Hillary Clinton, and First Lady Michelle Obama?

You be the judge of this one!

Rape Victim: George Will Is Just As Brainless Besides Being Tasteless!

Lisa Sendrow
A victim speaks out against a sexist bigot.

During an interview the woman who became the center of George Will's controversial column about rape victims speaks out against the conservative agitator's piece.

Lisa Sendrow a victim of a sexual assault on her college campus thought that Will's comments were "grotesque" and "downright stupid".

We here at Journal de la Reyna agree with Ms. Sendrow.

As you know, I've said it time after time!

Rape is not funny! It's not a badge of honor. It's not something to be made into a comedy or slut-shaming event. RAPE IS RAPE. IT'S A CRIME AND PEOPLE WHO COMMIT THIS ACT SHOULD BE PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!

People like Loudmouth Bill Cunningham, Rush "KING HIPPO" Limbaugh, and George Will are examples of this culture of men who believe that a rape victim "asked for it".

No matter how a woman acts in public, she shouldn't be subjected to any sexual assault. Many men believe that the woman "had it coming" because she was drunk or she wanted to be a "slut" anyway.

Will thinks that women who get drunk and want to sleep around deserve to be raped. That's what his controversial column talked about. It gin up so much controversy, it cost him a few syndicates who distribute his columns.

Media Matters for America interviews Lisa Sendrow and asked her how this column by Will affected her perspective of the rise in college campus rape.
George Will is a certified idiot. He's too blind or too damn stupid to understand that rape on college campuses is real and the victims are afraid to tell the law about the incident. He believes it's coveted that a woman gets raped.
Sendrow graduated from Swarthmore in 2013 and now works as a legal assistant. She told Media Matters in an interview over the weekend that she first "tried to avoid the Will piece as much as possible," but after friends pressed her to read it she found the column "infuriating," and felt that his dismissal of her story was dangerous to survivors.

"No one wants to hear that you brought this on yourself," she said, while discussing her reaction to Will's piece. "No one wants to relive the experience or tell that story, when they haven't really had a chance to reflect. You can't really heal if people are telling you that it's your fault. But that's what Will did."

Sendrow explained that she has experienced sexual assault multiple times, but decided to officially report this particular experience and talk to Philadelphia magazine in part because at the time she worked as an advocate for survivors on a campus hotline. "I realized that I could no longer be an advocate and tell survivors to go to the college and report if I wasn't going myself." But the decision wasn't easy, and that contributed to her choosing to wait before initially reporting. "The fact that Will said I waited [to report the assault] -- most women wait awhile. You have to think about what happened, you have to heal."

Research from the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control found that 1 in 5 women had been sexually assaulted while in college, and repeat victimization is common. Reporting rates are particularly low on campuses, and campus assailants tend to be repeat offenders. "This is the only sexual assault I've ever reported," Sendrow noted, "because I felt I was the most safe reporting this one."

She added that she "was also raised to think I put myself in this situation, and it took me a really long time. After hearing others' stories I realized it wasn't my fault -- I was raped. I didn't want to be diminished, I didn't want to be afraid."

While the Philadelphia magazine story clearly documented a serious example of sexual assault (notably, Sendrow specifically stated that she did not consent), Sendrow felt that the magazine took her story and others out of context and omitted key details, "which was exactly what we didn't want to happen." Her assault was "more violent than what [the Philadelphia magazine reporter] wrote. The way he made it seem was very small in comparison." Sendrow added that she received "very threatening" messages from her attacker days after the assault, which the Philadelphia story hadn't included. She had hoped that talking to the media would in part help other survivors by showing they no longer had to be afraid and that their stories couldn't be diminished, and was frustrated when that was "exactly what [Will's column] did."

Sendrow also vehemently rejected Will's claim that survivors might have a coveted status. "I absolutely have not received any privileges from sexual assault. [Will] has clearly never experienced the fear of sexual assault," she said. "He clearly has no idea how hard it is to sleep, to walk around, thinking at any moment this person that you live down the hall from could come out."

Rush Limbaugh and Bill Cunningham are two men who believe that it's the woman's fault for a rape.
She saw a counselor and was diagnosed with PTSD following the assault, she said, which "is pretty common for a lot of survivors I know. It did not help my grades, it did not help my social status. I lost a lot of friends ... No one tells you, 'oh you're a survivor, let me give you a free lunch.' No one gives a shit about you. What benefit could we possibly get? Sometimes I feel like I can't have a real relationship because someone might touch me in the wrong way. How is that okay?"

Sendrow told Media Matters she received violent threats after the Philadelphia article was published. One threat said that she and the other women quoted in the story "deserved to be stoned." Others said "I should be raped again, or 'really' raped, that I was a slut, you know, using my sexual background to say I deserved it."

For Sendrow, most upsetting about Will's column was that "he was politicizing sexual assault, he's a conservative columnist, but why should sexual assault be political?" She criticized him for putting the term sexual assault in quotation marks, implying doubt in survivors' stories, and for using her personal story to "describe the experience of all survivors, and [making] it seem very small." She added, "it was mostly upsetting because I don't feel like survivors' voices were heard."

Will's full column, Sendrow said, made it feel "as if women don't have a voice. Anything bad that happens to a woman, it doesn't matter, because we're the ones who are at fault. And this is already what we're told every single day," she concluded. "We're raised all our lives to think this isn't an issue. But this is an issue. This is why people are triggered, this is why people have PTSD. People will go through their lives thinking rape culture isn't real."

In the end, Sendrow wondered whether Will would have been able to similarly dismiss her story of assault if it came from someone close to him.

"What if [Will's] daughter -- I don't know if he has a daughter -- but would he say to her, that this didn't happen?" she asked. "If she came to him crying, or even not crying, but if she came to him and told him this story, would he just say it wasn't real?"

Insurgency: Thad Cochran Got Blacks Picking Cotton!

Insurgency attacks Republican senator Thad Cochran of Mississippi and the constituents who voted for him. Some claimed that Black voter rather be picking cotton than voting for Republicans.

The insurgency continues to be a force of obstruction and misfortune for many Americans.

It seems like those Cliven Bundy types continue to plague America. It seems like Obama isn't the only thing they hate here in the great ol' U-S of A, but Republicans who aren't conservative enough.

I mean the senators from Mississippi are pretty damn conservative. Just not enough conservative for the insurgency. They believe that the embattled senator might as well let us BLACK FOLKS pick our own cotton.

The conservative insurgency has proven that they're a force to be reckoned with. Hopefully they'll realize that the American people are so tired of them. They have managed to uproot Representative Eric Cantor (R-VA) out of his position as House Majority Leader and lawmaker.

Even though they've claimed victory in one major event, the insurgency could win the seat being held by embattled politico Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS).

Now the insurgency partnered up with the defeated Mississippi state lawmaker Chris McDaniel to attack the winner of the Republican primary runoff and those who voted for him.

Chris McDaniel's campaign is calling foul after Cochran surged to victory on the strength of the Black vote.

The Black vote managed to be very successful for Cochran. He won over a typically Democratic stronghold but lost the respect of his conservative brethren.

The Huffington Post reports that during a press conference call for Sen. Thad Cochran's (R-Miss.) re-election campaign turned into a fiasco on Wednesday when an unidentified caller began asking whether Cochran improperly "harvested" votes from African-Americans like "black people harvesting cotton."
The insurgent Chris McDaniel vows to fight Cochran even if it cost Republicans a seat in the U.S. Senate.
According to several reporters, Austin Barbour, a GOP operative and adviser to Cochran's campaign who was speaking before the interruption, shut down the call after repeated interruptions by the unidentified caller. A shouting match ensued with the remaining callers on the line, and some suggested that either the Cochran campaign had "planted" the question, or perhaps "even Obama" was to blame.

On Tuesday, Cochran's campaign denied allegations that he bought black votes in the Senate GOP primary runoff against state Sen. Chris McDaniel, the insurgent who has yet to concede the race. Charles C. Johnson of GotNews.com posted an interview with the Rev. Stevie Fielder earlier this week in which the reverend claimed he was paid to offer black voters $15 each to vote for Cochran. Fielder was compensated for the interview. A Cochran campaign spokesman called the accusations of illegal vote buying "baseless and false."

Johnson urged his followers to join the call and "crash" it on Wednesday.

Here's That Guy Who Helped Obama Win attacking Cochran in his victory.

You Ain't Getting No Asylum Says American Bigots!

A bunch of White bigots meets a bus full of immigrants in a California city.

The controversy down at the border between the United States and Mexico heats up when a bus full of migrants were stopped on the line by angry White people who have strong ties to the far right militia.

Again, some Americans can't fathom immigrants coming to the country illegally. They believe these people are vermin and they want them to go back to their country.

Instead of having a heart, they have a gun and whole lot of racial slurs. Murrieta, California was the hub of the outrage by residents and those associated with the far right militia.

Republican mayor Alan Long told residents to meet the buses at the suburban Immigration and Customs Exchange facility and block their route.

So a bunch of White bigots come to the area and protest and wave around their Chinese made American flags. They tell the immigrants that they have no place in the United States and they had to go.

The insurgency continues to be a problem in America. They don't understand that this country is based on immigrants and the United States was originally owned by First Nations. The White man stole the land and claimed it for their own. They drew imaginary lines to say what's the United States and what's not.

Sad and pathetic.

Americans are entitled to be hateful bigots. But just think why those overseas hate us so much. It's this nonsense that drives the extremists to attack us. The inhumane actions by those who claim their "patriotic".

A bunch of White bigots is what I think of these people.

The Associated Press reports that Homeland Security buses carrying migrant children and families were rerouted Tuesday to a facility in San Diego after protesters blocked the group from reaching a suburban processing center.

The standoff in Murrieta came after Mayor Alan Long urged residents to complain to elected officials about the plan to transfer the Central American migrants to California to ease overcrowding of facilities along the Texas-Mexico border.

Many protesters held U.S. flags, while others held signs reading "stop illegal immigration," and "illegals out!"

"We can't start taking care of others if we can't take care of our own," protester Nancy Greyson, 60, of Murrieta, told the Desert Sun newspaper.
See the pictures of American hate.
Many of the immigrants were detained while fleeing violence and extortion from gangs in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.

After the buses were blocked, federal authorities rerouted the vehicles to a freeway and then to a customs and border facility in San Diego within view of the Mexico border.

The three buses were trailed by a half-dozen news crews during the two-hour trip. People near the San Diego facility were surprised by the caravan.

Juan Silva, 27, a welder in Chula Vista, said he thought officials were transporting drug traffickers. Then he heard the buses were carrying migrant families.

"I don't think people in that town should be against little kids," he said about the protesters in Murrieta. "We're not talking about rapists. We're talking about human beings. How would they feel if it was their kids?"

After the migrants are processed, Immigration and Customs Enforcement will decide who can be released while awaiting deportation proceedings.

Earlier in the day, a chartered plane landed in San Diego with 136 migrants on board, according to a federal Department of Homeland Security official who was not authorized to be named when speaking on the issue.
This is the insurgency of the Republican Party.
It was the first flight planned for California under the federal government's effort to ease the crunch in the Rio Grande Valley and deal with the flood of Central American children and families fleeing to the United States.

The government is also planning to fly migrants to Texas cities and another site in California, and it has already taken some migrants to Arizona.

More than 52,000 unaccompanied children have been detained after crossing the Texas-Mexico border since October in what President Barack Obama has called a humanitarian crisis. Many of the migrants are under the impression that they will receive leniency from U.S. authorities.

Another flight was expected to take 140 migrants to a facility in El Centro, California, on Wednesday, said Lombardo Amaya, president of the El Centro chapter of the Border Patrol union. The Border Patrol would not confirm that arrival date.

Black Republican: They Whiteface Me!

View image on Twitter

This is not what Gloreatha Scurry-Smith said, but I am guessing this is how the Republican Party thinks and believes of her. One could wonder if this was a deliberate stunt to gin up support for her against her opponent in the Republican primary next month.

Will she denounce the Republican Party for it ongoing racism towards Blacks and Hispanics?

Will she denounce the ignorance that gins up from their fears of Muslims, those in LGBT community or the independent woman?

It's never gonna happen! She'll just blame the other party or Black people for this.

I wouldn't be surprised she'll blame the Democrats for this one. After all she's a Black Republican and I guess she believes that the "Democrat Party" enslaves Blacks to the gubmint.

The Huffington Post reports that Gloreatha "Glo" Scurry-Smith, who is running in the Florida GOP primary to take on Rep. Corrine Brown (D) in November, recently experienced a very disturbing case of racial discrimination.

On Sunday, Smith tweeted a picture of a vandalized campaign sign, in which her face was covered in white spray paint.

Smith, who says her husband found the sign in Jacksonville, Florida, told National Review that she "expect[ed] signs to be tampered with or stolen, but not to this extent.”
The Black Republican with That Guy Who Helped Obama Win and Suga Cain.
“Throughout this entire incident, I go back to Martin Luther King’s comment that we look forward to a time when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character,” Smith added. “I’ve got too much work to focus on to be bothering with things like this.”

Brown said regarding the incident that "to be talking about signs is ludicrous to me -- and you know, and whatever happened was unfortunate but I personally do not get involved in campaigning months in advance."

Smith has spoken to numerous local media outlets and posted the following messages on her Facebook page after an initial post about the photo:

Her primary opponent, Thuy Lowe, condemned the vandalism.

"I was shocked by this," Lowe told National Review. "There have been some comments out there that this may have been caused by bigotry. This is a message that she is an African American woman who is a Republican and therefore has a white point of view."

The GOP primary will be held on August 26.

I believe this is a political stunt created by her campaign to make it seems like she's a "victim" of hate.

No one with the right mind would spray a campaign sign. Scratch that. Only those who want to agitate the junk food media. I can only hope that Americans would denounce this crap.

But we'll see if this is real or a political stunt.

You Try And Try But Again You Can't Fix Stupid! [NSFW]

Another story featuring America's most famous chicken restaurant.

Today, I went to a local gas station in my area. I purchased a couple of gas station hotdogs, an ice tea, a bag of Lay's Cheesy Bread chips and double bacon cheeseburger. I went to the front of the counter and was given the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my time as a person who actually works in service.

I make it clear: I work in service. It can be extremely stressful working in the service industry. You can't satisfy everyone. I am an example of this trend where I have to observe how I am treated in the service industry.

If I am to satisfy my guest, I would go out of my way to serve them. I will push a sale. I have pushed a sale and I always thank a guest.

I work two jobs. I work at a racino and gas station respectively. I can relate to the situation.

Anyway, here's another story about KFC. Before I rush to conclusions, I wanted to see proof of this.

Coming straight out of  the United Kingdom, a woman's claim that her boy eat one of those famous chicken dinners and out of the drumstick comes a paper towel.

Krystal Henderson, 29, and 7-year-old stepson Oliver Hallam purchased takeout from a KFC branch in Killingsworth, according to the Express. At home, Oliver took a bite out of what he assumed was chicken, but recoiled seconds later.

"He pulled it out of his mouth and when he did, it pulled away the batter - you could see the blue roll inside," Henderson said, according to the Daily Mail.

Henderson said that realizing Oliver had bitten into a paper towel was worse than if it had just been bad chicken.

"If it was bad chicken they might have just had a bad batch or something," she said. "But the blue roll could have been used for anything - it could have bleach or disinfectant on it … Had someone wiped their hands on it, had it been used to wipe the floor?"

KFC investigated the incident and, in May, sent Henderson an apology letter, explaining

"the blue tissue has most likely originated from a tissue roll used for KFC hygiene purposes. The store assume it must have fallen unseen into the breading lug that is under the sieve and was not noticed by the cook."

A spokesperson for KFC made the following statement, obtained by the Mirror:
We're very sorry for Ms Henderson's experience and apologized to her immediately, as well as giving her a refund at the time of the incident.
We take food quality and hygiene very seriously and unfortunately, on this extremely rare occasion, our restaurant failed to meet the high standards that both we and our customers expect.
We have retrained staff on our stringent food preparation procedures at this store to ensure this doesn't happen again.
The company also offered Henderson a free meal.

I will let you know that I can't judge the company for incompetence. After all, Yum! Brands managed to scrape by another scandal. Last month a little girl was being used in a deliberate hoax.

She was injured severely by a pitbull and was badly disfigured. According to the family, they told the junk food media that she was banned from the restaurant.

It turned into a major controversy and led to KFC paying for the girl's medical bills. The regional restaurant management checked the cameras and found that the family made the story up. Their donation website for the little girl Victoria Wilcher was suspended.

Nothing happened yet but soon it will.

Business Owner Kills Ohio Teen!

Isiah Haggins, Jr. was gunned down after a botched robbery.

There's a story building national attention over in the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio. My community has experienced the homicide rate of 14 so far this year. It's a growing trend for a city that is declining in population and the lack of resources causes people to commit crime.

Yesterday, two teenagers tried to rob a clerk at a local hip-hop clothing store. Apparently they thought this would be an easy grab. They thought wrong and one of those teens paid the price. One teen was gunned down after the clerk (who turned out to be the owner) put a slug in him.

The other teen is on the loose and probably on the verge of giving up knowing that his friend is dead. Of course the family of the deceased will immediately single him out for responsibility.

The state of Ohio has the castle doctrine. That means that if you're a homeowner or business owner, you can use deadly force with a firearm if the perpetrator has threaten your life or property.
Teens tried to rob owner of his properties. The owner puts a slug in one of them.
The teen is 16-year old Isiah Haggins, Jr. and he's from the ghost town of Trotwood.

He and the other guy went into the Step-N-Style at the Northwest Plaza to rob the owner and shoppers.

The owner who has previously been robbed of his properties decided to get a firearm. He felt that being in an isolated shopping center with limited security prompted him to be gun owner. The teens enter the store with masks over their faces demanding the money. They didn't see the owner was trigger-ready.

They get into a confrontation and the gun goes off and Haggins drops. He would die later at the scene.

The accomplice would be shocked to see his friend drop exits the store.

The owner who's name wasn't released will probably not face charges. If the junk food media releases his name, the possibility of death threats and retaliation could follow.

The other guy will likely be charged with the teen's murder. Even though the other guy didn't fire a gun, his actions promoted a deadly confrontation. Murder and the aggregated assault charge will likely stand.

The Dayton Police and Montgomery County sheriff are investigating this incident.

Okay, I checked out the profile of the deceased teen. I seen that he's was invested in a hip-hop career and has a whole lot of friends online.
The negative outweighs the good.
The profile shows a lot of things that gives a background to how the teen maintains himself in the general public. The pictures itself are catnip for the racist right to paint "US BLACK FOLK" as dangerous criminals.

The Dayton Daily News reports that Haggins family demands answers to why the business owner did such a thing to their child.

Haggins grandmother, Kay Haggins, said today that the family just wants wants answers.

"We just want answers ... want to know what happened. where he was shot." she said. "Was it self-defense? Because it's their word and he's not here to speak for himself. We are just going by what he said. I just want to know how my grandchild died."

The owner's 911 call was released through the junk food media.

"Somebody just tried to rob my store and I killed one of them," a caller told a 911 dispatcher. "I shot him. He had a gun."

The police conducted an interview with the owner and another customer. They said that both teens were in the store to rob and the reaction to use deadly force was justified.

Police plan to review surveillance videos from the store and from other cameras in the shopping center as part of their investigation.

The Dayton Daily News also added that several unidentified people who arrived at the scene cried and hugged after police allowed them to identify the body. Officers did not say if they were the victim's relatives.

Likely they were. After all someone tipped them off to the death of the teen.

The armed robberies in recent years have forced store owners and employees to install security cameras and carry guns, police said.
