Rocket City!

Huntsville is the largest city in Alabama.

The largest city in Alabama sits on the banks of the Tennessee River.

As of today, Huntsville became the largest city in the state. The current population of the city is 220,000 residents. It surpassed Birmingham. The city of Birmingham now sits at 195,000 residents.

The city that sits in Appalachian plateau grew over the last decade and it's booming. The city has expanded into more territory and it's now debating over how to draw its bordering.

The city has become diverse.

Inside Madison, Limestone and Morgan Counties, Huntsville grew from its original 158,000 to now the current population.

North Alabama has also seen rapid growth and it's only giving bragging rights to the once isolated region.

Huntsville, nicknamed the Rocket City for its historical ties to the space industry, has seen rapid growth over the last ten years partly fueled by the tech and manufacturing sectors. The population of the city has jumped by 19% since 2010.

“I’m proud that the great things we have going on in Huntsville have grown our city,” Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle wrote in a tweet. “To tell the truth, we’re more focused on being the best than the biggest. That is what my team and I are going to continue to work on every day.”

Birmingham got the nickname the Magic City for its rapid growth and had long been Alabama’s largest city. Much of the recent growth around Birmingham has been concentrated in the surrounding suburban areas, rather than in the city itself.

“Growth in any city is good for Alabama, good for Birmingham and for our metro region,” Birmingham Mayor Randall L. Woodfin said in a statement in response to media questions about the change to being Alabama’s second-largest city. He said city officials plan to analyze the data.

Heading east on Interstate 565 for six miles takes you to Huntsville.

“Birmingham is the nucleus of the state’s largest metro population and economic center. The Magic City continues to evolve as a diverse urban center and leader in regional growth. Our strength as a medical center, emerging hub for tech start-ups and logistics center keeps Birmingham positioned for positive growth in the future,” Woodfin said.

So with the growth of Huntsville, comes the expansion of highways and roadways.

Interstate 565 is the main freeway that goes into downtown Huntsville. The secondary highways include U.S. 231/U.S. 431 (Memorial Parkway) and Alabama State Highway 255 (Research Parkway/Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway). They will experience a rapid boom.

The Rocket City will be ranked as No. 105 city in the United States. It is going to surpass Richmond, Virginia soon.

Arizona Dems Regret Picking Sinema!

Democrats in Arizona are seriously annoyed with this woman.

The Arizona Democratic Party formally censured white nationalist senator.

Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) and Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) joined the 50 obstructionists to reject the Democrats attempt to change the filibuster so they could pass Build Back Better and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

Sinema is the first openly bisexual white nationalist in the Senate.

The Arizona Democrats said, "as a result of her failure to do whatever it takes to ensure the health of our democracy," the party said Saturday. The announcement came just days after Sinema opposed a change to the Senate rules that could have moved Democratic-backed voting rights legislation forward.

The impact may harm Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) who is up for reelection. He and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) both face a challenge to retain their seats. Thanks to Sinema and Manchin, Democrats have strong fears they could lose both chambers in the Midterms.

"I want to be clear, the Arizona Democratic Party is a diverse coalition with plenty of room for policy disagreements, however on the matter of the filibuster and the urgency to protect voting rights, we have been crystal clear," Arizona Democratic Party chairperson Raquel Terán said in a statement. "In the choice between an archaic legislative norm and protecting Arizonans' right to vote, we choose the latter, and we always will."

On Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer initiated a vote on a rules change that would have allowed Democrats to pass the voting rights legislation with a simple majority of votes.

Sinema defended her vote, saying on Thursday that she maintained her "longstanding opposition to separate actions that would deepen our divisions and risk repeated radical reversals in federal policy, cementing uncertainty and further eroding confidence in our government."

"Tonight's votes must not be the end of our work to protect our democracy," Sinema said in a statement. "That goal requires all Americans everywhere to unite around sustained strategies in support of free, fair, and open elections in which every vote is fairly counted."

But President Joe Biden said he was "profoundly disappointed" in the outcome of the vote, and Vice President Kamala Harris said "Senators voted to preserve an arcane Senate procedure rather than secure that fundamental freedom." Senator Bernie Sanders said the two senators have "forced us to go through five months of discussions which have gotten absolutely nowhere."

Sinema's press secretary Hannah Hurley issued a statement after Saturday's censure.

"During three terms in the U.S. House, and now in the Senate, Kyrsten has always promised Arizonans she would be an independent voice for the state -- not for either political party," it read. "She's delivered for Arizonans and has always been honest about where she stands."

900,000!

We're on pace to have 1 million Americans dead from the coronavirus.

We are tired.

I am tired of dealing with this pandemic. However, I am not tired of being safe. I am serious. We are dealing with millions of Americans who refuse to get vaccinated or follow mask and social distancing mandates. This weekend, they held a rally to protest mandates (of course, Let's Go Brandon).

Once in a generation pandemic happens and folks act like this isn't a big deal. The unvaccinated have made it more dangerous for the vaccinated.

The Supreme Court has blocked President Joe Biden's workplace mandates. The hospitals are overwhelmed with the unvaccinated who are stretching nurses and doctors to the brink.

Unemployment is at record levels but hiring is difficult because either workers are getting sick from the coronavirus or dying from the coronavirus.

We have surpassed over 80 million confirmed cases. We are approaching something else.

The United States has surpassed another grim milestone in the coronavirus pandemic. As of right now, we have over 900,000 Americans dead from the COVID-19 delta and omicron variants.

We are surpassed the populations of Charlotte, San Jose, Columbus, Denver, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Portland and Boston.

In five weeks we will surpass 1 million.

The stubbornness of Americans. This pandemic has been ongoing and it could have ended if one president took the threat seriously. The first known coronavirus case happened on January 20, 2020.

The former president failed to take the threat seriously. He claimed that he did not want to panic the country. He managed to let the coronavirus spread from coast to coast.

The first known case was in Washington.

Washed Up 45 continues to believe that his travel ban worked and it saved lives. The former president claims that stopping travelers from China saved lives. Unfortunately he did not stop global travel. Italy became the coronavirus hot spot and travelers from the European Union countries and Great Britain were coming to the United States.

Then an outbreak in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles and Seattle.

The World Health Organization confirmed a pandemic on March 11, 2020. The former president declared a pandemic on March 13.

Since the declaration, the world is still dealing with this. The former president was demanding the country open up. Many Republican governors heard the call and decided to prematurely open up their states despite the coronavirus spreading from coast to coast. Far-right agitators have spread misinformation throughout the pandemic.

The former president promoted controversial treatments and remedies that the CDC and medical officials warn are not safe.

The pandemic doomed Washed Up 45.

Now as Biden entered the office, we're still in a pandemic. We are dealing with a supply shortage that started when the former president imposed tariffs on China and the European Union, an insurrection, Congress still more partisan than ever and a fickle public who want things done now instead of taking the time to realize that patience is needed.

The far-right and far-left have made life more difficult in the country. White nationalism is on the rise.

Hate towards people of color, Muslims, Jews and immigrants is at an all time high.

Now school boards, medical doctors and public officials are facing death threats because of extremism.

The omicron variant is more contagious, but is considered less serious. Cases of breakthrough infections are increasing. Thanks to those who refuse to get vaccinated, the coronavirus is mutating and its becoming more infectious. Those who got vaccinated are getting mild symptoms.

Those who are unvaccinated are either experiencing mild to severe symptoms. They are overwhelming the hospitals.

The coronavirus does not care about your protests.

If only Americans got vaccinated, we would have been back to normal. Alas, they wanna fuck around and now they're going to find out. Matter of fact, we all are going to find out.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war.

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only  have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

Pathetic.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick Joins The House!

A new face to Congress.

The newly sworn lawmaker to the represent Florida's 20th Congressional District is now official.

Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) is the newest member of the Florida congressional delegation. She is a Democrat. Cherfilus-McCormick won the Florida special election to fill the seat vacated by Alcee Hastings, who passed away in 2021.

She was born in Brooklyn, New York to parents from Haiti. She grew up in Queens. She moved to Florida when she was 13. She is a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Howard University.

She has a Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University of Law.

She was endorsed by Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). She bested Dale Holness, the Broward County commissioner in a Democratic primary where she won by five votes. She defeated a far-right Karen in the general.

Sheila with her husband and two children celebrating her win.

The race in Florida was apparently a sleeper. The main focus was on the Ohio Democratic special primary race between Shontel Brown and Nina Turner.

Turner, a former Ohio state senator and leftist agitator who worked on Bernie Sanders' two failed bids for the president became the focus of a bitter campaign. The leftists were attacking Brown for being in the pockets of "special interests" and being an establishment vote.

Brown would end up winning the nomination and later the general. She was sworn in November.

Turner's antics during the 2020 presidential race were memorable. Turner compared Joe Biden to "eating half-a-bowl of shit." Those comments stuck to her ass and her campaign was doomed.

To be quite clear, if Cherfilus-McCormick joins the Squad, we're in trouble. It's bad enough we have Bush, Ocasio-Cortez, Tlaib, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) bowing down to white leftists. Why do we need more of that?

Hopefully, she will be a lawmaker and not an activist.

What The Truck?

Macaque monkeys escape a truck.

Again, why do white people always treat wild animals like they're domesticated?

I would never touch a wild animal.

Alas, some people think that animals are timid when you're petting them. Nope.

A truck crash and four experimental primates escape, sounds like a movie script, right?

A truck carrying about 100 monkeys was involved in a crash Friday in Pennsylvania, state police said as authorities searched for at least three of the monkeys that appeared to have escaped the vehicle.

The truck carrying the animals crashed with a dump truck in the afternoon in Montour County, Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Andrea Pelachick told the Daily Item.

The two drivers involved in the crash were not injured but a passenger in one of the vehicles was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to the police report from the crash. The police report noted that officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were at the scene to assist with the response.

State troopers said Saturday that three of the monkeys had been found with the help of multiple agencies, but one of the monkeys remained on the loose. The troopers urged members of the public to keep their distance and immediately call 911 if spotting the monkey.

Pennsylvania State Troopers warn residents to not engage with the primates.

"We are asking that no one attempt to look for or capture the animal. Anyone who sees or locates the monkey is asked not to approach, attempt to catch, or come in contact with the monkey. Please call 911 immediately," the troopers tweeted.

The truck had been on its way to a lab, Pelachick said.

Authorities have asked residents who might see the monkeys to call state police at 570-524-2662.

It was unclear if any people or animals were injured in the crash.

The troopers did not explain what dangers the monkeys pose if encountered by the public.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, an organization that advocates for animal rights, released a statement after the crash noting that the long-tailed macaque monkeys were on their way to a CDC-approved quarantine facility in Florida after arriving in the United States from Mauritius.

"Because these 100 long-tailed macaque monkeys were headed to a laboratory to be caged, tormented, and killed, they were already in danger-but now the public is, too," the statement from PETA reads.

"The four who got away -- including one who is still missing -- are undoubtedly terrified and likely injured, and they may be harboring viruses that are transmissible to humans. There is no way to ensure that monkeys are virus-free."

The long-tailed macaque monkeys, also known as cynomolgus monkeys, are often used in scientific research, The New York Times noted, and were in high demand during the COVID-19 pandemic for researching vaccines.

Danville sits on the Susquehanna River and is located 40 miles from Scranton.

I've said it before and I stand by what I say: "Wild animals are......well you know!"

If you want to be a thrill seeker, you might want to get life insurance.

Be warned, there will be disturbing video and images.

Intel To Build Plant In Columbus!

The design landscape for Intel's largest processing plant locating to Columbus, Ohio.

The Intel Corporation announced they will build a facility in the Columbus suburb of New Albany, a city located in Franklin and Licking County, Ohio. The governor of the state, its two senators and two lawmakers representing Columbus were there to celebrate the announcement.

Ohio beats out California, Texas and North Carolina. These three states are known for technological innovation.

President Joe Biden will get credit for this. However, the Republicans will rewrite history and claim Washed Up 45 or the state's governor getting the credit.

The 1,000-acre location will initially play host to two chip factories, and is set to directly employ at least 3,000 people and “tens of thousands” more across suppliers and partners. Construction is reportedly due to kick off this year, with the site becoming operational in 2025.

In an interview with Time, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger said the company expects the site to become “the largest silicon manufacturing location on the planet,” adding that it could eventually expand to 2,000 acres with eight fabs. After helping to establish Silicon Valley, Gelsinger said the new site could become “the Silicon Heartland.” Intel plans to invest up to $100 billion in the site over the next decade, as well as around $100 million in partnership with Ohio universities, colleges, and the US National Science Foundation to foster new talent.

Intel already has U.S. factories across several states including Oregon, New Mexico, and Arizona. Ohio represents its first manufacturing expansion into a new state in over 40 years, the New York Times reports. Intel has been aggressively ramping up its investments in manufacturing capacity under its new CEO, who’s already announced a $20 billion expansion of the company’s existing Arizona complex.

Biden promises jobs to America's heartland. He worked with Intel CEO to get Ohio the facility built.

Expanding into a state without an existing chip manufacturing presence brings challenges, like acquiring the correct permits, raw materials and supplies, and production machines, the NYT notes. But New Albany is known for its inexpensive land, and any manufacturing plant could benefit from engineering graduates at nearby Ohio State University.

Intel’s search for its new manufacturing hub reportedly saw states competing for the huge economic opportunity a new plant represents. Time reports that at least one other state offered more subsidies, but Ohio was a better regulatory fit and Intel didn’t want to displace current residents. It’s a marked contrast from Amazon’s hyper-competitive bidding process that eventually awarded a second HQ to New York, which it shelved following backlash from residents and local lawmakers.

The announcement comes as the world continues to grapple with an acute shortage of computer chips that has impacted everyone from games console manufacturers to automakers. The shortage has shed light on the decades-long shift of chip manufacturing from the U.S. and Europe to Asian countries, particularly Taiwan where Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) in headquartered. To help reverse the shift, the U.S. Senate approved a $52 billion subsidy package for the chip industry last June which would offer grants to companies building new US factories, but it is yet to pass through the House.

Ohio governor DeWine celebrates Intel being built in the state.

Intel’s competitors TSMC and Samsung have announced new US-based manufacturing investments of their own in Arizona and Texas, respectively. But in some officials’ eyes, Intel has the advantage of being a homegrown U.S. company, while TSMC’s proximity to China has worried Pentagon officials.

“Today’s investment marks another significant way Intel is leading the effort to restore U.S. semiconductor manufacturing leadership,” said Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger in a statement. “Intel’s actions will help build a more resilient supply chain and ensure reliable access to advanced semiconductors for years to come. Intel is bringing leading capability and capacity back to the United States to strengthen the global semiconductor industry.”

Louie Anderson Passed Away!

Louie Anderson was the underdog comedian.

Actor and comedian Louie Anderson has passed away. The entertainer is also a game show host and panelist. As many news outlets are reporting, the comedian has passed away at the age of 68.

He is best known for his blue collar comedy, sharp witts and honest opinion about his life. He was admitted in a Las Vegas hospital after being received cancer treatment. The Associated Press reported that he was hospitalized for cancer for non-Hodgkin lymphoma and was resting comfortably.

His publicist confirmed that he passed away on Friday. Variety and AP said that he died from complications from cancer.

A man who demanded money from Anderson. He threatened to expose him as gay for an incident in 1993 where he sexually propositioned him at a casino. The entertainer had paid hush money to the man.

His lawyers and publicist notified the law and he was arrested shortly after.

Meat Loaf Passed Away!

Meat Loaf passed away from COVID-19.

One of Washed Up 45's closest allies is rocker/actor Meat Loaf. It was reported he passed away from complications from COVID-19. He was not vaccinated. The entertainer who most recent appearances were on Celebrity Apprentice and Fox was 74 years old.

Born Michael Lee Aday in Dallas, Texas, the entertainer best known for his powerful, wide-ranging voice and theatrical live shows. He was good friends with the former president and his three children.

"Our hearts are broken to announce that the incomparable Meat Loaf passed away tonight with his wife Deborah by his side," the statement read. "Daughters Pearl and Amanda and close friends have been with him throughout the last 24 hours."

"Had So Much Fun With Meatloaf When We Did "Dead Ringer,"" Cher tweeted. "Am Very Sorry For His Family,Friends,& Fans. Am I imagining It, or Are Amazing Ppl In The Arts Dying every other Day.

Meat Loaf's two biggest albums -- 1977's "Bat Out of Hell" and the 1993 follow-up "Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell" -- produced numerous hit singles, including "Paradise by the Dashboard Light," "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad" and "I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)."

The singer acknowledged physical problems had affected his ability to perform. But in November, he posted on Facebook that he'd had four back surgeries and would be back in the studio in the new year.

"The back surgeries hurt everything. Before the back surgeries I was still trying to do shows, that's when some of you saw or heard of me collapsing on stage and finally stopping the tour in the UK. I couldn't hit high notes because of back pain. Not a slight back pain. Pain that would bring you to your knees," he wrote.

In 2016, Meat Loaf collapsed at a concert in the Canadian city of Edmonton and was admitted to the hospital. The cause was dehydration, a spokesperson said at the time.

Meat Loaf encouraged Washed Up 45 to run for president.

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

Entertaining Mental Illness!

Tiffany Haddish and Kanye West have known mental issues.

Mental health affects millions. Tiffany Haddish and Kanye West (known as Ye) had some episodes this month. The actress/comedian was arrested in Atlanta for driving under the influence. Ye is under investigation for allegedly assaulting a fan and he wrote a diss aimed at comedian Pete Davidson.

Note: Tiffany Haddish, Kanye West, The Game and Pete Davidson confirm that have bipolar disorder.

TMZ reported that Tiffany Haddish is facing a DUI charge after cops say she was dozing in the driver's seat of her vehicle early Friday morning in Georgia ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us Tiffany was arrested by Peachtree City PD officers around 4 AM ET. Although she was getting booked for DUI, the comedian still managed to smile for the camera when cops snapped her mug shot.

Cops were responding to a call for a driver who'd fallen asleep at the wheel. Officers had a description of the vehicle and were on the lookout for it when they spotted Tiffany pulling into a neighborhood.

They stopped her and arrested her for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. Cops believe she'd smoked marijuana.

Tiffany was only in police custody for a few hours. According to records, obtained by TMZ, she posted $1,666 to bond out of jail around 6:30 AM.

We've reached out to Tiffany's reps for comment, but no word back yet.

Obviously, it's no excuse for driving impaired ... but we do know Tiffany's been dealing with a lot of loss lately. She broke up with her longtime boyfriend Common. Sources connected tell us her grandmother, who raised her, recently died -- as did her dog, and her close friends Bob Saget and producer Carl Craig.

The Game and Ye paid homage to Eazy E by doing Eazy.

The controversial media mogul/rapper and former presidential candidate is a supporter of Washed Up 45. He has known mental health issues. He and his estranged wife Kim Kardashian are feuding. The social media socialite and mogul is dating comedian Pete Davidson. Kanye West is livid about it. Davidson also has mental health issues and has previously dated high profile entertainers like Kate Beckinsale, Ariana Grande and most recently Kardashian.

Ye and The Game recorded a single called "Eazy" and in the single the mogul threatened to beat Davidson's ass.

[Chorus: The Game & Michel'le]
(He was once a thug from around the way)
My life was never (Eazy)
My life was never (Eazy)

[Verse 1: The Game]
Started in my Cutlass clutchin' heat like it's an open oven
Puffin' chronic, Puff and Biggie out the window, speaker subbin'
Run into the Crips, it ain't no discussion
Bullet wounds drenched in Hennessy and teaspoons of Robitussin
Head up faze, got a few concussion, yeah
Compton's amazed, Dr. Dre percussion
God, please grant my nigga eternal life, we need the beats
Aftermath wherе you fall asleep, you do not eat
And my belly is full, gorilla ridin' the bull
Banana clips in thе pool, swan dive in Clase Azul
The opps, I'm on they ass, grandmama whoopings in school
This Wilmington and Brazil where niggas die in they jewels
Too many Problems, too many YGs
So many ties to dollar signs, easy to end up on E
I got shot up like Columbine, the Crips descended on me
Sign my name on the dotted line, that was vengeance on beats
This is the way

[Chorus: The Game & Michel'le]
(He was once a thug from around the way)
My life was never (Eazy)
My life was never (Eazy)
[Refrain: Kanye West]
There it is, there it was
Don't interrupt just because
It's no love
Shoulder shrug (Shrug)

[Verse 2: Kanye West]
How I ain't bring nothin' to the table when I'm the table?
I'ma turn up the music, wake up the neighbors
I'ma get that "Thug Life" tatted 'cross the navel
This is how I am in real life, not just on cable
"Mr. Narcissist," tell me 'bout my arrogance
No more counselin', I don't negotiate with therapists
God Ye, wanna let God in?
But tonight, I guess I'll let my pride win
Cousin Dre sent me scriptures, helped me see life better
Nigga, we havin' the best divorce ever
If we go to court, we'll go to court together
Matter of fact, pick up your sis, we'll go to Kourt's together
I watched four kids for like five hours today
I wear these Yeezy boots everywhere, even in the shower today
I got love for the nannies, but real family is better
The cameras watch the kids, y'all stop takin' the credit
Noncustodial dad, I bought the house next door
What you think the point of really bein' rich for?
When you give 'em everything, they only want more
Boujee and unruly, y'all need to do some chores
Rich-ass kids, this ain't yo' mama house
Climb on your brother's shoulders, get that Top Ramen out
God saved me from that crash
Just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass (Who?)
And my new bitch bad
I know Illuminati mad
This that New-minati, bitch
This that two Bugatti rich
This that "God did this"
Only God did this
[Refrain: Kanye West]
There it is, there it was
Don't interrupt, just because
Ain't no love, shoulder shrug
Won't He do it? Yes He does
Won't He do it? Yes He does
Won't He do it?

[Chorus: Kanye West & Michel'le]
My life was never (Eazy)
This next one gon' be (Eazy)

[Outro: Michel'le]
(He was once a thug from around the way)
(He was once a thug from around the way, easy)
(He was—, he was—)
(He was—, he was—)
(He was once a—, once a—)
(Thug from a—, thug from a—, from around the way)

Then of course, the rapper is accused of assaulting a fan. The fan probably was trolling Ye over the Davidson drama.

Cops are investigating Kanye West for allegedly punching an autograph seeker, and TMZ has obtained this video showing the man laid out on the street as Kanye rages at people who apparently work for him.

Pete Davidson isn't phased by Ye's antics. He's dating a celebrity.

As we've reported, the alleged attack went down around 3 AM in DTLA, outside the Soho Warehouse -- and Ye was absolutely livid. When the video starts he's screaming, "get away from me" at a woman who's desperately trying to calm him down. She also says, "I am your family," but he continued storming away in anger. We're told the woman is Ye's cousin.

Witnesses tell us this was just seconds after Kanye allegedly punched the guy twice -- once in the head, and once in the neck -- and when the autograph seeker went down, his head struck the ground hard.

We're told Kanye had asked the small group of people outside the building not to take photos and said something about them not understanding what he's going through right now. When someone replied that it's okay, we all go through family stuff ... that's when Ye allegedly unloaded the 2 punches.

We're told Kanye had headed downtown after a late-night session in a Hollywood recording studio -- and a separate video shows he was already pissed off when he left there around 2:30 AM.

Ye was yelling at 2 women about something ... it's hard to make out, but they appear to be the same women who were with him downtown when the alleged attack went down.

The alleged victim refused medical treatment at the scene, but we're told he's now getting checked out at an urgent care -- and as we reported, LAPD is investigating Kanye for battery.

The suspects is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Henry Cuellar In The Feds Crosshairs!

Democrat from Texas had the feds at his home.

The conservative Democrat is now in the feds crosshairs. The asshole who believes that Vice President Kamala Harris isn't doing enough at the U.S.-Mexican border confirms that the FBI came a knocking at his door. He on television talking smack about the vice president and President Joe Biden. All the while he doing corrupt shit.

Rep. Karen Cuellar (D-TX) is the Democrat who sided with Washed Up 45 when it came to spending our tax dollars to build a stupid border wall along the scenic Texas landscape.

FBI agents searched Cuellar's home on Wednesday as they conducted what an agency spokeswoman called “court-authorized law enforcement activity.”

The motive and scope of the search was not immediately known. But a reporter for The Monitor of McAllen, Texas, which first reported the operation, reported from the scene that more than a dozen federal agents were seen passing in and out of Cuellar’s home bearing cases and other items.

The 6am knock.

“The FBI was present in the vicinity of Windridge Drive and Estate Drive in Laredo conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity,” spokeswoman Rosanne Hughes said. “The FBI cannot provide further comment on an ongoing investigation.”

Cuellar’s office issued a brief statement that did not directly address the location or nature of the search.

“Congressman Cuellar will fully cooperate in any investigation. He is committed to ensuring that justice and the law are upheld,” the statement read.

The statement, like the FBI, shed no light on what agents were seeking.

Since 2004, Cuellar has represented a district that extends from the U.S. border with Mexico near McAllen to Laredo, and north to San Antonio’s eastern outskirts. The Democrat has a seat on the powerful House Appropriations Committee.

Marilyn Mosby In The Feds Crosshairs!

Marilyn Mosby got a federal sandwich

The state prosecutor who became a national figure in the aftermath of Freddie Gray's death is facing a state and federal sandwich. The city of Baltimore state attorney Marilyn Mosby is being criminally charged with perjury, falsifying documents and misuse of CARES Act funding on her Florida homes.

Mosby gain national recognition for charging six Baltimore police officers with the death of Freddie Gray. The incident happened in 2015 when three officers (one plain clothes and two bicycle officers) allegedly knocked Gray into a wall shattering his spine. The cops would pick up a screaming Gray and shackle him into a police van. The police van driver did not hear the cries of pain and gave him a "rough ride". The two uniformed cops tasked with placing Gray in holding failed to render aid and failed to realize that he was critically injured.

Gray was taken to a local hospital with the injuries severe enough to be permanent disability. He would end up dying and it triggered unrest in the city. His death was settled for over $6 million.

Mosby sought to have the six cops arrested and convicted. It was the goddamn police union and white grand juries that allowed these dirty cops to walk free without any accountability. Gray was arrested for unlawfully possessing a switchblade knife.

Mosby was vilified by the far right and police union. With crime being on the rise and this goddamn pandemic ongoing, the far right has gone to war with the so-called "Woke D.A.s" in the country.

Besides criticism of her case against the officers charged in Gray's death, Mosby has faced questions for her frequent speaking engagements and private businesses. Though she maintained she did nothing wrong, Mosby asked city Inspector General Isabel Mercedes Cumming to investigate. Cumming found Mosby was out of town for 144 workdays in 2018 and 2019, did not report 15 out-of-town trips to the Board of Estimates and used LLCs she claimed to be dormant as tax write-offs. City Solicitor Jim Shea issued his own assessment, finding that administrative rules are unclear and that Mosby did nothing wrong in regards to her travel.

Days later, it was revealed that lawyers who responded to the inspector general's report on Mosby's behalf were paid by Mosby's campaign, a possible violation of state law.

Mosby and her husband are the subjects of an active federal investigation. Investigators have sought a wide range of business and campaign records. Mosby, a Democrat elected to her post in 2015, is accused of falsely claiming twice to have suffered a work-related financial hardship from COVID-19 in order to request early withdrawals totaling $90,000 from her city employee retirement account.

Florida land records revealed Mosby bought two homes in Florida weeks before the federal investigation came to light.

In October 2020, a $45,000 tax lien was filed against the property of Marilyn and Nick Mosby for three years of unpaid federal taxes (2014, 2015, and 2016). Nick Mosby said he has been "in ongoing conversations with the IRS" about resolving this issue. That November, he said the issue was "settled".

City council president Nick Mosby also got served a federal sandwich.

Mosby used the money she received – $36,000 in May 2020 and $45,000 on Dec. 31 of that year – toward down payments on vacation homes in Kissimmee, Florida, and Long Boat Key, Florida.

The two counts of perjury stem from Mosby’s false statements of coronavirus-related financial duress at a time when she was earning a gross annual salary of nearly $248,000 in full, the indictment asserted.

On January 13, 2022, she was indicted by a federal grand jury on a perjury charge alleging she falsely claimed COVID-related financial hardship in requesting one-time withdrawals of $40,000 and $50,000 of her deferred compensation funds under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, known as the CARE Act. The CARE Act describes specific criteria for qualifying withdrawals, such as a reduction of income due to a COVID-related layoff or due to quarantining, whereas she reportedly had continued to draw her full salary throughout the period, and her salary had actually increased. She additionally was accused of making false statements in mortgage applications for her Florida home and condo by failing to disclose her federal tax liabilities. There are four counts in the indictment.

There was no immediate comment from Mosby, her office or any legal representative about the indictment.

If convicted, she could face up to five years for each of two perjury counts and decades in the iron college on charges of making false mortgage applications, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Maryland.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
