And Chicago, Mr. Trump!

Father's day weekend shootings in Chicago. Over 200 people shot in gun violence.
Chicago had record mass shootings this year.

Despite COVID-19 killing over 150,000 Americans, gun violence continue to be a huge problem in the country.

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), Sen. Tammy Duckworth, the 18 U.S. Representatives and city aldermans are still dealing with gun violence.

Republican president Donald J. Trump who is still riding on the 2016 playbook said that he will "Make America Great Again" by working on changing the failed leadership in Chicago.

I guess that's a bridge to nowhere with Trump.

Nearly 150 people were shot in Chicago.

Eleven people were killed, including four children, and 67 others were wounded in shootings across Chicago during the Father's Day weekend, police told CNN.

This weekend's youngest victim, 3-year-old Mekhi James, was shot Saturday evening when someone opened fire at his father's car as they traveled through the city's Austin neighborhood, according to Chicago police records and the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

This weekend's youngest victim, 3-year-old Mekhi James, was shot Saturday evening when someone opened fire at his father's car as they traveled through the city's Austin neighborhood, according to Chicago police records and the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown said Monday that multiple teenagers were shot. Two of them had walked to a nearby store and were shot multiple times while walking into their backyard.

Both teenagers died after being transported to the University of Chicago hospital, police said.
"Children in Chicago should not have to worry about walking just blocks from home to buy candy and never returning," Brown said at a news conference.

Brown also said Chicago Police recovered 77 guns and made 43 gun arrests over the weekend and have confiscated 4,468 guns this year in an effort to curb the violence.

He said there are too many violent offenders who are not in jail.

"We need violent felons to stay in jail longer," Brown said. "We need improvements to the home monitoring system."
Mayor Lori Lightfoot has two fronts: Gun violence and COVID-19.
When asked what the issues were that lead to the violent weekend across the city, Brown answered with three things: "Gangs, guns and drugs."

Mayor Lori Lightfoot called the shooting of the 3-year-old "a heinous, unconscionable act of cowardice" and said the boy "had his whole life ahead of him." Lightfoot has urged community members to come forward with information for police.

Halfway through the year, 168 mass shootings in the United States.

We have a global pandemic that is killing 150,000 Americans. The coronavirus deaths are still happening and folks are not social distancing. We have an economic recession. With the coronavirus spreading from coast to coast, many companies are closing up for good and placing Americans out of work. They are over 45 million Americans out of work. There are thousands of Americans who are being killed by gun violence. Everyday at least 95 people died from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country.
America's third largest city is the epicenter of gun violence.
WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS. NOW A BLACK MAN FLEEING AN ARRESTING OFFICER COULD BE KILLED. WHETHER THEY'RE IN THEIR VEHICLE OR RUNNING FROM THEM. THE COPS WILL SHOOT THE BLACK MAN.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE.

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I OFTEN REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. THE POLICE LEAVE CHILDREN OF COLOR WITHOUT A BLACK FATHER. AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD BRING THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE KILLED BY THE COPS.

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

No amount of criminal acts this man done justified that cop's actions. It's has frustrated me to hear folks like Candace Owens, Larry Elder, Leo Terrell, Jesse Lee Peterson, Terrence K. Williams, Kevin Jackson, Diamond & Silk and Allen West defend the actions of bad cops and white vigilantes.

And of course, leftists like Cornel West, Nina Turner, Jeffery Shaun King, Benjamin Dixon and Killer Mike. These coons are trying to infiltrate the debate with "pie in the sky" policies from a failed presidential candidate. They are deliberately sabotaging the Democratic Party's chances of winning the election. Black voters picked their nominee and these coons are trying to sow discourse to white progressives and young voters.

I don't give a fuck about someone's past encounters with police. That doesn't justify the death of anyone.

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

THERE IS NO GOD!

GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.

Name Branding!

Name changes are coming to these brands. Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben's, Cream of Wheat and Mrs. Butterworth are going to be rebranded.
Aunt Jemima isn't the only brand that is changing course. Quaker Oats, a division of PepsiCo Brands had announced they are retiring the legendary pancake and syrup brand mascot after years of concern.

The Aunt Jemima logo underwent changes during its time but the first original image was designed as a Black woman who looked like a "mammy."

The brand has been long associated with Black serveratide to White families.

When they decided to rebrand the legendary pancake mix and syrup, other companies have decided to step forward with changes to their legendary logos.

On Wednesday, the brands Uncle Ben's, Eskimo Pie, Mrs. Butterworth, Cream of Wheat have announced they are going to rebrand the products. They will start making changes to the products in late 2020.

Each of these products represented a negative stereotype of African Americans and Native Americans.

The rebranding announcements – considered long overdue by experts, historians and some consumers – come at a time when companies face increasing pressure to boost diversity efforts and combat racism in the wake of the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Also the pressure is on to have the Washington Redskins and Cleveland Indians change their names.

Donald J. Trump is frustrated over protesters taking down statues in relation to slavery and the confederacy. The statues of Christopher Columbus, confederate generals and politicians who were slavery owners. That included George Washington, the first American president. He owned slaves.

Thomas Jefferson owned slaves and slept with Sally Hemming and hid her from the public.

So much things have happened since the tragedy of George Floyd. Trust me, we have seen a massive round of changes in the wake of the incident that sparked a movement to end systematic racism not only in the police but in the government and social media.

There's calls to have Cloudfare to cut ties to white nationalism. The website is a host to websites that have anti-Black propaganda and racial angst.

Websites like NIGGERMANIA, CHIMPOUT, CHIMPMANIA, THE DAILY STORMER, STORMFRONT, BREITBART, WORLD NET DAILY and STUFF BLACK PEOPLE DON'T LIKE exist with intentions of sparking a racial war.

We still have an issue with conservative agitators who are pushing misinformation and racial agitation.

People like Rupert Murdoch, Fox News, Colin Flaherty, Andy Ngo, Candace Owens, Jesse Lee Peterson, Kevin Jackson, Richard Spencer, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, Todd Starnes, Bill O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, Lou Dobbs, Bill Mitchell, Matt Drudge, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter and Sean "Softball" Hannity exist. They continue to profit off divisiness and misinformation.

This issue must be remedied before we can see less racial angst in the counrty.

We have a long way to go to get to equality.

Feds Look Into Noose Being Found At Bubba Wallace's Garage!

Bubba Wallace and his racing team found a noose in his garage.
The only African American who is driving for NASCAR found a noose at his garage. The FBI and Alabama state authorities are investigating into the matter.

Darrell "Bubba" Wallace is a full-time driver for the NASCAR Cup Series. The sport has face pressure to change its ways.

Since the George Floyd tragedy, the racing industry has banned the confederate flag from racing events and properties. It sparked outrage among conservatives.

The U.S. Justice Department and NASCAR have launched an investigation after the noose was found in the garage stall.

"We are angry and outraged, and cannot state strongly enough how seriously we take this heinous act," NASCAR said in a statement on Sunday. "As we have state unequivocally, there is no place for racism in NASCAR, and this act only strengthens our resolve to make the sport open and welcoming to all."

The racing organization will "do everything we can to identify the person(s) responsible and eliminate them from the sport."

This happened at the Talladega Speedway in Alabama. This raceway is hosting a Cup Series.

Wallace condemned the act on social media. He said that the incident "will not break me."

"I will not give in nor will I back down. I will continue to proudly stand for what I believe in," said Wallace.

Wallace is a driver for the 43 team. The 43 car is driven by Wallace, 26, the only African American driver in the Cup Series, NASCAR's highest level.
A noose incident happened in Maine over the weekend.
Kay Ivey, the controversial Republican governor of Alabama decided to speak out. She said the noose incident is shameful. She said that she was "shocked and appalled" by what happened to Wallace.

"There is no place for this disgusting display of hatred in our state. On behalf of all Alabamians, I apologize to Bubba Wallace as well as to his family and friends for the hurt that this has caused and regret the mark this leaves on our state."

Right. That bitch and her predecessor Robert Bentley signed off legislation to keep confederate statues up near the state capitol. Fuck her lies and phony sympathy.

The confederate flag has been a common fixture at NASCAR events. The confederate flag is labeled as a symbol of slavery, racism and segregation. Those who support the flag believe its part of their heritage.

So what the fuck is these damn flags being flown in states that weren't part of the confederacy?

I live in Ohio and these damn flags are being flown around.

Also there are six African Americans who were found hanging from trees and buildings. They are calling this shit suicide.

I call it bullshit.

Also one of the men from the California incident's brother was gunned down by the law. That will be covered this week on Journal de le Reyna.

DL Hughley: I Got The Coronavirus!

DL Hughley passed out during a performance. He confirms he has the coronavirus.
Comedian, radio host and actor DL Hughley had a fainting spell at a Nashville nightclub.

It was confirmed that the 57-year old entertainer tested positive for the coronavirus.

The entertainer was in the middle of performing a comedy act when he passed out in the middle of the stand-up on Friday night.

As he was leaving the hospital in Nashville, he confirmed to his fans that he was tested positive for COVID-19. He didn't have symptoms of the virus but shared that he had extreme exhaustion and dehydration.

He was asymptomatic.

Some who are asymptomatic still feel like their sick, but do not have the deep coughs and other intense symptoms that are associated with the disease.

"I didn't have the classic symptoms. I didn't have shortness of breath, I didn't have difficulty breathing, I didn't have a cough, I didn't have a low-grade fever," said Hughley.

"Apparently, I just lost consciousness. So, in addition to all the other stuff that you have to look out for, if you' ass pass out in the middle of a show on stage, you probably need to get tested."

Hughley had to stay in his hotel room for 14 days for quarantine. He will do his radio show remotely.

He was at the Zanies Comedy Club in Nashville.

Nashville was going to reopen up the city but held back due to the rises of cases.

When he passed out he was taken to the hospital. Folks were scared that he died on the stage.

Hughley was seen with a water bottle he gotten from his security guard during his performance. He had reportedly begun to have trouble speaking during his set, and shortly after he got the bottle he became visibly faint.

His security guard quickly caught him.

"I got you, I got you."

The crowd grasped and the guard carried the comedian away, with no explanation provided to the audience.

Hughley having COVID-19 has likely exposed hundreds of people to it. So not only his family, but his security team and those who engaged contact with him.

Here's the map.

Here's things to remember about the coronavirus. Revised.

1. Wash your hands frequently. Wash for at least 20 seconds (two Happy Birthday songs).
2. Do not touch your face (mouth, nose and eyes)
3. Cough into your elbow instead of your hands.
4. Keep a safe distance (at least 6 to 10 feet) from individuals. Businesses are now issuing social distancing and will have the right to refuse service if you're not adhering to the guidelines.
5. If you're sick, please stay home. You could spread the disease to others and trust me, you could face legal ramifications if you're sick and you deliberately showing up to work.
6. There is no treatment or cure for the COVID-19.
7. Follow state and federal laws regarding this. Some states have relaxed regulations but that doesn't mean you're fully able to return to normal life. You have to stay vigilant and remind yourself that you can still catch this despite social distancing and safe sanitation practices.
8. Do not hoard items like toilet paper, milk, eggs, bread, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.
9. Use social media like Facebook Messenger, Meet, Zoom, Google Duo, Skype or social media to connect.
10. COVID-19 can live on surfaces for more than 72 hours. Including steel, plastic and cardboard.
11. A pandemic has no timeline. The coronavirus is new and scientists are trying to figure out how to combat this.
12. COVID-19 doesn't care about borders. The coronavirus spreads from human to human contact. We have no confirmation on how it made it to the United States. Don't believe what Donald J. Trump says about it coming from China. It was detected in China, then Italy and our first confirmed case was in January 2020 in the United States. We probably had thousands of people affected in 2019 and we just didn't know it.
13. If you deliberately infect other individuals, food and first responders, you will be charged with crime. So if people are trying to cough on you, sneeze on you, lick food products, lick toilet seats and refuse to wear masks where its required, they could face criminal charges. This is a controversial issue because some believe the mask isn't protecting them and some don't care about you or your family's health.
14. If you have signs of bluish lips or face, inability to wake or stay awake, new confusion, persistent pain in the chest, trouble breathing or blood in cough, call 9-1-1. There are mobile testing sites in your community but always check with a doctor first before getting a test at a public center. Most doctors will not take you openly without facial protection and confirmed symptoms.
15. Not all symptoms of COVID-19 are confirmed or denied. New issues keep showing up. So don't believe everything you've heard. The most common symptoms are noted above. Also please note that asymptomatic individuals are folks who have no symptoms but are spreading. Those are folks who look normal but have it and not showing signs yet.
DL Hughley apologizes to his fans and thanks those who sent him well wishes.
According to the CDC, there is still not enough information on antibodies for COVID-19 and whether they can prevent someone from getting reinfected. It still recommends that people with a positive antibody test follow recommendations for protecting themselves and others.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

If you need more information, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at cdc.gov.

Trump Rally Went Belly Up!

The Drudge Report hits Trump even harder than the trolls who sabotage his rally.
The threat of the coronavirus is real!

Over 150,000 Americans have died from COVID-19.

Donald J. Trump continues to place Americans at risk of infection. Right now we have a global pandemic, an economic recession, civil unrest due to the killing of African Americans by law enforcement and a deeply polarizing election in November.

Trump will resort to everything to secure a second term.

He has a 49.4% chance of winning reelection.

Trump's campaign advisers had seen the rally as a way to rejuvenate his base and demonstrate support, at a time when a string of opinion polls have suggested he is trailing his Democratic rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

Oklahoma reported a surge in new coronavirus cases in recent days, and the state's department of health had warned those planning on attending the event that they faced an increased risk of catching the virus.

The Trump campaign said the entry was "first-come-first-serve" and that no one was issued an actual ticket.
Crowd sizes matter to Donald Trump. He blames the left for his failed rally.
So the Tulsa rally went off on Saturday night. Trump and thousands of his supporters attended the BOK Center. The arena could host up to 20,000 people.

It would have been a packed house had it not been for a bunch of trolls and anti-Trump activists.

It appears Trump's rally didn't gain the massive amount of people necessary. He only managed to get less than 7,000 attendees to the rally.

TikTok users and Korean pop music fans take partial credit for inflating attendance expectations at a less-than-full arena

His first rally in the middle of a global pandemic went bust.

"The Forgotten Man" is the person who got a knee on his neck!

Trump began his speech criticizing the junk food media. He spoke at the West Point Academy and was seen trying to pick up a glass of water and walking down a ramp. He said that he had slippery shoes and the sun was beaming on him.

He claimed that he took out the world's most dangerous terrorists. The killing of Iran's general Qasem Soleimani was extremely controversial. Trump took a military strike on a military leader without listening to his advisors. It was in January 2020 when this strike happened. He also claims that the killing of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant/Leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was bigger than the Osama bin Laden raid.

Trump was complaining about the Supreme Court decisions.

He claimed he ran for president once. Trump ran for president in 2000 under the Reform Party.

Trump calls Biden, "Sleepy Joe" and said that he opposed the raid on Osama Bin Laden. He said he doesn't even know where he is. He claims that if Biden wins, "the rioters, the looters, the anarchists and radical left" will destroy the country. He claimed that Biden is a "trojan horse" for socialism. He said that he ripped off a British politician.

He took aim at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

He took aim at China over the trade deal and the coronavirus which he calls the "Kung Flu."

Trump stayed completely off script and tried to rally his base with the same formula of 2016. Yes, he mentioned Hillary Clinton in the conversation.

Social media users on different platforms, including the popular video-sharing app TikTok, claimed in posts and videos on Sunday that they completed the online registration for the event with no intention of going.

Mary Elizabeth Taylor Leaves Trump's Carnival Of Bullsh*t!

Black Republican leaves Trump's White House after he's latest round of offensive remarks.
There will be unrest in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Black Republican had enough of the bullshit from Donald J. Trump and his allies.

Mary Elizabeth Taylor, assistant secretary of state for legislative affairs, wrote in a resignation letter Thursday obtained by the Post that "The President's comments and actions surrounding racial injustice and Black Americans cut sharply against my core values and convictions."

"I must follow the dictates of my conscience and resign as Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative Affairs," Taylor, one of the highest ranking Black women in the Trump administration, said.

Reached for comment, a State Department spokesperson told CNN, "We do not comment on personnel matters."

Taylor's resignation comes as Trump continues to lean into his forceful approach to the ongoing demonstrations sparked by the death of George Floyd at the hands of police. The gruesome video of Floyd's killing while in Minneapolis police custody has prompted the kind of soul searching about the role of police in society and systemic racism that many advocates have urged for decades.

But Trump's efforts to address the demonstrations have, in many ways, garnered criticism and sown division.

Earlier this month, he declared himself "your president of law and order" and vowed to return order to American streets using the military if widespread violence isn't quelled. "If a city or state refuses to take the actions necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them," Trump said in the White House Rose Garden.

According to the Post, Taylor sent a message to her team of State Department employees acknowledging Floyd's "horrific murder" earlier this month.

"For our team members who are hurting right now, please know you are not alone. You are seen, recognized, heard, and supported. I am right here with you," she wrote at the time.

And while she praised Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for his "remarkable leadership" in her resignation letter Thursday, some State Department officials have suggested Pompeo should address his workforce on the issue that, in many ways, directly impacts their work.

So far, he has declined to do so, sources familiar with the suggestion have explained to CNN.

Instead, Pompeo has been largely silent on the matter -- leaving US diplomats at home and overseas feeling abandoned as they face questions about the unrest from their counterparts around the world.
Some are fearful that the nation's top diplomat is putting his personal political interests and his relationship with Trump ahead of his department's need for guidance and leadership.

Twitter Bans British Turd Katie Hopkins!

British turd Katie Hopkins banned from Twitter after years of pushing racist shit.
A controversial British commentator who often appears on Sean "Softball" Hannity's right wing carnival is permanently banned from social media platform Twitter.

For years, Hopkins had violated Twitter's terms of services. The far-white agitator violated the hateful conduct policy.

A spokesperson for Twitter would not mention what tweets were posted but they said it was enough to have her ass permanently banned from the social media platform.

Hopkins is well known for her anti-immigrant views and has previously gotten off a social media suspension as early as January.

She initially gained fame in 2007 as a contestant on the UK's version of The Apprentice. The show is similar to the one Donald J. Trump hosted and starred in. Hopkins became a far-white agitator who wrote for The Daily Mail, The Sun and New York Post. Her writings won approval of the far-right.

Hopkins was a frequent commentator on the softball's shitshow. He would often talk to her about immigration, Muslims, political correctness. Hopkins would often trash Harry and Meghan.

She called refugee escaping Syria as cockroaches.

Hopkins was retweeted by Trump on some occasions.

Twitter has went hard on its platform recently. They are curbing misinformation and intimidation.

Trump had faced heat for tweeting a fake video of the two little boys who hugged it out. The parents found out about it and called on Twitter to stop it.

Other infamous people banned on Twitter include: Alex Jones, Laura Loomer (although she is running for Congress), Milo Yiannopoulos, Jared Taylor, Louis Farrakhan, Azalea Banks, Chuck Johnson, George Zimmerman, Robert Stacy McCain, Tila Tequila, Brian and Ed Krassenstein, Jacob Wohl, Joey Salads, Paul Nahlen, Anthony Cumia and Roger Stone.

We're expecting this year Candace Owens, David Clarke, Jr., Terrence K Williams, Tariq Nasheed, Diamond & Silk and Todd Starnes to be eventually banned.

Flint Police Search For Man Who Served A Racist A Hot Plate!

White man got a hot plate from a Black man after allegations of a racial slur were tossed around.
There's a video that circulated online showing a Black man serving a hot plate to a white man. The white man allegedly had N-tapped the Black man.

This happened in Michigan at the Genesee Valley Center in Flint.

A white man shown in a viral video getting served by a Black man for allegedly throwing a racial slur inside a Macy's is confirmed to be an employee.

It was posted on social media and shortly deleted. The person who posted it was a local rapper.

The rapper claimed that he and his bro were in the mall looking for clothes and asked a man on the phone about a shirt size.

He said that the employee answered them and returned to his phone call. Allegedly, he overheard the man utter the words, "no one just some NIGGER," which resulted in the Black man to serve him a hot plate.

The law says this is unprovoked.
Macy's has said this was an unprovoked attack and they are looking to criminally charged the man and the guy filming for assault on the worker, trespassing and possible shoplifting.

"We are deeply saddened about the incident that took place on Monday (June 15) at Macy's Genesee Valley as the safety of Macy's customers and colleagues is our top priority," said Andrea Schwartz, senior director of media relations for Macy's.

"Violence in the workplace of any kind is unacceptable. All the materials from the evening have been reviewed and it is clear that the attack was unprovoked. We are working closely with local authorities on this investigation, and will defer any further comments about the case to them per policy."

The law will criminally charge the pair with misdemeanor assault, trespassing, shoplifting and possible battery charges. That could put the individuals in the iron college for up to three years.

They will be banned from Macy's and the Genesee Valley Center as shoppers. They will have to pay for the medical bills of the victim. They will have to go through anger management and racial sensitivity classes. They will formally have to apologize to the victim.

If the victim did say a racial slur, he will likely be fired out the cannon at Macy's.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Unrest In Tulsa!

They coming. Despite a global COVID-19 pandemic, Trump holds his rallies.
The city of Tulsa is expecting unrest in the wake of Trump campaign rally and protests against racism and police brutality.

The Donald J. Trump Presidential Campaign will hold a rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The rally is controversial because we're in a COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has killed over 140,000 Americans and it's no end in sight.

This rally is going to be a large gathering despite warnings from state and federal officials.

This event will spark unrest in the city. Years ago, a dirty cop killed Terrence Crutcher. She walked and the family never got justice. This incident along with many incidents of police and vigilantes killing Black people has made this area "ground zero" for a potential violent encounter.

The Oklahoma State Supreme Court has ruled that Trump can hold his rally. It was a last minute attempt from state health officials to have Trump postpone his rally.

Tulsa's mayor G.T. Bynum is facing heat from both sides. He is trying to keep his community safe while trying to please Republicans who want to see Trump speak.
Trump holds his rally at the BOK Center in Tulsa. The city is expected to have unrest once he arrives.
The city's dark history also comes to light. The 1921 terrorist attack in Tulsa was the deliberate massacre of Black residents in Greenwood, a once prominent neighborhood dubbed "Black Wall Street." A white woman claimed a Black man raped and assaulted her. White terrorist set fire to businesses and homes. They dragged Black people out of their homes and lynched them.

The Greenwood district is located about one mile from the BOK Center, the rally's location.

Those who attend this rally are facing an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. It does exists in any public place where people are present. Those who attend will voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. They won't be able to sue Trump, BOK Center; ASM Global; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

Trump faced backlash over a tweet during protests after the recent death in Minneapolis police custody of George Floyd, an African American man, that said "when the looting starts, the shooting starts." The phrase evoked a white segregationist who was police chief in the 1960s, though Trump later said he was unaware of its origins.
People gathered outside the center. It's expected that some will not wear facial protection and  exposing themselves to COVID-19.
The Rev. Al Sharpton, a veteran civil rights activist set to address a Juneteenth event in Tulsa later on Friday, called Trump's tweet "disrespectful," especially following the recent deaths of Floyd and another African American man, Rayshard Brooks, in Atlanta.

According to the CDC, there is still not enough information on antibodies for COVID-19 and whether they can prevent someone from getting reinfected. It still recommends that people with a positive antibody test follow recommendations for protecting themselves and others.
Ccme hell or high water, Trump wants to campaign. We have a global pandemic, an economic recession and civil unrest.

Louisville Metro Police Cannon Fire A Dirty Cop Involved In The Breonna Taylor Killing!

One of the three dirty cops was fired.
The Louisville/Jefferson County government has formally banned "no knock" warrants. They no longer will allow the Louisville Metropolitan Police Department issue any warrants without acknowledgement. There will no longer be late night raids. The officers must have their body cameras on immediately when conducting a traffic stop or issuing a warrant. They must use deescalating tactics when dealing with mentally ill or verbally abusive suspects.

The LMPD has formally cannon  one of the cops who was involved in the failed raid that ended up killed Breonna Taylor, the 26-year old EMT. The LMPD who were plain clothes broke down the home of Taylor and her boyfriend. They got a warrant approved to enter the residence.

Her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, a licensed gun owner reacted by shooting one of the cops in the leg.

The cops returned fire and shot through the home. Taylor was hit nearly 10 times and died on the scene. This incident happened in March but started picking up steam in May.

Before the George Floyd tragedy, many were calling upon the junk food media to share this story.

Mayor Greg Fischer announced Friday that Louisville Metro Police is moving to fire Brett Hankison, one of three LMPD officers to fire weapons on March 13 at Breonna Taylor's apartment, killing her.

Hankison is accused by the department's interim chief, Robert Schroeder, of "blindly" firing 10 rounds into Taylor's apartment, creating a substantial danger of death and serious injury.

"I find your conduct a shock to the conscience," Schroeder wrote in a Friday letter to Hankison laying out the charges against him. "I am alarmed and stunned you used deadly force in this fashion."

"The result of your action seriously impedes the Department's goal of providing the citizens of our city with the most professional law enforcement agency possible. I cannot tolerate this type of conduct by any member of the Louisville Metro Police Department," he added. "Your conduct demands your termination."

Specifically, Hankison is accused of violating departmental policies on adherence to rules and regulations and use of deadly force. Schroeder, who wrote that he received the department's Public Integrity Unit investigation into the case on Tuesday evening, notes Hankison was previously disciplined for reckless conduct in early 2019.

The pretermination letter Schroeder sent Friday will be followed up with a pretermination hearing, expected to take place in the next week, where Hankison and his legal representation, attorney David Leightty, will respond to the allegations.
These three dirty cops conducted a "no knock" warrant on the wrong house.
Schroeder will then issue a final decision, which Hankison can appeal to the Police Merit Board within 10 days. That board will consider if the chief's decision was justified. If it determines it was not justified, it can levy its own punishment.

The other two officers who fired their weapons at Taylor's apartment — Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Officer Myles Cosgrove — remain on administrative reassignment.

Fischer, in a brief Friday news conference announcing Hankison's termination, declined further comment.

"Unfortunately, due to a provision in state law that I would very much like to see changed, both the chief and I are precluded from talking about what brought us to this moment or even the timing of this decision," Fischer said.

According to state law, "no public statements shall be made concerning the alleged violation" by local government officials "until final disposition of the charges."

Hankison in recent weeks also has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women in viral social media posts. The allegations are similar, saying that he offered intoxicated women a ride home from bars before sexually assaulting them.
Protesters won't be happy until there's accountability for the murder of Breonna Taylor.
Attorneys representing Hankison in a civil lawsuit and the LMPD investigation did not immediately respond to Courier Journal requests for comment on Friday.

Ryan Nichols, the president of the River City Fraternal Order of Police chapter representing Louisville Metro Police officers, declined to comment at this time.

The Louisville Courier reported Taylor, 26, was shot at least eight times and died in her hallway after officers returned gunfire from Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker. Walker has said he fired one shot as police entered, hitting Mattingly in the leg, because he thought they were intruders.

Police were at Taylor's apartment on a no-knock warrant signed by Circuit Judge Mary Shaw in connection with a narcotics investigation. Department officials have said officers knocked and announced their presence, but attorneys and neighbors disagree.

The three officers who fired their weapons were under internal investigation by Louisville Metro Police's Public Integrity Unit. That investigation has been shared with the FBI and state attorney general, who are expected to conduct additional investigation.

Neither the FBI nor the Kentucky attorney general have announced any criminal charges.

Louisville FBI officials were at Taylor's apartment on Friday morning executing a search warrant as part of their independent investigation and taking a "fresh look" at the evidence.

On Friday, after hearing that Hankison's termination was underway, some called it a "start," but suggested they'd continue to demand more.
Kenneth Walker and Breonna Walker's family wants justice.
Protester Antonio Brown called Hankison's firing a "baby step" toward getting justice for Taylor, David McAtee and other Black people who have died at the hands of LMPD.

True justice, he said, won't be achieved unless the other people involved, including those who sought and approved the no-knock warrant, are also reprimanded.

"If one should get in trouble, all should get in trouble," Brown said. "It's a team that did it. We, actually, we got a long way to go."

Pam Sheehan, a board member with Kentucky's Alliance Against Racism & Political Repression, said word of Hankison's firing spread quietly among the dozens hanging out in the park Friday morning.

"This is just the start," Sheehan said. "I really think people are going to stay dug in until he (Hankison) gets charged."

Catrell Mosby, another protester outside Friday, told The Courier Journal, "We want more justice."

"I want him locked up and ... to suffer, just like she did," Catrell said, referring to Taylor. "He took away her life."
