Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) decided to sue former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in a desperate bid to gain attention. It's kind of funny that a presidential candidate is willing to be laughed out of court because she's upset private person decided to have an opinion.
Clinton at one point held her remarks back about the candidates. Now as a private person, she remarks on how Donald J. Trump could win reelection. Recently, she slammed Gabbard and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) for being divisive figures in the Democratic primary. She said they have little accomplishments and are willing to destroy allies in order to win.
Gabbard is suing Clinton for $100 million.
"I will not stand quietly by as Hillary Clinton or anyone else tries to smear my character and my loyalty and dedication to serving our country. And I've filed a lawsuit against her for defamation to hold her accountable," said Gabbard.
This is the latest round of remarks that Gabbard made against Clinton.

Gabbard's lawsuit argues that the congresswoman has proven her loyalty to America through her military service in the Army National Guard, charges Clinton with hurting her presidential bid.
Gabbard believes Clinton made remarks in retaliation to her endorsement of Bernie Sander in the 2016 Democratic primaries.
"In February 2016, Tulsi believes the best Democratic presidential candidate for our country was Senator Bernie Sanders. She also knew that Clinton had a stranglehold over the Democratic Party and that crossing Clinton (who considered herself the "inevitable nominee") could means the end of her own political career. Clinton didn't mention Gabbrard by name but said that Republicans and the Russians got an eye on who they want as their "spoiler."
"I'm not making any predictions, but I think they've got their eye on somebody who is currently in the Democratic primary and are grooming her to be the third-party candidate," Clinton said. "She's the favorite of the Russians."

Gabbard appeared on Breitbart and Fox News to speak out against her fellow contenders.
She will not run for reelection in her congressional district giving the notion that she's plotting a third-party bid.

Gabbard is a public figure. To win a defamation suit, she would have to, first, prove that Clinton's comment referred to her, then prove that Clinton's statement was both false and malicious: that Clinton knew it to be false, or else recklessly disregarded its falsity. The case seems unlikely to survive half a minute in legal proceedings.
Democrats have openly complained about her and Sanders. They believe their supporters are causing disruption to the party. Some of the supporters on social media could be trolls online from the GRU.

The last two days were devastating for an Ohio family.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Clark County Boys and FBI are investigating the death of a Dayton, Ohio woman who was found inside a state park's lake.
LaTricia Bass-Jefferies was reported missing for several days was recovered from the lake at Buck Creek State Park on Friday.
The Clark County Bag 'Em Ups are investigating the cause and matter of the death.
The OSP is investigating the accident as a traffic crash.
Evidence is still being collected. They have no signs of foul play as of yet.
The junk food media had speculated the disappearance would lead to a death. LaTricia was a former Dayton Public School employee who drove a friend to Springfield to drop her off.
The woman who was dropped off said she looked stressed.
"She seemed stressed out to me," Natalie Driscoll said. "That was our first time hanging out just me and her. I date her cousin, so anytime we are together it's always at a family gathering or something."
After Bass-Jeffries dropped her off, Driscoll tried to call and text her to make sure she was okay, she said.
"When I did, the phone just rang and rang and no one answered and she didn't respond to my text messages," Driscoll said. "I didn't think anything about it … she had plans to go to a male friend's house in Dayton. I thought maybe she just got caught up with that." Driscoll said she knew something was wrong when Bass-Jefferies' sister called her on Tuesday, asking if she had heard from her.
Since then, Driscoll described the search for her friend as a "living nightmare."
The vehicle was found near the lake and two days later they found LaTricia's body in the lake.
On Thursday, the 2002 gray Toyota Bass-Jefferies had been driving was pulled from Buck Creek. The car belongs to her estranged husband. "[Buck Creek] is 20 minutes from my house. I live right by the highway, if she was going to turn around and go right back to Dayton, I don't see how she could have gotten out here," Driscoll said. "I've lived here my whole life, and I didn't know this (the part of the park where the car was found) was here. I don't even know why she would have been down here by the loading dock."
Tuesday, her husband reported Bass-Jefferies missing after she had not been seen since Jan. 18, a Saturday, when she was reported to have taken another woman to Springfield, records show.
"The assigned detective examined the information available in this case, and spoke with family and other persons close to Mrs. Bass-Jefferies," Lt. Hall said.
"This initial information revealed that this situation is not consistent with Mrs. Bass-Jefferies’ normal routine."
Hall said the information investigators were able to gather led them to Buck Creek State Park.

They were key players in a scandal that forced Marie Yovanovitch out as ambassador to Ukraine.
Parnas implicated that Trump, Giuliani, Solomon, Hannity, Vice President Mike Pence, Attorney General William Barr, Intrim White House chief advisor Mick Mulvaney, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), former Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA), former Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX), Mike Huckabee and Roger Stone were involved in trying to tain Biden.
Sean "Softball" Hannity went on normally. Fox News ran the impeachment trail at the bottom with no sound.

In this fucking town of Mont Belvieu, Texas, the community agreed with the district and pleaded with board members to not make an exception with the rules.The majority didn't buy the reason for why Deandre was suspended from school in the first place.
"We're here for Deandre, but it's more than that," said Sandy Arnold, Deandre's mother. "This is about all the other Deandres that could come through Barbers Hill.

Earlier this month, Kettering Police reported a scavenger found a woman's body inside a dumpster. It was apparently buried inside a refrigerator piled under debris and trash bags. The predator stabbed the woman numerous times before disposing of the body.
The predator was apparently the woman's boyfriend. The 24-year old, Sierra Woodfork was dating a 37-year old man who was allegedly abusive towards her. The family heard stories about her being afraid to leave him.
In some of their social media profiles, they have shown "love" for one another.

The predator confessed that he stabbed Sierra after an altercation. He grabbed her body and stuffed it in a closet. After a few days, the body started to go through the stages of death. Once her lifeless body developed an oder, he tossed her body in a refrigerator. Then he started to clean up the blood stains and toss his clothes into the dumpster. He would start noticing that smell had gotten worse.
He wrapped her body with two scarfs, placed her boots on her feet, grabbed two phone charger cords and a secured a blanket over the corpse.
So he carried the refrigerator downstairs with help. That person could face charges if there's confirmation he got help to dispose the body. Then the refrigerator was tossed into the dumpster.
He hinted he had help on social media.
He grabbed a handful of trash bags and tossed it over the device and shut the dumpster closed.
A 24-year old woman loses her life to domestic violence.
If it wasn't for the scavenger, the body would have been found in a landfill and the predator would have been out of the city.
The Montgomery County boys found a knife, cleaning materials and other evidence in the trash.
He was arrested at the men's shelter in Dayton, Ohio.
The predator was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, three counts of tampering with evidence and a single count of gross abuse of a corpse. Besides the DEATH card, if he takes a plea deal, he is assured 18 to LIFE with no graduation from the iron college.
The predator even wrote a book chronicling his mental illness. He even tried in entertainment as a local rapper.
There is no excuse for what he done. He took away a someone who enjoyed her life.

Atatiana Jefferson's mother died a few weeks ago from heart failure. Atatiana was killed by a dirty Fort Worth cop who shot her dead through a window.
Wow, this is devastating to hear. Now the mother of a woman who was killed by a dirty cop passed away on January 10th.
This is heartbreaking news for those who followed the story of a Fort Worth woman being shot and killed by a cop inside her own home. She was playing video games with her nephew when two cops were called to do a welfare check. The dirty cop on his body cam shot through a window killing her instantly. He is facing murder charges that could put him in the iron college for LIFE.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Atatiana's adopted father Marquis Jefferson died in November just weeks after her death. He was buried in Dallas next to her.
Family members were shocked that her parents had died so suddenly. Some believe they died of a broken heart.
The dirty cop resigned shortly after the incident in preparation of being fired out the cannon. He joined Fort Worth Police in April 2016. He was immediately charged with murder.

Well folks in Massachusetts are warning folks against this "dangerous" viral trend where teens are deliberately placing pennies behind iPhone charges and scorching classrooms.
According to a teacher, two students plugged phone charges into outlets and dropped a penny between the charge and the outlet, resulting in sparks and smoke.
"It's almost like an explosion. The electricity propels the charger and the coin -- the coin is molten metal at this point -- outwards," said Plymouth Fire Chief Edward Bradley to the junk food media.

The fire chief added, "It doesn't take much to be electrocuted fatally. Just by an outlet in a wall socket."
The penny melted inside the charger. Someone attempted to place a penny inside the charger.
The outlet sets on fire briefly because the metal of the penny disrupts the electrical current surging from the socket, causing a spark.
The prank could cause thousands of dollars in damage.
Those involved could face criminal charges for vandalism and arson if they attempt to do this "viral challenge" at a public place or private facility.
"We have had two incidents in Massachusetts that we are aware of: one in Holden where a concern mother sent a photo of a scorched outlet and one at a Westford High School, which the Department of Fire Services investigated," the state fire marshal wrote.

One person was killed and five were critically injured in the shooting in downtown Seattle, Washington. This happened in the heart of its central business district.
Among the injured was a child and a woman.
No description of the shooter was immediately available from the law.
The terrorist managed to get the drop on folks leaving work or heading to the local McDonald's restaurant nearby. The area is close to Westlake Park and it's a fairly busy shopping district.
The area where the shooting occurred is a busy intersection surrounded by stores and office buildings, and would have been packed with rush hour traffic and pedestrians at the time of the shooting.
Officials urge folks to watch their surroundings and stay away from the downtown area.
The law said that there was a 55-year old woman critically injured, a 9-year old boy seriously injured.
A 35-year old man, a 21-year old man and 34-year old man and another victim were injured with non-lethal injuries.
"We heard what sounded like a bunch of automatic weapon fire -- just 30-40 shots, just, 'Bam-bam-bam-bam-bam!'" said one of the witnesses who gave his name as Win. "We saw people running up the sidewalk towards the McDonald's and hiding around the corner."
A man named Bill told the junk food media, that he was in an office when the gunfire broke out.
"It was sheer panic," he said. "I've never seen anything like this."

As Donald J. Trump returns from an economic forum in Davos, Switzerland, he comes back to the United States still an impeached president. The U.S. Senate is currently holding a trial and the Republican controlled leaders have voted down key elements that could make this a partisan specticule.

The four Senators who are still running for president will have to leave the campaign trial. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) will be with the 96 other senators sitting uncomfortably in their seats while the trial is going on.

Las Vegas police said three people were injured in a shooting Tuesday night at the Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip.

Three people were injured in the shooting, police said, in what appeared to be an isolated incident. Police on scene said there didn't appear to be any further threat to the public.
The incident started inside the mall with an altercation, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Capt. Dori Koren said, but details of what led up to the shooting were still being investigated.
"I had just got done helping a customer and heard something loud but I thought someone had just dropped a board," said Luis Cazares, who was working at a store in the mall at the time of the shooting.
He said he and his coworkers grabbed customers in the store and brought them to the back. "After that, I heard another one go off and then everybody just starts running and screaming."
After she heard the second shot, mall employee Celora Currie said she saw people running.
"If they’re running from something, I should be running, too," she said.
The mall was evacuated shortly after. Both Currie and Cazares said they'll be nervous to work their next shift.
Capt. Koren said the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
"People come there to like have fun and shop without being terrified of being shot," Cazares said.
Police said they were still looking for the terrorist or terrorists involved but said they were no longer at the mall.
"We believe in relentless follow-up, so we will make sure every single detail is looked upon and investigate this to ensure that it does not happen again," Capt. Koren said on scene.
