What Happened To John Livingston?

Harnett County shooting
Father of three was gunned down by the law. He was mistaken for someone else.

Once again if it wasn't for DeRay McKesson, Shaun White and Bree Newsome, you wouldn't hear the story about John Livingston.

The law placed two officers on ice after they used deadly force on a father of three after they claimed he resisted arrest and reached for the Taser.

The law called John called a "suspect" by the Sheriff's Office on Sunday, was "deceased at scene" following a confrontation with two sheriff's deputies, a new release from the department said Monday.

Authorities said John tried to grab a Taser from a deputy, according to reports cited by The Associated Press. Witnesses also said in published reports that deputies used pepper spray and a Taser on John before shooting him multiple times.

"He wasn't no suspect," said Libby Lovings, who identified herself as John's mother-in-law.

Although never married to John, her daughter, Jessika Cardwell, is the mother of his three children.

"I was in sick shock yesterday," Lovings said Monday.

She and Cardwell said the lawmen were looking for another man when, about 3:40 a.m., they approached the residence at the intersection of Stage Road and West Everett Street.

"They did not have the right person," said a neighbor, who did not want to be identified. "It should have stopped when they figured the person they were looking for was not there."

George Thomas, 51, who lives about 25 yards from the house where the shooting took place, said he had been there drinking beer earlier Saturday night before leaving to go to bed at about 2:30 a.m.

"I heard a gun. I heard four shots rapid fire," he said. "Police was looking for somebody else. It won't him. John told them they didn't have no search warrant. John shut the door on the police. By the time he locked the door, they kicked it in.

"They shot the wrong guy for the wrong thing," Thomas said. "Wrong guy. Wrong house. Wrong everything."

The Sheriff's Office said, as part of its standard procedure, the officers involved have been placed on administrative leave. On Monday, the name of only one of the deputies, Nicholas Kehagias, was released. The Sheriff's Office said Kehagias was involved in the shooting incident.

Kehagias, who is assigned to the patrol division, has been employed as a deputy sheriff with Harnett County since July 2013, a news release said.

Typically, a law enforcement source said, a law enforcement agency only releases the name of the officer who actually discharges the weapon.

Nick Kehagias was placed in the freezer pending grand jury decision
The release did not say if Kehagias got freezer burn.

Harnett County Sheriff Larry Rollins could not be reached for comment.

Maj. Jeff Huber, a spokesman for the Harnett County Sheriff's Office, declined to answer questions posed by email. "The investigation is being handled by the SBI," Huber said in his reply. "Any questions should be directed to them."

SBI spokesman Shannon O'Toole said the agency could not answer any additional questions on the case. The State Bureau of Investigation, O'Toole said, should complete the probe "within a week or less."

Livingston, Lovings said, had been living in the mobile home where he was shot about three months.

"John was more of a visitor," the anonymous neighbor said.

The neighbor said he heard "like four gunshots" early Sunday morning. He said, from what he has learned, John was shot in the mouth and three times in the chest, although those details have not been confirmed by authorities.

"We heard it. Everybody heard it," said a woman who lives with the neighbor.

Lovings and Cardwell spoke from the small front deck of Lovings' mobile home, no more than a quarter-mile from the weathered brown trailer where Livingston had been living. It's a desolate area of the county, where the pot-holed roads are nothing but sand and some of the neighborhood mobile homes are abandoned, burned and even gutted.

Lovings said deputies with the Harnett County Sheriff's Office had visited her later Sunday morning.

She said they offered no apology for what transpired.

"They just said there was an altercation between John Livingston and the Harnett County sheriff's (deputies)," Lovings said. "They didn't provide any details. Just said there was an altercation and that

John Livingston was no longer with us. And I think he probably got a little mouthy.
The moment happens after this.
"Do you really need to use all that kind of force?" she asked rhetorically. "They supposedly dragged him out by the beard, started beating him, then pepper sprayed him and used a Taser gun on him, and then shot him."

Lovings said the family "definitely" wants to speak to an attorney in hopes of pursuing "some kind of justice."

John, who was originally from Beckley, West Virginia, worked as a carpenter and framer.

Cardwell, who is 33, said she first met him when she was 16. "We were together a long time," she said.

He also leaves behind three children: John III, 14; Kandis, 11; and Cameron, 8.

"He was the greatest father you could imagine," Cardwell said, becoming emotional at the thought.

"So kind-hearted. All the kids around here loved him. John had the best personality. Where he went, he would light up the party."

World News Today send our condolences to the family of John Livingston.

Cruz: Say That S**t To My Face, Barack Obama!

Obama's comments about "popping off" riled up the Texas senator.

The human soapbox of right wing insanity responds back to President Barack Obama.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was a tad bit annoyed by the president's remarks. The president basically put the Republicans on blast. He said that promoting religious tests is unpatriotic and un-American.

The president was annoyed with Republicans "popping off" about how he's not taking the threat seriously.

The president has pretty much taken the threat seriously. He's just not juggling balls and throwing pies at the terrorists. The president has said that the campaign against the Islamic State will take some time. He said that he doesn't want to put ground troops into Syria provoking another war in the Middle East. He said that the threats are here but Americans must be vigilant.
Don't come at me about how I handle things.
It would be nice to hear a real strategy to take on the threat without having all the "themes" and "bluster".

Well the Republicans candidates aren't having it. They want to use the Paris attacks as a political football to push a hateful agenda against Muslims, refugees and immigrants.

Cruz, who is running for the Republican nomination is a turd flipper. The Texas sentator (who I refer to as a Stallmigo) boldly calls the president "lawless" and vows to oppose everything that is promoted by him and the Republican controlled Congress.

When asked about the president's comments Cruz basically said that Obama should say it to his face.

"Come back and insult me to my face," said Cruz.

"I prefer it in the United States and not overseas, where you’re making the insults," Cruz said of the unlikely debate. "It's easy to toss a cheap insult when no one can respond."

Cruz believed that the president's actions to allow 10,000 Syrian refugees is a disaster.

Cruz is responsible for the government shutdown of 2013. Many Republicans are tired of him. They believe he showboats and offers no real ideas. He's one of the least accomplished lawmakers running for president. The other ones include: Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).

All four them have no record of accomplishment. They are well established lawmakers.

Any proposals that were made by these lawmakers often are rejected before reaching the senate floor.

Let's be honest, Republicans are not capable of governing.

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant wants Republicans to win the White House.

They believe that the Republican Party and their conservative allies are stupid. They figure that a Republican president will bankrupt the United States trying to fight them.

The Islamic State believes that Republicans and the conservatives and their obsessions with cutting government and Islamophobia, will inspire recruits. They vow attacks against the country. They want to go after places Americans often neglect as "soft targets".

Republicans have no room to talk. Under a Republican president and a Republican Congress, we had the worst attack on our country on September 11, 2001. Republicans like to flex their muscle in the fight against terrorism. But the only muscles being flexed around are their tongues. And believe me, I rather have a calm leader like President Barack Obama over a bunch of irrational shit throwing morons like Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Chris Christie and Jeb Bush.

Obama: Quit Promoting The Terrorists!

President Barack Obama hits back at the Republicans for armchair bitching.

The Republican Party is now turning the Paris attacks into a political football. They were quickly blaming President Barack Obama for the attacks. They cite the president's interview on ABC saying that the Islamic State is "contained" as a reason. They conclude that the president is "weak" on terrorism.

Under Obama's watch there hasn't been a major terrorist attack in the United States. There were more mass shootings under the president's watch.

Now Republican governors and lawmakers are pushing agendas to prevent refugees from entering the United States. They are giving the Islamic State a reason to attack the country.

One Texas Republican state lawmaker said that having refugees here will grant them access to firearms. He cites his own state as being a reason. The Republican involuntarily said access to firearms is too damn easy.

The Republican rhetoric is the best recruitment for the terrorists.

The Islamic State believes that Western societies are destroying their lands. France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States are often in cited as enemies of the extremist group.

The Islamic State was once the al Qaeda of Iraq. They broke away from the group after Osama bin Laden was killed in May 2011. They have gained popularity through the Syrian civil war.

Now the Islamic State has gain ground in Iraq. Conservatives claim that the president's decision to leave the Iraqi War led to the Islamic State growing in power.

Obama gets really annoyed by the armchair generals. He admits that the Paris attacks were a setback to the progress made in the fight against the extremist group. But said that throwing American troops into the Syrian Civil War is a risky move.

Obama warned Republicans that panicking and pushing hateful agendas is fueling the Islamic State recruitment.

While in the Philippines, the president spoke about taking on global terrorism, China's influence in the region and how he's dealing with Congress.

He said that the anti-refugee rhetoric and fear mongering needs to stop.

"Apparently they're scared of widows and orphans coming into the United States of America," Obama said.

Mocking GOP leaders for thinking they're tough, Obama said overblown rhetoric from Republicans could be a potent recruitment tool for the Islamic State group. He insisted the U.S. process for screening refugees for possible entry into the U.S. is rigorous and said the U.S. doesn't make good decisions "based on hysteria" or exaggerated risk.

"We are not well served when in response to a terrorist attack we descend into fear and panic," the president said.

Obama's comments during a meeting with Philippine President Benigno Aquino marked his harshest condemnation yet of Republicans' response to the Paris attacks blamed on Islamic State that killed 129 people last week. Republicans in Congress and on the 2016 presidential trail have urged an immediate closure of America's borders to Syrian refugees, but the Obama administration has shown no sign of backing off its plans to bring an additional 10,000 Syrians fleeing civil war into the U.S.

Obama took particular ire at a proposal by GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush to admit only Christian Syrians. Bush later clarified he wants to give preference to Christians but not exclude properly vetted Muslims. Still, Obama said the idea of only allowing Christians in amounted to "political posturing" that runs contrary to American values.

In Congress, House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have urged at least a temporary halt in the resettlement of Syrians, while disputing Obama administration claims that the small numbers making their way here so far are being thoroughly investigated. Obama said he's been waiting for a year and a half for lawmakers to take up refugee legislation, questioning why they are now suddenly in a rush.

Defending his administration's screening program, Obama said it takes 18 to 24 months to clear a refugee for entry, following vetting by the U.S. intelligence community and other agencies as well as biometrics.

Although there are indications that one of the IS attackers carried a Syrian passport and may have arrived in France alongside refugees, Germany's top security official has said the passport might have been a fake intended to stoke fears. Still, Obama acknowledged that the U.S. public was concerned about attacks on the homeland, noting that Paris "reminds us of home.

"I understand why Americans have been particularly affected," he said.

al Qaeda and the Islamic State wants a Republican to win the White House. The Islamic State thinks Republicans are stupid. Republican are weak on terrorism. The terrorists believe the Republicans will bankrupt the country trying to fight them.

People's "Sexist White Man" Alive!

David Beckham snags the People's cover.

For the umpteenth time, People Magazine releases its "Sexist Man Alive" issue. Thus proving me and S. Baldwin's point about the magazine's deliberate attempts to ignore men of color.

The now retired English soccer star David Beckham graces its annual cover.

"I never feel that I'm an attractive, sexy person," said Beckham. "I mean I like to wear nice clothes and nice suits and look and feel good, but I don't ever think of myself that way."

Beckham joins the list of many men who graced the "Sexist Man Alive" cover.

And once again People faces a backlash. Because this has been over 20 years since a person of color ever graced that cover for the "Sexist Man Alive."

David is married to reality star/designer/former pop singer Victoria Beckham (nee Adams) and has four children.

Beckham is one of the highest paid soccer players in the United States. He is one of FIFA's best footballers ever.

While we don't hate on the fact that Beckham earned the title of "Sexist Man Alive", you notice that People chooses the candidates selectively.

I mean there hasn't been a man of color on that magazine since Denzel Washington.

Although Idris Elba, Jussie Smollet, Michael B. Jordan, Drake and Ki Hong Lee were in the featured in the list of "Sexist Men". They never graced the cover of People.

The celebrity agitating magazine has often face harsh criticism for this.

Do you believe People Magazine deliberately leaves out people of color in their "Sexist Person Alive" covers?

Bobby Jindal Is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ !

Piyush "Bobby" Jindal bows out the race. Couldn't make it out the bottom!

Now there's 14 candidates in the clown car. It seems like soon to be former governor Piyush "Bobby" Jindal is bowing out. Bobby Jindal, the Louisiana governor will vacate the governor's mansion on a bad note. He's going out with the state in massive disarray.

Jindal is one of the most dullest candidates running in this race. He started a second-tier and ended a second-tier.

"I've come to the realization that this is not my time, I've come here to announce that I am suspending my campaign for President of the United States," he told the right wing network's Bret Beir.

His numbers were dismal even in the face of the minor league debates. Jindal once said that the Republican Party can't be the party of stupid. He ignored his own advice.

Since being governor of Louisiana, he took a hard line conservative stance on issue. He rejected climate change despite Hurricane Gustav and Katrina. He pushed creationism in public schools.

He also pushed executive orders to fulfill his promise to discriminate against same sex couples without facing lawsuits. He even embrace the lunacy of Kim Davis, the controversial Kentucky county clerk who refused to sign off marriage licenses to same sex couples.

He even lost his support of Duck Dynasty. The family decide to embrace Donald Trump.

So who's going to the second stringer debate?

John Kasich and Rand Paul may find a place to the kiddie table.

Now the run-off election will happen in a few days. Republicans are likely to win this race. The Democrats have not thrown much into the race. Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is (D-FL) is facing a backlash of her lack of interest in these races. Democrats believe that she's willing to throw everything away for Hillary Clinton.

The race between the Democratic state lawmaker John Bel Edwards and Republican Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) got a lot nastier. The Paris attacks has become Vitter's last hope for victory. Republicans are hoping to seize on racism and Islamophobia as their path to the governor's mansion.

Bobby Jindal will find a place on radio or television. Matter of fact, he may have a job in Bollywood movies.

He can play the role of an awful governor of a state.

Sheen Doesn't Apologize Giving His Victims HIV!

In 2010, Charlie Sheen found out he had HIV. He had the infamous breakdown during his run on Two and a Half Men. He admits it was an act to disguise the shame of being exposed to the virus.

The highest paid actor in America just confessed to Matt Lauer that he had HIV. Charlie Sheen made a rambling (stuttering) interview to admit to the world he's got the disease and he's being treated for it.

Sheen was high and apparently drunk during the interview. The doctor with Sheen's permission told the junk food media, that he is being treated for the disease and he doesn't have the latent AIDS.

He had admitted that he had unprotected sex while he was being treated for HIV.

He is taking the triple cocktail and admits to having doing it with alcohol.

In the rambling interview, Sheen admits he had HIV since the meltdown that led to his firing on the CBS hit Two and a Half Men. For nearly four years, Sheen knew about it and was ashamed that he had it.

He went through a binge of cocaine, alcohol and prostitutes. He had unprotected sex with a woman who may have had the virus. He admitted that he didn't care. He told his ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller about his situation. They agreed to keep it to themselves.

During the three seasons of Anger Management, rumors were going around about the A-list celebrity having numerous flings with women. They were saying that this actor was doing risky things exposing himself to HIV.

At the time, I didn't give two cares about it. I knew that the only celebrities I could think off, Sheen, Eddie Murphy, and Hugh Grant.

The prostitutes were women and transgender. He knew that the day would come when the world would know.

A former porn star was knocked up by Sheen. She had an abortion and told the junk food media that she now has to be tested constantly.

Sheen also admits that he had unprotected sex with numerous women while being infected with the deadly virus. He admits that a prostitute went through his stuff and found the retro treatment in his bathroom.

Sheen admits that he was being exploited by tabloids.

He said that he's been with his family.

Now the social media is buzzing about the controversy. This may be the biggest bombshell in the entertainment industry.

Sheen may face some lawsuits and criminal misconduct charges. He admits that he will face his maker in the wake of his tragedy. He also said that he's been struggling to get back into acting since having HIV. Sheen admits he's battled depression during this period.

Sheen says that he will now "take the high road" to discuss his road to recovery.

No word of comment from producer Chuck Lorrie, former co-stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones (from Two and a Half Men) or Shawnee Smith (of Anger Management).

Obama: A Lot Of Big Talk From A Whole Lot Of Little Men!

I've heard that Republican governors want to block access to refugees because of the Paris attacks.

They believe that the federal government will not do proper vetting of those seeking refuge from the civil war in Syria.

They claim that terrorists could infiltrate fleeing refugees seeking asylum. The president said that the United States is willing to accept 10,000 Syrians to seek asylum.

The president gets annoyed by the quarterbacking from his critics. The Republicans once again blame the president for the Paris attacks. They believe that he's not taking the threat of terrorism seriously.

He won't even say the "radical Islam". It's the new phrase used in the word vomit drinking game.

The Republicans and their conservative agitators offer no real solution on how to combat terrorism.

The only answer to the problem, attack President Barack Obama and his allies for not saying "radical Islam" and not recognizing the threat.

When Republicans can prove they're tough on terrorism, come and see me!
President Barack Obama said that critics love "pop off" with their opinions about the U.S. campaign against the Islamic State without offering real ideas to combat the threat.

He says they should present a specific plan. And if his critics think their advisers are smarter than Obama's, the president says, "I want to meet them."

Obama says his sole interest is in keeping the American people safe. He says he's not interested in doing what works politically or will make him or America look tough.

Some Republican presidential candidates have called on Obama to send U.S. ground troops into Syria. Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz have said that any U.S. assistance to Middle Eastern refugees should focus primarily on Christians fleeing persecution.

Ben Carson recently said he had information on China's involvement in Syria. Obama officials said they had no evidence of that. Carson expressed surprise that "my sources are better than theirs."

Now clearly, Republicans have no room to talk. The worst disaster to happen on American soil happened under a Republican president.

Mind you that Republicans now taken this nationalist stance against immigrants. They seriously ignore the principles of America being a "welcoming place". Donald Trump believes that we should eliminate Islamic mosques in the United States. Carson claims that "radical Islam" is the new Nazis. Cruz wants to say that Obama throws Israel and Christians under the bus.

These clowns are scared of the Muslims.

Most Muslims condemn this senseless violence.

A repetitive pattern of the Republicans and their conservative allies.

When Black Lives Matter, All Lives Matter.

When the Black community demands police reform and body cameras, Republicans claim that they're not focused on Black-on-whatever crime. They claim that protesting against injustice is liberal indoctrination and professional race-baiters. The Republicans believe that Black Lives Matter embraces cop killing.

When you talk about comprehensive immigration reform, they call it amnesty. They don't want to grant hardworking immigrants the opportunity to be American citizens. In their minds, if they pass this monumental Civil Rights bill, the Democrats get the credit.

Republicans are just as radical as the terrorists. They want to meddle in the lives of women by cutting funds to Planned Parenthood.

They want to eliminate birthright citizenship. They want to put undocumented immigrants into federal time out. They want to pass this Kate Steinle law to punish small time undocumented criminals.
A lot of smoke but no fire.
They want to repeal Obamacare despite the Supreme Court ruling it constitutional.

They want to repeal Dodd-Frank and let the financial market crash again.

They want to build a huge border fence on the U.S.-Mexican border ignoring the U.S.-Canadian border being loose.

They want to let the TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline flow through the Midwest with dirty tar sand oil they'll export to East Asia.

They want to pass religious freedom laws that discriminate against Muslims, the LGBT community non-Christian residents.

Gun crime happens everyday in the United States. They can't figure out what is the worst event to exploit. When the victim's families call for gun control and more accountability towards gun ownership, Republicans stand in the way with ridiculous hypotheticals. They will says that the victim's families are exploiting their member's death for a gun grab.

They continue to cry about the the junk food media being liberal despite being Republican candidates getting more attention than the Democrats.

The Republican Party fucking sucks. They make stupid look smart.
