The Law Leaks In Tamir Rice Case!

The Cuyahoga County prosecutor is taking evidence from "experts" who believe the law's account of the fatal shooting of 12-year old Tamir Rice.

I am amazed that the law would be so willing to do a document dump in this high profile shooting.

As I check the wires, I hear that the officer who fatally shot Tamir Rice in November 2014 may walk a free man.

Timothy Loehmann became a focal point of a state investigation. The rookie officer aided by his partner Frank Garmback arrived on a call that a man was waving a gun around.

The dispatcher received a call from a man saying that there's a man in his "20s" pointing a gun at people at a community center, he said that it probably "looks fake". The dispatcher failed to tell the officers that about the possibility of the gun being "fake".

So as the officers arrive on scene within a few seconds, Loehmann would fatally shoot Tamir.

Tamir would die of his injuries the next day. This would put Loehmann and Garmback on ice pending a grand jury indictment. It also launched a federal probe into the Cleveland Police.
The moment when those idiots pulled up and fired on Tamir.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said a grand jury will decide whether Officer Timothy Loehmann and his partner, Frank Garmback, will face charges.

The two reports, as well as a third one by the Highway Patrol, were posted on the prosecutor's website Saturday night.

"These cases are, by their very nature, different than other matters that come to our office," McGinty said in a written statement. "They demand a higher level of public scrutiny as well as a careful evaluation of the officer's conduct and whether, under law, those actions were reasonable under the circumstances."

S. Lamar Sims, the senior chief deputy district attorney in Denver, wrote one of the reports and concludes Loehmann's decision to shoot Rice as he approached the officers was "objectively reasonable"

"There can be no doubt that Rice's death was tragic and, indeed, when one considers his age, heartbreaking," Sims writes in his report. "However, for all of the reasons discussed herein, I conclude that Officer Loehmann's belief that Rice posed a threat of serious physical harm or death was objectively reasonable as was his response to that perceived threat."

The family of Tamir slammed this. They said that these "experts" are trying to justify a reckless call by an officer who is unfit to wear the uniform.
Loehmann is on ice pending a grand jury decision.
"Any presentation to a grand jury -- without the prosecutor advocating for Tamir -- is a charade," Chandra said. "To get so-called experts to assist in the whitewash -- when the world has the video of what happened -- is all the more alarming."

Chandra criticized the experts as "pro-police" and said it was obvious from the video that the officers never assessed the situation.

"Reasonable jurors could find that conduct unreasonable," he said, adding that the family believes the prosecutor "is working diligently to ensure that there is no indictment.

Matter of fact, the leak of information is a deliberate attempt to bias the case.

For you see, concern troll are already blaming the victim for his own death. They don't see that the state of Ohio is an open carry state. Anyone over the age of 18 is allowed to carry in public.

The person who called dispatch saw a 5'7" man in reality he was a 12 year old boy.

The concern troll says stuff like this.

It's very easy to talk tough and say that yall would not have done what the police officer did, when yall have never been in that situation. Gun call in a park: the first thing you're thinking is "someone is about to become an active shooter in a densely populated area". The responses and actions all stem from there. Sure, we have open carry laws, and officers should have common sense. But in a tense situation, sometimes the price of inaction is innocent lives. I just want to remind everyone that we were not there, and we do not know that officers state of mind. Secondly, we do not know, in any way, how this affected that officer. Like any good man, im sure shooting a child broke him. My only concern is, who let the child play in the park unsupervised, with a gun that was missing it's safety identifiers? Air soft guns should have specific markings (like a bright orange tip) to show cops that they are fake

So you would have shot him within two seconds of walking on the scene? And that officer already had already been found unfit to serve in another force.

Honestly, I don't see how you could watch that video and not cry.

I don't know what I would have done, I'm not a police officer, and I haven't seen, felt, or experience what they have. That's the point. No one knows how they would act in that situation, until they are actually in that situation.

Did you not watch the video? The cops didn't even see the weapon before gunning him down. And I honestly couldn't give two shits about what the cops feel because if they even tried to do their job right, this could have easily been avoided. Just a mininum amount of effort would have made a difference. There was nothing populated about that area. He was alone when the cops got to him. Unless they are vision impaired I am pretty sure they would have noticed that. Not to mention regardless of how tense the situation was, it still doesn't make sense to pull up within 2 feet of an armed suspect. Trained officers know how completely reckless that was, and there was no need to be that reckless.

Eiden Babaoghli You're wrong. A cop is supposed to know EXACTLY how to handle that situation. That is what they are (supposedly) trained for!! This wasn't a surprise attack--nobody's life was in immediate danger. They had several other options of handling this--options they should have been trained for. And if you doubt they were absolutely in the wrong, remember that before the video surfaced the police department lied their faces off and stated that the officers told the suspect 'three times' to put down the weapon. Why did they lie? Because there are actually rules for how police are supposed to behave and the cops all know it. This boy was murdered, and nobody has to be a cop to know that.

Mark are you kidding me right now? The fact that you could make such an insensitive comment shows how little you care about his life.

It doesn't matter to you that he shot him within 2 seconds of arriving. It doesn't matter to you that he clearly didn't follow policy in a time where mass shooters are taken alive. It also doesn't matter to you that a white man can walk into an airport illegally with a gun and have nothing happen to him. What matters is that kid had a toy gun.

It just really shows what society values.

Mark Finley I'm starting to think you're just a troll. Mainly because I don't understand how anybody could think like you do. The cop didn't follow any sort of procedure and murdered a 12 year old within 2 seconds of pulling up and you think that's ok? Kids who play with toy guns deserve to be gunned down??? Yah, GTFO.

Kids who play with things that look like real guns have a much better chance of getting gunned down than kids that don't. That's a fact. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Mark it matters to you that he has a toy gun, but it doesn't matter to you when a man has a real gun?

Either you're a troll or a racist. Honestly, I'd prefer it if you were a troll...

Eiden police officers have a policy to follow on how to handle these cases. In a word where mass shooters are taken alive, there is no excuse. He didn't give him time to surrender or anything. After all, he was found unfit to serve on a different job. http://www.nbcnews.com/.../officer-who-killed-tamir-rice...

I didn't say anything about race. Race doesn't matter here. It's not safe to wave a gun around a public place, for this exact reason. He wouldn't be dead if he didn't think it was cool to have a gun. Guns are not toys, and shouldn't be treated like they are. I do t know any responsible gun owners that would act like he did, and if they did, they might share the same fate

Maybe this gas been said, but I missed it. Where the hell did he get the gun, and did his parents know he was waving it around at a park? If so, why didn't they stop him, and if not, WHY NOT?

So if I understand you, Mark, because he was "waving" a bb gun around in a park AND with no evidence, conclude his parents didn't care, he deserved to be shot? Let me help you out here: Don't reproduce and delete your account. You're simply not smart enough to be waving your brain around like this.

Brilliant reply Amy. Really got to the heart of the matter. Here's what it boils down to. Negligent, stupid parents, gun culture with young kids, and a kid without enough common sense to not play with a real looking gun in a public park

Will your delusion ever end, or are you satisfied with SOMEBODY black that you can say something bad about? Please continue, as you literally have NOTHING ELSE to offer.

The U.S. Justice Department found that the Cleveland Police is inept. This incident adds to the list of many events in which Cleveland Police had failed their community. The fatal shootings of two fleeing suspects, Anthony Sowell, and Ariel Castro gave the police a bad name.

See this type of stuff makes me mad.

Paul Prudhomme Passed Away!

The soul of New Orleans Cajun cuisine passed away Thursday.

The Cajun King has passed away today according to CNN.

Louisiana Chef Paul Prudhomme, credited with helping popularize Cajun and Creole cuisine, died Thursday, according to K-Paul's, the New Orleans restaurant he owned.

Prudhomme, who was 75, died in New Orleans after a brief illness, the restaurant said.

"Paul was the one who not only put Louisiana food, our food, Cajun and Creole food, on the map, but he was also the one who started the American food revolution that flourishes today," Poppy Tooker, host of the "Louisiana Eats!" radio show, told CNN.

His 1975 appointment as executive chef at the upscale New Orleans restaurant Commander's Palace helped break the assumption that a fine-dining restaurant had to have a French chef, Tooker said.

His upbringing as one of 13 children born to Louisiana sharecroppers also helped shape an approach to cooking that favored fresh, local ingredients and grew into the wildly popular farm-to-table movement of recent years, Tooker said.

Prudhomme was one of the nation's first celebrity chefs, and his restaurants attracted huge crowds and widespread acclaim. He hosted several cooking shows and authored nine cookbooks, some of them bestsellers.

His recipe for blackened redfish, first served at K-Paul's, became so popular state fisheries officials had to impose limits to save the species from overfishing, Tooker said. He also created and marketed a successful line of seasonings sold in groceries nationwide.

New Orleans Times-Picayune food editor Judy Walker called Prudhomme a "legend" who "changed New Orleans food forever."

Commander's Palace, the well-regarded New Orleans restaurant where Prudhomme was executive chef before opening K-Paul's in 1979, tweeted that its staff was saddened by the news.

"He was well loved," the restaurant said.

Paul Prudhomme made New Orleans cuisine so freaking good. World News Today send our condolences to the family of Paul Prudhomme.

Million Man March: 20 Years Later!

The Million Man March turns 20. The Nation of Islam's Honorable Louis Farrakhan and many speakers appear at the National Mall to discuss the issues facing Black America.

The Million Man March returns to Washington. This will celebrate 20 years since the first march upon the National Mall.

Justice or Else: The 20th Anniversary of the Million Man March: Justice or Else, sometimes abridged as Justice or Else or stylized as Justice or Else!, is a movement and a march in Washington D.C. that is part of the Black Lives Matter activist movement. Louis Farrakhan announced his "Justice or Else" event commemorates the 20th anniversary of the October 16, 1995 Million Man March.

Minister Louis Farrakhan will headline the event. It will outline a lot of things. One in particular is the Black male inside out. I managed to hear the speech and I strongly agree with the premise of the minister.

One thing that caught me was the instructions. His instructions are basically keep fighting for justice and ignore the noise. The noise (i.e. that annoying conservative agitator, David Clarke, Jr., O'Loofus and that network) will take his speech out of context and make it seem like he's calling for the death of White America. He doesn't call for any death of human beings. He said that arrogant America will be condemned by God. He said that the rich will continue to push the poor into fighting one another.

He said that Black men should keep BITCH out of their mouths.

He said that Black men should learn that killing one another doesn't bring strength. It brings weakness and it's a plan.

He slammed former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson for being a part of the system of corrupt lawmen who take joy in the pain and sorrow of Black America.

I wish I would have went tot the March. I would love to find my place in the world.

A State Of Emergency In The Nation Of Cosby!

Over 50 women came forward. Cosby still denies sexually assault them.

So over 50 women accused the entertainer of sexual misconduct.

There was an explosive interview on Dateline. There were over 27 women who sat with Kate Snow to tell the nation that Dr. William H. Cosby, Jr. is a nasty pervert.

Bill Cosby, the famous comedian and America's day seen his legacy collapse before his eyes.

The guy who told Black men to pull his pants up is caught with his pants down. And now he's facing an embarrassing moment in which all the women who idolized him now scorning him.

He would groom actresses and model at his private home. He would engage in conversation with the women and give them a drink. The drink would have a funny taste in it. After eight hours, you're in his bedroom with no clothes and a satisfied comedian.

When you threaten to tell the law on him, he would cut a $$$$$$$$ check.

I mean he's worth $430 million. From his sitcoms, movies, animations, books, endorsements, and comedy albums, he made millions.

A defamation lawsuit brought against Bill Cosby by three women who say he sexually abused them decades ago can move forward, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled Friday, delivering a legal blow to the comedian as he attempts to defend himself against accusations of sexual assault by dozens of women.

Over a two dozen women went to NBC to share their horrific experience with America's dad.
The women claim in their lawsuit that Cosby's representatives damaged their reputations by denying their allegations in sometimes disparaging language. Cosby's lawyers had asked the judge to dismiss their suit, arguing that the remarks were personal opinions protected by the First Amendment and legal declarations made in his defense.

But in his ruling Friday, U.S. District Court Judge Mark Mastroianni rejected Cosby's bid to dismiss the case before it ever goes to a jury.

The women — Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz — have accused Cosby of drugging them and then having unwanted sexual contact with them.

The comments they claim were defamatory range from statements dismissing their accusations as "ridiculous claims" and "absurd fabrication" to longer remarks that sought to discredit the accusers.
Keisha Knight-Pulliam can't defend Bill no more. She sits with celebrity agitator Wendy Williams to discuss the accusations.
"As the old saying goes, 'consider the source," ended one statement that touched on Traitz's criminal and prison record.

In his ruling, Mastroianni rejects Cosby's argument that the statements were legal declarations made in self-defense.

"The court recognizes that some jurisdictions do apply a version of the conditional self-defense privilege, which allows individuals, in certain circumstances, to publish defamatory responsive statements necessary to defend their reputation. However ... such a privilege does not permit a defendant to knowingly publish false statements of fact," the judge wrote in his 38-page ruling.
Malcolm Jamal-Warner said he can't defend Bill.
Telephone messages left for four attorneys who represent Cosby in the Massachusetts lawsuit were not immediately returned. Cosby has a house in Shelburne Falls, in western Massachusetts.

"As we'd expected and hoped, the judge rejected every one of Mr. Cosby's attempts to throw the case out of court and allowed the case to proceed," said Joseph Cammarata, an attorney who represents the three women.

"We will take Mr. Cosby's deposition at the earliest possible moment. My clients look forward to moving the case forward and to restoring their good names and reputations."

"Dateline NBC" aired a special Friday night in which 29 Cosby accusers were interviewed together about their allegations. Cosby has never been charged with a crime and he has denied the allegations.

Cosby was deposed Friday in a Los Angeles case against him. Lawyer Gloria Allred, the defendant's lawyer in that case, said she would speak on the deposition Saturday in Boston. A third lawsuit in also pending in Los Angeles.

Court documents unsealed in July show Cosby admitting in 2005 to carrying on extramarital relationships with several women, including some who accuse him of sexual assault. The testimony added to the unsavory details that have all but wrecked his nice-guy reputation as TV's Dr. Cliff Huxtable and made a mockery of his preaching about decency and personal responsibility.

Raven-Symoné: I Wouldn't Hire Any Black Sounding Names!

Raven-Symoné is a certified nut job. She says that if she wouldn't hire any Black sounding names. Yet, her name is!

The View co-host is a very eccentric woman. The entertainer gave up the squeaky clean Cosby, Disney kid image and came out a raging lesbian and celebrity agitator. She's a kush rolling, Marlboro Light smoking, multi-hair dying, nutjob who fell off the wagon.

Since the Cheetah Girls broke up, Raven went wild. She had a secret pregnancy. She got involved with bisexual model/actress AzMarie Livingston and running her mouth like she's a genius of Black culture.

Raven-Symoné Pearlman joined The View in Spring 2015 along with Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Bahar, ABC's Paula Faris, comedian Michelle Collins, actress/activist Candace Cameron-Bure (of Full House fame).

The ladies debate the latest "HOT TOPICS" and often get a controversial theme going.

Today on Friday's episode of The View, Raven-Symoné does something that's not so Raven.

She pops off about the know-hows to an earning a career. She claims that having "Black names" won't get you hired.

On a segment titled "Are You Judged By Your Name?" the former Cheetah Girl, donning a fire engine-red mohawk, said she wouldn't hire anyone with a "black" sounding name.

“Can we take back 'racist' and say 'discriminatory,' because I think thats a better word,"  she said while laughing. "And I’m very discriminatory against the words like the ones they were saying in those names. I’m not going to hire you if your name is Watermelondrea. That’s just not going to happen. I’m not going to hire you.”

Cue the irony.....What's her name?

I bet you money, that if she wasn't a somewhat successful entertainer, I bet you she wouldn't get a job because she has a "BLACK" sounding name.

I miss them days when she played a "bubblehead" on television and not one in real life.
