Philly Crane Worker May Get Life In The Iron College!
A crane operator who was responsible for a tragedy in Philadelphia is held in jail for involuntary manslaughter.
While all this crap was going on, there was an incident that happened in Philadelphia. There was a horrible building collapse in the city. A demolition crew reckless allowed a portion of a building to fall upon a neighboring Salvation Army building killing five people and injuring dozens.
I didn't have time to fill this in. But today, I will since there was a break in the case.
The operator of the crane was high on the weed when he controlled the crane. The contractor and demolition company was cited for failures in judgement before and yet they still operate.
Well that's until this tragedy happened.
We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences and prayers to those lost in this senseless tragedy.
CNN reports that the man was denied bail for this. If found guilty, this guy will spend the rest of his life in the iron college. That's prison y'all.
The 42-year-old crane operator wanted on involuntary manslaughter and other charges tied to a deadly Philadelphia building collapse turned himself in Saturday, a police spokesman said.
Sean Benschop will be charged with six counts of involuntary manslaughter, 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of "risking a catastrophe," officials said.
Wednesday's building collapse in downtown Philadelphia left six dead and 13 people injured.
Blaming the suspect's "reckless and irresponsible behavior" for the casualties, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter said Saturday that he hopes Benschop faces "the harshest level of charges ... and he is punished accordingly."
Walk of shame for Sean Benschop. Besides the death threats he and his family may get, the prosecutors may give this guy life in the iron college for his reckless endangerment.
Daine Grey, Benschop's attorney, told reporters Saturday that while his client feels "extremely sympathetic and remorseful," he's not guilty of any crime.
"This was an accident, but Mr. Benschop was not responsible," Grey said, in remarks captured by CNN affiliate WPVI. "And we believe that, in time, the facts will show that he is not responsible."'
A judge signed an arrest warrant -- which had been approved by Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams -- on Friday night or Saturday morning, police said.
Benschop should make his first court appearance via closed circuit TV within 12 to 24 hours of his arrest, according to Philadelphia police spokesman Lt. John Stanford. At that point, a judge will determine what the bail amount will be in his case.
The Salvation Army was leveled after a crane worker let a building scaffolding fell on it.
Benschop allegedly was working a crane to tear down a vacant building in downtown Philadelphia when a four-story wall collapsed onto a Salvation Army thrift store, causing an ominous rumble followed by panic on the streets.
Afterward, searchers climbed over shards of wood, concrete and rebar looking for survivors, such as 61-year-old woman pulled alive from the rubble early Thursday.
The first lawsuit was filed that same day, by attorneys for a 54-year-old woman pulled from the rubble by a firefighter.
Benschop, the crane operator, had marijuana and pain medication in his blood after the collapse, a law enforcement source told CNN.
Pennsylvania court records indicate Benschop, who also went by the alias Kary Roberts, has been arrested multiple times in the past two decades. Many of the related charges -- related to alleged firearms violations and theft -- were withdrawn, dismissed or resulted in not guilty verdicts, though he was found guilty in the mid-1990s on drug charges.
A day after publicly apologizing "to the victims and their families" and promising to do everything possible "to find out what went wrong," Nutter pressed Saturday to get answers from two property owners who hired Benschop to operate heavy machinery.
"These three individuals bear the ultimate and sole responsibility for this tragedy," the mayor said.

Edward Snowden: I'm The Leaker!
Junk food media now focuses on man who leaked NSA info to the press.
People in the media are a buzzed about the guy who leaked classified information to the press. The National Security Agency (NSA) is a cryptologic intelligence agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the collection and analysis of foreign communications and foreign signals intelligence, as well as protecting U.S. government communications and information systems, which involves information security and cryptanalysis/cryptography.
The NSA is directed by at least a lieutenant general or vice admiral. NSA is a key component of the U.S. Intelligence Community, which is headed by the Director of National Intelligence. The Central Security Service is a co-located agency created to coordinate intelligence activities and co-operation between NSA and other U.S. military cryptanalysis agencies. The Director of the National Security Agency serves as the Commander of the United States Cyber Command and Chief of the Central Security Service (CIA).
Edward Snowden, an American man who told The Guardian about the NSA's collection of telecommunications.
Snowden was brought up in Elizabeth City, North Carolina; then he moved with his family to Ellicott City, Maryland, where he studied computing at a community college in order to gain the credits necessary to obtain a high school diploma. He later obtained his GED.
In 2003, Snowden enlisted in the United States Army with the hope of eventually joining the Special Forces. He was discharged after breaking both of his legs in a training accident. He then went to work as a security guard for a covert NSA facility at the University of Maryland. After that he went to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he worked on IT security.
In 2007, the CIA stationed him with diplomatic cover in Geneva, Switzerland, where he was responsible for maintaining computer network security. Leaving the CIA in 2009, he worked for a private contractor inside an NSA facility on a United States military base in Japan.
At the time of his departure from the U.S. in May 2013, he had been working for defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton for less than three months, as a system administrator inside of the NSA in Hawaii. He described his life as "very comfortable," living with his girlfriend and earning a salary of "roughly U.S. $200,000."
The Guardian describes Snowden as intensely passionate about the value of privacy; his laptop is adorned with stickers supporting internet freedom organizations including the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and the Tor Project. In the 2008 presidential election, Snowden voted for a third party. He said he "believed in Obama's promises," yet "he continued with the policies of his predecessor."Political donation records indicate that he contributed to the primary campaign of Ron Paul.
Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and his father former Texas congressman Ron Paul advocates kookspiracy theories about the government. If they're elected president, they'll just continue the NSA wiretapping. They scream at the clouds. The United States clandestine services take leaks seriously.
CNN wrote on its news website that Snowden is "running out of cash," with The Guardian's Ewen MacAskill telling CNN that Snowden's "credit card is going to max out pretty quickly" because of the expense of living in a hotel in Hong Kong.
On June 10, The New York Times reported that a senior Hong Kong politician advised Snowden to leave the territory or face extradition to United States.
Okay, the junk food media dissects the guy's political affiliation.
They're calling this guy a "hero" and "traitor" in the same sentence.
Since the Bradley Manning controversy, many young minds inspired by the boombastic rhetoric of Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) (Rand Perot) former politico Ron Paul (Ron Perot) and kookspiracy agitator Alex Jones (Crazy Jones) have driven White men into the matrix of lunacy.
Sure the government is watching. I don't care.
Why would I worry my ass off about the government wiretapping me?
I'm not committing any danger to my country. I don't sell drugs. I don't have thoughts of blowing up a property, a gathering or an elected leader. I don't run around screaming fire in a movie theater. I don't own firearms to inspire a war against my fellow Americans.
This individual and many like him are not really beneficial to the cause.
If I had a job like this guy or Manning, I would respect it.
I guess me being a Black man working at a low level service job isn't so meaningful. I mean a White man who has no education manages to get a contractors job at the CIA. A job that requires absolute secrecy and a possibility of putting yourself in dangerous situations.
The American junk food media (both left and right) can stomp on the American flag and scream at the top of their lungs about the "evils" of President Barack Obama and the Republicans. It's they're lives.
Yeah, I do worry about overreach. But when the economy is improving and the job market seems better than it was four years ago, I am guessing that the junk food media needs to find something else to bitch about.
Seriously, this is why it's best not to worry about this stuff. It's not going to change. Now the NSA, CIA and those in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are going to clamp down hard of social networking and talking to the press without permission.
Yeah, you have the freedom of speech to say, do, or act however you want. But once you enlist in the military, get elected to public office, or work in clandestine services, your freedom of speech is limited.
Your words can put a person's life in danger. This individual did some low level nonsense because of his silly support for that perennial Republican bigot and his son the elected Kentucky senator.
The Pauls are hypocrites anyways. They have no legislative accomplishments. They have no record of success other than winning a seat in Congress. They don't believe in privacy. They don't believe in protecting the rights of others. If there were a President Paul, he would continue the policies of President Barack Obama and his predecessors.

Too Much Exposure!
We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those at Santa Monica College.
We'll cover this as soon as possible.
Okay, Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) is getting too much exposure on television. Over 60 appearance in 2013. Is the junk food media lining up a politico with no record of any accomplishments legislatively to be the next President of The United States?
I realize that the folks over at Loserville are falling into the trap of Crazy Jones and Ron Paul (aka Ron Perot). Their constant bell ringing over these Obama scandals are beneficial to their ratings but will the go too far in their coverage?
I mean putting on Paul isn't helpful to the public. He's a gadfly. He's a member of the extremist wing of the Republican Party.
Most Republican establishment politicos can't stand him, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida). The Republicans fear that the continuous exposure of these guys may ruin their chances in 2016.
President Barack Obama second term agenda is going off the rails, but he'll take Congress down with him.
The president is annoyed with the filibustering from the likes of Paul. Every freaking nominee for federal court, a bureaucracy or legislation is being stalled by Paul,Cruz, Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky, Minority Leader) and Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin).
Okay, it's another GOP Sunday and the news channels are helping Republicans benefit from the scandals.
How many elected Democrats will be on to defend the president?
Why would the Republicans even get this much exposure?
They haven't accomplished nothing.
What's your take on the Rand Paul exposure?
Too much or not enough?

They're F**king Animals Says 911 Operator!
Pretty stupid. A woman gets her walking papers after uttering racial slurs about 911 callers.
If you're a supporter of the conservative movement, then you'll realize that the state of Texas is likely a home for you and your ignorant friends.
April Sims, a 911 operator is in some hot water for some of her comments on the social networking websites. The stupid broad had went into the internet complaining about how Black people are "animals" and how "they have 'shit for brains'" and blames them for wasting time calling 911.
The posts on her page were not available but one of her Facebook friends sent them to a local news station.
One read: "Black people are outrageous! They are more like animals, they never know how to act, just loud Niggers! Always causing problems."
"I can count on one hand the black people I know who don't have [expletive] for brains. I can count on one hand the black people I know who aren't selfish."
The Daily Mail obtained these offensive posts and the city of Dallas are calling for an investigation into her and her fellow staff members.
Another post said: "You want to call 911 cause your boyfriend put his hands on you and you want to press charges when you don't even know his real name?!"
"Sure let's make a police report for Dino, that is his street name."
The broad was terminated for reckless judgement while on social networking websites. This incident also put her former co-workers on egg shells the next time they have a problem with "us Black folk".
The policy prohibits employees from posting items or information that may adversely affect the morale, confidence, and public respect of the department.
She was hired by the department in December.
Dallas City Councilman Dwaine Caraway told WFAA that the incident 'embarrasses not just the department, it embarrasses the city.
"Number one, I am shocked and it saddens me to know that this is going on and still taking place in today's time, especially here in 911."
Blacks are just loud NIGGERS says April Sims.
On her Facebook postings, someone asks her if her page was hacked. She responds by saying she stands by every word.
Also on her page, in response to someone who challenged the remarks, she hinted at some of the difficulties facing 911 operators and callers.
"You should be more worried about the fact that there is often no Spanish speaker on duty. We have to call a 3rd party language line therefore causing those citizens to wait over a minute for emergency assistance."
"All because the city doesn't want to pay employees more speak Spanish. That’s what you should be worried about."
Her page still states that she works as a '911 CALLTAKER at Dallas Police Department'.
I am guessing now that she's gotten international attention, she'll eventually apologize for her comments. She'll say that she was misguided by stereotypes and has friends who are Black. She probably says that she's a fan of Lil' Wayne and Michael Jackson.
Of course, this woman invited herself some death threats from the mentally disturbed. It never fails that for every time you're engaging in this type of behavior and you're a public servant it makes its harder for Black people to trust those in law enforcement.
She made the Dallas Police look extremely bad. Seeing that the police force is trying to clean house after an incident involving some of its officers. Two officers profiled two Black man in his neighborhood.

After watching a surveillance video of two white male police officers slam a black woman’s head into a countertop and yank her to the floor by her hair in the town lockup, the Jasper, Texas, City Council voted unanimously on Monday to fire the men, less than a month after the brief but violent encounter on a Sunday morning in May.
Why is this one not being reported on national news? Black women also suffer police brutality along with Black men and children.
