Tamir Rice was shot within seconds after a white man called the cops claiming he was holding a gun. It was pellet gun, a toy.

The mother of Tamir Rice has called out Tamika Mallory, Patrisse Cullors, Lee Merritt, Benjamin Crump, Shaun King and the Black Lives Matter movement for using her son's death as a money making scheme.

As Mallory made appearance at the Grammy and performed in the Lil Baby set, the activist made remarks that set off the mother of Tamir.

"Look at this clout chaser. Did she lose something in this fight? I don’t think so," she posted on social media, who also criticized civil rights attorney Ben Crump. "That's the problem, they take us for a joke [and] that’s why we never have justice cause of shit like this."

As we are talking about the trial of that former Minneapolis cop who killed George Floyd, the mother of the young boy shot by Cleveland Police in 2014 is warning the public to not circle around activists who use the victims of police violence as a way to booster their pocketbooks.

Samaria Rice went to progressive agitator Clay Cane's show to discuss the controversy surrounding Shaun King and his constantly grifting. The controversial leftist has been exposed numerous times by Black women.

I used to believe this guy had a purpose with Black Lives Matter. I found out that he's been fucking up the movement.

In November 2014, Tamir Rice was playing in a local park in Cleveland, Ohio. A white person called the law on him and accused him of pointing a firearm at people. It was the call that got two Cleveland cops, Frank Garmback and Tim Loehmann in some serious shit.

Garmback is the most infamous of the two. He still remains on the job and got a little more unwanted attention. He got a man fired from his job because he refused to serve him.

Loehman was fired but still able to apply for a position as a cop wherever he goes.

Samaria said that the U.S. Justice Department closed her son's case quietly and she's urging President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to do something about accountability.

She said that Mallory, King, Crump and Merritt are notorious for rushing to the cameras and raising money. Samaria said it's nothing more than "shucking and jiving." She said that the regional Black Lives Matter organizations are being bilked by these figures and BLM Global. She said that they're getting Grammys, movie deals, book deals and public speaking for profit.

She and Lisa Simpson, the mother of Richard Risher, who was killed by LAPD officers in 2017 are very upset that these figures are not fighting on behalf of all families killed by in what Samaria called, "police terror."

"Tamika D. Mallory, Shaun King, Benjamin Crump, Lee Merritt, Patrisse Cullors, Melina Abdullah and the Black Lives Matter Global Network need to step down, stand back, and stop monopolizing and capitalizing on our fight for justice and human rights," the statement read."We never hired them to be the representatives in the fight for justice for our dead loved ones murdered by the police."

Samaria also called out Crump for not knowing the legal standings when he took on the case going against the Cleveland Police and then-Ohio secretary of state turned governor Mike DeWine.

She said she fired him six to eight months into the case. She said that Crump and Merritt are "ambulance chasers" and often refuse to allow families speak for themselves.

The king of grift. Jeffery Shaun King is a white man posing as a Black man. He is a former Bernie Sanders advocate and peddler of false and misleading causes.

I remember last August, Rev. Al Sharpton held his March on Washington to celebrate the day Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke about racial injustice in the United States.

Many families who were asked to appear did not get an opportunity to mention the names of those lost to police and gun violence. I was pretty annoyed by that. I certainly believe that Sharpton's intentions were limited due to the National Park Service restrictions on large gatherings during the pandemic but also it didn't even give an opportunity to those who don't get the high-profile name status like Tamir Rice, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and numerous others we've mentioned on Journal de la Reyna.

White extremist tells a Black family to "Go Back To Africa" after a triade at a New Hampshire gas station.

The white extremist threatened to spray them with gasoline and set them on fire. Now the New Hampshire prosecutors are considering throwing a racial intimidation charge on him as well as threatening with dangerous instruments. The guy also got a hefty fine slapped on him for misuse of property.

So this guy from Seabrook, New Hampshire..... John K. Doran, 62 will be losing his job and possibly losing his freedom because of this.

The incident happened in January 2021. At the peak of the insurrection where thousands of Washed Up 45 supporters destroyed portions of the U.S. Capitol in a seditious attempt to overthrow the election, this white extremist was likely worked up over Joe Biden becoming the president and his idol didn't.

According to the indictments handed up this month by a Rockingham County grand jury, the white extremist lives in Halls Way in Seabrook. He is charged with a Class B level felony, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, a gas pump nozzle.

If convicted, the proposed sentence is 10 to 30 years in prison, a longer term than is customary with Class B felonies, because the county attorney’s office invoked the state's extended term of imprisonment statute due to the alleged racist nature of the incident. 

According to court documents, the alleged crime took place on July 29, 2020, when Doran "purposely, by physical conduct," placed a victim in "fear of imminent bodily injury... by pointing a gas pump nozzle at (the individual) and stating 'back the fuck up NIGGER before I burn the fuck out of you.'" The indictment states the alleged offense was "substantially motivated" by the victim’s race.

The extremist is also charged with simple assault, with an extended term of imprisonment, for allegedly punching another victim in the group, a Class A level misdemeanor, carrying a possible prison sentence of 2 to 5 years. This indictment again states, "offense being substantially motivated by (the victim's) race."

According to Seabrook police Lt. Timothy Mone, the incident took place last July at Valero Gas Station, a beach district station at the corner of routes 1A and 286. It involved the extremist and a group of Springfield, Massachusetts, residents of color.

Police were called to the station after the altercations took place, Mone said. As part of their investigation, Seabrook officers spoke with those involved, as well as uninvolved witnesses. 

Mone said officers could not arrest the extremist at the scene because they did not witness the actual altercation.

According to state RSA 594:10, police can arrest individuals at the scene without a warrant only if situations meet specific criteria, including witnessing the alleged criminal act, the suspect posing a flight risk or presenting an imminent danger to the public, in domestic violence incidents or if police are confident the alleged crime rises to a felony level.

As a result, Mone said, responding officers couldn’t take Doran into custody at the scene without obtaining a warrant first. Instead, Seabrook sent a report on the case directly to the county attorney’s office for review and action, not an uncommon practice for New Hampshire law enforcement agencies.

In this case, prosecutors took Doran’s case directly to the grand jury, which found probable cause to indict him on the felony charges and extended penalties, according to court documents.

New Hampshire’s extended term of imprisonment statute, RSA 651:6, I (f), allows for extended criminal penalties for those “substantially motivated to commit the crime because of hostility towards the victim’s religion, race, creed, sexual orientation, national origin, or sex.”

Doran is scheduled to be arraigned at Rockingham Superior Court on Feb. 19.

According to Rockingham Assistant County Attorney Ryan C. Ollis, Doran is also facing a civil action stemming from the same incident brought forward by the New Hampshire Attorney's Office 

Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young announced Wednesday the initiation of an enforcement action by the Civil Rights Unit against the extremist, citing the violation of the New Hampshire Civil Rights Act.

According to Young, a civil rights violation allows for a maximum civil fine of $5,000. The court may also enjoin further violations of the Civil Rights Act.

According to Young, the civil complaint alleges the white extremist shouted racial slurs at a Black family as they were at the Seabrook gas station. When the victim addressed the extremist, he again shouted racial slurs while brandishing one of the gas hoses at the victim, threatening to douse him with gasoline and to burn him. The civil complaint alleges the threats and acts were motivated by animus toward the victim’s race.  

The complaint and the allegations contained in the action are accusations that the Civil Rights Unit must prove at a final hearing, according to Young's press release.

The trial of the former Minneapolis Police officer who placed his damn knee on the the neck of George Floyd. The first day of the trial for this dirty ass cop who is facing second degree murder and third degree murder charges.

If convicted, he could face up to 40 years in the iron college.

Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as the metroplex are on high alert for possible unrest if the jury fails to convict the dirty cop and three of his fellow members.

The three former associates will face their trials later.

The body camera footage of the dirty cop will be used.

They were accused of looking the other way and failing to render aid. They could face 30 years in the iron college.

It's been the talk of the year. In May 2020, these dirty cops responded to a possible theft by deception. According to the cops, they responded to a call of a man trying to pass off a phony bill. 

When they stopped the vehicle, they pulled out the motorist, George Floyd. In the beginning, it was cordial and a normal pull over. It quickly escalated into a confrontation where this dirty cop restrained Floyd. He placed his goddamn knee on the neck of Floyd.

Floyd was begging the cop he couldn't breathe and he was telling them he was dying.

Floyd died about nine minutes after this cop place the restraint.

A woman filmed it and shared it on social media and it led to international outrage and calls for police reform. Washed Up 45 ignored the cries for reform and learned the hard way of not being woke.

President Joe Biden has vowed to pass police reform even of the Senate continues to play games with the filibuster.

Those involved are innocent until proven guilty on a court of law.

With gun violence out of control in the United States, President Joe Biden and Democrats are pushing for reforms to curb this pandemic. So again, Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Larry Hogan, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) and the Maryland U.S. Representatives offer the usual "thoughts and prayers" and "hearts going out to."

Fuck the thoughts and prayers. I am sick of hearing the same old word vomit about prayers.

Prayers don't heal wounds or save lives. 

Two people were shot dead and a third was injured at a Baltimore County convenience store early Sunday, minutes before police found a person with a "self-inflicted gunshot wound" at an apartment nearby.

Gunfire was heard around 7am at the Royal Farms store in Essex, Maryland, outside of Baltimore. There was one victim lying on the floor inside the store and a second inside a blue car parked near the store.

Police cover a dead body.

Around 15 minutes laters officers were called to the Hartland Ridge Apartments five minutes away from the store to a report of a fire and a person shot. Officials have not yet said if the person is dead.

Baltimore County Police Department said the gunshot wound was self-inflicted but have not determined if the incidents are linked.

This incident is similar to the mass shooting in Boulder where a Syrian born white extremist massacred 10 people at a King Soopers.

The suspect was injured in the gunfire. He was arrested and criminally charged with first-degree murder and capital murder. He is facing the LIFE or DEATH card in Colorado if convicted.

Rapper Lil Nas X famously came out as queer and the world went crazy. The 21-year old rapper known as Montero Hill is best known for his smash hit, Old Town Road (Remix) with Billy Ray Cyrus.

The rapper has often trolled critics and anti-LGBTQ agitators in the junk food media. He doesn't give two fucks about those who don't accept him. 

He is a Grammy-award winning entertainer.

The rapper/actor and media personality is working on his debut album. 

So it appears he's engaged in feuds with the religious community and a despicable white nationalist Republican South Dakota governor who allowed her state to become one of the worst spots for COVID-19.

It appears that the folks are outraged over a sneaker deal the rapper got with a company and they're crediting the mythical Satan as their inspiration. 

The streetwear company MSCHF on a pair of "Satan Shoes," only 666 pairs of which will be on sale Monday. The controversial kicks — apparently modified Nike Air Max 97s — are decorated with a pentagram pendant and a reference to Luke 10:18, a Bible verse about Satan's fall from heaven. They'll be sold for $1,018.

Washed Up 45's coon allies are upset. It appears that far-right agitator Mark Burns is demanding that the company drops the shoe. He is called the rapper an evil person. For what fucking reason, because in the music video he gives Satan a lap dance.

The sneakers also contain a drop of human blood in the sole, drawn from members of the MSCHF team, the company told NBC News on Sunday.

News of the shoes drew outrage over the Palm Sunday weekend; some critics slammed both Lil Nas X and Nike. But Nike was quick to distance itself from the shoes, pointing out that they're custom adaptations of existing products.

"We do not have a relationship with Little Nas X or MSCHF," Nike said in a statement. "Nike did not design or release these shoes and we do not endorse them."

MSCHF previously released a pair of modified Nike Air Max 97s called the "Jesus Shoes," which contained what it described as holy water in its sole drawn from the River Jordan.

The release of the Satan Shoes coincides with Lil Nas X's latest single, "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," and its accompanying music video. In the video, Lil Nas X is seduced out of what appears to be the Garden of Eden, falls into hell and gives the devil a lap dance.

The music video has been viewed more than 29 million times since its release Friday.

The rapper, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, put out a short YouTube video on Sunday titled "Lil Nas X Apologizes for Satan Shoe." While holding the sneaker, Lil Nas X begins speaking, and before it gets to the advertised apology, the video cuts to the clip from "Montero" of him giving the devil a lap dance.

He also tweeted a defense of the shoes Sunday.

After the release of the song Friday, Lil Nas X put out an open letter to his younger self about coming out. The rapper, who is openly gay, explained that the song was about a guy he met last summer.

"I know we promised to never come out publicly, I know we promised to never be 'that' type of gay person, I know we promised to die with the secret, but this will open doors for many other queer people to simply exist," he wrote.

The music video for "Montero" includes a voiceover with a similar message.

It appears to rile up Kristi Noem, the controversial South Dakota governor who refused to shut down her state despite a majority of the residents (i.e. Native Americans and people of color) having COVID-19.

Noem is a vocal supporter of Washed Up 45 and is considering her bid to run for president in 2024.

"Our kids are being told that this kind of product is, not only okay, it's 'exclusive.' But do you know what's more exclusive? Their God-given eternal soul," Noem wrote on Twitter in response to the sneakers. "We are in a fight for the soul of our nation. We need to fight hard. And we need to fight smart. We have to win."

Matter of fact, many entertainers who start shit with Lil Nas X are often trolled back. Lil Nas X is a notorious troll who has an army of Nasartis who are willing to defend him whenever he faces an attack from an agitator who doesn't accept him in the industry.

Washed up rapper Pastor Troy learned the hard way. He made an inappropriate comment about the entertainer and was forced to backtrack after he faced a huge backlash from fans.

Troy while still defending his anti-LGBTQ stance said that Lil Nas X's got skills but said that the rapper is setting a negative influence on young children.

Two teenagers are being charged as adults in the death of an Uber Eats driver. They stole his vehicle and ran him over and then caused a destructive crash. The issue is picking up national attention. The victim is of South Asian descent. 

Mohammad Anwar, 66 was working for Uber Eats in the Navy Yard district of Washington, DC when two girls assaulted him with a stun gun and his car crashed, police and the family say.

The moment where one of the carjackers uses the stun gun on Mohammad and he launches the vehicle into parked cars.

The girls are 13 and 15 and they are facing felony murder charges after the police say they carjacked him.

Anwar, of Springfield, Virginia was identified as the victim.

The suspects are from Washington, DC and Fort Washington, Maryland. Their names are released as of yet but once the district issues adult charges, they'll be identified.

Documents released on Wednesday says the girls were arrested on felony murder and carjacking. They were taken to the Metropolitan Police Department's homicide branch for processing.

Anwar was a father and grandfather with many loved ones in the U.S. and Pakistan, his family said. He was working as an Uber Eats driver at the time of the crime.

"He was a hardworking immigrant who came to the U.S. in 2014 to build a better life for himself and his family. The loss for his family is immeasurable," they said in a statement and called the act "senseless."

Anwar leaves behind a wife, two adult children living in the U.S. and one living in Pakistan with four of his grandchildren. 

An investigation revealed that the girls were using the stun gun in a robbery which led to the deadly crash.

Anwar was in a gray sedan about a block north of Nationals Park, in the 1200 bock of Van Street SE, when the girls assaulted him using a stun gun and tried to steal his car, police said. It's unclear what happened inside the car.

The victim was struggling with the carjackers.

Anwar's car then crashed and flipped onto its side on N Street SC. Video footage shows the damaged car balanced on its side.

Police arrived shortly after and found the victim on the sidewalk. They took Anwar to the hospital where he died of his injuries.

Anwar's family has started a GoFundMe page for his funeral expenses. So far his family raised nearly $1.3 million.

The two girls will be held in the lockup until their hearing. They could face up to LIFE in the iron college if convicted as adults.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

With gun violence out of control in the United States, President Joe Biden and Democrats are pushing for reforms to curb this pandemic.

When it gets warmer, we expect more Americans out and about. But of course, we expect more gun violence to occur. Despite the pandemic, millions of Americans are traveling to vacation destinations.

Take for example, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The city has a population of 450,000 residents and it is part of a metropolitan area that includes Norfolk, Newport News, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Hampton and Portsmouth. The area is called Hampton Roads and its total population is 3.4 million residents. It covers parts of Virginia and North Carolina.

Even with Miami Beach cracking down on unruly partygoers, the city of Virginia Beach is considering it after a handful of shootings occurred.

Two people are dead and eight are injured in overnight shootings.

One included an officer involved shooting in which an alleged shooter was gunned down.

The scene early Saturday morning was called by the law, "very chaotic."

In a statement, the Virginia Beach Police Department said the first shooting occurred shortly after 11pm Friday, when police who were patrolling the area heard gunfire. Police arriving to the scene found a woman who died of her injuries and eight people whose injuries were described as serious or life-threatening. In addiction, an officer sustained minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle, Chief Paul Neudigate said at a press conference.

In a news release on Saturday, police said investigators believe the first shooting stemmed from "some type of conflict" and a fight involving a group of people.

"At some point during the physical altercation, several individuals produced firearms and began shooting at each other, resulting in numerous people being wounded," the statement says.

While officers were investigating the shooting, shots were fired nearby, Neudigate said. An officer confronted a male suspect and fatally shot him. The officer has been placed on administrative leave. He has been with the department for five years and is assigned to its special operations division.

"We have a very chaotic incident, a very chaotic night," Neudigate said.

The injured officer has been released from a hospital, police said.

No suspect information was immediately available. Neudigate said several people were in police custody, but their possible involvement in the shooting was still under investigation. He said he believed the incidents all took place outdoors.

Two full blocks that mostly made up a city owned parking lot remained blocked off by police tape on Saturday. Dozens of cars were inside the crime scene, with officers inspecting some of them. A couple of blocks away, a car that was surrounded by police tape sat in the middle of a street.

Akereia Drayton, who was still waiting to get her car from the lot on Saturday, said she was coming out of a club on Friday night after the shooting ended and saw "mass chaos" and many people running.

"People were literally falling over themselves," Drayton said. "There was a mass swarm of people that came to get to their cars. And then there was a wreck."

Kevin Robertson, who lives a few houses away from the parking lot, said he was on his porch when the shooting began. He said the gunfire lasted for what seemed like 15 minutes.

"There were definitely two or three guns," he said, adding that he could hear gunshots coming from different areas outside of his house as time went on.

Bill Feis, who also lives a few houses away from the parking lot, said he was in bed and could hear people talking loudly before the shooting, which he said "sounded like someone threw a package of firecrackers."

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.
