Ken Buck: As A Lawmaker, Marjorie Taylor Greene Better At Crossfit!

Democrats believe they have the potential to defeat Colorado Republicans Ken Buck and Lauren Boebert. They want Georgia Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene to do all the talking.

Facing a potential strong Democratic challenger in 2024, Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) warns the Republicans House members about going overboard with impeachment against President Joe Biden. It has earned the ire of Georgia's most controversial Republican lawmaker.

Buck is the latest Republican to be feuding with do nothing lawmaker Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Greene has feuded with Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO).

Greene has spent more time outside her district and doing things that are not delivering results to her constituents. Despite all that, she is looking likely to run for reelection and carry the district with high results.

Buck facing a redistricting that made his district competitive is more concerned about the Republicans having trouble messaging and obsessing with conspiracy theories.

Buck a member of the Freedom Caucasians voted to remove Greene from the group after she called Boebert (another do nothing) a "little bitch" after the two spat during another attempt at impeaching Biden. Greene was angered at Boebert and do nothing Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) for stalling the nomination of Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for House Speaker. Greene and Gaetz patched up their feud for now.

Buck blasted Greene on Thursday and ridiculed what he sees as her clear lack of understanding of the U.S. Constitution. Buck joined George Brauchler on his Denver-based talk radio show called The George Show the day after Greene attacked Buck for defending the treatment of Jan. 6th defendants and striking down some false claims of Americans being held without due process.

Brauchler asked Buck, a former prosecutor and Freedom Caucus member, about Greene’s response and the treatment of Jan. 6 defendants and he doubled down on his argument that their treatment has been both fair and consistent with the law.

The radio then noted that Greene is refusing to vote to fund the government unless Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office is defunded. “Do you feel similarly about that issue as you do to de-funding the FBI and the ATF and the DEA, etc.?” Brauchler then asked, given that Buck is opposed to defending federal law enforcement.

Greene barely spends time in her district.

“So, George, when when I was teaching law school, I learned and taught certain constitutional principles. When Marjorie Taylor Greene was teaching CrossFit, she learned a whole different set of values, evidently,” Buck replied, adding:

"Because my idea of what this country should be like is based on the Constitution, and she sees the world differently. She’s criticized me for, you know, voting to certify the election in 2020. The Constitution says Congress shall count the votes. Doesn’t say Congress may overturn an election result. It doesn’t say Congress can do whatever the heck it wants with this election. ‘Shall count the votes,’ that’s what the Constitution says. In her CrossFit class maybe they didn’t cover that."

"And it also, the Constitution, also says that, you know, the impeachment of a president shall be based on treason, high crimes, and misdemeanors. It doesn’t say it’s a political exercise and we hope the Senate does the right thing."

Brauchler agreed interjecting, “Right.”

Buck who has recently come out against an impeachment inquiry for President Joe Biden at this time, concluded by taking another shot at Greene and her prolific online presence.

“And so I get tired of people, one of the beauties of Congress is you bring 435 people together from different backgrounds and you try to reach a consensus on issues. When you’ve got people who care more about their social media accounts than they do about the Constitution, we have a real problem in Congress,” Buck concluded.

Insufferable Leftists Still Complain Even Though Dems Score Victories!

Briahna Joy Gray grifting for far right Nexstar Media.

I want The Young Turks, Kyle Kulinski, Krystal Ball-Kulinski, Briahna Joy Gray, Ryan Knight, The Socialist MMA, Anthony Zenkus, Nina Turner, Nathan Robinson, Michael Moore, Killer Mike, Max Blumenthal, Marianne Williamson, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Cornel West to fail.

I want President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to win reelection and defeat Washed Up 45, MAGA, the Bernie Bros., the Rupert Murdoch empire, Vladimir Putin and Mohammed bin Salman [future] Al Saud.

On a podcast hosted by Kulinski, he had Krystal and Briahna debate Biden's reelection and the left's push for another candidate. Seeing that Kennedy's burning out, Williamson is being ignored and West rightfully being called out for his hypocrisy, the far left wants to push for Gavin Newsom or someone who isn't Biden on the 2024 ticket. This is the very same noise that helped Washed Up 45 win his bid in 2016 amplified two fold.

Gray adamantly stated that Biden can do 10 times more good and she will not vote for him.

She stated that she will vote Green Party and does not care what people think.

Yet, she is caring about the criticism she is facing. Many progressives are tired of this noise from the far left. Especially because of the far left's attempt to undermine Biden's policies.

Biden is 80 years old. He will turn 81 in November. Many polls suggest that the president's age is a factor in how they vote. Mind you that Washed Up 45 is 77 years old and running again. He is running to stay out of federal time out and trying to reclaim his ego.

Leftists/libertarian agitators Kyle Kulinski and his wife Krystal Ball.

Gray was one of those former Bernie Sanders supporters who ended up hurting Hillary Clinton in 2016.

She along with Nina Turner, Ryan Knight and Cornel West pushed for Jill Stein. The former Green Party nominee managed to siphon off 1% of the vote in Pennsylvania. It would have made a difference in the race between Clinton and Washed Up 45.

Clinton had warned that the extremes are pushing for chaos and confusion in the 2024. She stated that Russia and other countries are rooting for Washed Up 45. Because if he gets back in, the U.S. will rapidly decline.

The economy is improving, the unemployment rate is a record low, wages are slightly increasing and Washed Up 45 is facing criminal charges for his actions.

Yet, the far left keeps moving the goalposts and keep the noise going.

Benzino: No Neck And No Lotto! 🎰🎫💰

Latto comes for Raymond Scott's no neck ass.

Two rap queens are feuding and one had to bring her daddy in it.

Washed up rapper Raymond "Benzino" Scott is the father of hip-hop star/model Coi Leray.

Coi is currently feuding with Latto, a hip-hop star/model.

It all started when Latto compared Coi to a blunt. Coi said it was a body shaming diss and felt that it went over the line. Lotto has double down and decided to put her daddy's failures into the beef.

Latto took an opportunity to aim at the washed up rapper who is infamous for his feud with Eminem, his actions that led to the fall of The Source and his temper towards cops.

Latto made the thing that angers Scott the most, his "no neck" persona.

Latto and Sexyy Red appear on the remix of "Peaches & Eggplants" with Yung Nudy.

[Intro: Young Nudy]

The meme that angers Raymond Scott.

Late Friday night, Latto jumped on Instagram Live to chat with her fans. During her session, the "Big Energy" rhymer made it clear that she wrote her entire verse on "Peaches & Eggplants" without the assistance of a ghostwriter.

The 24-year-old rap star also explained her Benzino verse on the song. "Let me break it down for the people who's not fast," she began.

"I said 'Gimme that neck like Benzino,'" she continued. "That mean if I say, 'gimme that,' that mean it's took, right? That mean it's gone, right?"

"I seen some people talkin' about, 'But he don't got no neck that don't make sense,'" she added frustrated that some people didn't get the punchline. "Keep up, keep up."

Special shout out to The Evolve. Would have never known about how bad things are for the washed up entertainer.

I've been trying not to waste my time covering this washed up entertainer. However, he just can't stay out of the negative spotlight. Eminem buried his career. He should have figured it out when he lost The Source, got blackballed on radio and television and faced failures throughout his 58 years on this earth.

He literally is trying to sabotage his daughter. Coi LeRay has been trying to find her way out of her father's shadow for years. He is so jealous of her gaining more followers, people listening to her music and she getting deals. He is trying to collect a paycheck from whatever he's doing down in Atlanta.

Coi Leray is expected to respond to Latto.

He also is denying he's on the down low.

Real World Police showed that Scott was evicted from his apartment, owes a lot of child support, got his vehicle impounded and is forbidden from driving and is required to take anger management classes. He owes a man in punitive damages for kicking his truck.

Fun facts about Raymond "Benzino" Scott. This is a copy and paste I've put together. So for anyone who never heard of this dude, here's some fun facts about him.

Tell me:

Has anyone in the hood ever heard of a Benzino song?

Or perhaps has anyone ever played any of Benzino's music?

In closing, Benzino: No Neck and No Lotto!

Looming!

I'm sure this will scare Marjorie Taylor Greene.

The insufferable troll is really taking her looks to a whole new level. Ugly actions.

The far right extremist got botox and plastic surgery similar to Kimberly Guilfoyle, Laura Trump, Vanessa Trump, Ivanka Trump, Melania Trump, Tiffany Trump and Marla Maples.

All her grifting paid for her surgeries.

The extremist is a die hard supporter of Washed Up 45 and is willing to do anything to please him.

She and do nothing lawmaker Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) are feuding. Greene, notorious for burning bridges with MAGA girls avoids being Loomed.

Last month, the extremist was shouting questions at Greene while appearing at the Fulton County lockup with MAGA rapper Forgiato Blow.

Laura Loomer gain infamy when she stormed a Julius Caesar play that she claimed depicted assassination of Washed Up 45. She was an operative for James O'Keefe for a brief time before striking it on her own with Twitter (known as X).

She harassed do nothing lawmakers Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA).

She tried to gain entry into Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) home when she was complaining about the first impeachment of Washed Up 45.

Loomer had chained herself to a door after she was booted off Twitter for threats and doxxing of critics. Elon Musk brought her and numerous extremists to the platform. She was kicked off Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, GrubHub, Spotify and Tinder.

Loomer even ran for Congress twice. Trying to defeat Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) in a general election and came within six points of beating Frankel.

Then she tried to defeat Rep. Daniel Webster (R-FL) in a primary. She nearly primaried Webster. She had loss by three points.

She hints that she may move to Greene's district and run against her.

Laura Loomer arguing with protesters. She confronts Marjorie Taylor Greene and Proud Boy rapper Forgiato Blow (right).

Loomer has mental health issues. Clearly, bipolar disorder and depression are common.

I am not a doctor but I see these things a mile away.

Now I hate commenting on a person's looks. Everyone has a beauty in them. Loomer has an ugly soul. She built her reputation on being a hateful..... well.

Being a Republican is one thing but being an avowed white nationalist and agent provocateur is the reasons why plastic surgery can't wipe the ugly out of her.

Fani Willis Tells Jim Jordan To Mind His Damn Business!

Momma don't preach.

Since when did Republicans care about Young Thug?

He is a gender fluid rapper who is also facing criminal charges in Georgia. He is no different than the former president. They both used their power to commit criminal offenses. The state is holding them accountable. He is facing RICO charges and it could put the YSL leader in the iron college for 30 years.

The Georgia prosecutor who indicted Washed Up 45 and 18 other defendants for election interference, House Republicans ordered an investigation into her. The Republicans hell bent on trying to impede all indictments of the former president and several of his allies.

The Republicans are planning an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden based off conspiracies they heard from far right extremists like Rudy Giuliani, John Solomon, Sara A. Carter, Greg Jarrett, Peter Schweizer and the agitators at Fox. They have no concrete proof that Biden and his son Hunter ever took bribes from Ukrainian officials.

The allegations whipped up led to Washed 45 being impeached for the first time.

This Georgia matter is a serious issue. The Republicans in state legislature are trying to remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from her position and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) has called for a federal investigations into whether the district attorney violated laws.

Ohio's most useless U.S. Representative is Jim Jordan.

Georgia governor Brian Kemp said he wants no part in his fellow Republicans attempt to remove Willis. He said that she is within her right as a prosecutor to hold the individuals accountable and said that Republicans attempt to remove her violates Georgia's constitution.

Willis has slammed Republicans in a scathing letter. It addresses Jordan by name and she declined to testify at a House hearing.

Willis, who was responding to a letter Jordan sent late last month, said there is "no justification in the Constitution for Congress to interfere with a state criminal matter."

Washed Up 45 was charged in Fulton County last month with felony racketeering and numerous conspiracy counts in a 41-count indictment, which named 19 defendants. Jordan announced that he was launching a congressional probe into Willis' investigation shortly before the former president surrendered at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta.

"The obvious purpose" of Jordan's requests, Willis said, "is to obstruct a Georgia criminal proceeding and to advance outrageous partisan misrepresentations." She said his public statements and recent letter "make clear that you lack any legitimate legislative purpose for that inquiry."

"Your job description as a legislator does not include criminal law enforcement, nor does it include supervising a specific criminal trial because you believe that doing so will promote your partisan political objectives," she said.

"Your letter makes clear that you lack a basic understanding of the law, its practice, and the ethical obligations of attorneys generally and prosecutors specifically," Willis added.

She then wrote that while "settled constitutional law" permits her "to ignore your unjustified and illegal intrusion into an open state criminal prosecution," she would reply to some parts of his original letter.

Willis also said that if people want to avoid felony charges in Fulton County, such as violations of the state's racketeering, or RICO, laws, then they should not commit those felonies.

She wrote that Jordan's questioning of the length of the investigation and the timing of the indictment is "unfounded," adding that he had no basis to imply that her office has inappropriately spent federal funds. She said her office receives federal grant funds from the Justice Department and warned that if Congress were to block from that money, "you will be deciding to allow serial rapists to go unprosecuted, hate crimes to be unaddressed, and to cancel programs for at-risk children."

Willis also listed a number of "suggestions for productive activity" by the Judiciary Committee, among them that Congress should increase federal grant funds to test untested rape kits and expand a program for children who are in trouble with the criminal justice system.

Finally, she said that because Jordan seems to have a personal interest in her office, "you should consider directing the USDOJ to investigate the racist threats that have come to my staff and me because of this investigation."

Jordan's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The debut of Inside drew 1.1 million viewers, quickly drawing the attention of cable news watchers. In August, Inside averaged 931,000 viewers (beating both Fox News and CNN in the Noon Sunday hour). It’s worth noting that MSNBC’s ratings surged last month as it covered the indictments of Washed Up 45.

Danny Masterson Fades Out! Sexual Predator Gets Bars!

Done.

California sentences former actor after he was convicted of two sexual assaults. The predator was sentenced to 30 years and must register as a TIER III once out if the LIFE bid does have probationary.

Tearful wife Bijou Phillips watched as her husband, former That's 70s Show actor is being sentenced in Los Angeles Superior Court.

“When you raped me, you stole from me,” said one woman who the predator was convicted of raping in 2003. “That’s what rape is, a theft of the spirit.”

“You are pathetic, disturbed and completely violent,” she said. “The world is better off with you in prison.”

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo handed down the sentence to the 47-year-old former actor after hearing statements from the women, and pleas for fairness from defense attorneys.

The predator, who has been in custody since May, sat in court wearing a suit. The predator watched the women without visible reaction as they spoke. He maintains his innocence and his attorneys plan to appeal.

The other woman the predator was found guilty of raping said he “has not shown an ounce of remorse for the pain he caused.” She told the judge, “I knew he belonged behind bars for the safety of all the women he came into contact with. I am so sorry, and I’m so upset. I wish I’d reported him sooner to the police.”

After an initial jury failed to reach verdicts on three counts of rape in December and a mistrial was declared, prosecutors retried the predator on all three counts earlier this year.

The defense sought to have sentences for the two convictions run simultaneously, and asked for a sentence of 15 years to life. The prosecution asked for the full 30 years to life sentence the predator was eligible for.

“It’s his life that will be impacted by what you decide today,” the predator’s lawyer Shawn Holley told the judge before the sentencing. “And the life of his 9-year-old daughter, who means the world to him, and to whom he means the world.”

After the hearing, Holley said in a statement that “Mr. Masterson did not commit the crimes for which he was convicted.” She said a team of appellate lawyers has identified “a number of significant evidentiary and constitutional issues” with his convictions, which they are confident will be overturned.

The tears from both Bijou Phillips and her sexual predator husband.

Prosecutors alleged that the predator used his prominence in the Church of Scientology — where all three women were also members at the time — to avoid consequences for decades after the attacks, and the women blamed the church for their hesitancy in going to police about the predator.

At the sentencing hearing, one of the women, who like the predator was born into the church, said she was shunned and ostracized for going to authorities in 2004.

“I lost everything. I lost my religion. I lost my ability to contact anyone I’d known or loved my entire life,” she said. “I didn’t exist outside the Scientology world. I had to start my life all over at 29. It seemed the world I knew didn’t want me to live.”

The church said in a statement after the trial that it has “no policy prohibiting or discouraging members from reporting criminal conduct of anyone — Scientologists or not — to law enforcement.” It has also denied ever harassing any of the women.

No charges came from the woman’s 2004 police report, but she returned to authorities when she learned they were investigating the predator again in 2016. The other two women had waited more than 15 years before reporting him to anyone other than church officials.

No remorse.

The women testified at both trials that in 2003, they were at the predator’s home when he drugged them before violently raping them.

They said Thursday that the trauma plagued them for the decades that followed, hurting their relationships and filling their lives with fear. But they said his sentencing gave them some relief.

“I don’t have to carry your shame around with me anymore,” the first woman who spoke said. “Now you have to hold that shame. You have to sit in a cell and hold it.”

The predator starred with Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Topher Grace in “That ’70s Show” from 1998 until 2006.

He had reunited with Kutcher on the 2016 Netflix comedy “The Ranch,” but was written off the show when the Los Angeles Police Department investigation was revealed the following year.

While that investigation began before a wave of women shook Hollywood with stories about Harvey Weinstein in October 2017, the conviction and sentencing of the predator still represents a major #MeToo era success for Los Angeles prosecutors, along with the conviction of Weinstein himself last year.

Move Them Out!

Buoys violated treaties and federal judges order them out of Rio Grande.

The U.S. and Mexican border has been a topic among Republicans and some Democrats for some time. A border that covers four states has been a part of the endless culture war politics.

California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas are the states that border Mexico.

The Pacific Ocean, the Rio Grande River and the Colorado River share the U.S.-Mexican border.

San Diego, Yuma, Calexico, Nogales, Douglas, El Paso, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Laredo, McAllen, Pharr and Brownsville are the cities that sit on the U.S.-Mexican border.

Republican governors have often clashed with Democratic presidents over the border.

Washed Up 45 used that as a campaign rally pledge in 2016. He said that Mexico will pay for the border wall. It never happened. It led to multiple government shutdowns and Washed Up 45 wasting billions to build a fence that is easily penetrated through.

The fence has faced destruction through nature or sabotage.

They used shipping containers. Federal courts ordered them to be removed from the border. They tried to build on natural land and it was rejected by the courts. It violated treaties with the sovereign reservations. They tried to stop asylum seekers by pushing "Stay in Mexico" policies. It was considered illegal and dishonored the U.S. pledge to being a nation of immigrants.

A federal judge ordered Texas governor Greg Abbott to remove the razor wire buoys from the Rio Grande River. U.S. District Judge David Ezra stopped short of ordering Texas to dismantle the wrecking-ball sized buoys on the Rio Grande but called them a threat to safety and relationships between the neighboring countries. His preliminary injunction instructs Texas, for now, to move the barrier out of the water and onto the riverbank by Sept. 15.

Ezra also cast doubt on Texas’ rationale for the barrier, writing that the state produced no “credible evidence that the buoy barrier as installed has significantly curtailed illegal immigration.”

The lawsuit was brought by the Justice Department in a rare instance of President Joe Biden’s administration going to court to challenge Texas’ border policies.

Texas officials said they would appeal.

“Today’s court decision merely prolongs President Biden’s willful refusal to acknowledge that Texas is rightfully stepping up to do the job that he should have been doing all along,” Abbott said.

Abbott invoked “invasion” powers to deploy aggressive new tactics starting last year. Texas’ use of dozens of bright orange buoys to create a barrier longer than a soccer field on a stretch of river where migrants often try crossing from Mexico is just one piece of his multibillion-dollar border mission known as Operation Lone Star. The state has also installed razor-wire fencing along the river and allowed troopers to arrest migrants on trespassing charges, among other things.

Ezra, an appointee of former President Ronald Reagan, rejected Abbott’s justification for all of Texas’ actions.

“Under this logic, once Texas decides, in its sole discretion, that it has been invaded, it is subject to no oversight of its ‘chosen means of waging war,’” Ezra wrote. “Such a claim is breathtaking.”

In challenging Texas’ use of the buoys, the U.S. Justice Department accused the state of putting a barrier on the international boundary without permission. The Biden administration also said the water barrier raised humanitarian and environmental concerns.

“We are pleased that the court ruled that the barrier was unlawful and irreparably harms diplomatic relations, public safety, navigation, and the operations of federal agency officials in and around the Rio Grande,” Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said in a statement.

Texas installed the barrier near the border town of Eagle Pass by putting anchors in the riverbed. Eagle Pass is part of a Border Patrol sector that has seen the second-highest number of migrant crossings this fiscal year with about 270,000 encounters — though that is lower than it was at this time last year.

The Biden administration has said illegal border crossings declined after new immigration rules took effect in May as pandemic-related asylum restrictions expired.

Like other pieces of Operation Lone Star, the buoys pick up where Washed Up 45 left off. Plans for the same water barrier were in the pipeline in 2020, according to Mark Morgan, who at the time was the acting commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Morgan said the plans were scrapped after Biden took office. He called the barrier a “water wall” and said it was intended to be used as a stopgap in sections of the border where fences were not yet built or were impractical.

Candace Owens Will Be Crying Victim Soon!

They never learn. They keep messing with Em and he will strike.

The Rap God will strike.

Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy was told not to use music from Eminem on the campaign trail and the extreme right is outraged. It was a Black extremist named Candace Owens who decided to play fire with the Marshall.

In a cease-and-desist order sent to Ramaswamy’s lawyer on Aug. 23, music publisher BMI said Eminem took issue with the use of his music during Ramaswamy’s campaign events. It came more than a week after Ramaswamy, a tech entrepreneur and political newcomer, delivered an impromptu performance of Eminem’s hit 2002 song “Lose Yourself” at a campaign stop during the Iowa State Fair.

“BMI has received a communication from Marshall B. Mathers, III, professionally known as Eminem, objecting to the Vivek Ramaswamy campaign’s use of Eminem’s musical compositions,” the publisher wrote in letter obtained by NBC News and first reported by the Daily Mail.

“BMI will consider any performance of the Eminem Works by the Vivek 2024 campaign from this date forward to be a material breach of the Agreement for which BMI reserves all rights and remedies with respect thereto,” the letter said.

In response, the Ramaswamy campaign signaled the GOP hopeful will not perform the song again.

Stork neck trading shots at Eminem. She will face his wrath.

“Vivek just got on the stage and cut loose. To the American people’s chagrin, we will have to leave the rapping to the real slim shady,” a spokesperson for the Ramaswamy campaign told NBC News.

Many politicians have been sent similar cease-and-desist orders in past election cycles over their campaign song choices. Former president and 2024 Republican front-runner Donald Trump has received dozens of orders from popular artists including the Rolling Stones, Queen, Adele and Pharrell Williams.

How many rap battles has Eminem ever loss?

None.

Owens, a Black extremist who is grifting on many far right platforms called the rapper gay because Em had used his right as an American to restrict a politician from using his music.

Owens would use her podcast to attack Em.

“Some people say when we get older we get wiser. And I hope that’s true. Also, we get older we get grayer, we know that’s true. But for Eminem, the once hardcore rapper, it seems that he’s getting older and gayer. Yes. Eminem might be gay.”  Candace Owens opened the podcast with the following statement.

Later she continued: “He dissed Trump and that does not make sense. An album that he released thereafter, I guess that was going to be his great comeback and it turns out that all of the poorer white kids who supported Eminem throughout his entire life decided not to buy his trash music anymore cause his album flopped after this. Eminem has become a loser over the years. Those are the facts.”

Like The Game and Melle Mel, Candace will find out how the Fire Marshall works.

It will take time but he will come at her and Ramaswamy. Then she will cry and threaten a lawsuit once she is dissed.

Eminem has face attacks from rappers, politicians and agitators for years.

DOJ Asking Courts To Muzzle Washed Up 45!

Jack Smith fears Washed Up 45 will taint his cases.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is getting fed up with Washed Up 45 running his mouth claiming his investigations are a political witch hunt. The former president is facing two federal indictments in Washington, DC and Florida.

The former president was indicted on 37 counts related to the documents. This was the first time a former U.S. president was indicted on federal charges. On June 13, 2023, Washed Up 45 was arrested, booked, and processed after surrendering himself into federal custody prior to his arraignment in the U.S. District Court of South Florida. The former president pleaded not guilty to all 37 charges. As part of the conditions for his release, Washed Up 45 avoided paying bond, but was barred from discussing the case with witnesses and speaking with Walt Nauta about the case. Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, the Mar-a-Lago maintenance chief were also criminally charged.

Washed Up 45 and his allies within the Republican Party escalated verbal attacks on the FBI, Justice Department, and federal prosecutors, whom the former president denounced in a speech to the Georgia Republican Party as "cowards", "fascists and thugs", and "sinister forces" days following his indictment.

Washed Up 45 falsely asserted during the days after his indictment that under the Presidential Records Act he "had every right to have these documents." Legal experts said there was no basis for his claim that the PRA superseded the Espionage Act under which he was charged. He said, "The Espionage Act has been used to go after traitors and spies. It has nothing to do with a former president legally keeping his own documents," though, despite its name, that Act is not limited to espionage allegations. The former president also cited the so-called "Clinton socks case," a 2010 lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch arguing that audio recordings of interviews president Bill Clinton had given during his presidency must be turned over to NARA, though the organization had never sought them as presidential records. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit because Judicial Watch had no standing to bring it. Washed Up 45 incorrectly insisted Clinton had won and that the court had recognized his right to the recordings.

Washed Up 45 was interviewed by Bret Baier of Fox News. When Baier asked why he hadn't simply handed over his boxes, The former president said he worried they might contain "golf shirts, clothing, pants, shoes". He claimed he felt at the time: "I don’t want to hand that over to NARA yet." He said he had not dealt with the request because he had been "very busy". He also maintained he had already "declassified" all documents in his possession.

Washed Up 45 gave a speech to the Turning Point Action Conference, claiming: "Whatever documents a president decides to take with him, he has the absolute and unquestioned right to do so." He falsely added: "This was a law that was passed and signed."

Does this look like a man who weighs 215 lbs?

Washed Up 45 was indicted mon four charges for his conduct following the 2020 presidential election through the January 6 Capitol attack: conspiracy to defraud the United States under Title 18 of the United States Code, obstructing an official proceeding and conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding under the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002, and conspiracy against rights under the Enforcement Act of 1870. The indictment mentioned six unnamed co-conspirators. If convicted, the charges could carry a maximum of 20 years in prison.

Smith’s team filed documents in court saying Washed Up 45 has made “daily extrajudicial statements that threaten to prejudice the jury pool,” referencing the former president’s repeated statements on social media. Washed Up 45, who was indicted by a federal grand jury over his attempted coup to remain in office, has repeatedly called Smith “deranged” and attacked the judge assigned to the case, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, as “highly partisan” and “unfair.”

Chutkan warned the former president and his attorneys last month against making any “inflammatory” comments about his prosecution, adding that doing so would only add to the “urgency … that we proceed to a trial quickly.”

“I caution you and your client to take special care in your public statements about this case,” the judge told his lawyer in August. “I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.”

But Washed Up 45 has continued his attacks. On Tuesday, the former president posted on his Truth Social platform an attack on the special counsel for an “unchecked and insane aggression” against him.

Chutkan recently set a trial date for March 4, 2024, six months away, saying the public had the right to a swift case. Washed Up 45’s legal team had argued any prosecution should be pushed back for years, beyond any bid for office or reelection to the White House.

“I want to note here that setting a trial date does not depend and should not depend on the defendant’s personal or professional obligations,” the judge said last week.
