Make this white nationalist and folk like her irrelevant.
Newsmax severs ties with washed up media agitator. If you haven't heard of her, this is the former CBS journalist who misled American viewers with her Benghazi story. She was fired out the cannon after CBS News was forced to retract this noise.
She ended up getting a gig at Sinclair media before leaving it for Fox. She joined Fox as a contributor and hosted a show on Fox Nation. She appeared on Sucker Carlson, Softball Hannity and numerous other programs.
During the pandemic, Fox spent time going after Dr. Anthony Fauci. This South African dingbat called Fauci literally a Nazi. It was condemned by Fox and her management team cut her loose. Fox quietly let her go.
Fast forward to 2022 and she was a frequent regular on Newsmax.
She ended up calling herself "uncancellable."
Well Newsmax certainly found something to cancel her.
She responded she is a "firm and solid and immovable believer in God." She added those controlling the levers of power "want us eating insects," and implied they "dine on the blood of children."
Lara Logan says "the open border is Satan's way of taking control of the world," adding "The ones who want us eating insects, cockroaches, and that while they dine on the blood of children...They're not going to win" pic.twitter.com/S6W4GgbAJh
Lara Logan reveals to Newsmax that she spoke to a man who said “he infiltrated the global cabal at the UN,” and had papers to prove they had a plan to “infiltrate 100 million illegal immigrants” to “dilute the pool of patriots” so they could take over the US. pic.twitter.com/gG6dTLsMko
Lara Logan says that the globalist plan is to infiltrate 100 million illegal aliens into America to "dilute the pool of patriots" to prevent Republicans from ever holding office again & pave the way for a regional government...it makes sense!https://t.co/KwMpwfORBopic.twitter.com/sLbnaEGFYF
Logan this year has repeatedly pushed antisemitic conspiracy theories about Jewish people trying to manipulate events through things like Darwinism, the U.S. Civil War, and the assassinations of U.S. presidents. https://t.co/GjBAPCXef0
The network issued a statement to the Daily Beast Thursday night.
“Newsmax condemns in the strongest terms the reprehensible statements made by ..... and her views do not reflect our network,” someone from the network said. “We have no plans to interview her again.”
Where's Tiffany Cross?
She needs to check this crazy piece of shit.
We need to start holding these white extremists accountable. If y'all trying to get rid of Ye, why don't you take this dingbat, the "Santa and Jesus are white" lady, Sucker Carlson and Softball Hannity with you!
Literally old white people are taking photos of people dropping off ballots in an attempt to intimidate.
Vote.
Ignore the noise.
Vote to save democracy.
Vote for Katie Hobbs for governor and Mark Kelly for U.S. Senate.
Arizona has a race for governor, U.S. Senate, House, secretary of state and numerous school boards. A handful of election deniers are on the ballot. They all confirm that if they lose, they will not accept the results.
Because of this noise, far right extremists are stalking the Maricopa County Board of Elections.
Maricopa County is the most populous in the state of Arizona. About 60% of the largest cities are located in the county. Phoenix, the state capital and largest city has 1.6 million residents.
It appears a shadowy group is "watching" drop boxes to make sure no funny business is going on.
Clean Elections USA is a far right extremist group which claims that "our government has lost its way. Rather than representing us, they have become part of their own elite club. All our influence over government comes from one process – the election process. Within that process we choose who represents us, and we replace those who do not. This power is only effective if we have free and fair elections. Without free and fair elections we have lost our our ability to influence the outcome. Our country provides many ways for people to vote. The problem we have is that the more people involved in the process, the more likely it is to become compromised, the drop box being the most susceptible. That is why we have focused our efforts on this first."
They are sitting outside polling places to "watch" for shady things.
The 2020 election was the most secure in American history. The extremists deny this.
They claim that "every legal vote must be counted and it is unacceptable when illegal votes are added to the mix. Each person, no matter to which party they belong, is disenfranchised when fraudulent votes are included in the final count."
Fake ops like True the Vote made baseless claims that "Mules" were paid to go from drop box to drop box, often driving from one county to the next, to stuff what we can only assume were fraudulent mail-in ballots.
The group is calling for armed watchers to monitor these drop boxes.
Her formal name is Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, not Meghan Markle.
I do not know these people personally but I see who they are through their actions.
The raisin in the potato salad is aiming her venom at Duchess Meghan.
Somebody please get Tiffany Cross! She needs to snatch that Karen up!
She is best remembered for her Jesus and Santa Claus is white remark. She had a once promising career at Fox. She is now considered a washed up media personality.
The white lady who NBC fired out the cannon after defending blackface is now on the far right platform Triumph on SiriusXM. She is promoting her podcast and doing an unfiltered take on America.
We gave her relevance when she interviewed that Russian propagandist who accused then senator Joe Biden of sexually assaulting her in the very busy halls of the U.S. Capitol.
That propagandist is a stain that will never go away. Her lies and misinformation was a part of Russia's attempt to soil Biden's presidential bid. The white leftists were pushing for Bernie Sanders fell hook, line and sinker into this noise.
This white lady had some balls at one time. In 2016, Gretchen Carlson filed a lawsuit against pervert Roger Ailes. She and Andrea Tantaros were claiming that Ailes forced them to perform sexual favors for better gigs. The white lady sealed Ailes fate by confirming their allegations. Ailes was fired out the cannon. He would later die after a brutal fall.
The white lady would leave Fox for a brief stint at NBC News. It was a trainwreck.
They literally fired her and gave her $30 million to stay away from news networks.
Now with all that money, she literally found her calling: podcasting.
So she continues to talk that noise about Duchess Meghan. Before she became the wife of Prince Harry, she was an American actress amd activist.
Meghan talks to Paris Hilton. They dispel the notion of being labeled bimbo.
Meghan met Harry while she was filming Suits in Toronto. She ended up leaving the show after it was confirmed they were officially dating. The moment she started dating Harry, the noise came fast and furious.
From stories that painted her ghetto to calling her a vicious meanie, Meghan endured some of the worst noise coming from Rupert Murdoch's garbage and the Associated Newspapers. They cranked up this noise with endless comparisons to Princess Catherine.
Nevermind King Charles III cheating on his then wife, the late Princess of Wales, Diana.
He is married to Queen consort Camilla.
Diana who faced the same vicious media and royal gossip all the way towards her death.
Nevermind, Prince Predator who allegedly slept with underage girls at Pedophile Epstein's private island.
All the noise is concerned with is the Black duchess and all the things she does. Catherine does the same stuff but since she chooses to stay a full time royal, the noise praises her while slamming Meghan.
Meghan has a podcast called Archetypes and it is No. 1 on Spotify. She discusses many issues and it drives the noise crazy. She talked about her stint as a model on Deal or No Deal. She did not want the perception of being a bimbo.
The noise felt some type of way.
“[Markle] knew exactly what she was getting herself into on that job and it was no surprise to her that they wanted her to look as good as possible while doing it,” the washed up agitator said of the 41-year-old actress-turned-British-royal on her SiriusXM show on Wednesday.
“What she’s trying to con us on now is whether she enjoyed it,” said the agitator, who branded Markle the “Duchess of Duplicity”.
“She loved every minute of it! She wanted to be objectified!”
The washed up agitator was reacting to comments that Markle made on her “Archetypes” podcast on Monday, when she told her guest, Paris Hilton, about her “fascinating” experience during her frequent appearances on Season 2 of the Howie Mandel-hosted show on NBC.
Markle told Hilton, who was invited to discuss the “bimbo stereotype,” that during her 2006 stint on the show, “There was a very cookie-cutter idea of precisely what we should look like.”
“This woman is a fraud, and people get it,” the washed up agitator said of Markle, citing public opinion polls which surveyed people both stateside and in the United Kingdom.
“It’s not something a new publicity team can solve. Nor any ‘fact-checker’,” Kelly said.
“Only Meghan can solve it.”
The washed up agitator urged Markle to “stop the nonsense” and “stop the obsessive image-crafting.”
This is rich coming from a person who has no fucking impact on American politics.
What poll says she is a fraud?
Some White Racist Polling company.
Man, these folks need to her the fuck alone. I see why some of these Black nations want to leave the British commonwealth. Charles is an idiot and tone deaf.
These attacks on Meghan have sparked a backlash among Blacks here in the states and in the United Kingdom. Black Britons know what racism is like and they see it like Black Americans see it here.
I don't personally know this washed up agitator or Meghan. But I can tell you who is genuine and who is a fucking phony.
It ain't Duchess Meghan who is a fraud or a phony.
Liz Truss becomes the shortest reigning prime minister in British history.
She gone!
Liz Truss was the last Prime Minister to see Queen Elizabeth II before her death, first to meet King Charles III upon his succession and possibly the first in British history to resign less than two months into the term. She met President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and numerous world leaders. But in this short term, she could not convince the noise that austerity won't work.
Truss announced her resignation Thursday in a short statement outside her office at 10 Downing Street.
“I cannot deliver the mandate on which I was elected by the conservative party,” she said.
She said she informed King Charles she would resign, but plans to remain prime minister until a successor has been chosen.
It was straight up sexism. The moment she took office, sexism. She could not muster an economic plan to starve off a global recession.
Brits frustrated with inflation and the far right's solution to it is cut back spending.
Her announcement came after her attempt to roll out aggressive tax cuts aimed at spurring economic growth but which dramatically roiled financial markets, led to unprecedented central bank intervention and drove her poll ratings to the lowest ever recorded for a prime minister.
Truss had a rough ride with her party and the king.
Truss, 47, lasted 44 days in office. Because Britain elects a party, not a specific leader, she will be replaced by another lawmaker from her ruling Conservative Party. The process to replace Truss will take place within the next week.
Truss will remain as prime minister until then.
"I came into office at a time of great economic and international instability," Truss said in in a brief statement outside No. 10 Downing Street. "I recognize, given the situation, I cannot deliver the mandate to which I was elected by the Conservative Party."
Truss's resignation comes after several weeks of political chaos.
She fired Kwasi Kwarteng, her close ally and finance minister, on Oct. 14, even though he was implementing the pro-growth economic policies she campaigned on.
North Carolina based Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is facing some real hardships. I mean they're the No. 3 in the nation when it comes to donuts.
It's competing with Dunkin and Tim Hortons and it's losing. So what Krispy Kreme doing now?
Mickey-Doh.
Partnering with McDonald's, Krispy Kreme will be selling its products at select locations in the United States. Starting on October 26, McDonald's will sell the famous glazed donuts, chocolate with sprinkles and raspberry filled donuts at nine locations in Louisville.
The donuts will be purchased in the six or dozen through drive-thru or inside restaurant.
If this takes off, McDonald's might purchase the company from JAB Holdings.
Krispy Kreme was founded in 1937 in Winston-Salem. It was a favorite in the South before it expanded into the U.S.
Now there are 1,400 locations in 33 countries.
Krispy Kreme has struggled throughout the years. With folks being concerned about their healths, donuts, sweets and sugar took a backseat. Krispy Kreme franchises struggled getting the products and of course, owners couldn't afford the licensing fees this company offered.
Last year, Krispy Kreme went back to being a publicly traded company.
Being a resident of Dayton, I remember we had one location in Kettering. That location closed in 2015.
The closest locations are in Columbus and West Chester Township, Ohio.
Radioactive waste for years. A school is forced to close.
A lawmaker that's wants to be an activist and a lawmaker that supports overturning the 2020 election. Two do nothings representing St. Louis, Missouri.
Here's something Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rep. Karen Wagner (R-MO) should spend their by worthless time doing!
Fix the infrastructure in Metro St. Louis.
Wagner represents parts of St. Louis County. Bush represents the independent city of St. Louis and portions of the county.
The city of Florissant is located in St. Louis County. It is one of the many suburbs around the Interstate 270 corridor. It has a population of 57,000. The city's white population is 52% and Black 43%.
It is part of Bush's district.
Jana Elementary School is part of the Hazelwood School District.
The school has announced that it will permanently close due to toxic waste being found inside the ground. For years the Coldwater Creek had contamination from radioactive waste. There were high levels of it around the school and it led to a legal matter.
Contamination was in classrooms, the playground and elsewhere at Jana Elementary School in Florissant, Missouri, according to a report last week by Boston Chemical Data Corp. It follows another study by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, made public in the summer, that found contamination stemming from World War II-era nuclear weapons production in a wooded area near Coldwater Creek.
The Hazelwood Board of Education voted in closed session Tuesday to close the school until it can be cleaned up. Virtual learning will start Monday and is planned until the students can be moved to different schools, tentatively scheduled for Nov. 28. It’s unclear when Jana Elementary would reopen.
The school board, in a statement after the closed meeting, said the remediation is necessary but acknowledged “this is causing a disruption to our students’ education and school climate.”
The decision came even as a Corps official raised questions about the Boston Chemical study. Phillip Moser, program manager of the Corps’ Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program in St. Louis, said the agency’s evaluations found no contamination between the wooded site and the school or its playground. He called the Boston Chemical report “incomplete and not consistent with the approved processes required to do an evaluation at one of our sites.”
Still, several politicians urged immediate closure of the school.
Jana Elementary School is being closed due to toxic activity.
The new report worried parents, especially since the federal Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry stated in 2019 that people exposed to Coldwater Creek from the 1960s to the 1990s may have an increased risk of bone cancer, lung cancer and leukemia.
“I do not understand why it’s not closed now,” William Johnson, the father of a current student at the school and three others who went there, told the board.
It wasn’t immediately clear if students will continue at the school through the rest of the week. District spokesperson Jordyn Elston said she didn’t have information on the remainder of the week.
Many speakers at the meeting welcomed the shutdown of the school, but wondered why the school district didn’t communicate about the problem. Some said they heard about it first on the news or on Facebook.
“I’m happy that you have a plan now,” said Patrice Strickland, who has two children at the school. “I’m so happy you’re considering our babies now. But just communicate with us.”
Nuclear waste from World War II weapons production as part of the Manhattan Project contaminated Coldwater Creek. Mallinckrodt Chemical Co. processed uranium ore in St. Louis from 1942 to 1957 and shipped waste to a site near Lambert Airport, where it made its way into the 19-mile-long waterway that flows into the Missouri River.
The Environmental Protection Agency designated the creek as a Superfund site in 1989. Remediation efforts — digging up contaminated dirt and taking it by covered rail car to a waste management facility in Idaho — aren’t expected to be complete until 2038.
Dawn Chapman, co-founder of the environmental group Just Moms STL that has pushed for cleanup of Coldwater Creek, acknowledged the difficulty in connecting illnesses to contamination. But Chapman said the new report — funded by two law firms seeking compensation for illnesses and deaths allegedly caused by the creek contamination — has created worry for current and former parents, teachers and staff.
“Everybody’s just terrified,” Chapman said.
Children face risk of cancer due to school having radioactive waste.
The Boston Chemical study cited levels of radioactive isotope lead-210 that were 22 times the expected level on the kindergarten playground. It also found high levels of polonium, radium and other material in various places throughout the school.
Mahadevappa Mahesh, chief physicist at the teaching hospital at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, called the data “bothersome,” but said he needed more information to reach firm conclusions about the potential health effects.
“The psychological impact is greater than even the actual physical injury,” said Mahesh, also a professor of radiology. “Now that the students and the parents know these things, that can have a lot more psychological impact — worrying about the radiation — more than actual radiation injuries.”
The school — which sits in a subdivision surrounded by homes — opened in the 1970s and has educated thousands of children, said Christen Commuso of the Missouri Coalition for the Environment. While the area along Coldwater Creek is racially mixed, about 80% of Jana Elementary School’s 400 students are Black.
“You’re talking about kids throughout the decades who have been exposed to this.” Commuso said.
Eventually, Ashley Bernaugh wants her son to be back at the school. Bernaugh is president of Jana Elementary School’s parent-teacher association.
“We love Jana Elementary,” Bernaugh said. “I’ll go down fighting for it.”
A Florida man shocked he being arrested for voting.
Vote.
Ignore the noise.
Vote to save democracy.
Gov. Karen DeSantis is a controversial figure in Florida politics. He is running for reelection and is likely to beat Charlie Crist. If we don't get our asses out there to vote, you'll get four more years of noise and his profile risen as a 2024 potential.
Florida went to Washed Up 45.
However, the former president complained that he didn't win areas that never voted for him. So the Republicans believe areas that never vote for them are committing voting fraud.
There were Republicans allegedly voting more than once.
20 people were arrested by the Office of Election Crimes and Security fraud appeared to have no idea why they were being arrested and seemed to be unaware that they were being accused of violating state law when they voted, according to police body camera footage shared with CBS News.
Florida felons were restored voting rights. However, it left out felons who had committed murder and sexual crimes. The law left voters confused.
The footage was first reported by the Tampa Bay Times and was provided by the Tampa Police Department. It shows the arrests of three of the twenty people who allegedly broke the state's election laws on felon voting rights: Tony Patterson, 43, Byron Leanord Smith, 65, and Romona Oliver, 55.
All are listed as residents of Tampa and were previously convicted of either murder or a sex offense. They all also voted in 2020, according to voting records provided by Hillsborough County.
In mid-August, DeSantis announced that his election police department had arrested 20 former convicts who had voted, despite the fact that their full voting rights had not been restored. He said that "Amendment 4," a ballot measure that overwhelmingly passed in 2018 that restores voting rights to felons, did not apply to them because felons convicted of murder or a sex offense cannot vote, even if their sentence has been served.
If convicted of voter fraud, defendants may be fined up to $5,000 and face a prison term of up to 5 years.
Florida is hard challenge but if you're determined to save democracy, vote for the Democrats.
Rep. Val Demings (D-FL) and Sen. Karen Rubio (R-FL) debate.
Demings is hoping to be first African American woman to serve as a U.S. Senator in Florida. Rubio, the first Hispanic Republican in the U.S. Senate is wishy washy. When he ran for president, he said he was resigning from the senate. When he didn't get the nomination, he decided to recend his retirement and ran for senate. He won the senate.
Rubio does work. But most of the work isn't getting on President Joe Biden's desk. He would endorse bipartisan bills only to vote against them.
The two dueled over inflation, abortion rights and immigration Tuesday night in what is expected to be their only debate before the election.
The hour-long debate, held at Palm Beach State College, was punctuated by persistent interruptions and insults, as the candidates each criticized the other's legislative record on Capitol Hill.
Demings, who faces an uphill battle in a state Washed Up 45 won in 2016 and 2020 and where recent polls indicate she is trailing Rubio, took the opportunity at one point in the debate to highlight her humble upbringing as daughter to a maid and janitor, later serving as police officer who rose in the ranks to become chief.
In the wake of Ye, Washed Up 45 and the noise. I want to clear up a common tactic used by the noise.
Silence criticism of Israel.
I strongly believe Israel should be held for war crimes against the Palestinian people. I do not support this notion that criticism of Israel is anti-semitic. I believe its a deflection by the pro-Israeli lobbyists and American lawmakers to stifle criticism and attempts to pressure world leaders to sanction the country.
For those who attack Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Marc Lamont Hill, Mehdi Hassan, Ayman Moyhadian, Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) and others because of criticism of Israel are either racist, Islamophobia or supporters of genocide.
I am also calling out Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH).
She needs to abandon the notion that Israel is always right.
Yeah, I dare you call me anti-semitic!
I have no hatred of race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability and cultural standings.
However, I do not like misinformation, gaslighting, relentless finger pointing and painting critics of majority as the other.
Israel is a foreign country and is no different than Russia, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Egypt, Great Britain, Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela and Nicaragua.
Fascists believe in ethnocentric religious governments.
Zionism is not Judaism. It is a nationalist philosophy that states the rightful settlers have sole autonomy to the land of the Holy.
Proponents of Zionism note Zionism's success in establishing a Jewish state in the region of Palestine, today Israel, and seek to portray anti-Zionism as broad opposition to Israel and a Jewish presence in the region. Supporters of Zionism have frequently highlighted that Anti-Zionist views are expressed by some antisemites, just as pro-Zionist views are expressed by other antisemites. The relationship between anti-Zionism, pro-Zionism and antisemitism is debated, with some academics and organizations that study antisemitism taking the view that anti-Zionism is inherently antisemitic or new antisemitism, while others reject any such linkage as unfounded and a method to stifle criticism of Israel and its policies, including in its occupation of the West Bank.
I love this country. I was born here. Why can't I be considered an American citizen?
Ignore the noise.
Vote.
Vote to save democracy.
It is time to close the book on racist policies regarding the U.S. territories and the District of Columbia.

The six U.S. Representatives are non voting delegates who have no House floor vote. They only have committee vote and committee chairs.
It appears the U.S. Supreme Court is not willing to change precedents.
It now resides upon Congress to give those born in U.S. territories the right to vote in the presidential elections. It is up to President Joe Biden to push for those living in the U.S. territories the right to vote and birthright citizenship for one unorganized territory.
If the Republicans do win Congress back, don't expect them to do anything about it. They are too busy promoting white nationalism under the guise of culture wars. They can't fathom people of color voting.
So thus, we're in a country of 332.4 million people.
Biden needs to address rights in the U.S. territories.
There are five U.S. territories with a population. There are over 4 million people living in the territories.
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa are U.S. territories with a permanent population. Those living on four of the U.S. territories are birthright citizens. They can freely travel into the U.S. without any restrictions.
Those living in American Samoa are considered U.S. nationals. They are not U.S. citizens.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Border Patrol do not have a strong jurisdiction in American Samoa. Those who are traveling to American Samoa from the U.S. are required to have a passport. In the other territories, you can freely travel, but it is necessary to have a passport or the RealID (driver's license with a star) if a plane does land in a country outside the United States.
They must have a special passport to enter the United States. They must apply for U.S. citizenship in order to get federal benefits and accommodate work requirements.
The Supreme Court on Monday said it will not consider a case that sought to confer U.S. citizenship on American Samoans at birth and presented the justices with an opportunity to revisit a series of rulings containing racist language that denied residents of U.S. territories some constitutional rights.
In turning away the dispute brought by three people born in American Samoa who now live in Utah, the Supreme Court left in place a U.S. appeals court ruling that upheld a federal law declaring that American Samoans are considered U.S. nationals, not citizens, at birth.
The three American Samoans, John Fitisemanu, Pale Tuli, Rosavita Tuli, joined by the Southern Utah Pacific Islander Coalition, challenged the law in federal district court in 2018, arguing it is unconstitutional because U.S. territories, like American Samoa, are "in the United States" under the Citizenship Clause.
The trial court sided with the three American Samoa natives, but the U.S. Court of the Appeals for the 10th Circuit upheld the statute. Lawyers for the three said the Denver-based appeals court relied on the controversial "Insular Cases," which were a series of decisions issued in the wake of the Spanish-American War that denied all constitutional protections to the unincorporated territories.
The cases, which date back to 1901, involved Congress's authority to govern U.S. territories, and the decisions were replete with racist language. In one concurring opinion from 1901, for example, Justice Edward Douglass White wrote that the U.S. could acquire an island "peopled with an uncivilized race" and warned against automatically granting citizenship to "those absolutely unfit to receive it."
Justice Neil Gorsuch called for the court to reconsider the Insular Cases, writing in a concurring opinion last term in a separate case involving the denial of federal disability benefits to residents of Puerto Rico that they have "no foundation in the Constitution and rest instead of racial stereotypes. They deserve no place in our law."
Beautiful scenery of Pago Pago.
With a population of roughly 50,000 and located approximately 2,500 miles south of Hawaii, American Samoa is one of five U.S. territories, though only its residents have not been granted birthright citizenship by Congress. While residents of American Samoa — as all U.S. nationals — can apply for U.S. citizenship through an expedited process and travel overseas with a U.S. passport, lawyers for the petitioners told the Supreme Court that their passports include a disclaimer stating "NOT A UNITED STATES CITIZEN," which they called a "stigmatizing classification."
The American Samoan natives living in Utah cannot vote or run for office at the federal and state levels. They are also prohibited from serving on juries or working as police officers.
"This ongoing denial of citizenship imposes significant harms, which fall disproportionately on those who relocate from American Samoa to other parts of the United States," they wrote. "Those born in American Samoa, including petitioners, are labeled second-class by the U.S. government."
But the government of American Samoa and the Justice Department called for the Supreme Court not to take up the case. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar said in a court filing that the 10th Circuit's "interpretation of the Citizenship Clause is consistent with the Constitution's test and with the long-established practice of the political Branches."
"It is also consistent with the wishes of the Samoan people, who have made clear through their elected representatives that they do not favor birthright citizenship," she said.
The American Samoan government told the Supreme Court that its people have for 3,000 years preserved the traditional Samoan way of life "in part by preserving their unique political status: From the moment the traditional leaders of the American Samoan people voluntarily ceded sovereignty over their islands to the United States, persons born in American Samoa have been born as United States nationals, but not United States citizens."
The petitioners, lawyers for the American Samoan wrote, "now seek to disrupt that unique status."
If the Supreme Court did grant U.S. citizenship to American Samoa, it will end its traditional Samoan way of life. It means U.S. citizens not living or born can sue the territory for land rights. The territory must allow Americans free access to the island.
For the time being, American Samoa will continue to hold its status as an unincorporated territory.
Marshall Bruce Mathers III is one of the best rappers in the world. Today, he turns 50.
Eminem is an American rapper, producer, media mogul and actor. He is one of the best white rappers in the world. On top of that, he is ranked in top 10 of the greatest rappers.
Born in St. Joseph, Missouri, but grew up in Detroit and Warren, Michigan, Em has always portrayed himself as the underdog. He created the Slim Shady ego as revenge on those who thought he would fail.
Eminem had never failed. These morons who felt Shady's wrath. Mind you these idiots thought Em was going to fail. Nope.
The Game, Raymond Scott, Canibus, Insane Clown Posse, Ja Rule, Jermaine Dupri, Machine Gun Kelly, Everlast and Nick Cannon have failed misrably.
Em was an underground rapper at the time. He was trying to get into the game. He listened to Fat Joe, Redman, KRS One, Rakim, Nas and LL Cool J to get his inspiration. He released his first album, Infinite.
Infinite was a cassette he sold when he was working at a local coney dog restaurant with his longtime producer and former D12 member Mr. Porter. He released the Slim Shady Ep and it ended up landing in the dropbox of Jimmy Iovine, then CEO of Interscope Records.
Iovine introduced Em to Dr. Dre and they immediately got to work. Em released his national debut album, The Slim Shady LP which went five times platinum.
The album immediately attracted controversy. Some of the noise believed that Em was promoting violence, homophobia and drug abuse.
Em was also attacked by some Black entertainers and activists for culture appropriation.
Mind you, much of the noise has become a distraction and no one has actually put a dent in the Rap God.
Eminem's credit to Dr. Dre goes beyond just a handful of albums. It's been a loyalty that kept Em on the Aftermath label for years. Anything with Dr. Dre's blessing is classic. Eminem's influences help push rap music more mainstream so rappers like DaBaby, Lil Baby, Jack Harlow, Megan Thee Stallion and many others could succeed in an industry that creates sharks.
I want to wish Em a happy birthday.
Em is working on his latest album. I hope that he will address The Game, Raymond Scott (formerly Benzino) and the noise.
Now Ye wants to waste money on a worthless social media company.
Ignore the noise.

VK - Russian knock off of Facebook. Many on the far right often go there when Facebook suspends them. The U.S. is working on sanctioning the platform.

However, the Securities and Exchanges Commission is investigating the company after a whistleblower confirms the former president is unlawfully transfering funds.
Parler - The once thriving alt-tech social media platform that was booted from Google Play and the Apple Store. The platform at one time was growing in popularity. It was a place for plotters to plan and execute the attacks on the U.S. Capitol.

Embattled media mogul and rapper Ye is considering buying Parler. It is run by Coondace Owens' husband, alleged spooner, Karen Farmer.
“Parlement will be honored to help him achieve his goals,” Farmer said.
Ye also released a statement.
“In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves,” Ye said.
Some believe Owens grifted Ye out of his money.
Parler’s parent company announced the deal on Monday morning, saying West had made “a groundbreaking move into the free speech media space and will never have to fear being removed from social media again.”
The acquisition comes after West, who has legally changed his name to Ye, had his account temporarily locked by Twitter this month over an antisemitic tweet.
Exact terms of the Parler deal weren’t disclosed, though Parler said it must still enter into a definitive agreement with West and expects to close in the fourth quarter. Parler’s parent, Parlement Technologies, would remain involved by providing technical services and cloud support.
