The Majority Leader finally acknowledges that Joe Biden is the next President of the United States. The Electoral College formally certified Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) as the president and vice president.

It officially ends the noise from the far-right. It ends the noise from President Donald J. Trump.

He won’t stop bitching about losing the election. So we’re just going to move on.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the most hated lawmaker in the country is still the Majority Leader. He easily beat Democrat Amy McGrath in a blowout. Thanks to the noise of the far-left, McGrath was weakened going into the general. The far-left’s “Defund The Police” scared white folks and became a weapon against moderate Democrats competing in relatively Republican-leaning states and congressional districts.

His legal name is Addison Mitchell McConnell. He is married to his second wife, Elanie Chao, the current Transportation Secretary.  Chao was previously the Labor Secretary of George W. Bush.

McConnell even smirked at the fact that thousands are dead from the coronavirus, millions are unemployed and facing eviction, and thousands are hungry. He won by double digits.

He is not liked among the Democrats. He is known as the Grim Reaper. He is known as the Turtle. He is known as the guy who famously stopped Barack Obama from picking his third Supreme Court nominee. 

He is known as the guy who rammed through Donald J. Trump’s Supreme Court nominees.

Even the third nominee one week before the election. 

So on the floor, McConnell addresses the name, “President-elect Joe Biden.” 

Trump vows to create chaos. That means undermining Biden and McConnell.

"Our country has officially a president-elect and a vice president-elect," the Kentucky Republican said. "The Electoral College has spoken. So today I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden."

Biden and McConnell served together in the Senate for years and negotiated several deals when Biden was vice president and McConnell was the GOP leader during Barack Obama's presidency. They will have to work closely again next year given the narrow margins in the House and Senate and Biden's professed desire to work with Senate Republicans on confirming his Cabinet and passing legislation.

Biden on Tuesday told reporters he had spoken with McConnell and would meet with him soon.

On Tuesday, McConnell said Biden has "devoted himself to public service for many years" and congratulated Harris for becoming the first woman elected vice president. Harris later told ABC News that she applauded McConnell for speaking with Biden.

Trump got angry. Really angry. He said that McConnell ignored the 75 million Americans who voted for him. He also said that Republicans should stand with him or face the consequences.

McConnell further broke with Trump on Tuesday during a call with Republican senators, warning the lawmakers against objecting to the presidential election results when they are delivered to a joint session of Congress for certification early next year. He also referred colleagues to his floor remarks recognizing Biden as the president-elect. A spokesperson for McConnell did not provide further comment.

Trump also promises chaos in the final weeks of his presidency. CNN reports that he may not leave the White House. Other outlets said that he may retreat to Mar-a-Largo in Florida and remain there. He may not appear at the inauguration. 

Trump has hinted he will likely run again in 2024. 

Trump will continue to be in the junk food media’s diet of disinformation, division, diversion and distraction.

It’s important for you to get out and vote.On January 5, 2021, there is a runoff election for two Republican incumbent senators. The Democrats are trailing by four points in most polls and it looks likely the Republicans will retain their hold. But if we can get a strong turnout like we did to help President-elect Joe Biden, then it is possible for the Senate to be flipped.

It’s time to replace Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) and Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA). They refuse to acknowledge that Black Lives Matter. In the wake of Ahmad Arbery and Rayshard Brooks’ deaths, the two U.S. Senators have backed President Donald J. Trump’s “law and order” canard.

Perdue and Loffler support the cops who shot Rayshard and the white nationalists who shot Ahmad.

The Glynn County Police Department released the body cam of the terrorist who shot Ahmad back in February 2020. The 25-year old was unarmed when he was chased by three white men.

These three men face LIFE or DEATH if convicted in Georgia.

The terrorist who shot him claimed it was “self defense” and had the backing of the county prosecutors because the father knew them. It was a video leak from the white nationalist who recorded the encounter that flipped the story.

The delay of criminally charging these three brought to question if the situation was reversed and the victim was White. It opened a debate on racial inequality in the United States.

The prosecutors advised them to not arrest those three at one time. At the behest of the terrorist’s father, a conservative radio station shared the video online and it went viral.

It painted a different outcome and it led to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Justice Department to intervene in the matter. It led to the terrorist, his father and the guy recording the encounter to be charged with murder. Though the father and guy recording had not shot Ahmad, they were willing to block the path of him. They failed by not letting the police handle the matter. They instigated an encounter. They have false imprisonment, aggravated assault and malice murder. Charges that equal at least 15 to LIFE. 

Additional evidence shows that the terrorist had racial resentment towards Black people.

Ahmad Arbery's death sparked discussions about racial inequality.

He allegedly called Amhud a “fucking NIGGER” while he was laying on the ground shot in the chest by this fool.

In the body cam, he tries to put on an act. He acts like he was the victim. He even asks for a water from the cops. 

He tells a female cop that “he had no other choice.”

On February 11,, 2020, one of these guys called 9-1-1 to report a 6-foot tall Black man with short hair, red shorts and a white shirt who was trespassing on the site of a house under construction. Amhad did not take anything from the home. But according to the guy, he said robberies and break-ins happened and he fingered him as the culprit. 

On February 23, 2020, the encounter which led to the death. Glynn County tried to bury this as a potential “self-defense” issue. If it wasn’t for the video and the possible cover up, we wouldn’t see these men in the county lockup.

What Americans saw in the video was a lynching.

These so-called “Stand Your Ground” laws are bullshit. It only works in the favor of white nationalists and the police.

Think about it!

Black men are four times likely to be shot, four times likely to be called criminals, four times likely to be never given the benefit of doubt from their fellow human being.

White entitlement and privilege has been a plague on the United States. President Donald J. Trump is a symptom not the cause.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The selection of Rep. Deb Haaland (D-NM) to lead the Department of Interior will make her the first Native American and woman to lead the cabinet. It could also make a competitive House race for a seat crucial to keeping the Democrats in the majority.

Sources are confirming that Haaland, 60 is in the running for the Department of Interior.

The Department of Interior is a position that covers the roles of protecting federal lands, natural resources and wildlife. The agencies under the Interior Department include the Bureau of Land Management, the United States Geological Survey and the National Park Service. 

Biden is vowing the diversify his cabinet. Picking Deb Haaland will be a historical pick. She will be the first woman and Native American to lead a White House cabinet position.

She is of the Laguna Pueblo heritage. She resides in the city of Albuquerque and is a supporter of the environment and the plights of indigenous people, Latinx and African Americans.

She is a 35th-generation New Mexican. She and Rep. Sherice Davids (D-KS) are the first Native American women to serve in the Congress. 

Haaland is a single mother who raised her daughter on the safety net. At times, she could afford to pay bills because she worked two jobs. She earned her degrees at the University of New Mexico School of law in 2006. She has a bachelor’s in English. She went on to succeed Michelle Lugan Grisham, who would become the governor of New Mexico. 

Haaland didn’t respond to comments from the junk food media. But it’s likely she will take the role if offered by President-elect Joe Biden.

Biden already picked Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH) and Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-LA) to fill spots in the administration and the seats are likely Democrat holds. But the seat that Haaland holds is leaning Democrat and a potential grab for Republicans fumed over President Donald J. Trump lost to Biden.

Under New Mexico law, Haaland would not have to resign her House seat until the Senate confirms her. The New Mexico secretary of state will have 10 days to set a date for a general election to fill the vacancy. It will occur between 77 to 91 days of the vacancy.

Many speculate that Republicans are motivated to reclaim the House and Senate in 2022, so Democrats are hoping to keep motivation going into the Midterms to keep the majority.

With Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) signalling they will retain their roles as top Democratic leaders, the far-right will continue to vilify them and use them as motivators to get voters to support Republicans.

It doesn’t help when a one bill lawmaker who makes noise continues her crusade. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the Jim Jordan of the Left is calling for Pelosi and Schumer to step aside. She and The Squad are giving the far-right ammo to say to the “Democrats are disarray.” 

In reality, Republicans are in disarray. They don’t want to lose the Trump base while trying to appeal to the moderates and independents who felt the base went too far.

With Biden in and Republicans motivated to gridlock his presidency, they will line up candidates who could make the Democrats slim majority in the House even slimmer. They already lost one member to the noise of the far-right and far-left.

Rep. Xochitl Torres Small (D-NM) lost her bid for reelection to Rep-elect Yvette Herrell (R-NM). 

Herrell is a member of the Cherokee Nation and is the first Republican woman who is Native American. Torres Small is a Latia lawmaker. 

Torres Small and many Democrats representing conservative districts blame Pelosi, Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Rep. Ayanna Presley (D-MA) for costing them their elections. These Democratic lawmakers represent safe holds and their influence on the party has turned off moderates and independents. 

The far-left is bad as the far-right when it comes to partisan bullshit.

The former South Bend mayor and Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigeig will be selected as the Department of Transportation secretary. 

The Indiana native and former Navy officer is going to be President-elect Joe Biden’s pick for the U.S. Department of Transportation. 

Besides Kamala Harris, the Vice President-elect, Buttigieg will be the latest former Democratic rival to join the Biden administration if confirmed.

Buttigieg, 38 will make history as the first openly LGBTQ cabinet secretary to be approved by the U.S. Senate.

“I am nominating him for Secretary of Transportation because this position stands at the nexus of so many of the interlocking challenges and opportunities ahead of us,” Biden said in a statement. “Jobs, infrastructure, equity, and climate all come together at the DOT, the site of some of our most ambitious plans to build back better.”

Buttigieg was rumored to be a member of Biden’s cabinet for some time. Some believed he would serve as Defense Secretary or U.S. ambassador.

Buttigieg was a strong contender in the Democratic primaries. He would eke out a win in the Iowa caucus beating Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Biden. The Bernie Bros would launch a campaign against him calling him a lobbyist, a ratface and corporate Democrat.

Buttigieg lasted through the South Carolina primaries. He would eventually drop out and quickly endorse Biden for president. He became one of fiercest defenders of Biden. He even clashed with many trolls and protesters while on the campaign trail.

He didn't worry too much about how the junk food media treated him.

Buttigieg and Michael Bloomberg were the only candidates willing to take on Sanders' supporters and their vicious behavior.

Obviously, leftists aren’t going to be happy with the pick but guess what?

Buttigieg is a good person who worked feverishly for Biden and Harris. He should be rewarded for his help.

Buttigieg is married to his husband Chasten Glezman-Buttigieg. Butigieg is Christian and has said it was a strong influence on his life. He was the mayor of South Bend from 2012 to 2020.

He is a graduate of Harvard University and Pembroke College, Oxford.

Biden vowed to make his cabinet diverse and equal. He said that he will nominate people of color, women and those in the LGBTQ community as a part of his cabinet. He said if a Supreme Court vacancy comes, he will pick a Black woman to be a justice.

SiriusXM Progress host and comedian Dean Obeidallah and a Montana real estate agent are owed a hefty sum of payments from a white nationalist who runs this crapshow website.

Obeidallah, a progressive agitator and civil rights activist who is Muslim successfully sued this white nationalist for $4.13 million in damages. The white nationalist claimed that Obeidallah was involved in the bombing at an Ariana Grande concert. The terrorist blew himself up during a Grande performance in Manchester, England killing 22 and himself. 

Taylor Dumpson, a former student at American University successfully sued the white nationalist for slander. She said that she was elected as the student president of the university. The white nationalist led an online campaign to attack her character and she was subjected to racial slurs, sexist remarks and threats of violence. She ended up getting nearly $1.3 million in damages.

Dean Obeidallah sued the white extremist after he slander him online.

I refuse to mention this troll and the website. The feds haven’t seized it yet. However, they will be in the process of doing it soon.

Tanya Gersh was a victim of a troll storm when this troll pushed a campaign of relentless harassment and death threats. She owned a property in Whitefish, Montana and it was renting it out when a white nationalist wanted to set up shop there. A protest led to the white nationalist to withdraw his bid to own it. So this troll decided to post on his website the name, address and personal information of this woman to create a campaign of anti-semitic and relentless smearing of her.

The federal courts said enough is enough. Free speech had a limit and this campaign caused harm. She will be rewarded $14 million in punitive damages.

The U.S. District Court in Missoula, Montana ruled that the troll and the website failed to contest the plaintiff’s concerns and failed to show up to deny it played a role in the “troll storm.”

In an opinion by U.S. District Judge Dana L. Christensen, the magistrate judge, Jeremiah C. Lynch,recommended a default judgement against the troll, who failed to appear for a deposition in April.

But Lynch went further than finding for Gersh on procedural grounds: He recommended that Christensen order the troll to pay $4,043,438 in compensatory damages and $10 million, the maximum under state law, in punitive damages for “the particularly egregious and reprehensible nature of [the defendant’s] conduct.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center based in Montgomery, Alabama has been very aggressive going after this troll and other entities. 

White extremist's whereabouts are unknown. The white extremist lived in Columbus, Ohio.

Gersh sued the troll under Montana’s Anti-Intimidation Act in April 2017, saying she and her family were subjected to hundreds of threatening and anti-Semitic hate messages.

The troll refused to appear in April. The troll claims he doesn’t live in the country. Private investigators and the U.S. Marshals are searching Columbus, Ohio for him. 

His attorneys withdrew. The website is frequently losing web hosts and he’s apparently broke.

The other entities have lost their webmasters and are being sued by civil rights groups. 

In the wake of the George Floyd killing, the pressure is on for inclusiveness. The websites that I will not mention have “-mania” in it. They are being sued by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Under Law in federal court. They are suing to have the websites shut down. 

The websites are a festering ground for white extremism and domestic terrorism. 

When I was still doing YouTube, I became a target of “-mania.” I was relentlessly harassed, online shamed, personally defamed and had pictures of me photoshopped on offensive caricatures. 

The feds could seize this website if the troll fails to pay his victims.

If they manage to sue the website and force its closure, it will not stop it. I will find some way to fester in the cesspool.

Tanya Gersh, Taylor Dumpson and Dean Obeidallah fought against the slander, the hate and vitriol of the internet. 

They won.

Hopefully they will take this website and its troll founder down.

Michigan lawmaker leaves the Republican Party.

Outgoing Rep. Paul Mitchell (I-MI) had supported President Donald J. Trump. He voted for him twice. He endorsed the Trump/Paul Ryan tax breaks. Mitchell didn’t join Rep. Justin Amash (I/L-MI) and Democrats when Trump was impeached. He supported Trump’s attacks on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. 

What drove him to leave the Republican Party?

I guess it was Trump’s temper tantrums and the death threats. Matter of fact, Michigan had to shut down the state capitol so they could have it swept for bombs. The electors had to be escorted by police so they could cast their ballots.

Michigan went to Biden by three points. This state along with WIsconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia and Nevada were targets of numerous lawsuits by Trump. Each of them were dismissed by federal and state courts. The lawsuits by the state of Texas were rejected by the Supreme Court. 

The Supreme Court said they will not intervene in the results of the election hereby ending Trump’s quest to change the results.

Mitchell, a two term Republican who voted for Trump said he will immediately sever his ties with the Republican Party. He said that the Republican lawmakers who signed on to Texas’ lawsuit was the last straw. Mitchell said he can’t be a part of a party that parades around patriotism while secretly trying to undermine democracy.

It’s a little too late for the independent streak. Mitchell is retiring and it’s basically symbolic.

His successor, Rep-elect Lisa McClain (R-MI) will carry on as the opposition to a Biden administration. 

The Republican Party has embraced white nationalism. Despite having Black Republicans like Rep-elect Burgess Owens (R-UT) and Rep-elect Bryon Donalds (R-FL) in the fold, the Republicans Party is the party of white nationalism, conspiracy theories and stupidity.

Former Louisiana governor and presidential candidate Bobby “Piyush” Jindal said that the Republican Party is the “party of stupid.”

Mitchell represents Bay City and Port Huron in the 10th Congressional District. The district is SAFE REPUBLICAN and Trump won the district by 14 points.

Are The Feds Watching DJ Vlad's Videos Too?

DJ Vlad's interviews gave the feds the needed toppings on Casanova's federal sandwich.

Rapper Casanova and many entertainers are fingering DJ Vlad as a potential federal witness. 

When Casanova (Caswell Senior) went to DJ Vlad for an interview, he basically bragged about his dealings when he’s not rapping and singing. Now the feds have a sandwich for him to snack on. He is facing up to LIFE in federal time out for violent crimes, fraud and extortion.

Casanova is allegedly associated with the domestic terrorist group The Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation. He and 18 members are criminally charged.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Vlad is being “canceled” by some because he allegedly led the feds to Casanova.

DJ Vlad (born Vlad Lyubovny) is an Ukrainian-American celebrity agitator and former deejay.

He is the host of VLADTV on YouTube and Facebook Live

His interviews come off as a police interrogation instead of a celebrity interview.

Vlad had faced the wrath of Rick Ross. The Miami based rapper and business mogul was not pleased about Vlad running his mouth about Rick’s past as a corrections officer. It sparked a rap feud with 50 Cent and Vlad felt his nose slide across his face allegedly. 

The rumors were Vlad got a broken nose after Ross and his crew served him a knuck style chili with onions.

Vlad, who is white has made millions off his YouTube videos and interviews with some of the country’s notable hip-hop acts and leaders of the community.

Some believe he is making money off the backs of Black people.

Casanova is facing LIFE in the iron college.

Vlad has been caught slick editing comments to make the interview more controversial.

Obviously controversy sells in America. So I am going to make this clear, I am unsubscribing to DJ Vlad. I am no longer going to subscribe to Nick Cannon’s YouTube page. I won't entertain these agitators and their bullshit.

Again, you want to admit to the world you commit a criminal act, expect the law to catch you.
