The 38-year old entertainer is facing 10 in federal time out for that gold-plated firearm.
Better ask President Donald J. Trump for that pardon …. It’s gonna cost him some money!
Back in October, Lil Wayne announced his support for the outgoing president during the elections.
The entertainer had been charged with criminal possession of a firearm and ammunition as a prior. Having weapons under disability charge is a federal sandwich since he was an intern in the state of New York. Someone tipped the feds to a private plane with marijuana, cocaine, purple drank and that shiny gold-plated, .45 caliber handgun in a Louis Vuitton bookbag.
Known legally as Dwayne Michael Carter, the rapper went to Miami federal court to enter a plea guilty to the criminal charges. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida confirms that the entertainer has a lengthy bid for his guilty plea.
The entertainer was arrested in December 2019 when he arrived on flight from California at the Opa Locka Executive Airport. Officers spoke with the entertainer. He admitted that he had illegal narcotics and a firearm in his bag.
Due to unforeseeable circumstances I won’t be performing tonight at the Tyson/Jones fight. Hope the event is still a success and much love to Triller. Love 🤙🏾
He also released his mixtape No Ceilings 3. I won’t cover the album. But you can listen to it here.
The lawyers for him said he never used the firearm.
“The charge is that because he was convicted of a felony in the past, he is prohibited from possessing a firearm,” attorney Howard Srebnick said.
He will be served on January 28, 2021.
“The federal sentencing guidelines call for substantially lower and I would not look at the maximum exposure to decide anyone’s sentence and all the facts need to be thoroughly reviewed,” sailed Ronald Richards, another attorney for the entertainer.
The entertainer pleaded guilty in October 2009 to a felony gun charge as part of a deal with the New York prosecutors. The charges stemmed from his arrest in 2007 outside of New York City’s Beacon Theater in which a .40 caliber pistol was found on his tour bus.
Under federal law, convicted felons are banned from possessing firearms.
Wheezy had served eight months of his year in the iron college. Now this could be 10 years in the federal time out. He better hope that Trump will do a pardon before he’s out on January 20th, 2021.
The Supreme Court rejects Texas and Donald Trump's bid to overturn election.

Corrupt Attorney General Ken Paxton suffers a humilating loss at the Supreme Court.
The end of the road for President Donald J. Trump. The Supreme Court rejected a request from the state of Texas to overturn the election results. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who is under federal watch, tried to protest the states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in the way they handle ballots.
The states went to Joe Biden and he will be the next President of the United States.
The court’s order, issued with no public dissents, to dismiss the challenge is the strongest indication yet that Trump has no chance of overturning the election results in court, and that even Trump’s appointed justices (Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett) have no interest in the allowing his desperate legal bids to continue.
The Electoral College will convene on Monday to affirm that Biden won.
You were rejected.
This will end Trump’s quest to overturn the election results. It won’t stop him from complaining about it and he will continue to sow discourse and spread chaos in the final weeks of his disgraceful presidency.
Trump’s allies are pretty much defeated. The lawsuit brought on by Paxton was trying to sue these states. He wanted to invalidate the election results and go against the will of the American people.
Trump had support from 18 Republican attorney generals and over 100 Republican lawmakers.
The Republican lawmakers are nincompoops. Idiots. A bunch of dumbasses supporting a dumbass. A bunch of white nationalists who claim to be “patriots” but in reality, they’re a bunch of craven cowardly cunts!
The Court says the lawsuit has no standing and it was pretty much dismissed without any merit.
Pexton said it was “unfortunate.”
“I will continue to tirelessly defend the integrity and security of our elections and hold accountable those who shirk established election law for their own convenience,” Paxton said.
Republican Minority Leader, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has no shame. The California lawmaker along with Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), the House Minority Whip threw their support behind the lawsuit.
Now technically, the Republican lawmakers who supported this are committing a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ) said that the Republican lawmakers should even be seated for their act of treachery. He said that elected officials who “have engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the United States shouldn’t even have a place in the country’s representation.
“The actions of our colleagues to demolish democracy, regardless of party affiliation, must be repudiated in the strongest possible terms. The fate of our democracy depends on us.”
Just this week, the dying old fart Rush Limbaugh was teasing secession because of Trump losing.
This rhetoric is dangerous and irresponsible. But what do you expect from a bunch of white nationalists?
Springfield, Missouri Police have a brutal history of police violence. In the video shared on social media, a man is peacefully recording a police encounter in his neighborhood. The police officer gets out of his vehicle, verbally abuses him and then places him under arrest.
What the fuck is going on here?
You can film police encounters.
Trust me, they allow COPS and Live P.D. to be in the cruisers.
Anyway, Missouri has a controversial history of pulling Black motorists over more than white motorists. In a report issued last year shows that Black motorists were pulled over 91% of the time in Missouri.
Attorney General Eric Schmitt released a fact finding about racial profiling and saw that it was rampant in the state.
The Missouri NAACP in 2017 issued a travel advisory warning people to be careful while in Missouri because of a danger that civil rights won’t be respected, citing in part the attorney general’s annual report on disparities in police stops.
For example, St. Louis County police were 80 percent more likely to stop black drivers compared to white drivers, when analyzing the total number of police stops. But when only comparing St. Louis County drivers, data show black drivers were more than twice as likely to be pulled over.
In the Kansas City-area city of Blue Springs, which is 87 percent white based on 2010 census data and close to Interstate 70, black drivers in general were 275 percent more likely to be stopped. When isolating stops to residents, data show black drivers were nearly three times as likely to be stopped compared to white resident drivers.
“That is worrisome, because now we have a more accurate indicator of disparity because the population base is, if you will, the correct one,” said Richard Rosenfeld, a University of Missouri-St. Louis criminologist who analyzed the data for the attorney general’s office.
The 2018 report comes nearly five years after protesters in Ferguson drew national attention to longstanding concerns about police treatment of black communities following the 2014 police shooting death of Michael Brown, a black, unarmed 18-year-old who lived in the St. Louis suburb.
So as the news came forth, Springfield Police had to do damage control.
As recommended by the Attorney General, we also take a deeper dive into the numbers internally. After receiving data from officers in the field, we use a nationally-recognized mathematical formula to determine the “binomial probability,” which shows the possibility that racial profiling exists for a specific officer. If any officers are shown to have a potential for bias while conducting traffic stops, we then take a second look at the circumstances surrounding that officer and all their stops. The officer is then interviewed by their direct supervisor, who completes a report documenting their findings, which are reviewed by the officer’s chain of command. Chief Williams reviews all the information and determines if further action (I.e. training, discipline) should be taken.
After the yearly analysis is completed, Chief Paul F. Williams meets with minority leaders in the community, historically with the Springfield NAACP, to share the results of the review and talk about action steps for moving forward.
SPD, at the request of the NAACP, employed a third-party researcher formerly with Missouri State University to comb through the data and compile reports that summarize the findings pertaining to racial disparities in traffic stops, vehicle searches, driver arrests, and contraband seized. That information is valuable through the links above.

Every step of this process, from our training techniques to our early intervention system, is taken very seriously at the highest levels of the department. We understand our community’s concern and we hope that by opening the lines of communication, we can show our citizens that we are allies and want to UNITE in our efforts to help our community feel safe, and free from bias in police decision making.
Springfield, Missouri.
At the Springfield Police Department, we take several precautions to ensure that discrimination does not play a role in our traffic stops.
The first proactive set of measures we take to guard against biased-based policing is during the hiring process. Before an individual is ever accepted into the academy, our background investigators check to make sure the candidate does not have a history of behavior that would suggest they have biases that could hinder their decision-making abilities.
If the candidate is accepted into the academy, they will undergo 12 hours of cultural diversity, racial profiling and implicit bias training. Further training continues after the academy and every year all SPD officers receive a minimum of one hour of similar training.
We take our precaution efforts to the next level with an early intervention system which is designed to collect and scrutinize traffic stop data to ensure racially motived behavior does not exist.
Missouri law allows the governor to strip state funding from police agencies that don’t comply with the state’s racial profiling law. State Budget Director Dan Haug said at least as far back as 2015, that has not occurred.
Springfield is located in Greene County, Missouri. The city has a population of 175,000 residents. The Springfield-Branson metropolitan area has over 530,000 residents. It is dubbed the "Queen City of the Ozarks," "The 417" and the "Birthplace of Route 66." Country music is very popular in the city.
It was once known as a town for lynching Black residents.
It's gonna to take a miracle to heal this nation. Hopefully Joe Biden and Kamala Harris can make it work.

NBC hosted the Time Person of the Year docuseries.
Bruce Springsteen introduced the two in the final segment.
With Trump trying to convince the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the results of the election, our country is more divided than ever.
Trump also is spreading baseless claims about Biden now that he sicced the Justice Department on Hunter Biden.
The coronavirus pandemic has killed 340,000 Americans and there is no end in sight. The vaccine will be out but it won’t be enough to cover millions of Americans. It will not bring back the thousands of people killed by this.
We have 20 million people infected by the coronavirus. Trump isn’t even concerned about this.
Trump deserved to lose. The Republicans who won their elections are going to get death threats and a wake up call. Folks ain’t gonna tolerate this bullshit much longer. With unemployment at record highs and folks losing their homes, Americans will send a message to the House and Senate in 2022.
Biden will likely have gridlock in 2021 and 2022. Democrats will have to win the Georgia run-off elections. to at least have a small chance of getting things done in Biden’s first 100 days.

NBCUniversal Television announced that Superstore will end after Season 6. The sitcom created by Justin Spitzer and America Ferrera is coming to an end.
Ferrera had already signalled that she will be leaving the series and stayed on for two episodes into the season. She stayed on before the pandemic.
The zany antics of the crew at Cloud 9. The fictional superstore based off the models of Target, Kroger, Walmart and Kmart featured the crew of store 1214.
In addition to typical American hypermarket products, Cloud 9 also sells guns and liquor, and has a pharmacy. Additionally Cloud 9 has its own credit union for its employees. It also previously had a photo studio. The former spokesman for Cloud 9 was Daniel Hertzler (as Kyle the Cloud 9 Cloud), until he was arrested and charged with cannibalism.
The corporation, based in Chicago, does not offer paid maternity leave, health insurance or paid overtime to its employees. Under Cloud 9 policy employees may take one bathroom break per shift, and are allotted 15 minutes for lunch.
In an effort to control what is happening in the individual stores, all locks and lights, as well as temperature control and music, are controlled from the corporate office. In 2017, Cloud 9 changed its store brand from Halo to Super Cloud.
The NBC comedy is set to end after its current sixth season, which has been interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Episode 113 will be its last, meaning there are 11 episodes left to air.
The show’s end comes as no great surprise, given that its biggest star America Ferrera departed in the second episode of season 6, leaving a gaping hole in the single-camera set in fictional big box store Cloud 9. It has also been struggling a little in the ratings of late, averaging only a 0.8 among adults 18-49 and 3.3 million total viewers after seven days of delayed viewing (season 5 averaged a 1.1 and 3.8 million for comparison).
America Ferrera, Lauren Ash and Nichole Sakura (a/k/a Nichole Bloom).
“Superstore” will be back from its Winter hiatus on Thursday, Jan. 14, and will end in the spring.
“We’re grateful to Universal Television and NBC for letting us make 113 episodes of a show we’re so proud of, and for giving us the chance to work with such an incredibly talented group of actors, writers and crew,” said executive producers Justin Spitzer, Gabe Miller and Jonathan Green. “We’re thankful most of all to the viewers who’ve stuck with us for the past six years (or discovered us somewhere along the way). We’ll do our best to go out strong and give you the satisfying ending you deserve.”
The series, which stars Ben Feldman, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nico Santos, Nichole Bloom, Kaliko Kauahi, and Mark McKinney, has been a stalwart of NBC’s lineup since its premiere in 2015, as plenty of other comedy efforts have come and gone in the intervening time. Over the course of its run, the series has examined topical issues such as health care, immigration, unionization and the struggles of retail workers.
In her statement on the series’ end, NBC president of scripted content Lisa Katz described “Superstore” as a “signature NBC series.”
“‘Superstore’…has never failed to make us laugh while also thoughtfully examining important issues people care deeply about,” said Katz. “This has been an amazing group of writers, producers, actors and crew to work with and we are incredibly grateful for all their contributions. This show will forever hold its place among the top workplace comedies for which we have a cherished history.”
The series is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Spitzer Holding Company, Miller Green Broadcasting and The District.
Nico Santos and Colton Dunn.
Spitzer, Miller and Green will continue to work with the studio have all renewed their overall deals with UTV last year.
“We are incredibly proud of this show and the stories we were able to tell within the walls of Cloud 9,” said Universal Television president Erin Underhill. “We want to thank Justin Spitzer, who created this show, current showrunners Jonathan Green and Gabe Miller, all the writers, cast and crew. Not only did they bring us a comedy full of heart and humor, but ‘Superstore’ also became one of the most socially impactful series on television.”
DC Entertainment and The CW Network announced Black Lightning will end its run when it begins its upcoming Season 4.
Cress Williams who plays Jefferson Pierce, a high school principal who is forced to don his superhero suit once again after years of retirement after a gang war and a bang baby plague.
The series also features Christine Adams, China Anne McClain, Nafessa Williams, James Remar, Marvin Jones III, Jordan Calloway and Damon Gupton.
“When we first started the “Black Lightning” journey, I knew that Jefferson Pierce and his family of a powerful Black woman would be a unique addition to the superhero genre,” said Salim Akil in a statement. Akil is the series developer and executive producer. His wife, Mara Brock Akil is the executive producer and series creator. She was known for the UPN later CW sitcoms The Game and Girlfriends. The show is a part of Greg Berlanti’s Arrowverse. He is also the executive producer of Black Lightning.
He added, “The love that Blerds and all comic book fans around the globe have shown this series over the past three seasons proved what we imagined, Black People Want To See Themselves in all their complexities.”
Black Lightning fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic.
News of the series ending comes over a week after The CW ordered a backdoor pilot for a potential spinoff centered on the “Black Lightning” character Painkiller. Calloway will star in that project, with Akil writing, executive producing and directing the pilot.
“Thank you to the phenomenal cast, writers and crew without whom none of this would’ve been possible,” Akil continued. “I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve been able to do and the moments we’ve been able to create in bringing DC’s first African-American family of superheroes to life for the culture. I’m very grateful to Peter Roth, Warner Bros. TV, Mark Pedowitz, The CW Network and Greg Berlanti for their partnership and support of my vision at every step of this journey. While Season Four may be the end of one journey, I’m extremely excited to usher in a new chapter and continued collaboration with The CW as we tell the story of Painkiller.”
“Black Lightning” hails from Berlanti Productions and Akil Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. The series was developed for TV by Akil. Mara Brock Akil also executive produces, along with Berlanti and Sarah Schechter of Berlanti Productions, Charles D. Holland and Pat Charles.
Black heroes.
The CW has found great success with its lineup of DC shows. Along with “Black Lightning,” the broadcaster has aired shows like “Arrow” — which ended earlier this year after eight seasons — as well as “The Flash,” “Supergirl,” “Legends of Tomorrow” and “Batwoman.” It was also announced last year that The CW was plotting an “Arrow” spinoff about the Canaries, which aired as a backdoor pilot during “Arrow’s” final season. Most recently, it acquired the shows “Swamp Thing” and “Stargirl” from the now-defunct streaming service DC Universe.
Black Lightning was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia and Vancouver, Canada. With this pandemic affecting television, you will see more longtime shows ending or getting canceled.
