A young woman sunbathing in a yard was killed by an ex-rookie cop. The rookie was trying to kill her dog but ended up missing and shooting her.

Her dog did survive the injuries but the mother of three was killed.

Her last words were....

Margarita "Maggie" Brooks was the woman who became the latest hashtag and victim of police violence. She is a white woman and the cop who shot her was an Asian-American. He was of Indian-South Asian descent.

Cop's first month on his own and he fucked up.

The cop who I will only mention once is Ravinder "Ravi" Singh. The 28-year old rookie tendered his resignation shortly after this incident. The incident happened in November 2019, and now a grand jury has decided to formally charge the ex-cop with criminal negligent homicide and manslaughter. The charges itself could put this dirty cop in the iron college for 2 to 30 years.

What happened?

Back in November 2019, a white man called the law on a report of a woman being unconscious behind a business. The dirty cop did a welfare check on the woman. When he saw her bull mastodon dog approach him, he immediately tried to shoo it back but then he drew his service weapon.

When the dog got closer to the cop, he fired three rounds, grazing the dog but ending up shooting Maggie in the abdomen around the lower torso.

The cop claimed he feared for his life and believed the dog was attacking him.

The young mother was living on hard times but wasn't considered a threat to the cop.

The dirty cop was booked in the Tarrant County lockup in Fort Worth. He was held without a get out free card. He must appear towards a magistrate.

The ex-cop's attorneys declined comment.

Brooks' father who works as a first responder was shocked to find out the cops killed his daughter in such a reckless matter. He went to Inside Edition to tell the world that most first responders have pepper spray and Tasers to restrain suspects and dogs. He said that dirty cop did not use proper judgement when he fired off his service weapon.

Brooks' family appeared at The White House with Donald J. Trump. Appearing with lawyer S. Lee Merritt, the family were told by Trump that he will work on police reform. So far, that work is diverted to picking a Supreme Court nominee who could rollback



It took over two weeks for Botham Jean's killer to be charged. The Dallas ex-cop was a white woman who mistakenly went into his home and shot him dead. She claimed that she believed he was an intruder. The ex-cop is trying to appeal her 10 year bid in the iron college. If she does get a retrial, she could face 45 years in the iron college. The ex-cop claims she was given a bias trial.

The family of Botham Jean and the judge were Black and they hugged her. The family forgives her but are suing for the city of Dallas and her police pension.

You notice that the only cops who were arrested for killing civilians are people of color!

Cop aims at the dog but misses and hits the owner.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Everyday at least 103 people die from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country. Police shootings are part of the systematic problem with gun violence. No amount of training will ever stop a cop from using split judgement when it comes to a life-or-death situation. However, given how many of these incidents should have involved  deescalation, these fatal encounters should have been prevented.

The far-right claims white people are killed faster than Black people. It's not true. Cops are quick to kill Black people at a faster pace than white.

Okay, the proposals include prosecuting the Ku Klux Klan and Antifa as terrorist organizations, making Juneteenth a federal holiday and efforts to boost Black economic prosperity.

Trump went to Atlanta, Georgia for what was deemed the Black Economic Empowerment "Platinum Plan." Trump sought to draw contrasts between his plan for the Black community and Joe Biden's proposals, arguing that Biden "inflicted" damage on the Black community over the last 47 years he's spent working in Washington, DC.

Trump strength is in Black male voters. The ones who are not educated.

Biden has at least 85% of the Black vote.

Trump laid out his "platinum plan" which is a far-fetch attempt at generating the Black vote.

Last month, he called Black Lives Matter, a symbol of hate. He defended Confederate monuments and memorials. He has attacked Black athletes, politicians, Barack Obama and refuse to put Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill.

The Trump Platinum Plan for African Americans sounds like a damn credit card enrollment.

I believe it's a good thing for Trump to reach out to Black voters. For years, the Democratic Party has been taking advantage of the Black vote. They have no succeeded in making things better for African Americans. Trump will at least try to reach out to Black voters by doing something that previous presidents failed at doing.

I believe it's pandering. Trump and Republicans have a mixed message when it comes to Black voters. The Republican Party has been very vocal about their platform. What Happened To Kurt Reinhold?

Kurt Reinhold was shot and killed by the law. His only crime, being a homeless man.

Apparently jaywalking and being homeless is a crime where police can use deadly force.

Protests broke out in the affluent Orange County, California city of San Clemente. The cops shot an unarmed Black man. According to the Orange County Sheriff's department, the man tried to reach for a deputy's gun during a struggle.

The victim, Kurt Reinhold, 42 died on Wednesday after two deputies from the sheriff's department's Homeless Outreach Team encountered him about 1:12pm near the Hotel Miramar, Sheriff Don Barnes said in a news conference.

A physical altercation happened when Reinhold "grabbed one of the deputies' weapons and appears to have tried to bring it out of the holster." It's unclear if Reinhold completely unholstered the weapon.

"It was a significant struggle with Mr. Reinhold that went on for some time, and the deputy did state four different times, 'He got my gun,' on four separate occasions," Barnes said, citing a video independently provided by a witness.

The Orange County Sheriff says they were called to a dispute. They confronted Kurt Reinhold over a jaywalking incident.

One of the deputies shot twice, Barnes said. The deputies tried to render aid but Reinhold was dead at the scene.

The encounter was captured on surveillance video, but Barnes said it would not be released at this time, citing the ongoing investigation and pending interviews with witnesses.

That means they're withholding video footage to spike off potential unrest.

There were protests on behalf of Kurt, a father of two who was a weightlifter and professional stuntman.

The cops are in the freezer pending an investigation into whether justified force was used.

The shooting is the latest in many incidents where the police are quick to shoot Black people and too easy on white suspects.

The Wisconsin Republican Party gave a standing ovation to the mother of a white terrorist who shot and killed two protesters in Kenosha. The 17-old white terrorist came from Illinois to Wisconsin. He literally was there to cause trouble. He shot a man in the head and another in the chest. He wounded a protester who was armed in the arm. The terrorist causally walked towards police with his hands up. The police ignored him and he went home took a nap and got a breakfast. He called his religious leader and lawyer. He was soon arrested and refuses to be extradited because he claims "defense."

He became the example of a different standard in how the law treat suspects. An armed suspect is taken alive while Black men and women are shot for the most dumbest reasons.

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. Will The Trump Supreme Court Pick Energizes Dems?

Trump says Amy Coney Barrett has the talents.

Amy Coney Barrett is being introduced by Donald J. Trump  at The White House.

Another event where many of those attending not wearing facial mask. Some of the Republican senators are in attendance.

Trump made his third pick shortly after Ruth Bader Ginsburg passing away. Republicans who shamelessly denied Barack Obama his pick of Merrick Garland will quickly push Barrett through without delay.

This shameless hypocrisy will energize the Democrats and Republicans. Republicans believe that this pick will take the focus off Trump's handling of the coronavirus. Democrats will say this is an attempt to pack the courts with inexperienced jurists and rollback landmark decisions.

Women rights groups, those in the LGBTQ community and voting rights activists are concerned that Barrett will be a rubber stamp for Republicans and far-right activism.

The 48-year old jurist is from South Bend, Indiana and is a lecturer at Norte Dame. She has seven children, two of them are adopted from Haiti. Born Amy V. Coney in New Orleans, the eldest of seven children. She was then a law clerk for Antonin Scalia. Scalia died in 2016.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) had denied Obama his nomination in an election year because he and many Republicans were furious that the Court would have swayed in the progressive direction.

McConnell now about-faces the election year "wait" for a speedy confirmation.

Barrett was the leading contender for the nomination.

Barrett who is the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge.

Trump smirks off about the controversy. He said that he wants a quick hearing and urges Democrats and the junk food media from attacking her. Yet, he will never give them the benefit of the doubt.

Democrats have slammed Trump and Republicans for ignoring everything else just to get a Supreme Court nominee.

Many Americans believe that choice of a replacement should happen after the election. However, the Republicans are not concerned about Ginsburg's wishes or the public opinion. They only want to hold onto what little power they have.

With Donald J. Trump feuding with TikTok, this latest "challenge" will excel this.

The Food and Drug Administration is warning a bunch of bored idiots to not take an over-the-counter allergy medicine for a social media stunt.

The ingredients of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) can lead to serious heart problems, seizures, coma, or even death. We are aware of news reports of teenagers ending up in emergency rooms or dying after participating in the “Benadryl Challenge” encouraged in videos posted on the social media application TikTok.

We are investigating these reports and conducting a review to determine if additional cases have been reported. We will update the public once we have completed our review or have more information to share. We also contacted TikTok and strongly urged them to remove the videos from their platform and to be vigilant to remove additional videos that may be posted.

The so-called "Benadryl Challenge" on TikTok is being done by a bunch of teens who can't be school due to Trump and the federal government's failure to control the coronavirus. This stunt has the FDA concerned that an idiot would practice this stunt and later ending up in the hospital.

They have cited reports of idiots heading to the emergency room after taking high doses of the over-the-counter medication to induce hallucinations.

The company that makes the medication Johnson & Johnson makes a statement on the matter.

BENADRYL® (diphenhydramine) should only be used as directed by the label. Abuse or misuse of this product can lead to serious side effects with potentially long-lasting or even life-threatening consequences. All medications should be kept out of the reach of children at all times.

A 15-year-old Oklahoma City girl died last week from overdosing on Benadryl.

The Oklahoma City victim, who has not been identified, was described as a happy and "faith-driven" teen who was not known to experiment with drugs, KFOR-TV reported.

In May, three teens from Fort Worth, Texas, were hospitalized after they swallowed excessive doses of Benadryl as part of the "challenge."

One of the teens, a 14-year-old named "Rebekah," took 14 Benadryl tablets in the middle of the night on Memorial Day.

"It was scary. She had fractured sentences, hallucinations. Her resting heart rate was 199," Katie, Rebekah's mother told Checkup.

"We rushed her to the local ER and they decided to transport her to Cook Children’s."

Rebekah was admitted to Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth and stayed overnight. Her heart rate returned to normal the next morning and she was released.

"What struck me was that we had three teens come in for the same thing in one week," said Amber Jewison, a nurse practitioner at Cook.

"None of these patients were trying to harm themselves. They all said they saw videos on TikTok and were curious to try it."

TikTok bans stupid videos.

A spokesperson for TikTok told DailyMail.com that the social media platform first learned of the 'Benadryl challenge' in May and 'quickly removed the very small amount of content that we found.'

The company said it has been "keeping an eye on this topic since and removing any new content - which again has been in extremely small numbers."

"The safety and well-being of our users is TikTok's top priority," the spokesperson said.

"As we make clear in our Community Guidelines, we do not allow content that encourages, promotes, or glorifies dangerous challenges that might lead to injury. Though we have not seen this content trend on our platform, we actively remove content that violates our guidelines and block related hashtags to further discourage participation. We encourage everyone to exercise caution in their behavior whether online or off."

When Google gave me an opportunity to watch the YouTube/Republican Party Presidential Debate in 2007, I had an opportunity to meet the lawmaker. I had a former customer at my old job go on and on about how Ron Paul was "the savior" to the American people. At one point, I was viewing conspiracy websites like InfoWars, PrisonPlanet and WorldNetDaily.

I was still learning about politics. I mean I was still a socially liberal and fiscally conservative.

I am registered as an independent voter but now I am strongly supportive of the Democratic Party.

Had I known about his past, I would have denounced him and rejected everything I've known.

I am reminded about his 1980s newsletters where he depicted African Americans as "monkeys."

His newsletters said Black-majority communities are "Welfaria," "Zooville," "Rapetown," "Dirtburg," and "Lazyopolis." He voted against the resolution to make Martin Luther King, Jr. Day a national holiday. He said that it was called "National Hate Whitey Day."

He reaction to Sasha Barron Cohen's Bruno antics also show he's deeply anti-LGBTQ.

He and Lew Rockwell deny they wrote this shit but given how Republicans are these days, I wouldn't be surprised.

During his Liberty Report podcast, the far-right agitator had a stroke.

The Republican Party is running on a white nationalist platform. His son supports white nationalism and they both have been endorsed by the far-right extremists who gave them a platform.

Former Texas Congressman and three time presidential candidate Ron Paul suffered a stroke while doing a livestream. The 85-year old former lawmaker was appearing on camera talking gibberish and had a drooping eye. The incident was shared online.

Paul who served as a lawmaker from Texas is a libertarian-leaning conservative. His son, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said that his dad is resting comfortably at a Houston hospital.

On his Liberty Report podcast, Paul was interviewing a guest on Zoom when his speech suddenly became impaired.

While some have speculated Paul had a stroke, the former lawmaker's condition wasn't released.

Paul ran as president three times. He was a Libertarian in 1988 and a Republican in 2008 and 2012.

His run paved the way for his son Rand to leave his doctor's office for the U.S. Senate.

Ron Paul is known for his limited government and non-interventionist foreign policy. It has won over some progressive support. However, when you look deep into the details, you're going to regret it.

The negatives are there. I mean Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Donald J. Trump and Ron Paul have a cult-like status. Paul's supporters are vicious online trolls. Sanders and Trump siphoned off some of this support by pushing similar Paul-like themes.

The Pauls have a cult of far-right kooks.

The Pauls are like Sanders and Trump when it comes to Russia. They don't believe Russia influence the election. Rand Paul have visited Russia numerous times and met with Vladimir Putin.

Paul supports the reelection of Trump.

I would like to say that I regret even knowing about this guy. He was a nice guy when I met him.

Having known what he's about in policies, I would denounce him and those who support him.

While I am not wishing any ill on the guy, I am not going to pray or send sympathy towards Ron Paul. He's just like everyone else, a human being who has possible underlying health issues.

Had he still been in Congress, he would be willing to take away your healthcare while he continues to get his Franklin Perk of being a former lawmaker with permanent healthcare billed directly to the taxpayer.

The Cincinnati Reds Fires Thom Brennaman Out The Cannon!

Thom Brennaman is out of the booth. The Cincinnati Reds fire him after he said a gay slur.

The Cincinnati Reds organization has decided to formally sever ties with longtime sports announcer and commentator Thom Brennaman. He was forced out after he was caught on a "hot mic" saying an anti-LGBTQ slur.

Brennaman, the son of legendary sports announcer Marty Brennaman has been with the Reds since 2006.

"My family and I have decided that I am going to step away from my role as the television voice of the Cincinnati Reds," Brennaman said to WCPO. "I would like to thank the Reds, Reds fans and the LGBTQ Community for the incredible support and grace they have shown my family and me."

Before the cannon firing, he was placed in the freezer for the August 19th incident.

"I have been in this profession that I love for 33 years," he wrote. "It is my hope and intention to return. And if I'm given that opportunity, I will be a better broadcaster and a much better person."

Brennaman worked for the Fox Sports Ohio covering the Reds and being the play-by-play. A well known voice in Cincinnati.

"The Reds respect Thom Brennaman's decision to step away from the broadcast booth and applaud his heartfelt efforts of reconciliation with the LGBTQ+ community," Reds team CEO Bob Castellini wrote in a statement. "The Brennaman family has been an intrinsic part of the Reds history for nearly fifty years. We sincerely thank Thom for bringing the excitement of Reds baseball to millions of fans during his years in the booth. And, we appreciate the warm welcome Thom showed our fans at Redsfest and on the Reds Caravan. He is a fantastic talent and a good man who remains part of the Reds family forever. We wish him well."

The incident that got his ass in trouble happened when he returned from a commercial break before the top of the seventh inning in the first game of a doubleheader against the Kansas City Royals.

An off-camera Brennaman described an unknown American city as "one of the f** capitals of the world" during the broadcast.

Fox Sports Ohio said that the audio of that went out during a video streaming not the over-the-air television.

Brennaman apologized during the second game and then was yanked off the air shortly after.

"I made a comment earlier tonight that I guess went out over the air that I am deeply ashamed of," Brennaman said. "If I have hurt anyone out there, I can't tell you how much I say, from the bottom of my heart, I'm so very, very sorry. I pride myself and think of myself as a man of faith ... I don't know if I"m going to be putting on this headset again."

The son of legendary broadcaster Marty Brennaman, Thom was supposed to hold the title with honor. I guess he disgraced it.

Fox Sports Ohio removed Brennaman from its NFL season after the incident.

"Fox Sports is extremely disappointed with Thom's remarks during Wednesday's Cincinnati Reds telecast," the network said in a statement. "The language used was abhorrent, unacceptable, and not representative of the values of Fox Sports. As it relates to Brennaman's Fox NFL role, we are moving forward with our NFL schedule, which will not include him."

In the closing of his apology, Brennaman said that he is grateful to those who stood with him and said that he will return someday a better person.

"I am grateful for the forgiveness so many have extended to me, especially those in the LGBTQ community who I have met, spoken with and listen to almost daily over the last five weeks," he wrote on Friday. "With their continued guidance, I hope to be a voice for positive change."

Fox Sports is no longer Newscorp. The network sold Fox Sports to Sinclair Broadcasting.

Fox Entertainment, FX, National Geographic and 20th Century Fox are now under Disney Media.

Trump Nominates Stepford Wife Amy Coney Barrett!

Federal judge Amy Coney Barrett is going to be the likely replacement. Donald J. Trump will pick her as a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It will be a nomination that will likely change the U.S. Supreme Court for a generation.

Barrett is a staunchly conservative jurist and considered an early frontrunner.

The 48-year old mother of seven will likely appear with Trump on Saturday and the Senate will immediately begin confirmation hearing and hold a floor vote in late October.

The shameless hypocrisy of the Republicans is once again on full day.

She will be the fifth woman to sit upon the court if confirmed by the Senate. The 53 U.S. Senators will likely confirm the nominee without problems.

The judge is a favorite of social conservatives who, if confirmed, will be the youngest justice on the court and could reshape the nation’s laws for decades.

Trump and McConnell will ram through an inexperience jurist to sit on the Supreme Court.

CNN, CBS and PBS reported Barrett as Trump’s pick on Friday. Barrett was widely seen as the front-runner to fill the seat that opened when Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died on Sept. 18, and she was on the short list to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy in 2018. That seat ultimately went to now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Barrett has been a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit since 2017. She taught for 15 years at Notre Dame Law School in Indiana, and before that, clerked for the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Civil and human rights groups strongly opposed Barrett’s nomination to her current court seat over her views on a range of issues.

Trump sticks to his white nationalist platform by nominating Amy Coney Barrett as his choice.

During her 2017 Senate confirmation, 17 women’s rights groups wrote to committee members urging them to oppose Barrett for her record of having “expressly opposed reproductive and women’s rights.” They cited a 2003 article by Barrett in which she refers to Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision ensuring women’s access to abortion, as an “erroneous decision.” Their letter also notes that Barrett signed a public “statement of protest” against the Affordable Care Act’s birth control benefit, referring to the policy as an “assault on religious liberty.”

More than two dozen LGBTQ rights groups raised concerns about Barrett wavering on the idea of landmark LGBTQ rights decisions qualifying as “superprecedents” ― decisions so important they should not be overturned. They also note she took a speaking fee from the Alliance Defending Freedom, a nonprofit that has defended forced sterilization for transgender people and been dubbed a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Barrett responded by saying she didn’t know Alliance Defending Freedom is the largest anti-LGBTQ legal advocacy group in the nation. As for abortion rights, she said her personal views on the precedent set by Roe v. Wade would not affect her decisions as a federal judge.

Lindsey Graham is moving forward despite his hypocrisy.

Barrett has been tied to a small Christian group called People of Praise that until recently referred to its female leaders as “handmaids” ― evoking comparisons to Margaret Atwood’s dystopian novel “The Handmaid’s Tale.” People of Praise describes itself as a “charismatic” Christian community, referring to a form of Christianity that believes that supernatural occurrences ― such as prophecy, miraculous healing and speaking in tongues ― can occur in people’s daily lives through the work of the Holy Spirit.

Like so many of Trump’s nominees to lifetime federal court seats, Barrett is a member of the Federalist Society, a conservative legal organization that has essentially served as a pipeline for many of the president’s court picks. Both of Trump’s other Supreme Court picks, Neil Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, are members of the group.

There’s a clear pattern to these nominees, too: They are young, they are ideological, and they have records of being hostile toward abortion rights, LGBTQ rights and voting rights.
