He promised to shakeup Washington. So far, he's caused an earthquake and it's not a good thing.

The S&P (Standard and Poors) and Dow Jones are nose diving this Christmas Eve. This is the worst drop since the Great Depression.

The federal government is shut down. Donald J. Trump and Congress are at a crossroads. The imbecile wants $5 billion added to the latest continuing budget resolution and demands it be used for funding a border wall.

Democrats keep reminding Trump that he can convince Mitch McConnell, outgoing Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy and others to push forth a law or rule change. They kindly remind the public that Trump promised the Mexican government will pay for the border wall not the tax payers.

Democrats are daring Republicans to reduce votes to a 51-49 majority.

Democrats won't relinquish any votes to funding the border wall.

Outgoing Democratic and Republican senators won't support Trump. House Republicans defeated in the Midterms won't support Trump.

The Republicans are fuming that Trump listened to far right lunatics like the ones in the Freedom Caucus and the conservative agitators on television and radio.

McConnell and Ryan are pretty much backed into a corner.

The Republicans have control of the House, the Senate, the White House and state governorship. At least until January, Republicans dominate everything.

Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin days appear to be numbered. He rattled the markets today by calling upon the six leading bank CEOs to demand them open up credit to Americans. He was calling from Mexico while on his vacation with wife, Louise Litton.

Mnuchin's call to the bankers was a huge disaster. Markets have tanked even further.

Jerome Powell's days as the Federal Reserve Chairman are numbered too. Trump has regularly bashed the chairman for considering interest rates hikes.

He appointed Powell this year after firing Janet Yellen, a Barack Obama appointee that the markets seemed satisfied with. Firing Yellen was one of the key factors to why the economy is falling apart.

The remarks Trump made on social media made things worse.

He threatened to fire Powell out the cannon. Doing that could cause a shockwave that could spiral our economy into turmoil.

Americans are not satisfied with their jobs. That's a problem. Usually if people are satisfied with their jobs they would spend more on products. This holiday season will determine if we're entering a recession.

With the demise of name brands and iconic brands, Americans are seeing the potential of another recession to hurt their bottom line.

The American Jobs and Tax Cuts Act hasn't seen much improvement to the economy. The Republicans managed to pass the law without even reading the damn thing.

The Republicans slipped in the repeal of the insurance mandate, rollback enrollment to the Affordable Care Act and forced it federal court to strike portions of the law down.

Now the health care market is tumbling as well.

No plan on how to fix health care.

Trump signed off an executive order forcing able bodied Americans (without children or dependents) must find work or lose benefits to housing, food stamps and farm aid. Just after Congress passed a law requiring food stamps and subsidies stay in place.

Now Americans laid off from General Motors, the brick and mortar stores and the government can't qualify for food stamps to feed themselves or families.

By the way, Trump has decided to end Jim Mattis tenure on December 31st. Trump was upset that his Defense Secretary had a disagreement on withdrawal from Syria. So instead of letting him go in February, he fired him out the cannon and told him to exit the Pentagon by the end of the month.

Brett McGurk resigned (I meant fired).

McGurk, the State Department's special envoy to global terrorism has left in protest of Mattis being fired out the cannon. He also cites the imbecile's sympathy towards Russia, Turkey, the Philippines and North Korea's brutal governments.

Now Trump has become a product of his environment.

He failed to listen to Barack Obama's advice on how to deal with an opposition. He failed to listen to the advisers. He is taking advice from television and constantly using social media.

He has not kept his promise to stay off the golf course. He has said that he will make Americans lives so much better.

He said that he knows at lot of things.

Apparently not.

Two LSU Football Stars Won't See Bars After Killing The Robber!

Two LSU football stars defend themselves from a robber. They killed the robber. The East Baton Rouge Parish Boys won't charge the two for killing the robber.

If you are trying to exchange purchased items from the internet, please meet the person at safe place such as a police station and never at your home or places you're not familiar with.

Jared Small and Clyde Edward-Helair were questioned for the shooting of a teen.

Kobe Johnson was shot and killed after a botch robbery gone wrong. The two were active students at Louisiana State University. They were confronted by a gun-welding robber.

The robber was shot and killed when he tried to rob the two. They were trying to sell an electronic item when the robber tried to ambush them.

A teen was killed after a robbery attempt went wrong.

It's unknown who fired the gun but the law is considering this incident of self-defense.

Running back Edwards-Helaire and linebacker Small were allegedly arrested and released in relation to the death of Kobe Johnson. Johnson was not an LSU student and was pronounced dead at the scene Saturday.

LSU players called police, waited at the scene, were questioned and were released while the investigation continues.

"After Johnson displayed a weapon, one of the players pulled out a handgun and fired multiple times," police said. Authorities have not said whether the player was licensed to carry the firearm he used.

The suspect's vehicle was full of holes.

The only comment so far from LSU has come from athletic director Joe Alleva, who said in a statement that the university was "in constant contact with law enforcement regarding this terrible situation."

"Right now, our concern is for the safety and well-being of our student-athletes," the statement said. "They have been involved in a traumatic incident and we have made our counselors available to assist immediately."

It remains unknown how LSU will handle their playing status when the Tigers finish the season against UCF in the Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 1.

Fashionably Late!

Flint, Michigan women tried to geek out of a Target store in Metro Detroit. The cops were in the store doing a charity event and foiled their plans.

Two Michigan women were busted after attempting to shoplifting from a Target store in suburban Detroit.

Here's the kicker, they tried to shoplift while the law was doing a "Shop With A Cop" event.

Kiana Wilson and Dana Johnson were the fashionistas. They actually were flirting with the cops while trying to geek products.

The two women tried to geek over $2,000 in electronics. They lifted a Nintendo gaming system, a couple of Apple watches, iPads, and headphones.

The Bloomfield Township police were shopping with children who were in need when the two women were geeking.

"The loss prevention officers actually apprehended them, then they asked for police assistance," said Sylvan Lake Police Sgt. Michael Mondeau. "The police officers were only about 20 feet away when they tried to walk out the store."

Mondeau set up the "Shop with a Cop" event. He said that Johnson was trying to sweet talk to them.

He said they thought they were clever. They asked if the cops were "generous with their time."

Cops were shopping inside Target when two women tried to shoplift from it.

"It wasn't 10 minutes later that the same officer gets called into the loss prevention office. She was trying to distract him."

The suspects allegedly loaded a cart up with items and tried walking out without paying. The officers were only about 20 feet away from them when they tried walking out, according to police.

The suspects were arraigned on retail fraud charges. Johnson’s bail was set at $250,000 and Wilson’s at $20,000.

The two individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

High School Referee Forces A Wrestler To Cut His Dreads!

CNN reports that a New Jersey referee was benched after he was accused of racially charged antics.

The New Jersey Division of Civil Rights is investigating an incident at a high school wrestling match this week in which a referee told a black wrestler to cut off his dreadlocks or forfeit the match.

Footage of the Buena Regional High School varsity wrestler having his dreadlocks cut off went viral Friday after it was shared by a local reporter from South New Jersey Today.

Many on social media were outraged by the video and accused the referee of exhibiting racial bias.

According to a letter from the school district Superintendent David Cappuccio Jr., the wrestler chose to have his hair cut rather than forfeit the match Wednesday after the referee told him his hair and headgear were not in compliance with league regulations.

The wrestler won the match in sudden victory in overtime, according to SNJ Today.

In a statement Friday night, a spokeswoman for the office of New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said its civil rights division opened an investigation into the incident as part of a 2013 agreement with the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) "to address potential bias in high school sports."

Neither the wrestler's family nor the referee immediately responded to CNN's requests for comment Saturday afternoon.

NJSIAA Executive Director Larry White confirmed in a statement posted online that state authorities are investigating the incident.

The referee won't be assigned to moderate matches until the incident "has been thoroughly reviewed," White said, before he weighed in on a more personal level.

New Jersey referee is accused of racism.

"Finally, as an African-American and parent -- as well as a former educator, coach, official and athlete -- I clearly understand the issues at play, and probably better than most," White added.

"The NJSIAA takes this matter very seriously, and I ask that everyone respect the investigatory process related to all parties involved."

It was not immediately clear which rule the referee said the wrestler had violated.

According to the NFHS wrestling rule book, a wrestler's hair cannot fall below the top of a shirt collar in the back, below his earlobes on the sides, or below his eyebrows.
If it is longer than the rule allows, the wrestler has to braid his hair or hide it beneath a hair cover attached to his ear guards, the rulebook states.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy also addressed the incident in a brief tweet Saturday morning, saying he was "deeply disturbed" that the student was "forced to choose between keeping his dreadlocks and competing in a wrestling tournament."

"No student should have to needlessly choose between his or her identity & playing sports," Murphy said.

This woman was in the United States Virgin Islands, a territory in the Caribbean with a majority Black population. This ish was acting a fool.

In her now infamous video, Tronson was screaming her hatred of NIGGERS and then goes on a foul-mouth rant about how she loves Donald J. Trump and hates Barack Obama.

North Dakota couple embarrassed themselves in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Woman was going on a racist rant.

"Don't like NIGGERS. President Trump, whoo! Obama? Fuck you, motherfucking NIGGER," she can be heard shouting. A man in the background can be heard trying to get the woman to be quiet.

She added: "You're recording it? Put it all over Facebook. Fuck these motherfucking NIGGERS. I hate them. I hate NIGGERS. Hate them with a passion."

Tronson who lives in Minot, North Dakota was dubbed the name after this obnoxious rant.

Since the video, Tronson deleted her social media presence. But the folks managed to catch receipts.

Edwin Lewis who lives in the U.S. Virgin Islands was really thinking about put in the work.

Lewis, a local resident, commented under the video that he 'seriously thought about pushing her in the water'. He added that the woman was 'worse on the beach'.

The entrepreneur later shared that 'police escorted' the woman 'out of there,' before sharing more thoughts about Tronson's behavior.

Lewis also posted a photo of a man he said was with the woman - named Troy Strube. Strube, from Minot, still had his Facebook active and included photos of him and Tronson.  

Strube's list that he is retired from Delta Air Lines on his Facebook page. 

"That's her dude," added Lewis. "He has no idea how close he was to getting fucked up."

Lewis would later post a video showing his own altercation with the woman before she was removed from the island.

Orlando Brown Meets Dr. Phil!

Washed up actor goes to the celebrity psychologist talk show host to discuss his turmoils.

Orlando Brown who got his start as a young actor. He has now grown up to be a disaster.

The actor had a sit down with Dr. Phil. This was a Intervention episode. Kind of like the DMX one where Dr. Phil talks to a washed up celebrity who rose to fame only to see it crashing down.

Dr. Phil as well as many noticed that Brown had contacts that looked like snake eyes.

Among other nuggets, Brown admits that he was blackballed from Hollywood because of his antics.

He admits to the world that he's a drug addict and is mentally ill. Many folks were saying that his addiction (likely to cocaine and heroin) has nearly killed him.

The 30 year old entertainer has opened up about his life. He said that he has four children. He said that he had the mad hots for Bristol Palin and Raven-Symone. They were alleged girlfriends Brown dated when he was famous.

He claims he maintains a good relationship with former Cosby kid and Raven's House star Raven-Symone. Raven was then a host on The View and left the talk show marred with controversy.

"I want to marry her. I have to find out a way to ask her. Right now, I'm just chilling."

Raven-Symone is considered a lesbian or bisexual.

Dr. Phil does another intervention.

Brown claims that Michael Jackson is his father. He nicknamed himself, Orlando Brown Prince Michael Jackson, Jr.

"My nickname I gave myself. My father was Michael Jackson. The great Michael Jackson....I used to always wonder why I'm astronomically blessed and gifted when it comes to being talented. Absolutely true, the media infamously cover high profile cases involving affluent White women and girls such as JonBenet Ramsey, Natalee Holloway, etc., while ignoring Black women victims of Anthony Sowell, the East Cleveland strangler, Henry Louis Wallace(Investigation Discovery finally does a show on the victims of "Bad Henry"), and so on.

When it comes to Black female victims, there is a common tendency to write off such women as "loose", "fast", "crackheads", "runaways", drug users, "sluts", mentally unstable, and so on.  We feed on stereotypes of Black women in both general society and the media.  The police all over America have their biases against Black women in general as well.  Sadly, even the Black community doesn't pay enough attention to Black female victims of crime,  which prompted intersectional feminists such as Kimberle Crenshaw to come up with the hash tag, #sayhername.

This book discusses how society and mainstream American media sees Black female victims of crime and the reaction of society at large toward such victims.

It's sad that we live in such of society.  It's time to see Black women as worthy of compassion and respect.

Government Shutdown!

Former president Barack Obama continues to troll the fuck out of that imbecile. He went to a Washington, DC area hospital to hand out toys to children.

The week has been rough for our dear leader.

The stock market has wiped away its two years of gains. The possibility of a recession is coming.

The uncertainty of the global economy has placed the markets on fiscal watch.

The Donald J. Trump Foundation has folded. The New York Attorney General had reached an agreement with the foundation. They have announced the closure of the foundation and reimbursement of funds.

Trump originally created the foundation to donate his proceeds from his book Trump: The Art of the Deal to charitable causes. Trump stopped contributing personal funds to the foundation in 2008 and instead solicited donations from outsiders.

New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood filed a lawsuit against the foundation, Trump himself, and Trump's three adult children, Ivanka, Eric, and Donald Jr., alleging "persistently illegal conduct" with respect to the foundation's money.

She asked the court for an order dissolving the charity and imposing $2.8 million in restitution and penalties. She also made referrals to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's office announced that the governor would refer the civil case to New York's Department of Taxation and Finance if it is requested to do so by the Attorney General's office. Given the violations alleged in the civil case, some experts believe a tax investigation could lead to state criminal charges filed against Trump.

Trump boasted that he will be responsible if the government shuts down.

Attorney General Underwood announced that the foundation had agreed to shut down under court supervision and distribute its remaining assets to court-approved charities, although she did not end investigations of the foundation and its directors.

Donald J. Trump will not sign a bill that keeps the government running. He was angry that the Democrats managed to box the Republican majority in corner.

Trump had promised that he would shut the government down if he doesn't get $5 billion in funding for the border wall. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the incoming House Speaker said that if you believe you can wrangle the votes, push forth. Trump knew he could get the Republican majority to stand with him.

Barack Obama is probably one of the best presidents in modern history. Damn shame his predecessor and successor aren't. Donald Trump might replace George W. Bush as the worst president in modern era.

Now the House passed their version after the Senate passed their version. Now the two bodies are arguing over how this is going to be a compromise. A compromise that must have border wall funding. Trump said that he will not sign any legislation without it. Matter of fact, he promised that old fart Rush Limbaugh and most of Fox News that he will hold firm on his threat.

About 400,000 workers are going to furloughed throughout the holidays if Congress and Trump fail to compromise on funding the government.

Trump hopped on social media to start blaming the Democrats. Only a week ago, Trump said he will personally take responsibility if the government shuts down.

Many House Republicans were defeated in the Midterms. They were just ready to return home to their normal lives and they weren't interested in a fight.

The House Do-Nothing Freedom Caucus and right wing agitators continue to be the burden. They vow to oppose any legislation that doesn't include a border wall. The loudest voices in the room are screaming at Trump to stay the course despite affecting thousands of government workers.

Outgoing Republicans and Democrats in the senate have compromised and passed a budget resolution to fund the government until February 8th, 2019. They weren't interest in theatrics.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Minority Leader said that Trump promised on the campaign trail that Mexico will pay for the border wall. Schumer and Pelosi both agree that Trump is so determined to push forth an agenda, Americans rejected.

The American people are going to foot the bill for an ineffective border wall. Mexico isn't going to pay for a border wall regardless.

Republicans are going to be blamed for the government shutdown.

Trump Meddles With SNAP!

Defying Congress, the imbecile decides to issue an executive order forcing "able-body" people to find a job or lose their food stamps. So if you're struggling to find a job in this economy, I guess you won't feed your family.

Listening to his best friend, that annoying conservative agitator Sean "Softball" Hannity, Donald J. Trump decides to impose regulations on the working class and underclass.

Expect this to be an issue in the court.

Nearly 800,000 people could lose their access to food stamps.

SNAP, or the Supplemental Food Assistance Program, has been providing food to low-income Americans since the 1960s. The rules require so-called "able-bodied adults without dependents," known in government jargon as "ABAWDs," to have jobs if they receive food stamps for more than three months in a three-year period. (Another, easier way to describe these Americans would be "childless adults.") However, USDA regulations currently let individual states waive the work requirement in areas with unemployment rates at least 20% higher than the national rate.

The USDA's proposal, if it is implemented after a 60-day comment period, would tighten those restrictions, requiring that the local unemployment rise above 7% before the 20% provision is triggered. Of the roughly 2.8 million ABAWDs in the US, about 755,000 are not currently working and under the new rule would lose their SNAP benefits, which come to approximately $5 a day.

What Trump may not realize is that ABAWDs tend to match the profile of his core constituency. According to data from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, a Washington DC think tank, 55% of low-income ABAWDs are male, and 48% are white. It's this thing that helps the middle class and lower class. The safety net prevents Americans from rioting and/or looting. The safety net stops people from shoplifting from stores to feed their families.

The safety net is only 10% of the federal spending. The way some people put it, 50% of the federal spending goes to food stamps and welfare. Some people believe that the safety net is making people lazy. All this stuff I've heard came from people who think that it will never happen to them. They get their arousal over a person using an EBT card to pay for name brand items or expensive food.

Americans are either too dumb to realize that 20 million people haven't eaten a decent meal. Of course, children suffer.

With the rising food and gas prices, people are turning to food stamps, food banks and government assistance to keep themselves from landing in the homeless shelter.

Without a safety net, these people will rob and kill those who have the luxuries of having food in the refrigerator or in the pantry. They would steal fuel, water, bread and meat to keep feeding their families. And yet, these Republicans and their conservative allies are thinking the poor are the reasons for the economic recession. Perhaps those who complain about the poor, should walk a day in that person's shoes!

Yang was angry at Juwan Royal and tried to make his life miserable.

While Juwan was in class, this terrorist would taint his clothes, food and drinks with a deadly chemical called thallium. That chemical could disrupt the nervous system and possible kill anyone who ingest it. This happened over a period of time where the terrorist would wait for the victim to leave before he could contaminate the food, clothes and drinks.

Thallium is tasteless and odorless and has been used by murderers as a difficult to detect poison. It is found in trace amounts in the earth's crust. Thallium has not been produced in the United States since 1984, but is imported for use in the manufacture of electronics, low temperature thermometers, optical lenses, and imitation precious jewels. It also has use in some chemical reactions and medical procedures. Thallium was used historically as a rodenticide, but has since been banned in the United States due to its toxicity from accidental exposure.

Thallium can be absorbed into the body by inhalation, ingestion, and skin contact. Ingestion is an important route of exposure.

This lasted several years. Juwan was experiencing some discomfort when he was eating food, drinking milk and using his mouthwash. Juwan experienced symptoms that included dizziness, shaking and vomiting.

He will likely be deported upon release.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

American veteran wants to crowdfund a border wall.

Brian Kolfage, a triple wound amputee managed to get thousands of people to crowdfunding website GoFundMe to pledge a few dollars to building the border wall.

Kolfage told CBS News, "People put their money where their mouth is and they're standing up and that's why it exploded so fast," he said.

Since Sunday, his GoFundMe campaign has raised more than $7 million, with donations ranging from $5 to more than $50,000. President Trump repeatedly claimed Mexico would pay for it.

"I think we thought a lot of people were going to pay for the wall," Kolfage said.

Kolfage, who lost three limbs during his second deployment to Iraq in 2004, said he supports legal immigration and the ideal of the American melting pot. But he also said he thinks we need the wall for national security.

When asked how he would feel if Hillary Clinton supporters ran a campaign to tear down a wall he raised money for, he said, "This is America."

Brian Kolfage started a campaign to get people to fund the stupid border wall.

"If that's what they want to do and they can pull it off then that is their right to do it," he said.

GoFundMe said this is the largest goal ever started on the site. If they don't reach the $1 billion, he'll return all the money. At the current pace, this project will reach its goal sometime in a second Trump term.

Who is willing to fund a worthless border wall?

Americans rather be focused on the economy. I mean Americans are living on paycheck-to-paycheck.

Mattis written a resignation letter to Trump, saying he would depart so the moron could have someone in his cabinet that agrees to his ridiculous decisions.

Trump said Thursday evening that Defense Secretary James Mattis will be retiring in February, in a shock announcement adding to the list of the president's outgoing Cabinet members after his second year in office.

Mattis will step down "with distinction" after serving in his role for two years, the president said on Twitter.

"During Jim’s tenure, tremendous progress has been made, especially with respect to the purchase of new fighting equipment," Trump tweeted. "General Mattis was a great help to me in getting allies and other countries to pay their share of military obligations. A new Secretary of Defense will be named shortly. I greatly thank Jim for his service!"

Trump riled up generals and Republicans on Wednesday when he announced that he would pull all troops from Syria.

Mattis and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo were not pleased about the decision.

Trump declared that the administration won the war against the Islamic State, even though the Pentagon said that the group still has 30,000 active members in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Africa.

Trump had told CBS 60 Minutes that he was likely to have Mattis replaced very soon.

According to CNN, some administration officials are bracing for a complete pullout of Afghanistan.

The U.S. has over 14,000 active military officials there. No decision has been made but officials are worried Trump might act soon to pull out of a conflict he has long claimed America should never have entered.

Mattis is known as the "Mad Dog" was former U.S. Marine Corp General.

Mattis commissioned in the Marine Corps through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps after graduating from Central Washington University. A career soldier, he gained a reputation for intellectualism and eventually advanced to the rank of general.

Mattis served in the Persian Gulf War, Afghanistan, and Iraq. From 2007 to 2010, he commanded the United States Joint Forces Command and concurrently served as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Transformation. He was Commander of United States Central Command from 2010 to 2013. After retiring from the military, he served in several private sector roles, including as a board member of Theranos.

Mattis was nominated as Secretary of Defense by President-elect Trump and confirmed by the Senate on January 20, 2017. He needed a waiver from Congress to allow his nomination to be considered, as he had only been separated from the military for the previous three years despite U.S. federal law requiring at least seven years of retirement for former military personnel to be appointed Secretary of Defense.

As Secretary of Defense, Mattis has affirmed the United States' commitment to defending longtime ally South Korea in the wake of the North Korea crisis.

An opponent of proposed collaboration with Russia on military matters, Mattis has consistently stressed Russia's threat to the world order.

Mattis has occasionally voiced his disagreement with certain Trump administration policies, opposing the proposed withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal, and has criticized budget cuts that hamper the ability to monitor the impacts of climate change.
