Lee Daniels' The Butler was critically acclaimed and yet not nominated for a Golden Globe.

It's a blockbuster movie. And it managed to get the Oscar buzz. And yet at the Golden Globes announcement ceremony, it was another controversial issue.

The Butler by Lee Daniels was bucked by other movies. The Golden Globes just snubbed Oprah Winfrey for her outstanding performance in”The Butler.” In fact, they snubbed the entire movie.

Yeah, the racist right will have a field day with this one. After all they happy to see the media mogul suffer in the face of public opinion. After all she said that the amount of disrespect towards her friend President Barack Obama mounts to racism. The racist right doesn't like being called out for being who they are.

After all they believe that calling the first Black president, a "MUSLIM", "TERRORIST", "COMMUNIST", "SOCIALIST", "ANTI-AMERICAN", "HALFRICAN" is fair game.

Oprah Winfrey got what's coming to her says those on the racist right.

Anyway, The Hollywood Reporter (THR) reports a day after Lee Daniels' The Butler scored three SAG Awards nominations, the movie was completely shut out of the Golden Globes categories.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association snubbed not only the film itself in the best motion picture, drama, category, but also supporting actress Oprah Winfrey and star Forest Whitaker, both of whom had been recognized a day earlier by SAG with nominations.

The films that will vie for best motion picture, drama, are 12 Years a Slave,Captain Phillips, Gravity, Philomena and Rush.

According to The Hollywood Reporter's awards analyst Scott Feinberg, Winfrey seemingly was snubbed when a slot went instead to Blue Jasmine's Sally Hawkins, who was not among those expected to be nominated. The other actresses nominated for supporting roles by the Globes include Jennifer Lawrence (American Hustle), Julia Roberts (August: Osage County), Lupita Nyong'o (12 Years a Slave) and June Squibb (Nebraska).

12 Years A Slave was a top biller for nominations.

The Butler -- which stars Whitaker as a White House butler who served through several administrations and features Winfrey as his wife -- scored a total of three SAG Awards nominations on Wednesday. In addition to Winfrey and Whitaker, the film also earned best ensemble recognition for the cast (SAG's equivalent of best picture).

The movie has earned nearly $116 million at the box office since its Aug. 16 release.

So It's Obama's Fault The Interpreter Didn't Know What The Hell He Was Doing!

The interpreter didn't work well.

While the American and British junk food media obsess over the president's handshake with Raul Castro and the "selfie" with Prime Ministers David Cameron and Helle Thorning-Schmidt, here comes another bone for the media chew on.

The interpreter for the Nelson Mandela memorial was bogus. Many in the American sign language community call this guy a fraud. It's a fraud that managed to take off in the junk food media.

The interpreter was begging for forgiveness and calling himself a schizophrenic. He thought he was doing a great job at this. Unfortunately many felt that he penetrated the security of President Barack Obama, and the U.S. Secret Service will probably investigate with the South African company that hired this guy on.

The Washington Post reports that sign language interpreters and deaf advocates have accused the interpreter at Nelson Mandela’s memorial service of being a “fake” -- an egregious mistake if true, but also a glimpse into another, lesser-seen consequence of apartheid.

The interpreter, who still hasn't yet been identified, made few facial expressions during Mandela’s service and appeared to gesture more or less at random. Facial expressions can be a key part of signing speeches, since they convey emotion that hand signals do not. And four sign language experts told the Associated Press that the man’s hand movements were “gibberish,” part of neither American nor South African sign language.

Caitlin Dewey wrote that the interpreter was a huge embarrassment for South Africa -- particularly considering the country’s racially charged history with signing. As late as the 1980s, South Africa employed different sign languages for whites and blacks, making it next to impossible for deaf blacks to get jobs or educations.

Apartheid-era disenfranchisement was also worse for the handicapped. The Rev. Cyril Axelrod, a Catholic priest who lobbied for change in the deaf community and was profiled by the Post in 1982, once came upon a group of 170 black deaf children, some as old as 15, who couldn’t read, write or sign as a result of discriminatory education policies.

Yeah, I agree that the interpreter is fraud. Yeah, he shouldn't been near President Barack Obama.

The company should be investigated for hiring this guy.

Megyn The Outrage Princess debuted her show in October and its been a success in ratings. Her rise to the primetime spot is a longtime coming from a woman who once read the news to now being the next wave of combative conservative agitators on Loserville.

Her rise meant for That Guy Who Helped Obama Win to lose his primetime spot. A spot he held onto since he's been on the damn network in 1996. He and Greta The Ambulance Chaser were given poor timeslots for their failures. They promised their audience that Obama would be a "one term president".

That didn't happen. So Chief Roger let them know he meant business.

The Outrage Princess was pissed off over a column by a writer for Slate. Aisha Harris wrote that she had always been confused as a child because the Santa Claus in her home had brown skin like her, but the Santa in malls and on television was always white.

So Harris made the case “that America abandon Santa-as-fat-old-white-man” and adopt a penguin in his place. The woman said that Santa is "fake" and to keep it neutral let's make Santa an animal, not a "fat-old White guy" who gives stuff to non-white children.

That comment got The Outrage Princess worked up in frenzy.

The Outrage Princess decided that Harris had gone “off the rails” with her column.

“And when I saw this, I kind of laughed and thought it was ridiculous. Yet another one saying it's "racist" to have a White Santa. For all you kids watching at home, Santa just is white,” The Outrage Princess said. “But this person is just arguing that maybe we should also have a black Santa. But Santa is what he is. Just so you know we're just debating this, cause someone is writing about this, kids.”

“Just because it makes you feel uncomfortable doesn’t mean it has to change, you know?” she added. “I mean, Jesus was a white man too. He was a historical figure, that’s a verifiable fact, as is Santa — I just want the kids watching to know that.”

But in the service industry, you do it or lose your job.

I understand that. I am required to work if they put me on the scheduled work shift.

As an internet savvy activist who launched Twitchy about a few years ago decided to hang up her share in the company.

With that savvy comes her volatile attitude towards President Barack Obama and his family.

Malkin has made no bones about her disgust of the Obama family and she was given plenty of air time on Fox News to inject her venom upon the masses.

Malkin, born to Filipino immigrants denies her heritage and consider her minority standings as irrelevant.

Malkin has a cult-like status among the internet. Her followers will do anything for her. If she post the information of anyone whom she get into a heated debate with, you will expect death threats.

The turd flipper's decision to sale the site to the same company that bought mega-successful Hot Air could be beneficial. Salem Communications wisely kept Ed Morrissey and friends on after that deal, and the Twitchy team is being left in place as well.

Jonathan Garthwaite, general manager and editor-in-chief of Townhall.com, confirmed the news to viral news blog BuzzFeed Tuesday, saying he was “excited” to be folding Twitchy into existing Salem news properties.

“Media Matters types would like to paint conservatives as boring, old white guys,” Garthwaite said. “Twitchy adds more fun and humor to our platform, which will appeal to totally different generation and break that stereotype.”

Launched in March 2012, Twitchy was the brainchild of conservative author and pundit Michelle Malkin, who until now served as owner and chief executive officer. …Garthwaite says Malkin will relinquish the title of CEO, but will still be active in promoting the Twitchy brand. He said the nine Twitchy staff writers, disparately located around the country, will not be asked to relocate to the Townhall news offices in Arlington, Va.

Garthwaite would not disclose terms of the deal.

At the Nelson Mandela funeral, President Barack Obama accompanied by former presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Jimmy Carter were showing solidarity for the world's greatest leader.

The presidents along with First Lady Michelle Obama, former first ladies Laura Bush and Hillary Clinton (former Secretary of State) were at the funeral.

It was a great funeral (and celebration).

Stateside, conservatives are outrage pimping over this.

Matt Drudge (aka That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall), Rush Limbaugh (aka King Hippo), Sean Hannity (aka That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) and other assholes are bitching about it. Certainly the racist right will have something to say about it (see below).

The handshake between Obama and the brother who took over the duties of longtime Cuban dictator Fidel Castro was seen by millions around the world on live television and was confirmed by a senior US official to AFP.

U.S. presidents Obama (current), Bush, Clinton and Carter attend the memorial service for Nelson Mandela.

The Cuban government hailed it as a hopeful sign, writing on its website: "May this... be the beginning of the end of the US aggressions?"

But it remained unclear whether it would presage a meaningful thaw in relations across the shark-infested waters off Cuba.

It comes as Obama seeks to live up to his campaign promise made in 2007 to reach out directly to US enemies as president -- and after he spoke by phone to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in September.

Obama is likely to face some domestic backlash from his gesture, as Cuba is a fiercely divisive issue in US politics.

Vehemently anti-Castro Cuban-Americans make up a sizable portion of voters and political donors in Florida, a battleground state where US presidential elections can be won or lost.

Obama's clear jab at states like Cuba, which claim kinship with Mandela but do not follow the example of a man who forgave his enemies and built a pluralistic state, may have been intended to insulate him from some domestic criticism.

"There are too many leaders who claim solidarity with Madiba's struggle for freedom, but do not tolerate dissent from their own people," Obama said, stabbing his finger in the air in the rain-sodden stadium hosting the event.

As a presidential candidate, Obama was pilloried as naive and dangerous by rivals from both parties for suggesting that as president he would be willing to talk to foes without preconditions.

As he ran for reelection, Obama's success in tracking down and killing Osama bin Laden and a fearsome drone war largely insulated him from allegations of weakness in foreign and security policy.

But the interim nuclear deal between US and world powers reached last month and his decision to call off 11th-hour military strikes on Syria over the use of chemical weapons have revived opposition attacks over his foreign policy spine.

It was unclear whether Tuesday's gesture would significantly thaw relations. In 2000, then president Bill Clinton shook the hand of Fidel Castro at the UN General Assembly in New York.

There was no picture of the moment and the White House initially denied it had occurred.

Havana and Washington have not had diplomatic relations since 1961, two years after Fidel Castro came to power in the Cuban revolution.

Tensions have eased since Obama took office, with both countries reaching a series of agreements seen as confidence-building measures including cooperation on air and maritime rescue and migration issues.

In 2011 Obama eased restrictions on visas, remittances and travel.

The move was designed to expand religious and educational travel, allow any airport to offer charter flights to the country and restore cultural initiatives suspended by the previous Bush administration.

Talks are under way to resume a direct postal service between the two countries.

  It was not "Obama's abilities" that allowed bin Laden to be tracked down and killed. It was the capabilities of America's intelligence agencies and military. Osama bin Laden's location was known for over a year and the military went to Obama three times trying to get permission to take out bin Laden before he finally relented and gave permission. Even then all of his advisors including the VP Joe Biden advised against it. It was only when it was pointed out to Obama that if the info leaked that he knew the location of Osama and did nothing about it that it would have a "negative impact" on his reelection that 'he' pulled the Trigger.

A mild handshake with a leader of a country many stateside considered the "enemy" has the conservatives pissed off.

Anyways President Barack Obama delivers a somber and powerful speech in the memory of the former South African president. His reflection of Mandela has driven the spirit that keeps the president going here in the United States.

In a country deeply divided over politics, Obama shines a beam of "HOPE" that Americans will work together to solve the nation's problems together. He knows the road is extremely hard with those rabble rousing voices of opposition in the corner. But he hopes that the rational notices it and begins the onward ignorance of the likes of Rush Limbaugh (aka King Hippo), Fox News (aka Loserville) and Matt Drudge (aka That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall).

VA GOP Chairman: I'll Be Happy Obama Dies!

Another fat old Southern Republican saying something that riles up the junk food media and make it even harder for Republicans to win a normally swing state. Virginia is tending Blue.

The good folks over at The Raw Story report that a Virginia Republican chairman is thinking that President Barack Obama is nearing death, it's a possibility that the racist right would finally see closure to a man they despised so diligently.

Still angry over the major defeat of Ken Cuccinelli, Republicans are bitching about how Obama's thugs managed to get those "low information voters" to turn out for Terry McAuliffe. Now that McAuliffe will be the next governor, Republicans are scrambling for victory in the U.S. Senate elections.

Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) is likely going to win this if the public doesn't turn against him. But it doesn't stop Republicans from thinking that it may be possible for Cuccinelli to be a contender for the nomination.

So I guess this jackass cracked a joke. This fat lard butt Republican chairman of Virginia says that President Barack Obama was “so close to death” that Terry McAuliffe needed to buy a life insurance policy.

Democratic lawmakers want this bonehead to resign.

Over the weekend, Pat Mullins and about 450 members of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) met for the annual “Advance,” a retreat at a former Confederate War hospital that is now a popular resort in Hot Springs.

Mullins blamed the media for gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli’s loss, saying that the so-called “war on women” was covered more than the president’s health care reform law.

“This year, our message couldn’t break through and we paid a price,” he lamented. “This is false narrative by false prophets… Republicans do not win when we are mini-Democrats or Democrat Lite.”

In fact, Mullins seemed more sure than ever that the health care law was going to give Republicans the upper hand in dealing with the state’s new Democratic governor.

The fool added, “Saying that President Obama is close to death is unacceptable in our political discourse, and the chairman really should be ashamed of himself. He’s decried this type of rhetoric before… and yet somehow it keeps appearing in his speeches, in his public comments.”

“To my mind, this is yet another example of just how unwilling to change and how unbridled in their opposition to President Obama the Republicans are,” he added. “Instead of making insulting, incendiary comments about the President, intended to fire up the same Tea Party base that drove Virginia Republicans to statewide losses in 2013, Chairman Mullins would be better suited to look in the mirror and examine how out of touch Virginia Republicans have become with people across the Commonwealth. But that would require the GOP to acknowledge its past mistakes and to learn from them, and it’s clear they have no interest in doing that.”

Locke agreed that the Virginia Republican Party strategy “going forward will be to continue kowtowing to the tea party.”

“That’s disappointing, especially coming off an election in which Virginia Democrats swept all three statewide offices for the first time in nearly 25 years,” Locke said. “You’d think Republicans would take this as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and begin moderating their approach, but instead it’s the same old Virginia GOP – get them fired up by Ken Cuccinelli, EW Jackson, and Pat Mullins.”

I Love My Man, Says Samantha Scheibe!

The "other" woman ratted acquitted shooter George Zimmerman out for his antics. Now the woman want her man back in her arms. George Zimmerman escaped murder charges after he killed unarmed teen Trayvon Martin in 2012. He was found not guilty in July 2013.

The trials and tribulations of acquitted shooter George Zimmerman. The controversial case has made him one of the most hated individuals in America. A hero to the racist right, a murderer to the Black community, Zimmerman hasn't gotten through one full year without controversy.

A few months back, the man was charged with felonious assault after he threatened his girlfriend with his firearm.

His girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe wants to get the heat off him.

Zimmerman, 30, who faces a felony aggravated assault charge as well as lesser charges stemming from the incident, is asking to have conditions of his bail modified so he can resume contact with Samantha Scheibe.

According to court documents filed by Zimmerman's attorney Jayne Weintraub, Scheibe, 27, gave a sworn statement in which she wrote, "I do not want George Zimmerman charged."

Zimmerman, who had been acquitted earlier this year of murder in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin, had posted a $9,000 bond and was barred from any contact with Scheibe. He was also ordered to give up his guns and wear an electronic monitor.

Shellie Zimmerman filed for divorce after the trial. George Zimmerman had threaten her and his father-in-law after they came to blows outside their home.

Scheibe's new affidavit taken Dec. 6 stated, "When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated...I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police."

Scheibe wrote that Zimmerman "never pointed a gun at or toward my face in a threatening manner" and that "I want to be with George."

Weintraub claims that Scheibe reached out to her and asked that the order barring contact between herself and Zimmerman be lifted.

Scheibe originally told a 911 dispatcher that the incident began when the former neighborhood watch captain grew upset during an argument and brandished a weapon at her.

"He's in my house, breaking all my s--- because I asked him to leave," Scheibe told the dispatcher. "He's got a freaking gun, breaking all my stuff right now."

If these transgressions were caused by Trayvon Martin, he would have been locked up.

Scheibe said at the time Zimmerman pushed her out the home and locked her out. Authorities said when they arrived Scheibe gave them keys to the home, and that they had to push through obstacles by the door to get in.

At the time, Zimmerman told police that Scheibe instigated the incident.

The November incident was Zimmerman's latest run-in with the law since his acquittal in Martin's death.

In September, he was arrested and then released without charges after his wife called 911 to say Zimmerman punched his father-in-law in the nose and threatened to shoot him and his wife.

Zimmerman claimed that he was acting in a "defensive manner" during the incident, according to police, who later added that they never found a gun on Zimmerman.

He has also been pulled over for speeding, once in July and again in September. During the July incident, he alerted the officer that he had a gun in his glove compartment.

On July 18, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of a family who became trapped inside their Ford Explorer after it rolled over on the side of the highway.

By the time police arrived, two people -- including Zimmerman -- helped the family get out of the overturned car, according to the sheriff's office.

I am getting really tired of hearing about this guy in the news.

I have a bias against people like you. The bias is stupidity. 

Stupidity isn't a BLACK AND WHITE thing.

It's a common theme and it affects all races, genders, and it doesn't matter what age it is.

You do stupid things like point a gun at a girlfriend, you're begging for trouble.

You shouldn't even think of having a gun after this trial, but since you want to do a victory lap in your hoodie, I guess you get what you pay for.

Yeah, I believe that the court decision was fair. Although, I didn't agree with the decision, I stand by it and hope that the jurors understand what they've done.

I'm certain that you can at least try to have a normal life. But since this was a high profile case and it was elevated by the likes of Al Sharpton (by whom I refer to as Rev. Perm), wherever you go, the cloud of guilt and suspicion will continue to plague you.

I know that you, your wife and this woman here are not attention whores. I understand that things happen.

It's natural that we all have disputes.

But in no way I will tolerate all this hoopla by the likes of you, your wife and this woman.

You people need to sit your asses down and solve these problems before you end up causing harm.

You ended a young man's life over a confrontation you should've avoided in the first place. You wanted to be a freaking hero. You want to meddle in affairs you have no business. 

Who's to say that kid Trayvon Martin didn't "Stand His Ground"?

The So-Called Knockout Game Comes To Ohio!

Bartholomew Snow and another man knocked out Matthew Gutierrez. He didn't think that punch would kill him.

Hey the KNOCKOUT GAME came to Ohio. The victim was a White man. He was punched in the nose.

He ended up dying from his injuries. The local junk food media claims he was punched so hard he had a brain aneurysm rupture. But you wouldn't believe who was the suspect in this knockout game?

It wasn't those Black thugs, you and Sean Hannity (who I refer to as That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) been harping about for the last few months. It was is a WHITE GUY. And this White guy was a perennial of the county lockup.

If found guilty this man Bartholomew Snow will now probably get life in the iron college for the death of 29-year old Matthew Gutierrez.

The Dayton Daily News reports that the Montgomery County Sheriff and Dayton Police are working with the bus service over the alleged assault. The Dayton RTA which has a transit center in the center of the city has evidence that a scuffle occurred.

Bartholomew Snow, 33, was arrested at about 6 p.m. Police said he will likely be booked into the Montgomery County lockup this evening pending a charge of felonious assault, but different charges could be forthcoming when the case is presented to prosecutors.

The family Gutierrez said he suffered swelling on the brain before being put in a medically induced coma and eventually being declared brain dead.

Gutierrez was trying to rebound from his previous run ins with the law. He was trying to get a bus when these men ran up on him with "medicine".

Like every good Samaritan, you would inform the security about the problem. Who would figure that telling would land a five finger roll on the man?

His brother, William Lynch, said Gutierrez was the youngest of five siblings and father to three sons, two with his fiance.

Matt Gutierrez was killed after he gotten assaulted by men at local transit center.

Gutierrez was living in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction's NOVA house and was 90 days sober from a heroin addiction, according to Lynch.

"He was no saint by no means," Lynch said. "But he was clean and sober. He was doing good."

Police first made contact with Gutierrez at about 5 p.m. Friday. He said he'd been punched in the face by one of two suspects and he was bleeding from his nose, according to the report.

He was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where he was treated and released.

His sister told police that his head was still hurting after being released so she took him to Kettering Medical Center. There he was given a CAT scan and released again.

"They said if he gets worse to bring him back," Lynch said.

The next day, his sister called 911 because Gutierrez awoke throwing up blood and stopped breathing. He was once again rushed to Kettering Medical Center, where he died.

The coroner's office said an autopsy is planned for Tuesday.

"The whole thing has not been handled well from the moment he approached the cop at the hub," Lynch said. Gutierrez's family said they want answers and accused the police department of not taking the investigation seriously.

"There are so many cameras. There are so many cops. It's supposed to be a safe place," Lynch said of the RTA hub. "I don't understand."

Dayton's RTA Transit Center was the scene where an incident of the so-called Knockout game occurred.

Lynch said the family was told a homicide detective has been assigned to the case.

Gutierrez told police on Friday that the men who attacked him may have been angry because he previously reported them to security for selling drugs at the RTA hub.

One suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 to 160 pounds with a goatee. He was wearing a tan Carhartt-brand jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath on Friday.

The second suspect is described in the police report as a black male in his late 20s, 6 feet tall, 120 to 130 pounds, wearing a maroon hat.

When the black male is caught for this crime, it will be front page on The Drudge Report (I refer to as That Guy Who Throw Shit On The Wall).

Washed Up Reality Star Invokes Hitler!

Do you remember the list of celebrities that America hates?  Meet Tila Tequila.

The Raw Story has another gem and it features a washed up celebrity and her stupidity.

Tila Tequila is a entertainer who rose to fame as that broad who wanted men and women to work their asses off for her affections. She would dub this "A Shot At Love" and it was on MTV. It ran for three seasons and gain notoriety for her being this Asian American girl who was a heavily tattooed diva who wanted to find the right person to be with.

I once dated a woman from Covington, Ohio who was a die hard drinker and reality television watcher.

This woman would introduce me to the broad's reality series. I found it to be really distasteful. I mean who would risk their time to date a woman who rose to fame on showing a couple of boobs for a few dollars.

I mean this broad has dated NFL stars, NBA players and a heiress from Johnson & Johnson (before she ended up killing herself on a drug binge). This broad pissed off many Jewish Americans with her little getup.

James Howe was murdered. He worked on a reality show for washed up reality star Tila Tequila.

“I am not going to sit here and say that I hate Jewish people because that is not the case nor is this about Jews,” Tequila wrote.

“It is about Hitler and his side of the story that was never told since he was not the victor. However, those of you with a closed mind can think I am being anti-Semite all you want because I already told you that I am not, nor will I repeat myself again.”


The barrage of pro-Nazi imagery came less than two years after a public statement on Tequila’s part declaring she had converted to Judaism, saying “I just feel like the Jewish people have such a beautiful way about them, and I can’t wait to officially be Jewish. Shabbat Shalom.”

According to Animal, Tequila also refers to herself as “Hitila” in a new song she posted online on Sunday, which features the lyrics, “Jewluminati motherf*ckers hate me,” and, “Worldwide genocide, blame it on the Jews.”

Animal New York reported that Tequila also used anti-Semitic language in a December 6 post making light of the death of 42-year-old James Howe, who was shot and killed in their home on November 27.

I am guessing that the Anti-Defamation League will not be pleased with her response.

Although, she is entitled to express this outfit and endorsement of this horrible war lord, she should know better. I am sure that America's Next Top Model will have no problem letting this one go!

And believe me she should take her silly ass out of the limelight. It's not helpful for America Next Top Model to have this woman acting a fool when the cameras aren't running.

Tila Nguyen (born October 24, 1981), better known by her stage names Tila Tequila and Miss Tila, is a Singaporean-born American model and television personality.

She is known for her appearances in the men's magazines Stuff, Maxim, Penthouse, her role as host of the Fuse TV show featuring performance striptease, Pants-Off Dance-Off and her position as the most popular artist on MySpace (according to page views) circa April 2006.

Nguyen was allegedly choked and restrained by former boyfriend Shawne Merriman, who was later arrested.

San Diego district attorney Bonnie Dumanis decided not to charge Merriman after her office spent three days reviewing reports from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Nguyen sued Merriman for $1.5 million. Several weeks later, Merriman countersued, alleging intentional interference with contract, unfair competition, and trademark infringement. Merriman claimed that she was on a serious drug binge and he was trying to prevent her from acting a fool.

She declined to respond to his more recent actions, and a default judgment was entered in his favor for $2 million.

Nguyen stated she was engaged to heiress Casey Johnson and was photographed with a diamond ring.

Johnson, who had long suffered from Type I Diabetes, was found dead in 2010. The Los Angeles Coroner's Office announced that Johnson "died from diabetic ketoacidosis, a life-threatening condition caused by a lack of insulin and high blood sugar". She was reported to have neglected to take her medication, and died naturally.

In 2011 Vivid Entertainment released a video of Nguyen engaging in sexual acts with pornographic actresses Kristina Rose and Charlie Laine.

Nguyen has stated that the video was made for personal use and she did not consent to its release.

It was reported that Nguyen has agreed to check into rehab after having reportedly "almost died" from an attempted suicide by overdosing on pills. The incident caused her to be hospitalized from a brain aneurysm.

Nguyen completed her rehab treatment in 2012.

Upon completing her treatment, Nguyen opened up about her near-death experience to US Weekly stating "I can remember feeling like the bones were popping out the side of my head [because] the pain was so bad. I took some medications and tried to go for a nap, but when I woke up I was vomiting. I really thought I was going to die.

She was born in Singapore, raised in Houston, Texas, and now lives in Los Angeles, California.
