When Pigs Squeal!

Iowa's Joni Ernst is in the running.

Freshman senator Joni Ernst of Iowa is being vetted by the Donald Trump presidential campaign.

The senator along with freshman senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas are in the running of being Trump's running mate.

Ernst went to Fox News to say that she's had a good conversation.

"I will continue to share my insights with Donald about the need to strengthen our economy, keep our nation safe, and ensure America is always a strong stabilizing force around the globe."

The Iowa senator who did a campaign video about castrating hogs is seriously being vetted. She hasn't accomplished much in one year of being a senator. She's kept a low key profile. I was expecting her to be a bombastic agitator like failed presidential candidates  Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).

Ernst is a retired National Guard lieutenant colonel and veteran of the Iraq war.

Ernst previously endorsed Rubio for president.

Trump is also heading to Indiana. He's talking with Governor Mike Pence. Pence who endorsed Cruz for president is making peace with Trump. Pence who is facing a reelection bid is trying to score some political points by embracing the Republicans presumptive nominee he distanced himself from earlier.
Trump needs a brain to move his body.
Pence faced a backlash after he passed a religious freedom bill that could discriminate against LGBT residents of Indiana. He looks the other way when Indiana mosques are firebombed and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) is being slandered by agitators for being a "ISIS-sympathizer".

Spokesman Marc Lotter said that Ernst and Pence will do all they can to help Trump win.

Also on the Trump veepstakes is Newt Gingrich, the former House Speaker who is a washed up politico. Gingrich ran for president in 2012. Chris Christie, the failed 2016 presidential candidate is in the running.

Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) are also on the list of potential Trump veeps.

One insurgent who isn't showing up for the Republican National Convention is Utah's Mia Love.

Love who is the first woman and African American elected in Utah. She said that she's going to focus on the residents of Utah and skip the convention. Love endorsed Rubio for president.

Ted Cruz Allowed A Bigot Slander Keith Ellison And Andre Carson!

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) are devout Muslims. They are often attacked for their race and their faith. Conservatives play racial dog whistle against them.

There are two Congressmen who are devout Muslims. Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) are Sunni Muslims and African American men. They are fathers and respected lawmakers.

Ellison is from Minneapolis. He is a member of the House Progressive Caucus and was a supporter of Bernie Sanders in his failed bid for president. Ellison was elected to Congress in 2007.

Carson is from Indianapolis. He is also member of the caucus. He was elected to Congress in 2008 in a special election to replace his grandmother, Congresswoman Julia Carson who passed away in 2007. He is a supporter of presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Ellison is very passionate about his faith and the issues facing Black America.

He was mentioned by a talking head who claims to be a "national security consultant". Chris Gaubatz was in a hearing sponsored by failed Republican presidential candidate, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

Gaubatz complains about the rise of "radical Islam". He singles out Ellison and Carson as enablers of terrorism. He believes that Ellison and Carson are secretly rooting for the destruction of America.

They attended a convention hosted by the Islamic Society of North America. Gaubatz complains that the organization is front group for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Allegations of Ellison and Carson being Muslim terrorists  have spread across the social media.

Gaubatz also complained that the Council of American Islamic Relations is a front group for the Islamic State.

Cruz freely allowed a bigot slander elected leaders.

Of course, Cruz is a known Islamophobe.

Cruz who failed at capturing the Republican nomination is a broken man. He's no longer getting the attention he never should have gotten. Donald Trump knocked him and his seven day running mate fellow failed presidential candidate Carly Fiorina back to the normal lives.

Cruz's failed campaign had advisers like known White extremist Frank Gaffney on his national security team.. Gaffney has often accused Ellison, Carson, Huma Abedin-Weiner, Hillary Clinton, and President Barack Obama of being associates of Muslim extremism. He also called out conservative agitators Grover Norquist and Suhail Khan of being in the Muslim Brotherhood.

Keith Ellison is often sparing with ignorant assholes who don't understand the "freedom of religion", "probable cause" and the risks of hate.

Ellison was sparing with racist lawmakers like Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Rep. Steve King (R-IA), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL).

Ellison's most memorable debate was with Softball Hannity. Ellison called that annoying conservative agitator a "yellow journalist" and the "worst excuse for a television host".

Softball Hannity hosted Gaffney, Gaubatz and Cruz on his programs.

Conservative Outrage Over Bill Clinton Sharing Flight With Loretta Lynch!

Conservatives scream bloody murder after U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch met with former president Bill Clinton.

If I met a friend of a friend who is involved in an alleged criminal act, does it make me a criminal?

If I say hi to someone who has a family member under investigation for a criminal act and I had some knowledge of the case, would that be a conflict of interest?

It seems like a conflict of interest says the junk food media. It seems like 42 and Attorney General Loretta Lynch had a private talk and the agitators want to know what was said

Of course, we're still in this "nonetrosersy" about Hillary Clinton, then secretary of state using her personal server instead of a government server in the wake of the 2012 Benghazi attacks.

Cue the conservative outrage....!

The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane.

Former President Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area and arrived to Sky Harbor Monday evening to depart.

Sources tell ABC15 Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.

Lynch was arriving in Phoenix for a planned visit as part of her national tour to promote community policing.

ABC15 asked Lynch about the meeting during her news conference at the Phoenix Police Department.

"I did see President Clinton at the Phoenix airport as he was leaving and spoke to myself and my husband on the plane," said Lynch.

The private meeting comes as Lynch's office is in charge of the ongoing investigation and potential charges involving Clinton's email server.

The private meeting also occurred hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly involving Hillary Clinton and President Obama's administration.

Lynch said the private meeting on the tarmac did not involve these topics.
Conservatives can't get off the Clinton obsession.
"Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix," said Lynch Tuesday afternoon while speaking at the Phoenix Police Department.

Sources say the private meeting at the airport lasted around 30 minutes.

"There was no discussion on any matter pending before the Department or any matter pending with any other body, there was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of State Department emails, by way of example I would say it was current news of the day, the Brexit decision and what it would mean," she said.

As you know, conservatives won't buy this excuse. Even if they pass through a hallway, the kooks will speculate that Clinton is trying to clear Hillary of wrongdoing.

Conservatives are hoping that Hillary Clinton will be indicted by a federal prosecutor for allowing her private server be allegedly compromised by foreign threats.

All speculation and a mountain out of a molehill.

Never in my time have the Republicans ever been so bad at what they do. They don't really have much to prove but they'll follow this notion from word-of-mouth.

Mind you that Bill Clinton appointed Lynch as a U.S. Attorney for the Brooklyn division. Mind you that President Barack Obama nominated her for Attorney General. Mind you it took over 135 days before the Republicans finally decided to nominate her as the top cop.

They are seriously wasting taxpayer money digging in the crates for allegations that don't stick.

These god damn emails haven't kill anyone. It's just another partisan bitchary from Republicans and conservative agitators to drive Hillary Clinton's poll numbers down. Thank Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for mentioning that.

Congratulations to Bill and Hillary Clinton's daughter Chelsea giving birth to her second child.

BREAKING: SCOTUS Knocks Down Texas Anti-Abortion Law!

The Supreme Court rules in Texas anti-abortion law.

The Supreme Court struck down the anti-abortion law that the state of Texas passed in 2013. The 5-3 decision was a blow to conservatives. This decision eliminates a state's attempt to pass restrictive laws to curb a woman's right to choice.  This is the biggest ruling since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

The Texas statute was to close up a handful of abortion clinics in the state. The Court ruled it unconstitutional.

The Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt is the most significant ruling for pro-choice activists. If the ruling went the other way, states would impose stricter laws preventing abortion.

Texas insisted that the HB 2 law was constitutional. Ruth Bader Ginsburg questioned the state's law.

She wondered how this bill would help women who wanted a safe term. Texas was mandating that abortion clinics undergo costly upgrades to look like hospitals and abortion providers must get "special privileges" at hospitals. It was a backdoor plot to eliminate abortion clinics.

Stephen Breyer wrote in his decision that "the surgical-center requirement, like the admitting privileges requirement, provides few, if any, health benefits for women, poses a substantial obstacle to women seeking abortions and constitutes an 'undue burden' on their constitutional right to do so".

Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott wasn't pleased about this decision. Lila Rose and her allies in the anti-choice movement were hoping to gain momentum.

The Center for Medical Progress was partly involved in this as well. The ringleader of the anti-choice group tried to infiltrate Planned Parenthood facilities to expose executives taking pride in terming live fetuses.

Former state lawmaker Wendy Davis got some vindication. She fought this all the way to the Court.

Her failed bid for governor was a downer but to watch Abbott fail at his job is probably the sweetest revenge she's gotten so far today.

Anthony Kennedy joins Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sonia Sotomayor in the decision to spare abortion rights.

Chief Justice John Roberts, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented the decision.

This polarizing decision comes a week after the Court struck down President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration. Conservatives were happy Obama was handed a defeat. Now this decision will have conservatives concerned.

With an evenly split court, most of the rulings conservatives supported could be at risk of being tossed out or stuck down. Republicans continue to delay the nomination of Merrick Garland.

They believe that Obama's pick could swing the Court in a progressive direction. It's too late.

Truly, this was a blow to conservatives and the anti-choice movement.

Women have a right to choice. Although I am no fan of termination, I do support a woman's right to do so. It's a freedom that helps protect a woman's health.

Would you allow a woman to carry a rapist's baby?

Would you allow a woman to die if the baby was causing her health to decline?

An unwanted pregnancy is a dangerous experience for women. If the Court was to deny women a right to choice, the black market abortion providers would be on the rise.

George Will Divorces The GOP!

Right wing asshat George Will quits the GOP. He says that Trump's nomination is the final straw.

Fox News pundit George Will has had it up to here with Donald Trump and the acolytes.

The controversial conservative pundit says that the Republican Party is gone off the rails.

Will who works for the right wing network also writes for The Washington Post is no stranger to controversy. He was banned from many speaking events after he said some pretty ignorant stuff about women in his books.

"This is not my party," he told the audience at the Federalist Society in Washington, DC.

Will says that he will become an independent. He switched from Republican to unaffiliated long before he lit into the Republican Party.

"I just know who I won't be voting for," he said.
Trump says that his critics are the reasons to why he's winning.
Will is no fan of Trump. He is a part of this #NEVERTRUMP movement. He said that the Republicans must stop Trump before he makes it to the White House.

Trump said that Will is a "major loser."

Mary Matalin, who is married to Clinton-supporting James Carville said that she's leaving the Republican Party as well. She changed her affiliation to Libertarian after Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) got blown out in Indiana.

She is not a fan of Democratic presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton. She said that Clinton presidency with a Republican congress is far better than a Trump presidency with a Republican rubber stamp Congress.

SCOTUS Keeps Affirmative Action In College Admins!

Supreme Court ruled in an affirmative action case.

With the Supreme Court overwhelmed at eight, cases will be either evenly divided or lopsided with no real results. When the Court rules, it's over. Regardless of who wins or loses, the Supreme Court of the United States is the final leg of a federal case.

Abigail Fisher comes out the loser in her case against the University of Texas Austin.

She took her case of affirmative action to the Court. She was denied entry into the college. The court's 4-3 decision continues the college entry rules.

Fisher v. University of Texas, concerned an unusal program and contained a waring to other university that not all affirmative action programs will pass constitutional muster. The New York Times added, that the ruling's basica message was that admissions officials may continue to consider race as one factor among many in ensuring a diverse student body.

Elana Kagan backed off the case because she had ties to the University of Texas.
Abigail Fisher and her conservative allies lost this one.
President Barack Obama was pleased with the decision. "I'm pleased that the Supreme Court upheld the basic notion that diversity is an important value in our society," he said today.

"We are not a country that guarantees equal outcomes, but we do strive to provide an equal shot to everybody".

Anthony Kennedy sided with the Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor in the majority. Kennedy wrote that the courts must give university substantial but not total leeway in designing their admission programs.

The disagreement of consent came from Samuel Alito. He practically slammed the decision. He said that the university had not demonstrated the need for race-based admissions and that the Texas program benefited advantaged students over impoverish ones.

Conservatives were hoping that this decision would eliminate the quotas.

Say if you came from a bad school and graduated at top rank and were accepted to a privileged college but tested lower than the student from a higher performance school, you would be getting a leg up.

Fisher and conservatives were hoping to end this.

Remember Little Marco Hates His Job!

The dim witted Marco Rubio decides at last minute to run for reelection for the U.S. Senate. He is a failed presidential candidate who lost his own state of Florida.

The only lawmaker with the worst voting record ever has decided he'll run for reelection for the senate seat he said he'll give up. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has decided to run for reelection.

He and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) spent a lot of time running for president. They couldn't win the nomination so now they want to focus on helping the Republicans continue to hold the Senate.

They want to be rewarded for failure.

Little Marco was the permanent nickname given to the failed presidential candidate. It was given by the controversial billionaire Donald Trump.

Trump labeled Rubio that name after the Republicans plotted to have a contested convention and urged Rubio to start laying into him. When Rubio mocked Trump for having little hands (and a little package), Trump decided to play the words and hit him where it hurts.

Rubio had a meltdown. New Jersey governor Chris Christie, another failed presidential candidate said that Rubio has the same robotic stump speeches and has little accomplishment as a senator.

Rubio released his statement.

In politics, admitting you’ve changed your mind is not something most people like to do. But here it goes.

I have decided to seek reelection to the United States Senate.

I understand my opponents will try to use this decision to score political points against me. Have at it. Because I have never claimed to be perfect, or to have all the answers.

Still, the people of Florida deserve to know why I’ve changed my mind.

I have often said that the U.S. Senate can be a frustrating place. And it’s true. After witnessing the gridlock that grips Washington, I think just about every American – Democrat or Republican – would agree.

But the Senate is also a place from which you can perform great services for the people you have the honor of representing. And I am proud of the work we have done to help thousands of Floridians over the last six years.

The Senate can also be a place from which great policy advances can be made. I am proud that we have done that too.

But as we begin the next chapter in the history of our nation, there’s another role for the Senate that could end up being its most important in the years to come: The Constitutional power to act as a check and balance on the excesses of a president.

Control of the Senate may very well come down to the race in Florida. That means the future of the Supreme Court will be determined by the Florida Senate seat. It means the future of the disastrous Iran nuclear deal will be determined by the Florida Senate seat. It means the direction of our country’s fiscal and economic policies will be determined by this Senate seat. The stakes for our nation could not be higher.

There’s also something else. No matter who is elected president, there is reason for worry.

With Hillary Clinton, we would have four more years of the same failed economic policies that have left us with a stagnant economy. We would have four more years of the same failed foreign policy that has allowed radical Islam to spread, and terrorists to be released from Guantanamo. And even worse, if Clinton were president and her party took control of Congress, she would govern without Congressional oversight or limit. It would be a repeat of the early years of the current administration, when we got Obamacare, the failed stimulus and a record debt.

The prospect of a Trump presidency is also worrisome to me. It is no secret that I have significant disagreements with Donald Trump. His positions on many key issues are still unknown. And some of his statements, especially about women and minorities, I find not just offensive but unacceptable. If he is elected, we will need Senators willing to encourage him in the right direction, and if necessary, stand up to him. I’ve proven a willingness to do both.

In the days ahead, America will continue to face serious challenges – the possibility of terrorist attacks at home and abroad, a declining military, anemic economic growth and low wages, assaults on our rights and values, outdated health care, education and pension programs in desperate need of reform – that face backward or uncertain responses from either Clinton or Trump.

No matter who wins the White House, we need a strong group of principled, persuasive leaders in Congress who will not only advance limited government, free enterprise and a strong national defense, but also explain to Americans how it makes life better for them and their families. I ultimately changed my mind about this race because on that front, and in that fight, I believe I have something to offer.

In the end, this was a decision made not in Washington, but back home in West Miami over Father’s Day weekend, with my wife and our four children.

There were two paths before us. There was one path that was more personally comfortable and probably smarter politically. But after much thought and prayer, together we chose to continue with public service; to continue down the path that provides the opportunity to make a positive difference at this critical and uncertain time for our nation.

In the end, there was simply too much at stake for any other choice.

The opponents will use his little accomplishments as a senator against him. And to make things more interesting, will the constituents support him now that he's changed his mind?

After he was trounced in the Florida primary, the odds of him winning reelection in the U.S. senate race dimmed to 49%.

In a match up against Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL), Rubio would win 48% - 45%.

In a match up against Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL), Rubio would lose 49% -48%.

Republicans hope Florida would give Rubio a second chance. Hopefully the Democrats takes the seat and send Little Marco back to West Miami with his wife, children and the mistress he's allegedly had an affair with.

Dems: No Bill, No Break!

House Democrats, including, from left to right, Rep. Joe Courtne, of Connecticut, Rep. Elizabeth Esty, also of Connecticut and Rep. John Lewis, of Georgia, sit in to protest for a gun control vote. (Rep. Robin Kelly/Twitter)
Congressman John Lewis (D-GA) returned to his protesting roots. He staged a sit-in inside the House of Representatives chamber after House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) decided to call for a recess instead of a floor vote. It's becoming a trending issue.
Call the Congress on (202) 224-3121 to demand the House of Representatives do their jobs and pass bipartisan measures to stop gun violence.

Tell them that they need to get things done. Enough of the prayers and silence.

Gotta give up to the Democratic Party. They finally got a spine. They are staging sit-in in the House of Representatives today. They are getting tired of Republicans and their constant inaction on gun violence.

In the wake of the Orlando massacre, Democrats call upon a bill that bans people on the controversial "NO FLY LIST" to have no access to firearms. The Republicans objected to this notion because they believe that the bill would include conservative groups on this list.

Republicans rather waste time chasing after Hillary Clinton's emails than focus on actual issues. They rather waste $9.4 million on Benghazi than a bill that deals with the reasons contributing to gun violence.

By the way, concern trolls: The Democrats mentioned gun violence in every community. It's just not in Orlando, but Chicago, St. Louis, Cleveland, Detroit and many urban centers. The lawmakers have expressed outrage at Republicans for ignoring the concerns of families who want gun control.

They believe that the National Rifle Association and the acolytes of the conservative media will try to distort the message. They are running a sit in on Periscope.

Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) started this sit-in around late morning and it's being recorded on social media through Periscope.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA) are running it through Periscope and it's been streamed live on CSPAN.

The junk food media have ignored the cries from Democrats.

The Republicans have control of the floor and they cut off the cameras and started their umpteenth recess.

#NOFLYNOBUY is becoming a hashtag as well as #NOBILLNOBREAK.

Will the theatrics work?

Congress Continues To Be Inept!

Time to go..! Republicans are extremely bad at what they do.

In the wake of a mass shooting, the Congress continues to be inept.

Congress continues to support terrorism by allowing them access to firearms. The four amendments that could prevent access to firearms if you're on a terrorist watch list failed.

Sens. Jon Tester (D-MT), Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) and Joe Manchin (D-MT) aided the Republicans in crashing the bills.

The background check amendment failed, the terrorist watch list amendment and the semi automatic weapons ban were dismissed by the senate.

The GOP and those spineless Democrats have once again failed in passing reasonable gun control in the wake of terrorism, mass shootings and grieving families.

Is it time for the voters to dismiss the inept lawmakers?

Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) voted for the bills. He said this opportunity missed shows that Congress is totally inept and the National Rifle Association once again wins the battle.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

CONGRESS ALLOWS THESE SENSELESS ACTS OF VIOLENCE TO CONTINUE!

I am really tired of the Republicans in control of Congress. They can't pass laws, they stall President Barack Obama's nominees and continue to waste taxpayer money grandstanding.

Little Marco Thirsty For Another Run!

Rubio is considering running for reelection despite saying he's done. The Orlando massacre and the weak field has Republicans begging for him to stay.

Could he win?

Does Florida wants a candidate who doesn't really want the job?

Who knows? The race is still TOSS UP and the Democrats are hoping to embarrass Republican once again.

Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL) and Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) and about half a dozen Republicans are competing candidates for the open seat being vacated by the most thirstiest senator in the state.

Marco Rubio, the failed Republican candidate for president had the backing of most of the establishment. He had a halo around his head. The Republicans were banking on either Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio securing the nomination.

Unfortunately, Donald Trump stepped into the arena and knocked Little Marco out.

Rubio went back to Florida in disgrace. Now this terrorist attack in Orlando has gotten major attention. The Republicans fear this controversy could help Democrats win a crucial seat.

Rubio is seriously considering running. Rep. David Jolly (R-FL), the freshman lawmaker who replaced coke boy Trey Radel was a favorite among the Republicans. But with little name recognition and lack of interest, Jolly decided to bow out clearing the way for Rubio to jump in if he choose to.

Rubio has the worst voting record in the senate. Since he started in 2011, the Republican has been gearing up for a presidential bid.

Texas School Faces Lawsuit After Girl Got Roped!

Would you want your child to have a rope around their neck and the school saying that this was a playful accident?

In Texas, there was a shocking incident that occurred in Waco. A young Black girl was roped by three White boys and they tried to drag her around. Now the parents are shocked by this event and are planning on suing the school for negligence.

Now the little girl got a scar that's so noticeable, the law is getting involved in this.

Live Oak Classical School is being sued for a $3 million in damages for allowing this to happen.

The New York Times report that the school is denying that race was a factor to this incident.

Lawyers for the girl, who is identified in court papers filed on Monday only as K.P., said evidence suggested that race played a role in the episode, which occurred during an overnight outing in April by students from the Live Oak Classical School in Waco. The girl was 12 at the time.

But while lawyers for the girl and the school agree that something happened to the student, they disagree about virtually everything else — whether what occurred had been a deliberate act, the severity of her injuries, who was to blame and if race was a motivation.

The girl’s mother, Sandy Rougely, said in an interview on Thursday that she thought her daughter was wearing a necklace when she first saw her after the trip. She said when she learned that the marks had been caused by a rope, “that just tore me into pieces.”

“It looked like somebody ripped my daughter’s neck off and stitched it back together,” Rougely said. The marks are still visible, she added.

Rougely said she took her daughter to an emergency room, where she was treated for severe rope burns, and the police were called.

Lawyers for both sides said the Blanco County Sheriff’s Office was investigating. Sheriff’s officials could not immediately be reached.

According to the lawsuit, the girl had transferred in 2014 from a public school to Live Oak, which has about 400 students in junior kindergarten through 12th grade and affirms the principles of Christianity. It is made up predominantly of white children, the suit says. Rougely said her daughter had a partial scholarship to attend the $7,000-a-year school.

The girl had been flourishing in fifth grade, the suit said, but in sixth grade, she reported that her classmates would not talk to her and physically bullied her. She was pushed to the ground, and a classmate kicked and shoved her when a teacher was not looking, court papers said. Rougely said school officials blamed her daughter, and when the mother met with administrators and counselors, she felt rebuffed.

It was against this backdrop that the girl and 21 other students went on the trip to a bucolic property near Johnson City, TX., for an end-of-year school trip on April 28.

The lawsuit said the episode occurred at a swing: a disc-shape basket hanging from a tree with a separate rope that the children pulled to lift the swing higher. The girl said she had been pulling on the rope but then became tired and stood to the side. She then felt the rope around her neck, and she was “violently jerked” to the ground.

“When it got around my neck, no one helped me, so I had to pull it off by myself,” she said in an interview with The Dallas Morning News.

We Haven't Forgotten The Massacre In Charleston!

Innocence lost on this day. The Charleston massacre marks a milestone.

It's been one year since the tragic mass shooting at the Mother Emanuel AME church in Charleston, South Carolina. On this day, a terrorist would enter the predominantly Black church and massacre nine worshipers. One included a pastor who was a state senator.

Now we're in the first week since the massacre in Orlando and yet nothing has changed on the gun issue.

Every mass shooting in the United States sparks a rise in gun sales. The NRA and Republican lawmakers continue to push the good guy with a gun narrative. It's a pathetic way to ignore the real issue facing our country.

GUN VIOLENCE.IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

Terrorist find it very easy to acquire firearms. They know that Republicans are weak on legislation to stop them. They openly encourage potential madmen to find straw buyers and lapse laws.

Even in the wake of the Orlando tragedy, we skirted past the previous murderer. This guy lived in North Carolina and had deep seated hatred towards Black people. He told his friend that he's going to start a race war. The friend thought he was joking. Turns out he wasn't and he carried out the massacre on a Wednesday night while church as doing nightly service.

The terrorist managed to escape. He managed to make it to North Carolina before he nabbed by the law.

Now this terrorist is facing federal hate crime and state murder charges. The feds proposed the Death Card if he's found guilty of all nine counts of murder.

This terrorist is innocent until proven guilty.

The one thing good that came out this situation was the remove of the losing flag from the state house grounds. The terrorist had posted on social media his love for the losing flag. It took a lot of pressure from the junk food media to make the losing flag history last year. #BlackLivesMatter, the NAACP, President Barack Obama, and the world forced Republican governor Nikki Haley to denounce the losing flag.

In July, the flag went down. It spread like wildfire. The flag was removed from many institutions and state houses.
No remorse.
To this day, the issues of gun violence are often met with little or no action from the Republican controlled Congress. Ever since the first shooting under the president's watch, Congress has been slow on getting legislation through.

Hopefully, this could spark the flame to kick the Republicans back to the minority.

As a majority, they have wasted too much time trying to stop the president. The president has been all to nice to the Republican majority and the NRA. He gave them all they wanted and yet they haven't done nothing for him.

Mass shootings are an everyday thing here in the United States.

Mind you if the shootings in Charleston, Umpqua Community College, San Bernardino and now Orlando doesn't spark discussion on gun control, what will?

How about a member of Congress being shot! Oops, Gabby Giffords was shot at point blank range.

Giffords barely survived a shooting in the head. She is permanently disabled. She was a staunch gun supporter but after this, she turned into one of the leading voices in the gun control movement.

Nothing changed that day! Nothing has changed so far. It's already being ignored now that the victims are being buried. What happens next? Another mass shooting....or perhaps an animal attacking a child.

World News Today continue to cover the Orlando shooting.

I made it back to Ohio. I was in Niagara Falls and Toronto. I also made a few stops in Buffalo, Cleveland, Akron and Columbus, Ohio.

I am been on an Instagram fixation. I have posted a bunch of pictures of my travels. If you want to like my pictures visit my profile page.

The Toast Is Bern!

Bernie Sanders is out. Although he is still a contender in the race, the junk food media is done with him.

Bernie Sanders is done. Although he's still a candidate for president his coverage by the junk food media is waning down. It has been a bitter Democratic primary. Republicans were hoping Sanders would beat Clinton forcing a contested convention in Philadelphia.

Sanders said that he will continue on to Philadelphia and voice anger at the Democratic Party's chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz  (D-FL) and the super delegates. His campaign claims the party rigged the system for Hillary Clinton.

Many in the junk food media believe the fault solely lies on  Sanders, not Clinton.

You remember "We don't give a damn about your emails!"

That killed him. It shows that he wasn't willing to fight.

Sanders was tempted by his supporters to go after her with the emails and Benghazi. The Republican talking points were about Bill Clinton's affairs and The Clinton Foundation taking donations from hostile nations.

He was too nice. He was inconsistent. He was too old.

His loss in the final primary should be enough to say, "It's time to get out."

Hillary Clinton won the District of Columbia Democratic primary and sealed the deal with a blowout win in California.

Yesterday Sanders delivered a message to his supporters asking them to stay focused on defeating the Republican Donald Trump.

The livesteam was carried briefly on some cable news channels but it was largely ignored because he wasn't conceding from the race.

Like with failed presidential candidates Sens. Ted Cruz  (R-TX) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) with Donald Trump, Sanders holds off endorsing Clinton.

What happens next?

Will his supporters rally behind Clinton?

Old Fart McCain Blames Obama For Orlando Massacre!

That old fart is facing an insurgent candidate in the Republican primary. He is going "maverick" again. Even his old running mate is considering endorsing his rival.

Sen. John McCain  (R-AZ) is the failed 2008 Republican presidential candidate.

The old fart is still bitter about the landslide. He is hoping to secure brownie points with Arizona voters by saying President Barack Obama allowed the Orlando massacre to happen.

The reason to why he blames Obama for this: because the president ended the war in Iraq.

The Republicans are inept. The Republicans would rather focus on distractions such as blaming the president for the acts of a terrorist.

McCain is pathetic warhawk who thinks bombing people is the best way to fighting terrorism.

Lindsey Graham and McCain are senile and they will waste taxpayer dollars sending bombs over the Islamic State.

Kelli Ward is winning support from the conservatives and she hopes to knock the 81 year old senator off his perch.

The Republican Controlled Congress Is Inept!

Sen. Chris Murphy  (D-CT) laid into the Republicans yesterday on their inept actions in the wake of the terrorist attack in Orlando in which this cat laid into 50 people in aneed act of hate against the LGBT community.

Unlike the worthless filibusters from failed presidential candidates Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) this one really gets the ball rolling on gun control. This issue has been ignored with prayers and silence. The distraction from Republicans and their conservative agitating allies is the tired "Obama is taking your guns excuse" to rile up gun buyers.

President Barack Obama has said that these mass shootings have gotten out of hand. Why would we continue to have those with mental issues and possible terrorists obtain these powerful weapons?

The calls for a semi automatic weapons ban will likely go nowhere with this inept Congress.

Republicans and Donald Trump are looking forward to distancing themselves from gun control. They already made the focus on "radical Islam" and the president being "weak" on terrorism because he doesn't say it.

Republicans are really unpopular right now. With Trump as their leader, the party is going to likely suffer in the polls. Trump's rhetoric isn't helpful at all.

He doubles down on calling the president a terrorist sympathizer.

Conservative attack the president for calling for an assault weapons ban, saying Islam isn't the enemy and telling Americans that the LGBT community is loved.

If the good guy had a gun while the bad guy was shooting is a pathetic argument. It's likely the gunman or the law would shoot you knowing that you have a gun. It doesn't matter to the law if you a concealed carry, they see you as a threat. Also you could miss and shoot a hostage or an innocent victim. You could be charged with a crime.

World News Today continues to cover the Orlando massacre.

Dems "Win" California Senate Race By Default!

California Attorney General Kamala Harris will face Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) in an open U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA). One of these women could be the state's first woman of color elected to Senate.

The California U.S. Senate race is going to be a bitter contest. However it's just going to be only one party doing all the fighting. California state attorney general Kamala Harris and Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) will face off in a U.S. Senate race for the open seat being vacated by Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA).

Both candidates are Democrats and women of color. They are fighting for the seat and will  court Democrats, Republicans and independents across the state for support.

Harris is from Oakland and is the daughter of Indian mother and Jamaican father. She was the District Attorney of San Francisco from 2004 to 2011. She won the California race for Attorney General in 2010 and won reelection in 2014.

Sanchez is from Lynwood and the daughter of a Mexican immigrant. She is the current congresswoman from the 46th Congressional District. Her sister is Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) from the 38th Congressional District.

Both women are highly qualified and will be a historical first for the state. One of these candidates could become either the state's first woman of color elected to the U.S. Senate.

The Republicans by default lost the opportunity to win the seat. They have no viable candidate on the ticket.

Under California's nonpartisan blanket law, all candidates appear on the same ballot, regardless of party. In the primary voters may vote for any candidate, regardless of party, regardless of party affiliation. The top two finishers regardless of party will compete for the general election.

Washington state and Louisiana have similar races.

So it's going to be an ugly race despite it being two Democrats running.

With Harris being favored to win the race, Sanchez will have to court Republicans and independents to give her a momentum boost.

Perennial loser Carly Fiorina was the last Republican to run for the U.S. Senate seat against Boxer.

In 2010, Fiorina backed by the insurgency tried to uproot Boxer in a year when Republicans were confident enough to retake the U.S. Senate. She unsuccessfully ran for the seat.

In 2016 Fiorina would run for president. She ended that bid. She became the running mate for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). When Cruz ended his bid, she faded like fellow perennial loser Mitt Romney.

Fiorina became a historical first. Her days as a veep candidate was seven days. She goes down in history as one of the worst candidates to ever run for office.

You Got Bern'd!

Bernie Sanders is in this race. He pledges a contested convention.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is done. I hate to say this, but the presidential quest is over for the Vermont senator. I've supported him and voted for him in the Ohio primary. But it wasn't enough for him to beat his opponent former secretary of state Hillary Clinton.

His campaign is laying off staffers after the bruising California defeat. Hillary Clinton managed to seal the deal in California in a blowout. Conservatives were hoping that the Democrats will fight all the way to Philadelphia. Many in the junk food media and liberal agitators are calling for Bernie Sanders to stop and get behind the presumptive nominee.

The senator vows to stay in this race all the way to the Democratic Convention.

The Politico wrote a damning story about the senator's final days at a candidate. After the Ohio and Florida loss, Sanders was upset with Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH). Brown endorsed Clinton and helped her win the state overwhelmingly. Sanders also took pride in the attacks against Clinton.

His plans to go after her for the Clinton foundation and emails were on the table but he chose to stay focused on the issues.

The Nevada Democratic Convention was also a blow to his campaign. When his supporters started to threaten superdelegates and the chairwoman of the state, many Democrats believed that his campaign was going off the rails.

Now we're experience deja vu with Democrats again. Like the Barack Obama-Hillary Clinton battle, conservatives are seething for defecting. Bernies4Trump, BernieorBust, HillNO and other organizations are forming as I speak. The groups are Republican front groups.

Cause if you support Bernie Sanders and then turn to supporting Donald Trump, you're not a progressive. You're not a supporter of the Democrats. You're a troll who wants to rile up Democrats.

Republicans do have a mess on them. I mean they have a presumptive nominee who is more damaging than Clinton.

Republicans also have another issue on them. They're trying to stop the damage Donald Trump inflicted on himself. His politically divisive rhetoric has rattled Republicans and their donors.

Now the talk about a contested Republican Convention is being floated around again. Many Republicans are avoiding Cleveland because Trump's influence could inflict harm on their reelection campaign.

Rep. Renee Ellmers (R-NC) was handed a bitter defeat after losing to Rep. George Holdings (R-NC) in a redistricting primary battle. Ellmers was under the radar for her alleged affair with Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). It didn't help that Ellmers wasn't around much in her district. Even Trump's endorsement of her fell flat. An even more conservative lawmaker defeated her in a bitter primary.

Bern Out!

Sanders could end up being labeled a "sore loser" if he continues to fight to the convention.

Many in the junk food media have finally had enough of the Democratic primaries. Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are at the end of the road. Some of the junk food media is now focusing on Clinton and her challenger Republican Donald Trump.

This will be a historical first. Two candidates from the mainstream parties being highly unpopular among the registered voters.

Their negatives will eventually drop now that it's likely Clinton and Trump will be the nominees of their respective parties.

Clinton who is close to securing the nomination can't get rid of Sanders.

Sanders says he vows to fight all the way to the convention. Many analysis are probably saying that's mostly bluster coming from Sanders. They don't believe he'll carry forth knowing he's out of money.

The polls in New Jersey and California are tightening and it seems like Clinton is leading. If she wins in the California primary it's over for Bernie Sanders.

Right now Puerto Rico's Democratic primary was a blowout for Clinton. The U.S. territory (commonwealth) is struggling and Congress is still inept. Sanders is a part of the inept Congress as a member of the U.S. Senate.

Sanders, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Lindsey Graham, and Marco Rubio are relatively unaccomplished senators. Name one sponsored legislation by the four. They haven't done really much since they decided to run for president. At least on the bright side, Sanders calls upon a vote for Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland.

Puerto Ricans aren't thrilled that Congress keeps punting the bailout. The territory is facing a $204 billion debt and the territory could default on its debt. Many Puerto Ricans may eventually call for independence if the United States government decides to leave the island hanging. Even Sanders called for independence. A bad move on his part because that upsets party leaders and it gives the notion that Sanders is inconsistent on issues.

Clinton who enjoys high support from the Hispanic/Latino supporters got the vote in.

Sanders and Cruz got attention for fighting against the status quo.

The status quo isn't keen on them so they rallied around Trump and Clinton. Yeah, they're negatives are high, but damnit, the two are viable than the rest.

I voted for Bernie and I am proud to do so.

But it's not worth fighting for if Clinton won the popular vote and capture the delegates. The Superdelegates will be around regardless of the complaints.

Clinton made the mistake of complaining about the superdelegates when she was trailing against Barack Obama.

The junk food media (especially conservative agitators) were hoping that Clinton supporters would not support Barack Obama for president. They were playing the Clintons4McCain, P.U,M.A. and NoBama nonsense.

Now it's Berns4Trump, BernieorBust, or BernieBros. Deja Vu.

I'm not surprise they're calling for a third party bid. Sanders would violate his agreement and wouldn't be eligible on many ballots if he mounts a third party bid.

That's like the Republicans and establishment folks saying that David French has a chance to stop Trump. Or even perennial loser Mitt Romney. Not happening.

Like it or not, Trump and Clinton are the nominees. Both are seriously flawed. Both are negative.

Clinton will face accusations of racism, attacks on her gender and accusations of criminal misconduct. Republicans will continue to throw stones at glass houses by going after Bill Clinton's affairs. They will probably try to label Clinton a third term of Barack Obama or Bill Clinton. They will drive the stories of her emails and Benghazi to the depths of hell.

Trump will face accusations of racism and sexism. He will be questioned on shady business deals, his television career and Trump University. The Democrats will continue to bring a knife to a gunfight by calling his supporters idiots and bigots. They will try to tie Trump to Ted Cruz, Neo-Nazi David Duke, that old fart Rush Limbaugh, Softball Hannity, Screwball Alex Jones and Barry Goldwater. Trump's Muslim ban, That Black Guy remark and HUGE wall over Mexico will be used to rile up non-White voters. They will drag this through the depths of hell as well.

Worthless McConnell Writes A Book About Being Inept!

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is pathetic.

The most inept leader in Washington, DC goes to CBS This Morning to promote a book about how he can't do his job as leader of the U.S. Senate.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is the Majority Leader. He's been in office as the senator of Kentucky for over 30 years and hasn't really accomplish much. The only thing he's done as a senator is basically get on the president's nerves and the state of Kentucky continues to elected him to office despite him not really doing much for his state.

McConnell is by far the most dirtiest, corrupt and ignorant person in the country. His stubborn stances are dooming the country.

Right now, he's bragging about not doing his job as a senator by delaying President Barack Obama's pick for the Supreme Court. In February, Antonin Scalia passed away and immediately the politics kicked in.

Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) fired off the "I won't support anyone Obama picks" nonsense and soon McConnell followed by saying that during a...whatever man!

When all Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) all decided to waste taxpayer's money to run for president, McConnell was hoping for a rational leader like Jeb Bush to win. He couldn't stand the senators. He basically stayed down until Donald Trump emerged as the winner.

McConnell now embraces the controversial billionaire and his radical proposals.

In an interview on "CBS This Morning," the inept lawmaker was asked what he would like to see Donald Trump do differently as the 2016 race shifts toward the general election.

"I'd like to see a more studious approach," said McConnell, who suggested that Trump should use prepared texts more to deliver speeches instead of delivering them off-the-cuff.

"I think that winning the White House is about more than just entertaining a large audience," he added. "I think the American people would also like to see him fill in the blanks."

Trump's list of potential Supreme Court nominees, McConnell said, was "excellent" and "well-thought out and reassuring."

McConnell explained that he endorsed Trump because he says Hillary Clinton would mean four more years of President Obama's policies.

In reality, eight more years of polarizing and divisive bullshit from McConnell.

"The country is yearning for a change," he said. "I'd rather take my chances on somebody new, particularly with regard to the Supreme Court."

McConnell said that the GOP is uniting despite the fact that House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-KY), has not yet endorsed Trump and a number of top Republicans like Mitt Romney and John McCain plan to skip the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this July.

At the same time, McConnell admitted that both Clinton and Trump are unpopular.

"Neither one of these candidates is likely to get a big wet kiss from the American public," he said.

Republicans loved Clinton when she was criticizing the president. They figure that Benghazi and emails are more important than infrastructure and the economy. Matter of fact, McConnell is probably one of the reasons to why Benghazi happened. His eagerness to cut funds for embassies lead to the deaths of four Americans.

McConnell, you are a piece of shit and you know it. Hopefully, the FBI don't unearth those shady deals you've been running.

Ignorant Prank Lands Seniors In Court!

This is 2016 and our youth are still being raised ignorant.

The top states for ignorance in my opinion!

1) FLORIDA
2) TEXAS
3) OHIO
4) ALABAMA
5) CALIFORNIA

Okay, from the great state of Texas, another helping of White people doing things that they think aren't racist but really they were.

Five seniors may have to get their diplomas after graduation. They decided that their senior's day prank was a ode to the past. Unfortunately, they didn't understand the past wasn't so funny for those of color.

The Raw Story got the goods on this one.

Ryan Westbrook, 17, Ethan Sigmund, 18, Christian Joeckel, 18, Hayden Honoloka, 17 and Cameron Bodenstab, 18, have all been charged with felonies for the vandalism at their rival school, Martin High. All the accused teens are students at Arlington High.

They decided to tag the rival high school's water fountain with "WHITES ONLY (; " during the late hours. The cameras caught the suspects in the act.

The teens also spray painted the words “trans only” on a men’s bathroom at Martin and also “payback for the parking lot.”

They are accused of spreading race and sex orientation bias, according to CBS.
Teens accused of racist graffiti (Screenshot/CBS DFW)
The Dork Squad spread racially insensitive graffiti on a rival high school.
“They’re pretty remorseful,” Arlington police Lt. Christopher Cook told CBS. “I don’t think that they gave a lot of thought into the ramifications. Unfortunately you’re held accountable and there’s consequences when you engage in this behavior.”

According to WFAA, language too vulgar for news print was also included on athletics banners and trashcans near Arlington High’s football stadium.

They are sorry for being unintentional racists. They are sorry for being unintentional homophobic assholes.

These guys are an example of Donald Trump's America. An America where five students believe that their high school rivals are nothing but NIGGERS, SPICS and QUEERS (FAGGOTS).

Keep it classy America.

These guys are innocent until proven guilty. If found guilty, they all could face up to a year in the iron college. Of course, they will have to pay for the damages. They will also probably have court-ordered diversity training. They will likely miss their graduation and get the diplomas in the mail (if they're lucky).
