Damn Shame America!

Eric Garner the father of six was killed by law enforcement. He was unarmed. He was placed in a restriction hold and suffocated. Garner died and his killer walked. The racist right agitators are claiming that Black America should channel their rage towards President Barack Obama and black-on-everyone else crime instead of attacking the law.

Why isn't is all this reaction towards police brutality not an issue during the Midterms?

Those who opposed Republicans didn't take all this activism to the ballot box.

Those who allowed Republicans to take control of Congress support the grand jury decisions to allow law enforcement to walk. They don't care about the victims being unarmed or in legal right to. They just rather see the individual (especially Black) as villains.

Since we have Barack Obama as our first Black president, every issue in America is being examined through the racial lens. Of course, when the people of color express outrage to a system that in their minds perceived as a benefit for one group and not another, then we really have a problem.

Whites believe Obama gives more to Blacks. White women (a huge block for the president) have turned on him too. Even the most liberal co-workers at my job are upset that the president meddled in controversial issues such as the Michael Brown shooting.

Blacks believe that Whites are more hostile towards Obama because of his race. Here's an example of how Blacks looks at Whites. Check out the former Alaskan governor who is an annoying agitator. Then there's Mr. 9/11 and that annoying conservative agitator on Loserville who rally for indictments of Michael Brown's stepfather. They don't understand the raw anger of injustice. They focus on symbolic words or threats of incitement.

We have Hispanics and Asians upset that immigration reform is being stalled because of prejudices by Republican and Democrat lawmakers in Washington, DC.

We have people of religion who feel that the negativity of the junk food media forces people out of the faith. When the media was talking about criminal acts in the Catholic church, the Jewish synagogue, the Christian church, and Islamic mosque, people have found that there's no hope.

So it leads to Americans having a sharp decline in faith enrollment because of the media's perception of religion.

Honestly, there is no god if there's all the injustice in the world.

Now the #CrimingWhileWhite meme has become a rallying cry for protesters to point out even in America, the perception of law enforcement going easy on White people has brought an injustice to those in America.

The Hollywood Reporter says that former Daily Show writer Jason Ross, who is white, created the meme. He revealed the minimal punishment he received from police for crimes he committed while growing up.

Wake The F**k Up, People! Ted Cruz And Rand Paul Are Worthless Politicians!

Stallmigos: Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rand Paul (R-KY).

I am getting tired of people like Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and other unaccomplished lawmakers making appearances on GOP Sundays bitching and whining about President Barack Obama.

The president has given the Congress time to pass immigration reform. Unfortunately the Senate bill is dead and the House isn't taking up the issue. The president decided to go forth with executive action to curb some of the deportations of undocumented workers.

This has gotten the racist right pissed off. The Republicans are scrambling for ways to block the president. The president gave a stern response. Pass a bipartisan bill and I'll sign it.

That fell on deaf ears. So on GOP Sundays, Republicans got an opportunity to respond back.

Send Cruz and Paul to the television and radio for another round of name calling and idle threats.

The Stallmigos are thinking about shutting down the government again!

These two insurgent politicians have no legislative accomplishments but yet appeared on television and radio over 100 times. It's really starting to bug me that they book these lawmakers on and they offer nothing but conflict whenever they are given airtime.

I think that these two in particular are thinking about running for president.

Lord knows that if the country could survive a presidency from these two jackasses.

I would hate to see how the media would treat them. After all, the media has given them the opportunity to rant and rave about the president being an emperor and shredding the Constitution.

Paul came to office in 2010. He and Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY, Majority Leader designate) have a somewhat testy friendship.

Cruz came into office in 2012. He got the ground running after being sworn in. He's been a thorn in the ass of both the president and the Republicans. He was responsible for the government shutdown of 2013. He makes no bones about being idolized like Jesse Helms.

Now that Representative Tom Cotton (R-AR), Representative Cory Gardner (R-CO), Joni Ernst, and Thom Tillis are jumping into the party, one could hope that the government will eventually work with the president.

President Barack Obama has ignored Cruz and Paul. The president thinks that some of the Republicans are getting tired of Paul and Cruz hogging up the spotlight.

Do you believe they are running for president? And if so, would you support these two despite them having no legislative accomplishments since being elected?

Joni Ernst: The New Face Of The Insurgency!

Fire and ice. Joni Ernst will be sworn in January. The insurgency backed candidate beaten weak Dem in Senate race for an open seat. The junk food media is making her into a "rock star".

The state of Iowa elected its first Republican woman to the U.S. Senate.  Joni Ernst, an insurgency supported nominee beat the weak candidate Congressman Bruce Braley (D-IA) in a bitterly fought race for the open seat being vacated by Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA).

Ernst along with Thom Tillis, David Perdue, Dan Sullivan, Congressman Tom Cotton (R-AK), Congressman Cory Gardner (R-CO), Congresswoman Shelley Capito (R-WV), Congressman Steve Daines (R-MT), Governor Mike Rounds (R-SD) will be sworn in January as U.S. Senators.

Republicans won the control of Congress.

Democrats are pissed at not only President Barack Obama but themselves and the junk food media.

They figured that even though things were done under the president, his falling poll numbers (and not to mention his race) contributed a high turnout with Republican voters.

The average Republican voter is typically WHITE, CONSERVATIVE and OVER 65.

The key to helping Republicans win elections and the bragging rights. The agitators of the conservative media are patting each other on the back for giving these candidates airtime and motivation.

The insurgency added Ernst to the fold of many. Stallmigos Mike Lee (R-UT), Rand Paul (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Marco Rubio (R-FL),

Joni Kay Ernst (born July 1, 1970) is an American politician who serves as a Republican member of the Iowa Senate, and was elected a United States senator in the United States Senate election in Iowa in November 2014, defeating Bruce Braley, her Democratic opponent.

She is also a lieutenant colonel in the Iowa Army National Guard. Ernst is the first woman to represent Iowa in the United States Congress, the first woman elected on a statewide level in Iowa, and the first female veteran in the U.S. Senate.

Ernst resides in Red Oak, Iowa with her husband, Gail, a retired command sergeant major in the United States Army Rangers and their daughter, Libby.

Ernst is a lifetime member of the Montgomery County Republican Women, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2265, Montgomery County Court of Honor, Altrusa, PEO Chapter HB, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, and member of and the Montgomery County Farm Bureau.

She is a member of the Mamrelund Lutheran Church (ELCA) of Stanton, Iowa.

Dems Pour Money Into Georgia Race!

The insurgent nominee David Perdue takes on Democratic nominee Michelle Nunn for an open seat in Georgia.

Another campaign to watch for. The Republicans are putting more money in a race that should have been an easy grab. After all, the state was Safe Republican. But alas, I put it in the Toss Up category.

David Perdue, the insurgent candidate beat out three Republican lawmakers. The establishment's choice was Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA). Kingston, the suitable choice for U.S. Senate was sent home after Laura Ingraham got on her bullhorn and demanded voters to dump the chump.

Congressmen Phil Gingrey and Paul Broun, both insurgents were also sent home after they failed to win the spot. They were hoping to be the insurgency's choice for U.S. Senate.

David Perdue (born December 10, 1949) is an American businessman. Perdue was born in Macon, Georgia, and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia. Perdue's parents were both school teachers

He lives with his wife, Bonnie Dunn Perdue, in Sea Island, Georgia. The couple have two sons, David A. Perdue III and Blake Perdue, and three grandchildren.

He is the first cousin of former Georgia governor Sonny Perdue.

Perdue worked for Sara Lee Foods, Haggar Clothing Company, Reebok, Dollar General and Pillowtex. He is betting on his turnaround business expertise. This guy kind of reminds me of that perennial loser Mitt Romney.

Now all of sudden, Georgia comes into play. Along comes Michelle Nunn, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate. She is the daughter of a Sam Nunn, a Democratic titan in the state of Georgia.

Mary Michelle Nunn (born November 16, 1966) is the Democratic Party nominee for U.S. Senate.

Nunn is the CEO of Points of Light, an international nonprofit, nonpartisan organization headquartered in the United States dedicated to engaging more people and resources in solving serious social problems through voluntary service.

She has been an executive for the volunteer service organization since 1990, previously running the predecessor and member organizations Hands On Atlanta, City Cares, and HandsOn Network.

She began volunteering in junior high school. She was born in Macon, Georgia.

She grew up in Washington, DC for a portion of her childhood before moving back to Georgia. Nunn currently lives in the metro Atlanta area.

She is just like Alison Lundergan Grimes. Wants the Democrats' honey but won't take the pot. She like many Democratic nominees in competitive races will distance themselves from President Barack Obama but still wants to have the millions of dollars raised in their bids to retake areas deemed "TOO REPUBLICAN".

If no candidate receives at least 50 percent plus one vote, a runoff will be held between the top two finishers on January 6, 2015, after the 114th Congress has been sworn-in.

They are both trying to win the seat that's been held by Saxby Chambliss, an aging rotten politico.

Chambliss was the guy who pulled that anti-American bullshit on Max Cleland, a double amputee, former Democratic senator who served three tours of duty in Vietnam.

This race is a drag on embattled Republican governor Nathan Deal. He's facing Democratic nominee Jason Carter, the grandson of 39th President Jimmy Carter in a highly watched race for governor.

The Black vote is key in this race. There's six cities in Georgia that are minority majorities. Nunn, Bill Clinton and First Lady Michelle Obama have been actively campaign for early voting.

President Barack Obama stayed out of the race. He knows he's a drag on the Democrats right now.

Who's going to Washington, DC this election?

Will there be a run-off in this race?

Certainly a run off was good for Chambliss in 2008 when he was given the endorsements of insurgents and that stupid former Alaskan governor.

Here's their debate. They also debate a lunatic fringe from the Libertarian Party. This was filmed by a Perdue supporter.

Former South Carolina GOP Chair Still Actin' A Fool!

Republican scumbag goes to the social networks to make racially offensive comments.

Here's a dose of the Republican Party. This is the party that is so hoping to take control of Congress.

Here's a former South Carolina Republican Chair. His name is Todd Kincannon

What's your thoughts on this?

Is this what America wants in charge of Congress?

I guess so, because the Democrats are spineless and they're not doing their best to take the narrative away from them.

But who's to say?

Only a few weeks away!

Out Of Stock!

gop ad
Stock photos are Republican too!

The Republican Party is so fucked up right now! They have a terrible problem with getting non-whites to join the political party.

They got a terrible accountant and public relations management team. The liberal agitators are mocking this lame attempt of courting Black voters.

They got caught in the act of using stock photos as their new "I Am A Republican" campaign.

I gotta admit that the young African American woman with glasses is quite attractive. So attractive other companies have used this in their advertising campaign.

What's your thoughts on this controversy?

I betcha you're not impressed by the #IamARepublican campaign.

This is your Republican Party people. The party that caters lockstep with the racist right!

A DINO, A Token And An Insurgent Fights For A Hot Seat!

Embattled politico Mary Landrieu, Democrat from Louisiana facing a tougher challenge. The establishment's choice is attacking her for interacting with residents. Here's a picture of her giving a man a shot of booze.

There's a three way race in the state of Louisiana. Embattled politico Mary Landrieu, Deomcratic senator is one of the most vulnerable candidates in the election. She, along with fellow Arkansas senator Mark Pryor, and Alaska senator Mark Begich are top targets for Republicans this year.

These three are the gun totting, oil drilling, flip-flopping, socially conservative Democrats.

These candidates are facing a Midterm battle against the Republicans and the insurgency.

The insurgency has been defiant. They managed to scalp Eric Cantor and there hoping to get rid of the Establishment's choice of candidates.

Bill Cassidy, Republican congressman from Louisiana is running along with an insurgent candidate in the fight for the seat of an incumbent Landrieu.

Under Louisiana's jungle primary system, all candidates will appear on the same ballot, regardless of party. If no candidate receives 50 percent plus one vote during the primary election, a runoff election will be held on December 6, 2014 between the top two candidates in the primary.
Three crayfish in the gumbo.
Rob Maness is an insurgent candidate who is actively seeking to defeat the establishment Cassidy and the embattled Landrieu. Maness was endorsed by the insurgency and that idiot former Alaskan governor. The Gun Owners Association, Senate Conservatives Fund, and Tony Perkins are saying that if you're smart you'll vote for Manes.

Cassidy resides in Baton Rouge. He has been in Congress since 2009.

Cassidy already has pissed off the insurgency. I am listening to that annoying conservative agitator's radio show where he played a clip of Cassidy saying that he would improve Obamacare, the scorn of the insurgency.

If the race was held today, Landrieu will win. But in less than 60 days, the incumbent would face the barrage of criticism from the Republicans. Already Cassidy is flinging mud over the fact that Landrieu may not be living in New Orleans.

Landrieu lives in New Orleans, the largest city in the state. Her brother Mitch is the mayor of the city and has been actively courting young voters to vote this year.

My conclusion on the battle: TOSS UP (LIKELY DEMOCRAT)

Landrieu is a tough fighter. She hopes that the Black vote turnout will once again swing in her favor.

Alaska Reporter: F**k It, I Quit! I Rather Smoke My Weed!

There's a viral video that gotten the junk food media's attention.

KTVA is looking for new anchor. Charlo Greene feels passionately about marijuana legalization in the state of Alaska. So passionate, in fact, that she outed herself as the owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club in last night's 10pm news broadcast on Anchorage's KTVA, then made another shocking declaration.

"[I'll] be dedicating all of my energy toward fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska," Greene said, as per KTUU. "And as for this job—well, not that I have a choice, but f--- it, I quit." Greene's public push to follow in Colorado and Washington's footsteps comes ahead of Alaska's marijuana legalization vote in November.

Greene appears to own the ACC under her real name, Charlene Egbe, according to state records; the group says it serves as a link between medial marijuana cardholders and pot suppliers. An unnamed "founder" of ACC also spoke with Alaska Dispatch News in August, but asked for anonymity due to "concern over potential repercussions from her employer." A post on KTVA's Facebook page this morning apologized for Greene's "inappropriate language" and said the "employee has been terminated".

Mediaite reports that Greene went to the social networks to conclude her monologue by imploring viewers to share their “marijuana story” to show that “we smokers are responsible, contributing members to society.” She concluded: “Changing one heart and mind at a time is the only way to legalize marijuana and bask in Lady Liberty’s glory.” Greene’s crowd-funded Indiegogo campaign has thus far raised $6,500 in support of the cause.

Alaskan voters will decide on marijuana legalization this November.

Secession Fever!

Spell check.

I wonder how many people call me by phone to ask me how I feel about the United States in general.

I can tell you that I am not satisfied with the Congress right now under the leadership of Republicans in the House and Democrats in the Senate. I am somewhat disappointed with President Barack Obama because even after he trounced perennial loser Mitt Romney, I was thinking that he could bring his bully pulpit to the insurgency.

I thought the president would finally put the brakes on Loserville and other critics of his policies.

Alas, all we hear is the same old circle of right wing agitation. From Obamacare to Lois Lerner. The racist right has a monopoly on the junk food media. Don't listen to their cries of "liberal media" bias.

For way too long, I've hear one or more things that makes the case against the president.

When that's concluded, then you hear talk about  polls, birth certificates, Benghazi, ISIS and illegals. Then when that's over, then you hear talk about the liberal media, political correctness, Black thugs and the most frequently used phrase, "I want my country back!"

I Want My Country Back! That is the universal pledge of dissent by both the right and the left.

White folks in the insurgency are most commonly using that phrase when they gather near highways posting upside down American flags, offensive signs towards Obama and carrying firearms in the public. Once in a while a Confederate flag or anti-gubmint protester may come into the fold.

Reuters reports that 1 in 4 Americans (roughly 25%) want to break away from the United States.

Do I want to join this movement because I am mad at the gubmint?

No.

Some 23.9 percent of Americans polled from Aug. 23 through Sept. 16 said they strongly supported or tended to support the idea of their state breaking away, while 53.3 percent of the 8,952 respondents strongly opposed or tended to oppose the notion.

The urge to sever ties with Washington cuts across party lines and regions, though Republicans and residents of rural Western states are generally warmer to the idea than Democrats and Northeasterners, according to the poll.
The kookspiracy of gubmit control drives this.
Anger with President Barack Obama's handling of issues ranging from healthcare reform to the rise of Islamic State militants drives some of the feeling, with Republican respondents citing dissatisfaction with his administration as coloring their thinking.

But others said long-running Washington gridlock had prompted them to wonder if their states would be better off striking out on their own, a move no U.S. state has tried in the 150 years since the bloody Civil War that led to the end of slavery in the South.

"I don't think it makes a whole lot of difference anymore which political party is running things. Nothing gets done," said Roy Gustafson, 61, of Camden, South Carolina, who lives on disability payments. "The state would be better off handling things on its own."

Scottish unionists won by a wider-than-expected 10-percentage-point margin.

Falling public approval of the Obama administration, attention to the Scottish vote and the success of activists who accuse the U.S. government of overstepping its authority - such as the self-proclaimed militia members who flocked to Nevada's Bundy ranch earlier this year during a standoff over grazing rights - is driving up interest in secession, experts said.

"It seems to have heated up, especially since the election of President Obama," said Mordecai Lee, a professor of governmental affairs at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, who has studied secessionist movements.

Really, I thought because they don't like that "MONKEY" in the White House. Obviously after the trouncing of perennial loser Mitt Romney, some in the racist right took to the social blogs to call the president a "NIGGER", "SUBHUMAN" and "TRAITOR".
Seceding is a White Extremist wet dream.
It's not about policies! It's mostly about the president's race. Because this same old song was done a few years back when the racist right was petitioning for secession. It was being egged on by the kookspiracy nut and that blog that throws shit to the wall. And we can't forget the right wing agitators who relish their filth in the junk food media.

Reuters added that Republicans were more inclined to support the idea, with 29.7 percent favoring it compared with 21 percent of Democrats.

Brittany Royal, a 31-year-old nurse from Wilkesboro, North Carolina, said anger over the "Obamacare" healthcare reform law made her wonder if her state would be better off on its own.

"That has really hurt a lot of people here, myself included. My insurance went from $40 a week for a family of four up to over $600 a month for a family of four," said Royal, a Republican. "The North Carolina government itself is sustainable. Governor (Pat) McCrory, I think he has a better healthcare plan than President Obama."

By region, the idea was least popular in New England, the cradle of the Revolutionary War, with just 17.4 percent of respondents open to pulling their state out.

It was most popular in the Southwest, where 34.1 percent of respondents back the idea.

That region includes Texas, where an activist group is calling the state's legislature to put the secession question on a statewide ballot. One Texan respondent said he was confident his state could get by without the rest of the country.

"Texas has everything we need. We have the manufacturing, we have the oil, and we don't need them," said Mark Denny, a 59-year-old retiree living outside Dallas on disability payments.
One idiot is pushing the notion.
Denny, a Republican, had cheered on the Scottish independence movement.

"I have totally, completely lost faith in the federal government, the people running it, whether Republican, Democrat, independent, whatever," he said.

Even in Texas, some respondents said talk about breaking away was more of a sign of their anger with Washington than evidence of a real desire to go it alone. Democrat Lila Guzman, of Round Rock, said the threat could persuade Washington lawmakers and the White House to listen more closely to average people's concerns.

"When I say secede, I'm not like (former National Rifle Association president) Charlton Heston with my gun up in the air, 'my cold dead hands.' It's more like – we could do it if we had to," said Guzman, 62. "But the first option is, golly, get it back on the right track. Not all is lost. But there might come a point that we say, 'Hey, y'all, we're dusting our hands and we're moving on.'"

This stuff comes in part of the recent news of an independence vote by Scotland. That vote failed and drove the insurgency back to the folds. There was an insurgent named Alex Solmand who led the way for this to happen. It failed and he will disappear from the limelight.

Obamacare Got Knocked Down By Federal Judges!

Conservative judges strike down the subsides for the Affordable Care Act.

The president's signature law is under fire once again by the activist court. A three-judge panel ruled in Halbig v. Burwell that people in the 36 states that use the federal health insurance exchange are ineligible for subsidized insurance. The decision would also affect those who purchased insurance through the exchange but don't receive subsidies, as reneging on the payments would lead to a rapid increase in insurance rates for everyone.

Raymond Randolph, a Bush, sr. judge.
The White House said Tuesday the decision will be appealed to the entire D.C. circuit court -- what's known as an en banc review -- where Democrats hold a majority that is nearly certain to overturn the GOP judges' aggressive move. The next step could be the Supreme Court, which already upheld the Affordable Care Act in a separate case two years ago.

The two judges seized on text within the law that said subsidies would be provided to people who purchased insurance on exchanges established by the states. But 36 states declined to set up their own exchanges, and chose to rely on the federal government's exchange instead. Because the law doesn't specifically say that people who bought insurance on the federal exchange also get subsidies, the law's opponents argued that therefore such subsidies are illegal.

"The problem confronting the [ACA] is that subsidies also turn on a third attribute of Exchanges: who established them. Under section 36B, subsidies are available only for plans 'enrolled in through an Exchange established by the State under section 1311 of the [ACA],'" the majority opinion ruled, rejecting the counter-argument that other portions of the law specifically say that a federal exchange set up for a state is by definition a state exchange.

Thomas Griffin, W.'s appointed judge.
Halbig v. Burwell is a lawsuit that challenges the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. A July 8, 2014 Washington Post article described it as being "the next big Obamacare case." On June 30, 2014, the Los Angeles Times said that compared to the recent Burwell v. Hobby Lobby ruling, it was "a far more fundamental challenge to Obamacare."

The lawsuit challenges the power of the federal government to spend money on subsidies for policies that were purchased at the federal exchange. The plaintiff claims that the text of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act only allows federal subsidies for exchanges that were "established by the State under Section 1311."

The Washington Post reported, "Section 1311 instructs states to create exchanges. Federal exchanges are established under Section 1321 of the Act." Subsidies for citizens in 34 states are at risk, because people in those states signed up under the federal exchange.

This is an ongoing situation, we here at Journal de la Reyna will continue to cover this controversy.

The Republicans and their allies once again obsess with a law that benefits millions of Americans who can't afford insurance. This ruling could affect over 4.7 to 10 million who already signed for the federal assistance in healthcare coverage.

After Watching Dinesh D'Souza's Movie, Sarah Palin Now Wants America To Impeach Obama!

Annoying agitator needs to shut the blank up! She calls for Obama's impeachment.

That annoying former governor of Alaska isn't even running for office anymore. There's talk she may join The View. They fired Sherri Shepard and Jenny McCarthy out the cannon and might reload soon. They already want to bring back the fire starter Rosie O'Donnell back to improve it's lackluster ratings. The former governor wants a piece of the action as well.

The former governor has at least something good with her. She is 50 year old attractive woman. But deep inside the attraction is that damn mouth of hers. She just can't resist saying something the junk food media leeches on.

Someone needs to put this woman in a box and ship her ass back to Wasilla.

I mean it's been six years since she propelled into the limelight. Mama Grizzly became the voice of the insurgency. Her influence managed to help Republicans retake the House of Representatives and state governorships.

It helped propel the Stallmigos into the spotlight as well. The characters that are featured are totally useless and their only accomplishments is basically to out crazy one another. Especially when it comes to attack President Barack Obama.

Granted that the conservative agitator has some impact on these elections, her star power is relatively low.

She would take to the social networks and make the daring accusation that President Obama is abusive husband and the United States is a battered wife.

She demands the Republicans if they win back full control of Congress to draft the articles of IMPEACHMENT against the president. She pens a column for Breitfart and the junk food media decides to give credence to it.
The Democrats often look at the former Alaskan governor  as a joke. But nevertheless they should take her seriously.
Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president. His unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, “no mas.”

Because of Obama’s purposeful dereliction of duty an untold number of illegal immigrants will kick off their shoes and come on in, competing against Americans for our jobs and limited public services. There is no end in sight as our president prioritizes parties over doing the job he was hired by voters to do. Securing our borders is obviously fundamental here; it goes without saying that it is his job.

President Obama’s rewarding of lawlessness, including his own, is the foundational problem here. It’s not going to get better, and in fact irreparable harm can be done in this lame-duck term as he continues to make up his own laws as he goes along, and, mark my words, will next meddle in the U.S. Court System with appointments that will forever change the basic interpretation of our Constitution’s role in protecting our rights.

It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment.

The many impeachable offenses of Barack Obama can no longer be ignored. If after all this he’s not impeachable, then no one is.

Also soon to be federal interment Dinesh D'Souza's movie America was released this year and it's another dud. I mean it's not the blockbuster 2016: Obama's America. It's pretty much fiction masquerading as a historical documentary. The conservative agitators are promoting this along with IMPEACHMENT fever.

He wants to get his last dig in before he becomes a federal convict. D'Souza was indicted on charges of making illegal political contributions to a 2012 United States Senate campaign

D'Souza pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to a charge of using "straw donors" to make illegal political campaign donations. The charge carries a sentence of 10 to 16 months in federal time out according to the plea agreement reached between D'Souza and federal prosecutors.

Some Of The Right's Friends!

JERAD MILLER AMANDA MILLER
Two white extremists kill two Las Vegas cops before they killed themselves. There is an ongoing rise of extremism created by those in the conservative agitating media.

I am going to gather my thoughts together over the Beau Bergdahl controversy. I want to get all the information together before I make a decision to whether I cover this issue or move on. I know this issue has gotten a lot of press since President Barack Obama announced the release of the sergeant from the helms of the Taliban. This deal was a prisoner swap which got those bitch ass Republicans and spineless Democrats in a bit of fury.

But as they're fighting the armchair battles in Washington, a real war is going on in Afghanistan and here in small town America.

Over the past two weeks, we have seen a few events in which anti-government rhetoric has increased.

The Southern Poverty Law Center has on record over 1,000 active hate groups. These extremists are plotting for domestic attacks upon Americans.

Since the Cliven Bundy event, many White extremists are getting really delusional about the way government is operating. Conservative agitators and their allies in the Republican Party have stirred the nest and now it's bound to explode and we're going to see more mass shootings.

Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Alex Jones, Sarah Palin, Greta Van Susteren, Matt Drudge, Michael Savage and Tucker Carlson are enablers of the racist right. Their voices are inspiring more extremism.

If the incidents in Santa Barbara and Seattle don't curb gun violence, then these incidents in Georgia and Nevada aren't going to change much either.

Dennis Marx, Amanda Miller and Jerad Miller went on a rampage. These figures were part of the White extremist movement. A movement that is plotting a war against those they've deemed inferior.

The law, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, immigrants, gays, Muslims, low income individuals and those who support President Barack Obama are targets of extremists.

These people can't stomach interracial marriage, gay marriage, abortions, immigration reform, political correctness, taxation, and government intrusion.
Dennis Marx (Forsyth County Jail)
Dennis Marx was the White extremist who opened fire on Forsyth sheriff deputies this month.
They plot for usurping local governments, law enforcement and those in the public sector.

These individuals are more dangerous than international terrorists. While the racist right is working double time on Muslim extremism, they've involuntarily let the White extremist go through without being noticed.

Dennis Marx drove up to the courthouse in his SUV and emerged from the vehicle with several guns and some explosives, and reportedly wearing a bulletproof vest and a gas mask. As he approached the entrance, he threw out homemade smoke grenades that briefly covered his approach with orange smoke, as well as pepper spray grenades and homemade spike strips.

Forsyth County deputy Daniel Rush came out to confront Marx and was shot in the leg. Then, as Marx proceeded into the building, he was met with a hail of gunfire and was killed.

The wounded deputy, a 25-year veteran, was taken to a local hospital and treated. Sheriff Piper praised him, saying Rush’s actions stalled Marx long enough for SWAT team officers and other deputies to arrive in place and protect the people working inside.

“It would be a guess to think how many lives he saved had he not engaged him right there,” Piper said. “Mr. Marx’s intention was to get inside that front door and to take hostages.”
Amanda Miller (Facebook)
Amanda Miller putting the rounds in.
Marx shot at Georgia deputies at a Forsyth County court house. He managed to hit a few law enforcement agents before they've put the two piece combo in him.

Piper said that Marx was well known as a “sovereign citizen” to deputies at the time of the attack. Marx had a long-running lawsuit against the sheriff’s office over alleged unconstitutional raids on his home, and was due in court Friday morning to face marijuana and weapons charges.

Marx apparently had been living for the past week in a motel. When deputies went to his home, they found evidence that it had been rigged to blow up when law enforcement entered. Piper told a WSB-TV reporter he was confident the place had been set up as an explosive trap.

“We are quite certain it’s booby-trapped with the purpose of killing law enforcement,” he said. Piper noted that it appeared Marx had been planning the assault for some time.

This was not mentioned on Loserville's primetime programs.

And of course we know what "incompetence" is in dog whistle. This has been a theme among those in the racist right and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win is by far the only reason why this anti-government rhetoric nonsense built up to dangerous precedents.

This recent incident in Las Vegas is a sign of the events to come. We're on the path to seeing these extremists strap themselves up with explosives.

Why use their Second Amendment rights?
Jered and Amanda Miller (Facebook)
Jerad and Amanda Miller showing off their weapons.
They could cause more damage if they just strap a bomb to themselves and enter a crowd area.

I don't condone this type of stuff. But I fear that White extremists are taking the same strategies used by international terrorists.

The Millers were at the Bundy Ranch last month. They were some of those figures with firearms and telling the public that the feds best beware. They're willing to die for their freedoms.

Two of the victims were law enforcement. The other was an innocent victim. Jerad Miller, 31, and his wife Amanda Miller, 22, shot and killed Las Vegas police officers Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo, and a civilian identified as Robert Wilcox, during their shooting spree.

Even the good guys with the guns couldn't stop the rampage. According to police, Robert Wilcox, 31, was carrying a concealed weapon and confronted Jerad Miller. Wilcox was apparently unaware of an armed Amanda Miller and when he walked by her to confront her husband, she shot him in the rib area.

A shootout with pursuing officers ensued, during which Amanda went ahead and put a few slugs in the head of Jerad before she did her selfie.

Las Vegas Metropolitan assistant sheriff Kevin McMahill said Jerad Miller had a criminal background and was a convicted felon.

"[We have] no doubt the suspects [had] some apparent ideology along the lines of militia and white supremacists," McMahill added. "We believe that they equated government ... with Nazis."

Videos reveal a disturbing history of Jared and Amanda. On one YouTube video, Jared is crying and bemoaning about Amanda and telling the world he'll fight for his freedom. He was placed on house arrest.

Be warned these videos are disturbing.

They were quoted on Reno television KRNV: "I feel sorry for any federal agents that want to come here and try to push around or anything like that. I really don’t want violence toward them but if they're gonna come and bring violence to us, well, if that’s the language they want to speak, we’ll learn it."

The sovereign citizen movement is a loose grouping of American litigants, commentators, tax protesters and financial scheme promoters. Self-described sovereign citizens take the position that they are answerable only to common law and are not subject to any statutes or proceedings at the federal, state, or municipal levels, or that they do not recognize U.S. currency and that they are "free of any legal constraints".

They especially reject most forms of taxation as illegitimate.

Participants in the movement argue this concept in opposition to "federal citizens" who, they say, have unknowingly forfeited their rights by accepting some aspect of federal law.

Many members of the sovereign citizen movement believe that the U.S. Government is illegitimate.

JJ MacNab, who writes for Forbes about anti-government extremism, describes the sovereign citizen movement as consisting of individuals who believe that the County Sheriff is the most powerful law enforcement officer in the country, with authority superior to that of any federal agent, elected official, or local law-enforcement.

The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) classifies some sovereign citizens ("sovereign citizen extremists") as a domestic terrorist movement.

In 2010 the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) estimated that approximately 100,000 Americans were "hard-core sovereign believers" with another 200,000 "just starting out by testing sovereign techniques for resisting everything from speeding tickets to drug charges."

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in these senseless tragedies.

GOP Senate Candidate Uses "OBAMA" In Campaign Ad!

File:Rep. Jack Kingston.jpg
The establishment's choice for the open U.S. Senate seat will use everything to win. He tries to lure voters with a fake Obama voice message.

Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) is running for the open seat in the state. Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) is finally realizing that there's no hope for those in Washington, so he decides to take his peaches back to the old Georgia home.

In an attempt to rile up those "old White folk" down in the deep south, Kingston would get an Obama impersonator in this ad warning him to back off Obamacare and to stay out the race.

Basically this ad is showing his establishment friends that he's the only one with the balls to directly insult the president in his face.

If you're confused about the ad, don't worry, it's just another boneheaded Republican attempting to undermine President Barack Obama's signature law. A law that Kingston along with his opponents Congressman Paul Braun (R-GA) and Congressman Phil Gingrey (R-GA) have repealed over 50 times.

These inept Congressmen must obtain over 50% of the vote in order to be the nominee.

The Democrats hope to retake a seat that was once held by Max Cleland, a double amputee Vietnam War veteran who lost to Chambliss in the 2002 election. Chambliss played dirty bull against Cleland.

To make it worse, Cleland's former colleague Zell Miller (one of the last element of the Dixiecrats) endorses Chambliss. And its likely Miller will endorse a Republican in the election.

Kingston's ad is ridiculous.

Could it inspire a few of them Southern White folk votes?

David Letterman Retires!

Millions of laughs and hundreds of guests. David Letterman says that the time has come for retirement.

The Late Show with David Letterman is the stable of CBS late nights. And it will soon have a vacancy in the coming year. The host is preparing for retirement.

This was announced on the current taping of the show.

David Letterman 67, started the Late Show in 1993 after a bitter fallout with NBC when he was passed off for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show. They had a competitive and yet bitter rivalry for the most part.

Leno was forced out The Tonight Show this year for Jimmy Fallon. Seth Meyers took the mantle of Late Night. Letterman continues to be reigning king of late night.

Jimmy Kimmel regarded Letterman was a mentor and friend. He took to Twitter wish the comedian well.

Letterman announced the news during a taping of Thursday's episode of "Late Show." He called CBS president Leslie Moonves before the program, "And I said ‘Leslie, it’s been great, you’ve been great, and the network has been great, but I’m retiring.'"

The late night host explained that "Moonves, he and I have had a relationship for years and years and years, and we have had this conversation in the past, and we agreed that we would work together on this circumstance and the timing of this circumstance."

"I just want to reiterate my thanks for the support from the network, all of the people who have worked here, all of the people in the theater, all the people on the staff, everybody at home, thank you very much," Letterman said, then joked, "What this means now, is that Paul and I can be married ... we don’t have the timetable for this precisely down – I think it will be at least a year or so, but sometime in the not too distant future, 2015 for the love of God, in fact, Paul and I will be wrapping things up."

By the time Letterman retires, he will have hosted CBS' "Late Show With David Letterman" for 22 years.

He previously hosted NBC's "Late Night" for 11 years.

Paul Shaffer.
Moonves said in a statement that "we knew this day was getting closer" when Letterman went with a one-year extension for his contract, "but that doesn’t make the moment any less poignant for us."

"For 21 years, David Letterman has graced our Network’s air in late night with wit, gravitas and brilliance unique in the history of our medium," Moonves stated. "During that time, Dave has given television audiences thousands of hours of comedic entertainment, the sharpest interviews in late night, and brilliant moments of candor and perspective around national events. He’s also managed to keep many celebrities, politicians and executives on their toes – including me."

"There is only one David Letterman," Moonves added. "His greatness will always be remembered here, and he will certainly sit among the pantheon of this business."

Conservative Outrage Over Obama Interview By Zach Galifianakis!

Zach Galifianakis shows President Barack Obama his spider bite.

The most internet savvy president goes to a webcast for his last ditch effort to encourage young Americans to sign up for the Affordable Care Act. He appears on Between Two Ferns with comedian Zach Galifianakis, the breakout star of the hit movie The Hangover.

The president gets ribbed in good humor by the comedian over some of the most asinine kookspiracy-themed questions agitated by the racist right.

Some of the questions that Galifianakis asked were:

“What is it like to be the last black president?”

“Which country were you rooting for in the Winter Olympics?”

“Where are you planning on building your presidential library? In Hawaii or your home country of Kenya?”

It was a great interview. All in good fun for Mr. Obama. However in good fun, here comes the criticism.

The Obama Derangement Syndrome is in full effect by our friends in the racist right.
He wasn't impressed by the president's interview with Zach Galifianakis.
King Hippo launches his assault on the interview:

KING HIPPO: Obama was on a Web comedy show. The show is called Between Two Ferns, and what it is, it's an Internet talk show. It is hosted by a comedian by the name of Zach Galifianakis. It's a parody of talk shows and essentially what it does is it gets A-list guests in there and roasts them in the form of an interview. It strips away all the pomposity and it is these people being treated -- I don't know why do it, but they show up and they get mocked and laughed at and insulted, and Obama showed up at this thing. Obama was a guest.

Now, if you wonder why people are losing respect for the president -- and I think people are. I think what's happening here is actually devastating to the office, and it began with Bill Clinton. It began with Bill Clinton. There was an arrest and a restoration when George W. Bush was there, but the office of the presidency has taken a big hit dignity-wise. And with Obama constantly on TV and constantly campaigning and making jokes and yuk yuks about inconsequential things, but doing it to build a bond between himself and the lowest-common-denominator voters, the low-information voters, it's an unseemly, sad thing.

Loserville goes right into the mix with their criticism of the interview.

Then of course some of the country's most annoying agitators make noise about it.

Honestly, this is a bunch of humorless nitwits. They really find it funny when their friends in the racist right pass around those "funny" emails depicting the president and First Lady Michelle Obama as monkeys.

Sure they love to photo blast the president to objects and stupid themes.

It's a damn shame that once again Obama Derangement Syndrome continues to infect those agitators in the junk food media. They can't go a day without saying something about the president.

Republicans and their allies in the racist right relish on negativity. If it wasn't for negativity, the Tea Party Movement wouldn't exist. I mean you the right to criticized the president. But somehow this criticism is different.

I mean with the first Black president, Republicans and their hateful allies are trying to use every dirty trick out of the book to win back Congress. They will try to ruin President Obama with their hateful agenda.

They don't care about the middle class, women, people of color and those who aren't like them.

Ahem, Blacks, Hispanics, the LGBT community, Muslims, and atheists exists.

And these groups are growing. I suggest that Republicans better know your generation. The young voters are likely the ones who could put them back in the minority.

Michele Bachmann: White Guilt Kept Me Outta Of The White House!

More stupid remarks from the controversial politico.

While she is under investigation by the feds for misuse of campaign funds during her ill fated presidential bid, the controversial Minnesota politico once again takes a direct and not so subtle jab at President Barack Obama.

The Congress wouldn't be the same without embattled Republican poltico Congresswoman Michele Bachmann. She is by far the most dumbest and most misinformed politico in Washington.

She's a birther, a deather, and a victim of the Benghazi flu. She is happy that John Wayne (Gacy) was a fellow Waterlooan, and she's got the cred of her fellow Tea Partiers for being one of the many wasted votes on repealing Obamacare.

Formerly a leading voice of the now defunct Tea Party Caucus, the controversial politico once again reflects on her defeat at the Iowa Caucus. She laid out her grievances about how White Americans had "guilt" about voting against the first Black president. She believes there's no way for a woman (let alone a Republican woman) to win the keys to the White House.

According to the controversial politico, the tide of white “guilt” that President Barack Obama rode into office will not be matched by a similar feelings for the former First Lady.

She believes that Benghazi flu is a better sword against a potential Hillary Clinton run. Why would the Republicans waste their time on Slick Willie?

“I think there was a cachet about having an African-American president because of guilt," says Bachmann.

She had put her heart and soul into a race that lead her and those seven other dopes to defeat. Her impact helped motivate Republicans to nominate the worst politico to ever run for office, perennial loser Mitt Romney.

As you know, Republicans were fearing that she could hurt their chances of holding on the House of Representatives. She was facing a tougher opponent from the Democratic Party.

In order to keep herself from an embarrassment, she decides to retire from Congress.

It gave Republicans a sigh of relief.

C.R.E.W. got her as one of the most corrupt lawmakers this year and last year.

If evidence proves that she's done wrong, get ready for her to be bitching about how "It's Obama's Fault" for her being tried for a federal crime. She could eventually get charged if the evidence is proven.

Only time can tell.

Here's her greatest hits!

Gnat Infestation!

Critics are like gnats. They're pest and its up to us to rid ourselves of them.

One of the best things in my opinion is to read feedback from the good readers of Journal de la Reyna.

Me and S. Baldwin work hard to keep this blog updated and do appreciate everyone who is reading.

I hope we build more readers and followers of this blog. I appreciate all the support from the new and even old followers of Journal de la Reyna.

Often times I read some of the comments in our blog. Let me say this with no remorse: HATERS ARE GOING TO HATE!

Get another bag, cause its another dose of word vomit sponsored by random losers who were "offended" by our posts.

john phillips said...
So, a reporter wants to know if the taxpayers are footing the bill for Michelle Obama's party, and you, instead of worrying about the taxpayers, attack the reporter and the right as racists. Not a single part of that question was remotely akin to a race question, yet you go after the people who demand some form of transparency and accountability by using insults and the race card. What a joke and clearly biased loser you are.
Mike said...
Indeed racist and ignorant. Could you explain how it's uniquely right wing? Plenty of white liberals think the same thing. It was the progressives that ushered in Jim Crow under Wilson. White supremacy transcends ideology.
Anonymous said...
Racist right. Hahaha you're silly and have to blame someone else for your own thoughts. You're coo coo. Hee hee YOU are the racist you silly goose. Silly silly silly.
It's a part of generating a mainstream buzz.

My feelings aren't hurt by some anonymous loser online. Your comments are not going to stop me from speaking my mind. In fact, it may inspire me to do more.

I practically beg for the attention. After all, I write often topics that are inspirational and at times it could be considered controversial. I don't deny that. After all I come up with some of the most catchiest titles to the article. I sometimes visit blogs and websites to obtain stories that might appeal to our readers. I am guilty for doing so. And at best, I want to give an honest opinion about what's going on in my community, the government and the junk food media.

I said no one is holding a gun to your head forcing you to read our blog.

Why would you waste your time attacking us?

Did we strike a nerve?

Are we telling something about yourself?

Are you too afraid to look into the mirror and see for yourself that you (and only you) would be the true racist?

Cause I can tell you're the racist. You left a comment on an article that didn't sit well with you!

You're free to comment at anytime. But you think we should read your word vomit?
An example of an angry White man.
Nope. We're not in the business of reading your word vomit. Practically, deleting it will be the best satisfaction. Having you loose your marbles over your comments being scratched from the blog is the perfect way to keep a lunatic like you going. Cause you're going to rile yourself up over how we "silenced" you because we didn't want to read your condescending asinine comments.

We understand.

Conservatives hate being called racist.
Writing all sorts of ills about America but yet sit on the sidelines watching others do their dirty work.
Unfortunately, you're not helping yourselves by acting like a bunch of dummies. Who continues to float around those stupid racist emails? Who continues to promote crime in urban areas? Who claims that it's "those Black folk" who are on food stamps and entitlements? And who keeps on claiming a legacy that your party failed to take part in. I mean you can run your mouths claiming Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. being a Republican but in the same breath call him a "socialist" like you did President Barack Obama.

Never enough outrage from the angry White man.
Sometimes in my mindset, by calling the president a "socialist" its a newer way of saying NIGGER without mentioning the word. Conservative strategists know how to get the ball running on labeling an opponent "the other". That's why you have a network that runs 24/7 Republican bullcrap!

Seriously, conservatives believe that being called racist is the attempt by the left to silence them from speaking the "facts" about "us Black folk" stealing from "da White man".

Conservatives believe racism solely lies within the Democratic Party. They often accuse Barack Obama (the nation's first Black president), Michelle Obama (First Lady of The United States), Al Sharpton (Rev. Perm), Jesse Jackson (Cut His Nuts Off Jackson) and Eric Holder (U.S. Attorney General) as the reasons for racism in America.

If you didn't know, our country's demographics have shifted again. For the first time since 2012, a child birth per year will be majority interracial. So in other words, this country is going to be a whole lot browner.
Playing on the sorrows of the poor and ignorant  to show sympathy. And still count the millions you reek in.
Now of course, the Republican Party itself. The party has no real accomplishments in courting minorities.

Sure they have Tim Scott, Tom Cole, Raul Labrador, Suzanna Martinez, Nikki Haley, Bobby Jindal, Stallmigos Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio in the fold, but the party itself is mostly White, old, rigid and too conservative, even in Saint Reagan standards.

The party must purge itself of the hateful rhetoric of those in the junk food media.

The party must appeal to a broad coalition of young minds who are willing to follow the principles of limited government, free enterprise, strong religion and a sense of pride for America.

What the party must do is motivate itself back to the center-right.

What I've said before and I will stick to it: The Republican Party has no place for me and others of color.

The party isn't racist. But there are a sure lot of White folks in the party that tarnish the image and give the left strong convictions. Conservatives are single minded voters who voice their opinions through the bullhorn or the bullet.

They are often the people who have strong bigotry towards someone's race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, economic and political standings.

At best, the poor and ignorant (which are those who likely didn't go to college) often seek advice from millionaires who's sole purpose in life is to keep us divided.

The poor and ignorant will become bitter over other's having the advantages they never could achieve. They believe that those who get from the "gubmint" are the leeches of society.

In their minds, if you don't support their views, you're an enemy.

Too often this stuff happens within the Tea Party Movement and those who vote solely Republican.

If you continue to promote this type of nonsense in the coming years, I promise you that Republicans are doomed to repeating itself in the 2016 presidential elections.
These type of conservatives represent the White, old, rigid, bigoted and too extreme side of the Republican Party.
Perennial losers Mitt Romney and John McCain learned that you can't talk shit and expect to win in a landslide.

So to those who criticized us for being "racists": Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

For you see, we don't have to prove to anyone about our feelings towards people of color. Why should we continue on and on about what we do outside of this blog?

You don't know us personally.

So keep on typing your word vomit, anonymous users! You're not hurt me or S. Baldwin.

You are hurting the Republican Party. And believe me, they do a fine job of hurting themselves.

Quacker Bust!

Duck Dynasty takes a nosedive.

The homophobic and racist comments by patriarch Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty had its toll.

The seasonal debut of the program on A&E may have seen a huge drop in the ratings.

I guess it was all smoke and mirrors for the racist right. They gin up outrage over the ignorant statements by the foolish reality star only to see they're success is actually a failure.

Loserville and the racist right were behind the ignorance.

When that idiotic former Alaskan governor took to the social networks to say the "freedom to hate" was under attack, her cubs were sending death threats and even attempts at boycotting the A & E Network.

According to entertainment industry trade paper Variety, the show is hemorrhaging viewers, with audience numbers falling by about 2 million from week to week.

“One week after returning to kick off its fifth season with a 3.3 rating in adults 18 to 49 and 8.5 million viewers overall,” wrote Variety’s Rick Kissell, “’Duck Dynasty’ slid to a 2.9 in the demo and 6.65 million total viewers, according to Nielsen. This is the smallest same-night crowd for an original episode of the series since the second-season finale drew 6.45 million in December 2012.”

As Kissell points out, it’s hard to say whether the controversy itself has damaged the show’s appeal, or whether it was the revelation that the long-bearded, unkempt millionaires of the Robertson family were once clean-cut country-club preppies before they got a TV deal.

Or perhaps the show is simply a one-note flash in the pan whose popularity has run its course. Kissell suggests the latter, pointing out that ratings were already trending downward at the end of Season Four, which aired before Phil Robertson’s now-notorious interview with GQ.

The shows that ranked higher than “Duck Dynasty” in viewers in the key 18 to 49 demographic were “American Idol” — the reality singing competition that launched the careers of openly gay singers Clay Aiken and Adam Lambert — and “Modern Family,” a comedy series that features a gay married couple and an ethnically diverse cast.

Black Republican Wants Obama To "Hang Out!"

Black Republican goes to the social networks to show his supporters how to lose an election.

Last night the internet was buzzing about that idiot former Alaskan governor taking to the social networks to attack President Barack Obama on King Day for being a "race-baiter". She urges him to stop "race-baiting".

But wait a minute, Mama Grizzly (aka Palin Da Ass) and her cubs are throwing them shots at the president.

The junk food media picks up on one of those so-called "freed" Black folks telling the president that he should be hanging by a rope. He claims that the president should be tried for treason.

So if the president would betray his country, a country that he swore to protect as the leader of the free world. A man who fought an onslaught of hatred and outright racist attacks from those who claim they're "patriots".

If they actually were patriots, they wouldn't say that our president should suffer harm from national or foreign threats. But since we live in a country where you're freedom of speech is assured. He can say whatever he wants but note that if evidence was determined he was to carry out that threat, he could get a visit from the United States Secret Service. The threatening of the president, vice president and their families is a CLASS THREE FELONY. It carries up to 5 years in the iron college or federal time out. You may pay up to $250,000 in penalties.

"Freed Negro" Joshua Black, who is running for the Florida state house send a few nasty shots at the president.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, the "freed negro" for Florida House District 68 said President Barack Obama should be hanged for war crimes.
So the Tea Party isn't racist!
"I'm past impeachment," Joshua Black wrote on Twitter. "It's time to arrest and hang him high."

The tweet caught the attention of Chris Latvala, a Republican candidate for House District 67. Pretty much a Republican setting his own up.

Latvala broke the Ronald Reagan rule of not attacking your fellow Republican.

"You aren't seriously calling for the killing of Obama are you?" Latvala replied. "I know you are crazy but good heavens. U R an embarrassment."

Latvala added: "I make it my business when so called GOP candidates become an embarrassment to my beloved party."

Black, 31, of Pinellas Park moved to Florida in 2007 after practicing street evangelism in St. Louis and works as a taxi driver. According to his campaign website, Black entered politics in 2012 when he tried influencing the presidential primary.

The website says: "Republicans have a serious communication problem. Everything we say sounds like spears."

Hours after the tweet, Black defended his comment. Obama should be held responsible for ordering a drone strike that killed a U.S. citizen overseas, he said.

"He should be executed for treason," Black said. "I think the appropriate punishment is death. They killed Benedict Arnold. (Obama) shouldn't be allowed to kill Americans without a trial."

Mama Grizzly should have checked on one of her cubs.
The political newcomer said he doesn't fear U.S. Secret Service agents showing up on his doorstep. Many voters might agree with his position, he said, adding: "I guess they're going to call me a racist now."

After talking to a reporter, Black posted a lengthy message to supporters on Facebook.

"I make no apologies for saying that the President is not above the People. If ordinary Americans should be executed for treason, so should he."

Pinellas GOP Chairman Michael Guju said Black doesn't know the secret details of the drone strike. "It is impossible to accept this statement," Guju said. "This is wholly unacceptable and unduly provocative."

Black's opponent in the House race, Democratic state Rep. Dwight Dudley, said Black has the right to disagree with Obama's decisions. But he shouldn't call for Obama's hanging. "It's dangerous and unbecoming for someone who wants to lead to call for such violence and extremist action," he said. "Wow. I'm stunned."
