 A former Versace worker claimed that in a lawsuit that the company was using discriminatory practices against Black shoppers.

Christopher Sampino worked at a San Francisco location for two weeks. The 23-year old alleged in a complaint that the the store told him to say D410. It's a code used to identify the store's black apparel, anytime a Black person walked into the store.

Sampino is a biracial man who identifies as Black claimed that this encounter prompt him to tell his manager his race. He claimed that after he revealed his race, he was unfairly treated and then fired out the cannon.

He said in the suit that he was told by the store's management that his dismissal was a result of him not "[knowing] luxury" and because he "had not lived the luxury life."

Versace said "Game On". They want this to head to federal court.

"Versace believes strongly in equal opportunity, as an employer and a retailer. We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, national origin or any other characteristic protected by our civil rights law. We have denied the allegations in this suit, and we will not comment further on concerning pending litigation."

Paladino was the co-chair of the Donald J. Trump campaign. He made a racist and sexist comment suggesting that the Obama was born a man and should live in Africa.

In an interview with ArtVoice, Paladino said that in 2017 his New Year's resolution would be the Obamas to leave the White House. He took it a step further by saying that he would rather see the first lady head back to Africa and roam with the primates.

"I'd like her to return to being a male and let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe where she lives comfortably in a cave with Maxie, the gorilla."

And he also wished death on President Barack Obama and his top adviser Valarie Jarrett.

"Obama catches mad cow disease after being caught having relations with a heifer. He dies before his trial and is buried in a cow pasture next to Valarie Jarrett, who died weeks prior, after being convicted of sedition and treason, when a Jihadi cell mate mistook her for being a nice person and decapitated her,"

Paladino was a failed 2010 Republican gubernatorial candidate. He got mad airtime on Sean "Softball" Hannity's show. He is a member of the Buffalo city school board. He is a member of the New York Conservative Party and is a good friend of the softball.

The Obamas will be missed. 

Now there's calls for Paladino to be fired out the cannon. He refuses to step down and took it even further by saying that the junk food media is misquoting him. He was joking about the comments.

Murder suspect Geronimo Yanez faces trial. He is trying to have it dismissed on grounds the victim was high. Yanez was a cop for the St. Anthony Police  He fatally shot Philando Castile after a traffic stop.

So I guess being on THC, having a busted taillight and looking like the guy who robbed a convenience store because of a "wide set nose" is grounds for death.

The Minnesota cop who murdered Philando Castile is trying to have the case dismissed on the grounds of the victim being "stoned". Geronimo Yanez and his attorneys are trying to blame the victim for his own death. The St. Anthony Police officer and his union believe that this is politically motivated through outcry from the public and Black Lives Matter.

Castile was pulled over for busted taillight. According to Yanez it was the victim who didn't follow a police order and prompt the fatal encounter.

The traffic stop happened in Falcon Heights, which the St. Anthony Police aids for. His girlfriend livestreamed the aftermath of the fatal encounter.

Even with video of Philando's girlfirend Diamond Reynolds saying that Yanez shot him for no reason, the grand jury may allow this corrupt cop off.

In a statement, attorneys for Castile's mother said, "This is the designed play for the defense of police officers who kill citizens, always blame the victim," and "They want to say and have you believe that Philando was the negligent one and somehow that matters in excusing or defending the officer. It does not."

Michigan Firefighter Found The Cannon Wasn't Filled With Water!

The New York Daily News report that a posting about Donald J. Trump going after Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) prompt Tarvenia to comment that her brother was also a veteran and her support for San Francisco 49ers' Kaepernick when he kneeled during the anthem to protest police brutality.

"Your brother can pack up and leave this country. I don't care if he is a vet or not. I am a vet and what [Kaepernick] is try to represent is wrong," said Hudson.

California woman let Belding know that a member of the team has racial hatred towards Blacks.

Tarvenia said, why should my brother leave the country. What set this asshole off was a mention of Black Lives Matter, the group who protests against racial injustice.

A woman was served knuckle style chili at a Memphis area Kroger and she told the junk food media about her experience. He would shove her to the ground and serve her a knuckle style chile with toe jam.

"He grabbed my bun pulled me back and smashed me into a cart. When I came to I was on the ground and my leg was under the cart," said Megan Wilson.

Wilson who the junk food media called an "extreme couponer" got into a confrontation with another customer after he got fed up standing in line for 20 minutes while she was sorting through coupons.

"He started shouting 'Come on, there's other people out here. Nobody has time for this,'" said Wilson.

The Clay County, West Virginia administrative worker who came to light after mocking First Lady Michelle Obama as an ape in heels returns to work. The price of that return could cost the county federal funding.

Taylor worked for the nonprofit Clay County Development Corp. She was fired out the cannon for the posting. But a month later, she's rehired.

The Charleston-Gazette reports that a letter form the agency's acting director Leslie McGlothin to the West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services says Taylor is on suspension and scheduled to return back to work on Dec. 23.

The nonprofit provides services to elderly and low-income residents in Clay County. It is funding through state and federal grants and local fees.

Council member of Clay, West Virginia Jason Hubbard issued a brief statement condemning the "horrible and indecent" post and said racism and intolerance "isn't what this community is about."

He apologized to the first lady on behalf of the town and anyone who was offended.

"This community is a helpful, hopeful, empathetic and God-loving community," Hubbard said. "Please don't judge the entire community for one or two individual acts."

The mayor of Clay, Beverly Whaling resigned after she gave praise to the comments.

Utah Woman Body Shamed Worker In Front Of Her Children!

Woman body shames ice cream parlor worker. Justine Elwood is beautiful and deserves respect.

In the state of Utah, a young woman in Layton was insulted by a customer. The customer insulted the worker while she was serving her at Coldstone Creamery and then went to Yelp to go even further.

The woman called her disgusting.

"She was giving me dirty looks the whole time and it was kind of weird but I helped her and then she said 'if you continue to eat too much ice cream you're going to look like her,' and I continue to help her and that's it," said Justine Elwood, the woman who was body shamed by this slimeball.

It wasn't the end of this. The woman then took to social media to rant about the experience.

"Coldstone has been one of our favorite places to go as a family and enjoy quality ice cream, specifically the Layton location. Unfortunately, I have had a specifically unsatisfying experience the last few times we have come into the store. One of their female employees Jessie? Jennifer? J something, is disgustingly obese, and each time we come in, although she does her job, and is very polite, instantly makes my appetite disappear. I understand the need to hire bias free, but when someones [sic] looks interfere with my experience at an establishment [sic] I can't help but complain. As a mother I don't like my children thinking they will look that way by eating too much ice cream. Overall a good establishment with fast service, and delightful treats. We love Coldstone [sic] just not all the employees."

Her mom Daphne Moore Felley took to social media to ask for the name of the person who insulted her daughter. She was so pissed that she wanted to serve her a five finger roll with a side of toe jam.

"At first I was really angry and I wanted to find the person and say face to face what are you thinking to say that kind of stuff and then it turn to well, you might as well make a good thing of it because what are you going to do? Justine is the one who said she forgave her so after that we just thought we'd make something good of it."

Felley managed to get Yelp to remove the post but she demands the public to out this Elanie S.

"I need everyone's help, especially in the Layton area!! Find this horrible woman Elaine S!! This awful person posted this on Yelp about someone very special to me and belittled her to her face! Please if you know of a woman with children in Layton that goes by the name Elaine, last name starts with S, please let me know and share so we can stop this bullying!! Thanks Daph."

Once Justine returned back to work, she was greeted with heartwarming. People across the city and nation gave her support. She was thankful for the kind words of the community.

Kimberly Houzah: Victoria's Secret Treated Me Like A Thug!

Mississippi woman got shamed by Victoria's Secret.

A woman who was at an Oxford, Mississippi mall was roused by a Victoria's Secret manager. The manager accused her and another woman of being geekers. The original geeker was busted but the reactionary of the manager made the situation worse. She told Kimberly Houzah and the other woman to leave the store.

At first, Houzah was caught off guard by the demand. So she starts filming and it went viral. It got the attention of the corporate office in New Albany, Ohio and the manager and another worker were fired out the cannon.



On the company's Facebook page, Victoria's Secret stated it had reached out to Kimberly Houzah, who recorded her experience at the store in a Facebook Live video.

"We take the experience of our customer at the Quintard Mall very seriously and have reached out to her directly to express our sincere apology," the statement reads. "What happened at our store should not have happened and does not represent who we are or what we stand for."

The store associate involved "is no longer employed with the company," the statement continues.

"Victoria's Secret is adamant that all customers regardless of race be treated with dignity and respect at all times," it said.

Houzah, a traveling nurse who is a native of Calhoun County, made the video in which she can be seen in the Victoria's Secret store inside Quintard Mall. She claimed in the video she and another black woman were told to leave the store by management after a black woman they did not know was caught shoplifting.

Earlier today, Houzah returned to the store with supporters and store employees apologized to her there.

In the 11-minute video, Houzah says she is a regular customer of Victoria's Secret.

"I'm a little more settled about it today," she said. "I don't want anything bad to happen to anyone. I mean, I can't change who I am. I'm an African-American female and I just want to be treated like everybody else."

Houzah said she will probably continue to shop at Victoria's Secret, though she may not come into the Oxford location again.

Major movie coming out and conservatives are boycotting it.

Now the conservatives want to ban Disney and LucasFilms movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Film.

According to the fake news websites, the writers for the upcoming movie slipped references to controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/pussy grabbing/immature fuhrer in waiting Donald J. Trump.

Some referred him to being a Nazi.

And that cause Trumpsters to go bananas. Some are calling for the firing of Disney's president and want people to boycott the movie.

Some white extremist named Jack Posobiec wrote that the Star Wars movie is anti-Trump.

White extremists are upset that the cast of the movie aren't White men. They believe the movie has an anti-White agenda.

Nearly all the major characters are non-White and the main characters is an empowered female according to one of the White extremists.

Now conservatives have boycotted CNN, Kellogg's, Starbucks, Hamilton; The Musical, Pepsi and now Star Wars. Most of these boycotts have little to no effect on their revenue. It may give those working for these companies death threats.

Democrats are seething with rage over their defeat. They want revenge!

Republicans have demonized Obama for the two terms and now they're trying to normalize Donald J. Trump as a rational leader. He will pick a cabinet and his very words could jeopardize the world.

Republicans are still stuck in the 20th Century.

And they continue to promise to bring "real change" back to Washington while still doing nothing.

They will continue to be inept and worthless.

Democrats will continue to be worthless as well. They continue to pick Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) as their House Minority Leader. And it's likely warmongering Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) will be the Minority Leader of the U.S. Senate. Pelosi, Schumer and the Democrats weren't tough enough to stand against the onslaught of misinformation being spread around by websites like The Drudge Report, InfoWars, WorldNetDaily, ZeroHedge, and Breitbart.

Democrats are the party of diversity but it's losing support among those who felt that the party accommodating Republican policies.

We have a million problems in this country. About 1/3 of the problems will likely be solved. Most of these issues will be partisan rancor. I bet you money that the moment the Republicans get into power, they'll be drunk on it.

Some beeyotch named Emily Youcis is catching flack for being the savior of this professional White bigots in this extremist movement.

The controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/pussy grabbing/reality television star who will become your president on January 20th. His victory was in part of this extremist movement's relentless pandering of fake news and kookspiracies.

This beeyotch was a peanut vendor at the Philadelphia Phillies games. Well she was fired out the cannon over the weekend after she was revealed to have support to White extremism.

For years this "pistachio girl" was serving them nuts at Citizens Bank Park and was the liveliest server at the baseball stadium.

Aramark, which operates food concessions at Citizens Bank Park, tells The Philadelphia Inquirer that Youcis is no longer employed after "publicly connecting our company to views that contradict our values."

Youcis was involved in a tussle last month outside the conference of the National Policy Institute, a white nationalist group. Youcis tried to interview protesters, asking questions like: "Do you hate white people?" A protester spray-painted Youcis' hair and a photographer was bloodied. Some protesters were taken into police custody.

The shrill beeyotch was screaming "Pistachios" irritating the fans of the game.

Cop Walk In Walter Scott Murder!

Killer walks after a juror decides that he was in the right.

When has there ever been a cop tried for murder of an unarmed citizen?

Michael Slager gets to go home for the time being. This man is being charged with the murder of Walter Scott. The jury had a mistrial because of one juror's belief that the former North Charleston officer's actions were not negligent. The juror could not "with good conscience consider a guilty verdict."

This high profile trial was flawed from the beginning. He tried to defend his actions by saying that he felt his life was in danger and he had to take down the threat.

Slager if convicted would face LIFE in the iron college.

The police dash camera footage shows that Slager pulled Walter off for a broken tail light. Walter gave Slager his license and explained that he was in the process of getting the vehicle in his name.

Walter Scott was tragically killed by a corrupt cop.

Walter was wanted for child support and feared he would be arrested. He would bolt out the vehicle and Slager would give chase.

Slager would deploy the Taser on Walter. When Walter freed himself of the Taser, Slager would deploy deadly force. He would shot his service weapon eight times. Five rounds hit Walter and he dropped.

Slager would then handcuff Walter and drop the Taser near him. Unaware that Feidin Santana was recording the entire encounter on film. Santana would then go to the junk food media and shatter the narrative that Walter was charging at Slager.

Slager was immediately fired from the North Charleston Police and then charged. He was held on a $2 million get out of jail card,

So far, the whole ordeal has been nothing more than a circus. When this juror decided that Slager didn't commit a criminal act, it basically set the killer free.

Now we wait and see if the state prosecutors will retry this slimeball.

Trump Supporters Flaunt "White Privilege" Towards Black Women!

I blame Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Marco Rubio, Rick Scott and Bruce Rauner for the actions of these White assholes. They support this assholes who talk this anti-Black, anti-Hispanic, anti-LGBT and anti-Muslim rhetoric. They are flagrant supporters of this [Alt-Right] White Extremist movement. 

The Huffington Post once again goes for the click bait. It's unfortunate that I happened to click on this bait. There were two incidents where White people were demeaning Black women. 

They go around flaunting that they're being discriminated because they're White and supporters of the dictator and his Christian extremist partner. 

A Chicago area shopper at a Michael's craft store got riled up by a Black cashier. 

She got riled up over the Black cashier asking her to pay for $1 reusable bag. They ran out of normal bags and asked her to purchase a reusable one.

"And I voted for Trump, so there. You want to kick me out because of that? And you look who won," said the unidentified customer. 

Another customer whipped out the camera and recorded the tirade. She shared it on social media and it went viral. Jessie Grady who filmed the encounter was shakened by the reaction of the woman.

The woman called her a slut and said her child was a shoplifter. 

"I was just discriminated by two black women, and you being a white woman and you literally thinking that's okay. Why don't you go home to your husband who's cheating on you," said the customer.

She aims at a Black customer and called her an animal. 

"This woman came around and screamed at me from across the goddamn store like an animal! An animal! Animal! You screamed at me from across the store like you were in your own living room. You're an animal!"

Michael's and the Chicago Police confirm that a disturbance was there. But the woman who went into a tirade was long gone. Michaels confirms that the two workers were upset but they followed the procedures correctly. 

"We regret that our customers and team members were affected by this unfortunate incident."

And earlier this month a White man was on a profanity laced rant at a Black barista at a Miami area Starbucks store. 

The man, David Sanguesa was visibly upset with the woman because he felt that his politics were the reasons to why he didn't get his coffee on time. He said that he waited a long time because he was a Trump supporter.

This guy claims he was mentally ill when he berated a Black woman working at a Starbucks.

"Because I voted for Trump. Trump. You lost," said Sanguesa. "I was racially discriminated against."

He said that he will sue Starbucks. 

The man even threatened to fight a customer who was telling him to calm down. Starbucks is looking into the incident and called upon all parties to work this out. 

Welcome to Trump's America. An America where these people can disrespect Black women. 

They think it's appropriate to call First Lady Michelle Obama an "ape in heels". Or in the case of these two White people, they have the audacity to call Black cashiers "trash" for doing their jobs and not caving to their demands.

Detroit News Agitator Fired Out The Cannon After N-Tapping A Hot Mic!

Local news agitator is doing damage control after one of their reporters was caught on hot mic saying to a cameraman that she was tired of covering stories of "NIGGERS killing each other". 

WDIV had to fire out the cannon Lauren Podell after it was revealed that six months ago she was making racial comments towards a co-worker. It's got the whole city of Detroit abuzz.

Podell who worked for the NBC affiliate for some time was forced out because she caused a great deal of controversy to the viewers and victims of gun violence. 

WDIV issued a statement condemning the reporter and urges the public to not look at the station as a provocateur of hate. 

Now facing death threats, Podell released a statement saying that she's sorry that she put the station through an ordeal.

"During my time at WDIV I have created many friendships that I will continue to cherish."
