A dirty cop is facing state charges and a possible federal sandwich after he pummelled a Black man upset over a custody dispute. 

The Paterson Police have placed two cops in the freezer pending an investigation into whether they used force in an arrest of a man. What makes this more damning is the cop doesn't even live in the city.

The cop was on the force for 18-years. 

The cop was criminally charged with aggravated assault, official misconduct, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and tampering with public records in the incident that happened in May 2021.

The city of Paterson released the body camera video of the two cops and the victim.

The video contain strong language and violent content. Take discretion.

The incident happened this year after a man visibly upset over a custody dispute with the mother of his children. The man was upset over not getting his children and was yelling at the mother in foul language.

The cop in the hallway was trying to calm the man down. The man asks the cop if he was a father.

The cop said no.

"You're not a father. You don't understand, my nigga. This is the third time my kids have been taken from me."

The cop allowed the man to calm down. A few more curse words and then the other cop comes out of the apartment and starts pummeling the father.

The cop started serving a knuckle style chili to the shock of the woman and man.

"Please stop! Please stop! Please stop! a woman could be heard yelling. In the video you hear the words "Stop resisting."

The dirty cop is facing criminal charges.

The man being pummeled to the ground and soon arrested. 

Black leaders are calling for systematic change with the Paterson Police Department. There were numerous incidents of misconduct from the department and it could open a federal probe into the agency.

Andre Sayegh has to follow procedures before the dirty cops are to be fired out the cannon. The video being shared has sparked outrage over how the agency has been allowing this monster wear a badge.

"Allowing officers who harm or violate the rights of residents to remain employed does not keep the community safe," said a coalition of groups including Black Lives Matter Paterson.

"Allowing officers with multiple excessive force complaints to remain on the force does not keep the community safe. Placing officers on paid administrative leave while under investigation does not keep the community safe. We call on the city of Paterson to leave past practices in the past."

Obviously, the white nationalists in the Republican Party will rush to the defense of this dirty cop. 

They only care about cops who "rough 'em up a bit." After all, the former president ordered his minions to storm the U.S. Capitol, beat up cops and threaten his vice president and the Speaker of The House.

Does the U.S. Justice Department need to look into the practices of the Paterson, New Jersey Police Department?

Yes. There's serious misconduct in the department. The police department may have to be dissolved.

No. The Paterson Police are a respected organization. The incidents appear to be isolated and the city and department are working on reforms .

It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.

And I am getting fucking tired of white nationalists and their enablers of color complaining about the lack of Black fathers. The fathers are either killed by gun violence, police violence, COVID-19, heart diseases, diabetes, freak accidents and just being Black in America.

The U.S. Justice Department need to reform Paterson Police.
