Thanks Real World Police for making Raymond E. Scott the butt of ridicule.
The former rapper and reality television star once again makes a fool of himself. Three things that happened to the former entertainer. Scott is best known as Benzino, the former co-owner of the Source.
He was the Don Quixote of hip-hop. He tried to take down Eminem. He ended up taking his career and The Source down fast. Em destroyed his rap career and literally "blackballed" him from the hip-hop community.
To this day, not too many people heard of him. Maybe they've heard of him from Love & Hip-Hop?
Or maybe, Marriage Boot Camp?
Or TvOne's The Next?
Or you may have seen the Real World Police videos in which he's constantly embarrassing himself.
Or perhaps, you never heard of him until now!
Well I am here to at least spread a little knowledge about him. I've wrote about him back in the 2000s when he was feuding with Eminem. He and The Source founder Dave Mays single handedly destroyed The Bible of Hip-Hop in their quest to destroy one of the world's greatest rappers. Mays, a white Harvard educated man founded the magazine with Jon Schecter and James Bernard in 1988. Mays was a fan of Scott's group The Almighty RSO. He hired Scott on as a creative director and quickly led the magazine into greatness. It became quickly tarnished when Scott demanded his group got favorable coverage.
Mays slipped an article and review into the magazine without Schecter and Bernard's permission. It forced the staff to walk out in protest. Mays would end up bringing up then Unsigned Hype, Eminem into the magazine. Scott who was then recreating the group as Made Men thought that Em was not talented and wanted him to not get much press coverage. Eminem would end up selling his first two albums in the millions and earned Dr. Dre a reboot to his rap producing career. Scott was upset that Em got praise from those in hip-hop and pop culture.
Eminem, a controversial entertainer was not loved among conservatives and folks like Scott.
Scott would say this "cracka" was a "culture vulture" and he is ruining hip-hop. So they started this feud with him by labeling the critically acclaimed The Marshall Mathers LP, two mics (two star rating). Em fired back on The Eminem Show saying "five mics in the Source, I ain't holdin my fucking breath."

Scott wanted to clear up misunderstandings with Em. Apparently Em, brushed him off and that's what made this feud public. Scott never achieved success as a rapper. He failed to chart in his albums. His Motown debut solo album tanked and they dropped him quickly and demanded he compensate the record label with advertising. He would end up on Elektra/Atlantic.
He would release his sophomore album in which he declared war on Eminem. To this day, the rapper is bipolar on whether he'll settle the feud with handshake or he'll fight Em in a boxing ring.
So now let's cover now!
The washed up entertainer attacked Lil Nas X for the BET Awards performance. He made a series of homophobic rants and claimed the network ruined a "family" show.
Scott attacked a transgender woman after he liked an Instagram picture of her and found it she was previously born a man.
Scott also decided to be a reckless driver yet again. Real World Police had released the footage of a 2019 encounter where Scott was pulled over for a traffic violation. It may have been the reason to why was he was arrested later that year. He was caught on camera calling a Brookhaven Police officer racial slurs.
So we'll go ahead and start with the attack on Lil Nas X. It appears that Scott still has no respect towards the rapper/singer after he did his set. The rapper kissed the male performers and it won praise from many in the hip-hop community.
Scott, being an allegedly butt wrangler himself was sickened by the kiss. He literally slammed BET for allowing it to happen. He said that if he got the money from BET, he would revive The Source Awards.
The washed up entertainer went to BNC with leftist Marc Lamont Hill to discuss it. At first, Scott was trying to walk back his remarks but he stood firm and saying that BET had no business allowing the Lil Nas X set go forth.
His second failure was the attack on a transwoman. Seeing that many of Scott's fans are on social media, the washed up entertainer resorts to doing Instagram Live, OnlyFans and Twitter.
He still does rap videos but they've barely clocked over 400,000 views.
He did a D'Angelo style video called The Bigger Picture. It was roundly ridiculed because he's a 50-something geezer trying to flex his check. He apparently got gay men looking at his pictures and it riles him up.
He has resorted to calling gay men slurs and dissing transwomen by misgendering them.
So he decided to look on the hotties of the week. He decided to "like" a posting from a transwoman.
Shauna Brooks, a known transwoman who is a thot at the party had engaged a conversation with the washed up entertainer. She said that Scott and reality television star and rap producer Stevie J were into transgender women.
The mother of his 6-year old son, Althea Heart believes the rapper is a notorious cheater. She accused him of sleeping with women and transwomen. She said he is bipolar and has issues with drugs and alcohol. In one of the Real World Police videos, Heart (known as Althea Eaton) said that Scott is using cocaine and believes he should have supervised custody of their son, Zino.
Scott also has three other children. One being rapper/singer Coi LeRay. She is a rising hip-hop talent and growing everyday. Scott was extremely jealous of her winning approval from fans while he still sputters along in the gutter. He feuded with her and wished she was a boy! He finally settled the feud with her although, she clearly doesn't want his influence on her.

Now the last thing on my list of Scott's failures. His run-ins with the law.
Real World Police had released a video of him being pulled over at his former luxury apartment. He was recently evicted from the complex due to his failure to pay rent on time. He is also required to pay nearly $6,000 in child support. As of right now, Scott claims to be unemployed. He is currently trying to restart his Benzino Crab Traps in parts of Atlanta.
Scott had became more infamous for his Karen-like behavior towards his landlord and the Brookhaven Police. He was caught on camera being a total asshole towards his landlord because he was in the process of being evicted from his apartment. Not a mansion.
In 2019, Scott was caught running a stop sign in a rental car. He was pulled over by a Brookhaven Police officer.
He at first tried to pin the blame on another person but the cop saw right through his bullshit. He asked the washed up entertainer for his license and registration. He refused to do it but said that he has GEICO as his insurance provider.
The officer phoned GEICO and asked if the vehicle was insured. The company said it was withdrawn.
So the officer handed him a citation and had a towing company take the vehicle to Hertz since it was a rental. The washed up entertainer failed to show up to court and pay his citation. It led to the infamous racist rant towards Tyson Nguyen.
So I want to make this clear about Scott.
He's a 56-year old man child. He does lie about his age. I believe he's actually 60 years old but still trying to act like he's still a 20 year old. He has no filter.
His dying mother once said that he will say things that will never be forgiven.
It appears his bipolar disorder keeps him succeeding in life. If he would take his medication, stay off drugs, stop driving without a license, take care of his children, stop feuding with Eminem and finally get a decent job, he would be successful.
Unfortunately he's still an "OG from Boston" living in Atlanta.

The OGs of Boston don't want this guy in their town. He's been ran out of Boston, New York, Miami, Chicago and now he's in Atlanta.
He's tried rapping, acting, producing, magazine writing, reality television, amateur porn, bars, restaurants and clothing companies. Many of these ventures failed.
If he would have only knew who he was dealing with in a rap battle, none of this would have happened!
Lil Nas X has two Grammys and is living in a mansion. He has a shoe deal, book deal, promotions out the ass. Scott lives in an apartment struggling. He is unemployed and still trying to revive a long gone rap career.
Eminem is still a famous rapper and media personality. Scott is not!
