Trump vows to veto the resolution. The Congress doesn't have enough votes to override the veto.

The imbecile still wants to run through billions of dollars through his fiscal budget.
Earlier this month the Democratic House of Representatives managed to overwhelmingly pass a resolution to stop the national emergency.
Remember Trump said that Mexico will pay for the wall. It seems like he can't make a foreign country pay for a border wall.
