Manafort Got A Federal Sandwich!

More time for the disgraced Paul Manafort.
The state of New York just indicted Paul Manafort on tax evasion and mortgage fraud. This comes on the heels of Barack Obama appointed federal judge Amy Berman Jackson's federal serve.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr. served Manafort this morning after he appeared in Jackson's court on the remaining charges he pled guilty to. Robert Mueller's prosecutors had said Manafort lied during his plea deal and tried to get him a 25 service. Jackson felt that Manafort had no remorse for his actions and the sentence handed shows that that 70 year old former political wonk will have a bid to serve.

The controversial former campaign manager for Donald J. Trump found himself in a Washington, DC court for the charges of failure to register as a foreign agent on behalf a country. He also had tax evasion, attempt to defraud the U.S., witness tampering/intimidation, falsified tax returns and lying to federal investigators.

The decision by Jackson was handing him an additional 3 1/2 years in federal time out. It would put him on the list of eligibility for a pardon by Trump.

The decision from TS Ellis III was a controversial decision. It opened criticism to how the court system treats the rich and powerful. Currently actresses Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman are being served in a criminal conspiracy that involved a crime lord helping their children get into elite colleges.

The Ronald Reagan appointed federal judge said Manafort lived a "blameless life" as he handed him that light 4 years. People said that he handed far worse to lawmakers like former Democratic lawmaker William Jefferson.

Jefferson, a Black Louisiana former congressman who hid a $90,000 in his freezer. He got 15 year bid in federal timeout under Ellis.

The softball failed to disclose his ties to convicted former lawyer Michael Cohen and bragged he talked to Manafort after he was removed from the Trump campaign. The feds were wiretapping Manafort as early as 2015. The softball talked to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, an Australian based foreign hacker who was allegedly paid by Russia to leak damaging information about Hillary Clinton. The softball is under federal watch.

Jackson who has Roger Stone on the docket was not playing with Manafort.

Manafort in a wheelchair was teary eyed but unrepentant. He offered a weak sorry as Jackson added her sentence.

The Robert Mueller investigation has so far netted a handful of witches on the broom. He hasn't stopped the investigation despite reports Attorney General William Barr threatening to shut it down.

The state charges against Manafort are a blow to Trump. Had Trump tried to pardon Manafort, the state charges will bring him back into the courtroom.

He would face state charges and if found guilty he will head to the iron college. He could get 20 years if convicted.

Manafort is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He will be heading to federal time out within a few months.

Michael Flynn, Rick Gates and Michael Cohen are going to head to federal time out in the coming months.
