This happened on December 19th. Marquise Byrd, a 22 year old father was riding in a car driven by a woman. As they were leaving downtown Toledo, a huge object hit the windshield of her car.

The object broke the windshield and landed directly on Byrd's face. It damaged his face and neck.

They placed him on life support and hoped his injuries would improve.
One of the teens is being consoled by an attorney.
