Lisa Bloom with Kathy Griffin. The feminist attorney is being put through the ringer over allegations unearthed by a conservative agitator named John Solomon. |
John Solomon wrote this "bombshell" claiming that Lisa Bloom was shopping for donations to tell accusers stories.
Solomon who is a fixture on Sean "Softball" Hannity's right wing carnival wrote this and it's getting traction.
"California lawyer Lisa Bloom's efforts included offering to sell alleged victim's stories to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off one Trump accusers mortgage and attempting to secure a six-figure payment for another woman whomultimately declined to come forward after being offered as much as $750,000," Solomon wrote.
He added, "Bloom said her goal in securing money was not to pressure the women to come forward, but rather to help them relocate or arrange security if they felt unsafe during the waning days of a vitriolic election."
She was right. The women named by Trump, Softball Hannity and Fox News were getting death threats. The accusers of Roy Moore, Russell Simmons, Harvey Weinstein, Bill O'Reilly and Matt Lauer got that.
The story alleged that the accuser ended ties with Bloom after she took on Weinstein. She severed the ties from him as soon as numerous accusers came forth.
The right outlets are on this.
Bloom slammed the story and said that Solomon is a hack who makes a living "weaponizing" stories about progressives to feed to Fox News and far right outlets.
"Even this spurious article, written with the intention of casting doubt on the accusers, I caused this important fact that the victims who came forward were telling the truth," said Bloom.
"Multiple donors then contacted me out of the blue with offers to ensure the safety of women who might still come forward. As an attorney I was obligated to relay those offers of funds for relocation to a safer community and find the clock security, and I was happy to do it."
Bloom appeared on progressive agitator Stephanie Miller to dismiss the Solomon report and slammed Fox News.
As you know, Fox News has a well documented history of its hosts and top executives having abuse their power. Fox News settled numerous lawsuits.
Sexually harassment toppled Bill O'Reilly, Eric Bolling and Roger Ailes.
