Last Time I've Check, "Death To America" Is Protected Speech!

Israeli propaganda makes Dearborn, Michigan a target.

If you wanted "Death to America," remind yourself that Trump supporters tried to violently overturn a peaceful transfer of power. They violently broke into the U.S. Capitol and tried to kill Nancy Pelosi and Mike Pence. Republicans refuse to hold former president Donald J. Trump accountable for his actions. They are more upset over protected speech than a foreign country committing war crimes and an active genocide.

Fuck the hypocrisy of Donald J. Trump, Republicans, the far right, Zionists, President Joe Biden, Democrats, Israel and the junk food media.

Israel and its propaganda is not working this time around. Too many folks around the world see how this country operates and they want it to stop. The U.S. is the only country still backing this evil regime.

Fox, the pandering network which lost $787 million in a defamation lawsuit is wetting their pants over a bunch of selective clips from a Israeli propaganda account.

MEMRI is a foreign operative group that plays clips of Arabs which distorts translation and presents itself with misleading titles.

It is part of the hasbara campaign Israel runs to sway public opinion.

Fox is the so called America First network. The very network owned by an Australian ran by a British and propagated by a bunch of individuals who have no college degrees.

So a series of selected clips were posted on X. It was provided by MERMI during a protest on Eid Mubarak, which marks the end of Ramadan. In a two hour protest against Israel and its targeting of civilians, protesters were allegedly saying "death to America" and "death to Israel."

As you know, Israel has a powerful lobby group in the U.S. called AIPAC.

AIPAC, the ADL and MERMI operate on behalf of Israel.

Fox also operates on behalf of Israel as well.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) supports Palestinians. The Israeli propaganda is corrupting American politicians and turning them into extremists.

Hillary Vaughn is a notorious troll who operates on behalf of Sean "Softball" Hannity, Maria Bartiromo and Jesse Watters confronts Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), the only Palestinian American lawmaker in Congress. She is a fourth generation member who is born and raised in Detroit.

Vaughn tries to confront her about the selective clips.

Tlaib should have shut it down with Jan. 6, 2021 being the closest we gotten to the "death of America." She could have told Vaughn does Fox condemn white supremacy?

Vaughn was trying to get a comment from Tlaib while reporting from Capitol Hill, but rather than answer the question — or even just ignore Vaughn — Tlaib made it very clear what she thinks about the network, repeatedly shouting, “I don’t talk to Fox News!”

Vaughn kept asking about the chants, which took place in Tlaib’s district, but Tlaib refused to even entertain the possibility of answering.

"Softball" Hannity, a notoriously annoying media personality calls her the member of the Hamas Caucus in a shameless attempt as Islamophobia and racism.

Vaughn uses her professional name while working at Fox. Her husband is Fox White House correspondent Peter Doocy. The Doocys are notorious for heckling Biden and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre with stupid questions.

The chanting occurred during an anti-war rally in Dearborn, Michigan Friday, which was the International Day of Al-Quds, an annual pro-Palestinian event observed on the last Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. Some protestors shouted “Death to America” and some “Death to Israel,” which earned the condemnation of local leaders as well as the White House.

What pisses me off is the fact that "death to America" is chanted by those who attack President Joe Biden. The White House is still backing Israel despite the intentional airstrikes on the World Central Kitchen aid workers and UNICEF workers this week.

On top of that, Israel killed one of the political leader of Hamas' sons and their children.

Ismail Haniyeh, the exiled leader of Hamas who is in fear of a targeted assassination from Israel tearfully mourned the loss of his sons and their children.

The Doocys: Peter and Hillary Doocy. Her professional name is Hillary Vaughn.

These Zionist scumbags are happy innocent civilians are killed. What do children have to do with Hamas let alone a damn political feud?

Israel is fearing Iran will strike them after they committed a war crime. Israel committed a direct violation of UN charter. Israel did an airstrike on an Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria. They launched unlawful attacks in five countries and one territory.

Israel must be held accountable. The U.S. must end military aid and diplomatic relations to the ethno-fascost apartheid state of Israel now. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. Let them know that bans on TikTok are bans on free speech. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

If anyone trolls you about condemning Hamas for Oct. 7, 2023, kindly ignore them or respectfully tell them that Israel has committed an illegal occupation of Gaza, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank. They shoot innocent civilians and indiscriminately bomb heavily populated areas in Gaza and the West Bank.

Will you condemn the actions of Israel if I have to condemn Hamas?

BREAKING: OJ Simpson Passed Away!

OJ Simpson, the NFL great and world's bad guy passed away from cancer.

The Simpsons got it right once again. The long running animated sitcom predicts the future.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Orenthal James Simpson, the former NFL star, actor and convicted felon in a botched strong arm robbery has passed away from cancer. The most memorable of Simpson was being found not guilty of murder of Ron Goldman and his second wife Nicole Brown Simpson. He was found liable and was ordered to pay nearly $40 million to the families.

Fred Goldman, the father of Ron Goldman devoted his life to making Simpson a villain.

Simpson did serve nine years of a 33 year sentence for a strong arm robbery of his own memorabilia in a Las Vegas casino and hotel. He was serving the remainder of his parole in Nevada. Before his passing, he was doing a podcast, painting, smoking cigars, playing golf, reuniting with his children and minding his business.

Simpson is an icon in football, a villain in courtroom drama and one of the most memorable moments in police pursuits.

I was a child when Simpson did his infamous white Ford Bronco chase on the U.S. Highway 101. He was being questioned in the violent murder of his estranged wife and her friend. Al Cowlins was driving with a suicidal Simpson on the phone threatening to end it all.

When he was arrested, the world turned to how a major celebrity who was beloved by the junk food media becoming a killer. Simpson had CTE injuries and a bipolar disorder.

He had violent fists towards Nicole Brown Simpson. He was jealous of her.

Simpson is responsible for the rise of Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Johnnie Cochran, Nancy Grace, Fox and the perceptions of Black criminality by the far right.

Simpson with Nicole Brown Simpson.

The family announced on Simpson’s official X account — formerly Twitter — that Simpson died Wednesday after battling prostate cancer.

He had seemed to transcend racial barriers as the star Trojans tailback for college football’s powerful University of Southern California in the late 1960s, as a rental car ad pitchman rushing through airports in the late 1970s, and as the husband of a blonde and blue-eyed high school homecoming queen in the 1980s.

“I’m not Black, I’m O.J.,” he liked to tell friends.

The public was mesmerized by his “trial of the century” on live TV. His case sparked debates on race, gender, domestic abuse, celebrity justice and police misconduct.

A criminal court jury found him not guilty of murder in 1995, but a separate civil trial jury found him liable in 1997 for the deaths and ordered him to pay $33.5 million to family members of Brown and Goldman.

A decade later, still shadowed by the California wrongful death judgment, Simpson led five men he barely knew into a confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers in a cramped Las Vegas hotel room. Two men with Simpson had guns. A jury convicted Simpson of armed robbery and other felonies.

The Los Angeles County Jail mugshot of Simpson.

Imprisoned at age 61, he served nine years in a remote northern Nevada prison, including a stint as a gym janitor. He was not contrite when he was released on parole in October 2017. The parole board heard him insist yet again that he was only trying to retrieve sports memorabilia and family heirlooms stolen from him after his criminal trial in Los Angeles.

“I’ve basically spent a conflict-free life, you know,” Simpson, whose parole ended in late 2021, said.

Public fascination with Simpson never faded. Many debated if he had been punished in Las Vegas for his acquittal in Los Angeles. In 2016, he was the subject of both an FX miniseries and five-part ESPN documentary.

The murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman was a tabloid sensation.

“I don’t think most of America believes I did it,” Simpson told The New York Times in 1995, a week after a jury determined he did not kill Brown and Goldman. “I’ve gotten thousands of letters and telegrams from people supporting me.”

Twelve years later, following an outpouring of public outrage, Rupert Murdoch cancelled a planned book by the News Corp-owned HarperCollins in which Simpson offered his hypothetical account of the killings. It was to be titled, “If I Did It.”

Goldman’s family, still doggedly pursuing the multimillion-dollar wrongful death judgment, won control of the manuscript. They retitled the book “If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer.”

“It’s all blood money, and unfortunately I had to join the jackals,” Simpson told The Associated Press at the time. He collected $880,000 in advance money for the book, paid through a third party.

“It helped me get out of debt and secure my homestead,” he said.

30 million people watched the Los Angeles police chase the white Ford Bronco on a slow speed chase on U.S. Highway 101 with Al Cowlings driving and OJ Simpson crying he was going to end it all.

Less than two months after losing the rights to the book, Simpson was arrested in Las Vegas.

Simpson played 11 NFL seasons, nine of them with the Buffalo Bills, where he became known as “The Juice” on an offensive line known as “The Electric Company.” He won four NFL rushing titles, rushed for 11,236 yards in his career, scored 76 touchdowns and played in five Pro Bowls. His best season was 1973, when he ran for 2,003 yards — the first running back to break the 2,000-yard rushing mark.

“I was part of the history of the game,” he said years later, recalling that season. “If I did nothing else in my life, I’d made my mark.”

Of course, Simpson went on to other fame.

One of the artifacts of his murder trial, the carefully tailored tan suit he wore when he was acquitted, was later donated and placed on display at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. Simpson had been told the suit would be in the hotel room in Las Vegas, but it turned out it wasn’t there.

OJ Simpson in 2023 had been diagnosed with cancer.

Orenthal James Simpson was born July 9, 1947, in San Francisco, where he grew up in government-subsidized housing projects.

After graduating from high school, he enrolled at City College of San Francisco for a year and a half before transferring to the University of Southern California for the spring 1967 semester.

He married his first wife, Marguerite Whitley, on June 24, 1967, moving her to Los Angeles the next day so he could begin preparing for his first season with USC — which, in large part because of Simpson, won that year’s national championship.

Simpson won the Heisman Trophy in 1968. He accepted the statue on the same day that his first child, Arnelle, was born.

He had two sons, Jason and Aaren, with his first wife; one of those boys, Aaren, drowned as a toddler in a swimming pool accident in 1979, the same year he and Whitley divorced.

Simpson and Brown were married in 1985. They had two children, Justin and Sydney, and divorced in 1992. Two years later, Nicole Brown Simpson was found murdered.

“We don’t need to go back and relive the worst day of our lives,” he told the AP 25 years after the double slayings. “The subject of the moment is the subject I will never revisit again. My family and I have moved on to what we call the ‘no negative zone.’ We focus on the positives.”

"Sh*t For Brains" Trump Photo Ops With Black Chick-Fil-A Workers!

I know more about the menu than most of you know!

The winners and losers of 2024.

A photo op at a Chick fil A and the far right act like former president Donald J. Trump is the "Blackest" person in the room. The King of White Privilege makes a stop at an Atlanta area Chick fil A to shake hands and mingle with staff.

The interaction, which quickly went viral across social media, showed Trump buying 30 milkshakes and “some chicken” for customers and supporters.

One moment at the fast-food restaurant has caught special attention among conservatives on X, formerly Twitter: Some banter between a Trump and a supporter. Pundits thought the woman, who is Black, was referencing her race as she encouraged the former president, “I don’t care what the media tells you, Mr. Trump, we support you!”
Trump was attending a fundraiser in Atlanta and decided to make a stop at the "lord's chicken."

Chick fil A closes on Sundays. It has also been involved in controversies involving religion and gay rights. The Republicans often tout this company as a part of their relentless culture war fights.

What if President Joe Biden went into a restaurant and mingle with Black workers, crack jokes and make an order paying with his own cash? What would the far right say?

Or what about Vice President Kamala Harris?

Assured, the far right, the Black extremists [Black Isreaelites and Foundational Black Americans] would question her Blackness.

Harris identifies as a Black woman. She and Barack Obama are the first African Americans to hold titles as Vice President of the United States and President of the United States. The far right and Black extremists refuse to acknowledge their Blackness.

Some far right figures question Obama's birthplace (including Trump).

Some question whether former first lady Michelle Obama is a man. They not only disrespected a Black woman but used transphobic noise.

I can imagine the internet troll Benny Johnson would piss in his pants, hop on X to complain about Biden trying to pander to Black voters.

The troll wasted no time trying to exploit the Trump photo op.

Calling a declining billionaire who once called for the death penalty for the exonerated Central Park Five a great man. A man who supported his father in banning Black people from living in Trump properties. The man who said that Neo Nazis and white supremacists are "very fine people." The guy who calls several African Union nations and the Global South "shitholes." The guy who inspired his supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol to stop a transfer of power.

Yeah, Trump is the man of the people. Having affairs. Lying about how much is his net worth. Caving to authoritarians. Allowing thousands if not millions die from a deadly pandemic.

Johnson is calling Trump, the "people's president."

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the fundraiser cost $6,600 to attend, with an additional $25,000 fee per couple for a photo opportunity with the 45th president. Those expected to be in attendance included former U.S. Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, as well as prominent figures of the Georgia business sector, including Bernie Marcus of Home Depot and poultry industry billionaire Tommy Bagwell.

In all, the fundraiser was expected to rake in more than $5 million for the embattled candidate, who currently owes nearly $470 million for his various legal troubles, including cases over hush money and election fraud.

DJ Mister Cee Passed Away!

The spin doctor. DJ Mister Cee passed away.

The legendary deejay  and producer for the Notorious B.I.G. and Big Daddy Kane has passed away.

Did He Did It?

You know people who associated around Sean "Puffy" Combs would mysteriously die or have served time in the lockup. Call me a conspiracy theorist.

Calvin LeBrun, best known as DJ Mister Cee has passed away at the age of 57. His death will be addressed on New York City hip-hop stations as well as LL Cool J's Rock The Bells Radio on SiriusXM.

His current show "The Set It Off Show" on Rock The Bells Radio will be paying tribute to Mister Cee.

Mister Cee was the spin master of Brooklyn. The Finisher as he was known, the Brooklyn native made a name for himself as one of New York's most prominent DJs.

He executive produced the debut albums of Kool Moe Dee and The Notorious B.I.G., and he was the official DJ for rapper Big Daddy Kane.

The New York hip hop radio station HOT 97, who Mister Cee was an important part of, released a statement after learning of his passing.

"As a family at HOT 97 and WBLS, we're deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved Mister Cee. He wasn't just a DJ; he was a pillar of our stations, bringing joy to countless listeners with his legendary Throwback at Noon and Friday Night Live sets," the statement said in part.

Peter Rosenberg, who is co-host of a weekday morning show at HOT 97 and ESPN Radio's 'The Michael Kay Show,' also reacted to the news of LeBrun's death.

Mister Cee also had flaws in his career. He was caught up numerous times with the NYPD.

He was caught soliciting from four transgender prostitutes. It forced him to admit he had an attraction to transgender women. There is nothing wrong with his love life. But as with hip-hop and the street "code", rappers and hip-hop celebrities being gay could be dangerous.

LeBrun was born in Bedford–Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York City. In his high school, he met rapper Big Daddy Kane. After graduation, he worked for several messenger companies, including Airborne Express, until he began deejaying for Kane in the late 1980s. He appeared on the track "Mister Cee's Master Plan" from Kane's 1988 debut album, Long Live the Kane.

In the early 1990s, he gained popularity as a radio DJ, showcasing the music of rising artists. His radio shows Throwback at Noon and Friday Night Live would air respectively on New York radio stations Hot97 and WBLS. During this time, Mister Cee discovered rapper the Notorious B.I.G., otherwise known as Biggie Smalls, after meeting B.I.G. through his DJ 50 Grand. He would help record B.I.G.'s demo and facilitate the deal which got Notorious B.I.G. signed by Sean "Diddy" Combs to Bad Boy Records. Mister Cee also helped develop a new flavor called "Island Punch Finisher" for Tropical Fantasy soft drinks. In 2008, the video game Grand Theft Auto IV featured a realistic Mister Cee character on a rap radio station, "102.7, the Beat".

NPR Slams Own Reporter's Claim They Ignored The Hunter Biden Laptop!

NPR defends its coverage from a far right reporter on its payroll.

What if the Democrats decided to share Tiffany Trump, Barron Trump, Lara Trump, Eric Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Vanessa Trump, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner or Kimberly Guilfoyle's personal pictures, conversations and personal properties in an attempt to destroy former president Donald J. Trump?

What if President Joe Biden decided to exploit Trump's personal issues with his children?

What if the Democrats decided to go after Barron or Tiffany Trump?

What if the Democrats decided to make, Eric, Donald Trump, Jr. and Ivanka Trump's children a campaign issue?

How would Fox, Newsmax, Breitbart, The Daily Mail, The Washington Times, The Washington Examiner, Newsnation, Mark Levin, Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Tucker Carlson, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens, Laura Ingraham, Tomi Lahren, Laura Loomer, Steve Bannon, Jeanine Piro, Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon and Sean "Softball" Hannity react if the Democrats decided to release stolen property from a family member of a Republican U.S. political candidate?

Republicans believe the junk food media deliberately ignored the Hunter Biden laptop.

They seriously believe that Donald J. Trump would have won had the junk food media covered the Hunter Biden controversy. Yes, report on stolen property with unverified claims. Yes, share personal photos, social security numbers and private communications of a private citizens.

Yes, share this to outlets that have nothing but disdain for a U.S. political candidate.

Obviously, stolen property obtained through unknown persons raised red flags. The claim that a private citizen, son of a U.S. political candidate left his laptop [with an external hard drive] at a computer repair shop and not picking it up is fishy. The owner decided to give a private citizen's property to a political operative who was on the feds radar for engaging with operatives of a foreign country. This operative shared it with a company notorious for peddling in conspiracy theories and its writer decided to release it in an attempt at an October Surprise.

Trump who caught the coronavirus in late September but reported it in October was the surprise. His operatives were steadily looking for ways to destroy this candidate.
  • The election being stolen from Bernie Sanders.
  • Biden hiding in his basement.
  • Tara Reade and her sexual assault allegations.
  • The Obama Administration "unmasking."
  • Touchy feeling Joe.
  • Hunter Biden's laptop.
  • Ashley Biden's diary.
  • Kamala Harris ain't Black enough.
  • You're not Black.
  • Two bowls of shit.
  • Biden taking bribes from Ukraine.
  • Biden wearing a mask all the time.
  • Biden racial remarks and his buddy Robert Byrd.
Trump used every trick in the book to undermine Biden. But the pandemic, the economy and inflation doomed his presidency. Even though he was impeached for trying to use his powers to instigate a scandal against Biden, at one time I believed he has a good chance of beating Biden.

Nonetheless, Biden is running against Trump again and the stakes are high.

Trump and his minions are devoted to revenge. They will stop at nothing to destroy Biden even if it means a civil war. Believe them when they are devoting time to culture wars and rollbacks of freedoms.

Uri Berlinger is no whistleblower. He is a conspiracy theorist.

A NPR reporter claims to be a whistleblower. While appearing on conservative propaganda outlet Newsnation, Uri Berliner, a senior business editor at NPR, says the renowned organization doesn’t allow “enough spaciousness to consider all kinds of perspectives” after he published a whistleblower account for The Free Press.

According to the veteran journalist, NPR has become stacked with like-minded people who cater to what he sees as an ever-narrowing, progressive worldview, appealing to a select audience and losing touch with the broader public.

Berliner says NPR's news coverage has fallen short on some of the most controversial stories of recent years, from the question of whether former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia in the 2016 election, to the origins of the virus that causes COVID-19, to the significance and provenance of emails leaked from a laptop owned by Hunter Biden weeks before the 2020 election. In addition, he blasted NPR's coverage of the Israel-Hamas conflict.

On each of these stories, Berliner asserts, NPR has suffered from groupthink due to too little diversity of viewpoints in the newsroom.

You can't break us.

The essay ricocheted Tuesday around conservative media, with some labeling Berliner a whistleblower. Others picked it up on social media, including Elon Musk, who has lambasted NPR for leaving his social media site, X. (Musk emailed another NPR reporter a link to Berliner's article with a gibe that the reporter was a "quisling" — a World War II reference to someone who collaborates with the enemy.)

One thing is clear about this claim of NPR being bias is just plain stupid.

Facts are not liberal bias.

NPR holds a reputation of getting to the facts, presenting evidence and holding those accountable. Conservatives want to push for innuendo, conspiracy theories and disinformation as facts. They don't care if it's truth or fiction.

This guy wants to make NPR a version of Salem Broadcasting. Not happening.

Yeah, Democrats tend to listen to NPR more than talk radio. Public radio offers a take the conservative disagree with. But guess what, this is a free country and if Berlinger wasn't happy with the way of the network, he could dust off his resume and got hired at one of those far right outlets.

Taking A Page!

Privacy matters.
Had they not cooperated with the feds, they would have gotten a five year bid.

Two Floridians are going to federal time out. They tried to pawn off a private journal from the daughter of a U.S. political candidate in an attempt to help an embattled incumbent president win.

The U.S. Justice Department arrested these two and they were found guilty.

A conservative activist group was forced out of business because of it. It's founder is under federal watch and his impact in the 2024 election has waned.

Aimee Harris, 41 a former prostitute was sentenced to one month in federal time out. Harris and Robert Kurlander, 59 stole personal property from Ashley Biden. They engaged with Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon and James O'Keefe to publicly release a journal belonging to Ashley.

Harris pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in August 2022, admitting that she received $20,000 of the $40,000 that was paid by Project Veritas for personal items belonging to the president’s daughter.

Project Veritas was trying to exploit the journal through leaks. It led to the FBI raiding O'Keefe's home as well as several of his employees. O'Keefe was forced out of Project Veritas in 2023. His former partner Hannah Giles took over but left shortly after. Giles is cooperating with the feds on how Project Veritas raised it money and its tactics.

Harris who was staying in an Airbnb found property belonging to Ashley.

Harris contacted a friend who was a staunch supporter of Donald J. Trump. Kurlander thought it would make a huge payday for the both of them.

A tearful Harris apologized for enabling Ashley Biden’s private writings to be sold after she found the diary and other items at a friend’s Delray Beach, Florida, home in 2020, where prosecutors said Ashley Biden believed her items were safely stored after she temporarily stayed there in spring 2020.

You got to pay for your crimes.

“I do not believe I am above the law,” Harris said after a prosecutor urged a prison sentence following her failure to appear at numerous sentencing dates on the grounds that she was consumed with caring for her two children, ages 8 and 6.

“I’m a survivor of long term domestic abuse and sexual trauma,” she told the judge.

Kurlander, who has not yet been sentenced, and Harris, had each pleaded guilty to conspiracy to transport stolen property across state lines.

Defense attorney Anthony Cecutti urged no prison time, citing his client’s traumatic life and her efforts to care for her children while recovering from abuse and violence.

“She carries the shame and stigma of her actions,” he said.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Sobelman urged a prison sentence, saying Harris had exhibited a “pattern of disrespect for the law and the justice system.”

“Ms. Harris is not the victim in this case,” Sobelman said. “Ms. Biden is the victim in this case.”

You can't break us.

He said Harris in the summer of 2020 had stolen Ashley Biden’s diary, a digital storage card, books, clothing, luggage and “everything she could get her hands on” in the hopes she “could make as much money as she could.”

“She wanted to damage Ms. Biden’s father,” he said.

Harris was told to report to prison in July. As she left the courthouse, she declined to speak.

The lawyer for Ashley Biden also declined to comment, though he submitted a letter to the judge on his client’s behalf a day earlier that was not immediately put in the court record.

President Joe Biden and First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden have one daughter together.

Ashley Biden, 42 is a social worker, fashion designer and activist. She and half brother Hunter Biden [Robert] are the only surviving children of the president. Beau Biden [Joesph R. Biden III] died in 2015 and Naomi died in a car crash as an infant. Neillia Biden, the president's first wife died weeks after he was elected as a U.S. Senator.

She only sorry she got caught.

Biden, 81 is the 46th President of the United States. He is the oldest elected. He is seeking a second term. His opponent is 77 year old Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States. Other threat is 70 year old Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Biden faces an uphill climb. With Trump and Republicans motivated by revenge, culture wars and threats of civil war, Democrats need to be united.

Biden's support for Israel is hurting his chances. Democrats want an immediate ceasefire while progressives want an end to military aid for Israel. He is juggling through his support of a regime causing a genocide and a foreign adversary like Russia trying to invade NATO allies with a war in non member Ukraine.

Republicans are using every trick in their dusty playbook to undermine Biden.

The House of Representatives ain't doing much with Republican leadership. They are too busy blaming Biden for everything but not doing a damn thing themselves.

With the election coming, it is important to ignore the noise. I am frustrated with Biden on issues like Israel, the job market and inflation. I hate working two jobs and working check to check. However, with Trump back in, the possibility of a civil war, more chaos and less freedoms.

Trump isn't a man of peace. He vows to repeat Jan. 6 if he doesn't win the election.

Voting for Biden is reluctant but a necessary way to end the noise of MAGA. It will stop folks like Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander from exploiting fear and chaos.

Arizona Enforces The 1864 Abortion Ban!

Arizona Supreme Court is pretty white.

If the Republicans are so pro-life, why do they allow gun violence to kill civilians?

If the Republicans are so pro-life, why would they allow children to go hungry?

If the Republicans are so pro-life, why would they allow families become homeless?

If the Republicans are so pro-life, why would they allow innocent people to die in a genocide caused by a foreign nation that we once referred as an ally?

Those who are pro-life, are hypocrites.

If anyone wants to be angry about Arizona's Supreme Court's decision it should be women. The state Republicans are to blame. The state's Supreme Court is to blame. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) are to blame.

Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Supreme Court chief justice John Roberts, justices Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch are to blame.

The Republicans in the Senate are the blame.

Arizona now joins 14 states that ban abortion including acts of incest, rape or possibly of death. The state Supreme Court ruling Tuesday found that officials may enforce an 1864 law criminalizing all abortions except when a woman’s life is at stake.

The court said enforcement won’t begin for at least two weeks. However, it could be up to two months, based on an agreement reached in a related case in Arizona, according to state Attorney General Kris Mayes and Planned Parenthood, the plaintiffs in the current case.

The law provides no exceptions for rape or incest.

Katie Hobbs angry about the decision.

Under a near-total ban, the number of abortions in the state is expected to drop from about 1,100 monthly — as estimated by a survey for the Society of Family Planning — to almost zero. The forecast is based on what has happened in other states that ban abortion at all stages of pregnancy.

Arizona Sen. Eva Burch, who has had an abortion since announcing on the Senate floor last month that she was seeking one because her pregnancy wasn’t viable, criticized GOP lawmakers who back the ban.

“The fight for reproductive rights is not over in Arizona,” she said, referring to a statewide petition campaign to put the issue on the ballot this fall. “This moment must not slow us down.”

According to AP VoteCast, 6 out of 10 Arizona voters in the 2022 midterm elections said they would favor guaranteeing access to legal abortion nationwide.

Planned Parenthood officials vowed to continue providing abortions for the short time they are still legal and said they will reinforce networks that help women travel out of state to places like New Mexico and California to access abortion.

Democrats blame Kyrsten Sinema for not repealing the filibuster. The independent senator is retiring after mounting pressure.

“Even with today’s ruling, Planned Parenthood Arizona will continue to provide abortion through 15 weeks for a very short period of time,” said Angela Florez, president of the organization’s Arizona chapter.

Arizona State University student Katarina White welcomed the ruling.

“I was overcome by joy and happy to know that all these babies that could potentially be aborted aren’t going to be aborted,” the Tempe resident said. “It just made me really proud to be an Arizonan.”

Brittany Crawford, a mother of three who owns a hair salon in Phoenix, said the high court’s ruling could have far-reaching consequences.

“You are going to have a lot of desperate girls doing whatever they can to get rid of their babies,” Crawford said. “Some could end up dead.”

She herself had an abortion at 18, right out of high school, and said she suffered extreme emotional trauma.

“I still think I should have the right to decide whether I do have a child, or whether I don’t have a child,” she said.

The Center for Arizona Policy, a longtime backer of anti-abortion proposals before the Legislature, said the state’s highest court reached the appropriate conclusion.

“Today’s outcome acknowledges the sanctity of all human life and spares women the physical and emotional harms of abortion,” the group said in a statement.

Kari Lake was a former progressive. Now full blown MAGA, the Republican senate candidate is hoping that her past remarks will be ignored. She has Trump's full endorsement.

Nearly every state ban on abortions has been challenged with a lawsuit. Courts have blocked enforcing some restrictions, including prohibitions throughout pregnancy in Utah and Wyoming.

The Arizona ruling suggests doctors can be prosecuted for performing the procedure, and the 1864 law carries a sentence of two to five years in prison for doctors or anyone else who assists in an abortion.

“In light of this Opinion, physicians are now on notice that all abortions, except those necessary to save a woman’s life, are illegal,” the Arizona Supreme Court said in its decision, adding that additional criminal and regulatory sanctions may apply to abortions performed after 15 weeks.

Jill Gibson, chief medical officer at Planned Parenthood Arizona, said that means legal considerations are now likely to weigh heavily on any decision about abortion.

“It just creates this environment that makes it really impossible for a physician to understand her risk in taking care of her patients,” Gibson said. “Rather than, you know, making clinical decisions based on what my patients are telling me, I will be phoning my lawyers for guidance on what I can do.”

Planned Parenthood said it will continue to offer abortion services up to 15 weeks for at least two more months, in line with an agreement in the related case not to immediately enforce a near-total ban if upheld by the Arizona Supreme Court.

Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, most Republican-controlled states have started enforcing new bans or restrictions, and most Democratic-dominated ones have sought to protect abortion access.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, a Republican, persuaded a state judge in Tucson to lift a restriction on enforcing the state’s 1864 law. Mayes, Brnovich’s Democratic successor, had urged the state’s high court to hold the line against it.

“Today’s decision to reimpose a law from a time when Arizona wasn’t a state, the Civil War was raging, and women couldn’t even vote will go down in history as a stain on our state,” Mayes said Tuesday.

Former Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican who signed the state’s current law restricting abortion after 15 weeks, posted on the social platform X saying that the state Supreme Court’s ruling was not the outcome he would have wanted.

“I signed the 15-week law as governor because it is thoughtful policy, and an approach to this very sensitive issue that Arizonans can actually agree on,” he said.

Trump Turns On Insufferable Graham!

Trump's biggest booster.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Republicans are feuding with each other.

Trump takes aim at Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

When Trump made a public statement about abortion, he did not acknowledge the Republican position. It drew fire from many conservatives including former vice president Mike Pence.

Trump in private despises him and has lead a whisper campaign against him for being closeted.

Trump on Monday pushed back against Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and other conservatives who were critical of his statement on abortion earlier in the day, in which Trump declined to take a position on federal legislation limiting the procedure.

In a lengthy post on Truth Social, Trump wrote that Graham was “doing a great disservice to the Republican Party, and to our Country” and argued others who publicly favor stricter abortion laws were committing political malpractice.

“Terminating Roe v. Wade was, according to all Legal Scholars, a Great Event, but sometimes with Great Events come difficulties,” Trump wrote. “Many Good Republicans lost Elections because of this Issue, and people like Lindsey Graham, that are unrelenting, are handing Democrats their dream of the House, Senate, and perhaps even the Presidency.”

Trump pointed out that Democrats would never approve of any legislation Graham favors restricting abortion and have benefited politically from the push among conservatives to restrict abortion access following the end of Roe v. Wade.

“They love this Issue, and they want to keep it going for as long as Republicans will allow them to do so,” Trump wrote.

The former president went on to criticize Marjorie Dannenfelser, head of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, and other “hardliners” over their handling of the issue in the past two years.

“Lindsey, Marjorie, and others fought for years, unsuccessfully, until I came along and got the job done,” Trump wrote. “Then they were gone, never to be heard from again, until now. We cannot let our Country suffer any further damage by losing Elections on an issue that should always have been decided by the States, and now will be!”

Trump said he wished he never endorsed Graham.

Trump released a video statement Monday morning taking credit for ending Roe and expressed support for certain exceptions: rape, incest and to protect a mother’s life. He argued Republicans ultimately must be able to win elections, brushing back calls from some groups for him to embrace a national ban and endorse a specific limit.

“This 50-year battle over Roe v. Wade took it out of the federal hands and brought it into the hearts, minds and vote of the people in each state,” Trump said. “It was really something. Now it’s up to the states to do the right thing.”

While the comments predictably prompted a wave of attacks from Democrats, who noted Trump was siding with states that had enacted severe restrictions on abortion and imposed punishments for doctors who performed the procedure, some conservatives were also critical.

Trump’s former vice president, Mike Pence, called the statement “a slap in the face to the millions of pro-life Americans who voted for him in 2016 and 2020.”

Graham, who has previously introduced a bill to ban abortion after 15 weeks, said he respectfully disagreed with the former president’s position and would continue to advocate for a federal limit on abortions after 15 weeks, with exceptions.

Dannenfelser, whose group had been lobbying Trump to endorse a 15-week ban, said it was “deeply disappointed” in Trump’s announcement.

But in a sign of Trump’s hold on the conservative base, Dannenfelser said her group will “work tirelessly to defeat President Biden and extreme Congressional Democrats.”

Trump has even turned on insufferable member Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO). While at Mar-a-Lago, Boebert got really drunk and was constantly trying to be around him.

Mike Turner: GOP Members Are Running On Kremlin Energy!

Ohio Republican Mike Turner says his party has too much time on their hands to believe facts.
The infighting.

The winners and losers of 2024.

Ohio Republican calls out his conference members for their neverending usage of Russian propaganda in their shameless quest to impeach President Joe Biden.

The Russian propaganda includes:

  • Republicans and their refusal to allocate additional military funding for Ukraine.
  • Claiming that NATO is the reason for Russia's aggression towards the West.
  • Believing Ukraine should give up territory to ease tension with Russia.
  • Believing that Federation president Vladimir Putin is strong on the world stage and Biden is weak.
  • Believing that Steele Dossier was the reason for a federal investigation into former president Donald J. Trump and his allies.
  • Believing that Michael Flynn and George Papadopoulos were not involved in Russian propaganda.
  • Claiming honey traps Natalia Veselnitskaya and Maria Butina were not involved in a Russian influence campaign.
  • Believing that Julian Assange was rightful in releasing stolen DNC and John Podesta emails.
  • Believing that Edward Snowden [granted Russian citizenship] is a patriot for stealing classified documents and releasing them to the public.
  • Believing that Rudy Giuliani had obtained the Hunter Biden "laptop" from a Delaware computer shop owned by a legally blind owner.
  • Trying to encourage Tara Reade [who fled to Russia] to testify under oath that in 2019 the Department of Justice tried to "silence" her when she made her first allegations on then private citizen Joe Biden and her later allegations on presumptive nominee Biden. Using her claims that President Joe Biden and the FBI are "weaponized" against her.
  • Using the murder of Seth Rich to claim that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee stole information and gave it to Wikileaks. Claiming that Rich knew that the DNC deliberately sabotaged the primary elections against Bernie Sanders and he blew the whistle.
  • Using information from "fake journalist" John Solomon and crackpot lawyers Victoria Toensing and Joseph diGenova.
  • Believing that Paul Manafort was unfairly attacked by the federal government when he was subjected to the Robert Mueller probe.
  • Believing that Alex Jones, Roger Stone, Sean "Softball" Hannity and Tucker Carlson are journalists.
  • Using a fake informant named Alexander Smirnov with claims of bribery committed by Biden and son Hunter Biden.
  • Pushing for conspiracy theorist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as an alternative to Biden.
These are some of the things I've detailed. Republicans have used these allegations and straight up bogus claims they've parroted from X, Meta, Alphabet and ByteDance. The claims come from trolls, the unknown journalist and a here and there blog.

Russia and Israel clearly have a role in election interference in 2024.

Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), the longtime porker from the Dayton suburb of Centerville went to GOP Sundays to call out the usual insufferables for using Kremlin propaganda.

Turner is a notorious lawmaker for earmarks [pork barrel] projects and adultery.

He is also the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

Turner said Sunday that Russian propaganda has taken hold among some of his House Republican colleagues and is even "being uttered on the House floor."

"We see directly coming from Russia ... communications that are anti-Ukraine and pro-Russia messages, some of which we even hear being uttered on the House floor," Turner, chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said in an interview on CNN's "State of the Union."

Turner was talking about the laziest member of the Insufferable Caucus.

"There are members of Congress today who still incorrectly say that this conflict between Russia and Ukraine is over NATO, which of course it is not," he added.

Turner's office did not immediately respond to NBC News' request for clarification about which members of Congress he was referring to.

His comments come on the heels of remarks House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul made this week about how Russian propaganda has taken root among the GOP.

McCaul, a Texas Republican, told Puck News that he thinks "Russian propaganda has made its way into the United States, unfortunately, and it’s infected a good chunk of my party’s base."

Turner and McCaul each tied Russia and its leader, Vladimir Putin, to other authoritarian leaders, including President Xi Jinping of China and Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea.

"[The propaganda] makes it more difficult for us to really see this as an authoritarian versus democracy battle, which is what it is," Turner told CNN, adding, "President Xi of China, Vladimir Putin himself have identified as such."

McCaul described explaining to colleagues that the threat of Russian propaganda is similar to threats made by other U.S. adversaries.

"I have to explain to them what’s at stake, why Ukraine is in our national security interest," he said. "By the way, you don’t like Communist China? Well, guess what? They’re aligned [with Russia], along with the ayatollah [of Iran]. So when you explain it that way, they kind of start understanding it."

The committee chairs' remarks about Russian propaganda came as they spoke about the need for Congress to approve more military aid to Ukraine.

"Ukraine needs our help and assistance now, and this is a very critical time for the U.S. Congress to step up and provide that aid," Turner told CNN.

The House in recent months has stalled on efforts to pass Ukraine aid, with Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA)refusing to put an aid package the Senate passed in February that would provide resources to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan on the House floor.

Last week, Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) said on NBC News' "Meet the Press" that he had commitments from Johnson and McCaul that they would allow a bipartisan Ukraine military aid package to advance to a vote.

Rep. French Hill (R-AR) echoed this point on CBS' "Face the Nation" Sunday morning, saying he believes Johnson will bring Ukraine aid to the floor "immediately after completing the work on [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] and FISA's extension — that deadline of April 19 makes it a priority for the first few days we're back."

"I believe he's fully committed to bringing it up to the floor immediately thereafter," Hill added.

But Bacon also warned that Johnson could face a vote to oust him from the speakership if he moves forward with Ukraine aid.

On Sunday, Turner downplayed the notion that Johnson's position was at risk over Ukraine aid.

"I don't think he's at any risk," Turner said. "I think that what people have been referring to as the 'chaos caucus,' those individuals who are seeking attention for themselves and trying to stop all of the important work in Congress, are now seen as merely disruptive."

Democrats have signaled that they could join several Republicans in helping to save Johnson's speakership if a motion to vacate, such as the one filed by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) just before the House left for a two-week Easter recess, were brought to a vote.
