Another school shooting in the United States. Once again, students trying to learn and grow having to deal with gun violence. A place where you are supposed to be safe is no longer valid.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

The shooter is motivated within seconds to take out as many people as he/she can.

What to do to protect your life.

1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.

2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

Tennessee passed a controversial law requiring children not to be in the presence of drag queens. They also outlawed abortion. They have consideration to ban transgender children from getting required hormones and treatment.

Culture wars that have nothing to what's really going on in the U.S. in general.

Seven people including the terrorist are dead from the latest mass shooting (or school shooting).

The Nashville Fire Department said earlier on Twitter that it responded to the Covenant School, which is listed as a Christian elementary school with a preschool department, according to its website.

“We can confirm we have multiple patients,” the department said. “[T]his is an active scene.”

Deadly mass shootings everyday.

Metro Nashville Police Department confirmed that an “active shooter” event took place at the school and that the shooter was engaged by police and is now dead.

WKRN also reported that ATF agents were on the scene to assist local authorities.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has special agents and additional personnel responding to the scene at this time. They confirm, along with MNPD, that there is no active threat to the public currently.

Hillsboro High School, Julia Green Elementary and Percy Priest Elementary are on lockout as precaution until police clear the area.

At noon local time, the Metro Nashville Police Department also confirmed the "active shooter event" on Twitter and said the suspect "was engaged by MNPD and is dead." It wasn’t immediately clear whether the shooter died by suicide or was shot by police.

The names and ages of the victims and the gunman were not immediately released. 

What happens when a Black person shoots a white person?

They obviously go to jail and are judged by the junk food media agitators for having some fault in their life. It is common that the far right wants Black America to condemn the actions of one Black extremist, one Black criminal or one Black politician.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanics and Asians shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, extremists often promote disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox and they force it into national news.

Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.

With Republicans in charge of the House of Representatives, the only thing they'll offer to every mass shooting is "thoughts and prayers", "our hearts going out to", "the good guy with a gun", and their most common phrase "now it's not the time to politicize these tragedies."

The ban of semiautomatic rifles and bump stock assortments has always been a a problem. 

Republicans refuse to support the ban of these type of weapons.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However one Democrat and one independent who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

Pras Got A Lot Of Trouble Coming!

Pras faces 30 years in funnelling foreign money.

The former Fugees rapper Pras Michel is facing another federal sandwich. He has faced a federal charge for trying to pressure Washed Up 45 to drop an investigation into Jho Low, an associate of the rapper and former president.

Low and Michel were charged two years ago in federal court in Washington, D.C., with allegedly illegally funneling millions of dollars of Low’s money to support the 2012 presidential campaign of then-President Barack Obama.

The new indictment also accuses Michel and Low of conspiring to commit money laundering related to the foreign influence campaigns, the Justice Department said. Michel is additionally charged with witness tampering and conspiracy to make false statements to banks.

Pras is now labeled a foreign agent.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The DOJ alleged that between June 2012 and November 2012, Michel aided in the illegal transfer of approximately $865,000 from foreign entities into the Barack Obama 2012 presidential campaign. The DOJ alleged that these funds were disguised as purportedly legitimate contributions, but were stolen from the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB). Ultimately, the DOJ alleged that $21 million in foreign campaign contributions were funneled into the 2012 US presidential election to benefit "Candidate A". The Washington Post and The New York Times identified "Candidate A" as Barack Obama.

In June 2021, Pras was charged by a federal grand jury for running a back-channel campaign to get the Washed Up 45 administration to drop an investigation of Jho Low and the 1MDB investment company.

He was also accused of advocating for the extradition of a Chinese dissident, Guo Wengui, from the United States. In the plea documents of former DOJ employee George Higginbotham, Pras was accused of paying Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy and others to have Guo extradited to China. Though unnamed in the filings, Pras is "easily identified" due to linked cases and confirmation from sources close to the case. Pras "vehemently and unequivocally" denied accusations related to Higginbotham's case.

As of 2021, due to the charges against him, Pras cannot travel internationally. In January 2022, The Fugees cancelled their planned international reunion tour, citing the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Chicago mayoral runoff is going to be a challenge between a former school official who has the backing of the police union and county official who has the backing of the teacher's union.

Vallas who is backed by moderate Democrats and some Republicans and Johnson who is backed by progressive Democrats. 

Paul Vallas is gaining momentum and it appears that Brandon Johnson is going to "Nina Turner" his campaign. He will have Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) campaign for him a week before the election.

Sanders said he backed Johnson because the Chicago Teachers Union organizer “understands the struggle of working people.”

“(Johnson) is not afraid to stand up for strong unions and make big corporations and the rich pay their fair share to invest in affordable housing, quality health care, better schools and good jobs,” Sanders said in a statement.

Mind you, Sanders and his bombastic politics has turned off voters. It can happen again with him complaining about Vallas being backed by billionaires. Sanders will not focus on Chicago dealing with crime, population loss and economic development. He will say things that sound great in speeches but not possible of passing in a bitterly divided Congress. He will use the same tired tactics of painting an opponent as the establishment. 

He leveled these allegations against President Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH) and New York mayor Eric Adams.

Former candidates Ja’Mal Green, Willie Wilson and Ald. Roderick Sawyer have endorsed Vallas.

Eighteen City Council members reelected on Feb. 28 have endorsed Vallas, including Ald. Michelle Harris (8th Ward), Ald. David Moore (17th Ward), Ald. Derrick Curtis (18th Ward), Ald. Anthony Beale (9th Ward) and Ald. Emma Mitts (37th Ward), who backed Vallas, the former CEO of the Chicago Public Schools, on Thursday.

All had endorsed Mayor Lori Lightfoot before the Feb. 28 election, and she won all of their South and West Side wards but finished third overall. Harris served as Lightfoot’s City Council floor leader and Rules Committee chair, and Mitts chairs the License and Consumer Protection committee. Beale was one of Lightfoot’s harshest critics.

Ald.-elect Bennett Lawson (44th Ward) and 11th Ward Ald. Nicole Lee, who faces a runoff on April 4, have also endorsed Vallas.

Chicago Fire Fighters Union Local 2, which represents Chicago’s rank-and-file paramedics and firefighters, joined the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7, the union that represents Chicago’s rank-and-file police officers, in backing Vallas.

“Local 2 endorses Paul Vallas for mayor because he will put the needs of Chicago’s firefighters, paramedics and all first responders first,” said Local 2 President Jim Tracy. “We know he understands the challenges our firefighters and paramedics face given his experience in government and as the proud father of a Chicago firefighter.”

In addition to the firefighters and police unions, Vallas has the support of Plumbers Local 130, Operating Engineers Local 150, IBEW Local 134 and IBEW Local 9.

Johnson has the support of three unions affiliated with the Service Employees International Union, as well as the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 31, known as AFSCME, and the Chicago Teachers Union.

He goes after Jonah Hill, the actor and comedian who starred in the motion picture 21 Jump Street with Channing Tatum.

Hill is a non practicing Jewish actor and Ye decided to make remarks about how talented a Jew actor is. Ye has met Jonah Hill in the past.

“No one should take anger against one or two individuals and transform that into hatred towards millions of innocent people,” Ye wrote. “No Christian can be labeled antisemite knowing Jesus is Jew. Thank you Jonah Hill I love you.”

Ye’s newest post is a reversal from his previous antisemitic statements on social media and in interviews which have since led to major companies and labels cutting ties with the rapper including Adidas, which terminated the production of his Yeezy branded products, Balenciaga, his talent agency The Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Gap, Foot Locker, MRC Entertainment and more.

In October 2022, Ye came under fire after tweeting he would soon go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE,” making an apparent reference to the U.S. defense readiness condition scale known as DEFCON.

His antisemitic rhetoric prompted him to be locked out of his Instagram and Twitter accounts.

The artist also tweeted that he was “starting to think anti-Semitic means Nigger.” He also came under fire for his praise of Adolf Hitler during an Infowars appearance with host Alex Jones.

After watching 21 Jump Street, Ye said he loves the Jews.

Ye has previously stated that he believed slavery was a choice and called the COVID-19 vaccine the “mark of the beast,” among other incendiary comments. He also was criticized for wearing a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt to his Yeezy collection show in Paris.

Demonstrators in Los Angeles had unfurled a banner on a freeway overpass praising Ye’s antisemitic comments at the time, which prompted an outcry on social media from celebrities and others saying they stood with Jewish people.

His Instagram account contains no other posts besides the one announcing his newfound love of Jewish people paired with an image of the “21 Jump Street” poster.

They haven't played Ye's music much on radio stations. He was dropped from Def Jam. He lost his endorsement with Adidas. He lost his modeling career. He is divorced from Kim Kardashian. He owes $300,000 in child support. He is being sued by his former business partners who he bilked millions out of. 

He is too toxic.

His association with Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes and Washed Up 45 doomed his career.

Washed Up 45 Dog Whistles In Waco, Texas!

Washed Up 45 holds a rally in Waco. The deadly siege at the David Koresch compound happened 30 years ago.

The former president decides to hold a rally in a city on the anniversary of a deadly incident.

Washed Up 45 picking Waco, Texas, for the first rally of his 2024 campaign Saturday will put him in the middle of a big Republican state that has reliably delivered him big crowds.

It will also put him not far from the grassy prairie where a standoff in 1993 between U.S. law enforcement and Branch Davidians infamously resulted in the deaths of more than 80 members of the religious cult and four federal agents.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the siege, which continues to hold deep symbolism and is still viewed by survivors of the compound as an act of unwarranted government intrusion.

Washed Up 45, who is facing the possibility of becoming the first president in U.S. history to be indicted, hasn’t nodded to Waco’s past since first announcing the rally last week. Campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said the decision to hold the event at Waco’s regional airport was ideal because the city was “centrally located and close” to some of Texas’ largest cities.

Washed Up 45 amping up violent rhetoric.

The Houston Chronicle’s editorial board accused Washed Up 45 of “stoking the fires of Waco” in a column published this week.

But there is no doubt the former president picked solidly Republican territory in Waco, where he won surrounding McClennan County by more than 20 points in 2020. The city includes Baylor University, the nation’s largest Baptist university, and is the headquarters of “Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines’ home decorating empire.

City officials said this week they were ready for the rally.

“It’s a lot of eyes, national attention,” said Jonathan Cook, Waco’s director of parks and recreation.

The Waco standoff was a notable event. For some far-right extremists and militia groups, the siege has become a touchstone over the decades, most notably the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that happened on the same day two years after the raid. A Virginia man charged with joining the mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol allegedly told an undercover agent that his property could turn into “Waco 2.0” while expressing concerns over new firearm regulations, according to a federal court filing.

The Waco siege, also known as the Waco massacre, was the law enforcement siege of the compound that belonged to the religious cult Branch Davidians. It was carried out by the U.S. federal government and Texas state law enforcement between February 28 and April 19, 1993. The Branch Davidians were led by David Koresh and were headquartered at Mount Carmel Center ranch in the community of Axtell, Texas, 13 miles (21 kilometers) northeast of Waco. Suspecting the group of stockpiling illegal weapons, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) obtained a search warrant for the compound and arrest warrants for Koresh as well as a select few of the group's members.

I am heartbroken by the devastating tornadoes that hit the Deep South. African Americans make up 35% of Mississippi's population. The National Weather Service may confirm that a series of tornadoes destroyed the northern towns and cities of the state.

I am going on a limb by saying it was as bad as the Dayton, Tuscaloosa, Joplin and Jefferson City, Missouri tornadoes.

President Joe Biden was notified while in Ottawa, Canada with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He will issue a federal emergency order. 

Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Tate Reeves, Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS), Sen. Cindy Hyde Smith (R-MS), Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), Rep. Michael Guest (R-MS), Rep. Trent Kelly (R-MS) and Rep. Mike Ezell (R-MS) were notified.

Rolling Fork and Silver City were wiped off the map.

Search and rescue operations were underway in Sharkey and Humphreys counties, Mississippi's Emergency Management Agency said. The agency issued a series of tornado warnings in counties throughout the state.

About 70% of these communities are African American. On top of that, there some of the poorest communities in the South where the median income is under $40,000.

On estimate, about 40 people have died in this.

The fatalities are reported in Sharkey, Humphreys, Carroll, and Monroe counties, according to state officials.

Thirteen people died in Sharkey County, coroner Angelia Easton told ABC News. Jose Watson, a Mississippi Highway Patrol trooper, said one person died in Silver City, in Humphreys County.

A FEMA team is en route to assist the state. The Department of Homeland Security also said it is offering assistance to Mississippi communities impacted by the tornado.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the communities in Mississippi that have been struck by the devastating tornadoes. I have spoken with Governor @tatereeves, @SenatorWicker, @SenHydeSmith, and Congressman @BennieGThompson. Through @FEMA, DHS will provide support to the impacted communities as we work together to respond and recover from this disaster," Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said in a Tweet.

These lawmakers are so devoted to praying and not taking the initiative to curb greenhouse gases and emissions that are making these weather events more deadlier.

These communities probably had no tornado sirens and many did not have adequate emergency services to prepare citizens for the event of a disaster.

This deadly weather event will bring Biden to Mississippi not a train derailment in Ohio which didn't kill anyone. It has affected the lives of East Palestine and rural Ohio and Pennsylvania but it was not warranted for the president to visit.

Gov. Mike DeWine did not want Biden or Washed Up 45 there. 

The former president did a campaign stop to troll Biden for not visiting. There were over 20 train derailments and Biden did not visit. This one was politicized by Republicans to distract Americans. They opposed funding Ukraine so they needed East Palestine as a wedge issue.

Natural disasters and man made tragedies like mass shootings drive political leaders into these communities. These photo ops don't really solve problems. It literally delays first responders from doing their jobs.

Notice the Republicans are not rushing to say use firearms and looting in the wake of this.

When Hurricane Ian hit Florida, Republicans and Gov. Ron DeSantis were issuing warnings to those who loot. It was specifically about Black people.

Many of these communities and the capital of Jackson have a large Black population. 

Republicans do not care about them. For them, it's crime and Democrats running them into the ground.

The folks in Northwest Georgia need to see whether she is delivering results. 

I mean what will it take for Republicans and Democrats to stop allowing bombastic politicians dominate the news and their agendas.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) visits the federal inmates involved in the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. 

Greene was heckled after visiting the federal time out. 

She called the protesters "paid actors" who were evil.

"As you can see, there’s paid protesters here today," Greene said as the sound of chaos rang out in the background outside the D.C. jail where Jan. 6 defendants are behind bars. The noise seemed to come entirely from a single demonstrator. "And they can whistle and say everything they want but we will not be deterred. We do not care about them because they work for evil," Greene declared.

In a subsequent tweet, the MAGA firebrand said the protester, who was wearing a mask and glasses, "needs to be arrested, and we tried to have him arrested."

She alleged that he "tried multiple times to assault me and other members."

She tried to call the law on the protester. How Karen of her. 

No one was arrested.

By the way, she posed with Chaya Raichik, the infamous social media influencer known as Libs of TikTok. She was permanently banned on the platform. She supports banning TikTok in the United States. 

Internet trolls believe powder sent to Alvin Bragg was staged.

Raichik does operate a Twitter, a Facebook and Truth Social to spread hate. Fox and other outlets have given her unnecessary attention. Fox even claims her platforms are popular.

Raichik had tried to "visit" Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). 

Appearing on the steps of the Cannon Building this week, Raichik said she wanted to ask the congresswoman "why she lied about me" and "get some answers."

Raichik knocked on the Democrat's office door, a staff member said she wasn't there.

The aide also denied Raichik's request to speak to a staff member about the Democrat's tech policy.

Ocasio-Cortez is a bombastic politician as well as Greene. 

They both get death threats and protesters. 

Ocasio-Cortez was stalked by far right agitators and also Greene when she was a nobody. 

Greene and Ocasio-Cortez sit on the same committee but never engage with one another.

Several far right agitators believe the suspicious powder sent to Manhattan, New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg was staged.

Facebook, YouTube and Twitter allowed him back on these platforms and of course his own Truth Social, which he is constantly ranting and sharing controversial content.

A busy morning on social media for Washed Up 45 was capped with a post suggesting the leads of four different investigations into his conduct be removed from their post.

Washed Up 45’s comments follow significant advances in each investigation.

Fani Willis, who is trying to make PERFECT phone calls into a plot to destroy America, but reigns over the most violent Crime Scene in America, and does nothing about it!” the former president wrote in a post on his social media site.

Bragg is set to meet Monday with a grand jury assembled to hear evidence in a case reviewing whether Washed Up 45 broke the law in organizing and concealing a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

The former president last weekend predicted he would be arrested Tuesday in connection with the probe — a date that has come and gone as the grand jury continues their closed-door meetings.

Special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing an investigation into the mishandling of records at Mar-a-Lago as well as the effort to stop the transition of power after the 2020 election, also just scored a major court victory. An appeals court backed a lower court ruling ordering Washed Up 45’s attorney in the Mar-a-Lago probe, Evan Corcoran, to turn over documents and transcripts of calls to prosecutors. 

The ruling pierces the attorney-client privilege between Corcoran and the former president, with the lower court judge determining the communications are not privileged since they may have occurred in furtherance of a crime.

An envelope containing a suspicious letter and white powder was sent to Bragg on Friday.

A New York Police Department spokesperson said the substance was deemed “non-hazardous” but declined to comment further on the matter. When asked about the item, the FBI in a statement said it was responding to an incident in Manhattan involving “a suspicious letter.”

Early Friday morning, Washed Up 45 said Bragg seeking charges against him could result in “potential death & destruction.”

The U.S. government recommended seven years for Pennsylvania woman who rioted at the U.S. Capitol. She ended up getting three years in federal time out as well as three years of in house. The woman was convicted of inciting a mob and trespassing.

Riley J. Williams will forever have the tag of far right extremist. Her actions not only ruined her reputation, but wherever she goes, it will be a crowd of cameras, protesters and shame.

The 24 year old far right extremist was sentenced. The woman shows little remorse for her actions.

Williams was "obsessed" with white nationalist Nick Fuentes was sentenced Thursday to three years in prison for storming the U.S. Capitol and directing a mob toward the office of then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, where another rioter stole a laptop.

In delivering the sentence, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson called Riley Williams' actions “utterly reprehensible."

Williams, federal prosecutors argued at trial in November, "led an army" up a set of stairs toward Pelosi's office and was present when rioters swiped the laptop Pelosi, D-Calif., kept in her conference room and used for “all her Zoom meetings."

Williams’ federal public defender, Lori Ulrich, said that while Williams might have “distasteful” beliefs, she was a young woman equipped with only a “cellphone and her fuzzy zebra bag” who even posted at one point that she was “STORMING THE WHITE HOUSE” when she was, in fact, in the legislative branch. Williams, her defense argued, “wanted to be somebody.”

At the hearing ahead of her sentencing, Williams said she is embarrassed watching the actions of the “young and stupid girl” she now sees in all of those videos. She said she is now “a responsible woman” and had been “addicted to the internet since before I can remember.”

But Assistant U.S. Attorney Samuel Dalke argued that Williams was not some “impulsive Gen-Z gadfly” or "the Forrest Gump of January 6." Williams “participated in domestic terrorism, plain and simple.” Dalke said.

Williams was ultimately convicted on six counts: felony civil disorder, resisting and impeding certain officers and four misdemeanor charges. The jury deadlocked on a count of obstruction of an official proceeding, as well as on the question of whether Williams aided and abetted the theft of Pelosi’s laptop.

At the sentencing hearing, Jackson, the judge, rejected the defense’s suggestion that Williams' youth, height and gender diminished her guilt.

Jackson said Williams, 23, acted “like a coxswain” when she directed the mob and used her small size as an asset.

“I’ve been told she’s a little girl,” Jackson added, while noting that Williams is the same age as Fuentes and just a few years younger than the youngest member of Congress. Jackson also said Williams is the same gender and about the same height as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., former Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Williams apologized before her sentencing, saying she’s embarrassed by the “young and stupid” person she sees in the videos she’d watched of herself at the Capitol. She said she’s now a “responsible young woman” and realized that she had been “addicted to the internet since before I can remember.”

Jackson had ordered Williams remanded after the verdict, saying she had “no confidence whatsoever” that Williams had respect for the rule of law.

Federal prosecutors had sought 87 months, or more than seven years, in federal prison, arguing that such a sentence would hold Williams accountable "for her outsized and chilling participation in — and furtherance of — the chaos and violence" at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

“Everywhere she went, Williams acted as an accelerant, exacerbating the mayhem. Where others turned back, she pushed forward. When officers blocked her path, she recruited other rioters, especially larger men wearing helmets and body armor, gathered them together, and pushed them forward like a human battering ram, using the mob as a weapon to break through the police lines. The officers she faced off with were among those injured,” they wrote in a sentencing memo.

“Then, in the 12 days between the riot and her arrest on January 18, 2021, Williams repeatedly destroyed evidence and tried to evade law enforcement officials: She deleted her social media and communication accounts, instructed others to delete messages and take down videos from the internet, reset her iPhone, switched cellular phones, and used advanced software to wipe her computer,” they wrote.After the storming of Pelosi's office, Williams yelled at officers inside the Capitol rotunda, “F--k you. We’ll remember your f-----g face," and "You’re a traitor. You’re a traitor to this country," prosecutors said. She later bragged that she was "right in front of the police calling them traitors" and that she pushed up against police. Williams spent about 90 minutes inside the building and then climbed on top of a tactical police vehicle when she left, they wrote.

“I’ve been told what I did was wrong by everybody but in my heart and soul I know what we did was patriotic and what is right and anybody who says otherwise should be condemned," Williams wrote to her dad, who traveled with her to Washington on Jan. 14, 2021, prosecutors said.

Williams' attorneys requested a sentence of a year and a day in federal prison.

"A sentence of 12 months and 1 day is reflective of the seriousness of Ms. Williams’ conduct of January 6th and provides just punishment for what she did on that day," they wrote. "It also is reflective of Ms. Williams’ characteristics — particularly her youth and lack of appropriate parental guidance, and takes into account that she has no criminal history."

In a letter to the court, Williams' fiancé said she was "addicted to the internet" before Jan. 6 and "seeking attention and [affirmation] from anyone she could." She became a better Christian, he wrote, and now just wanted to be "a mother, wife, and a servant to God." She wants to home-school her kids, Ian Hoyt Franz wrote, and teach them to be "virtuous, honorable, and loving." She also wants to raise sheep for their wool and cows for milk.

"When Riley is finally done and able to return home I plan on marrying her and starting a life together. Buying some land and getting her those sheep," Franz wrote. "How much more does she have to go through? I don't know how long Riley needs to be away for, but no matter the time me and her family will patiently wait for her release."

Her mother wrote that Williams "longs for a simple life" and that her dream is to have "a home on a large plot of land, a large family, lots of vegetables and fruits growing in a garden, and farm animals to raise for their own consumption."

Williams, her mother wrote, "realized what a blessing it was to be forced off the internet" after she was arrested and "found other interests, such as crocheting."

American actor Steven Seagal is a foreign agent for the Russian Federation. He works and lives in the country. He is also a critic of the U.S. government and supports the federation's invasion of Ukraine. The federation is trying to get weapons from China, Iran and North Korea. It believes that the sanctions crippled their economy.

Its president (dictator) Vladimir Putin has been adamant the West and its attempts to drive Russia from its occupied claims.

President Joe Biden and most world leaders support Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the president of Ukraine. They believe Russia has committed war crimes by this invasion, seizure of land and torture of civilians.

Segal is now offering his training skills to inexperienced men who are being forced to serve. Many of the men who are serving have no military experience and are losing their lives to a senseless war.

While unconfirmed, it appears that over 100,000 Russians and nearly 200,000 Ukrainians died in this war.

Seagal told Russian government news agency Tass, “It is important that the development of Aikido proceed at a faster pace” among recruits in the Russian Armed Forces, which have been facing monumental troop losses as the war with Ukraine drags into its second year.

Russia has dubbed Seagal “Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry on Cultural Issues.” Those issues now apparently include training Russian soldiers in hand-to-hand combat.

According to the Aikido Association of America, the martial art focuses on bringing “peaceful resolutions” to conflicts. If that doesn’t work, there’s always the “comprehensive system of throwing, joint-locking, striking and pinning techniques, coupled with training in traditional Japanese weapons such as the sword, staff and knife.”

Ray Epps: The Republicans And Fox Were My Life! Now, I Can't Support Them!

A Washed Up 45 supporter was vilified as a federal informant by Republicans and the far right. He was a participant of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol in 2021. He was criminally charged and yet the far right believe was an instigator.

An Arizona man at the center of a right-wing conspiracy theory about the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack on Thursday called on Fox News host Tucker Carlson to publicly retract his “false and defamatory statements” alleging that he was secretly working with the federal government during the attack.

Ray Epps became a target of far-right allegations that claimed he was working with the federal government and sought to provoke violence during the Capitol attack.

In a letter to Carlson and Fox News general counsel Bernard Gugar, Michael Teter, a lawyer for Epps, said the Fox News host “persists with his assault on the truth” by pushing “fanciful notions” regarding Epps’ involvement in the Capitol attack that have “demonstrably (and already proven to be) false.”

Teter demanded that Carlson and Fox News publicly retract the claim that Epps was working for the federal government during the events of Jan. 6, 2021, and the claim that Epps “acted as an instigator or provocateur of the insurrection.”

“We expect that you will give the same airtime in retracting these falsehoods as you spent amplifying them,” Teter wrote. “Further, Mr. Carlson and Fox News must issue a formal on-air apology for the lies you have spread about Mr. Epps.”

Teter said that Epps and his wife have been “subjected to threats, intimidation and harassment, resulting in significant economic and emotional damages” as a result of Carlson and other Fox News hosts promoting the conspiracy theory.

Teter noted that Carlson and other Fox News officials are currently under scrutiny over Dominion Voting Systems’ $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against the network. Dominion, which sued Fox in March 2021, accuses the network of defamation and alleges it boosted conspiracy theories it knew were false, including that Dominion equipment was used to rig the 2020 election for Joe Biden.

Arguments in the Dominion case were heard in hearings this week on dueling motions seeking pretrial rulings. A judge will soon decide how much of Dominion’s case heads to a jury next month.

“Recent revelations from the Dominion Voting lawsuit may help explain why Fox News has allowed the falsehoods about Mr. Epps to continue to spread, and be amplified, through its network,” Teter wrote. “But fear of losing viewers by telling them the truth is not a defense to defamation and false light.”

A spokesperson for Fox News did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment.

Epps was seen on video the night of Jan. 5, 2021 asking other people to “go into the Capitol” the next day before others began chanting “Fed, Fed, Fed” at him. In video from Jan. 6, Epps shouted to those nearby: “OK, folks, spread the word! As soon as the president is done speaking, we go to the Capitol. The Capitol is this direction,” PolitiFact reported.

The video gained significant attention among some prominent conservatives in Congress. In addition to being spread by Fox News, the Epps conspiracy theory was featured in right-wing outlets such as One America News and Carlson’s Jan. 6 documentary series “Patriot Purge.”

The House committee that investigated the Capitol attack in the last Congress dismissed the Epps conspiracy theory. The panel last year said Epps told committee members in an interview that he was not a federal agent. 

Epps also told the committee that the “crazy” conspiracy theories he is a target of have torn apart his life. He said that he received death threats, his business suffered, people have shown up at his house and his grandchildren were being “picked on at school” because of the allegations. 

“We had a tour bus come by our home and our business with all these whacked out people in it,” Epps said in an interview with the Jan. 6 committee. “There are good people out there that was in Washington. Those aren’t the people that’s coming by our house. This attracts — when they do this sort of thing, this attracts all the crazies out there.”

Republican Kari Lake will be forced to pay for the court costs after her latest attempt to overturn the results of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election. This notorious election denier is a danger to democracy.

Lake lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs. 

Hobbs is the current governor of the state. Since her win, she has stepped up her security due to threats on her life.

Lake, continues to deny that she lost the election and has inflicted an army of trolls to harass Hobbs and it has prompted sanctions.

The Arizona Supreme Court has given her one of seven in series of complaints that are a waste of time. The complaint challenges how the Maricopa County recorder applied its signature verification policies during the election. The Supreme Court said since it was a challenge of application, not the policies themselves, it could move to a trial court. The Supreme Court won’t hear the case.

As for the other six challenges, the Supreme Court said they were focused on the proceedings in the trial court and were made on “insufficient” grounds. Also in the Supreme Court’s order were possible sanctions for Lake’s claim that “35,563 unaccounted-for ballots were added to the total of ballots at a third-party processing facility.”

Lake has argued that elections officials failed to follow the law when they declared Hobbs won the race for governor in November. A trial court and the Court of Appeals had thrown out Lake’s legal claims. The Supreme Court did not make any judgment as to whether Lake’s claim would succeed.

Lake, who lost to Hobbs by just over 17,000 votes, was among the most vocal 2022 Republican candidates promoting Washed Up 45’s election lies, which she made the centerpiece of her campaign. While most other election deniers around the country conceded after losing their races in November, Lake did not. In her challenge, the former TV anchor focused on problems with ballot printers at some polling places in Maricopa County, home to more than 60% of the state’s voters.

The defective printers produced ballots that were too light to be read by the on-site tabulators at polling places. Lines backed up in some areas amid the confusion. Lake alleged ballot printer problems were the result of intentional misconduct. County officials say everyone had a chance to vote and all ballots were counted because those affected by the printers were taken to more sophisticated counters at election headquarters. In mid-February, the Arizona Court of Appeal rejected Lake’s assertions, concluding she presented no evidence that voters whose ballots were unreadable by tabulators at polling places were not able to vote.
