I never seen the show for two reasons. One, I am not a fan of reality television. Two, I don't watch cable television.

Okay, the country's most popular reality series Duck Dynasty has a huge fan base. The Robertson family who wacky antics which is covered by the A & E network. The cast is facing some huge controversy.

Phil, the patriarch of the Robertson family is facing some huge flack after he made statements about homosexuality in which he said the following in the men's magazine GQ, "Everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong… Sin becomes fine. Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men."

"Don't be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won't inherit the kingdom of God. Don't deceive yourself. It's not right."

Phil added, "It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me. I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man. It's just not logical."

Yeah, that got the A & E to pull the trigger on him. He was suspended indefinitely from Duck Dynasty.

That caused a huge blow to the program. Because without him, the show is pretty much on its death null.

And the way it's going,  A & E may pull the plug on the show entirely.

The Robertsons' owned business makes products for duck hunters, primarily the duck call named Duck Commander.

The Robertson men, brothers Phil, Si, and Phil's sons Jase, Willie, and Jep, are known for their long beards.

The business began in a family shed, where Phil Robertson spent 25 years making duck calls from Louisiana cedar trees.

His son Willie is now the CEO of the company. The family was previously featured on the series Benelli Presents Duck Commander and its spin-off Buck Commander, which still airs on the Outdoor Channel.

The show has broken several ratings records on both A&E and cable television as a whole; the fourth season premiere drew 11.8 million viewers, the most-watched nonfiction cable telecast in history.

Now the racist right is livid over the Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil being suspended from the show after he spoke those controversial statements about the LGBT community.

The racist right is pissed over this. They plan an all out boycott against the A & E network.

Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX), King Hippo, Palin Da Ass, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win and That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall, and Loserville are working into overdrive. The overdrive has gotten our attention over at Journal de la Reyna.

I know that Phil is entitled to his opinions. He wasn't on the program expressing his opinion. But since he signed the contract, he represents A & E. The network has an image. They want those who are a part of the network to represent them positively.

Yeah, I think he's gotten a bum rap after this.

Last year, Mike Huckabee, former Republican presidential candidate went to the radio asking for support of fast food company Chick Fil A after its CEO made controversial statements about the LGBT community.

But business is business and you're obligated to doing what the network asks or you're out!

But again, I have no issues with the LGBT community. They want to live their lives in peace and harmony.

They're not hurting me or anyone else. They want to the freedom to marry. Let them.

Black Conservative: You "BLACK PEOPLE" Better Quit Whining About Slavery!

Tea Party invokes slavery again!

Some Black extremist claims that "US BLACK FOLK" are still whining about how we're not getting our fair shake. So it's fair for Black Republicans to use the term "slavery" when it comes to their freedoms being violated. But for the rest of "US BLACK FOLK" who are a little bit more rational, we're not allowed to say it!

Like it's our fault that the economic gap between races is still unequal.

To the Black Republicans, they believe that it's President Barack Obama's fault for the high unemployment in the Black community. Despite over 70 years of achievements and failures, "US BLACK FOLK" are still living in a country where we're the bottom and those who aren't Black are at the top.

Black Republicans don't want to hear about their party being "RACIST". It drives them nuts. White conservatives are the same. They want to say condescending things without being called "RACIST".

The point of the matter is that in one breathe, Black Republicans want to blame the Democratic Party for the economic woes of "US BLACK FOLK". They believe they are SOLELY responsible for the Civil Rights Act. They keep forgetting that those damn Democrats were the ones who integrated the military. They passed the Civil Rights Act. They elected twice the first Black president.

Anything else?

The Huffington Post reports that a New Mexico county tea party leader has sparked controversy by tweeting a meme Wednesday that strongly suggests blacks use the dark legacy of slavery in America for "bitching and moaning about how the world owes them a living."

On the 148th anniversary of the end of slavery, Glynis Racine of the Lincoln County Tea Party Patriots tweeted the following and deleted it shortly thereafter:

ProgressNow also slammed the tweet in a press release.

"In an apparent attempt to contribute to our modern understanding of American history, the tea party leader reminds followers that early American slavery included African and non-African people alike," wrote the group. "But her quest for 'facts' includes her own assertion that all African-Americans are 'bitching and moaning' about how the world owes them a living.”

“Glynis is exactly the type of fear mongering leader Fox News and the conservative movement push to the front of their movement," said Patrick Davis of Progress Now New Mexico. "They shouldn’t be surprised they are having a hard time recruiting blacks, Hispanics or reasonable people of any color to their side.”

Though she deleted the tweet, Racine defended herself, saying it was time to "move on" from slavery.

The Lincoln County Tea Party Patriots and representatives for TeaParty.org, a national tea party site, did not immediately return requests for comment from The Huffington Post.

The tweet comes at a particularly bad time for conservative groups, which were thrust into the unflattering national spotlight during last week's budget deal negotiations.

In a press conference about the budget deal, House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) slammed the Republican Party's more conservative sects, calling their unwillingness to compromise with Democrats "ridiculous," and accusing them of "misleading their followers."

As Boehner said, "Frankly, I just think they've lost all credibility."

Boehner, you can't control your own party! Why do you have an opinion?

The guy who was at the Million White Bigots March in October returns back to file a lawsuit against President Barack Obama and the National Security Administration.

Larry Klayman the former leader of Judicial Watch is back in the spotlight suing the government over the NSA scandal. He gets into a heated debate with CNN's Don Lemon. Lemon was so pissed with this jackass, he cut his mic off.

Earlier this year, American contractor Edward Snowden handed the United States an embarrassment when he leaked out information about its spy programs. They wiretapped foreign leaders and done collections of American cell phone users.

That caused a major controversy. President Barack Obama and the spy agencies are pissed at Snowden.

They want his head on a platter. The president has an icy relationship with the Russian Federation.

President Vladimir Putin isn't too happy over the US spying on him and foreign leaders. So in order to poke a finger at Obama, he offered Snowden, one year of asylum. The government is hoping to extract more from him in the coming years. But as Snowden's year rounds up, he has to find a home.

He wants Brazil to offer asylum. He'll take the offer if they accept the information he'll tell about the US spying on the country.

Larry Klayman is the guy who wants to soak in the controversy. He was at the government shutdown rally with Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Palin Da Ass telling the people that the president needs to stop reading the Q'uran and come out with his hands up.

Many conservatives dismiss this guy as a tort litigant and nuisance. He's known in the White extremists circles for his ongoing lawsuits over Obama's citizenship.

Klayman was on CNN to discuss the NSA ruling by a federal judge and the criticism of him. Klayman goes right after Lemon for being a "leftist" Obama supporter and embarrassment to journalism.

Lemon didn't want none of that. He warned Klayman that if he can't respond to the criticism and the NSA ruling and the criticism, he was done.

Walmart Worker Goes Bonkers When He Loses A Promotion!

A former Walmart employee opens fire on his rival after he was rejected for the employee of the month award.

Willie Mitchell is a certified idiot. Obviously he didn't expect the cameras were rolling when he approached a Deerfield Beach woman's vehicle. He didn't think that a few rounds through the window would be a big deal.

After all, she didn't deserve the award. He did!

He worked his ass off helping the customers. How the hell is another person gonna get the credit for the hard work he's done?

How can she take my award?

I'm going to get her ass for doing me like this!

That's the mentally insane thoughts that went through his mind when he attacked on Sonia Diogene's vehicle.

Even she believed he deserve the credit. Obviously we see why he didn't get the award!

Now he's lost his job. He's got a restraining order against him. He will fork out a lot of money to replace the vehicle and for that gun crime he'll probably get up to five years in the iron college.

Rich Kid Got Off A Vehicular Homicide Charge!

Ethan Couch got probation. He was under the influence when he killed four people. He came from a privileged family and the family is pissed that he may have gotten off because of that.

The nation is talking about Ethan Couch avoiding time in the iron college because he was not a "bad kid".

The teen was drunk when he was on a Texas road and he involuntarily killed four people after causing a wreck. His reckless actions were passed off because he's suffering from "'affluenza".

He also injured some of his best friends. One being paralyzed in a vegetative state. I guess he was "joy riding" with is six friends after they stole beer from Walmart. They were traveling in the rural Tarrant County when the crash happened. This incident injured over 12 people.

So I guess the nation is pissed about how the elite can buy their way out of the iron college.

The truck that Couch drove plowed over four people and injured his friends who rode the back.

It worked for so many people. Check out George Zimmerman for example. He beaten three chances at being in the iron college this year and he's working on his fourth. This young man is probably looking forward to a decade of watchful eyes as he's getting pampered with riches.

Ethan Couch is from Fort Worth and his parents are pretty well off. They managed to hire a great legal team.

That legal team managed to say that if this kid wasn't so rich, he would be that reckless in his decision. So they said that it's the parents' fault. The parent didn't teach the boy how to respect the road.

CNN reports that the judge assigned to the case sentenced Couch to 10 years probation but no jail time, he's a defendant in need of treatment.


The decision disappointed prosecutors and stunned victims' family members, who say they feel that Couch got off too easy. Prosecutors had asked for the maximum of 20 years behind bars.

"Let's face it. ... There needs to be some justice here," Eric Boyles, who lost his wife and daughter, told CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" on Wednesday night.

"For 25 weeks, I've been going through a healing process. And so when the verdict came out, I mean, my immediate reaction is -- I'm back to week 1. We have accomplished nothing here. My healing process is out the window," he said.

He reportedly testified that the teen's family felt wealth bought privilege, and that Couch's life could be turned around with one to two years of treatment and no contact with his parents.

Couch was sentenced by a juvenile court judge Tuesday. If he violates the terms of his probation, he could face up to 10 years of incarceration, according to a statement from the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office.

Judge Jean Boyd told the court she would not release Couch to his parents, but would work to find the teen a long-term treatment facility.

"There are absolutely no consequences for what occurred that day," said Boyles. "The primary message has to absolutely be that money and privilege can't buy justice in this country."

His wife, Hollie Boyles, and daughter, Shelby, left their home to help Breanna Mitchell, whose SUV had broken down. Brian Jennings, a youth pastor, was driving past and also stopped to help.

All four were killed when the teen's pickup plowed into the pedestrians on a road in Burleson, south of Fort Worth. Couch's vehicle also struck a parked car, which then slid into another vehicle headed in the opposite direction.

Two people riding in the bed of the teen's pickup were tossed in the crash and severely injured.

One is no longer able to move or talk because of a brain injury, while the other suffered internal injuries and broken bones.

"There is nothing the judge could have done to lessen the suffering for any of those families," said defense attorney Scott Brown, CNN affiliate KTVT reported.

"(The judge) fashioned a sentence that is going to keep Ethan under the thumb of the justice system for the next 10 years," he said. "And if Ethan doesn't do what he's supposed to do, if he has one misstep at all, then this judge, or an adult judge when he's transferred, can then incarcerate him."

Earlier on the night of the accident, June 15, Couch and some friends had stolen beer from a local Walmart.

Three hours after the crash, tests showed he had a blood alcohol content of 0.24, three times the legal limit, according to the district attorney's office.

"We are disappointed by the punishment assessed but have no power under the law to change or overturn it," said Assistant District Attorney Richard Alpert. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and we regret that this outcome has added to the pain and suffering they have endured."

It is very rare, but not impossible, for prosecutors to challenge the sentence on the ground that it was too lenient, CNN legal analyst Sunny Hostin said.

Jean Boyd is a Texas judge got death threats after imposing a light sentence against a teen who killed four people in a drunk driving incident. The teen comes from a rich family and many felt that the privilege can buy their freedom.

"To give him a pass this time given the egregious nature of his conduct -- four deaths -- is just incomprehensible," she said.

It is unfair that other young defendants without the same wealth could end up in jail for a lot less, said Hostin, of CNN's "New Day" morning show.

"I think in terms of policy, this really flies in the face of our criminal justice system," she said. "There have to be consequences to actions, and that is what our system is about, even for juveniles."

Hey just think if his name was Jamarcus Couch and he came from a Black middle class family. He would drive his mom's car and end up killing a person. I bet That Guy Who Helped Obama Win would make a huge deal out of this. He would blame President Barack Obama for the actions of the teen.

Hey why don't we make it a Hispanic young man named Raul Couch, and he was coming from a home where his parents were drug addicts and he would be a career criminal under 18. He would steal a car and take a few beers from his parent's home. He kills someone and the racist right would be hoping he'll get the gas chamber.

You need to get your ass off the media wagon. Please. Stop and think about how you in the news isn't going to be positive whatsoever. The Raw Story reports that this asshole is selling his personal artwork. People are actually bidding on the piece.

No matter what you do, you're a murderer of a child. And despite you and the racist right's accusations of Trayvon Martin, that boy didn't have nothing but an ice tea and a bag of Skittles. He didn't hit over the head with a fucking rock.

Who would ever buy anything from the nation's most hated individual?

Obviously, some racist was interested in this man's bored artwork. The individuals bidding on this bored art have the utmost respect and support Zimmerman. They seriously believe that he was innocent of killing that teenager..

This bored artwork has the media talking. It's confirmed that Zimmerman is planning on selling his first-ever painted work on eBay and has already attracted nearly 100 bids – and just short of $100,000 – in an auction that ends early Monday morning.

Zimmerman’s brother, Robert Zimmerman Jr. says the auction is legitimate and the artwork is authentic.

The 18-inch-by-24-inch canvas shows a rippling American flag in close-up, painted in light and dark blue hues, with the words “God, One Nation, with Liberty and Justice for All,” painted in white letters on the darker stripes.

The painting’s seller is listed as “therealgeorgez,” and it’s described as the “first hand painted artwork by me, George Zimmerman.”

“Everyone has been asking what I have been doing with myself,” reads the item description. “I found a creative, way to express myself, my emotions and the symbols that represent my experiences. My art work allows me to reflect, providing a therapeutic outlet and allows me to remain indoors :-) I hope you enjoy owning this piece as much as I enjoyed creating it. The bidding opened at $50, plus an additional $40 for expedited shipping.

Zimmerman was acquitted in July for the 2012 shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

After his acquittal, Zimmerman has had several brushes with the law but was not charged in a domestic violence case against his estranged wife, and his girlfriend recanted her allegations against him in another domestic violence case.

The girlfriend and her mother described Zimmerman as a desperate, depressed man living under intense pressure since his acquittal on second-degree murder and manslaughter charges.

After his most recent arrest, Zimmerman told a judge he had only $144 and $2.5 million in debt.

His former attorney, Mark O’Mara, said he thought most of that debt was owed to him and another attorney, Don West, who represented Zimmerman during his murder trial.

A well-wisher expressed love and support for Zimmerman in a question posted on the eBay auction, telling him there were many people on his side, and the artist replied.

Queen Bey Goes Platinum And Gets Banned At Target!

Platinum selling album is banned in Target.

Beyonce Knowles is the queen of pop. She is aiming high off the charts. The pop singer reached platinum with over 1 million digital downloads of her self-titled fifth album.

Okay, the list of platinum selling acts in the hip-hop genre include Drake, Lil' Wayne, Kanye West, Eminem, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, and now Beyonce.

People were downloading that album at such a fast pace, she was declared platinum by RIAA.

The album garnered acclaim from critics who commended its experimental production and Knowles' vocal ability. In the US, Beyoncé debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with three-day sales of 617,213 digital copies, giving Knowles her fifth consecutive number-one. It became her highest first-week sales of her solo career, and the best-selling debut week for a female artist in 2013. "XO" was chosen as the lead single for both the U.S. and worldwide; while "Drunk in Love" is being released to urban radio in the US only.

Also her former sponsor is not carrying her album. The album release is coming out before Christmas and Target is not carrying the album.

The company kind of pissed that Beyonce didn't announce the digital buy through their website.

The Huffington Post reports that the Minnesota based company decided to not sell her album.

Target has opted out of selling "Beyonce" at its stores once iTunes' exclusive sale ends after Dec. 18, according to Billboard. Retailers are expected to have the album on shelves by Friday, Dec. 20, but it likely won't come with any bonus material or exclusive content.

"At Target we focus on offering our guests a wide assortment of physical CDs, and when a new album is available digitally before it is available physically, it impacts demand and sales projections," Target spokesperson Erica Julkowski told Billboard. "While there are many aspects that contribute to our approach and we have appreciated partnering with Beyonce in the past, we are primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats. At this time, Target will not be carrying Beyonce's new self-titled album 'Beyonce.'"

A representative from Target was not immediately available for further comment.

Back in 2011, Beyonce partnered with Target for the release of "4" with a deluxe version of the album. At the time, Target’s vice president of entertainment, John Butcher, told The Hollywood Reporter that the superstar singer had saved some of her favorite tracks just for the retail chain.

This time around, Beyonce's only target was her fans.

She released her self-titled album on Dec. 13 without any promotion or fanfare. The work came complete with 14 songs and 17 videos, making it an immersive "visual album."

"Now ... it's all about the single and the hype," Beyonce said. "It's so much that gets between the music and the artist and the fans. i felt like I don't want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it's ready and from me to my fans ... I would make my best art and just put it out."

The 32-year-old is certainly is doing just fine without Target. "Beyonce" has already shattered records selling 828,773 copies over the weekend. It's set to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard chart.
