A white man murders a healthcare CEO in broad daylight, uses an opportunity to make a point about the unfairness in insurance providers. He is arrested and hailed as a hero. The far right chastises the public because of it.

The conservatives care about transgender Americans going to the restroom.

They care about single parents who are unable to work because of their children's needs. 

They care about overweight people being models, internet celebrities and visible.

They care more about Israel than the U.S. 

And it seems like Black men are failing into the trap of culture wars.

There's too many times that Big Snoop hit the blunt too hard.

He irked Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris, MAGAland, The Game and now Dave Blunts.

Davion Blessing known professionally as Dave Blunts, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, and internet personality. He is best known for his 2024 single, The Cup, which went viral in late 2024.

He is morbidly obese. He weighs over 500lbs. He admits it. He isn't ashamed about his weight. His family and girlfriend love him as he is.

He began recording and releasing music in 2018.

After contemplating quitting music in late 2023, Blunts began uploading videos to TikTok in 2024, quickly gaining popularity. He released three projects between February and March, as well as the single "The Cup" in April, which received support from rapper Lil Yachty. Blunts later signed to the Los Angeles label Listen to the Kids. On June 28, 2024, Blunts released his debut studio album Well Dude Here’s My Thing.

In December 2024, a video of Blunts performing at a concert commemorating late rapper Juice Wrld went viral. The video shows Blunts performing while sitting down and using an oxygen tank. Fans expressed concerns for the rapper's health and discomfort at watching his struggle on stage. During the performance, he also directed criticism towards Snoop Dogg, who had previously attacked Blunts in an Instagram post.

Big Snoop trolling sparked a feud with upcoming rapper.

In a November social media post, Snoop Dogg shared footage of the rapper sitting down while rapping his song, “The Cup,” where he raps that he’ll never put down his styrofoam companion.

“Well put down the chicken wings and Tata chips Nefew,” Snoop reacted, adding, “That chair gone break soon.” Blunt took to Snoop’s comment section replying, “Damn Unc.”

One of his biggest performances to date, this weekend’s 4th Annual JUICE WRLD DAY in Chicago — honoring the late rapper who died in 2019 — found Dave hitting the stage, again, sitting during his performance. It was then that he asked the crowd if they had a problem with him sitting down for his set, to which they had no objections.

“Exactly, get the f**k off my d**k, Snoop Dogg,” he yelled to the crowd. As for Snoop, he found the statement comical, adding that he apologized for his initial comments.

While Snoop has promised to leave the situation alone, others have also expressed concerns for the up-and-comers health due to him using an oxygen tank during the performance. Many also emphasize that it isn’t about him being overweight, as Hip-Hop has produced plenty of heavyset rappers, but rather his need for medical assistance to get through a performance.

Snoop Dogg, the owner of Doggystyle Records and Death Row Records is preparing for his joint collaboration album with former co founder Dr. Dre.

The album title Missionary will be released on Death Row and Aftermath Entertainment with Dr. Dre being the executive producer.

The two also will launch the Gin & Juice beverage company.

Big Snoop is an internet troll as well. He often post on X or Instagram and it usually goes viral.

His time also is served as a celebrity judge on NBC's The Voice. He is hoping he will get his name on the Hollywood Walk of Fame or induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame soon.

Cincinnati Police And The Feds Nab Three In Interstate 471 Daniel Carter Beard Bridge Arson!

Three people set fire to playground equipment which lead to a massive fire on a Cincinnati freeway bridge.

Interstate 471 is a five mile freeway connector that covers Cincinnati, Ohio and Newport, Kentucky. The freeway begins at Interstate 71 near downtown Cincinnati and heads south towards the Interstate 275 beltway and the U.S. Highway 27 junction in Highland Heights, Kentucky.

The freeway carries 50,000 vehicles a day.

The freeway crosses the Ohio River at the Daniel Carter Bridge. 

The Ohio River is the gateway to the South.

Last month a major fire broke out at Sawyer Point Park. Someone set fire to playground equipment and it spread into a massive fire that ended up melting the girders underneath Interstate 471.

The southbound lanes were closed due to the need for extensive repairs. On December 10, 2024, local news reported that three individuals were arrested for causing the fire.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges carry up to 20 years in the iron college, repayment to the Ohio Department of Transportation, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the city of Cincinnati, the EPA and owners of vehicles damaged by smoke or debris.

If convicted they will have a TIER III Arsonist Label.

Two of the three was named.

Kaitlen Hall, 24, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of obstruction of justice, Cincinnati Fire Department Chief Frank McKinley said in a press conference Tuesday afternoon.

Hall is accused of giving investigators “purposefully misleading and false statements during questioning in an official law enforcement investigation for a crime of aggravated arson,” on Nov. 21, Hamilton County court documents reveal.

McKinley would not give further details regarding where Hall was arrested or if she was caught on video after the Nov. 1 fire.

Another suspect, Zachary Stumpf was arrested around 9:10 p.m. on Dec. 10.

Stumpf is accused of “intentionally setting a fire on a playground located under an interstate overpass, creating a substantial risk of severe physical harm to motorists above,” Hamilton County court records reveal.

Previous information provided by the city’s vice mayor said there were four arrests.

Mayor Aftab Pureval clarified in the press conference that the arrest was not connected with any homeless encampment, adding that there has been misinformation spread about the investigation.

The suspects were not homeless.

Nikki Giovanni Passed Away!

Nikki Giovanni, a famed poet, lecturer and activist passed away.

A notable Black queen has passed away. A woman who pushed for equality and liberation in these troubling times.

Nikki Giovanni, the poet, author, educator and public speaker who went from borrowing money to release her first book to spending decades as a literary celebrity who shared blunt and conversational takes on everything from racism and love to space travel and mortality, has died. She was 81.

Giovanni, subject of the prize-winning 2023 documentary “Going to Mars,” died Monday with her lifelong partner, Virginia “Ginney” Fowler, by her side, according to a statement from friend and author Renée Watson.

“We will forever feel blessed to have shared a legacy and love with our dear cousin,” said Allison (Pat) Ragan, Giovanni’s cousin, in a statement on behalf of the family.

The author of more than 25 books, Giovanni was a born confessor and performer whom fans came to know well from her work, readings and other live appearances and her years on the faculty of Virginia Tech, among other schools. Poetry collections such as “Black Judgement” and “Black Feeling Black Talk” sold thousands of copies, led to invitations from “The Tonight Show” and other television programs and made her popular enough to fill a 3,000-seat concert hall at Lincoln Center for a celebration of her 30th birthday.

In poetry, prose and the spoken word, she told her story. She looked back on her childhood in Tennessee and Ohio, championed the Black Power movement, addressed her battles with lung cancer, paid tribute to heroes from Nina Simone to Angela Davis and reflected on such personal passions as food, romance, family and rocketing into space — a journey she believed Black women uniquely qualified for, if only because of how much they had already survived. She also edited a groundbreaking anthology of Black women poets, “Night Comes Softly,” and helped found a publishing cooperative that promoted works by Gwendolyn Brooks and Margaret Walker among others.

For a time, she was called “The Princess of Black Poetry.”

“All I know is the she is the most cowardly, bravest, least understanding, most sensitive, slowest to anger, most quixotic, lyingest, most honest woman I know,” her friend Barbara Crosby wrote in the introduction to “The Prosaic Soul of Nikki Giovanni,” an anthology of nonfiction prose published in 2003. “To love her is to love contradiction and conflict. To know her is to never understand but to be sure that all is life.”

Giovanni’s admirers ranged from James Baldwin to Teena Marie, who name-checked her on the dance hit “Square Biz,” to Oprah Winfrey, who invited the poet to her “Living Legends” summit in 2005, when other guests of honor included Rosa Parks and Toni Morrison. Giovanni was a National Book Award finalist in 1973 for a prose work about her life, “Gemini.” She also received a Grammy nomination for the spoken word album “The Nikki Giovanni Poetry Collection.”

In January 2009, at the request of NPR, she wrote a poem about the incoming president, Barack Obama:

Giovanni had a son, Thomas Watson Giovanni, in 1969. She never married the father, because, she told Ebony magazine, “I didn’t want to get married, and I could afford not to get married.” Over the latter part of her life she lived with her partner, Fowler, a fellow faculty member at Virginia Tech.

She was born Yolande Cornelia Giovanni Jr. in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was soon called “Nikki” by her older sister. She was 4 when her family moved to Ohio and eventually settled in the Black community of Lincoln Heights, outside Cincinnati. She would travel often between Tennessee and Ohio, bound to her parents and to her maternal grandparents in her “spiritual home” in Knoxville.

As a girl, she read everything from history books to Ayn Rand and was accepted to Fisk University, the historically Black school in Nashville, after her junior year of high school. College was a time for achievement, and for trouble. Her grades were strong, she edited the Fisk literary magazine and helped start the campus branch of the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee. But she rebelled against school curfews and other rules and was kicked out for a time because her “attitudes did not fit those of a Fisk woman,” she later wrote. After the school changed the dean of women, Giovanni returned and graduated with honors in history in 1967.

Giovanni relied on support from friends to publish her debut collection, “Black Poetry Black Talk,” which came out in 1968, and in the same year she self-published “Black Judgement.” The radical Black Arts Movement was at its height and early Giovanni poems such as “A Short Essay of Affirmation Explaining Why,” “Of Liberation” and “A Litany for Peppe” were militant calls to overthrow white power. (“The worst junkie or black businessman is more humane/than the best honkie”).

“I have been considered a writer who writes from rage and it confuses me. What else do writers write from?” she wrote in a biographical sketch for Contemporary Writers. “A poem has to say something. It has to make some sort of sense; be lyrical; to the point; and still able to be read by whatever reader is kind enough to pick up the book.”

Her opposition to the political system moderated over time, although she never stopped advocating for change and self-empowerment, or remembering martyrs of the past. In 2020, she was featured in an ad for presidential candidate Joe Biden, in which she urged young people to “vote because someone died for you to have the right to vote.”

Her best known work came early in her career; the 1968 poem “Nikki-Rosa.” It was a declaration of her right to define herself, a warning to others (including obituary writers) against telling her story and a brief meditation on her poverty as a girl and the blessings, from holiday gatherings to bathing in “one of those big tubs that folk in chicago barbecue in,” which transcended it.

The far right celebrates the man who chokeholds an unarmed Black man while the far left celebrates the man who shot and killed an unarmed white man who was a company executive for the nation's largest healthcare insurance firm.

Both suspects were white.

Expect more chaos as President Joe Biden wraps up and President Donald J. Trump gets back in.

Oh, if a person of color murders anyone based on race, politics or systematic injustices, I will not condemn it. I will say that it only just the beginning.

The man who chokehold Jordan Neely was acquitted of his murder. However, he will face the civil courts now that the criminal charges are over. 

The civil issue will hopefully put restrictions on the man from selling books, appearing on television and earnings obtained post trial.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black. They conclude that a Black person who is mentally ill or experiencing an emergency should be restrained or shot by the police or a good samaritan. The far right believes the actions should be justified.

On May 1, 2023, in New York City,  Neely, a 30 year old homeless American man, died after being put in a chokehold by a United States Marine Corps veteran. 

Neely's death prompted protests and a broader debate around the propriety of the white man's actions.

Being homeless, a Michael Jackson impersonator, a mentally ill person and a repeat offender with NYPD justifies death. What a world we live in!

Daniel Penny, a white man placed a chokehold on Neely after the deceased had a mental health issue. His chokehold was trained by the U.S. Marine Corps.

Israel is notorious for using those tactics on Palestinians. Most of the time, they get away with murder. Penny might as well move to Israel to avoid a civil trial.

After all, he's white, privileged and probably willing to do it again. Its because he knows he got Trump, Republicans and the conservative agitators backing him.

He will be the new Kyle Rittenhouse.

The New York prosecutors couldn't muster enough evidence to put this scumbag in the iron college. 

Alberto Vázquez, a freelance journalist who witnessed the incident, said that Neely removed his jacket and aggressively threw it to the floor, in response to which other passengers moved away from him. Vázquez said that he did not witness Neely assaulting anybody. Other witnesses reported fearing death from Neely's actions, which including his throwing trash at other passengers and approaching people. Penny then approached Neely from behind and put him in a chokehold.

The incident took place on the New York City Subway in Manhattan. Sometime after 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 1, 2023, Neely boarded a northbound F train at the Second Avenue station just before it departed for the Broadway–Lafayette Street station. Penny was in the same train car, planning to go to a gym. Vázquez told The New York Times that Neely began screaming, "I don't have food, I don't have a drink, I'm fed up. I don't mind going to jail and getting life in prison. I'm ready to die." Another witness heard Neely say, "Someone is going to die today." Penny said that Neely repeatedly threatened to kill other passengers. Vázquez said that Neely was frightening but had not assaulted anyone. Other witnesses said that Neely made "half-lunge movements" at other passengers and was within "half a foot of people", and recalled fearing for their lives. A mother with a child testified that Neely charged at passengers, and she shielded herself and her child behind a stroller, believing she might die. Prosecutors later highlighted a witness saying that Neely's actions felt common to him due to him frequently interacting with and witnessing outbursts on public transit. Conversely, defense attorneys quoted a witness stating that she had been riding the subway for years but had never encountered a person who "put fear into" her as much as Neely did. Prosecutors stated that Neely was high on synthetic marijuana and suffering from mental illness at the time of the incident. Defense attorneys stated that Penny initially ignored Neely, but acted after he saw Neely approach the mother and son hiding behind a stroller while saying "I will kill."

Police questioned Penny after the incident but released him without charges a few hours later. On May 3, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg confirmed that his office had begun an investigation into Neely's death. Also on May 3, the medical examiner's office determined the manner of death to be homicide, stating that Neely died from "compression of neck (chokehold)". The medical examiner made the determination after performing an autopsy and watching cell phone video of the incident, but did not wait for results from a toxicology report. On May 11, 2023, Bragg's office announced that Penny would be charged with second degree manslaughter, which carries a penalty of between five and 15 years in prison.

On May 12, 2023, Penny turned himself in to police for arrest and was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court. Since he had not been indicted by a grand jury, he chose not to enter a plea, and was released from custody on $100,000 cash bail. He was required to surrender his passport and instructed to not leave New York without approval.

A grand jury was impaneled on May 31 to hear Bragg's case against Penny. On June 14, 2023, he was officially indicted by the grand jury. At a second arraignment on June 28, 2023, the grand jury's indictment was unsealed, revealing a charge of criminally negligent homicide in addition to second-degree manslaughter, giving the trial jury the option to convict on a lesser charge. A second-degree manslaughter conviction would require the prosecution to prove the defendant knew the potential to cause death, and acted recklessly. A criminally negligent homicide conviction would require proof that the defendant's actions unjustifiably risked Neely's death, but without awareness of the danger.

After the arraignment, the district attorney's office released a list of evidence to be given to the defendant's attorneys. Items included witness statements, cellphone videos from at least two witnesses, and surveillance video. An extended video of the incident was captured by a European couple that later returned to Europe. The couple met with prosecutors remotely, but declined to provide their footage or testimony. Defense attorneys alleged that the prosecution was not making a good-faith attempt to secure the evidence.

On January 17, 2024, the presiding judge, Maxwell Wiley, denied a request by Penny's legal team for a dismissal of his charges. The trial began with jury selection on October 21, 2024. During jury selection, nearly all prospective jurors reported having prior knowledge of the incident. Opening statements in the trial began on November 1.

The two other men who helped to restrain Neely were not charged.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant Manhattan District Attorney Dafna Yoran. During the trial, prosecutors acknowledged that Penny acted to protect others, calling his efforts "laudable", but alleged that he acted recklessly in applying a chokehold against Neely for several minutes. They alleged that Penny attempted to render Neely unconscious, but knew that he was applying his chokehold improperly, resulting in Neely's continued struggling and eventually death. Defense attorneys argued that Penny attempted to maintain a hold to restrain Neely, rather than render him unconscious, and was forced to continue it due to Neely's struggling. They also argued against the medical examiner's determination of a homicide, citing a pathologist's testimony stating that Neely died from a combination of factors, including his sickle cell trait, a schizophrenic episode, struggling with Penny's restraint, and intoxication from K2 synthetic marijuana.

Closing arguments were delivered on December 2, 2024. On December 3, jury deliberations got underway. Jurors were instructed to consider the top charge of manslaughter before considering the charge of criminally negligent homicide. They were also instructed to determine whether Penny's actions were responsible for Neely's death, and if so, whether his actions were reckless and unjustified.

On December 5, 2024, a wrongful death suit was filed into the New York Supreme Court by Jordan Neely's father, Andre Zachary, on the grounds of negligence, assault, and battery.

On December 6, 2024, Judge Wiley dismissed the manslaughter charge against Penny following a jury deadlock. Penny was found not guilty of the remaining charge of criminally negligent homicide on December 9. After the verdict was delivered, Penny went to a Manhattan bar with his legal team to celebrate.

A suspect is arrested in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson.

The suspect was arrested in Pennsylvania. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The suspect faces state and federal charges. New York itself could be LIFE without any graduation from the iron college. The U.S. will push for the DEATH card which is likely given how he was using equipment styled to a mafia hit.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, President-elect Donald J. Trump, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, New York City mayor Eric Adams and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro were notified.

Thompson was murdered in broad daylight as he exited a local hotel in Manhattan. The suspect went elusive for over a week.

He made a mistake which got the feds zeroing in on him. 

He used the wifi at an Altoona, Pennsylvania McDonald's.

Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old Ivy League graduate from a prominent Maryland real estate family, had a gun believed to be the one used in last Wednesday’s shooting of Thompson, as well as writings suggesting anger with corporate America, police said.

Customers inside the restaurant saw a guy acting weird and told workers. The workers would call the police to report the possibility of the killer being inside.

He had with him a gun and silencer similar to the one used in the shooting, a three-page manifesto, and a fake ID with the same name as the one that the alleged shooter used to check into the Manhattan hostel. The suspect was identified and arrested on local charges in Altoona relating to the gun, but has not yet been charged in relation to the killing. According to a local senior police officer, the manifesto carried by the suspect explicitly mentions UnitedHealthcare, highlights the company's size and significant revenue, and criticizes healthcare companies for prioritizing profits over patient care. The manifesto also reads, "I do apologize for any strife and trauma, but it had to be done", and that "These parasites had it coming".

Two Altoona Police officers walked in and apprehended the suspect without any bullets being fired. What makes this a movie, one of the arresting officers is a rookie.

“A Pennsylvania resident saw something early this morning and said something to our local police,” Shapiro said.

“In some dark corners, this killer is being hailed as a hero. Hear me on this, he is no hero,” the Democrat continued. “The real hero in this story is the person who called 911 at McDonald’s this morning.”

Thompson's widow, Paulette, released a statement after the killing saying that she and her family are "shattered by the senseless killing" and called her husband an "incredibly loving, generous, talented man" and "incredibly loving father to our two sons". Shortly following the death, two of the houses owned by Thompson's family were swatted.

Many Americans expressed their contempt for Thompson, UnitedHealthcare, and the nation's health insurance system while praising the unknown assailant for his actions. On social media, users shared personal stories of harm and death suffered as a result of claim denials, and joked about the killing with memes and gallows humor. Socialist agitstor Anthony Zenkus, a senior lecturer in social work at Columbia University, said on social media: "Today, we mourn the death of ... Brian Thompson, gunned down ... wait I'm sorry – today we mourn the deaths of 68,000 Americans who needlessly die each year so that insurance company execs like Brian Thompson can become multimillionaires". One physician told The Daily Beast that they believed the perpetrator should be brought to justice, but also stated that Thompson's role as CEO had led to a great amount of suffering and loss of life, which he described as "on the order of millions", adding that "[it is] hard for me to sympathize when so many people have suffered because of his company".

A popular comment on the r/nursing subreddit mocked Thompson's death by emulating a denial of coverage letter for Thompson's emergency care. The assailant received internet attention for his resemblance to actors Timothée Chalamet and Jake Gyllenhaal. A look-alike contest in which contestants tried to look like the suspect was held on December 7 in Washington Square Park.

Prominent conservative commentators, like Ben Shapiro and Matt Walsh, received online backlash from their viewership for condemning the criticism of Thompson and for attributing it exclusively to left-wing politics.

The Network Contagion Research Institute found that out of the top ten most engaged-with posts on X that mention Thompson or UnitedHealth, six of them were posts implicitly or explicitly supporting the killing or criticizing Thompson. Some highlighted comments called for further assassinations of CEOs and class war; a researcher at the institute said that the assassination was framed as "some opening blow in a class war" and that praise for the killing came from across the political spectrum. After Thompson's death, UnitedHealthcare's parent company, UnitedHealth Group, published a statement on Facebook detailing the death and their official condolences. Though the post's comment section was deactivated, approximately 90,000 Facebook users responded to the post with a "Haha" (or "laughing") reaction with only 2,200 "Sad" reactions as of December 6.

Zeynep Tufekci, Professor of Sociology and Public Affairs at Princeton University and New York Times columnist, said that the public reaction to Thompson's murder "should ring all the alarm bells" and resembled the reaction to the very high levels of corporate greed, exploitation, and economic inequality during the American Gilded Age, a period characterized by violent "political movements that targeted corporate titans, politicians, judges and others". She further stated that, "The concentration of extreme wealth in the United States has recently surpassed that of the Gilded Age. And the will among politicians to push for broad public solutions appears to have all but vanished. I fear that instead of an era of reform, the response to this act of violence and to the widespread rage it has ushered into view will be limited to another round of retreat by the wealthiest." Robert Pape, an expert in political violence at the University of Chicago, told The Guardian that the response of online commentators was indicative of Americans' growing acceptance of violence to settle civil disputes.

UnitedHealthcare has denied millions of claims to people which resulted in heavy out of pocket costs. Thompson was responsible for a majority of this.

His death made every CEO of America's companies fearful.

A bullet does not care about color. We all bleed red and so many lives are lost to gun violence and Republicans offer no solutions other than "thoughts and prayers" with a touch of "lock em up."

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases. 

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. 

The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

So in closing, expect more.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. 

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists. 

Lara Trump Buttering Up Ron DeSantis For Senate Spot!

Lara Trump wants to be a senator now.

Republican National Committee chairwoman Lara Trump resigned today. She is gearing up for a possible quid pro quo.

The daughter in law of President-elect Donald J. Trump is a media personality, singer and political agitator. She is married to Eric Trump, the former co chair of the Trump Organization.

Now she wants to join the circus.

She is throwing her residency to Florida and is hoping that Gov. Ron DeSantis is willing to set aside differences to appoint her as a U.S. senator if Marco Rubio is confirmed to be the Secretary of State. She was initially throwing a possible bid for North Carolina if Thom Tillis or Ted Budd didn't want to run again. 

She didn't brush off rumors.

"The job I came to do is now complete and I intend to formally step down from the RNC at our next meeting," Lara Trump said in a post on X.

Rubio will be easily confirmed as secretary of state in Trump's incoming administration. DeSantis would need to choose a successor to serve out the rest of Rubio's term, which expires in 2026.

"It is something I would seriously consider," Lara Trump said in an interview with The Associated Press.

She added, "If I'm being completely transparent, I don't know exactly what that would look like. And I certainly want to get all of the information possible if that is something that's real for me. But yeah, I would 100% consider it."

Michael Whatley, the RNC Chairman has voiced support for her bid as well as Trump and J.D. Vance, Ohio senator and vice president-elect.

Florida is a Republican stronghold now. It moved further to the right by the election margins. Trump carried Florida by 8 points in 2016 and 2020. He carried it by 12 points in 2024.

In the wake of Sean "Puffy" Combs and the huge entertainment scandal involving minors, sex trafficking, extortion, death threats and racketeering, many celebrities including Trump are under the light.

Today, Shawn Corey Carter aka Jay-Z released a statement in the wake of an accusation. In 2000, Carter allegedly sexually assaulted a minor in 2000.

Uh, Carter has cheated on Beyonce in the past and is still doing it.

The lawyer who served him papers is Tony Buzbee. He represents over 50 individuals who accuse Combs of sexual scandals. 

Carter denies the allegations.

The anonymous accuser, identified only as “Jane Doe,” said the assault happened after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.

The federal lawsuit was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant. It was refiled Sunday to include Carter.  

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who filed the suit, did not comment. 

Carter called the allegations "idiotic" in a lengthy statement Sunday evening and alleged that Buzbee was engaged in unprofessional behavior.

"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?" Carter said in a statement to NBC News. "These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York declined to comment on whether the office is pursuing the case when shown NBC News' report on the lawsuit.

Buzbee has filed several lawsuits in recent months — all have withheld their complainants’ names — accusing Combs of assault and rape. This is the first suit in which he has named another high-profile defendant.  

In a statement, legal representatives for Combs called the suits "shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs."

"As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement read.

Federal prosecutors in New York criminally charged Combs in September with racketeering, sex trafficking and other offenses, and he is behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after he was denied bail for a third time last month. His trial is scheduled for May 5. 

Prosecutors said in a court hearing last month that they are in the process of potentially bringing more charges against Combs in a superseding indictment. 

Before the lawsuit was refiled Sunday, "Carter received a letter from Plaintiff’s counsel requesting a mediation to resolve this matter," Buzbee wrote in the suit. In response to the letter, which NBC News has seen, Carter filed his own lawsuit against the accuser's attorneys, Buzbee wrote in the suit.

“You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” Carter added in his statement Sunday. “I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children.”

The lawsuit claims that in 2000, when Doe was 13, Combs and Carter raped her at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York. 

The lawsuit says a friend dropped her off at the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall. She did not have a ticket, and she approached various limousine drivers to try to gain access to the show or an after-party.

One driver, the lawsuit says, told her that he worked for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” He invited her to a party after the show and told her to return to his car later in the evening after he transported Carter and Combs, the suit says.  

Later, the driver picked her up, the suit says, and after 20 minutes they arrived at a white house with a U-shaped driveway, the suit says. She had to sign a document she believed was a nondisclosure agreement on arrival — and did not receive a copy — to enter the party, which the suit says was filled with celebrities and people doing marijuana and cocaine.  

She was offered a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down,” the suit says, and she went into a room to rest.  

Shortly afterward, the suit says, Combs and Carter entered the room with Combs saying, “You are ready to party!” 

That’s when, she alleges, Carter removed her clothes, held her down and raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched. She says Combs also raped her as Carter and the woman looked on.  

The suit says that she was able to resist being forced to perform oral sex on Combs by hitting him in the neck and that he “stopped.”  

After the alleged assault, the suit says, she “grabbed her clothes” and left. She made her way to a gas station, where she called her father, it says.      

The accuser is seeking unspecified damages. The lawsuit is filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.

"My only heartbreak is for my family," Carter said in the statement. "My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence.

"Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable," Carter added.

Morgan Lofting Passed Away!

The voice of G.I. Joe villainess The Barnoness, Morgan Lofting passed away.

I just found out that a longtime voice actress best known for playing an iconic villain in a popular animated series. I grew up an 80s baby.

Television was at it best then. You had Saturday Morning Cartoons, weekday syndicated cartoons, children television programs like Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Saved by the Bell, Punky Brewster, Square One, Goosebumps and Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?

I was always happy to get out of school to get home and watch television.

Republicans and Democrats in Congress passed the Children's Television Act which regulated television and mandated educational programs were added to lineups. The law reduced the toy, cereal and fast food advertising. It also advocated for more college sports and paid advertising in slots. 

NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox and The CW would eventually end Saturday Morning Cartoons and weekday animation. Now you can watch cartoons on Cartoon Network, Max, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+, MeTV Toons, Adult Swim, Nickelodeon and PlutoTV.

Reality based education programs are now on all over the air networks including My Network TV and Ion.

Morgan Lofting was an American actress best known for her voiceover performance as Baroness in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.

Women admired Lofting as a strong female character.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Morgan got into acting around 1979 and became a favorite in the G.I. Joe/Transformers cannon.

Lofting died unexpectedly Wednesday at her home in Burbank, her agents Nery Lemus and Christopher Arsaga of CelebWorx announced. “As one of the 10 founding actors at our agency, she meant the world to us and our company,” they said in a statement. 

The voice actress also portrayed Aunt May and the Black Cat for a 1981-82 Spider-Man series and Moonracer and Firestar for a 1985 Transformers series, and she did voice work on the Arnold Schwarzenegger-starring Total Recall (1990), too.

Lofting came up with a European accent for the dark-haired Baroness, a sexy master of disguise and expert in weapons and hand-to-hand combat who sported black-rimmed eyeglasses and a tight black leather outfit.

She voiced the terrorist in G.I. Joe miniseries in 1983, ’84 and ’89; for four seasons of two series that aired in 1985-86 and 1990-91; in the 1986 TV movie G.I. Joe: Arise, Serpentor, Arise!; and in 1987’s straight-to-video G.I. Joe: The Movie.

Her co-star Mike Bell joked that there was “blood on the control room window” after she would shout “Cobraaaa!” she recalled in a 2017 interview.

During that chat, she expressed amazement that the shows she worked on years ago still resonated.

“You take your money, and you go home, and then 30 years later someone says, ‘Hi, I want you to meet my spouse and my children, and you were so important to me when I was growing up,’” she said. “You begin to realize that these characters help people through their lives.”

Born in Cincinnati on Feb. 2, 1940, Lofting also appeared on four episodes of the CBS primetime soap Knots Landing in 1986-87 and in the 1988 film The Night Before, starring Keanu Reeves and Lori Loughlin.

In 1989, she went back to college to finish her bachelor’s degree and then earned her master’s in history at Cal State Northridge. She later found a love of “bartending with books,” as she called it, as a librarian.

She returned to voice acting in 2013 by playing the former villain Fistina on Ben 10: Omniverse. 

Survivors include her brother, Tim, his wife, Lynn, and their son, Brian; her son, Justin, and his wife, Stacie; and her grandchildren, Zac and Ellie.

Syria's Bashar Al-Assad Falls Thanks To F**king Israel!

Syria has fallen to American and Israeli backed opposition forces.

Israel is by far the cause of instability in the Middle East, North Africa and East Asia. The country once again used its illegal clandestine groups to oust leaders they don't like. 

The colonialist agenda from Israel is to seize land and enhance a religious ethnostate through force. They also weaponized antisemitism and are trying to avoid accountability for its illegal crimes against humanity.

Israel must fall. For the world to have stability and peace, Israel must not exist under its current government. Israel cannot exist as "the Jewish state."

Bashar al-Assad has officially been ousted in a coup d'etat. 

Assad is a Syrian politician and former military officer who served as the 19th president of Syria from July 2000 until his overthrow in December 2024. As president, Assad was the commander-in-chief of the Syrian Armed Forces and the secretary-general of the Central Command of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party. He was the son of Hafez al-Assad, who was the president from 1971 until his death in 2000.

Assad reportedly departed Damascus in a private aircraft for an undisclosed location amid rapidly deteriorating security conditions in the capital, according to two senior Syrian army officials. At the same time, Syrian residents reported hearing chants of Allahu Akbar ("God is great") and heavy gunfire across Damascus. Senior military officers later confirmed Assad's departure from Damascus International Airport, after which government troops stationed at the facility were dismissed from their posts.

According to Rami Abdel Rahman (Syrian Observatory for Human Rights), Bashar al-Assad had "left Syria via Damascus international airport".

First Lady Asma al-Assad relocated to Russia along with the couple's three children approximately one week before opposition forces began their advance toward Damascus. Concurrent reports indicated that members of Assad's extended family, including relatives from his sister's lineage, took refuge in the United Arab Emirates. In the days prior to the opposition's advance, Egyptian and Jordanian officials were reported to have urged Bashar al-Assad to leave the country and develop a government in exile, although the Egyptian Foreign Ministry and the Jordanian embassy denied doing so.

Following the departures of members of the Assad family, videos showing groups of people entering and exploring inside Bashar al-Assad’s empty residence in al-Maliki were circulated online.

Assad’s exit stood in stark contrast to his first months as Syria’s unlikely president in 2000, when many hoped he would be a young reformer after three decades of his father’s iron grip. Only 34 years old, the Western-educated ophthalmologist appeared as a geeky tech-savvy fan of computers with a gentle demeanor.

Israel has invaded Syria, Lebanon, Gaza, the West Bank and Iraq.

But when faced with protests against his rule that erupted in March 2011, Assad turned to the brutal tactics of his father in an attempt to crush dissent. As the uprising hemorrhaged into an outright civil war, he unleashed his military to blast opposition-held cities, with support from allies Iran and Russia.

International rights groups and prosecutors alleged widespread use of torture and extrajudicial killings in Syria’s government-run detention centers. The war has killed nearly half a million people and displaced half of the country’s prewar population of 23 million.

The conflict appeared to be frozen in recent years, with Assad’s government regaining control of most of Syria’s territory while the northwest remained under the control of opposition groups and the northeast under Kurdish control.

Although Damascus remained under crippling Western sanctions, neighboring countries had begun to resign themselves to Assad’s continued hold on power. The Arab League reinstated Syria’s membership last year, and Saudi Arabia in May announced the appointment of its first ambassador since severing ties with Damascus 12 years ago.

However, the geopolitical tide turned quickly when opposition groups in northwest Syria in late November launched a surprise offensive. Government forces quickly collapsed while Assad’s allies, preoccupied by other conflicts — Russia’s war in Ukraine and the yearlong wars between Israel and the Iran-backed militant groups Hezbollah and Hamas — appeared reluctant to forcefully intervene.

TikTok Will Not Sell Out!

TikTok will take its fight for free speech to the U.S. Supreme Court.

What cost President Joe Biden his reelection and Vice President Kamala Harris her election was their support for banning TikTok.

AIPAC and the Anti-Defamation League pushed for a bipartisan law to force TikTok to divest its foreign ownership to U.S. companies or face a ban.

Many see it as an attack on free speech and a campaign to suppress information about the genocide conducted by Israel.

The president and Congress claim that the Chinese government is likely to get into the privacy data of users. TikTok U.S. said it's not true and the noise is lying about how the company operates.

Thanks to Biden, voters elected President-elect Donald J. Trump. He hired South African/Canadian/British/American Elon Musk to be in his administration.

Musk owns X (formerly Twitter). It promotes disinformation, pornography, hate speech, deceptive advertising, privacy data sharing, easy hacking and graphic content. And yet, Congress has not force any divestment or sell of X to companies.

Foreign companies own oil, hospitals, grocers and vehicles. What is the big deal?

Musk, Meta's Mark Zuckerberg and Apple's Tim Cook are supporters of Israel.

China, India, Israel, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Russia and South Korea are notorious for suppressing information.

The U.S. backing of Israel has lead to world leaders denouncing Biden and Trump as weak leaders.

Forcing TikTok to sell its brand from ByteDance is not only illegal but an attack on freedom of speech, commerce, trade and consumer interest.

Trump at one time tried to ban TikTok because of Israel and the attacks on his presidency. He changed his mind and supported creators.

Small business owners and creators rely on TikTok to share. They make a living on it and feel that if the company sells out, it may regulate how content is shared.

The social media company had hoped a federal appeals court would agree with its argument that the law was unconstitutional because it represented a "staggering" impact on the free speech of its 170 million US users.

But the court upheld the law, which it said "was the culmination of extensive, bipartisan action by the Congress and by successive presidents".

TikTok says it will now take its fight to the U.S. Supreme Court, the country's highest legal authority.

The U.S. wants TikTok sold or banned because of what it says are its owners links to the Chinese state - links TikTok and parent company Bytedance have always denied.

The court agreed the law was "carefully crafted to deal only with control by a foreign adversary, and it was part of a broader effort to counter a well-substantiated national security threat posed by the PRC (People's Republic of China)."

But TikTok said it was not the end of its legal fight.

"The Supreme Court has an established historical record of protecting Americans' right to free speech, and we expect they will do just that on this important constitutional issue," a TikTok spokesperson said in a statement.

They added that the law was based on "inaccurate, flawed and hypothetical information" and a ban would censor U.S. citizens.
