Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was scheduled to return from his trip to Cancun, Mexico on Saturday. However, he abruptly made a return back to Texas after it was reported he left the state during the peak of the major winter storm that has knocked out power to many metropolitan areas.

The Houston Police had to escort Cruz to his vehicle.

Another controversy facing the Texas senator. The last controversies included Cruz, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Laura Boebert (R-CO) riling up the MAGA faithful to attack the U.S. Capitol.

Former president Donald J. Trump incited an insurrection. The House of Representatives filed an Article of Impeachment against Trump for that. Cruz along with Hawley voted to not convict Trump.

Cruz also supported the idea of regulating trade company Robinhood along with controversial Democrat, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). The New York lawmaker slammed Cruz. She said that she rather have a person on her side not trying to incite mob violence.

Cruz attacked Democratic politicians for traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now he's facing a lot of heat for taking his family to Cancun, Mexico while the state is still dealing with this deadly pandemic and winter storm.

This controversy now makes the rounds and folks are now calling for him to step down.

Cruz was filmed at George Bush Intercontinental Airport with his wife Heidi and his two daughters.

The far-right lawmaker acted like this was just a normal thing. Once the junk food media saw the pictures, it went viral. Texans were blasting him and Republicans for being inhumane in the wake of a crisis.

He was hoping to come back on Saturday but abruptly ended his trip by returning on Thursday afternoon to reporters demanding why he decided to take a vacation in the wake of a crisis in his state.

"I started having second thoughts almost the moment I sate down on the plane, because on the one hand, all of us who are parents have a responsibility to take care of our kids, take care of our family. That's something Texans have been doing across the state," said Cruz.

"But I also have a responsibility that I take very seriously for the state of Texas and frankly, leaving when so many Texans were hurting didn't feel right and so I change my return flight and flew back on the first available flight I could take."

Cruz tried to downplay the outrage by saying that he understands their grievances.

The vacation is over for Ted Cruz.

"Of course, I understand why people are upset. Listen, we're in a strange time where Twitter's been going crazy and the media going crazy and there's a lot of venom and vitriol that I think is unfortunate frankly on both sides. I think everyone ought to treat each other with respect and decency and try to understand each other more particularly at a time of a crisis."

Only when you're getting caught, you want to say we need to lower the temperature. Damnit, Ted, you're state has three more days of under 30 degree temperatures. Your state is dealing with a crisis of its own making and you blaming President Joe Biden, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, windmills and solar energy is a pathetic attempt to deflect from your ignorance.

The scumbag tried to pin this vacation on his daughters.

"WIth school cancelled for the week, our girls asked to take a trip with friends. Wanting to be a good dad, I flew down with them last night and am flying back this afternoon. My staff and I are in constant communication with state and local leaders to get to the bottom of what happened in Texas. We want our power back, our water on, and our homes warm. My team and I will continue using our resources to keep Texans informed and safe."

If Texas would have voted for Beto O'Rourke.....

Anyway, he went to Sean "Screwball" Hannity's shitshow to clean up his image. But do you actually believe he's done it giving that the softball and Cruz are both under fire for their role in the insurrection.

Now what's trending is:

NBC will close the precinct of Brooklyn Nine-Nine after bringing it from Fox.

The eighth season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine will air in the fall and it will be final season. The show stars Andy Samberg, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Stephanie Beatriz, Andre Braugher and Joe Lo Truglio.

Chelsea Peretti left the series shortly after Fox canceled the sitcom.

The series originally aired on Fox for five seasons before it was abruptly cancelled. The series waged a campaign to bring it back to the air. The series soon got revived by NBC and was ordered for a full sixth season.

Set in the fictional 99th Precinct of the New York Police Department in Brooklyn, Samberg plays a detective named Jake Peralta who has a relaxed, carefree and childish attitude. Jake does a successful arrest record. He has a love for Amy Santiago (played by Fumero). He is team includes: Cautious Charles Boyle (played Lo Truglio), his partner, the apathetic, aggressive and bossy Rosa Diaz (played by Beatriz). His bosses are Sgt. Terry Jeffords (played by Crews) who is a gentle giant who has phobia of being killed in the line of duty and the Capt. Raymond Holt (played by Braugher), their cold, calm, robotic and formal leader.

Dan Goor announced the news on social media and in a statement.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine will end its season in Fall 2021.

"I'm so thankful to NBC and Universal Television for allowing us to give these characters and our fans the ending they deserve. When Mike Schur and I first pitched the pilot episode to Andy, he said, 'I'm in, but I think the only way to tell this story is over exactly 153 episodes,' which was crazy because that was exactly the number Mike and I had envisioned. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with this amazing cast and crew for eight seasons. They are not only among the most talented people in the business, they are all good human beings who have become a family. But most of all, I feel lucky that we have had the best fans in the world. Fans who literally saved us from cancellation. Fans who fill us with joy. Ending the show was a difficult decision, but ultimately, we felt it was the best way to honor the characters, the story and our viewers. I know some people will be disappointed it's ending so soon, but honestly, I'm grateful it lasted this long. Title of my sex tape."

The final season will have 10 episodes and air in Fall 2021.

The show has taken creative steps in the wake of George Floyd. Many police shows (dramas, comedies and science-fiction) have turned to addressing racial injustice.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine has scrapped four episodes in the wake of the tragedy. The production team, cast and working crew donated $100,000 to the National Bail Fund Network.

The show will address police brutality, systematic racism, former president Donald J. Trump and Black Lives Matter.

As expected, the departure of Anna Faris lead to CBS and Warner Bros. pulling the plug on the sitcom Mom. The series had starred Faris and Allison Janney in a mother-daughter relationship strained from years of drug and alcohol abuse. Faris played Christy Plunkett, a single mother of two trying to rebuild her bond with her estranged mother played by Janney. The show was a hit and its was considered a spin-off from Two and a Half Men, a series where Faris had a brief role.

Janney won Emmys for her role as Bonnie Plunkett.

Chuck Lorre confirmed that the series will end after Season 8 in May. The series was expected to finish up its 22-episode series run. Nick Bakay and Gemma Baker also confirmed the news through their pressers.

"For the past eight years, we've had the great honor to bring these wonderful characters to life, sharing their struggles and triumphs with millions of viewers every week. From the beginning, we set out to tell stories about recovery from alcoholism and addiction that are rarely portrayed in a network comedy series."

The cast continued on with Janney, Beth Hall, Kristen Johnston, Jaime Pressly and Mimi Kennedy.

The show focused on Bonnie's marriage to Adam who is played by William Fichtner.

The ladies of Mom were caught off guard by the news.

In late October, three weeks before filming was to begin, Faris made the sudden announcement of departing from the show. It led to the series rewriting Faris' role out.

The Chuck Lorre universe included the hit comedy The Big Bang Theory which ended its run in 2020.

Two and a Half Men, Dharma & Greg, Grace Under Fire, Mike & Molly, B+Positive, Disjointed, Cybill, The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, Bob Hearts Abishola, Mom, United States of Al and The Kominsky Method come from the Lorre universe.

The widow of far-right agitator Rush Limbaugh will inherit his large mansion and his millions.

As the sun finally sets on the country's most controversial agitator, we are starting to wonder who Kathryn Rogers is. The widow announced on Wednesday's show that her husband passed away after succumbing to Stage IV lung cancer.

She will be a very rich woman.

Limbaugh's ass lived in a huge mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. He moved from his New York penthouse to Florida in the 2010.

At first it was considered a vacation home for Limbaugh, but he ended up moving there after then-New York governor David Paterson became the governor. The agitator left because of the Black governor.

Kathryn, 44 is the fourth wife of Limbaugh. They had no children and she's looking like she can live comfortably in Limbaugh's dreadful legacy.

The home on 1495 Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach is close to former president Donald J. Trump's Mar a Lago resort. Ironic, Palm Beach is a Democratic-leaning city with its Representative being Lois Frankel.

Limbaugh is reportedly worth $600 million in revenue. He signed a deal with Premiere Radio back in 2020 which gave him a $9 million advance. A significant reduce to the $140 million he had previously held before he lost revenue during the Sandra Fluke controversy.

Limbaugh's radio studio and businesses were operating out of his home.

The main home has seven bedrooms, 12 baths and a private elevator as well as a two-story library.

He also has a guest home, a putting green, a private beach, a pool in the backyard and an armed guard station. Wow, Limbaugh was an elitist.

Rush's trophy wife inherits the vast fortunes of his controversial career.

Rush Hudson Limbaugh III was an American talk radio host, conspiracy theorist, writer, media personality and voice actor. He was born in 1951 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He leaves behind his fourth wife, Kathryn and his brother David and his family.

Limbaugh did at least have a funny side. He made a few appearances on Seth MacFarlane's Family Guy.

The Fox sitcom had him a guest voice on three episodes. The most notable was the one where Limbaugh inspires the progressive supporting dog Brian (MacFarlane's alter ego) into becoming a conservative.

Limbaugh leaves behind a horrible legacy of divisiness. He is a part of American history and hopefully he will be regarded as a part of infamy like Charles Coughlin, Mort Downing, Jr., Roger Ailes, Bob Grant and Jerry Falwell.

Texas Literally The Lone Star In Power!

The literal state of emergency. Texarkana, Texas and Texarkana, Arkansas are divided by the famous State Line Road. The power is out on the Texas side.

The city of Texarkana is proof positive of the crisis the state of Texas is facing. The city is split between Texas and Arkansas. The population of the city combined is 249,000 residents.

There is literally street that divides the two cities. Texarkana, Arkansas is having no trouble with the power.

Texarkana, Texas is having lots of problems with the power. The Texas Republicans are trying to blame progressives, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the Green New Deal and windmills for the power outage.

Approximately over 25 million people are freezing in the states. There are between 1 to 4 million in the state without power.

Texas refused use the shared resources of other states. It created its own power grid called the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). The state deregulated the energy companies and allowed them free will over how to produce electricity to the state.

Greg Abbott facing backlash for his state's failure to handle a crisis.

Now a winter storm pretty much debunks the Republican talking points about bothersome regulations.

Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas is catching a lot of flack. As soon as the winter storm hit the state, he immediately called President Joe Biden for disaster relief. The president granted him that. Then the next day, he goes on bashing Biden and attacking The Green New Deal, a proposal from the controversial New York lawmaker. Ocasio-Cortez slammed the governor for blaming the Green New Deal on the crisis in Texas. She and many rightfully pointed out that Texas is natural gas and coal power. Solar and wind power only make up at least four to 10 percent of the state's energy sources.

Abbott went on Fox News to talk to Sean "Screwball" Hannity. He was roundly criticized for that.

Screwball Hannity wanted to mislead his viewers into blaming Biden for the crisis in Texas by allowing Abbott to make up false claims to why the state has a failed power grid.

Abbott said, "our wind and our solar got shut down" and "thrust Texas into a situation where it was lacking power in a statewide basis."

The total opposite when he did a presser for the local junk food media. He said that the natural gas pipelines have frozen up quickly. Abbott distanced himself from the remarks on Fox News.

The far-right agitators on talk radio and Fox News continue to push the narrative that The Green New Deal being the blame of the Texas blackouts.

A Colorado City mayor and his wife were forced out of their jobs. Tim Boyd announced he was resigning from the city government and is not running for reelection. He posted on social media that he believes that folks suffering through the winter storm should "get off their asses and take care of [their] own families."

Houston/Katy/Galveston/Sugarland metroplex is dark.

His city lost power on Tuesday and it was over 40% of the city faced blackouts.

His wife was fired out the cannon at her job as an administrative assistant and secretary of a local school system.

Boyd tried to walk back his comments but only made them worse by saying that "not all folks" are lazy and he believed that Texans will never resort to "socialism" as the last refugee.

He said "Don't be part of [the] problem, be a part of the solution."

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and Rep. Randy Webber (R-TX) are facing a federal investigation for walking past the metal detectors installed in the U.S. Capitol leading to the House Chambers. The two lawmakers are trying to use their "white privilege" to bypass the metal detectors in the wake of the U.S. Capitol riots in which Donald J. Trump whipped up his supporters to cause an insurrection.

They did not vote to impeach the former president.

It also exposes Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), a controversial lawmaker who is no stranger to the definition of irony. More on him later.

The major winter storm has affected 2/3 of the United States. Many states have reported outages due to icing of the power grid. Not only Texas but other states with Republican-controlled governments.

Not saying that Republicans are the party of stupid, but damnit they nominated and a small plurality of Americans voted for Donald J. Trump. Mind you, this is what you get when you believe all the crap coming out of that dead geezer Rush Limbaugh and Fox News.

The Sun Belt is where many folks from the Northeast and Midwest are flocking too. The states of Texas, Georgia and Florida are being overwhelmed with resources.

Texas is the second most populated state. Right now it is suffering from a major outage in its power grid in the middle of a massive winter storm and dangerous freezing conditions. The state has 36 million residents. It is considered a Republican leaning state.

Florida is the third largest populated state. It has has the highest cases of the coronavirus. Over 4 million people have been affected by the coronavirus. Florida has 50,000 deaths based on the coronavirus.

So "Flyin' Ted" and "Ted Cruise" and "Tedexico" are the new names for the Republican senator.

Cruz, his wife Heidi and children left Houston during the winter weather to head to a lobbyist's home in Cancun, Mexico.

Cruz who attacked Democrats for now adhering to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, criticized the California grid which is struggling during the warmer months, voted to not convict Trump on inciting an insurrection, considering another run for president in 2024, going on television talking out his ass, wearing that goofy ass beard, is a fucking hypocrite.

Cruz is an oxymoron of hypocrisy. He was criticizing the Gamestop trade scandal, denounced Ocasio-Cortez's fears during the insurrection, voted against gun reform, voted against giving disaster relief to other states and territories and running around claiming he's a "constitutional conservative" whenever he appears on cameras.

He has a fucking Ashley Madison account.

This dude allowed Trump attack his wife by calling her an ugly bitch. He allowed Trump to claim his father was involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. He allowed Trump mocked his running mate Carly Fiorina.

Ted Cruz headed to Cancun on Tuesday. He went during the COVID-19 pandemic and a major crisis in Texas.

Cruz is a despicable person.

Apparently, it was reported that Cruz is expected to arrive back to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport this afternoon. He asked the Houston Police to assist in escorting him out of the airport.

Endless.

Anyway, 500,000 Americans are dead from the coronavirus. I am going on a whim here, 130 people dead from the winter storm. Everyday gun violence. Over 30 million out of work. Congress still not willing to pass Biden's COVID-19 relief package. Trump is still on everyone's tongues.

Damn this country is fucked up.

Far-right media critic's son got a taste of the federal sandwich.

The fourth generation of Brent Bozells is facing criminal charges for his role in the insurrection back in January 2021. The infamous "Stop The Steal/Save America" rally sponsored by former president Donald J. Trump and the far-right bastards within the Republican Party sparked at riot at the U.S. Capitol.

The spineless bastards in the Republican minority refused to support convicting Trump of inciting an insurrection.

The people who infiltrated the U.S. Capitol are poor, misguided, white privileged and deeply flawed.

Some of those involved were people of color, gay, military veterans, current legislators, former legislators, firefighters and police officers.

Some were famous.

Meet Leo Brent Bozell IV, the son of the prominent far-right media critic Brent Bozell. He is accused of entering a restricted government building, obstructing an official proceeding and disorderly conduct, according to a complaint in U.S. District Court of Washington DC.

Bozell was seen on camera entering the Capitol and occupying the Senate chambers.

Bozell's father is the co-founders of the Media Research Center, a far-right media company that devotes itself to "advocating decency in the media and exposing liberal biases in television, radio and the internet."

Far-right agitator's son arrested puts an ugly mark on his legacy as the "Christian" moralist.

On the day of the Capitol insurrection, the elder Bozell said on Fox Business that he condemned the violence but said, "This is an explosion of pent-up outrage from middle America."

"They are furious that they believe this election was stolen," he added. "I agree with them."

The government's case against the younger Bozell began after the FBI received tips from three individuals. Those tipsters identified Bozell from videos of rioters inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, in part because of the blue sweatshirt Bozell was apparently wearing, which included the logo for Hershey Christian Academy, a private school in Pennsylvania. The school describes itself as "a small, Christ-centered school" and teaches pre-K through 10th grade, according to its website.

One witness allegedly told the FBI that Bozell has children who attended the school and was also its former girls' basketball coach. Witnesses said he goes by the nickname "Zeeker."

In January, before Bozell was officially identified, the school said on Facebook, "please understand that the person depicted in the photographs is not a board member, employee, or representative of Hershey Christian Academy."

The suspect faces up to twenty years in the federal time out if convicted. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

He has not learned nothing. It's a damn shame.

The Republicans are fucked up right now. They have lost the presidency, the Congress and now Rush Limbaugh, the most controversial media personality in American history.

The far-right and former president Donald J. Trump share their thoughts on the agitator's passing.

Well on Fox News, the network gave Trump an opportunity to talk about Limbaugh. Harris Faulkner and Bill Hemmer continue to act like he's the President of the United States.

And during that "softball" interview, Trump brings up the "big lie."

"Well, Rush thought we won — and so do I, by the way, I think we won by — substantially. And Rush thought we won, and he thought it was over at 10:00, 10:30, it was over, and a lot of other people feel that way, too. But rush felt that way strongly. Many people do. Many professionals do. And I don't think that could have happened to a Democrat. You would've had — you would've had riots going all over the place if that happened to a Democrat. We don't have the same support in the — at certain levels of the Republican system — but we have a great people, as Republicans. But Rush felt we won. And he was quite angry about it, quite angry."

Trump's rhetoric lead to the insurrection. He continuously pushed the narrative that the election was stolen because of mail-in ballots and early voting. The far-right parrotted that message and called upon their followers to appear at the "Stop The Steal/Save America" rally which led to the deadly riots at the U.S. Capitol.

Limbaugh's rhetoric led to violence on Democrats, progressives, feminists, environmentalists and others.

Faulkner and Hemmer allowed the former president to push the lie.

Fox would also run the infamous 2020 State of the Union Address. Trump would honor Limbaugh the Presidential Medal of Freedom in a surprise announcement.

Limbaugh was an American talk radio host, media personality, voice actor and writer. He was born in Missouri in 1951 and was considered the most influential voice in conservative media.

Limbaugh died of Stage IV lung cancer.

Trump is a one term president. The 45th President of the United States is a former media personality, business mogul, actor, writer, real estate developer and politician. He lost to Joe Biden in the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election.

Trump continues to believe that he was robbed of the victory and many Americans love him.

As the tributes pour in from prominent Republicans, Democrats and progressives shrug their shoulders.

Why should the Democrats and progressives honor a divisive human being?

I mean I don't wish death on anyone, but I am not going to shed a tear for this man.

His life and legacy will still be here in the voices of Trump, Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, Bill O'Reilly, Joe Pags, Brian Kilmeade, Lou Dobbs and Sean "Screwball" Hannity.

I have this feeling that Trump, Tucker Carlson or Candace Owens will become the new Rush Limbaugh.

In an announcement by his wife Kathryn it was confirmed the 70 year old far-right agitator, Rush Hudson Limbaugh III has passed away from Stage IV lung cancer. At the top of his officially last program, Kathryn said in a brief statement.

"As so many of you know, losing a loved one is terribly difficult, even more so when that loved one is larger than life. Rush will forever be the greatest of all time."

Even though I hate to admit it, Limbaugh is the king of talk.

Limbaugh, 70 was diagnosis with lung cancer last year. He said during his radio program shortly after his birthday he was facing this difficult time in his life.

A pioneer of AM talk radio, Limbaugh host The Rush Limbaugh Show for 33 years.

Limbaugh is considered one of the most influential media figures in American history and has played a consequential role in conservative politics since "The Rush Limbaugh Show" began in 1988.

Limbaugh leaves behind his wife, his brother, far-right agitator and lawyer David as well as so family members.

Trump paid homage to Limbaugh in a statement.

There will never be another Rush Limbaugh. Known as Jeff Christie, America's Anchorman, The Most Dangerous Voice on Radio, El Rushbo and Maha Rushie, Limbaugh was a prominent and most well-known member of the Republican Party and conservative movement.

When he got on the "Golden EIB" mic, the far-right agitator has been an antagonist towards the Democratic Party, progressives and activists. He would often rally Republicans and conservatives to the polls.

Limbaugh is credited for giving us, the Republican Revolution, George W. Bush, the Tea Party and Donald J. Trump.

Before his passing, then president Trump gave Limbaugh the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Sean "Screwball" Hannity, Mark Levin, Bill O'Reilly, Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, and others will share their "thoughts and prayers" in the coming hours.

Limbaugh was considered a controversial figure. He often dabbled in conspiracy theories, white nationalism, pseudo-science and misinformation.

He would often attack people in the news, Democratic presidents and politicians.

In his final radio broadcast of 2020, Limbaugh thanked his listeners and supporters, revealing at the time that he had outlived his prognosis.

"I wasn't expected to be alive today," he said. "I wasn't expected to make it to October, and then to November, and then to December. And yet, here I am, and today, got some problems, but I'm feeling pretty good today."

In the heat of the 2020 presidential election, Limbaugh hosted Trump in October for what was an unprecedented two-hour "radio rally", during which the president was virtually given control of the coveted golden microphone to answer questions from the host and his listeners.

A world without Rush Limbaugh.

In the heat of the 2020 presidential election, Limbaugh hosted Trump in October for what was an unprecedented two-hour "radio rally", during which the president was virtually given control of the coveted golden microphone to answer questions from the host and his listeners.

Limbaugh, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 1951. Limbaugh began his radio career in 1967 as a "helper" when he was only 16 years old. He eventually graduated to disk jockey and worked at a small station roughly 100 miles south of St. Louis while attending high school.

"I was totally consumed," Limbaugh told the New York Times in 1990, noting that his idol was a Chicago radio host named Larry Lujack. By 1971, Limbaugh was a morning radio host in Pittsburgh, where he was oddly told to cover a certain amount of "farm news" because the area was surrounded by many agriculture communities. In 2007 he explained to listeners how the young radio host managed to keep listeners despite the bizarre requirement.

Limbaugh helped boost Trump’s influence prior to the 2016 election simply by taking him seriously as a candidate when other established conservatives didn’t want the former reality television star anywhere near the Republican Party. Many of Limbaugh’s listeners eventually became Trump supporters and the radio legend continued to defend Trump throughout his presidency despite occasional disagreements.

With Rush Limbaugh gone, who will be the next conservative agitator to fall?
