Philadelphia rapper and model died due to the opioid crisis.
Chynna Rogers, 25 was found dead inside her Philadelphia home on Wednesday from an accidental drug overdose. The Philadelphia Department of Public Health said family did a welfare check on the entertainer and saw her slump over in her home.
Chynna was candid about her struggles with drug addiction while doing an interview with Pitchfork.
"I usually don't express myself or get open about things until it's in hindsight, and I'm not dealing with it anymore. That's why I didn't tell people that I was a drug addict until I got out of rehab," she told Pitchfork. "I see a lot of artists decide they want to go through shit with their fans, and that's cool because it gives your fans something to hold onto. But I need to handle it myself first, and then, when I've figured out how I want to word it, we can talk about it -- ya'll not about to go through it with me."
Young entertainer struggled with opioid abuse.
She continued, "I did end up talking about it, because there are a lot more people dealing with this shit than you think, and they should know that someone who looks like me or does this could have the same problem as the fiend on the corner."
In the same interview, Chynna said that she realized that she "didn't have control" over her past addition problems when it started affecting her work life.
"It got to the point where I had to do something just to be able to get onstage and do my job. I didn't like that. That was taking it too far, because it stops being fun and starting being because you have to, and that's when you need to chill," she said.
Chynna released the EPs, "I'm Not Here. This Isn't Happening in 2015 and "music 2 die 2" in 2016.
Her final EP, :"in case i die first," was released in December.
A Dayton, Ohio woman tried to shoplift out of Kroger. When she was caught, the suspect coughed on loss prevention. She was tested positive for the coronavirus.
She tried to geek out of a Cincinnati Kroger on Tuesday.
The woman used a fake name when confronted by the Sharonville Police.
According to a criminal complaint, the suspect took $1,280 in groceries.
She "did knowingly expose Kroger employees and present members of the general public to COVID-19 after knowingly having a positive COVID-19 test results, commit a theft offense at Kroger," police wrote in her criminal complaint.
The suspect had crack cocaine and another substance, a crushed white powder, according to court records.
A spokesman for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said she is at the lockup but is being isolated and will be for 14 days to ensure no one is exposed. She also will be monitored, David Daugherty said.
The suspect told police her first name was Lauren, so that’s how it's listed on court paperwork, according to Hamilton County Municipal Court. But once she arrived at the jail, they said they confirmed her real first name was Stephanie.
"Stephanie Incarnato aka Lauren Incarnato is currently in custody at the Hamilton County Justice Center. Based upon her own statements, as detailed in the arrest documents, she is suspected of having COVID-19," wrote David Daugherty, a spokesman for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, in an email.
"She is currently isolated from other inmates for 14 days and will be monitored by the medical staff. At this time, we have zero inmates that are confirmed with COVID-19. Her mugshot will not be available for a few weeks."
America's largest grocer had to take active measures to ensure safety for its shoppers and workers.
Sharonville police said they do not believe she has COVID-19 but charged her out of an abundance of caution.
They said they were checking with healthcare providers in Montgomery County, where she's from, to try to confirm.
Here's a map.
There are over 750,000 confirm cases of the coronavirus in the United States. There are over 25,000 Americans who have died from the coronavirus. Every state has reported a death and its rising fast.
Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Brix have predicted that there could be over 100,000 to 4 million Americans killed by the coronavirus. Globally, there are over 1.5 million people infected by the coronavirus.
With the coronavirus pandemic, Americans are being ordered to stay at home if they're sick and those who are able to work are doing under tight restrictions. Many companies had to lay off millions because of the spread of the coronavirus.
Here's things to remember about the coronavirus.
1. Wash your hands frequently
2. Do not touch your face (mouth, nose and eyes)
3. Cough into your elbow instead of your hands.
4. Keep a safe distance (at least 6 to 10 feet) from individuals.
5. If you're sick, please stay home.
6. There is no treatment or cure for the COVID-19.
7. Follow state and federal laws regarding this.
8. Do not hoard items like toilet paper, bread, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.
9. Use social media like Facebook Messenger, Google Duo, Skype or social media to connect.
10. COVID-19 can live on surfaces for more than 72 hours. Including steel, plastic and cardboard.
11. A pandemic has no timeline.
12. COVID-19 doesn't care about borders.
13. If you deliberately infect other individuals, food and first responders, you will be charged with crime.
The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.
Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.
Healthy people can die from this.

Jamal Hinton confirms that his friends Wanda and Lonnie Dranch got the coronavirus. Lonnie passed away. Wanda and Jamal became famous when she accidentally texted the podcaster for a Thanksgiving dinner.
You may have remembered the viral story about Arizona woman accidentally texting the wrong number to a Black teenager on Thanksgiving. She text a young black man mistakenly thinking it's her grandkids. She invited him over for Thanksgiving and soon they've became friends.
It was confirmed by Jamal Hinton that his friend, Wanda Dench lost her husband Lonnie to COVID-19 on Monday. It was devastating to Hinton because he came to love them as a part of his family.
As some of you may have already found out tonight Lonnie did not make it... he passed away Sunday morningπ but Wanda told me all the love and support he was receiving put a huge smile on his face so I thank every single one of you guys for that!ππ½❤️ https://t.co/tNvals0FMh
The viral story began in 2016 when Wanda accidently texted Jamal thinking it was her grandchildren.
Jamal then 17 playfully went along with the text message. He asked for a picture of her and she responded. He responded to her picture with a picture of his own and he said "Can I still get a plate tho?"
Jamal was expecting Wanda to reply with "my mistake." Nope, she said come over and get a plate.
Since then, the two have been sharing experiences and he's came over to Thanksgiving dinner every year with the Dench family.
"For him to continue with the relationship, I'm just really pleasantly surprised," Wanda told the local junk food media. "We're more of extended family and, best of all, friends."
The Dench family have accepted Hinton as an honorary member of the family.
Wanda and Lonnie Dench both tested positive for the coronavirus.
She confirmed that Lonnie was working delivering water to grocery stores at night amid the pandemic.
"He had the truest heart of love, like no other. He did so many acts of kindness that no one ever heard about," Wanda said. "He was my hero. And I'm a better person because of him."

The entertainer was 24 years old. Born Jordan Carter, Mac P Dawg was an affiliate with Shoreline Mafia hip-hop crew. He was shot and killed on Monday night and his girlfriend riding with him was seriously injured as well.
The Los Angeles Police Department declined to comment on the entertainer's death. But Adam Grandmaison, CEO of Shoreline Mafia said that the death is confirmed.
Outgoing rapper Fenix Flexin padi tribute to the rapper on social media and said that he's a "bro for life."
Be real to yo self before you real to anybody else on god
Last month, the entertainer released the music video for a new song called, "Same Kid" featuring the rapper Bayline. He also dropped music videos featuring Fenix Flexin and Ohgeesy last year.
The status quo of the gun culture. Now is not the time to talk about gun violence!
If there were more security guards and more civilians (aka the good guy) with a gun.......
They learn how to use firearms from watching (or listening) to gangsta rap.
They watch violent movies.
They don't have fathers or mothers in their lives and it results in them committing criminal acts.
Blah, blah, blah....
Another young talent lost to gun violence.
Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.
The "good guy" with a firearm is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. Matter of fact, the NICE GUYS are often the ones who are spurned by society. Bad relationships, losing your job, jealousy over promotions, family feuds and racism are typical NICE GUY issues.
NICE GUYS ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS WITH A FIREARM. THE NICE GUY GETS SPURNED BY SOCIETY. THEY TAKE REVENGE ON SOCIETY. RESTRAINING ORDERS ARE JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. THEY WILL NOT (I REPEAT) STOP A "MAD" MAN FROM OBTAINING A FIREARM.
Don't you just want to scream!?
Scream in the faces of these damn lawmakers whenever they offer their "thoughts and prayers" to every fucking mass shooting in the United States. They will offer their condolences and say a word vomit how they sympathize with the deceased. Some here will tell us that "now isn't the time to talk." Others will say that "the NRA has too much influence on gun laws."
We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Trump, a politician, an entertainer or we will experience another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.
I repeat myself over and over again! I use the same old copy and paste. I hear the same trolls saying that there's nothing we can do. I keep hearing "concern" trolls telling us that it's their own fault for their own deaths. I hear the same old talking points about "good guys with guns" and "god's given rights."
Every time these folks offer "thoughts and prayers," "their condolences," "their hearts going out to," and "their apologies," they are not sincere. For every naming of a road, park, bench, building and holiday, it won't matter to the community. For every time they lower flags, offer moments of silence and candlelight vigils, we just offer "feel good-isms."
Mac P Dawg and girlfriend were shot in Los Angeles.
The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.
We have mass shootings in the United States everyday. We are the only country in the world that continues to do nothing about this. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with this. They're too busy sniping over partisan blame games. With Trump being impeached while in office, he's unlikely to focus on gun violence.
Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.
It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
THERE IS NO GOD.
We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.

Controversial whistleblower Linda Tripp passed away from cancer.
Linda Tripp, the woman who secretly recorded Monica Lewinsky telling her about the affair with Bill Clinton passed away at the age of 70.
Tripp, sparked the impeachment inquiry into William Jefferson Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States.
Tripp was vilified by Clinton's allies and Lewinsky herself.
Those taped conversations and the semen stained blue dress were the keys for the Republican-controlled House of Representatives to impeach Clinton. Tripp nearly brought Clinton down.
Tipp was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer less than a week ago when she took herself to the hospital after experiencing stomach pains.
Husband, Dieter Rausch and their daughter Allison Foley were the only relatives allowed to visit Tripp while she was in the ICU due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Clinton and Lewinsky had an affair. It became a tabloid sensation.
Foley posted in a Facebook post that has since been designated private that her 70-year-old mother is terminally ill.
"My mommy is leaving this earth. I don’t know myself if I can survive this heartache," Foley said in the message, as reported to the New York Post. "Please pray for a painless process for the strongest woman I will ever know in my entire lifetime."
Tripp's son-in-law simply told the Post, "it’s a family situation."
Lewinsky learned the news and tweeted on social media about her.
no matter the past, upon hearing that linda tripp is very seriously ill, i hope for her recovery. i can’t imagine how difficult this is for her family.
In 1999, Lewinsky gave evidence against Tripp after details of their private conversations were revealed to the world.
Tripp had grown close with Lewinsky at the white House. She told the world that "the president has a girlfriend" and used the recordings to back her up. Her story was soon picked up by tabloids but turned down. She opened up on the condition of immunity. One of the recording handed to the media before she was granted immunity got her in hot water. Tripp faced charges for illegally recording Lewinsky and providing the tape to Newsweek.
It took a 7-Eleven clerk named Matt Drudge to blow the story out the water. Drudge turn his blog into a conservative/far-white agitating powerhouse.
When Lewinsky testified to Congress, she said that her privacy was betrayed and she "hated" Tripp for bringing a personal matter into the public spotlight.
Lewinsky has been an advocate against public shaming, revenge porn and blackmail.
Lewinsky still despises Matt Drudge, Kenneth Starr, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Fox News and Republicans for their political hypocrisy.
Activist Monica Lewinsky mourns the loss of former rival Linda Tripp.
Tripp had no regrets bringing the tapes to light.
"It was always about right and wrong, never left and right. It was about exposing perjury and the obstruction of justice. It was never about politics."
Tripp's recorded conversations, which she turned over to then-independent Counsel Ken Starr, exposed Clinton's sexual relationship with Lewinsky, who was a White House intern at the time. Clinton's denial of the affair led to a perjury charge when the House impeached him in 1998.
According to multiple sources, the Vermont senator is planning on ending his presidential bid.
At 11:45pm, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) will do a livestream announcing he is suspending his campaign for the Democratic nomination. After numerous weeks of speculation and relentless attacks from his online trolls, Sanders has finally assessed his campaign.
In his livestream he said that "Together, standing united, we will go forward to defeat Donald Trump."
Bernie Sanders is OUT! Thank you to Elizabeth Warren. If not for her, Bernie would have won almost every state on Super Tuesday! This ended just like the Democrats & the DNC wanted, same as the Crooked Hillary fiasco. The Bernie people should come to the Republican Party, TRADE!
The Wisconsin primary went forth on Tuesday despite pleas from Gov. Tony Evers to postpone the primaries. The primaries went on and it was expected that Sanders was going to lose to rival Joe Biden.
Finally with Sanders out the way, the Democrats can finally unite around Biden and hopefully have enough power to stop Donald J. Trump in the general election.
Sanders started off a strong bid (in a crowded field). He failed at building a coalition with rivals.
He narrowly missed first place in Iowa. It went to Pete Buttigieg, former South Bend mayor.
His campaign was raking in millions in small-dollar donations and packed rallies full of supporters as he grew in the campaign. Yet, his crowd sizes, his campaign cash and the message didn't turn out votes in the primary.
Today I am suspending my campaign. But while the campaign ends, the struggle for justice continues on. https://t.co/MYc7kt2b16
Biden beaten Sanders in a majority of the biggest states eliminating Sanders chances at becoming the nominee.
Hillary Clinton, the 2016 presidential candidate blames Sanders for ruining her election by staying in the race longer than expected. His tepid endorsement and lackluster help hurt Clinton. Trump used every opportunity to paint Clinton and the Democratic National Committee as corrupt because of the delegates and superdelegates.
Sanders was a populist candidate much like Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). He was promoting progressive policies like Medicare for All, free college tuition, ending corporate bailouts, taxing billionaires, and paying off student debt.
Sanders and Warren became biter rivals after the "Bernie Bros" got involved. Matter of fact, Sanders' popularity went down due to the Bernie Bros.
Sanders failed to win over women voters. Sanders faced accusations of sexism and dirty tricks. The claims were refuted by Sanders. However, the campaign did not control the smear campaigns being launched online by his "loyal" base of supporters.
Shaun King, Michael Moore, Ryan Knight, Susan Sarandon, Glenn Greenwald, Krystal Ball, Briahna Joy Gray, Kyle Kulinski, Ryan Grim, Katie Halper, Jimmy Dore, Thom Hartmann, Cornel West, Killer Mike, Cenk Uygur, The Young Turks and the online trolls have really damaged his brand.
These insufferable trolls have deliberately turned off voters. The online whisper campaigns against Biden have begun thanks to these trolls.
Warren also faced the allegations from trolls. That's why she refused to endorse Sanders in the lead up to the Michigan, Florida and Arizona primaries.
Sen. Kanala Harris (D-CA), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Pete Buttigieg, Michael Bloomberg, Beto O'Rourke, Andrew Yang and Tom Steyer have long complained about the online behavior of Sanders' supporters.
Sanders knew the path was narrow when his campaign manager Faiz Shakir and political strategist Jeff Weaver have called upon Sanders to suspend his campaign.
Sanders leaving the race clear a path for Biden to be the nominee.
Trump and Republicans vow to reopen Ukraine, the sexual abuse allegations and use Sanders as a wedge issue.
Acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly is fired out the cannon shortly after he made inappropriate remarks about an ailing captain who Trump ousted a week ago.
The Acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly is fired out the cannon. He just came in shortly after Donald J. Trump ousted Richard V. Spencer late last year.
Modly was forced out on Tuesday as pressure mounted against him and Trump.
Modly made inappropriate comments about ousted USS Theodore Roosevelt captain Brett Crozier.
Crozier had released a memo to the Pentagon calling for assistance. He was asking for medical assistance for the coronavirus. It's affecting many of his sailors. Even Crozier caught the coronavirus.
Crozier was forced out as the captain after the memo got leaked to the junk food media. He was forced to dock at the U.S. territory of Guam. Crozier was given a rousing applause once he left the ship.
Trump during his presser said that Crozier was "wrong" for the memo being leaked to the press. He said that he placed Crozier in the "USS Teddy Roosevelt, one of the biggest nuclear ships ever."
The embattled Navy Secretary submitted his letter of resignation to Defense Secretary Mark Esper on Tuesday after a one-on-one meeting.
The letter was accepted. Acting Undersecretary of the Army, James McPherson has been tapped by the Pentagon as the acting Navy Secretary.
Lawmakers criticized Modly's remarks. He even earned a "shut the fuck up" comment from one of the sailors who heard his speech.
The audio of that address was leaked to media outlets and the uproar over Modly's remarks -- calling Crozier "too naive or too stupid" to be in command of the aircraft carrier and saying that going outside of the chain-of-command with his memo represented a "betrayal" -- quickly made his position untenable.
In his resignation letter, Modly did not mention the controversy.
"More than anything, I owe every member of the Navy and Marine Corps team a lifetime of gratitude for the opportunity to serve for them, and with them, once again. They are the reason why I will forever remain inspired by the call of service. They are the ones who lift our nation, heal our divides, and make this country the greatest in the history of the world," Modly wrote.
"That is why with a heavy heart, I hereby submit my resignation, effective immediately. The men and women of the Department of the Navy deserve a continuity of civilian leadership befitting our great Republic, and the decisive naval force that secures our way of life. I will be forever grateful for my opportunity, and the blessing, to be part of it."
Captain Brett Cozier.
Defense Secretary Mark Esper said in a letter that he accepted Modly's resignation Tuesday morning, confirming CNN's earlier reporting that Modly had resigned.\
"He resigned of his own accord, putting the Navy and Sailors above self so that the USS Theodore Roosevelt and the Navy, as an institution, can move forward," Esper wrote. "His care for the Sailors was genuine. Secretary Modly served the nation for many years, both in and out of uniform. I have the deepest respect for anyone who serves our country, and who places the greater good above all else. Secretary Modly did that today, and i wish him all the best."
Officials at the Pentagon are split about whether Crozier should have been relieved, but most feel the situation was badly handled and is now causing additional problems at an already difficult time.
At a Monday briefing, Trump was asked about Modly's comments.
"I haven't heard it exactly, I heard they heard," Trump said, referring to the crew of the USS Theodore Roosevelt. "I heard they had a statement that was made, if that were the statement, it's a strong statement."
"The letters shouldn't have been sent, and certainly they shouldn't have been leaked," Trump said of Crozier's memo. "I've heard very good things about the gentlemen. Both gentlemen, by the way, I will say this, about both gentlemen. And I may look into it from the standpoint of something should be resolved because I'm hearing good things about both people."
Trump added that he "may just get involved."
Shortly afterward, Modly moved into damage control mode, but his apology still insinuated that Crozier had deliberately leaked the memo himself.
"I believe, precisely because he is not naive and stupid, that he sent his alarming email with the intention of getting it into the public domain in an effort to draw public attention to the situation on his ship. I apologize for any confusion this choice of words may have caused," he said.
Modly also apologized directly to Crozier for "any pain my remarks may have caused."
"(Crozier and his family), and the entire Navy, have my full commitment that I will continue to help get the TR back to full health and back to sea where we can move forward beyond this unfortunate situation," he said.
Stephanie Grisham is ousted as White House Press Secretary. Her replacement is a far-white troll.
An unremarkable press secretary.
The White House announced that Stephanie Grisham is fired out the cannon. She will be replaced by CNN and OANN commentator Kayleigh McEnany. The 10 months Grisham was the White House Press Secretary was unremarkable.
Well there was that one incident when a North Korean security officer shoved her when Donald J. Trump was doing his latest photo-op with DPRK's Kim Jong-un.
During her months as the press spox, she barely held press briefings and only appeared on Fox News to do her usual bashing of Democrats and critics of her boss Donald J. Trump.
Grisham if anything will be remembered for her fake allegations about former Obama administration officials leaving notes saying "you will fail" to Trump administration officials. Numerous Obama administration officials rejected the claim. Grisham ultimately retracted the assertion.
Grisham had not conducted a formal press briefing in the White House.
Trump loves blonds. Kayleigh McEnany is new spox.
She will be reassigned back to the office of Melania Trump, the barely seen and heard First Lady of the United States.
McEnany is a pro-Trump booster and loyalist who will be under the helms of new White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.
Meadows, a former North Carolina Congressman and leading member of the do-nothing "Freedom Caucus" became the newest chief of staff after Trump fired Mick Mulvaney, the acting chief of staff and White House Office and Management Director.
Meadows has decided that Grisham will find a better place with Melania.
McEnany is a controversial figure. She is a political commentator and far-white agitator who promotes conspiracies and bullshit.
On Fox Business Network, McEnany made a bullshit claim about the COVID-19 pandemic.
She talked to Trish Regan, the former Fox Business host.
"This President will always put America first, he will always protect American citizens, we will not see diseases like the coronavirus come here, we will not see terrorism come here and isn't it refreshing when contrasting it with the awful presidency of President [Barack] Obama."
May these words come back to haunt her dumbass.
Once appointed, McEnany will be the fourth White House Press Secretary. The most colorful formers included Sean Spicer and Sarah Huckabee Sanders. These two were parodied by Saturday Night Live.

Of the 15,000 deaths of the coronavirus, 54% of the victims are African American. There are 604,000 confirmed cases in the United States. The coronavirus has killed 2 million people worldwide.
The Wisconsin primary is today. Folks are going to risk their lives for the right to vote.
Some scary stuff folks.
As a Black man, I am not afraid to die. We all are going to die someday. As long as you make the best of your life, death won't be scary. Still, this coronavirus pandemic has grinded the United States to a halt.
The virus isn't Donald J. Trump's fault.
However, Trump's failure to prepare for this, downplaying this, dismantling organizations that handle these matters, attacking the press for asking questions involving the health and safety of Americans are solely his fault.
Many Black Americans have died from COVID-19. Many of these victims were working at their jobs when they contacted the virus. Remember the bus driver, Jason Hargrove. He was the Detroit SMART bus driver who told the world that a rider was sick and failed to cover her mouth while riding on the bus. He ended up catching it and dying only a few days later.
Wondo Evans worked loyally at Walmart.
The medical doctors and nurses are putting themselves at risk for the disease.
The grocery store workers and stockers are putting themselves at risk for the disease.
The journalists and reporters covering the stories are putting themselves at risk for the disease.
A Washington, DC area cashier passed away from complications of COVID-19.
Leilani Jordan, 27 died in Largo Maryland after she contracted the disease while working.
Zenobia Shepherd, Leilani's mother told the junk food media, "She said: 'Mommy, I'm going to work because no one else is going to help the senior citizens get their groceries.'"
"She only stopped going to work when she could no longer breathe."
Two other workers contracted the disease and passed away.
Phillip Thomas, 48 and Wondo Evans, 51 were loyal workers at a Chicago-area Walmart. The two have died from complications from the disease. Wondo worked for Walmart for 15 years as an overnight maintenance worker. Phillip would have turned 49 years old this week.
Walmart is facing a lawsuit on behalf of the families of the victims. The families claim that management would not send workers home or get them ample PPE (preventive protection equipment).
Leilani Jordan worked loyally at Giant stores. One day she went to work and felt ill. She died a few days later from the coronavirus.
The state governor J.B. Pritzker ordered the stores to operate on limited times.
The Washington Post reports that thousands of grocery staffers nationwide continue to work and their fears of contracting the disease are rising. Now grocers are installing plexiglass sneezing guards, sanitizer, masks, gloves and a little extra dollar or two in their paychecks.
They are closing their stores
Family said she was really healthy.
However, I am afraid that the perceptions are coming back again.
Black Americans have to work our assses off because of the perceptions we're lazy and lacking intelligence. We are classified as criminals, thieves and primarily looked upon as suspicious.
We are heckled by trolls on social media, on racist websites, vilified by white established Americans.
We have the highest in diabetes, heart disease, cancer and ashemta.
European scientists want to test vaccines in the African Union. The American scientists want to test vaccines in Kansas City and Philadelphia, cities with a heavy Black population.
Here's a map.
There are over 400,000 confirm cases of the coronavirus in the United States. There are over 11,000 Americans who have died from the coronavirus. Every state has reported a death and its rising fast.
Phillip Thomas worked with Wondo.

A huge endorsement for former vice president Joe Biden. The Democratic frontrunner has secured the endorsement of Rep. John Lewis (D-GA), the longtime lawmaker and civil rights activist.
Lewis is the 38th member of the Congressional Black Caucus to officially back the former vice president's campaign for the Democratic nomination.
"It is my belief that we need Joe Biden now more than ever before. He will be a great president. He will lead our country to a better place. He will inspire another generation to stand up, to speak up and to speak out. Be brave, to be hold. That's why I'm committed to support him."
In announcing his support, Lewis paired his endorsement with a public recommendation that BIden pick a woman of color as his running mate.
"I think [former] Vice President Biden should look around. It would be good to have a woman of color," Lewis said on a conference call to tout his endorsement with reporters when asked about the subject.
Before the coronavirus had sideline the campaign, Lewis was urging Blacks to vote. He had helped register new voters. Lewis has Stage IV cancer in his pn
Lewis, 80, is in poor health, pledged to travel the country to drive up support for Biden, particularly among Black voters. He describes Biden as "a friend, a dear friend. He is a man of courage, a man with a great conscience, a man of faith."
Ailing from cancer, Lewis made the endorsement on Tuesday.
The endorsement from Lewis is huge for Biden and a big blow to the remanments of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
Sanders' insufferable supporters are attacking Lewis for endorsing Biden over him.
And they wonder why Sanders isn't winning this nomination fight?
Well it's obvious!
I only assume the Bernie Bros will push the narrative that Sanders marched with Martin Luther King, Jr. in Selma. No he did not. The photo that is circulating around the social media is fake.
Sanders skipped the 55th anniversary of the Bloody Sunday March. It proved to be a blow to his outreach to the Black voters of the South.
Biden has pulled a strong support among Black voters. Now that Michael Bloomberg dropped out, the former vice president managed to wrangle up the Black support overwhelmingly over Sanders.
Biden called Lewis, "one of my heroes," praising the courage and sacrifice in the fight for civil rights, especially as a part of the Bloody Sunday marches in Selma, Alabama. The Bloody Sunday march happened in 1965 where civil rights leaders were attacked by the law as they crossed the Edmund Pettus Bridge. The march across the bridge was a stand against the racism of the South. The Selma to Montgomery march was dangerous.
Biden has strengthen his lead in the delegate count. Despite Wisconsin moving forward with their primary, Biden still looks favorable to beat Sanders.
The granddaughter of Robert F. Kennedy and her son died in a boating accident.
The Kennedy curse continues on. The legendary family is mourning the lost of Robert F. Kennedy's granddaughter and her eight-year old son.
The U.S. Coast Guard recovered the body of Maeve Kennedy Townsend McKean in Chesapeake Bay on Monday night. They are still searching for the body of her son, Gideon.
The body was discovered after the Coast Guard searched an area where the woman and her son were canoeing. The search for her son was called off but it's likely they'll find the body of Gideon soon.
Maeve disappeared on Thursday after they were chasing after a lost ball in the bay.
Both McKean and her son were seen struggling to return to the shore during a canoe trip near Fairhaven, a town located 30 miles from Washington, DC.
A search was conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard ended for the two on Saturday but state Natural Resource Police continued the search.
Maeve was a public health and human rights lawyer who serves as executive director of the Georgetown University Global Health Initiative. She graduated from the prestigious Washington, DC college with a law degree.
The Kennedy curse once again claims a family member.
She was married to David McKean in 2009 and has three children. The other children were Gabriella, seven and Toby, three.
She was the daughter of former Maryland Lieutenant Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend.
Kathleen is the oldest daughter of the late Robert F. Kennedy. He was killed in Los Angeles in 1968 after attending a campaign rally. He was then the Attorney General under his brother John F. Kennedy. He was also U.S. Senator from New York and former Democratic presidential candidate.
