A real estate agent is out of a job after he decided to take aim at Montgomery, Alabama's first African-American mayor. Matter of fact, it was so distasteful, many are calling for him to lose his real estate license.

Craig Schaid is now in hiding after he was forced to apologize for his advertising saying in quote:

Montgomery, Alabama.

"Hey Montgomery, Don't Like The Election Results?? CALL ME!! Let's SELL That Home While The Market Is HOT!," the Facebook advertisement with an eXp Realty logo said.

Yeah, this was a dig at the new mayor of Montgomery, Steven Reed.

The dog-whistle advertisement with Craig Schaid posing in it was posted after Steven Reed was elected Tuesday night to lead the city of Montgomery, which has a majority black population but never has had an African American in its highest office.

Cynthia Novak, eXP vice president of marketing and communications, told the Advertiser in an e-mail that the company was not aware of the advertisement before it was posted and fired Schaid after learning of it.

"We reviewed the situation and terminated the agent. He is no longer an agent with eXp," Novak wrote. "In addition, we are discussing how we advocate for diversity and inclusion and will educate all staff and agents on these matters."

Schaid also resigned Thursday from his treasurer position with the Montgomery Association of Realtors.

"As of today, we asked for his resignation and we received it today," said association CEO Brad Owen.

Steve Reed becomes Montgomery's first African American mayor.

Schaid was a managing broker, according to eXP's website. The website said Schaid served multiple areas including Montgomery, Pike Road, Prattville, Deatsville, Elmore, Millbrook and Wetumpka.

"Craig Schaid has made a career of offering 'five-star' customer service with innovative and 'out-of-the-box' thinking," his profile states.

Schaid's professional website, homesearchalabama.com, brings up a page that says the domain has been suspended.

eXp is a remote real estate agency with thousands of agents. The company awards stock to agents as a reward for hitting sales goals and recruiting new agents.

Reed won the election runoff in a landslide. He beat television station owner David Woods, gaining 32,918 votes to Woods' 16,010 votes, according to unofficial results. He will be sworn into office Nov. 12 at Montgomery City Hall.

Reed, who was also Montgomery County’s first African American probate judge, spoke of inclusiveness and opportunity for all in his victory speech Tuesday night.

“This election has never about just my ideas,” he said. “It’s been about all of the hopes and dreams that we have as individuals and collectively in this city … and the way we found the opportunity to improve outcomes regardless of neighborhood, regardless of Zip code, regardless of anything that may divide us or make us different from one another.”

Montgomery, Alabama is the second largest city with a population of 206,000 residents. It is a predominantly Black city. The city is the capital of the state of Alabama. It is located in mid-central Alabama. The primary Interstates that cover the community is Interstate 65 and Interstate 85. Four people are shot dead while eating dinner in a Chicago apartment. They were killed by a terrorist who had "mental issues." CPD First Deputy Superintendent Anthony Riccio said the 67-year old suspect entered the victims' apartment and shot them as they ate dinner.

The victims have been identified as two women and two men but no other details have been released.

Riccio said the shooter then exited the apartment and went to the third floor of the building, where he shot another woman. The woman remains in critical condition at this time.

Police believe the shooting was targeted, although the exact cause is being investigated, Riccio said.

The New York Police Department is investigating a mass shooting in the borough of Brooklyn, New York. The law said that four men were killed and six others were injured in a private establishment where illegal gambling activity occurred. This terrorist murdered four innocent lives.

Terence Bishop, 36; Dominick Wimbush, 47; Chester Goode, 37; John Thomas, 32, all of Brooklyn.

The facility was illegal and folks weren't supposed to be there. However, no one should be killed for that.

These men lost their lives to this senseless act of gun violence.

This happened early Saturday morning. The victims were shot at a private bar called the Triple A Aces Price & Social Rental Space in the Weeksville neighborhood.

Police said that 15 people were inside the building where there was gambling going on. Some were playing craps (dice) and cards when the shooting broke out.

Three others were injured with firearm injuries. Three others were injured in the malee.

At the news conference, NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea said that investigators were trying to determine if the shooting was sparked by an argument or was it an apparent robbery.

The club is going to face sanctions. It was unlicensed and it was operating as a business in an area that wasn't considered a business area.

A young woman was shot and killed by a rookie cop.

The moment the cop shoots through the window killing a Texas woman.

A Fort Worth cop shot and killed a woman inside a family member's home early Saturday morning after a neighbor called a non-emergency call about the front door being open.

Atatiana Jefferson, 28 was killed. The Tarrant County bag 'em ups said that she got shot three times.

The woman was from Dallas and she was in the home with a nephew.

A man identified as James Smith called the non-emergency line to just do a check on the property.

He regrets the call and felt it was his fault for the whole ordeal.

"I'm shaken. I'm mad. I'm upset. And I feel it's partly my fault. If I had never dialed the [Fort Worth Police] department, she'd still be alive."

Two officer responded to the neighbor's call within minutes. They began searching outside the home.

The police released the body camera footage of the dirty cop who opened fire on the woman.

The cops came around the property with flashlights. They start searching the backyard. Within seconds, the saw someone in the window and one of the cops yell, "Put your hands up! Show me your hands!" before shooting into the window, all in less than three seconds.

In a statement issued Saturday afternoon, Fort Worth Police said that the dirty cop perceived a threat and fired. Officers found a firearm when they entered the bedroom, but they were unclear if Jefferson was holding the weapon when she was shot.

Officers began emergency medical treatment, but Jefferson died at the scene.

"She had light on all over," Fort Worth pastor Michael Bell. "We're tired of police lying."

The pastor and many criticize the characterization of the shooting.

Bell said there was no threat in the situation, unless the police consider Black people a threat.

Cop claim the dirty cop feared for his life.

"It doesn't say she pointed a weapon; they found one once he went in," Bell said. "The Fort Worth Police Department murdered this woman."

In a statement, Fort Worth mayor Betsy Price asked the public to "surround Atatiana Jefferson's family with prayers, love and support."

Former Uber driver who killed his passenger walks free.

Michael Hancock was acquitted of murder on Thursday. The former Uber driver escaped a conviction of LIFE in the iron college after the defense managed to prove he was defending himself from a drunken threat.

Last year, the man killed an Uber passenger after the two got into a fight while he was being taken home.

Hyun Kim was shot ten times by this man after a huge fight over the billing. Kim was drunk and wanted to have a two mile drive to his home. What ended up being a two mile drive turned into a 70 mile drive. Hancock's defense told the jury that Kim feel asleep in his vehicle. Hancock said that Kim tried to grope him and tried to give him head service.

Kim was disoriented and drunk. Hancock rejected his advances and then began fighting hi.

After Kim groped him on genitals, Hancock crashed his vehicle. The angry Hancock demanded him to pay for his damages, Kim refused and swung at him. That's when Hancock shot him.

Hancock would call 9-1-1 to report the incident. He was soon arrested. Kim was killed at the scene.

No justice for Hyun Kim. The father of one didn't get the justice. A former Uber driver killed him after a traffic accident.

Kim was a married father of one. Hancock is a married father of three.

Prosecutors said that Hancock planted evidence. The shooter managed plant a knife in the hand of the victim. The defense said that despite all that, Hancock feared that the victim placed lives in danger.

There is a wrongful lawsuit being filed against Hancock and Uber. The family of Kim is demanding answers. They believe that the state didn't hear evidence.

Four people injured in a shooting at the New England Pentecostal Ministries in Pelham, New Hampshire. This happened at a wedding reception where guest were gathering for a wedding of a couple.

The shooting happened around 10am on Saturday. There are no deaths confirmed as of yet. However, the possibly of someone dying is likely. The terrorist is in custody.

Pelham Police confirm that the terrorist is in custody. The church was holding a "men and women meeting" for Domestic Abuse Month. It was scheduled for Saturday.

This incident happened just hours before a service for a slain church minister who was shot in the neck and killed last week.

Ordained minister Luis Garcia was found dead inside his home in Londonderry in early October.

The terrorist who killed him was charged with second-degree murder.

The State Police Major Crime Unit, the New York Police Department Counterterrorism Bureau, the FBI and ATF are investigating the motive of this terrorist.

Scream in the faces of these damn lawmakers whenever they offer their "thoughts and prayers" to every fucking mass shooting in the United States. They will offer their condolences and say a word vomit how they sympathize with the deceased. Some here will tell us that "now isn't the time to talk." Others will say that "the NRA has too much influence on gun laws."

We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Donald J. Trump, a politician, an entertainer or another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.

I repeat myself over and over again! I am getting really tired of dealing with mass shootings.

People should not ever live like this.

If the terrorist was Black, Hispanic, Muslim or an immigrant, you would expect Donald J. Trump to tweet something offensive and call for more restrictions.

Now another city becomes a marker in history.
