Weezy and Universal have reached an agreement that allows the rapper to remain on the Universal Republic label.
Eventually Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga might ask to be formally released from Cash Money as well as Young Money.
Aspire Music Group sued Cash Money and Young Money for royalties as well.
Canadian director Little X has a movie coming out next week. Born Julien Christian Lutz, X is a well respected music video director.
X, Paul Hunter and Hype Williams dominated music videos during the 1990s and 2000s.
It's a remake of the 1972 blaxploitation crime drama Superfly. It stars Trevor Jackson, Jason Mitchell, Michael Kenneth Williams, Lex Scott Davis and Jennifer Morrison.
The movie was inspired by Gordon Rogers Parks, Jr. He brought you Superfly, Three the Hard Way, Thomasine & Bushrod and Aaron Loves Angela. Each of these movies brought about strong Black characters, a white oppressor and a lot of drug usage.

Washington Post and Fox News commentator Charles Krauthammer announced that he is retiring from columns. He said that he only have a few weeks left in his life. He announced he has terminal cancer and he will eventually pass away. He also wrote for The New Republic, Time Magazine and Inside Washington. He was considered the gold standard of conservative politics.
The famed conservative columnist is best known for strive through adversity. He was born in New York City by an Ukrainian father and Belgium mother. His family moved to Montreal, Quebec and Krauthammer would take classes on arts, economics, politics and was an avid swimmer. He is a certified psychologist.
He injured himself after taking dive into a pool. He was paralyzed from the neck down.
He never allowed his disability stop him from being an accomplished writer.
Krauthammer isn't a blowhard like fellow noisemakers Rush Limbaugh, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Laura Ingraham and Mark Levin. He was an honorable person. He would argue without the name calling and hateful rhetoric.
He was a hawkish on foreign policy and staunch defender of Israel. He was a supporter of embryonic stem research, marijuana and opposed the death penalty.
Krauthammer was a strong supporter of Bush's war in Iraq. He regrets it now knowing that the way this went down was wrong. He was a neoconservative on many issues. He even coined the phrase, the "Reagan Doctrine."
The doctrine was Ronald Reagan's aggressive push to counter the Soviet Union.
Krauthammer was a critic of Barack Obama. He called himself the "central conservative voice" against a newly elected Obama administration. Krauthammer served as "a coherent, sophisticated and implacable critic of the new president."
He respected the Obama legacy more now. Donald J. Trump, our commander of cheese is destroying the United States and its reputation in the world. He has done far more damage in his short term as our inept leader.

Their deaths have touched so many in the entertainment industry.
Spade who was a fashion designer and socialite was depressed over a biter divorce with her husband Andy. She left a suicide note and told the world's that her pain will be impacted on their daughter.

Bourdain passed away in France. It could have been sparked by a biter break up with his girlfriend Asia Argento. Bourdain was probably distraught over her being in a relationship with another man. He leaves behind an 11-year old daughter.

She and Whitney Cummings were the executive producers of the show. Cummings left after she complained about Barr's off screen antics. Wanda Sykes was a consultant and co-star of the show. She quit immediately after the comments went viral.

Sterling Brown, power forward of the Milwuakee Bucks. This made the news last month. The NBA star was cited for double parking. He was ordered to surrender his rights to a search and seizure. He declined their threats. So the bullies with the badges decided to serve him a knuckle style chili and a nice Taser shock.

Robert Johnson, a Mesa resident. Inside an apartment complex, Johnson is seen on surveillance being served a hot plate of knuckle style chili. He was knocked unconscious from the taste. Emily Weinman was on a beach in Wildwood, New Jersey. A cop claimed that the young woman was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. The cop claims that she would be arrested if she refused a breathalyzer test. She stood firm to not a cop intimidate her as she claimed she done nothing wrong.
The test was performed regardless and she tested negative. So the cop wanted to arrest her for having alcohol on the beach. This bully with a badge demanded she offered her name. She refused because she didn't do anything illegal. It wasn't her alcohol. So it escalates.
So he tries to arrest her and she turns away. That when he served a taste of knuckle style chili. She was upset that she was being arrested in front of her child. She did spit on the cop who tried to pin her on her neck.
Now she is facing felonies for a cop who wanted to cop a feel and threatened her with his authority.
These incidents are a watershed of the continuous problems plaguing America's police departments and people of color. It's frustrating that these individuals will face a judge in the coming days because they stood up for their rights to not be intimidated by these bad cops.
They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Mind you, I am not calling for any violence against anyone. I am just pointing out the volcano. It's going to erupt soon. Many in urban America are demanding things to change.

Alice Marie Johnson was convicted of a drug charge. She was a first time, non-violent drug offender. Johnson sentence was commuted following a meeting between the inept leader and Kardashian.
Johnson served over 20 years in federal time out before she was released.

Turner who then a standout Stanford swimmer was caught sexually assaulting an unconscious woman behind a pair of dumpsters. He was spotted by two good samertians. Then Turner tried to flee, but was soon caught.
Santa Clara County prosecutors urged six years in the iron college. Persky, an alum of Stanford, believed that Turner was a good student and it was an innocent mishap. He believed both Turner and the victim were too drunk to know what happened.
He did recommend that Turner would enroll in Offender U for a lengthy bid.
Turner was stripped of his titles and removed from Stanford.
He would return to his hometown of Daytom, Ohio in disgrace.

1. Accountability. They want people in power to held to the same standards as the common. Trump, Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Bill Cosby and others now face court dates. Police officers will be eventually wearing body cameras, hold more diversity and deescalation training. Congress will eventually work to pass bipartisan policies.
2. Equal treatment. Many people of color have been sentenced for non violent offenses while white privileged have gotten lenient bids. Criminal justice reform is now being examined. If a white female teacher who rapes a child gets a light sentence compared to a Black male who rapes a child getting a lengthy bid, then the system is fucked up. Both are equal and both should face the harshest punishment.
3. Don't disqualify us. The power of activism in the era of Trump has Republicans scared. Mitch McConnell is purposely canceling summer recess to undercut Democrats chances to take back the Senate. Many activists are holding entertainers, Congress, Breitbart, Fox News and Trump accountable. The firing of Roseanne Barr, the boycott of Laura Ingraham, and R. Kelly's events and music being pulled are signs of progress. These are perfect examples of activism at its finest. You better hear the activists. We pay your salaries. We control your ad revenue. We determine your ratings, your popularity and your successes. All of this could be gone in a hot second.
Persky felt the #MeToo Movement. Hopefully many others will see that light sentences and victim shaming aren't the status quo.

This is going to be a big issue. The former Athens-Clarke County cop is hired by a neighboring county sheriff's department. This cop was just fired out the cannon after he deliberately ran over a fleeing suspect.
Taylor Saulters is now hired by the Olgethrope County sheriff's department.
Only a week ago, this dirty cop used his patrol car to hit Timmy Patmon.
Patmon was wanted for outstanding warrants when he fled. He literally landed on the windshield of the patrol car.
As Patmon was screaming in pain, Saulters was threatening more injury on him by a Taser.

Obviously, the chief of Athens-Clarke County said that he deliberately abused his power as an officer of the law. He saw that the actions will cost the city in punitive damages and public scrutiny.
The sheriff of the neighboring county saw an opportunity to carry favor to the Republican Party and those racists who invented the Blue Lives Matter movement.
Blue Lives Matter is a counter to Black Lives Matter. They usually turn up around the time a cop is killed only by a suspect who either Black, Latino, an immigrant or a Muslim. They hardly react to police killings by white people.
They often troll around the time a Black suspect is caught or killed by the police. If excessive force or an unjustified murder is in play, these trolls sow concern that Americans shouldn't rush to judgment in these events. I believe that most of the people who represent Blue Lives Matter are Russian bots who trick conservatives into believing fake news.
