Wisconsin Keeps The Koch Sucker!

Wisconsin governor Scott Walker managed to fight off a recall election that could have changed the impact of the Republican's strength in the 2012 United States Presidential Election.
Be prepared for a long summer, President Barack Obama.

The Republicans and its conservative allies are energized by the victory of Wisconsin's embattled governor Scott Walker. For the first time in U.S. history a state governor survives a strong recall election. And the energy will be pass along through that perennial Mitt Romney, the party's nominee for president.

The Democrats retake back the state legislation and Walker urges the opposition to put aside their differences and work with him for the sake of the state. With the growing tension within Wisconsin, could there be a growing signs of strength within the conservative movement?

Scott Walker and the Republican-controlled state legislation passed sweeping measures to limit public sector collective bargaining and cuts to pension for public workers. He signed off a voter identification law that required voters to show a government-issued ID before casting a ballot. His state attorney filed a lawsuit against the federal government, in regards to the American Health Care Reform law. He rejected funding for the health care of the poor. Also, the governor rejected public funding for high speed rail service.

Walker hardline stance against the middle class and public sector unions created the backdrop for the liberal Occupy Wall Street movement.

Despite all this, the voters still came out in droves to vote. And in a 53% to 47%, a mere six points gave the governor a win.

Milwaukee mayor Tom Barrett was not a favorite among the public sector unions and Democratic hopefuls.

He offered a different take on the matters of public unions. He pushed forth ordinances that cut sick days for city workers. Barrett advocated for non-payment work for city employees and advocating cuts to city work.

People weren't as enthusiastic with the mayor.

The recall election was a lost for the public sector unions and the Democratic Party. Even with a strong grassroots presence and appearances from former president Bill Clinton, many voters felt that Governor Walker was still capable of leading the state.

Many conservatives and some Democrats fault President Barack Obama for not appearing for rallies to help the Milwaukee mayor Tom Barrett. But the case in point is, what would it matter?

I mean President Barack Obama appeared for candidates who ran for U.S. Senate in Massachusetts, governor of New Jersey and Virginia and for a congressional seat in New York. They've lost. Conservatives crow that standing near the president is dangerous.

I am assuring that the president was capable of getting involved. But is it worth the risk? The Democrats are very cautious this time! They want the Republicans to play an overreach with their austerity plans. Voters aren't too hip with the Democrats but their hopes is the Republicans go too far and turn off the independent voters. But you would hear the right wingers scream that the president is trying to meddle in the affairs of the voters of Wisconsin. Now that he's not making many appearances out of fear that the candidate may lose, the same right wingers are going to make noise about how he didn't come to the aid of the Democrats.

Look I am all about a fair election and all, and I do wish Governor Walker, a successful three years, but in reality, it's about the math. Many voters felt that this recall was an overreach by the opposition.

Many voters who supported Governor Walker were union workers, middle income families, and even supporters of President Obama.

But the concern among those around President Barack Obama, is Wisconsin going to swing red this time?

Maybe?

The Democrats carry Wisconsin easily for the last elections.

This time around is it going to be a rough ride for the president and the Democrats?

Democrat Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin is running for retiring U.S. Senator Herb Kohl's seat, it's going to be a toss up between her and former Republican governor Tommy Thompson, a 2008 former presidential candidate.

The president is great fundraiser. He's getting donations, but is the impact of the president going to trickle down to those struggling?
 .
The Republicans poured a lot of money into this race. Superpac donations for the Republican governor was unprecedented. Americans for Prosperity, American Crossroads and U.S. Chamber of Commerce poured millions into the race. The Republicans were hoping that this race was a precursor to a game changing victory for Mitt Romney.

The Koch brothers, are reclusive billionaires invested in the 2012 U.S Presidential race.

Walker was fooled last year by pranksters when he thought a call was from philanthropist David Koch, co-chairman of Koch Industries, a investment and manufacturing firm that supports Republican candidates.

Charles Koch the oldest brother is the CEO of Koch Industries and mostly the head operations of its affiliate firms. Charles Koch donates to Republican and Democratic candidates. He's was once a supporter of Newt Gingrich but switch to Mitt Romney.

Barack Obama has a slim lead in most Midwestern states. He has to carry forth Ohio, Florida, Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada. Those states determine an election. Wisconsin matters. It's a strong union state.

Despite what happen the Republicans can take pride in this victory. This victory is a momentum for Republicans struggling to retake the U.S. Senate. It's also a sigh of relief for Mitt Romney as well. Many people are still skeptical of his chances, but the Republicans can say now that the Scott Walker impact could be a lot better if Mitt Romney goes the way of the governor.

Assured that Scott Walker will be floated around as either a vice-president nominee or 2016 potential candidate for president. Just listen to the whispers around the internet, it's already there!

GOP Defeats Equal Pay Bill!

Is there a War on Women?

To the Republican Party, it's just another example of the class warfare the president and the Democratic Party present to the general public to deflect the attention off the economy.

The Republicans love to say that "the president hasn't produced enough jobs!"

What this equal pay law meant to so many women? To those who are unfairly paid by corporations must allow fair treatment. Republicans defeat the bill with 52 -48. There was a Democrat in the opposition too.

What this means is the Republicans aren't concerned with jobs, they're wrapped their asses around the American flag in preparedness of these ridiculous culture wars.

Conservatives: Sarah Jessica Parker Is A Dumb B****!

When Sarah Jessica Parker appears in an Obama campaign ad, conservatives are calling her everything but a talented actress.

This is why Republicans and its allies in the conservative movement seriously are agitating every domestic group in this country.

MTV Movie Awards had a prized endorsement from Sex and The City actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

Parker endorses President Barack Obama and went forth to urge members of the audience to help the president win reelection.

Here's where the social norms of hypocrisy come in. Those pesky conservatives riling up over the endorsement.

I listened to Sean Hannity mispronounce her name. The Daily Caller splashes words like "Horse Race" in a political dog whistle to say that "bitch looks like a horse!"

And of course those lunatics at 5pm on America's most watched cable news channel which holds a substantial amount of conflict with the president and his allies in the progressive movement.

One of them, Eric Bolling comes around like a Hannity or Tucker Carlson apprentice.

Courtesy of Fox News.

Well, didn't the Republicans and their conservative allies learn from the Sandra Fluke incident?

I don't come off as a political genius like those who actually count the amount of time spent by U.S. Congress and the president presenting ideas or passing laws. Those who do that are paid and sponsored by the political parties and mainstream news for facts and not spin. They maintain this job with the utmost accuracy.

What angers me is the fact that a person who agitates a debate claims that you're just a dumb voter because you love this candidate because he's a member of group. In the case of voters of color, conservatives label most Blacks are dumb because they vote for President Barack Obama because of his race.

The political pundits want to criticize the Obama campaign because a Hollywood star and her husband fellow actor Matthew Broderick want to host supporters and offer an opportunity to meet the president.

Here's my answer to the punditry.

You're not invited. Stop whining!

President Barack Obama gets hammered for having an advantage in fundraising. They were up in arms about his projected $1 billion in fundraising. Then when the news turned out that fundraising slowing down, conservatives are up an arms saying that Hollywood is trying to make an advancement.

I swear, if bashing President Barack Obama is a hobby, these pundits are trading jabs similar to trading cards. Those who spent their lives stressing politics are going to eventually end up like Andrew Breitbart. I promise you that all this angry rhetoric will end it for some.

Seriously, when I read that network's news agitation website, you'll see some of the worst things coming from the keyboards generals here. See below:

okay, let me get this straight, ol' horse face is throwing a party for Obama because he ran like a coward from Iraq, likes a nal s ex and lost 4 million jobs.
Yeah, those are some great reasons to vote for the guy
  • gesoflip 17 hours ago
LOL!!!! Parker is a dolt. She should stick to showing a little tail to revive her dying career and keep quite so the rest don't figure out she is an imbecile.
  • idi2008 17 hours ago
Sorry Jessica Parker......Obama did not end the war in Iraq.  It was already signed off by BUSH BEFORE he left office.
Stupid uninformed people.  And they breed.....

Aren't they clever?

This is what conservatives are. A bunch of racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic, overreaching, condescending, idiots who spew pain-inducing rants. They're the people who parade themselves as the morality of this country. They want to portray themselves as the grown folks in the room!

But you got the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and Michelle Malkin. Screaming like little children over things they know they can't control.

You got sex scandals within the Republican Party and yet they're the ones who chastise the Democratic Party as being the ones who lack morality.

It's just the persona of these people. They're bitter. They can't stand progress. They want to stay living in the past.

They hate women like Sarah Jessica Parker. Because she talks a few generic things about the president, the conservatives look at her as "dumb bitch!"

Well you better get with the program people. She and millions of Americans don't like the direction of this country and they'll vote in November.

Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will campaign for these votes. And to win over people, they'll use their resources.

The Help: Movie Whitewashes The 'Real Racism' of White Women in Jim-Crow...

The Help (Hollywood Racism)

Hoodrat Economics 101 pt 1

The New Black Panthers Aren't Turning Away Voters! It's Actually The GOP!

A nice play upon the controversial voter identification laws that Republican governors want to pass in order to keep Blacks, Hispanics, young voters and the poor away from the polls.

Rehashing the 2008 U.S. Elections, on that day a conservative activist filmed two New Black Panthers standing at a poll center. One was a poll worker, the other one was carrying a baton.

Now I would understand the outrage with the man and the baton, but think if they really want to intimidate voters, wouldn't they have a firearm instead of a wooden stick?

These are plays to the choir of ignorance and misinformation. So this is probably why these Republicans are so concerned with voter id laws. It's noteworthy that the NBP members were in a predominately Black neighborhood.

The purpose of creating these voter id laws is to prevent people from supporting Democratic candidates.

Republicans are concerned with voter fraud. Right?

The White Conservative Word Salad!

Look here. I love all Americans. No matter what race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, economic or political standings. I love all humans.

I may hammer conservatives a lot more than those progressives nowadays, but these people have it coming.

I get sick and tired of being labeled a person who votes solely on race!

The 2008 U.S. Presidential Elections were a historic milestone. Not only for the fact the United States has elected an African American man to the position of President of the United States, but it was one of the largest turnouts of voters in history. The Barack Obama campaign team has been actively working in areas that Republicans refuse to touch. The Black community is being neglected by Republicans. The Republicans don't offer things to appeal to Black voters. When Republicans want to put forth ideas or solutions to help Blacks, they come off as overreaching, condescending, racist bigots. They rile up Blacks so much, it's almost likely the Democratic Party will have control of the Black vote for years.

Think about the Jewish vote. The Jewish vote is important for the Democrats. They have a 2:1 strength with the Jewish voters. Republicans have strong support for Israel, the only Jewish nation in the Middle East, and yet they can't win but less than 40% of the vote.

But you never hear the Republicans say that the Jewish vote for candidates they love. It's always the Blacks and their "brothas".

I didn't vote for the Democratic nominee Barack Obama because he's a black man. I voted for the man because he had a better plan than the Republican nominee John McCain. I don't get why white conservative men (and sometimes women) fixate on the demographics of us and not them.

You find out a lot of things when you read a comment section. When you go to The Drudge Report and you click on a linked story, your next reaction is to comment on it. It's always the bigoted word salad from some unknown agitator who spends his/her life inside the internet whining about the president and his allies in the progressive movement.

Let's introduce the White Conservative Word Salad.

A mix of things I've read from some who view themselves as conservatives. Conservatives agitate confrontational debates when they respond on Blogger, YouTube or other social networks when it comes to issues involving race or politics. Here's what I've determined when a White (or even a Black) conservative responds to these issues.

Read below:
[Blacks] aren't capable of solving problems.
[Blacks] always creating turmoil!
[Blacks] are fixated on blaming their faults on the White man!
[Blacks] are always screaming racism!
[Blacks] always taking from hard working [Whites] by staying on welfare and food stamps.
[Blacks] are the ones who are really racist!
You see how Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Eric Holder and Barack Obama defend the [New] Black Panthers.
[President Barack Obama and Eric Holder] rather give Black racists (and criminals) a pass but accuse Republicans and conservatives of being racist themselves.
There are so many incidents that involved black on white crime, it's unbelievable.
This stuff is never reported in the "liberal media".
White women are raped by [Black] males everyday!
[The mainstream media] never report this stuff.
When Blacks claim a crime was committed by a White person, they are causing trouble by lying about these so-called crimes to seek attention!
You never hear about this stuff because Blacks are so in love with Obama.
Because the Blacks are so fixated on trying to keep their "brotha", Barack Obama in the White House.
The overwhelming support of Barack Obama by Black voters is troubling.
[Blacks] will never look at John McCain, Mitt Romney, Herman Cain as the candidates willing to help Blacks.
[Blacks] are brainwashed into voting for Democrats, plain and simple!
[Republicans and its allies in the conservative movement] are trying to transition [the Blacks] out of the "Democrat Plantation".
[Conservatives] keep telling Blacks that the Democratic Party is the party of the Ku Klux Klan.
[Conservatives] keep telling them that Democrats are always keeping them poor!
[Conservatives] keep telling Blacks that Democrats want more abortions, same sex marriage and are holding them back!
When [conservatives] own firearms, it's considered a right to protect ourselves from thugs that rule the Democratic-crime ridden streets.
Hold up, when [Blacks] own firearms, [conservatives] want to prevent them from using them in Republican-friendly clean cities and suburbs.
When these White liberals vote for Barack Obama, [conservatives] believe its White guilt.
Whites don't want to be labeled a racist.
Every freaking time we criticize the president, Blacks want to label this a being racist.
[Republicans and its conservative allies] are trying to prove that the president lied about his birthplace.
[Republicans and conservatives] are trying to awaken you people to the fact "your president" is a freaking "socialist"!
The Republicans were the party of Civil Rights, and yet the Blacks support the Democrats.
[Blacks] refuse to acknowledge civil rights icon Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was once a Republican.
Blacks refuse to acknowledge that the Dixiecrats [State's Rights Democratic Party] were the ones who turned the fire hoses on Blacks and endorsed Jim Crow laws.
Republicans want to make the Black community lives better.
[Republicans] have accomplished a big goal this time by electing two Black legislators to Congress.
Blacks that are leaving the "Democrat Plantation" in droves to become leaders and success stories, not "gubmint leeches" as your homeboy Barack Obama wants you to be!
[Republicans] elected Allen West and Tim Scott to Congress.
The Tea Party isn't racist.
[Liberals] need to prove to us there's a racist in the Tea Party!
[Republicans and conservatives] can tell you that the Occupy Wall Street movement is racist.
Look how many White people attend these events.
Have you seen a Black person at the Occupy Wall Street Protest?
[Conservatives] have hosted plenty of Black speakers at the Tea Party.
You Black people are going to make it harder for Barack Obama to win.
[Civil Rights leaders, liberals and Blacks] keep pushing these stories to paint the Republicans as racist, in turn we will gain more White voters because they'll eventually get tired of your stories of Trayvon Martin, the "racist" ramblings of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama.
[Conservatives] will make it our goal to see President Barack Obama as a "one term president".
Not all of these comments come in order, but this is what I expect when you read or listen these people talk. They are full of.......well you know!

But the point of me making this is simple. I want to tell the good people here at Journal De La Reyna, is that no matter what we've told you! They'll never get it through their sponge soaked heads that the Democrats are the party of progress, hence the term Progressive.

It's not about liberalism, socialism, communism or moderation. It's about common sense, and the Republican Party and people like these arm chair generals in the conservative movement are seriously lacking intelligence somewhere.

Republicans and their conservative allies play upon the fears of Black leaders.

It's reasons why me and probably most Americans have faith in the society than the fears of the unknown.

Republicans and its allies in the conservative movement are constantly rewriting history. This shows that they're purely agenda driven to whitewash the very history they've never had participated in or lived through.

These people are totally misinformed by the narratives they've siphon off these agitating blogs that they've grown accustomed to!

I am tired of wasting my time dealing with them on the internet.

I don't care what you call me! I know my stances on issues and I believe in things that matter to me and my family. I guess since all the crap you're throwing at me makes me a liberal, commie, socialist, anti-American as you claim! Should I call you a racist, totalitarian, Fascist, overreaching, bigot with limited education above high school level?

The Republicans boycott with their mouths and firearms.

You're not going to rewrite history off the backs of the Black community, sir. The Republicans and its allies in the conservative movement aren't focused on serious issues like the economy.

That's why these idiots continue to "change the subject" when the economy is getting better! This is why you hear stuff like "socialism", "end of days" rhetoric and that freaking birth certificate. They need something else to complain about. But as soon as the economy turns sour, they'll be the first ones screaming about how it's the president's fault.

Okay, here what I'm going to do for the next election!

Since some in the conservative movement think that I'm voting for race, the next candidate will be a woman.

Maybe a Latino or a gay person? It's all about class in your mind, right?

Ex-Civil Rights Leader Going Up The Creek!

Raleigh Trammell, the former head of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference was found guilty over the past week for fraud. He was responsible for helping feed the poor with meals.

Instead of taking on the principles of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Trammell used his leadership role as a lavish panderer of things that landed him in trouble.

The Montgomery County Common Pleas Court of Ohio, delivered the verdict.

According to WHIO-TV, official accused of stealing taxpayer money intended to help the poor, was convicted Friday on all 51 counts against him in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Sentencing was set for June 27. The trial judge did not revoke Trammell's bond, so he will remain free until the sentencing hearing.

Trammell, 74, faced 51 felony counts stemming from the alleged thefts, all from a home-delivered meals service run from the SCLC Dayton chapter’s headquarters.

Some ex-aides accuse Trammell of spending taxpayer funding on sex and for his family's expenses.

Trammell could be spending the rest of his life in prison, when he is sentenced in late June.

Told Ya So! They're Calling The "Miami Zombie" One Of [Obama's] Sons! [NSFW]

A joke, right? This was circulating around the conservative forums. A banner with Justice for Rudy Eugene, the Miami Zombie. This circulated from white supremacists websites.

This is not a safe for work piece. I stress this for two reasons. It's going to attract conservatives and white supremacists. They'll create a hostile environment for the good readers of this piece. The images that appear below might unease some who aren't hip to gory images.

The gruesome incident in Florida has attracted international attention. Here on Journal De La Reyna, I wrote a piece about it and it went viral.

I predicted this would happen. These online bigots will once again raise their ugly heads from underneath the bandwidth bridge to make trouble at the expense of the Black community and their chief foe, President Barack Obama.

Extremism is on the rise. Conservative white men are growing more anxious about the economy. Alongside a non-stop barrage of right wing agitation from the likes of Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, The Drudge Report and Fox News, one could figure the next tragedy could occur in some town. This small town will be the backdrop of a mass killing done by a person who has such disdain for progressive causes, Civil Rights, with a dose of chauvinism against women and anti-gay stances. These White nationalists need recruits. They can get the returning soldier, the fired police officer and the typical naive street kid who's willing to be the "gofer" to a race war.

These online jerks at those white supremacist watering holes figured out a way to agitate the tragedy by making light of the shooting and killing of Rudy Eugene, a North Miami man who was allegedly high on bath salts when he disfigured a homeless man. I choose to keep the name of the victim off this piece out of respect of his family. What he's going to face is going to be a forever life changing experience, if he should survive this incident. What's being circled around the internet is a banner with words like Justice for Rudy Eugene. In the banner the person wrote that:
“This man was a victim of racial prejudice and bigotry. Eating another person is a widespread and ancient tradition in Africa. He was shot only because the narrow minded cops failed to recognize the cultural diversity of our community.”
Now you're wondering why it's always the Republican Party pandering to playing upon the fears. They already have an advantage with white voters. What they need now is to elevate the case against the big black scary guy who munches on honest hard working patriot. Of course add a few snide word salad comments like painting this man as one of [Obama's] sons.

Alas, this is not your father's Republican Party. This is the party of extremism. This party is not valuing the principles of the Tea Party Movement. What was a movement about government spending became a rallying call for extremists to make the case against progress. Red meat issues such as abortion, race, birth certificates, stripping unions of collective bargaining rights, drug testing low income citizens, and voter identification laws are part of the agenda of extremists within the Republican Party. It hijacked it and turn it into a corporate outfit that's sponsored by the likes of Karl Rove, Roger Ailes and the Republican nominee Mitt Romney.

This type of stuff should be dismissed by the Tea Party and members of the Republican Party.

But they're not going to do it. They're scared to apologize. They don't want to come off as hypocrites when they say the president apologizes for incidents done by Americans overseas.

Bath salts are dangerous substances and it's about time lawmakers do something about it. In Ohio, a Democratic state representative Clayton Luckie, introduced a bill that bans statewide purchase of bath salts in the state.

Governor John Kasich signed the bill into law. It makes it a felony in the state of Ohio to be in possession of those type of chemically induced hallucinating substances.

This incident will have Florida lawmakers look into it. Hopefully this and the Trayvon Martin incident will have embattled Republican governor Rick Scott working to appeal to all his state's residents.

So to those reading once again. I will not allow comments on this article. I doubt this will go viral, but I guaranteed that this incident is worthy of a JibJab 2012 - 2013 jingle.

Special thanks to Matthew Desmond, Wendy Gittleson and the staff over at Addicting Info for following this.

Once again these pictures are disturbing. I urge those who have computers at work not to share this with your fellow workers.

Donald Trump: Why's Everyone Calling Me A Racist? Arsenio Hall Is In My Back Pocket!

Mitt Romney's most controversial endorsement, media mogul Donald Trump. Trump hammers President Barack Obama over his birth certificate. Mitt Romney embraces the extremists within the Republican Party.
Now, look here, Mr. Donald Trump. The jig's up!

Dude, focus on your investments and your reality television show.

I am sick of hearing this pompous jerk making noise in order to sell his brand. Mitt Romney's most controversial endorsement yet has rehashed the ridiculous birther issue once again.

I am not saying this fool is a racist. But I want to say is he along with Mitt Romney are just a bunch of "rich boys" throwing around their arrogance. Trying to make themselves seem like business executives.

On CNN, the reality star made the rounds defending Romney's record, but I guess he and Wolf Blitzer got into it over the controversy surrounding the birth certificate.

President Barack Obama released his long form birth certificate in April 2011.

His defense of the latest controversy: “How can I be a racist, I just picked Arsenio Hall,” Trump said.

The former talk show host Arsenio Hall beat Clay Aiken in the latest edition of Celebrity Apprentice.

White Hot!! Can Obama Win Back White Voters?

Okay, ask some of your White friends if you think President Barack Obama will get reelected!

Most of them will say no.

Nearly 4 out of 10 (roughly 40%) of White people support the president. That leaves out the majority. The majority of the white voters count as either independent, Democrat or Republican. The president has trouble with conservative leaning voters.

The workplace and your white friends are likely to say something about the latest issues in politics. And yes, you may not like what they say, but this is the mood of the country and it's going to have an impact on the president's reelection chances.

See if you're a person of color (especially a black person) in the workplace, you keep the Obama talk to a minimum. Talk of President Barack Obama can rile up white people. It's proven by people who focus solely on red meat issues conservative agitators whine about in the media.

Many Black people are cautious about talking about the president. Some fear that if they mention Barack Obama, their words may end up on the internet or they'll get into a heated debate over him. White people are very pessimistic about the president and they have more disapproval of the policies than any race combined.

White people are afraid of being labeled racist if they criticize the president in any way. Blacks are afraid of being tarnished as the ones "solely focused on race" when they support Barack Obama.

There's a taboo about the issue of race and politics.

Mitt Romney is the plain white guy that has the good looks, nice wife and children. He tries to paint himself as a father figure as well as a business expert. He comes from an established family. He has inherited his father's image as a person to bridge the gap. Romney knows he can embrace white voters since he's not Barack Obama. They're not concerned about his Mormon faith, his constant inconsistency on issues, and net worth of $250 million in domestic and foreign earnings. Business executives see him as a person they can vote for.

Barack Obama is the multiracial guy who lived in parts of the world experiencing things that his family achieved. He comes off as a father figure and a mediator. He wants to try to solve problems. The president easily wins over non-white voters 3:1. He maintains a healthy lead among Hispanic voters and those who graduated from college. Professionals see him as a person they can vote for.

The political road map starts always with the five states that determine an election.

Nevada, Iowa, Ohio, Florida, and New Hampshire. These states carry make or break a person running for president.

What seems to be a comfortable lead for the president has eroded. The Electoral College has the president sitting at the 270 mark. That's slightly enough to be declared the president. But states that President Barack Obama carried in the previous election have now become either toss ups.

States that President Barack Obama carried included Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington. Plus one delegate in Nebraska.

Now what appears to be signs of eroding include Nevada, North Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, Colorado, Michigan and Florida.

Republicans have control of 29 of the state governorships. They have maintain issues that cater to the Tea Party (extremist wing) of the Republican Party.

President Barack Obama has the opportunities to win back voters if he stays focus on his successes. The economy is struggling and partisan gridlock has people concerned.

Congress does have a portion of the blame. Republicans have control of the House of Representatives. Democrats have control of the Senate.

Many speculators have this race as a toss up but leaning President Barack Obama.

Many voters haven't gotten accustomed to Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts. He still cast doubt among some in his political party. He once supported ideas that the president embraced and managed to pass when the Democrats had a slim few months of full control of Congress.

Many in the conservative media have agitated issues that proven to be distractions to the real issues.

People shouldn't be concerned with the debt.

White voters are the most likely to agitate conversations about the president's policies, birth certificate, and his race.

Race is a major factor to some of these people. You have online jerks in the comment section. You have online bigots who spend their time writing stories to paint the president as a villain or an outsider.

It's hard to convince them to support President Barack Obama. Many Blacks know how White people act around the issues of race. They don't want to touch the third rail. We have to discuss this and hope the day will come when we can actually get to judge the person by character, and not by their color!
