President Barack Obama Is Beating Republicans Like A Drum!

Winning.

President Barack Obama celebrates his 55th birthday today with his job approval at 54% - 46%.

If he could run for a third term, he would crush the Republican in general.

Obama may go down in history as one of the world's greatest leaders. In his eight years, he rebounded the economy and put forth laws that benefited the middle class. While he admits that he could have done more with a Democratic-led Congress, he's pretty much satisfied with the results of his presidency. Chicago announced that Jackson Park will be the location of the Barack Obama Presidential Library and Museum. It will be located on the South Side of Chicago. It may eventually push out the problems. Generification is often a slick move to rid neighborhoods of problems.

Obama is still pressuring Republicans to confirm Merrick Garland, pass an infrastructure law, pass a Zika virus law, and confirm his counter terrorism analysis.

Republicans are so dysfunctional right now. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), the Speaker of the House is in a tough primary fight. Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) could be uprooted in the Arizona Republican primary.

Obama also called upon Republicans to resend their endorsement of Trump as their nominee.

The president believes Trump could destroy the party.

We just seen Donald Trump put his candidacy in jeopardy. His fight with the family of a slain U.S. Army solider has torpedoed his support among military veterans. His running mate Mike Pence endorsed Ryan for the House, Trump said he won't.

Reince Priebus is really upset with Trump over his refusal to support Ryan, McCain and Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH).

Roger Ailes, the head of Fox News getting fired out the cannon after he was accused of sexually harassing many of his female employees.

Old fart Rush Limbaugh signed on for Premiere Radio (iHeartMedia). He took a huge paycut. The national brands deem Limbaugh too toxic for radio.

The Drudge Report is upsetting conservatives with stories that aren't catching fire.

Pat McCrory, North Carolina's Republican governor vows to take this to the Supreme Court. He and many other Republican state governors are trying to stop minorities from voting by passing these ridiculous voter identification laws.

Sam Brownback, Kansas's governor lost his coalition in Tuesday's primary. Many state lawmakers who aligned with Brownback, were defeated at the ballot box. Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS), a Tea Party endorsed candidate was defeated by lesser known conservative.

Right now, you see the Republicans in an all out civil war. These guys have no vision. They have no actual policies. Hillary Clinton is on track to becoming the 45th president of the United States.

If they can't change the direction, the Republican Party will face a beat down.

Trump Upsets Republican Stomachs!

Fox News polls says Donald Trump is trailing by 10 points against Hillary Clinton.

It's getting uglier in the Republican Party. Donald Trump is pretty pissed at the leaders that aren't backing his feud with the Khan family. He vowed to not support any candidate who refuses to endorse him.

He singled out House Weeper Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) are examples.

Donald Trump announced that he will not support McCain in his tough primary fight and Ryan in his primary fight. Ryan and McCain are equally unfavored and they may face an upset.

Reince Priebus is pissed. He demanded Trump stay on message or else.

Newt Gingrich, Rudy Giuliani, and Softball Hannity are concerned about the direction he's going.

These three are his biggest cheerleaders. They have tried to go after the Khans with allegations being tossed around by smear merchant Roger Stone.

Of course, the news outrage du jour is the $400 million given to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Wall Street Journal released the report that during the prisoner release, the U.S. gave Iran the moolah on a cargo ship.

The Republicans are crying ransom. They were then complaining that the president wasn't doing enough to get American people out of Iran, North Korea and nations we declare an enemy.

They are hoping to change the message before Trump damages his campaign further.

Lyin' Ted Is A Do-Nothing!

HUD Secretary Julian Castro and twin brother Joaquin Castro, U.S. Congressman from Texas. One of the Castro brothers is considering a run against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

Lyin' Ted may find a real challenger in the 2018 U.S. Senate reelection bid.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), the failed 2016 presidential candidate took a nosedive after he spoke at the Republican National Convention.

He refused to endorse Donald Trump and Mike Pence as the Republican ticket. He got roundly booed and hissed at for this. Conservative agitators are pissed that Cruz and many others in the #NeverTrump movement are basically giving Hillary Clinton the win.

Now in his own state, Texas, many Republicans are tired of him. While there's no real challenger on the Republican side to take him on in the primary, he may face a challenge from the Democrats.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julian Castro or his brother Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) may consider running for the seat. Julian was mentioned as a top tier in Hillary Clinton's presidential bid. If she fails at winning the presidency, the junk food media will zero in on Julian as the top-tier for 2020.

Joaquin who is the twin brother of the HUD secretary is tired of the do-nothing showboating Cruz.

He said that it's a strong possibility that he may jump into this. He wants to see if Texans are willing to finally give a Democrat a chance.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) are up for reelection. These two are failed presidential candidates as well.

Paul who was running for reelection and president is soured upon Kentuckians. He is a do-nothing who showboats like Cruz and Rubio. However, he's facing the Democratic mayor of Lexington, Jim Gray who is an openly gay man. The Kim Davis scandal and Matt Bevin already signals that Kentucky will reluctantly vote for Paul over the Democrat.
Ted Cruz saw his political fortune fall.
Rubio changed his mind and is facing two Democrats who are just as bad as he is. Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL) is a better contender than Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL). Grayson is scandal plagued. Murphy has ethics issues. Rubio is a do nothing lawmaker and has bad blood with Floridians.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is the 2008 failed presidential nominee. He's facing a challenge from the right and a tough Democratic opponent in the general. While Arizona is a likely Republican, if McCain loses this will be the first time in modern history a failed presidential candidate loses his bid for the senate.

Given the circumstances, I don't want to bet on who controls Congress. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are both equally disliked by a majority of Americans. President Barack Obama is at least in positive territory among the American public.

Could There Be A Racially Motivated Terrorist In Phoenix?

The FBI is searching for a terrorist who murdered seven people in a serial shooting.

Did you know there is a terrorist in the city of Phoenix, Arizona shooting innocent civilians?

If you haven't heard about this, you're in the dark about it. There is a suspect on the loose in the metro area and the local junk food media is calling the terrorist the "Serial Street Shooter"/

The FBI and Arizona authorities are trying to pinpoint the location most frequently traveled by this terrorist.

Seven people were murdered in cold blood and there's no sign of any arrest in this tragedy.

A criminal profiler in the area says to ABC 15 that the shooter's motivations doesn't make any sense.

"His motivation may well be some anger, rage, issue in reference to that part of the city, a history that he had years ago. It will probably not make any sense once it's determined, but that's what drives these folks," said Brad Garrett, a former FBI special agent and criminal profiler.

He believes the shooter is keeping trophies. He wants to be recognized for his actions. There may be a suspect who might be buying up newspapers, keeping video coverage and subliminally posting on social media.

The victims included: Diego Verdugo-Sanchez, Krystal White, Horacio De Jesus Pena, Manuel Castro Garcia, Angela Linner, Maleah Ellis and Stefanie Ellis.

The feds are describing the terrorist as a thin man in his 20s, possibly Hispanic.

They are offering a huge payday for the arrest of this terrorist.

"Someone out there knows who did this. We need our community to call us or Silent Witness and help us solve these cases, bring justice to these families and victims, and prevent more violence from occurring," said Phoenix Police Department chief Joseph Yahner.

While we can't understand what drives these people to kill, the one thing that often comes to mind is the easy access to firearms?
This is the alleged terrorist.
This terrorist probably has no criminal history and probably was inspired to kill by events recently.

This callous killer needs to be place in the iron college.

World News Today send our condolences to the victims of this senseless shooting.

Again I am getting tired of sending my condolences to the victims. I am demanding that Congress do something about these tragedies. We had numerous mass shootings every month. The NRA has a huge grip on the lawmakers. They refuse to pass even a stricter background check.

Republicans in Congress wants President Barack Obama to take on terrorism and anti-police killers.

He can't do nothing if Congress refuses to take up any issue related to high powered firearms.

They don't give a damn when it comes to giving these so-called "radical Islamic terrorists" access to firearms.

GOP-Led Benghazi Committee Flopped!

Republicans blew money down the drain trying to stop Hillary Clinton.

It's the final report to the 2012 terrorist attack on a U.S. consulate in Libya. This event's release happened to be around the U.S. presidential election. The person running is who Republicans fault for the deaths of four Americans.

The Republican Party and its conservative allies have long dogged President Barack Obama and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with allegations of deliberate negligence.

They believe that the president allowed a terrorist attack to occur. His administration covered up the event by saying it was rounded around an anti-Islamic movie.

The anti-Islamic movie sparked global protests in the Muslim world.

On the night of the protests, terrorist managed to attack the consulate where U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens stayed. The attack happened when they shot off rocket powered grenades.

The smoke managed to kill Stevens and Information officer Sean Smith. Two CIA operatives Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were killed after the terrorist chased them to the CIA annex.

The Republicans believe that an order of a stand down occurred. No such thing had happened.

The events of the anti-Muslim movie were inspirations for an attack.

Some of the people who went to the junk food media (i.e. Fox News) were either fabricating scenarios for profit or just deliberately telling lies to move a political agenda.

Hillary Clinton, now the Democratic presumptive nominee has testified twice to the U.S. Congress.

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) led the Benghazi committee after Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) was stripped of his duties. He was deliberately leaking information to make the case about Clinton and not about the event.

Gowdy tried as best as he could to make the situation about Clinton. He failed as well. It was revealed that the whole committee was a farce by Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the Majority Leader  of the Congress. He went to Softball Hannity's program to make the case about Clinton and not the families.

That led to the Democrats to charge Republicans with wasteful spending. They used $9 million to investigate this and nothing came close to blame on Obama or Clinton.

Matter of fact, the Republican issued summary was nothing more than partisan snapping.
It's time to move on. Clinton in 2011 testifying at a Senate hearing.
Last year's 11 hour grilling by Republicans led to Hillary Clinton getting worldwide praise for her handling of criticisms leveled at her. The Republicans couldn't beat her.

I blame Softball Hannity for the Republican Party being in such disarray. He is so obsessed with Clinton and Obama it's almost sickening. He is the most annoying conservative agitator on television and radio.

Hannity, Old Fart Rush Limbaugh and Matt Drudge are the reasons to why Barack Obama trounced the Republican nominees Mitt Romney and John McCain.

This final report won't stop Republicans from wasting more time going after Clinton with accusations of a cover-up and not recognizing the threat of "radical Islam".

Congress Continues To Be Inept!

Time to go..! Republicans are extremely bad at what they do.

In the wake of a mass shooting, the Congress continues to be inept.

Congress continues to support terrorism by allowing them access to firearms. The four amendments that could prevent access to firearms if you're on a terrorist watch list failed.

Sens. Jon Tester (D-MT), Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) and Joe Manchin (D-MT) aided the Republicans in crashing the bills.

The background check amendment failed, the terrorist watch list amendment and the semi automatic weapons ban were dismissed by the senate.

The GOP and those spineless Democrats have once again failed in passing reasonable gun control in the wake of terrorism, mass shootings and grieving families.

Is it time for the voters to dismiss the inept lawmakers?

Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) voted for the bills. He said this opportunity missed shows that Congress is totally inept and the National Rifle Association once again wins the battle.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

CONGRESS ALLOWS THESE SENSELESS ACTS OF VIOLENCE TO CONTINUE!

I am really tired of the Republicans in control of Congress. They can't pass laws, they stall President Barack Obama's nominees and continue to waste taxpayer money grandstanding.

Scott Baio: Obama's Career Worst Than Mine!

Washed up actor Scott Baio is a canceled sitcom. He's going after the president for not saying "radical Islam". Saying he supports terrorism.

Washed up celebrity Scott Baio calls President Barack Obama a terrorist.

You may remember Baio who played Chachi from Happy Days and Charles from Charles in Charge.

No, you don't!

Well here's some real shit going on! Baio is a big time Republican. He's certainly in the tank for Donald Trump. He's pretty damn sure about the president being a sympathizer towards the Islamic State.

The washed up celebrity went on Fox Business Network to give his two cents on the Orlando massacre.

Baio kept calling "Lester" for some reason—that Obama is either dumb, a Muslim, or a Muslim sympathizer. "I don't think he's dumb," Baio clarified. The erstwhile Bob Loblaw also wondered if Obama's secret goal is to “totally eliminate the United States as it was created and founded and the way it is now?”

Baio was in the news sometime ago. He posted on social media a racist tweet about First Lady Michelle Obama. He said that he was snubbed by Hollywood after this. Many in the industry pretty much wiped him like toilet paper and flushed him down the toilet.

Of course the president doesn't mince words when it comes to fighting terrorism. He said that the Republican Party and their conservative allies have often used their tongues instead of brains.

Calling the threat "radical Islam" isn't going to make the threat go away. Yet, Republicans and conservative agitators (i.e. Softball Hannity) would waste their time blaming the 1.6 billion worshippers of the Muslim faith.

Baio is a piece of shit. He seriously believes the first Black president is a "MUSLIM".

Damn shame that Baio isn't hiding in an Indiana trailer park like his former co-star Erin Moran.

Here's the list of washed up celebrity Trump supporters.

Silk and Diamond (Lynnette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson)
Dennis Rodman
Scott Baio
Wayne Newton
Kid Rock
Ted Nugent
Mike Tyson
Bobby Knight
Tila Tequila
Hulk Hogan
Kristie Alley
Gary Busey
Jon Voight
Terrell Owens
Jerry Lewis
Meatloaf
Willie Robertson
Azealia Banks

And the list will keep on growing and it might be another episode of Celebrity Apprentice.

Wonder what the conservatives are going to complain about once Obama's out of office?

Old Fart McCain Blames Obama For Orlando Massacre!

That old fart is facing an insurgent candidate in the Republican primary. He is going "maverick" again. Even his old running mate is considering endorsing his rival.

Sen. John McCain  (R-AZ) is the failed 2008 Republican presidential candidate.

The old fart is still bitter about the landslide. He is hoping to secure brownie points with Arizona voters by saying President Barack Obama allowed the Orlando massacre to happen.

The reason to why he blames Obama for this: because the president ended the war in Iraq.

The Republicans are inept. The Republicans would rather focus on distractions such as blaming the president for the acts of a terrorist.

McCain is pathetic warhawk who thinks bombing people is the best way to fighting terrorism.

Lindsey Graham and McCain are senile and they will waste taxpayer dollars sending bombs over the Islamic State.

Kelli Ward is winning support from the conservatives and she hopes to knock the 81 year old senator off his perch.

News Agitator's Choice For A Restroom Lands Him In Court!

Shit got real ugly for a news reporter. He got served in a public lewdness and vandalism of a person's property.

Here we go again! Another way to agitate the racial agitators and give credence to Donald Trump.

I've said it in an earlier post, Matt Drudge, Colin Flaherty, and many other racial agitators feed this stuff to White extremists. The junk food media loves to cover "You Can't Fix Stupid" stories.

They enjoy making Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims the butt of America's problems. The Republicans prey upon the working class and undereducated White people. They want to sow the seeds of hate and division in this election to help Trump win.

If you are reporting the news and end up becoming the news, you're ridiculed for it. Rest assured, this incident will make this person think before doing something ignorant in public.

A news reporter from the Phoenix metro area was charged with defacing property, disorderly conduct and public lewdness. Each charge is a misdemeanor and these could land him in the iron college for up to a year and 5 years in-house. If the conduct was sexual, he would have to register if the suspect was trying to expose himself in front of people.

Jonathon Lowe got fired out the cannon. He was a reporter from KPHO/KTVK. He embarrassed the station when he decided to take it upon himself to unzip his pants and made sausage on a resident's lawn.

He was in the suburb of Goodyear covering a story when he decided to relieve himself.

The owner saw him and she called the law on him. The law quickly arrived after seeing him in the van. They questioned him and he confessed to the incident.

"I know what you want to talk to me about," he reportedly said to police, explaining, "I've been feeling very sick and I've been stuck in this van all day. So I went over to that person's yard and took care of business." Lowe told police that he had to stay in the area, so heading to a nearby market to unburden his bowels was out.
Ragin Cajun. Barbeque restaurant owner fried his dog. The reporter was pissed and decided to squat like a dog and poop on the suspect's lawn.
The neighbor, who recognized Lowe from TV, tells police she would have let Lowe use her bathroom, if only he'd asked. "Those people who called on me just wanted to start problems," Lowe reportedly told police.

Lowe was reporting on a man being arrested for decapitating and cooking his dog in a sacrificial. The man was the owner of a local BBQ joint in Goodyear. Patrick Thompson was served with animal cruelty.

According the junk food media, the suspect was upset over the daughter's choice in friends. He grabbed a bag of his haze and laced it. He decided to punish the daughter by cooking the family poodle.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Who Wants To Be The President Of A Do-Nothing Congress?

No one wants them.

The most nastiest election year ever. This is the most unproductive Congress ever!

Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are very bad. If one of them becomes the 45th President of the United States, they will have the most unproductive Congress ever.

The presidential candidates are extremely negative. The American public isn't inspired to vote for these guys. Bernie Sanders finally got his share of negative exposure. His supporters acted a fool at the Nevada Democratic convention, and he didn't condemn the ignorance. The public is starting to turn on Sanders.

Trump is the frontrunner in negativity. Clinton follows closely behind and Sanders is gaining on her.

The Republican controlled Congress is extremely bad. They have stall the nomination of Merrick Garland, they wasted over $7 million investigating Benghazi and now calling Facebook to face harsh criticism

And yet, no media coverage of President Barack Obama's rising job approval ratings. At present time, the president is enjoying 56% job approval in his final year.

Besides who wants to be the president of a do nothing Congress?

Perennial Loser Should Be Tatted On Romney's Ass!

He's thinking about running for president again!

Is he about to do it again?

Perennial loser Mitt Romney met with some prominent Republicans over the weekend. He is being courted to run an insurgent campaign against Donald Trump, the Republican presumptive nominee.

Romney served one term as governor of the state of Massachusetts. Romney's legacy is most forgotten. He is a failed candidate.  He failed at winning the U.S. senate. He failed at capturing the Republican nomination in 2008. As the Republican nominee, he felt a landslide in the U.S. presidential election in 2012.

Agitator for hire, Bill Kristol met with Romney at a Washington hotel thinking about a third run.

Kristol is practically begging for a third party candidate to stop Trump.

Now we've heard this nonsense before.

Romney will be forever labeled a flip-flopper if he chooses to run for an independent bid.

His former running mate, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) has set of a shitstorm by saying that he's not ready to jump on the Trump bandwagon. That led to his buddy Republican honcho Reince Priebus to have a sit-down to air out differences.

A huge number of Republicans are staying away from Cleveland. Former presidents George W. and his father George H.W Bush joined failed presidential candidate Jeb Bush in opposing the Trump nomination.
Exit stage left.
They will not appear at the Republican convention. Matter of fact, Senators John McCain (R-AZ), Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Ben Sasse (R-NE), and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are staying away as well.

The Republican Party created the mess. They were playing with the cards. They created Donald Trump. They were using the dog whistle to rile up votes. Trump is basically using the foghorn and it lead to him becoming their soon-to-be nominee.

By no means, I am not the strongest supporter of Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton. They are both are flawed. People aren't inspired by them at all.

Trump is a flawed candidate as well. He will not get things done. If he becomes our president, he will have the most inept Congress to deal with. He will deal with Ted Cruz and Rand Paul in the senate. They are going to stall everything. The Democrats are plotting as well. They are waiting for him to slip so they can use him to have Republicans defeated in the Midterms.

Trump is getting the most attention and it could lead to him becoming the 45th President of the United States.

By all means, let the Republican Party fight it out all the way to the general election. They already lost by having Trump as their nominee.

Obama: Mitch McConnell's Inept Leadership Dooms America!

Dirty politician faces an onslaught of criticism from Pres. Obama, the public and fellow Republicans who fear they may lose in competitive senate races.

Two weeks in and no budging on the Merrick Garland nomination for the Supreme Court.

Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said in the junk food media that the nomination will be for the next president. It's pretty much pissed off the president and the Democrats. President Barack Obama in final year still at work. He may be a lame duck, but he's not sulking about being called that.

His job approval right now sits in the mid 50s.

Obama is still constitutionally entitled to have a nominee confirmed to the Court.

The Democrats are saying that Republicans are inept and they can't govern. They fear the conservative outrage brewing if they give in to the public's demand to nominate a justice to the high court.

The court's swing is somewhat conservative. Now that Antonin Scalia passed away, Republicans feared that Obama's pick for the Supreme Court could swing the court into a progressive direction.

Conservatives are outraged over Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) complaining about the senate not holding hearings on Garland.

The Garden City Telegram reported that Moran told a small group gathered in a Cimarron, Kan., courthouse on Monday that GOP senators “should interview Garland and have a hearing on his nomination,” in the paper’s words.
Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) warns Republicans that the plan to stop Obama's court pick will backfire.
“I can’t imagine the president has or will nominate somebody that meets my criteria, but I have my job to do,” Moran said, according to the report. “I think the process ought to go forward.”

Another Kansas paper, the Dodge City Daily Globe, reported that Moran was even more explicit in comments to a Rotary Club there: “I think we have the responsibility to have a hearing, to have the conversation and to make a determination on the merit,” he said.

He says that he rather vote against Garland than hold his nomination up. He understands that if a Republican wins the presidency, the Democrats will block nominees for the Court.

The partisan gridlock affecting Washington, DC is pathetic. I mean Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) are worthless politicians and leaders.

The Republicans also trying to cock block a recess appointment to the Court. The president could impose a recess nomination if the Republicans hold firm on their threat.

Here's a poll for you

Should the U.S. Senate confirm Merrick Garland for the Supreme Court?

Yes. President Barack Obama is entitled to have a nominee confirmed to the Supreme Court. Republicans should stop playing games and get to work. It will backfire if Republicans refuse to confirm.
No. President Barack Obama's nominee is not going to be confirmed anyway. Republicans should wait until a new president is sworn in. The Supreme Court's decisions could affect the country if Obama's nominee is too polarizing.
Do Quizzes

I really hope that the Senate come to its senses and confirm Obama's nominee.

Sun Devil!

Arizona, Idaho, Utah and American Samoa have their voting this time around.

The Democrats have to duke it out in Arizona, Idaho and Utah.

The Republicans have to duke it out in Arizona, Utah and American Samoa.

Already looks like a clean sweep for the controversial media mogul Donald Trump. The Associated Press called it for Trump in the Arizona primaries.

Hillary Clinton also scored a huge win. The Associated Press called it for Clinton tonight in the Arizona primaries.

Ted Cruz also scored a huge win. He won the state of Utah overwhelmingly. The Associated PRess called it for Cruz.

Bernie Sanders keeps the wins going. He was declared the winner of Democrats Abroad, Idaho and Utah. The Vermont senator's vows to make this race competitive and will drive this race to the end.

Kasich vows to continue on. He hopes the Midwest and Northeast could favor him.

Obama Enjoying A Cuban Sandwich!

Barack Obama, Michelle Obama,
President Barack Obama visits Havana.

Cue the conservative outrage.

President Barack Obama, his family. a few lawmakers and business leaders are heading to the island nation of Cuba. The first in a long time a U.S. president ever visited the island.

The president will be down there for a few days on a historic trip to the communist nation.

Of course, conservatives and outrage pimps will throw up the "red scare" and the evils of communism.

The United States and Cuba had tension during the 1960s and it led to an embargo of products.

"This is a historic visit and a historic opportunity," Obama said as he greeted staff of the new U.S. Embassy in Havana.

Air Force One touched down on a rainy, overcast day in the Cuban capital. The president was joined by wife Michelle Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha.

Obama was greeted by top Cuban officials — but not President Raul Castro. The Cuban leader frequently greets major world figures upon their arrival at Jose Marti International Airport, but was absent on the tarmac. Instead, he planned to greet Obama on Monday at the Palace of the Revolution.

Obama's whirlwind trip is a crowning moment in his and Castro's ambitious effort to restore normal relations between their countries. While deep differences persist, the economic and political relationship has changed rapidly in the 15 months since the leaders vowed a new beginning.

After greeting embassy staff, Obama and his family toured Old Havana by foot, despite a heavy downpour. They walked gingerly on the slippery wet stones in the square in front of the Havana Cathedral. A few hundred people gathered in the square erupted in applause and shouted Obama's name as the first family stepped forward.

The Obamas then dined at a privately-owned restaurant in a bustling, working class neighborhood. Jubilant crowds surged toward the president's heavily fortified motorcade as it inched through the San Cristobal restaurant.

For more than 50 years, Cuba was an unimaginable destination for a U.S. president, as well as most American citizens. The U.S. severed diplomatic relations with Cuba in 1961 after Fidel Castro's revolution sparked fears of communism spreading to the Western Hemisphere. Domestic politics in both countries contributed to the continued estrangement well after the Cold War ended.

"He wanted to come to Cuba with all his heart," 79-year-old Odilia Collazo said in Spanish as she watched Obama's arrival live on state television. "Let God will that this is good for all Cubans. It seems to me that Obama wants to do something good before he leaves."

Ahead of Obama's arrival, counter-protesters and police broke up an anti-government demonstration by the Ladies in White group, whose members were taken into custody by female police officers in a scene that plays out in Havana each Sunday. They're typically detained briefly and then released.
The people of Cuba were excited to see an American president on their island.
Obama's visit was highly anticipated in Cuba, where workers furiously cleaned up the streets in Old Havana and gave buildings a fresh coat of paint ahead of his arrival. American flags were raised alongside the Cuban colors in parts of the capital, an improbable image for those who have lived through a half-century of bitterness between the two countries.

Many Cubans stayed home in order to avoid extensive closures of main boulevards. The city's seaside Malecon promenade was largely deserted Sunday morning except for a few cars, joggers, fishermen and pelicans.

The president's schedule in Cuba is jam-packed, including an event with U.S. and Cuban entrepreneurs. But much of Obama's visit was about appealing directly to the Cuban people and celebrating the island's vibrant culture.

"I don't think that the Cuban people are going to be bewitched by North American culture," Gustavo Machin, Cuba's deputy director of U.S. affairs, told The Associated Press. "We don't fear ties with the United States."

A highlight of Obama's visit comes Tuesday when he joins Castro and a crowd of baseball-crazed Cubans for a game between the beloved national team and Major League Baseball's Tampa Bay Rays. The president also planned a speech at the Grand Theater of Havana laying out his vision for greater freedoms and more economic opportunity in Cuba.

Two years after taking power in 2008, Castro launched economic and social reforms that appear slow-moving to many Cubans and foreigners, but are lasting and widespread within Cuban society. The changes have allowed hundreds of thousands of people to work in the private sector and have relaxed limits on cellphones, Internet and Cubans' comfort with discussing their country's problems in public, for example.
The president and First Lady Michelle Obama greet children at a local school.
The Cuban government has been unyielding, however, on making changes to its single-party political system and to the strict limits on media, public speech, assembly and dissent.

Obama will spend some time talking with Cuban dissidents. The White House said such a meeting was a prerequisite for the visit. But there were no expectations that he would leave Cuba with significant pledges from the government to address Washington's human rights concerns.

A major focus for Obama was pushing his Cuba policy to the point it will be all but impossible for the next president to reverse it. That includes highlighting new business deals by American companies, including hotel chains Starwood and Marriott and online lodging service Airbnb.

Castro and Obama are working out an agreement to get things done. Republicans on stateside are working on creating the turmoils.

As you know, the Republicans are so freaking tough. Their tongues are the only muscle being flexed when handling a foreign threat.

Special thanks to the Associated Press for reporting this historical event.

Insurgent Wants To Scalp The Maverick John McCain!

Insurgent wants to take down John McCain.

Sen. John McCain, the longtime Republican senator from Arizona is facing an insurgent challenge from a political nobody named Kelli Ward. The shrill Sarah Palin-like insurgent is gaining national attention. She wants to be the lawmaker who can take the Maverick down.

Ward is a former state senator who resigned half-term into her state term to run a full on challenge against McCain.

McCain one of the few political moderates in the Republican Party is facing possible defeat in the Republican primary on Tuesday. Some people was the 2008 Republican nominee. He lost in a landslide against Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election.
He's been a longtime fixture in the Senate. The conservatives had enough of him and they're backing his challenger.
The Trump insurgent wants to take out longtime annoyance John McCain.
McCain has kind of pissed off his Republican base. He said Ted Cruz is a Wacko Bird. He said that Donald Trump's were crazy. That netted a response from Trump. Trump said that McCain is a war hero but he doesn't like the ones who were captured intentionally.

McCain hasn't endorsed a candidate since his best buddy Sen. Lindsey Graham decided to bail out early in the presidential race. He's trying to avoid being on GOP Sundays too much.

The Republicans and their stubbornness on Merrick Garland is also hurting the once bipartisan lawmaker.

People are hoping that McCain could actually do something other than be a senile old fool.

Showdown!

The choice to the Supreme Court is Merrick Garland. If confirmed, the Court could swing in progressives favor. Republicans vow to fight until January 20, 2017.

It's rare that a president gets an opportunity to more than two justices to the Supreme Court. Since 1989, most of the presidents had an opportunity to nominate two to the Court.

Ronald Reagan was the last president to have nominated three to the Court. Of those three were Sandra Day O'Conner who retired in 2005. Antonin Scalia who recently passed away in 2016. Anthony Kennedy, currently the longest serving justice in the Court.

Picking justices for the Supreme Court is controversial. Given the partisan rancor by the Republicans in the current 114th Congress, a simple replacement to the Court is going to be a "showdown".

President Barack Obama has nominated Merrick Garland as his choice for the Supreme Court. Expect the Republican controlled senate to fight with the nomination.

Garland is a centrist candidate who the president decided to pick on. He felt that this choice is the most capable of getting through the Senate.

This choice also signals the end of the conservative lean on the court. With the sudden death of Scalia, Republicans fear that their party is collapsing.

Donald Trump, a brokered convention, the infighting between Republicans in Congress shows the signs of the Republican Party's incapability to lead the nation. Democrats are cautiously hoping that the civil war will split the party.
Obama is not playing games with Republicans.
Inept Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has already signaled that he's not willing to take the matter up until the next president comes forth. That right there is the example of partisanship which is driving Congress to low job approvals.

At 11am, the president will address the nation.

Merrick Brian Galand is the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, he is 63 years old and a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Law School.

He is married to his wife Lynn (nee Rosenman). He is a father of two daughters. He is Jewish.

Garland was seen on the shortlist of many qualified judges. Sir Srinivasan and Paul J. Watford were on the short list but faced a difficult path given the partisan rancor in the Senate.

Before Elena Kagan was appointed a justice of the Court, Garland was seen on the short list as well.

Republicans better confirm a nominee to the Supreme Court. Their plan will backfire if they refuse Obama's choice to the court.

Obama warned that if he doesn't get a nomination confirmed, the next president will suffer. Cause I bet you if the Republicans block a nominee to the Supreme Court, the next president (if its a Republican) will face the same obstruction from Democrats.

Perennial Loser Romney Warns Republicans Not To Support Trump!

The establishment pulls out the gutter Mitt Romney to go after Donald Trump.

Back in 2012, a perennial loser embraced the rhetoric of a billionaire. He asked for his endorsement and the billionaire accepted it. He said that the perennial loser had an opportunity to defeat this disaster named Barack Obama. It seems like the tables have turned.

In Salt Lake City, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney come out of hiding to buck the Republican front runner Donald Trump.

Now you know he done fucked up now! Romney appearing at the University of Utah to address the state of the Republican nomination.

Romney went into his verbal tirade about Republicans supporting Donald Trump. He went as far to say that Trump is a "phony" who lacks the temperament to be the President of the United States.

He said that his businesses are a "fraud" and a disgrace to the Republican Party.

"His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University", said the perennial loser.

Romney added, "He's playing the American public for suckers: He gets a free ride to the White House, and all we get is a lousy hat."

He said that Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and John Kasich are far better choices for president than Trump.

Romney recanted his possible endorsement of Marco Rubio. He said that he's not intending on running or endorsing a candidate at this time. He saw that Rubio is doing dismal in the polls.

Romney added that Trump's "domestic policies would lead to recession. His foreign policies would make America and the world less safe. He has neither the temperament nor the judgment to be president. And his personal qualities would mean that America would cease to be a shining city on a hill."

Romney also acknowledged Trump refusal to denounce the Klan. The Klan has embraced Trump and they're turning out for him. Romney believes that it's destroying the true principles of the Republican Party.

Trump had prepared for this. He already called Romney a loser, milquetoast, and a stiff. He said that Romney "didn't know what he was doing" as the party's nominee and blew a chance to beat Obama.

What just happened?

Romney may have involuntarily helped Trump win the day. Now the debate will have a mention of this and Trump will directly single out Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio for being a part of the failed policies that hurt Republicans in presidential elections.

Trump is a serious threat to the country. Not to just Republicans but Democrats as well.

This extremist could end up becoming our president.

Romney is a perennial loser. He should have stayed out of this. He's not doing the establishment any favors by coming out this late to blast the billionaire.

Dems Got A Long Fight Ahead!

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will likely continue to be the Majority Leader of the Senate. Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) will retire as the Minority Leader putting his seat in a competitive race.

Again, I don't care for the Republicans and Democrats. They both suck. They both are out for their own. They don't understand the plight of the American people. They are invested in the special interest groups and elites that continue to pour money into their races. They will play partisan games and continue grandstanding for the sake of their federal perks.

Here's my outlook for the U.S. Senate elections. The Republicans have 54 members currently serving. They have to lose 5 seats to fall back into the minority. Some of the seats are in states that President Barack Obama carried in the 2012 election.

With the pending fight in the nomination of a Supreme Court justice, most Republicans stand firm in opposing a choice to replace Antonin Scalia. Some of the Republicans are polling somewhat well to somewhat bad in their respective states. They know the risk of being inept in their home states.

Republicans will have to protect Ohio, Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois and New Hampshire. These seats are considered TOSS UP. These seats are competitive but it could also put risk on usually safe seats such as Arizona, Indiana, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. This would be a challenge for Republicans.

With the job approval of Congress at record lows, it's not easy for Republicans to bring up the failures of Obama when they're the ones also in power. But don't think it's an easy road for the Democrats. It's going to be a tough fight for Democrats to win back the trust of the American people.

Democrats have to fight for seats in states like Nevada, Colorado and Maryland. I conclude these states as TOSS UP. It's likely going to be a hard road for the Dems to recapture the Senate.

Depending on who becomes the nominee, I have pegged the candidates and how I believe that Republicans will continue to hold on to the majority of the senate. The odds are 52 - 48.

Could Loretta Lynch Be The Next Justice?

Another woman! Could President Barack Obama pick Attorney General Loretta Lynch to become the next Associate Justice of The Supreme Court?

The news today is the president won't exercise a recess appointment to the Supreme Court.

The president warned Republicans that he will take measures necessary to get a nominee confirmed to the Supreme Court. In due time, the president will pick a potential candidate who will face an uphill battle in the U.S. Senate.

The first African American woman could be nominated to replace the late Antonin Scalia. Some legal analysis signal that the president could choose his Attorney General as the potential nominee for the Supreme Court.

Loretta Lynch, the current Attorney General is floated around in the media. She was the first Attorney General in U.S. history to have a unprecedented hold on her confirmation. It took over 104 days before the Senate confirmed her with the slimmest of votes.

Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), then Majority Leader warned Republicans that the "nuclear option" will happen if they continue to stall the president's nominees.

The SCOTUS blog signaled that Lynch is a "very serious choice" for the Court.

Many in the junk food media speculate who's going to be the pick for the Supreme Court. We have no clear name in the listing. But rest assured, the Republicans are adamant against any nominee President Barack Obama picks.

Who could be the pick for the Supreme Court?

Knight To Pawn!

Republicans threaten government shutdown over Obama's pick to replace Antonin Scalia.

The right is scrambling for an offense. The sudden death of Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia has become a political football. The conservative justice died in Texas yesterday leaving the Supreme Court in limbo. Republicans are demanding the president hold back. They don't want him to nominate a justice. They rather have a new president take control of the situation.

President Barack Obama said that he will nominate a person to fill the position. Republicans are signaling a fight in the Senate.

Once again the Republicans threaten to shut down the government because they fear the wrath of elites and conservative agitators in the junk food media.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) are threatening filibuster if Obama nominate anyone to the Supreme Court.

Check it, the Republican Party got to booing John Dickerson when he corrected Cruz at the debate.

Cruz boldly said that Ronald Reagan appointed his third justice, Anthony Kennedy in 1987. It was true that he appointed the nominee, but the fact it was 1988 when he was confirmed. It was confirmed during an election year. Cruz was dishonest in that point.
President Barack Obama is going forth to pick a nominee. And he dares Republicans to stop him.
Cruz did pause and stare down Dickerson which led to the audience booing. Yes, Cruz told something that was false but it didn't stop him from making his platitude speech.

This is a lose/lose for the Republicans. The Supreme Court decisions that conservatives favor could be in jeopardy of being struck down.

The president may nominate a moderate.

The Republicans can stall a nominee but it will backfire. The Democrats will sabotage the Republican if he makes it to the White House.

This game is getting old.

Republicans are proving themselves to be quite inept.

If Donald Trump or Ted Cruz should become the Republican nominee, the party could face a bitter defeat. I know that the moderates and non-partisan Republicans are going to sour on the two bombastic candidates.
