Israel's defense, "Hamas did it."

The International Court of Justice heard arguments from the state of Israel. The country is accused of orchestrating a genocide against those in Gaza and the West Bank. 

They keep reminding the world that Israel has "the right to defend itself." 

All the while Israel is encouraging the old fool, President Joe Biden and immature Rishi Sunak to engage in a massive conflict in the Middle East.

Israel has already dismissed the allegations as "blood libel" while labeling the country that brought forth the criminal charges are in league with Hamas.

Israel is losing the messaging war. More people are demanding a permanent ceasefire and accountability for the actions committed by Israel. The Israeli government through its proxies are trying to sway American lawmakers into criminalizing criticism of its actions to antisemitism.

South Africa formally accused the country of committing genocide against Palestinians and pleaded Thursday with the United Nations’ top court to order an immediate halt to Israeli military operations in Gaza.

Israel, which was founded in the aftermath of the Holocaust, has vehemently denied the allegations. As a sign of how seriously they regard the case, Israeli leaders have taken the rare step of engaging with the court to defend their international reputation. Israel often boycotts international tribunals or U.N. investigations, saying they are unfair and biased.

During opening statements at the International Court of Justice, South African lawyers said the latest Gaza war is part of decades of Israeli oppression of Palestinians.

The court “has the benefit of the past 13 weeks of evidence that shows incontrovertibly a pattern of conduct and related intention” that amounts to “a plausible claim of genocidal acts,” South African lawyer Adila Hassim told the judges and audience in a packed room of the Peace Palace in The Hague.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu blasted the case and vowed to continue fighting Hamas, the militant group whose fighters stormed through Israeli communities on Oct. 7 and killed some 1,200 people, mainly civilians.

“This is an upside-down world — the state of Israel is accused of genocide while it is fighting genocide,” he said in video statement. “The hypocrisy of South Africa screams to the heavens.”

The case is one of the most significant ever heard in an international court, and it goes to the core of one of the world’s most intractable conflicts.

In a post on X after the hearing, Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Lior Haiat called South Africa’s presentation “one of the greatest shows of hypocrisy” and referred to the legal team as “Hamas’ representatives in court.” He said South African lawyers distorted the reality in Gaza through a series of “baseless and false claims.” He did not elaborate.

Israel labeled South Africa as Hamas enablers.

That reaction came after South Africa insisted Israel committed genocide by design.

“The scale of destruction in Gaza, the targeting of family homes and civilians, the war being a war on children, all make clear that genocidal intent is both understood and has been put into practice. The articulated intent is the destruction of Palestinian life,” said lawyer Tembeka Ngcukaitobi.

He said the case’s “distinctive feature” was “the reiteration and repetition of genocidal speech throughout every sphere of the state in Israel.”

Israel's latest excuse to justify the genocide:
  • They claimed that Hamas wants to kill as many Jews as possible.
  • They claim that Hamas has underground tunnels under schools, hospitals and refugee camps.
  • They claim that Hamas was planning on building a dirty bomb.
  • They claim that Hamas are using civilians as human shields.
  • They claim that Hamas is ISIS.
  • They claimed that Hamas had a copy of Mein Kampf inside a base in a children's bedroom.
  • They claimed that Hamas was beheading 40 babies.
  • They claimed that Hamas misfired a rocket at a hospital.
  • They claimed that Hamas wants a regional war.
  • They claimed that Hamas had top secret plans to attack the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claimed that Hamas has a calendar that showed the shifts of who was watching the hostages.
  • They claim that Hamas shot female soliders in the buttocks and breasts.
  • They claim that Hamas shot dead a civilian and raped the victim's corpse,
  • They claim that Hamas has placed explosive devices on corpses.

Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. In their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage. 

Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran. 

Biden, Donald J. Trump, Republicans, Democrats and the American junk food media are on the wrong side of history. Israel will be a 2024 issue. Once this pass, I get the feeling that Biden will be the last U.S. president to support Israel. 

Presidents after him (hopefully Trump never wins a second presidency) will come to realize that Israel was the bad guy all along.

The IDF is a crime syndicate.

The fascists within the Republican Party will vote. They are motivated by revenge and are willing to destroy democracy to do it. The possibility of a Democratic Party collapse is looking seismic. We are repeating the mistakes of the past. 

Not listening and dehumanizing protest against injustice is what Republicans and conservatives do. They always call anti-status quo protests, anti-American and the such.

The party must disassociate itself from Israel before it's too late.

The party can support Israel but also call for accountability and warn of sanctions.

The world wants to sanction Israel and put these criminals on trial. The U.S. which has a permanent seat at the United Nations keeps vetoing the decisions. It must end the veto and issue a decree to punish Israel. Or at least force the UN to reform veto powers given to the U.S., Russia, France, Great Britain and China.

Israel launched its massive air and ground assault on Gaza soon after the deadly Hamas attack. Three months later, the offensive has driven nearly 85% of Gaza’s population of 2.3 million from their homes. With only a trickle of food, water, medicine and other supplies entering through an Israeli siege, a quarter of the territory’s residents face starvation. And much of northern Gaza, including Gaza City, has been reduced to a moonscape.

Although the court’s findings are considered binding, it was unclear whether Israel would heed any order to halt the fighting. If it doesn’t, it could face U.N. sanctions, although those may be blocked by a U.S. veto.

Blowing up largely populated areas is not self defense.

The White House declined to comment on how it might respond if the court determines Israel committed genocide. But National Security Council spokesman John Kirby called the allegations “unfounded.”

“That’s not a word that ought to be thrown around lightly, and we certainly don’t believe that it applies here,” Kirby said.

The Zionists are really desperate in quelling the global movement. The movement to end the occupation and Israeli apartheid of Palestine will see fundamental change in American politics.

Israel is moving forward with bombing all of Gaza. After telling civilians to leave northern Gaza, they have decided to go into southern Gaza. They are also increasing assaults in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

The truce is over and war continues. Israel will still have settlers shoot and run over Palestinians with vehicles. They will continue to kill Gazans who try to return to the north. 

They will continue manipulating the West and Americans with the notion that they were the victims of this ongoing conflict.

Pressure is on and it will be a matter of time before change happens. Israel will be held accountable for its actions and we will see the movement to dissolve the apartheid regime.

The phrase above is a rally call for liberation.

If anyone trolls you about condemning Hamas for Oct. 7, 2023, kindly ignore them or respectfully tell them that Israel has committed an illegal occupation of Gaza, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank. They shoot innocent civilians and indiscriminately bomb heavily populated areas in Gaza and the West Bank. 

Will you condemn the actions of Israel if I have to condemn Hamas?
