Joe Biden Earns Some Southern Charm!

Biden still has some fight in him.
The South Carolina Democratic Primary has declared a winner. Former vice president Joe Biden managed to eek out a victory against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in a race that could have ended his campaign.

The former vice president had disappointing losses in Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada. The state of South Carolina felt that a candidate who has ties to Barack Obama was suitable. Matter of fact, many Blacks in the South are very skeptical of Sanders because of his policies and populist stances.

Biden easily trounced his opponents in a state that has a strong Black Democratic majority.

Trolls like Shaun King, former civil rights activist turned Sanders backer have called the Biden victory a travesty. I'm starting to lose faith in this guy. He's been called a swindler and fraud by Black Lives Matter leaders. I am starting to see how he operates whenever he's online and doing his "tours of justice."

The race could be solely down to four contenders. Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Michael Bloomberg and Joe Biden. The race went south for Tom Steyer who had the backing of hip-hop act Juvenile.

Steyer managed to "Back that Vote Up" on the campaign trial while jamming to Juvie The Great's classic hits.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is still in the race but her chances have dwindled down severely.

Her constant attacks on Sanders, Bloomberg and Biden didn't help with progressives who are lockstep with the Vermont senator and current frontrunner.

Warren congratulated Biden on his victory but proceeded to call him a candidate too eager to cut deals with Republicans. She said that his proposals on trade and business are bad for the middle class.

Latest polls in Massachusetts has Sanders leading in the polls against Warren. Warren represents this state and it could be a bruising if he comes out the victor.

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) also has a narrower path to victory. The state she represents, Minnesota is favoring Sanders over her.

"Today is a great day because full comeback starts in South Carolina and then comes here to North Carolina," Biden said at the St. Augustine University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
