Cop Walks Again In Sam DuBose Murder!

Mistrial in the trial of a dirty cop shooting Sam DuBose.

Former University of Cincinnati cop Ray Tensing walks free again. The former cop who was accused of fatally shooting Samuel DuBuse after a traffic stop got another mistrial.

The jury couldn't decide on whether the cop acted improperly when he fired on an unarmed DuBose.

Once again the justice system fails Black America.

The jury deliberated for more than five days on charges of murder and voluntary manslaughter.

This fatal encounter happened two years ago in the Mt. Auburn neighborhood. The July 2015 incident brought attention to the city and the infamous unrest that happened in 2001.

The judge, Leslie Ghiz sent jurors back to deliberations on Friday and they still couldn't reach a unanimous verdict.
Sam DuBose was the father of eight. He was killed by a dirty cop.
Prosecutors are signaling a third trial will happen soon.

The family of Sam DuBose said, "this is bullshit!"

"The family commends the prosecutors for their strong presentation in this case but we are outraged that a second jury has now failed to convict Ray Tensing for the murder of our beloved Sam DuBose. We demand another retrial. We call on the community to join us in peaceful protest of this unjust result."

The first trial was a mistrial as well.

Prosecutor Joe Deter said that the body camera evidence doesn't support Tensing's claim that he was threatened by DuBose.

Tensing shot DuBose at point blank range and the vehicle took off and later crashed. In the body camera footage, Tensing was trying to reach for DuBose and the car raved up. Tensing took less than a second and shot DuBose in the face.

Tensing was fired from the University of Cincinnati Police and immediately arrested.

Some people noted that Tensing wore a Confederate shirt while in uniform. Some also noted his previous encounters where he was disrespectful to Black motorists.

DuBose was pulled over for a taillight violation.

Often many people of color are stopped for some of the most pettiest offenses. Most officers will use a lame excuse to justify an unlawful search of your vehicle. Most often times they'll cite turn signal light, license plate light, failure to signal, and suspicious behavior in a public area.

This nonsense is got to stop.

BAD COPS ARE GOING TO GET GOOD COPS KILLED. FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

DONALD J. TRUMP, REPUBLICANS, DEMOCRATS AND THE AGITATORS IN THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA ARE TOO DUMB TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S GETTING HOT! AND SOON IT WILL BLOW UP AND THE COUNTRY WILL SEE VIOLENT REACTION.

EXPECT MORE MASS SHOOTINGS.

EXPECT MORE COPS SHOOTING UNARMED PEOPLE OF COLOR.

LEGALLY ARMED BLACK PEOPLE ARE TARGETS OF POLICE. EVEN DOING .

EXPECT COPS TO USE "I FEARED FOR MY LIFE" AS AN EXCUSE TO GET OFF MURDER!

Uber Is Sputtering On Fumes!

Travis Kalanick steps down amid a controversy at Uber. He also took personal leave because of the death of his mother Bonnie Kalanick.

Travis Kalanick, the embattled CEO of Uber is stepping down. He will take a leave of absence in the wake of a scandal that has the ride-sharing company in dire straits.

Kalanick resigned from Donald J. Trump's board of business executives after he tried to issue a Muslim Ban and the exiting of the Paris Accord.

He also is stepping down after he found out his parents were injured in a boating accident. His mother died after the boat she was in capsized. Bonnie and Donald Kalanick were in California. His father was severely injured and it's depressed him.

Kalanick was under fire after he got into a verbal tirade with an Uber driver after the Superbowl.

Kalanick was openly telling his passengers that he is cutting back on Uber drivers as a "cost-cutting" move. The driver overheard it and told him that Uber was his only source of income and he was getting ready to file for bankruptcy because of the changes.

Kalanick got heated with him and told him to find someone else to cry to. He apologized for the incident.

Alphabet, the parent company of Google is suing Uber for property theft. The company claims Uber stole the designs of the unmanned car that Alphabet wanted to run in the United States.

These scandal really damaged it's reputation as the country's best "side hustle." But what done it in was the allegations of sexual harassment and frat boy behavior at Uber main office in San Francisco.

Uber was promoted on talk radio. The country's most annoying conservative agitator, Sean "Softball" Hannity was promoting this on his radio show. Many talk radio shows and television commercials dealt with Uber.
Uber is falling apart.
Uber's board includes celebrities, former politicians and global movers. Ashton Kutcher, Arianna Huffington, Eric Holder, Jack Kingston are investors in Uber.

Uber is facing a major controversy when it comes to sexual harassment. Many of the top leaders are either resigning or being fired out the cannon.

Many drivers are upset over the handling of passengers, the payouts, and the safety. Some of the Uber drivers are opting out because the riders are damaging their cars.

Uber drivers and riders are being sexually harassed.

I am employed as an Uber driver on the side. But for the last three months, I've took a "break" from the ride-sharing social media service. I am frustrated with the ride-sharing service for it's lack of understanding.

Sure I enjoyed a full year of making profit. I made nearly $13,000 for the year. But I owe the federal government a whole lot for all them drives. First issue is they don't tax you. If you don't know how to file taxes as a business, you're pretty much fucked when the taxes come at the end of the year.

Second, the rides aren't coming fast enough. There were times I was on the road for three hours and I hadn't gotten at least one call since. People are dumping on Uber and joining Lyft.

Lyft isn't immune from the controversy as well. It's just not as big in Dayton, Ohio, a rust belt city with no real value other than being a hub for opioid abuse.

Uber is asking for former drivers and riders to come back. They are promising to change their ways.

But is it too late?

Cause of course, I am tired of the company not working for the needs of their drivers and riders.

Uber is suffering. What can the company do to make itself a profitable company?

Why Would St. Louis Police Shoot One Of Their Own?

St. Louis Police are investigating a shooting of a cop by one of its own.
The independent city of St. Louis is the second largest city in Missouri. It's called "The Gateway to the West." and the famous Arch welcomes Americans to the west. It sits on the Mississippi River.

The highways that travel through the city and metropolitan area include Interstates 44, 55, 64, 70, 170, 255, U.S. 40, U.S. 50, U.S. 61 and U.S. 6.7 The city's metro includes the suburbs of St. Louis County, the cities of St. Charles, Chesterfield and the Illinois cities of Alton and East St. Louis.

St. Louis is the midpoint between Chicago, Tulsa, Memphis, Kansas City, Louisville and Indianapolis.

The city's current population is 313,000 residents. The majority of the city's population is 53% Black and 44% White. It's one of the many cities stuck in the Rust Belt.

An off duty officer was wounded by "friendly fire" as police were looking for suspects in a stolen vehicle. They fled police and crashed into a pole on Wednesday.

The officer who was off duty was shot after another officer didn't notice who he was.
DeAndre Chaney.
The officer is being treated for his injuries and was just released yesterday.

Interim Police Chief Lawrence O'Toole was telling the junk food media, that the incident was unfortunate and it was crossfire that led to the shooting.

The injured officer was Black and the officer who shot him was White.

According to the department summary of the incident released, two officers who encountered the armed off-duty officer ordered him to the ground. He complied. When they recognized the off-duty officer, they told him he could stand up and walk towards them.

Another officer who arrived at the scene saw the officer. He didn't recognize him and fired his weapon at the off-duty officer. The officer was hit in the arm.

The officer who fired his service weapon will be place in the freezer determining if the officer's use of force was justified. The other officers who ordered the off-duty officer to ground will be likely placed in the freezer pending an investigation whether they were justified in detaining the off-duty officer.
Courtney Smith.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch first reported on the incident on Thursday. Police sources did acknowledge that the officers "fucked up" big time.

The chase started around 10pm when license plate recognition equipment alerted police to the vehicle that was stolen in Maryland Heights. Officers began a pursuit of the vehicle. They used spike strips to disable the vehicle and it crashed.

The three people inside the car started to scatter. The occupants in the car allegedly started shooting at the police. The officers backed off but continued to follow the car.

One of the officers fired upon the suspects injuring him.

Seven officers were involved in this. The officer who was shot name wasn't released to the junk food media. He is 38 years old and been with the department for 11 years. The officer who shot him is 36 years old and been with the department for 8 years.

All of those involved were placed in the freezer. The department's Force Investigation Unit will promptly look into whether the shootings were justified.

The suspects were named are 17 years old. They will be charged as adults and have need $500K to get a "free card."

DeAndre Chaney and Courtney Smith were charged with first degree assault, seven counts of armed criminal action, felony fleeing and eluding, tempering with evidence and reckless endangerment.

They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The family of Michael Brown will receive payment from the city of Ferguson.
Mind you in neighboring St. Louis County, the city of Ferguson just paid the family of Michael Brown the amount of $1.5 million in damages.

The city of Ferguson will issue the sum to Lezley McSpadden and Michael Brown, Sr. the parents of the teen who was killed by Darren Wilson, the former officer who shot him in 2014.

It touched off days of unrest and it lead to a national discussion about Black interactions with law enforcement. Black Lives Matter became a focal voice in the matter.

Wilson was not found criminally liable for the shooting. He has since resigned from the force. The mayor, James Knowles III, Tom Jackson, former police chief and Wilson were named in the lawsuit.

Federal judge Richard Webber sealed the details of the statement.

Ferguson was ordered to change its policies and admitted that it disproportionately targeted Black motorists. Some city officials were fired out the cannon when they were caught sending racially offensive emails about the case, then president Barack Obama and Black people in general.

Ferguson is recruiting more officers of color and is reducing it's zero tolerance rules when it comes to fines owed to the city.

Trump Forget The Tape!

Trump didn't record conversations with James Comey, former FBI director.

The leader of this pathetic country tweeted back ago that he may have "taped" conversations between him and now ousted FBI director James Comey.

After numerous attempts to obtain them, the Senate can confirm that Donald J. Trump doesn't have any recordings of him and Comey.

Trump confirms that he wanted to throw Comey off his game when he sent those tweets.

See all the nonsense started when Trump fired Comey out the cannon.  He tried to intimidate Comey by saying that he recorded conversations. This happened three days after he fired him.

Of the junk food media's conservative agitators were attacking Comey for being "disgruntled."

Comey told a friend from Columbia University to talk to the New York Times about the conversation.

Comey said he had a memo about the conversation and it threw Trump into a special investigation.

Now Trump is pissed that Robert Mueller is involved and is looking into the Russian collusion.

Trump's former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was a subject of a federal investigation because of his ties to Russian organizations. He quickly resigned after two weeks on the job.

Also Jared Kushner the son-in-law of Trump, Roger Stone, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, and Paul Manafort are also under federal watch for allegations. They failed to disclose contact with Russian businessmen and officials without acknowledging financial ties.
James Corey's bombshell testimony was watched by 19 million Americans.
Trump acknowledgement of not having tapes comes after he was criticized for bluffing.

He also claimed that former president Barack Obama "wiretapped" Trump Tower. That wasn't the case.

Conservatives are trying to distract the public from Trump's lies by wondering who "unmasked" Flynn.

Sometime ago, they accused Susan Rice, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder and Obama for Trump's woes.

Of course, these people are Black and conservatives often blame Blacks for the problems of America.

The Republicans Reveal Their Poison Pill!

The gloating Republicans are close to repealing Obamacare.

Gloating Republicans continue their march to rip apart the legacy of Barack Obama. The Senate now has came out with a "rough draft" of their proposal to repeal and replace the Affordable Healthcare Act.

The Obamacare narrative to be repealed was a theme among Republicans and Donald J. Trump.

Trump wants this passed before the July 4th weekend. The top GOP leadership are working on something to pass through the senate without acknowledgement of both Democrats and Republicans.

This proposal they're rolling out could greatly affect millions who signed up for the healthcare exchange.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is confident that he will get this passed. Democrats and some Republicans express concern that the public will be outraged that they passed a law without even explaining what's in it.

The CBO (Congressional Budget Office) already told Republicans that their House version will cost 24.5 million people their insurance, it will raise the deficit and it would gravely affect insurers.

Regardless, the House Republicans passed it and Trump and Mike Pence hauled them over to celebrate.

Senate Republicans were hoping to get the ball rolling. After numerous delays and talks behind closed doors, the Republicans introduced the Better Care Reconciliation Act.

The BCRA is a proposal that 142 pages long and has complex legislative language that require days of understanding.

The bill will strip Medicaid, eliminate corporations from paying a tax penalty if they refuse to give its employees health insurance, and strip the healthcare mandate. It will also give tax breaks to the wealthy.

The healthcare law has benefited millions. But since Trump and Republicans want to strip away the subsidies for the law, major health insurers are backing out. They fear the Republican proposal could cause great disruption to the healthcare system.

Any thoughts on this poison pill Republicans are planning on passing?

Cop Walk In Sylville Smith Murder!

Dirty cop walks in the murder of Sylville Smith.

It's getting hot! Really hot! And soon, things will burn!

For every bad cop, a good cop will die. The bad cops will make it more tough for good cops. The good cops will have trouble trying to obtain information from witnesses, Good cops will be the shot by extremists. The mentally insane will obtain firearms and cause havoc upon the police and every American who spurned them.

Sylville Smith was killed by police after a foot chase last year. His death had sparked riots in Milwaukee.

The cop who shot him was acquitted of his murder. Dominique Heaggan-Brown was charged with first-degree homicide after he shot Sylville in August after a foot chase.

Members of Smith's family were crying.
Sylville Smith poses with money. It's not a crime to pose with money. It was a cold blooded murder
Another all White jury of nine women and three men believed that Heaggan-Brown's were considering reckless homicide, but failed to decide if the charges were suitable.

This was a verdict that was extremely disrespectful said the family.

"Why are they trained to kill when they're supposed to protect and serve us?" Patrick Smith said after the verdict. "There is no justice here."

Sherelle Smith said to the public: "Don't give them a reason to take your life. Do something different in the community, try as hard as you can to be peaceful."

Milwaukee County district attorney John Chisholm said he respects the decision.

"We pursued it aggressively and we presented a strong case," he told the junk food media. "This is just an issue that this community had to decide. They made that decision."

The defense said it was a good day for law enforcement.

"Obviously, everyone recognizes there was a loss of life, and I don't think any officer would want to be put in that situation and to have to make those decision that he did, but those decision were made, and I think the jury properly evaluated them," said Jonathan Smith, the defense attorney for the dirty cop.

The cop was Black and the victim was Black.

Heaggan-Brown was soon fired out the cannon after the trial. He will have an opportunity to appeal the decision with his lawyer and police union reps.

Milwaukee is one of the most segregated cities in the United States. The city of 605,000 people is part of the rust belt. The manufacturing jobs are leaving, the city has law enforcement agency that is under federal watch. The city and county has a dick with a badge who gained celebrity for being "headstrong" to issues outside of his area.

Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke, Jr. and Gov. Scott Walker wanted the National Guard to handle business in Milwaukee.

Once again, another cop gets off with murder. I am tired of hearing this stuff. What will it take for the nation to realize that Black America is frustrated with this.

Progressives: Nancy Pelosi Makes Dems Toxic!

Democrats have a message:"We're afraid to be progressive!"

The Democrats can't figure out whether they're "Progressive, Moderate, or Centrist."

Democrats have lost every special election they've poured money in. And it seems like Republicans are having a bit of gloating knowing that all the "resistance" is failing the Democrats.

And now progressives are turning on the establishment. They believe that Hillary Clinton, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), and Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) are too toxic and too out of touch with progressives.

Jon Ossoff's chances at "Flipping The Six" was a bust. He lost narrowly to Karen Handel, a Georgia state official who had once purged thousands off voter rolls. Ossoff was hammered for not being in the district and a mouthpiece of Nancy Pelosi.

The 6th Congressional District was held by Tom Price. He accepted a job as Health and Human Services Secretary for Donald J. Trump.

The district went to Trump by a few points. Price was elected with 30 point margins. Handel was elected by 5 points. The seat was heavily Republican.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is toxic says Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH).
Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) was on CNN saying that he was disappointed that Democrats failed to win these special elections. He placed the blame squarely on Democratic House leadership.

Ryan believes that Democrats will do much better not having Pelosi as the Minority Leader.

He's right!

She is too toxic. Her name is dropped by Republicans and conservative agitators constantly.

Every time a candidate is running for office, the Republican ad buys often say the Democrat is a Pelosi/Soros/Clinton/Obama leftist, gun grabbing, tax increasing, elitist.

Pelosi, a former House Speaker held the position for four years. She was ousted when Republicans took control of the House in 2011. She has been the Minority Leader since. She is the current Representative of the 12th Congressional District of California, which enriches San Francisco city/county and parts of San Mateo County.

Ryan represents the 13th Congressional District of Ohio. His district covers Youngstown Warren, and areas of suburban Cleveland and Akron. He is currently trying to oust Pelosi as the Minority Leader because he feels that her leadership makes the party too polarizing and he wants fresh leadership.
