John Hinckley, Jr., the would be assassin of 40th President of the United States Ronald Reagan is going to be back on the streets.
U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman issued an order to allow the release. He will leave the federal nut house after serving a 35 year bid. He is going to ordered to live with his mama and have no contact with Ron, Jr, Michael Reagan and Patti Davis. He will not have any contact with actress/director Jodie Foster.
In 1981, Hinckley was standing outside a Washington, DC hotel watching Reagan leave out.
He shot Reagan at point blank range. He also injured James Brady, Tom Delahanty and Tim McCarthy.
Brady was left paralyzed and strongly advocated for gun control. He would pass away without getting any needle moved on gun control.

Democrats gave support to the mothers of #BlackLivesMatter. The mothers of Trayvon Martin, Sandra Bland, Jordan Davis, Eric Garner and Michael Brown gave a compassionate speech about their lost family members. They gave praise to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders for giving them a message.

Terry McAuliffe, the controversial governor of Virginia and former DNC chairman himself got booed and hissed when he threw his support for the Trans Pacific Trade Agreement.

Youree Harris, the self proclaimed psychic who swamped the networks with commercials during the late 1990s until mid 2000s.
She passed away from complications with cancer. Harris also went by Ree Perris, Youree Cleomili, Youree Dell Harris, Rae Dell Harris and Lady Cleo. Although she had the Jamaican accent, Harris was originally from Los Angeles.
She grew up in Seattle, and trained in voice acting and landed a few roles on television during the 1980s.
Her big break came when she put on the Carribbean head scarf and started winging it with the voice of ya shamen! Those commercials were annoying as hell. They were everywhere.
They were pulled after the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice ended the charade. Prosecutors took a hold of her birth certificate to show that Harris was born in Los Angeles and not Jamaica.
She would be the subject of a "deceptive advertising, billing and collections practice". The company sponsoring the Psychic Readers & Friends was indicted. Access Resource Services was fined $5 million in damages.

Bernie Sanders urges support for former rival Hillary Clinton
Day one of the Democratic National Convention and much of the chaos exposed by the DNC chief has deflated some of the support from Hillary Clinton. She has to owe up to the skeptical progressives who felt that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) got shafted by her.
Bernie Sanders, Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker had an opportunity to give their support to Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine.
The standing ovation Bernie Sanders got shows that he's still a powerful force in the Democratic Party. He mentioned Clinton's name and it somewhat gets applause. He dumps on the media and the agitators hoping for a bloodbath in Philadelphia.
Still bitterness with the insurgent wing of the Democratic Party. Clinton and Kaine will have to find opportunity to make the case.
Bernie lays out the message. He warns Democrats (including Hillary Clinton and Pres. Barack Obama) to find their progressive roots or face a bitter defeat at the ballot box.
First Lady Michelle Obama won the night for the fact that she called for party unity and told a factual statement about the White House.

Fort Myers club was the scene of a mass shooting. One month past the Orlando massacre.
What's trending on social media is the mass shooting in Fort Myers, Florida. The ClubBlu nightclub was the scene of a fatal shooting in which two people were killed and 17 others were injured.
This was allegedly a "teen night" at the club and the terrorist decided to get the burner after a dispute.
As expected, Governor Rick Scott and President Barack Obama were notified of this tragedy. They will express condolences and call for swift justice to those involved in this senseless act of violence.
The Congress will be too busy taking vacations or attending political conventions. They will ignore the gun violence issue. They don't see gun violence as the number one threat in the United States.
The junk food media says this incident wasn't terrorism.

I mean there's a man with a high powered firearm who decides to shoot many individuals without any care of their lives. A man who was motivated by some incident that could have been solved by leaving the venue or deescalating it by finding other outlets. That's a terrorist in my book.

It was not immediately clear what triggered the violence, but Fort Myers police Capt. Jim Mulligan said the shooting was not an act of terrorism. Police detained three people and said the area around Club Blu had been deemed safe, Mulligan said.
The two teens killed were 14-year-old Sean Archilles and 18-year-old Ste'Fan Strawder, police said. Archilles lived about a mile from the nightclub, said his father, Jean Archilles. Archilles said his son loved to play football and basketball.
The Los Angeles Times report that the club is in a strip mall that includes a daycare center and is across the street from a large apartment complex. Officers had the area taped off as crime scene technicians scoured the strip mall parking lot for clues.
State records online show the alcohol license for Club Blu was revoked June 7. The records from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation say the license was revoked because of an incident that occurred a year ago, but there are no additional details available. The same records also show that a complaint was filed in 2014 for “criminal activity” and that the club was given an official notice.
The violence at Club Blu erupted about 12:30 a.m. Monday, Mulligan said. There were two active crime scenes, police said. Several hours later a street in the area remained closed as police investigated.

Santa Clara County Sheriff's deputy made terroristic threats but managed to skirt with minor DUI and brandishing gun charge.

A video posted online shows the deputy involved in a standoff with police after he decided to pull his piece on an employee working at the restaurant in the early morning.
Jack in the Box is open 24/7 365. There are usually club goers who decide to grab a bite between the hours of 2 am and 4am. Jack in the Box is there to serve the needs.
However, this terrorist (an off duty deputy) Benjamin Lee decided to get into a hissy fit about waiting on the food.
The worker and his crew immediately called 9-1-1 and stalled the terrorist. When the police arrived with AR15's drawn, the terrorist surrendered to police.
Lee was charged with DUI and brandishing a weapon. Of course, he's innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He will have a disciplinary hearing.

You know police officers have pulled firearms on innocent people for no good reason. I mean they get away with this stuff. If this was a Black, Hispanic or practicing Muslim man doing this, expect the law to buck them on sight.
