Texas Cop In The Freezer After Slamming Teen!

Would you want this to happen to your child?

A San Antonio resource officer is in the freezer after he was shown body slamming a girl into the concrete face first. The teen was struggling. He decides to lift her up and fling her into the ground on a brick walkway.

Josh Kehm in military garb.
The resource officer responded to a disturbance outside Rhodes Middle School.

San Antonio Independent Schools spox Leslie Price said that the video shown is quite disturbing.

They are launching an investigation into incident.

The officer in the freezer is Josh Kehm who joined the department last year. He was previously a member of the Air Force.

Kehm can be seen picking her up. The teen was dazed.

"We want to make sure we understand what happened, and we're not going to tolerate any excessive force," said Price. "We're waiting to have all the information before taking appropriate actions."

The video hit the social media and it went viral.

One of the biggest complaints from #BlackLivesMatter is the lack of proper training for officers who been on the force for less than a year.

Azealia Banks: Sarah Palin's A** Outta Be Raped!

The rapper tangles with the agitator!
The queens of mean tangle with one another. It came to an offensive posting by controversial rapper/model Azealia Banks taking aim at the verbal garbage Sarah Palin spewed in Wisconsin.

Palin said that "real Americans" shouldn't apologize for the horrendous acts of the founders. She basically involuntarily said in an opinion piece that "slavery was justified".

Banks didn't appreciate that. Seeing that she follow politics, she struck Palin hard.

The rapper said that Palin should be gang raped by a group of Black men. That shot across the social media got the conservatives riled up. Conservative outrage poured into the social media.

Mama Grizzly isn't pleased about the offensive shot and she threatened to sue.

Banks got an earful from her publicist and media agitators. She was forced to own up and apologize for posting such an offensive tweet. The rapper said that she doesn't condone rape on anyone.

Note: Palin is the former governor of Alaska and supporter of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump.

Banks is a supporter of Bernie Sanders. She was previously a supporter of Trump.

Banks follows politics very closely. She complained that conservatives are ignorant assholes. She said conservative agitators like that old fart Rush Limbaugh and Matt Drudge can eat a dick.

UNDERSTAND THIS: RAPE IS RAPE! THERE'S NOTHING FUNNY ABOUT IT!

RAPE VICTIMS OFTEN NEVER TELL THE LAW FEARING THREATS OF VIOLENCE AND THE THOUGHTS THAT NO ONE WOULD BELIEVE THEM.

Cheese!

Victories for insurgents. Bernie Sanders and Ted Cruz set back Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

The rats won the cheese. The Wisconsin primary results are in and the Associated Press and CNN calls the primary for Texas senator Ted Cruz. This now places the odds of a contested convention in high gear. The odds of a Republican infighting is 90% and it's likely that Cruz and Trump will now go even further down the rabbit hole to being defeated by the Democratic nominee.

The Associated Press also calls the race for Bernie Sanders. The independent senator who running as a Democrat beat Hillary Clinton in a nail-biter. Sanders will likely fight this all the way to the Democratic convention. Hillary Clinton is leading in delegates but Sanders and his insurgency campaign has caused great setback against her.

The 8 Can't Wait!

The Supreme Court divided is a lose-lose situation for conservatives. Pictured: Justice Elena Kagan (back), Chief Justice John Roberts (left), Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Binder Ginsburg, Stephen Beyer and Sonia Sotomayor.

Looks like it's a lose-lose situation for the Republicans. They continue their opposition to President Barack Obama's Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland. And with the Court not at full strength, many issues conservatives took to court are being defeated.

Voting rights is spared for now. The Republican-controlled state of Texas ended up losing a crucial piece of power. The power they had to keep the U.S. Congressional districts in their favor is coming to an end.

Greg Abbott, the controversial Republican governor of Texas might want to wheel himself back to the drawing board. The court found that the Texas redistricting map isn't fair to the constituents and the Court struck it down.

The court ruled that the "one person, one vote" rule allows counting non-voters, including minors, prisoners, ex-convicts and immigrants -- a decision that traditionally helps Democrats.

"We hold, based on constitutional history, this court's decisions, and longstanding practice, that a state may draw its legislative districts based on total population," Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg wrote in delivering the court's opinion.

The plaintiffs -- Sue Evenwel and Edward Pfenninger -- argued that Texas should count only eligible voters in drawing up legislative districts of roughly equal size.

That would have favored rural areas with a high proportion of eligible voters in the allocation of legislative districts, over urban areas with larger absolute populations but a smaller proportion of eligible voters.

Since urban areas tend to vote Democratic and rural areas lean Republican, how the population is counted has a direct political impact.

If a state bases its electoral districting on the total population -- and all 50 states do -- people who are ineligible to vote are counted in the process.

These ineligible populations, such as non-citizen Hispanic immigrants, are usually present in larger numbers in urban areas.

As a result, each eligible voter in those areas proportionally has greater clout.
Samuel Alito, Sonia Sotomayor and Clarence Thomas.
"Even so, it remains beyond doubt that the principle of representational equality figured prominently in the decision to count people, whether or not they qualify as voters," the court said.

"Adopting voter-eligible apportionment as constitutional command would upset a well-functioning approach to districting that all 50 states and countless local jurisdictions have followed for decades, even centuries. Appellants have shown no reason for the court to disturb this longstanding use of total population," the court added.

- Unanimous decision -

The justices heard oral arguments in the case in December before the sudden death of Justice Antonin Scalia on February 13, which has left the court evenly divided between liberals and conservatives.

But even before Scalia's death, the justices had expressed skepticism about the challenge to the Texas law, which was borne out by the unanimous decision.

Had the court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, legislative districts would have had to have been redrawn in states from New York to California.

Civil rights leaders and minority groups backed the status quo, arguing a change would negatively impact Hispanics.

"Our representatives represent people," said Nina Perales of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund.

"Representatives don't represent land. They don't represent acres. They don't represent counties."

The NAACP civil rights group said that 75 million children, 13 million of whom are black, "would have been counted out of the redistricting process" since children cannot vote.

The case, it said, harked back "to nefarious periods in our democracy similar to when black people were counted as 3/5ths of a person for redistricting purposes."

Meanwhile Democratic presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders chimed in from the campaign trail in support of the decision.
Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ruth Binder Ginsburg were the majority of the court.
"In our democracy, every one of our voices should count. Glad the Supreme Court affirmed this fundamental right," Clinton tweeted.

- 'Significant leeway' -

Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito were part of the majority, but wrote separate concurring opinions.

Alito, while agreeing with the majority, rejected the government's argument that there is a constitutional basis for requiring that legislative districts be equal in total population.

In a similar vein, Thomas noted that the court's decision did not provide clear guidance on what exactly "the one person, one vote" principle protects.

"The Constitution does not prescribe any one basis for apportionment within states. It instead leaves states significant leeway in apportioning their own districts to equalize total population, to equalize eligible voters, or to promote any other principle consistent with a republican form of government.

"The majority should recognize the futility of choosing only one of these options. The Constitution leaves the choice to the people alone -— not to this court," he wrote.

Islamophobia Stings Worse Than The Bees!

Conservatives mock American Muslims being attacked by killer bees.

Our friends over at Raw Story had a story that was posted on the conservative Craigslist. The website linked an article in regards to an event that happened over the weekend.

A Islamic temple in Phoenix was invaded by a bee swarm.

It linked to the Fox Nation website. The Muslim Community Mosque of Metro Phoenix was hit by a swarm of the aggressive African colonized bees. The bugs managed to sting 20 worshippers.

The spokesperson for the mosque said that animal control will handle the situation. They will safely remove the bees.

Well it seems like racism and xenophobia isn't far away. Some people came from underneath the bandwidth bridge to mock the incident and bring President Barack Obama into the conversation.

Some of the word vomit was extreme. So far I've read a few of these inflammatory remarks.

One poster said that "Bees are doing more for our national security than the president".

Another comment was even more vulgar. "A press statement from Obama was just issued. He apologized to the Muslims for Racist Bee Violence.

Another one commented saying that "Further investigation revealed that these Bees were reincarnated Muslim terrorists that killed themselves and found out the virgin thing was a lie!!!! So now they are seeking revenge.,lol!"

These were some of the offensive word vomit from conservatives. It's vile, ugly and just utterly stupid.

These are the voters that Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich want.

A bunch of condescending racist bigots.

Trump Outfoxed The Chief!

Trump got dirt on Roger Ailes.

Splashed on The Huffington Post today was a story about Donald Trump and his ongoing feud with Fox News and its agitator Megyn Kelly.

Trump's war against Kelly began at the first Republican debate in Cleveland when he was given a question about his treatment of women. Trump's reaction to her and Fox News was supposed to be the end of his campaign.

Fast forward to now.

Trump's holding a little bit of dirt on Fox News. According to an article being published by New York Magazine, Gabriel Sherman reveals how Trump came to possess some deep shit going on in Roger Ailes' circle. Sherman says that this information could damage the reputation of Ailes and his network.

Here's the splash.

REPORT: TRUMP SITTING ON FOX BOMBSHELLS

Fox News is by far the cable news leader. It's often beating most primetime shows in 3:1 ratio.

The network has long being question for journalistic ethics. Most conclude that Fox News is in favor of the Republican and conservative policies.

Roger Ailes fired a longtime aid to his inner circle. Brian Lewis was fired out the cannon after a story turned up about Ailes carrying a firearm to work and fearing Muslims may attack him. Lewis told the junk food media that Roger got enemies and these enemies could expose him.

The Donald may have been getting practically kiss ass coverage from the country's most annoying conservative agitator. Sean Hannity, is by far the worst conservative agitator to ever host a show. He's nothing more than a screaming parrot of Republican talking points, insults and name dropping.

The Ted Cruz campaign vowed to never go on Hannity's show anymore because the annoying conservative agitator brought up the alleged sex scandal.

He was demoted to 10pm back in 2013 after his show entitled "Hannity" was losing to Rachel Maddow.

The network is not so keen on a Donald Trump or Ted Cruz presidency.

Roger Ailes has privately told people that "Trump has no chance" of being the president.
