Is Romney Tough Enough?

President Barack Obama is crippled by the economic woes in the United States, and it's going to be the narrative that Republicans use to beat him in the election.

Mitt Romney, the perennial candidate running for president is going to be the nominee for the Republican Party. His strategy is to focus mostly on the economy and he's determined to stay solely on that issue.

President Obama has laid out grenades and the Republicans are trying to detonate them. First the president decides to release his long form birth certificate, ending the birther issue. Then he goes into the Strategy Room and ordered the Special Operations Unit to go into Pakistan and kill Osama bin Laden. That ends the issue of the president being soft on terrorism. Oh, wait, he passed the extension of the Bush Tax Cuts, a move that angered his liberal allies. But he's still raising my taxes, right?

The health care law is upheld by the Supreme Court. Oh, so they call it a tax! I guess it's a tax! The Republicans repealed it 33 times since they took control of the House of Representatives. President Obama embraces the notion of gay marriage. Wow, already! I thought he was going to continue the legality of Defense of Marriage Act. The president gives an executive order that gives young adults who were born in foreign countries a chance to become American citizens! 


Gee, I thought he was deporting undocumented workers at a higher rate than his predecessors. It's all political expediency, conspired by the liberal media to make President Barack Obama look good and Mitt Romney look bad!

Conservative agitators such as Bill Kristol, George Will, Sean Hannity and even Rush Limbaugh are expressing concern that Romney isn't tough enough to take on President Obama.

President Barack Obama is going for the neck and he's ready to snap it!

Going against his previous campaign, the president is solely going negative on the former Massachusetts governor. After the brutal primary fight, Mitt Romney was trying to regain his footing. Unfortunately, it's going to be a stumble for the former governor. The president is going to make the narrative about Romney's record at Bain Capital. The investment firm has been accused of outsourcing jobs to foreign nations at the signature of Mitt Romney.

Romney wants an apology for the president's aggressive campaign.

No apologies, right?

So far the electoral map is looking better for President Barack Obama. He right now has approximately 280 electoral votes to Mitt Romney with at least 190 electoral votes. The magic number is 270. President Obama has enough with or without Florida or Ohio. But it would be nice if he obtains at least one of these states to win, though!

Still Republicans have an enthusiastic audience. Many Republicans are so fed up with President Obama, they'll take anything over him. Mitt Romney is their second choice but far better than Obama in their opinion!

Let's go to the hard hitting ad from the Obama Campaign. It mocks Romney singing and acknowledging his tenure at Bain Capital. While he was CEO of Bain Capital he outsourced jobs to China, India and Mexico for big profits. Those ads are working.

Looks like Newt Gingrich is starting to look a little better than what they got as their nominee.

Before I go, I want you to understand this! Romney can win!

The economic turmoils haven't gotten worse, but it's not getting better!

Jobs and spending are the key factors to a stable economy.

President Barack Obama must go after Romney and the Republican House of Representatives. He has to paint the Republicans as obstructionists and nail them on their desires to implement domestic austerity cuts.

Gay Republicans Want George Lopez To Apologize!

George Lopez got the Right upset over a comment! The legendary comedian has talked about issues in the Latino community. He's a supporter of President Barack Obama and has criticized Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio for his tough stance on undocumented workers.

What the heck?

Can't a Republican take a freaking joke?

GOProud, a bunch of gay Republicans who support Mitt Romney for president takes offense to George Lopez and the joke that was deemed offensive by the organization.

Lopez joked that Mitt Romney was a Latino he's just afraid to admit it. Also stated that controversial Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio and Romney were homosexuals. That riled up the gay group.

I guess the gay Republicans think it's another liberal racist trying to equate their gayness to Romney.

I didn't think there were any gay Republicans! Oh wait, there's Mark Foley, Paul Babeu, Tammy Bruce, Laura Ingraham, and Matt Drudge! They're gay and considered conservative bigots!

They're gay conservatives who hold views that are considered bigoted towards race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings.

Lopez, is a Hispanic comedian who endorsed President Barack Obama. The Republicans can't stand him, Chris Rock, Matt Damon, George Clooney, Rosie O'Donnell, Samuel L. Jackson and Scarlett Johansson because they support the president.

Hollywood (and Broadway) and conservatives are not mutual friends. If you're not Kelesy Grammar, Jon Voight, Jackie Mason, Patricia Heaton, Victoria Jackson, and Pat Sajak, then you're a lunatic liberal from the lands of Hollywood and Broadway.

Mediaite has obtained a portion of the HBO show where Lopez promised his audience that he was going to start “talking some shit” and talking some shit he did. Lopez joked that Mitt Romney is “a f**king Latino” who just “won’t admit it” (referring to the candidate’s father being born in Mexico) and then said about Sheriff Joe Arpaio…well, lets just say he said the type of things that you’d expect a Latino stand up comic to say to a predominantly Latino audience when talking about a guy like this. He also called both men “puto” which is apparently an anti-gay slur. This has led the conservative LGBT group GOProud to demand an apology from the comic.


For a group that supports the rights of LGBT, but yet endorses a candidate that doesn't care about them, is kind of silly.


Why would they support Mitt Romney? Romney doesn't support GOProud's mission to bring forth same-sex marriage. They're so stupid! But that's nothing new from the political right. 


If they have a few Black and Hispanic/Latino people who support the Republican Party, they're not racist!


If they have a few Muslim people who support the Republican Party, they're not Islamophobic?


If they have a few gay people who support the Republican Party, they're not homophobic?

As with Black Republicans, gay Republicans are the same!

For me to support the rights of the LGBT community, it's kind of weird though! Republicans are slowly warming up to these people and yet they're still trying to deny them equal rights as I a straight person!

Conservatives once again need President Barack Obama to sell their stupid books. They need him to promote their stupid events. They need him to promote their stupid movies and television programs. They need him to inspire a lackluster Republican base to come out in droves to vote him out of the White House.

Conservatives love to agitate White people with rhetoric that paints President Barack Obama as some radical racist who wants to take money from those hard working Americans.

We got it. We understand the plight of the overpaid agitator.

Dinesh D’Souza, a conservative activist born to Indian immigrants has put forth a movie that explores the "radical roots" of President Barack Obama, and it's being played in the movie theaters across the country. To be clear, The Drudge Report, a conservative news agitating website is going great distances to promote this movie. And even though, it's likely going to be a huge bomb in ticket sales, D'Souza is going to make his movie blend into the barrage of anti-Obama attack ads this 2012 U.S. Presidential Election.


The Hollywood Reporter, a celebrity news agitating website claims that the documentary did an impressive box office sale in the state of Texas. Go figure!


The writer, Paul Bond noted that this anti-Obama movie featured the half-brother of the president. The Kenyan man named George Obama gets interviewed by D'Souza in the film. Obama is apparently attacking his half-brother in this movie. Of course, the theme of the conservatives is about this half-brother living in a hut, and President Barack Obama is living in the White House not concerned about him. Spending the country's money for his personal needs and letting the American people starve. That's apparently how conservatives paint the president. They don't care about his half-brother. This either equals to either being a birther theme controversy or a class warfare attack!


Now I am one person tired of explaining it to the average conservative! I am not the raging liberal activist hell bent on seeing the total destruction of the White male or the successes of conservatism. I am an average moderate who has views that blend with the way of society. It's nothing personal, but I am the type of person who has tired of the negative crap that comes from the agitators of the political right.

Dinesh D'Souza is a conservative activist and person of color who writes books that target President Barack Obama and those who support him and his 2012 presidential campaign.

The documentary 2016: Obama’s America, based on conservative author Dinesh D’Souza’s book The Roots of Obama’s Rage, had a free, promotional screening at Edwards Houston Marq’E Stadium 23 & Imax on Thursday. Management had planned to show it in one of its medium-sized auditoriums, but bumped it to one the multiplex’s largest rooms and turned away 200 people.

Sources say some moviegoers sat in the aisles Thursday and waited as much as 90 minutes to meet D’Souza and Gerald Molen, one of the Oscar-winning producers of Schindler’s List, who was a co-producer of 2016 along with Doug Sain. For some of its regular showings over the weekend, the theater offered 2016 on multiple screens, including three sold-out auditoriums for the 7 p.m. Friday showing.

If the weekend estimate from the movie’s distributor, Rocky Mountain Pictures, holds when final numbers are reported Monday, the film will have bested the per-theater number posted by the Al Gore documentary about global warming, An Inconvenient Truth, which opened to $123,549 in four theaters in 2006 for a per-theater average of $30,887.

That film, which had the benefit of a mainstream distributor in Paramount Vantage and, eventually, two Oscar wins, went on to earn $24 million domestically. The box-office record for politically-charged documentaries is held by Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11, which grossed $119 million domestically in 2004. It opened on a Wednesday, in just two theaters, taking in $83,922 on its first day, for a one-day, per-theater average of $41,961. Still, for any documentary to pass the $25,000-per-theater mark on its opening weekend represents an unusually strong showing, according to box office observers.

The management at the Regal Entertainment-owned theater did receive some complaints over its decision to present 2016. “The theater manager said they received a lot of phone calls from people arguing they shouldn’t show the movie,” Sain said. “His response was, ‘We don’t make movies, we just show them.’ “

According to Sain, the manager compared the reaction to 2016 to that of Fahrenheit 9/11, but said it was not as dramatic as some complaints over The Passion of the Christ that same year. The manager told Sain that during the controversial Mel Gibson film people went into the theater to try to disrupt the film and that it was necessary to have security remove them.

“So they weren’t flying by the seat of their pants with 2016. They know how to respond to controversy,” Sain said.

Regal spokesman Russ Nunley said some people “were around the box office wearing pro Obama tees to express their view.” But he said the protest was “very low key and not confrontational.” He also said theater managers received “many positive comments thanking them for playing the film.”

At the Houston theater over the weekend, only The Amazing Spider-Man and Ice Age: Continental Drift grossed more than 2016, according to Sain.

“We’re getting tremendous media coverage and box office results. More than, frankly, we ever hoped for,” Sain said. “We thought we’d be really lucky with $15,000 for the entire week, but we doubled that in just this weekend.”

2016 had been scheduled to expand to 120 theaters on July 27, but Sain said he’s confident that Rocky Mountain Pictures can bump it to about 400 theaters given the initial popularity of the film.

More Heartless Reaction From Conservatives To Another Obama Supporter's Death!

We at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Alex Okrent. The reaction to the death of Okrent has conservatives riled up with hate. They're commenting online with hate-filled rhetoric towards his death and attacking President Barack Obama in the process.

This is the United States, a country that shows compassion towards our fellow man!

In the wacky world of conservatism, an Obama supporter dying is a celebration for those heartless bigots of the Republican Party.

Another tragedy in the Midwest. A 29 year old Obama supporter from the main headquarters in Chicago, died today. The president and Republican candidate Mitt Romney both send their condolences to the family of this gentleman.

Alex Okrent, the Obama campaign's communication operation adviser collapsed. He was at the president's campaign headquarters in Chicago, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

After he collapsed, Chicago paramedics were called to the Obama headquarters in the Prudential Building where he was given emergency treatment. Okrent was then taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A staffer in President Barack Obama's campaign office collapsed in the Chicago headquarters and died Friday, campaign officials said.

The president later spoke with other campaign staffers in a conference call. 


Okrent was a veteran of two earlier Obama campaigns, having worked on the president's 2008 campaign, and his 2004 Senate bid before that. Okrent was employed in the campaign's paid media department at the time of his death.

"Obama was campaigning in southern Virginia this afternoon, when he learned about Okrent's death," according to USA Today. The president reportedly offered his condolences to Okrent's family during a phone conversation shortly thereafter, and addressed his Chicago staff about the tragedy on a conference call.

The White House pool report added:

Alex Okrent, 29, had worked with the Obama team since 2004.

Traveling in Virginia on Friday, Obama called Okrent's family to express condolences.

Condoleezza Rice served as National Security Adviser (2001 - 2005) and U.S. Secretary of State (2005 - 2009) under George W. Bush, the 43rd President of The United States.

Rice stated that she had no intention on being any running mate to the potential Republican nominee. Could she have changed her mind?

Rice made an extended argument for American leadership in the world.

In recent days, she emailed supporters:

"The upcoming elections loom as one of the most important in my lifetime," she warned. "I'm very often asked to speak about our current foreign policy and the challenges that lie before us. Another Dumb Conservative Threatens Michelle Obama! Did I Tell You It's A Cop?

Okay, okay!

Now it's more likely that President Barack Obama is going to win reelection. Conservatives are so worked up about the very fact he's in the White House, they'll rile up the disturbed individuals to make dangerous threats to the president and his family.

Certainly independents are looking at this. I hope they finally wake up and see the Republican Party for what it is! A bunch of old White bigots who hold extremist views towards race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings. They masquerade bigotry of others in the form of patriotism.

They show no mercy towards President Barack Obama and his wife First Lady Michelle Obama.

According to the Huffington Post, a DC Metro officer has been relieved of his duty after he made a comment  that may get the U.S. Secret Service involved. It involves the killing of First Lady Obama.

I don't know what this person was thinking, but surely he's not clearly in the right mind when he's a member of law enforcement. The police officer has been taken off a motorcycle escort for White House officials after he allegedly said he'd shoot first lady Michelle Obama and "then used his phone to retrieve a picture of the firearm he said he would use," according to The Washington Post.

The Metropolitan Police Deparment is investigating and the Secret Service has been told of the alleged threat, the Post reports:
          
The motorman allegedly made the comments Wednesday morning as several officers from the Special Operations Division discussed threats against President Obama. It was not immediately clear where the alleged conversation took place or exactly how many officers took part in the conversation.

During that conversation, the officials said, the officer allegedly said he would shoot the First Lady and then used his phone to retrieve a picture of the firearm he said he would use. It was not immediately clear what type of firearm was allegedly shown.

An officer overheard the alleged threat and reported it to a police lieutenant at the Division, who immediately notified superiors, the officials said.

The officer has been moved to administrative duty as the incident is being investigated, according to the Post.

Seriously, this is what we're dealing with! A person who clearly has no respect for the Office of the President of The United States. A person who listens to the angry voices of talk radio, Fox News and other outlets that promote the conservative agenda. Rather call it conservative, it's extremist.
