American prankster wants to run for Congress as a Republican. This jackass known as Joey Salads is running for Congress as Joseph Saladino.
Joey Saladino (aka Joey Salads) is best known for his "social experiments" about Black on whatever violence is running for Congress. The racist jokester is now determined to take a serious role.
He wants to run for the competitive 11th Congressional District in New York against Rep. Max Rose (D-NY) who upset a longtime Republican in the 2018 Midterms.
Remember this video.
This is Saladino trying to pay Black actors into doing a video for him. He brought a car to a Black neighborhood and placed Trump and MAGA stickers on it. Then he told the Black men to let loose.
The video was supposed to show how Black people were angry at Trump supporters. It went viral and got plastered on far-white sites like The Drudge Report. It got major coverage.
One guy hearing the noise started recording the video and debunked the whole "experiment."
The agitator managed to apologize for the video but continued on.
Now that YouTube took away his ad revenue, he's looking for something to do other than stay in his father's basement. He decided to run for Congress.
As a lawmaker he believes that Americans are making way too much under the current minimum wage. The idiot wants to rollback the minimum wage, support Donald J. Trump's border wall and take on "socialists" like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
Uh, he's also facing other Republicans in the 2020. Cook Political Report rates the district as a general election toss-up, but Salads could face a tough primary fight. State Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis, who carried Staten Island in a failed 2017 mayoral bid against Bill de Blasio, is already in the race. Former representative Michael Grimm, who served a prison term for tax fraud and once threatened to toss a reporter over a balcony, said in March that he’s close to launching a bid.
If Salads makes it to Congress, he says he can't rule out a future presidential bid. Asked which other YouTubers he would pick for a hypothetical Salads administration, Salads chose excitable YouTube drama vlogger Daniel "Keemstar" Keem to handle the White House press corps.
Heard of the term "deepfake." Well if you haven't, today is the day to examine this.
This is a technique that uses human image synthesis based on artificial intelligence. It its used to combine and superimpose existing images and videos onto source images or videos using a machine learning technique called a "generative adversarial network." The technique is used to create fake celebrity videos or revenge porn. It can create malicious hoaxes and fake news.
Facebook and Twitter under fire for allowing the far-white to push a kookspiracy about Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Some far-white website posted on its Facebook feed a video of Pelosi and it gave the impression that she may be under the influence when she spoke to people.
The Washington Post quickly debunked this. Showing a drunken Pelosi in that doctored video gives the impression she was drunk or in some other way impaired. Fact-checkers flagged it as "false," a designation that earns the video a captioned warning and a reduced presence in News Feeds.
The video won't be deleted entirely because it doesn't violate community standards. Facebook will actively remove content that incites or promotes violence, which breaks the rules. The company has also shown a willingness to ban fake accounts and to de-platform problematic figures who repeatedly violate the site's rules.
Donald J. Trump even went further by publishing this nonsense on his official feed.
Trump tweeted out a separate altered video of Pelosi this week that appeared on Fox Business Network. The video, which pulls parts from Pelosi's Thursday press conference, in which she suggested Mr. Trump's staff or family should stage an intervention, is edited to heighten and highlight any verbal missteps.
"PELOSI STAMMERS THROUGH NEWS CONFERENCE," Mr. Trump tweeted, paraphrasing the headline Fox Business displayed.
Facebook said it is reducing its distribution of the Pelosi video but that it doesn't have a policy that stipulates that information you post must be true. YouTube has removed the Pelosi videos.
In 2020, the U.S. Election will be controversial. This technology will be done by political operatives, agents of a foreign government and pranksters.
Anyone could lose their jobs or their chances at winning an election because of this nonsense.
American rapper and his crew nailed a fan to the wall.
American mumble rapper is under fire for his entourage serving a man a hot plate. The rapper and his crew could be facing not only a lawsuit but criminal charges.
Rapper DaBaby who best known for the street hit Suge is now facing scrutiny for a man getting served outside an event. The fan who rapped under the name as Don Trag was give a hot plate of knuckle style chili. The serving put the dude in a coma and he's facing possible death from this.
Don Trag (known as Donald Saladin) was outside Centrol Nightclub in Lawrence, Massachusetts, a city about 30 minutes from Boston. The guy was asking for a selfie and autograph.
The video was filmed by a fellow fans.
An eyewitness scared by the event said it was heart pounding.
"After I stopped filming, DaBaby was grabbing [the victim's] stuff and going back to his truck. Finally the bodygaurd pushed the guy so hard he bashed into the wall and was finally knocked out. He hit his head hard. Then DaBaby and his crew left."
Fan could be brain dead after a brutal attack by rapper's crew.
The rapper was hospitalized and then released. After he went to his mother's home, he collapsed and fell into cardiac arrest.
All over a motherfucking picture.
The film shows the fan saying "Yo baby, could I get a picture with you real quick" as he stands outside the nightclub waiting to catch a glimpse of the rapper.
When he gets no response, the victim appears to touch the security guard.
The bouncer then proceeds to beat him over the head, pushing him into some railings and repeatedly punching him. The victim bent over the railings and held in a headlight by the bouncer and he could be heard screaming, "Get off me."
DaBaby left the event without performing. He is facing a lawsuit from the promoters.
DaBaby known as Jonathan Kirk, reportedly has a contract provision allowing him to pull out of performances if he doesn't feel safe. The rapper has faced controversy before.
The rapper was almost sent to the iron college for a shooting in a Huntersville, North Carolina Walmart. A 19-year old man Jalyn Craig was shot and killed in 2018, during a fight outside the store.
The rapper was charged for carrying a concealed gun.
White woman rams into police cruisers and cops didn't fire on her. If she was a person of color, that person would be dead.
If the suspect was a Black man who stole an RV with a stolen ID and led the law on a high speed chase, hitting six cars and driving so recklessly that one of the two dogs jumped from the camper, would that suspect be alive?
Some woman was wacked out on some crazy drugs decided to led the law on a police chase through Santa Clarita, California in a camper.
A woman from Los Angeles reported that her identity was stole on April 30 and they tracked the alleged thief in the area. The woman was identified as Julie Ann Rainbird of Winnetka.
The California Highway Patrol identified the suspect who managed to do one of the wildest chase in the state's history.
Identity thief caught after giving cops a miles long chase.
The woman tried to use the other's in a purchase of a motorcycle.
The county boys clarified Wednesday that the RV was not stolen, but rather it was purchased using the stole identity out of Downey. The suspect was living out the vehicle at the time.
The chase soon ended with the RV in shambles, one of the dogs injured, the suspect injured and no bullets being fired. The suspect was booked in county lock up. She has a $100,000 get out free card for evasion, hit-and-run, assault charges and driving under the influence. The suspect could face animal endangerment, felony identity theft, assuming a person's name under false pretenses. and unspecified warrants.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges that could put her in the iron college for at least 20 years.
Hacker is likely heading to the U.S. for criminal charges.
Julian Assange is now formally indicted by the U.S. government for leaking government secrets.
Unsealed was criminal charges that could put Assange in federal time out for up to 180 years.
His cohort is currently in federal time out. She refuses to testify in a federal court on how she was manipulated into leaking classified information. Chelsea Manning is being held on contempt charges and is being held for up to 18 months for disobeying a federal judge. Every time she is released, the federal courts brings more charges upon her.
The transgender woman who leaked out information as an U.S. Army private did it without any remorse. She handed Wikileaks information about American forces doing deadly attacks on innocent civilians and it forced the U.S. government to bring charges.
The feds are threatening lengthy fines and punishment if Manning continues to not cooperate.
Assange was previously charged with working to hack a Pentagon computer system, in a secret indictment that was unveiled soon after he was thrown out of the Ecuador embassy in London.
Assange claims that he was doing this under journalism. The United States said that what he did was cyber terrorism and he voided his responsibilities as a journalist. This indictment also ensures that he will be sent to the United States to face a federal judge.
Manning also will face charges as well. When Manning was convicted of giving state secrets to Wikileaks, the military court ordered her a lengthy bid in the brig. Then known as Bradley Manning, the former Army officer came out as transgender and threatened suicide if she wasn't given hormone treatment. After serving few years in the federal time out, Barack Obama commuted her sentence.
Since the release, Manning became more of a problem than a solution. By refusing to cooperate with the federal government in regards to Julian Assange, she now faces more in federal time out.
Assange is still trying to fight extradition to the United States.
Wikileaks play a crucial role in electing Donald J. Trump against Hillary Clinton.
During the 2016 U.S. Democratic Party presidential primaries, WikiLeaks hosted emails sent or received by candidate Hillary Clinton from her private email server when she was Secretary of State.
The U.S. Intelligence Community, as well as a Special Counsel investigation, concluded that the Russian government carried out a hacking campaign as part of broader efforts of interference in the 2016 United States elections.
Former military army intelligence officer heads back to federal time out.
In 2018, twelve Russian intelligence officers, mostly affiliated with the GRU, were indicted on criminal charges by Special Counsel Robert Mueller; the indictment charges the Russians with carrying out the computer hacking and working with WikiLeaks and other organisations to spread the stolen documents.
Assange consistently denied any connection to or co-operation with Russia in relation to the leaks, and accused the Clinton campaign of stoking "a neo-McCarthy hysteria"
In April, Assange's asylum was withdrawn following a series of disputes with the Ecuadorian authorities. The police were invited into the embassy, and he was arrested.
Later that day he was found guilty of breaching the Bail Act and in May he was sentenced to 50 weeks in prison in the United Kingdom. On the same day, the United States government unsealed an indictment against Assange for alleged computer intrusion, related to the leaks provided by Chelsea Manning. The United States government further charged Assange with violating the Espionage Act of 1917. As a result of the revocation of his asylum, and at the request of his alleged rape victim's lawyer, Swedish prosecutors reopened their investigation in May 2019.
The Klan is coming to an Ohio city on Saturday. Will there be violence?
The Midwest city is now getting ready for the far-white. Despite the attempts to silence them, the Sacred Knights of the Indiana have confirmed they'll have a place in downtown Dayton, Ohio.
Mayor Nan Whaley has ordered the shutdown of roads near the Courthouse Plaza pavilion.
In a rust belt city that is deeply divided by a river, the Klan decided to find comfort in exploiting the ugly underbelly of Ohio's sixth largest city and America's leading candidate for failure under Donald J. Trump's leadership.
Dayton, Ohio has a population of 134,000 residents. The city is caught between Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Columbus. The city was hub to innovation and historical figures. All of that has died off and now the city is struggling and trying to save what's left.
The Klan asked for a permit to speak but was denied. They complained and filed a lawsuit against the city and the state courts ruled in favor. The city tried to pass an ordinance to keep them from wearing their kones. That failed. Since Ohio is an open carry state, the far-white were permitted to carry a handgun but no assault rifles and concealed weapons.
Mayor of Dayton, Ohio condemns the Klan and urges citizens to stay out of the city.
Whaley issued a curfew for those living in downtown from Thursday to Sunday. That includes closing roads, closing business. The Greater Dayton RTA has also rerouted buses and changed the directional routes to positive messages.
Rust Belt city faces an unwanted problem. The far right wants to make Dayton a hub for it's battles.
The Dayton Police, Montgomery County Sheriff and Ohio State Patrol will cover all areas and do sweeps of the area. The city also asked for the Toledo Police to aid the city if unrest breaks out.
To be honest with you, Dayton doesn't want to a Charlottesville.
Obviously, anti-fascist groups are going to be there. The New Black Panthers are going to be there. Citizen journalists are going to be there. Civil rights groups like the NAACP and National Action Network will be there. There will be agitators who will stir the pot.
The junk food media will be here if there's a sign of problems.
Norman Lear's Broadway performance of All in The Family and The Jeffersons were a success.
Donald J. Trump appeared on The Jeffersons. He has made numerous cameo appearances on cartoons, television and movies. Trump is a cultural icon. As the current leader of the United States, he is vilified (with good reason). He is a complete utter idiot as our president. He doesn't even know how to run a country.
Norman Lear and Jimmy Kimmel won the night with a Broadway showing of All in The Family and The Jeffersons. The all-star cast included Jamie Foxx, Woody Harrelson, Marisa Tomei, Wanda Sykes, Kerry Washington and even a cameo from Marla Gibbs (of The Jeffersons fame).
ABC won with 11 million viewers.
Live in Front of a Studio Audience: Norman Lear's All in the Family and The Jeffersons.
Norman Lear wrote some of America's most beloved sitcoms.
The 90-minute special opened up with Lear who looked very healthy at age 96 and Kimmel introducing old and new to Archie Bunker. The series All in the Family debuted in 1969 and lasted through 10 seasons. It also led to The Jeffersons, Good Times, One Day at a Time, Archie Bunker's Place. Maude, Sanford and Son and Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.
Bunker played by the late Carroll O'Connor was considered a "lovable bigot" who was a working class father and guidance. His lovable but naive wife Edith was played by Jean Stapleton. His daughter Gloria and her husband Michael Stivic were often clashing with Archie over issues. They were played by Sally Struthers and Rob Reiner.
The show introduced the neighbors, George and Louise (Wheezy) Jefferson. They were played by Sherman Hemsley and Isabel Sanford. The Jeffersons focused on an African American family who moved to Manhattan loft after the success of George Jefferson's dry cleaning business. They deal with a bunch of characters who drive George crazy. It was the first American sitcom to feature a prominently married interracial couple.
The whole event was live so anything could happened. Jamie Foxx made sure of that. He flubbed a line and the whole cast busted out in laughter.
Film critic Caroline Framke of Variety wrote in her review: "The experiment worked. With meticulous attention to set detail and wig shapes … [it] managed to feel both like an artifact of a nostalgic past and the urgent present. … Archie (Harrelson) retained his notoriously ugly streaks of sexism and racism." She pointed out that because of current broadcast standards, "ABC ... deployed startling, lengthy bleeps" when the n-word was used in the Jeffersons episode. The episodes had in common Don Nicholl, the writer who co-created The Jeffersons, as well as "bombastic" George Jefferson played by Foxx, and "frank discussions of class inequality, cultural gulfs, and willful ignorance." Despite outdated humor (Lear warned the audience beforehand) many of the jokes worked.
Carroll O'Connor and Sherman Hemsley.
Framke pointed out that this was especially true if the viewer substituted Donald Trump where the character said Richard Nixon. "That doesn’t mean they became less funny, but the deja vu does tend to create an extra depressing level to the proceedings." Maureen Lee Lenker of Entertainment Weekly wrote: "Jamie Foxx made a noticeable flub of one of his lines and then proceeded to hilariously call further attention to it."
Foxx said, “It’s live. It’s live — people at home thinking their TV is messed up.” The other cast members, particularly Marisa Tomei and Ellie Kemper, laughed and smiled at Foxx reminding us "anything can happen". Ike Barinholtz covered his mouth and Woody Harrelson had to turn away, "unable to contain himself", Lenker said.
Rage meter up when Lil Nas X rode in his Wranglers. The far-white upset over Wrangler endorsing rising hip-hop star's crossover hit with country legend Billy Ray Cyrus.
White conservatives are upset that hip-hop star Lil Nas X is riding a Wrangler endorsement.
The rapper who made the hit single Old Town Road is now getting mad props from the country music community. His single has became a breakout crossover and he's been amped up ever since.
The single and its remix with Billy Ray Cyrus are number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was pulled from the country music charts and it triggered backlash. Lil X Nas decided to get even and asked country stars to help him record singles to troll Billboard.
Wrangler had partnered with Lil Nas X for a clothing line and some country music fans are outraged over it.
Several even commented on the brand's Instagram page to share their displeasure, saying that they'd be boycotting Wrangler over the partnership--- a reaction that many on social media are calling racist.
Meanwhile, it wouldn’t be the first time that Lil Nas X has been seemingly excluded from the country music community.
In March 2019, his viral hit "Old Town Road" caused a stir when the rap/country crossover, which debuted at debuted at No. 19 on Billboard’s Hot Country chart, was struck from the charts, because it supposedly wasn't “country enough.”
Critics suggested that the rapper, who is black, was singled out because of his race and pointed out that crossover songs are routinely included on country charts.
Billboard fired back, stating that its decision to take the song off of the country chart "had absolutely nothing to do with the race of the artist.”
The song has spawned dance videos and received a shout-out on social media from Justin Bieber. Texas Tech's basketball team posted a video of the team dancing to the song in the locker room and country singer Jake Owen tweeted at the rapper, saying he wanted to jam with him.
No $20 for Harriet Tubman. Trump called off the naming of civil rights icon.
Mother Moses risked her life to save the lives of slaves in the South. American history made her a martyr. They wanted to honor her with a dedication of African American leaders. Donald J. Trump and his inept administration wants to keep the status quo.
The U.S. Dollar (US$) is used in the 50 states, five territories, Ecuador, Panama, the Bahamas, El Salvador, Zimbabwe, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau. It's also accepted in the British Overseas Territories. The British Virgin Islands and Turks and Caicos Islands accept it. They are other countries that accept the currency as well as their own.
American dollars are widely accepted as secondary currency in some countries and is regarded as a top-standard of currency.
Mnuchin pulled the Tubman dollar. He on behalf of Trump.
They have two other individuals who weren't president on American currency.
Alexander Hamilton graces the $10 dollar bill.
Benjamin Franklin graces the $100 dollar bill.
The only presidents that grace dollars are George Washington ($1), Thomas Jefferson ($2), Abraham Lincoln ($5), Andrew Jackson ($20) and Ulysses S. Grant ($50).
Any currency printed before the $100 is still existent but no longer in circulation.
$500 bills, $1000 bills, $5000 bills, 10,000 bills and $100,000 bills are no longer printed. They ended that around 1969. Some still exist among rare collectors. The 100,000 bill were never in circulation but any prints are removed.
That dickwad Steve Mnuchin put the brakes on the Harriett Tubman monetary. He said that bill won't be unveiled in 2020. The unveiling was timed for the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote. Munchin said the design process has been delayed and no new imagery will be unveiled until 2028.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) slams the decision to keep Tubman off American currency.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) said that was bullshit and slammed Mnuchin and Trump for this.
She said that white men weren't the only folks who built this damn country. Matter of fact, white man wasn't the first inhabitants of this land. They claimed the land, eradicated the natives, killed off the animals that originally lived here and wrote sanitized stories about American greatness.
The former Treasury Secretary Jack Lew rolled out Tubman in 2016. He said that the feedback was there and it was a positive step for American women (especially Black women). It was considered a positive
Trump said privately that the decision was "political correctness" and said that she could be better on the rarely used $2 bill. He even has strong admiration for Jackson. Andrew Jackson was considered one of the most controversial presidents of the time. He was the one who invented the America First theme. He ordered the removal of Native Americans from their lands. Corruption, The Trail of Tears and the support of slavery were best remembered about Jackson.
American man who fought with the Taliban is released from federal time out.
American man who fought with the dispelled Taliban is released after serving 17 3/4 of his 20 year enrollment in federal time out. A spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirms that John Walker Lindh is no longer in the federal housing.
Lindh was designated an enemy combatant by George W. Bush in his ill-fated wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. The junk food media and the far-white vilified Muslims and those who fought against American interest.
He was sentenced to the iron college for supplying support to the Taliban and carrying an explosive in commission of a felony.
Lindh, 38 took a plea deal after pleading not guilty to 10 counts of conspiracy to murder American citizens, nationals and foreign citizens. He could have gotten nearly LIFE in the iron college.
Rep. Michael Waltz (R-FL) went to Fox News to bitch about his release. Reminder, Waltz is a former Fox News contributor who took the seat that was held by Ron DeRacist, the governor of Florida.
"He should be in prison for life, he's a traitor."
This is the mentality of conservatives. They don't believe in human rights, the fulfillment of punishment and second chances. They only see people who go against American interest as villains.
Waltz is a known bigot anyway. Just like many in the Republican Party, the party caters to white privilege, nationalism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, Islamophobia, and stupidity.
Lindh never killed anyone while in Afghanistan. He was caught because of circumstances. He was told to plead guilty to aiding an enemy the U.S. wanted to expel.
Once released, Lindh is no longer able to use communication devices without supervision.
He was released from the iron college in Terre Haute, Indiana. The complex itself housed Tim McVeigh, Gucci Mane, Drew Peterson, Dylann Roof and Brian David Mitchell.
Many believe that Lindh could return back to Afghanistan or Pakistan once off supervised release.
Doubt it. I mean after serving 20 years in federal time out, I highly doubt the man wants to relive that hell again.
The moment the cop fired into a moving vehicle injuring a passenger and killing a driver.
BE WARNED THE FOOTAGE IS DISTURBING. TAKE DISCRETION IN VIEWING THIS.
Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers won't heal the wounded or bring back the dead. Moments of silence will not bring back the dead or heal the wounded. Offering sympathy to people who you didn't know or cared about (before they've died) is worthless platitudes.
Hashtag activism does help get the discussion rolling but it doesn't change the status quo. I am sick and tired of these incidents. People of color being killed by gun violence. People of color being killed by cops who claim they "feared for their lives." I am tired of women being told what to do with their bodies. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and police unions are enablers of violence. They have looked the other way or offered phony sympathy to these tragedies.
GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS. JESUS ISN'T HERE TO SAVE THE DEAD OR THE INJURED. GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES. BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED.
A man was gunned down by a dirty cop in New Jersey. This cop is facing criminal charges for the shooting. The dirty cop will have the backing of conservative white people, police unions and the Russian-backed Blue Lives Matter movement. Rarely, cops are convicted with shooting unarmed individuals of color.
Earlier this year, the Newark Police were pursuing a fleeing motorist. The motorist was shot and killed when a cop decided to use deadly force to stop him from leaving.
New Jersey man killed by the police.
Now the cop is facing state charges for this.
The Essex County Prosecutor's office announced Jovanny Crespo will be indicted on charges that include aggravated manslaughter, aggravated assault and two each of counts of second degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and official misconduct.
The indictment came three months after Crespo was placed in the freezer without pay pending an investigation into his actions being justified.
If convicted, the dirty cop could face LIFE in the iron college. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The incident happened in January where the cop was pursuing a fleeing vehicle that had tint.
"He showed a reckless disregard for human life by shooting into a moving vehicle --- a vehicle which had heavily tinted windows," Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens II said.
The two men who were in a vehicle were stopped by the law.
Andrew Dixon, 35 and Gregory Griffin, 46 were shot when the dirty cop shot into the vehicle at three angles. Griffin died at the hospital. Dixon suffered shots to his arm and leg. He was soon released.
Prosecutors says that the dirty cop was not the original officer to make the traffic stop in the area. A female officer was involved in the pull over. The female officer saw the firearm and radioed for backup after the vehicle took off. It lead to a pursuit involving numerous police cars.
Dirty cop faces LIFE in the iron college if he's convicted.
Crespo fired shots at the fleeing cars at three separate locations, according to prosecutors. The vehicle then stopped in the area not far from where the cop fired.
No police officers were injured. No other cops fired off its weapons.
Prosecutors released body camera of the shooting and dispatch audio.
Newark mayor Ras J. Baraka issued a statement.
"The indictment of Newark Police officer Jovanny Crespo is a sad day for our city and our police department, and the families of the two victims. We are under a consent decree and this shows that when police officers break the law, they will be held to the same standards as all others, particularly at a time when justice in incidents involving the police is not happening around the country."
Baraka also said that the indictment "also shows how important it is that the police are equipped with body cameras and that they use them."
He also noted that transparency is clear. The "evidence of transparency we have worked to establish in Newark and is critical to continuing to build trust between our police and the community."
Remember this.
Conservatives say that there are more Black children living in single parent households without a father. Well that's funny! When the police shoot an unarmed man, that could have been the child's father.
Disgraced lawyer got more federal charges and faces a lawsuit from his formers.
The former lawyer for Stormy Daniels is getting sued by his former. Daniels (Stephanie Clifford) is an adult entertainer and activist who made the claims that Donald J. Trump slept with her while his wife, Melania was pregnant with their child.
Michael Avenatti is now being charged for extortion and fraud. He tried to force shoe giant Nike to pay up or he will expose their shoddy businesses. The feds were tipped off by Nike executives and they laid a trap for the lawyer. Now Avanatti is on the verge of losing his law license, his properties, his name recognition and his freedom. He is facing a federal sandwich that includes tax dodging, perjury, theft from clients embezzlement and fraud by deception.
These charges could put the disgraced lawyer in federal time out for LIFE. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Avenatti is accused of stealing millions of dollars from five clients and used a tangled web of shell companies and bank accounts to cover up theft.
Avenatti even stole from his his most famous client. The feds now accuse him of stealing a six figure sum from Daniels. The lawyer stole $300,000 of Daniels' advance for her book contract, according to court papers. He used that money to pay off his coffee business and law firm employees.
Daniels is regarded as "victim-1" in this new round of federal servings.
The lawyer could harm the allegations against Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh and musician R. Kelly. The two have numerous allegations on their belt and face scrutiny over the past year.
Daniels who was paid a six figure sum by Michael Cohen was told to keep her mouth closed. Cohen plead guilty to lying to Congress and tax evasion. He is currently serving time in federal time out.
Cohen admitted that Trump made him pay off Daniel.
Stormy Daniels fired Michael Avenatti in March. She no longer associates with him. The adult entertainer and activist wants Congress to investigate Avenatti and Trump.
The Wall Street Journal broke the news after the election that the National Enquirer bought stories in regards to Trump and scrapped them. Sean "Softball" Hannity sat on the story and dismissed it.
Cohen threatened Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal. They both alleged that Trump has been nothing more than a shyster.
Also Avenatti's former girlfriend is speaking out. She was the woman who was bruised up by the disgraced lawyer.
Mareli Miniutti said that he was extremely arrogant and violent towards her. They had a three year relationship. The ex-wife also said that he's not paying spouse and child support.
The allegations against Avenatti will get him time. He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He could be sued by the clients. Stormy Daniels fired him out the cannon in March before the feds got him. She will likely sue him for the rest of her royalties.
